One of best experiences I've had with a plumber. I've used the bigger names in the past, but I read the reviews about personal and courteous service so I decided to call. Ramon picked up in seconds and was working on the repair in about 30 minutes. Prices were reasonable and there was absolutely no up-selling or pressure to do anything. Will definitely use Ramon again.

I called on a Friday afternoon for a totally stopped up kitchen sink. Vince had already finished for the day but he said he would come anyhow. He was here in 45 minutes and done shortly and was very efficient and reasonable. Now I need a toilet replaced so I've got him coming out again.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for septic draining. My appointment window was between 2-4 pm. I had to call at 4 pm to find out where they were. They didn't call me to let me know they were running late because you know only their time is valuable. The girl said she would call me back which she did and stated they would arrive in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later at 5pm when I needed to get dinner started I canceled. There was no trying to rectify from the receptionist no apology just an ok. I will be going with someone more reliable. I could have already had this done but I wanted to keep my business in the High Desert with what I was recommended and were told was a good, reliable company.

Fast response. The two men were professional and they found the problem and fixed it quickly. Would definitely use them again.

After calling a couple of other well known companies which couldn't give me an appointment until next week,  I gave RN Plumbing a call. Great service from the get go, very knowledgeable and affordable. Rene and his assistant are very reliable. They were on time, and got to work right away.  Got it all done in about an hour and everything is draining real well. Very kind people, even offered to help dry the floor after they got all the work done. Would recommend 100% and will call again if needed. These guys are great!

Manny gave us a very reasonable estimate and we didn't even bother to get anymore. He was so professional that we knew we wanted to work with him.
His crew was also very professional. We had sod and sprinklers put in and he set the timer. He contacted my husband a few weeks later to make sure he adjusted the time like he suggested.

Oh man, you do not want to see water dripping from the 37-year-old  ceiling fire sprinkler in your home.  But that was my situation and so I found two companies to call with fire protection in their name. I didn't get a good feeling from the first company so I called California Fire Protection. The dispatcher put me through to the technician, Anthony, who has 15 years of experience in fire sprinkler systems so that was reassuring. He is a San Clemente local so that was another plus. And the pricing, which at first pass sounded equivalent to the other fire protection company, was less because he said a simple job would not be the full price. I thought that was very fair, as the first company quoted a 3- hour minimum regardless of how easy the job was. Anthony explained everything he was doing, and is also coming back for free to install the cover after my painter patches up the ceiling.  Totally recommend them.
