Besides his reasonable price, I was impressed with how thorough and meticulous Alex was.  Our AC unit needed to be replaced.  After putting in the new unit, Alex double and triple checked to make sure there is no leak in the system.  He didn't just pack up and call it a day once cold air came through the vent. He repeated his diagnostic tests. Eventually he found a leak in a valve, which he promptly replaced.  You can tell he is good at his craft and he cares about doing a good job, and that makes me a satisfied customer.   We will definitely use him again.

Well, I'm back again!  The way I look at it, when I sell this house in a few years the new owners will have almost all new plumbing since Coastline is taking care of me one pipe at a time as they clog and/or fail.
This time it was one of those owner's nightmares; a slab leak.  Dan and Todd were right on it for me.  They brought in a company they trust to run a camera down and find where the leak was and then they worked together to dig up the slab in my garage, re-sleeve the old pipe all the way out to the sewer line, install an additional clean out in the garage and then re-cement and close the whole thing up.  
Have I mentioned before how great these guys are?  Well, read all my previous reviews because I know I have.  Whether you are in the sad situation of having aging cast iron pipes like me or need some minor (or major) plumbing work or repair do yourself a favor, stop scrolling through Yelp and call Coastline!

I have revised my review to 5 stars due to Marco's personal reply regarding the issue I had with a recent clogged toilet and the tech's estimate. I do appreciate the prompt follow up by the business owner.

I called Clean Out Plumbing & Rooter based on a previous excellent experience with the company. The latest situation seems to be an isolated miscommunication of some sort between the tech, me (the property owner), and the company. I'll leave it at that.

Marco called me personally to get more detail and based on our conversation I would call Clean Out Plumbing & Rooter again for service. My first contact with the company was great, that tech was thorough and straightforward about the problem and solutions, and gave me reasonable estimates for those options.

We just had the NEXGEN A.C. technician Justin Leishman out at our house to clean the A.C. units. He blew me away! He was the most knowledgable technician I've ever talked to, for any kind of home repairs. He was thorough in checking every aspect of the machinery and provided detailed photos and in depth explanations of every aspect of what was ok and what needed to be addressed. I wish everyone could be at his level of expertise. So impressed that NEXGEN has such a high quality service technician.

I'm writing to fully endorse Dave and Benson Plumbing.  I am a property manager who manages apartments and single family residences.  To say I have a need for an excellent plumber is an understatement, and to say I have complete confidence in Benson plumbing is completely accurate.  Benson has taken meticulous care of my 1928 historic home, my 1940 4plex apartment building, and my mid century beach bungalow.  I appreciate the professionalism, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.  I'd recommend him to anyone who asks, and I'll continue to use his services.

For a 5 star company, they have very rude customer service. I called in to ask for their earliest availability. When Paul gave me a time, I kindly told him that it wouldn't work for me and that it's okay, I will go ahead and look elsewhere.

I had to do a work with my water heater to sell the property. I contacted several services but most of them were slow response or came up with high price estimate. Mr. Moe is always quick response and work quality is precise.  Because I couldn't stay there until his work was done, he took some videos to report the work he did in details. He even cleaned the water heater closet that was covered by dust and spider web. His service is definitely beyond of my expectations. Mr. Moe is obviously the best plumber I have ever worked with. I have some plumbing projects at my new place. My mind is calm with no hustle because I know whom to contact for a quality plumber. I'm very happy to find this company.

Called for a plugged toilet and Jeremy also took are of 3 other needs while he was here even though they were not in the original scope of work needed. More than pleased with work and service.

We had what we suspected a gas leak coming from our water heater. The gas company came out and verified this and suggested we have someone come out to look at the water heater. Our landlord called Les whom she found from Angie's list. He came right out dr it up and came back this morning with his co worker and they replaced the water heater with a new one in a couple hours. They arrived early and cleaned up before leaving. I would suggest them to others as they weren't the type to over suggest repairs. Honest and cordial. Thanks a lot!

I've been using Nova plumbing for my house and office and I have been very satisfied. Very affordable and reliable. I highly recommend them.

Wow I can see why this company gets all 5 star reviews. We called and Devin showed up in 20 min. Fixed our clogged kitchen sink in about 20 min. He even brought in a mat and used a towel to clean up after. Very professional and friendly.

Mark was our savior this past Thanksgiving -- not only once, but TWICE in the same day. A few hours before guests were set to arrive, our kitchen sink backed up, prohibiting us from doing any dishes in the kitchen. After taking apart everything under the sink, it became obvious the problem was much further down and we'd need some professional help.

I found Efficient Plumbing on Yelp and immediately reached out, first by calling and then texting. Mark got back to me very quickly and agreed to come by as soon as he put his bird in the oven.  He told me the cost ahead of time so i knew what to expect.

He came by right on time and was extremely friendly. We are on the 3rd floor of our condo building and he had to snake 60 feet down to unclog the blockage, but eventually cleared it up and our Thanksgiving continued (and we could finally do dishes).

At 10:30, our downstairs neighbor came up when he got home from dinner and found his sinks full of water and his kitchen floor flooded. Since he wasn't home earlier, Mark was not able to check to make sure the blockage wasn't affecting him.

Unfortunately, I had to call Mark back out but he came back around 11:15 and helped cleared out the remaining blockage that affected downstairs.

Still friendly.

Hopefully I'll never need a plumber for something like this again, but if I do, i will not hesitate to call Efficient Plumbing. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Responded within 10 minutes, showed up at my door within the hour, fixed the problem in 5 minutes ... about as good as it gets when it comes to dealing with a plumbing contractor.

This weekend was a record heat wave in Orange County and we have a VIP account with another AC company (Service Champions).  However, that company does NOT come out for emergency services or weekends.  Our home got to 90 degrees inside.  We called Just Right Services and while they couldn't make it out THAT day, they were able to come the next day.  The owner himself came to our home and got our AC working in less than 30 minutes! We will be using them from now on and immediately cancelled our VIP account with the other company.

Just want to say how helpful Carlos has been with this whole process. We called him on Sunday morning and he responded right away. Most plumbers I called they let me know they wouldn't be able to come till Monday, but he was able to come in a couple of hours. He inspected the whole house and let me know what options I had. Glad that he explained the whole process when we have little knowledge of these issues. He also let me know I could get a quote in different areas if we wanted to. His options were best for us at the time.

Steve is awesome, I was in a bind on a Sunday afternoon trying to DYI and needed help fast.  Luckily I live close and Steve took my call immediately, and was at my home just as fast.  Super nice, honest professional guy.  I think I found my new go-to plumbing company.

I've since called for a few more jobs and they did a great job.  This time Nick helped me with my Ikea plumbing that changed from the same sink 8 years ago. Thanks guys!

These guys were seriously awesome.  Super easy to work with.  Called on a Saturday to have my toilet installed and was able to schedule an appointment for that following Monday no problems.  He was even able to give me a rough estimate over the phone of the cost where other plumbers wouldn't give me an estimate until they came out to the house.  I appreciated that because I didn't want to waste my time and the plumbers if I couldn't afford their cost.  But TP Plumbing was super adorable.  So I had them come out and they had great communication with me.  Called before they came and showed up at the time they said they would.  They worked quickly and efficiently and the job was done in less than 45 minutes.  I honestly was very impressed and would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.  Definitely recommend!!!
