I called coastline plumbing from the recommendation of justintime plumbing because they were swamped. Great call! They came out and figured out what happened and fixed it efficiently. It was a slab leak. I think dan cut me a good deal and thoroughly explained everything going on as well as what needed to be done.

He also gave me a nice referral to 2 contacts that fix drywall. Jaime is awesome. Thanks! I will definitely use you guys again.

I called early morning to see if I can get someone to my house ASAP and Marco responded to my phone call quickly and was able to provide me with a quick appointment the same morning to fix up my backed up Toilet.

Chris and Ellie came onetime, and provided a curtesy call to let me know that they where on the way.  When they got here they introduced them selves and went straight to work.

Overall I was disappointed by many things. I was charged $15,000 for the complete project. I originally called them to repair a squeaky sound coming from a new, 1 year old NexGen unit . The repair/ Sales guy said he had to go up into my attic to inspect the ducts . He basically came back and told us the ducts were the problem, some were collapsed and had cracks . My wife was nervous and concerned. We were told we needed to upgrade the insulation. Total cost of the quote was $15,000.
Here are some suggestions:
1. Get three quotes . I trusted them with the quote .
2. Make sure the contract has details. My contract is very vague and simple. My fault for trusting them. They lean on Christian family values. The contract does not specify labor costs and material cost . Make sure they show both labor cost and material costs.
I have more detail to my experience and hope if you read this it will help you make a decision. Now that I saw the type of work and materials used I can base an actual cost of the job to approximately $9,500. I have cameras in front of my home which I was able to see all materials used.
I went up to the attic to see what the first crew did. WHAT A MESS! I was upset. See pics attached. I gave them a second chance to fix it . They did send another crew an they did an ok job. Waiting on the City inspector to sign off . We are in our 60's and feel we were taken advantage of. We did sign the contract and will keep our promise to pay in full .
Conclusion, if Nextgen wants to correct this experience, they should send me an itemized invoice with parts and labor. They will see I was over charged $5,000. If I did not go up to the attic to inspect the first time I would have lost more $$$. Maybe NexGen will and honor God to what is right.

Bernardo is a real Master Plumber who gets the job done with no BS. They did two jobs for me that were completed perfectly at a fair price. I plan to use them for all my future pumping needs. The plummer came and got the job done in a few minutes.  He also gave me some advice to stop the problem from happening again.  Along with what I needed to put pack the overflow part back on my tub.

Moe, the owner of AIRCO, is very professional. When I called he answered his cell right away, listened to my plumbing emergency and made some suggestions to help. We have old shower faucets and the cold water faucet wouldn't shut off. When  he came to fix it he persisted until he found a solution. He  is caring and could tell I was stressed.
We think Moe is one of the best plumbers in the area. We will certainly call him back.

Called for a plugged toilet and Jeremy also took are of 3 other needs while he was here even though they were not in the original scope of work needed. More than pleased with work and service.

I've been using Nova plumbing for my house and office and I have been very satisfied. Very affordable and reliable. I highly recommend them.

I found Devin on Yelp and he had great reviews. Our main line backed up late on a Friday night. I called him early on Saturday morning and he arrived at my house in less than an hour. He fixed the problem quickly, was very professional. His prices were reasonable too.

I also saw Mark on Yelp.  I found him to be polite, efficient, and professional.  He's as good as it gets!  I plan to call him for all my plumbing needs.

I don't know where to begin to express my appreciation to the team (Cesar, Adrian, Thomas and Misael). A simple backup in the bath tub turned out to be a larger problem. Cesar took his time explaining all the problems he found, took pictures and videos for me. He came back with a very reasonable estimate considering the job at hand. I had actually received a quote for the same job at a lower cost but decided to not to go with them. Cesar made me feel like family and his dedication to my problem was sincere and genuine. I trusted and knew he would do an amazing job. If you're ever looking for knowledgeable and reliable plumbers, call them! I highly recommend Drew.  Our AC unit was not working and I had another service company tell me that I needed to buy a new compressor and capacitor and that we should consider buying a new unit.  We had Drew come and give us a second opinion and he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem on the spot for considerably less than a new compressor or AC unit.  Drew gave us recommendations for prolonging the life of our AC unit.  I was very impressed with his honest and straight forward service.

Carlos the owner came out within hours with his crew and was able to fully open the blockage between my dad's main and the sewer, at about one-third of the cost we were quoted prior.

My sink was clogged on both sides, with Drano water sitting in there ... After doing several things I read on the Web to unclog my kitchen sink, I called Hybrid Plumbing. Despite having a day off with his family, Steve answered and dispatched Nick to my rescue within 1.5 hours of my desperate call. Nick was courteous, right on time, professional -- and I paid exactly what Steve quoted over the phone. I will call Hybrid again and will recommend them to my friends. (If I tried to do more I probably would've been covered in Drano water because I don't have the tools, experience or common sense to get it done.) But Hybrid... they've got it!

Eddie was prompt, efficient, professional, and did just the right job. I can and do highly recommend TP Rooter!
