Carlos was great. We had a leak in our water heater and he came out within the day. He fixed it and was so friendly. We ended up having to fix a valve as well and he came back so we would have hot water that night.  Highly recommend him

I asked for a change out of the pipes under my sink and his team did that, along with fixing my toilet and on the day of my appointment the tub broke, so they fixed that too.  All superb.  Thanks guys.

I was trying to replace a shower cartridge due to a leak friday night when the cartridge broke in half making it nearly impossible to pull out and that's when I jumped on Yelp.

Justin not only quoted a fair affordable price, but was willing to come out that same night only 30 mins after I msged him.

He was able to succesfully remove the old cartridge and install the new one.

We called Chris for a backed up kitchen sink and he and his partner did a great job resolving it.  It was backed up pretty deep in the plumbing which happens occasionally.  Chris was prompt, professional, polite, and neat.  A honest plumber who gets the job done!  Thank you Chris!

With the recent rain, my house started to have some problems both with drains and with hot water and Daniel has been helpful and super-responsive. He came over on Friday evening for a few minutes, reviewed the problem, gave me options and didn't charge me when the first thing he tried didn't end up working. He explained what was going on and why my issue was more complicated and again, gave me some options. I have found a good plumber and my old house and I will need his services for quite a long time I believe...I agree with all the good reviews here...he is a keeper.

Dalton was so helpful! I was frantic over a clogged garbage disposal and he walked me through the process to fix it over the phone to save money. He truly saved the day! He was so helpful and wonderful to work with!

They were great, responsive, and got the job done to my satisfaction. Only a garbage disposal install, but still worked professionally, left the kitchen clean, and took the time to show me the work done and test the plumbing to verify no leaks. If we have plumbing problems in the future, they will be the first to call!

I had a clogged plumbing line between my clothes washer and the kitchen sink and that caused the sink to be backed up and also the water to overflow in the back of the washer. I called Pristine Plumbing and Steve came right away. He not only fixed it but he was pleasant and reasonably priced. I am so glad to have everything back in order so quickly. You are the best! I will recommend you for sure.

We called Mike Diamond first and we're shocked by the bait and switch tactics are still prevalent today.  Then are second call was made to Greg and we were so happy.  Greg was out the next business day.  And his fee was a fraction of the cost diamond wanted from us.  We will definitely be using Greg again for our plumbing needs.

Last night, my bathroom sink was completely clogged and even though I cleared the trap, the drain was still completely blocked. I contacted Duggan Plumbing through Yelp and Mike responded quickly with a quote and a time. He was very prompt (actually early) and very cordial. He wore shoe covers and placed protective sheets around the surrounding area to protect our flooring. He quickly cleared the clog and completely cleaned up the mess. The price was good and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Last Friday evening, we had a sewer/water back-up in our downstairs bathtub.  (Real scary!!!)  We called the plumber we had used in the past but they could not come out until Monday!  I looked on google and found Crandall's Plumbing.  We called them and they answered the phone even though it was now 5:30 pm on a Friday night.  We got an appointment for Saturday morning at 7:15 am.  Stephen came out and did a fantastic job on clearing the clog.  Stephen also took a video of the pipes going out to the street which showed roots in our pipe that need to be removed.  Everyone I spoke with at Crandall's Plumbing from the dispatch to the plumber were very cordial, helpful and knowledgeable.  I have to say since moving to California it is hard at times to find good customer service.  I was thrilled with Crandall's Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone.  We will definitely use them again.  Karen in Huntington Beach.

WARNING this company was called out to unclog a sink. Upon arrival they quoated a fix at over $3,600.00 . We got a second opinion about a fix from a local plummer and he was able to complete the work for $325.00 . Rooter Hero wanted $600 to fix a section of drywall that they said had to be removed in order to replace a pipe. That pipe was brad new. Well the pipe did not have to be replaced the drywall did not need to be torn out. Our plummer retapped the pipe and fit it  properly problem fixed.  
How these people can think this sort of hustle and con is acceptable is astounishing. The contractor for Rooter Hero was not just  an employee but a Field Supervisor named Robert.  
 I had them call us to report the huge discrepency and this felow Robert had no excuses or argument as to why he was going to charge so much.  
I never write bad reviews or am critical of much but this is really a bad and unethical way to do business.  
If you are looking for a plummer look any where else. We never got so much as even an apology . Thank god we were wise enough to look some where else for an honest and reputible  plumbing service.
  We all work hard for our money how these folks think this is a decent way to do business or treat the public is really unacceptable.
