I unsuccessfully spent 8 hours trying to clear this mainline drain on my own. My back was hurting, crankiness set in, and I realized it was time to call a plumber. Every plumber in Redlands and IE answered rude and unmotivated. Mind you on the eve of St. Patricks day, before our annual party, Tri-City showed up on time and finished the job beyond satisfactory! What took me 8 hours, took Tri-City 40 minutes.

They are extremely personable, fair in price, and knowledgeable with plumbing situations. They ultimately saved me thousands in repairs. I will be a returning customer and will recommend every acquaintance with a plumbing issue to utilize their service. Being around a family of mechanics, I can sense BS, this company is the real deal. Incredibly honest and delivered beyond expectation.

Had a block, kitchen was backing up into the bathtub. Luckily they had availability for the next day. Very professional and did a great job. The tech let me know when he was on his way. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.

James and Clay came to check out what we thought was a slab leak yesterday.  Did some testing and returned again today and found the leak under our back patio slab.  They fixed the leak and sealed up another pipe that was leaking and put on a pressure regulator all today!!!  James is very knowledgeable and their persistence paid off.  Thank you for so much.  We will definitely call them again if we need plumbing done!!!

I had a gas leak under my house, called out a recommended plumber. He went under the house, repaired the one line we knew was leaking, left never having pressure tested the system. Gas company could not turn the gas back on as leaks were still present, including the line he repaired. He came back out to inspect only to say he did not have the man power to repair and that I needed to call another plumber!?!?!? Lucky for me I found Option One Plumbing!  Unfortunately they were not able to come out on that Sunday but sent a representative on Monday morning. He showed up on time and spent 2 hours with me going over my options. He made me feel so comfortable and he was so knowledgeable and professional. His name is Shandy and if ever you need a plumber this is your man/company. I have an older house and unfortunately there were more problems underground. He gave me an extremely fair estimate to repair that and had it completed well within my time expectations. I haven't had many needs for a plumber luckily but since my home is older I imagine another need will come up and as long as Shandy is with Option One plumbing I know who I will call. Thank you Shandy and your crew!!! Wonderful people.

My Rheem Tankless Water Heater was leaking water on my garage floor so I called the Rheem Company. The Rheem Company suggested that I call Rush Plumbing, Heating, and Air in Yucaipa, CA. Don from Rush Plumbing sent veteran Plumber Paco and his assistant Simon to my house around 3:00 pm on the same day that I called. I have never seen a more sociable, intelligent, detailed, and professional customer-caring Plumber in my entire life. Both Paco and Simon were so friendly and had great personalities as they took their time and made sure that everything they did was explained to me with honest smiles on their faces. After entering my garage and checking my old Rheem Tankless Water Heater which was leaking, they contacted both Rheem and a company in Fontana, CA about 4:00 PM to get another new Rheem Water Heater that they could pick up. It took them 2 1/2 hours with all the traffic on the 10 freeway to get my new Rheem Water Heater replacement and drive back to my house in Beaumont, CA . Paco & Simon then took almost an hour to remove my old leaking Rheem Water Heater and replace it with the new Rheem Tankless Water Heater. Both Paco & Simon did an amazing, perfect, and super clean installation of my new Water Heater. I have never seen anybody like Paco & Simon from Rush Plumbing, Heating, and Air in all the years I have done reviews of professional employees.

I had a very good service experience with Jared today. He listened intently to my drawn out explanation of what was going on with my drain pipe, and assured me it wasn't as complicated to fix as I thought. When he removed and cleaned the aerator on one of our sinks, he showed me what to do the next time it got clogged up. I appreciate all the maintenance tips he gave me and how he cleaned up after he was done. Great, friendly and reliable service. Pricing was good, and I felt like I truly got my money's worth!

Needed help to unclog a slow toilet. I requested quotes from several plumbers through the Yelp app, and they provided the lowest cost est due to a $45 discount for contacting them through Yelp. So generous! The technician arrived in the early part of the 4 hour arrival window. He was very professional and courteous, and the toilet was fixed within minutes for an unbelievable $33. 5/5 definitely recommend!

Kevin was very helpful and gave a lot of information on how to detect leaks. I would highly recommend this company.

I have had The Plumber provide repair services several times over the last 10 years. Vince has replaced failing shower controls, replace toilets, fix leaking garbage disposal, and many other repairs over the years. My family calls him first for any plumbing repairs.  His fees are fair, his work is done right the first time.

Daniel and Juan came to my home to save the day with my major water leak they were both very professional and kind. They installed the Halo filtration system which I love and Flo by Moen which detected a lea in my up stairs bathrooms without that I would have not know I was flushing money down the toilet.

Alvarez Plumbing was sent out to my house by AHS after a different plumber tried to overcharge us rip us off for a leaking water heater. Alvarez Plumbing was OUTSTANDING and very HONEST. Our main drain backed up and he was able to quickly show up and take care of the issue right away. Very Professional and honest, his prices are very reasonable and did not try to upsell. He is definitely going to be my go to plumber from now on.

Manuel and his guys did an awesome job on our front yard landscape lighting. We had tree spotlights and pathway lights installed. They spent extra time and effort to make sure everything was perfect. Manuel even came back out when I decided I wanted to add an extra light. They set the lights up on an app that makes it easy to control. I am so happy with the way it turned out. Now the house is so welcoming at night. Manuel also took a look at our irrigation system and made some quick adjustments that really made a big difference. He really knows what he's doing. Adrian and his team get it done! He is very detailed and cares about the outcome of his work, not to mention is super reliable and professional. He has helped me with several projects from plumbing to electrical, the biggest a full electrical upgrade in a home from the panel to the outlets and all the lighting. My fire bell had been randomly going off for months. By recommendation of a neighbor, I had called a plumber to fix it. He installed some expensive new plumbing which I believe helped stabilize the water pressure, but I was disappointed to discover that it did not fix the fire bell. I called CA Fire Protection and Backflow. The dispatcher was very kind and let me know that a tech would call me ASAP - which they did. Anthony was very friendly and was able to come out within a few days. He made an adjustment to a sensor and voila! Bell fixed. I should have call CA Fire Protection and Backflow much sooner!  Thank you!
