Max came over on a Sunday when all of my Grandma's toilets were plugged. Called him in the am and he was there within an hour. He figured out what the issue was and cleared it all up. Ended up being two clogs in the main line. Made sure we checked that everything was working before leaving. Seemed like the job was more than he bargained for, but didn't charge anymore than the initial quote he gave over the phone. Super reasonable pricing, would definitely recommend. Very friendly too!

Total Scammers. Miguel came to my house and quoted $900.00 to replace toilet. Toilet is $200.00 at Home Depot. I told Miguel his price was ridiculous and he reply's this is Mar Vista and you have very valuable home. $900.00 for toilet that won't stop running repair. I didn't just fall off the turnip truck yesterday. Watch out with these guys!

So a couple years after Connie did the work on a sewar line that she said needed to be fixed (for $1800) under the house (it wasn't blocked, she said from looking at it that it wasn't installed properly and would clog up eventually), the line ended up clogging up. She hadn't done all the important plumbing work and just installed a couple new junctions at a very high cost. It should have only cost a couple hundred dollars and if she was concerned about the line and it clogging, she should have installed a clean out, which I had to pay to have installed later when the line she supposed fixed did clog.

Generally, she will find issues in your plumbing that aren't issues. She overcharges with a fixed quote and explains that there's a ton of work, but her workers are done in an hour or two. She also was supposed to move a gas line and paid a deposit and when the LA Gas company called to move the line, she was unavailable and wouldn't refund my $750 deposit.

1) Always get a second or third quote. For small jobs, most plumbers will quote over the phone or text.

2) For bigger jobs, get a written quote. NEVER GIVE A DEPOSIT.

3) Be suspicious of additional work any contractor suddenly finds when they're giving a quote.

4) Email or text to communicate so you have a record of the work and the job. Take before and after photos.

5) Ask for a warranty in writing.

George and David came by to check out a rusted natural gas hook up for a grill I hadn't used before.  They were on time and professional.  They determined the existing hook up could be used and did not want payment for the quick visit.  The next time I find a problem that needs to be fixed, I am calling these guys.

Our house was flooding from the upstairs down to the kitchen. When I called, they were so nice! The woman who I spoke to could tell I was completely freaked out because the fire alarm was going off and there was water everywhere! She sent someone over immediately, and he was wonderful!! Thank you so much! I will definitely use them again!

Plumbing Dudes have significantly higher prices than average. But in a pinch, we had to go with them. I would call other reputable companies to get better prices! Ask for a quote before making an appointment.

I had issues with the drain in the master bath shower for years. I had used other companies before to try to fix the problem and it always ended up backing up again. I figured I'd try Free Flo Rooter & Plumbing to see if they could get it fixed once and for all. Anthony came out and asked what had been done before and suggested things that he thought was the issue. Within about an hour, he figured out the issue, replaced a corroded pipe, and snaked out some other debris. It finally drains the way it should've been for years. Anthony was amazing!

Rick came by to help us out with a malfunctioning water heater. He quickly found and remedied the issue (the copper wire attached to the pilot light) so we can enjoy hot water again. Plus, since it's a holiday, he did all this for free! We will definitely call Beach Plumbing again.

Very professional. They helped replace our swamp cooler with a more modern central air unit. As well helping with our sewage line. They worked very quickly and had the job done within a week. We highly recommend NexGen.

Today Technician  C.F. came  back. , he came  before and installed the new motherboard for the heater furnace , today he came with solution to fix the warm air flowing out the vents  intermittently,  when the furnace system and the fan are in off position. Technician replaced a temperature sensor. Hope this will control the warm air flowing out of vents .
Customer Service and the Technicians always extends   their courtesy of service and displays professionalism. Which I appreciate.

I have personally used Danny and TO many many times as a Realtor and a consumer.   As a Realtor I depend on high quality tradespeople that are fair and most importantly trustworthy and honest. As a consumer, you know how plumbers can be, you're over a barrel with a plumbing problem and don't have time to get a bunch of bids and you get taken advantage of. That is NOT how Danny and TO work. I have never had a better plumbing experience than those with TO Plumbing. They have worked for many, many clients and they are my go to for sewer line camera inspections, Orangeburg replacement and everything else. One time they quoted my seller after we closed, $1800 to fix a broken sewer line under the driveway when two other plumbers for the buyer quoted $13k and $7k respectively. Finally an honest plumber that doesn't expect you to pay for their new vans and expansionist desires.
