I have dealt with this plumbing company with more than one project.  Brian (the owner) has the knowledge and the know how to take care of anything that you put in front of him, he may not be the fastest plumber out there, but he gets the job done and I never have to worry about him getting the job done and doing the job right.  I have used him for the smallest jobs and for the largest jobs.  He makes sure that the job is done right the first time

We highly recommend Brent Blake Plumbing to anyone who needs a reliable, plumber who won't take advantage of their customer. Brent and his associate, Aaron both arrived on time and presented themselves professionally.

We had a leak somewhere under our bathroom sink and Brent could have told us anything was the problem. He investigated the situation and gave us his best recommendation. They also fixed several other minor plumbing areas within our house that needed attention. We were pleasantly surprised when presented with our bill.

We will now contact Brent Blake for any future plumbing problems.

My husband and I just purchased our first home in Laguna Niguel. We needed some plumbing work done and were very hesitant on who to go with. Justin came over and looked at our entire house and let us know what we really needed done. Not only was he extremely honest, he was very genuine and a really nice guy. He came over the next day and took care of everything. We even had problems with our furnace lighting and he drove over at 10 at night to help us out! His work is top notch and very good pricing. Dan was amazing! I called C&C on Monday and he came out on Tuesday. He fixed everything we asked, super thorough and answered all our questions. Such a nice guy too, my kids loved him. Will definitely be using them again!

Steven is the man! He helped me with my slow draining bath tub. I have 3 girls and had been battling a slow draining tub for a very long time. Called another plumbing company and it was a total nightmare. They left a mess and the guy had an attitude. A couple days later I was recommended to Rooter champion by a friend and what a difference. Steven was nice, professional and was able to get the tub draining but turns out there's a couple shampoo caps stuck in the drain and the issue will be re occurring. I was given a quote to fix it and was not obligated or forced in any way. Day and night! The other company wanted to take money out of my hands. I am going to budget and have this tub fixed very soon and Steven with rooter champion will be the one doing it. Trust me good plumbers are hard to find don't look elsewhere CALL THESE GUYS.

We were very happy with the project Ixtapa Construction completed at our home.  After interviewing and getting quotes from several general contractors, they provided a comprehensive detailed quote for the work at a fair price.  What sealed the deal for us in selecting them was meeting Jay and Alex, the principals of the company, and the input they provided for our project.  They provided many great ideas we had not considered and we are very happy with the results.

They were meticulous and all the workers on our project were professional and courteous. The scope of work included essentially a full interior remodel including converting a den into a bedroom and also painting/some repairs of the exterior.  There were no surprises in regards to costs at the end of the project and costs associated with changes as work progressed were clearly communicated to us.

We will definitely contact Ixtapa Construction for any future projects!

Shower was not turning off. Emailed Chris and he knew exactly what the problem was. Told me what part to get and was at my house in a little more than an hour fixing it in about 15 minutes.

Danny is professional and honest and was able to easily resolve our plumbing issue quickly and reasonably.

Called Prostar for emergency service and they were quick to respond to my initial text (less than 5 min) and were at the house in 30 minutes. Fast, knowledgable, and professional. I would call them again.

If you read all the five star reviews every word that you read is absolutely 100% true. Absolutely beyond professional, caring,  clean, informative....absolutely fabulous... if you need plumbing service I highly recommend HHS Plumbing.

So far so very good.  Had a main line blockage issue, got appointment the same day.  Chris was very efficient, professional, clean, knowledgeable and patient.  I've lived here 20 years and he is the first person to figure out where the clean out is!!  Got pipes flowing again. Documented issue for me to submit to my HOA and quoting me on various other repairs.  I've finally found a plumber I feel like I can depend on

Greg was willing to help me on a drain problem at the end of the day on a Friday -- Fortunately, I had another plumber come out who fixed the drain -- But Greg stayed on the line to make sure my drain problem was resolved and even gave me tips for maintaining my drain.  Of course, he didn't charge me for his really good advice.  For that, thank you, Greg.  I will certainly remember you for future plumbing/rooter needs!

Kody installed a new water line for my pot filler faucet.  He did such a GREAT job!!!  My husband and I couldn't be happier!!!  Kody was super thorough, explaining everything he was going to do from start to finish.  We really appreciate the excellent, work!  I will definitely be using Prolific Plumbing again!  A BIG thanks to you Kody!!!

Michael was super helpful He was right on time and replaced my garbage disposal in about 20 min. I think that's a new record. The work area was clean and also reasonable price. Would use Duggan Plumbing and Rooter Service again.

I called them with a clogged drain issue at 9pm at night and it was fixed within a few hours. I expected to pay a premium price being that it was at night but that was not the case, it was very reasonable. More recently they put in a sump pump for us and fixed several problems botched by a prior plumber. Friendly staff and quality work. Highly recommend.

Before using Rooter Hero, we had another plumbing company come in and take a look at our shower pipe that was backing up.  After basically handing them $400.00 to hydro jet the pipe, they put us in a panic that our pipe would burst within the week.  It did not, of course (they estimated about $3000.00 to fix it and demanded that we gave them a decision before they left).

It started backing up again after about 2 months and Rooter Hero came in and snaked it clean and found the culprit...a lot of hair.  I don't know why the other plumbing company did not pull the hair out, but Bryan from Rooter Hero was completely honest and told us that the pipe is fine and just to let them know when it starts backing up again.  He also explained why the hydro jetting was not a suitable solution before.

Finally, Rooter Hero came to my house in Aliso Viejo and they were honest, efficient, and friendly.  I am a stay at home mother of two and they came at the beginning of the estimated time block, which is crucial when dealing with schedules of two little ones!

I think the other reviews giving them 1 star may be their competitors as well....
