This was the second time hiring Daniel for my plumbing needs.  He is a very reliable, trustworthy and professional plumber.  I appreciate his experience and skill.  I will most definitely rehire him again for my plumbing needs.

For the past month, I got a pipe humming problem which I tried to fix by bleeding
out the water to get rid of the air pocket and/or tightening the toilet valve to reduce
the water pressure but the humming noise temporary reduced and then make
the same noise again after a few minutes or hours.  I finally gave up and called
Tweedy Plumbing which advertised FREE estimation!  Brett and Kurt came by,
listened to what I had experienced with the problem and suggested it could be
the water pressure being too high or low.  They tested it, increased the water
pressure, and the noise is GONE!  But the best of all is that they did not accept
my payment because they said that they did nothing special except turning a
screw.    I insisted on paying them something but they would not accept.  That
is honesty and a class act to me!  Thanks guys!  I will definitely call you the next
time I have plumbing problem.   Nick P.

I give Kevin my highest recommendation as he came to the rescue in many ways.  First of all, I had scheduled a very large job for him and had an emergency come up so I had to reschedule.  Somehow he managed to rearrange his schedule to accommodate my date and did so in the most courteous manner.  Then when he arrived, I discovered that there were four exposed and hot electrical outlets that needed immediate repair, and 9 sinks that needed to be snaked.  This was in addition to the already large job that I had scheduled.  Kevin was able to handle it all and left everything spotless and clean!  I will call him for any future jobs with full confidence that he will get the job done!

A year ago I had a couple of pin hole leaks in my copper pipes. I didn't want the disruption of repiping with plastic pipe so I decided to epoxy coat instead.

I called and someone was at my house in two hours for a quote. They started the next day - a large crew all in uniform.

In three days they had completed the work. We stayed in during the work and they did everything possible to keep the house clean and make it easy on us.

The few holes they had to make in the dry wall they patched up good as new. When they were done, they cleaned up well enough that we didn't have to.

This is all good but they also have a warranty they honor.  Ten months later we had a small leak and as soon as I made the call two of the guys that had done the work showed up to make the repair. They quickly fixed it - it was at a connection to a valve. They left the ceiling open to dry. Then they sent a dry wall repair man to patch it up. No problems since.

They are super responsive, do what they do well, understand that a satisfied customer brings in the next order, and keep their word. I definitely recommend them.

Andy and his crew are hands down the best! They came in to my property as I had a leak in one of my sewer pipe coming from upstairs to downstairs. I contacted lay it right plumbing and Andy was one the phone within minutes of me contacting him, he came out right away and went over the work that needed to be performed. The following day he came over and did everything he needed to do without breaking or damaging anything else. His work station was clean and made sure he cleaned up everything as I have my house clean. I couldn't have asked for a better team for the job. Now they are doing a rental property which is already starting to turn out great. Thanks Andy I look forward to working with you in the future.

Showed up on time and did their job well. Kept and left our home clean. Even putting everything that I put on the counter back under the sink. Great same day service unplugging our main sewer line.

This company is the greatest! Backed up plumbing over the weekend, technician came out on Sunday afternoon and had us up and running in 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. The entire experience was a class act from booking the appointment on Friday night, multiple texts letting us know status, even a GPS so I could see the exact location of our technician. When Rich showed up, he was in full mask and shoe covers, walked us though the problem and the solution. Left everything better than when he found it and gave us his card with cell phone in case we had any issues. Plumbing problems are no fun but this was the best experience I've had with any home repair company. They have a new loyal customer!

Coast Plumbing came to our rescue once again to replace a few severely corroded valves. They showed up on time, assessed the job, provided a quote and completed the work as expected. I highly recommend their service- you'll be in great hands.

The response time for them to come out was within 3 hrs of us calling them. Which was great since we had a morning emergency....our main drain line was clogged and we had clogged toilets and bathtub....not a pretty site. Luis came out and did a great job, he ran the cord through 2 of our overflow pipes and made sure everything was unclogged. He was out here 3hrs when it should have only taken 1hr max, so they really do care the job is done right. Will definitely  use them in the future!

Jose was the first plumber to get back to me on my emergency request, and was prompt and efficient with all my questions. His prices are fair, and he tells you all the details you need to know that you're getting what you're paying for. Him & his crew were polite, informative, efficient, and so speedy! I'll definitely be coming back if I have any more issues. Thank you again Jose!

Was referred by a contractor friend to call DC for my water heater replacement.

The guys did a great job, everything was smooth.  I have had a couple bad experiences with work at the house, so this was awesome.  

Over the years, I have noticed there are some companies that have a LOT of reviews and overwhelmingly positive.  One company...it was clear they are writing their own reviews.  The reviewers alway referred to a worker as Eric R.   Or Jeff M.  Really?  THAT many people know the initial of the last name of a guy fixing their drain?   Lol.  I don't think so.  

There are some companies with a higher average review.  Be wary if things sound too good.

Based on the water heater replacement, I'll use them next time I have a plumbing need.

After wrangling with an auger and attempting to clear out our kitchen/laundry lines for the third time, I decided it was time to call a professional for a reliable solution. Alan and Joseph showed up with the right tools and attitude to get the job done. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Alan took the time to walk me through what he was doing each step of the way and patiently answered all of my questions. He was honest and upfront about what work needed to be done and what all my options were without being pushy. He and Joseph also took care to clean up after themselves and ensure the mess that was made from cleaning out the pipes was gone before they left. 5 stars for stellar, friendly service! I'll definitely be using Purdy again.

Jacob was very prompt and it seems he did excellent work as far as we can tell at this point. However, we had been quoted $150 + $20 for materials and after 1 hour and 10 minutes, the bill came to $380. This is more than double the orignial quote for fixing a leaking toilet base! Due to lack of transparency of charges, we will not use his services again.

My real estate company has done multiple projects with HG and all have turned out great! They are very responsive, professional, and provide great great pricing. From small AC and heater repairs to large HVAC replacements and installs, HG has done a great job. They are very responsive, arrive on time, and leave the sites cleaner than when they arrived (which is hard to find). They make maintaining and updating our HVACs a breeze. John from Oneflow is a great guy to work with. He came twice to complete the backflow inspection for our restaurant. The first time we couldn't open the lock to the protective cage. He came a second time to complete his work. John is very responsive, and the price is reasonable. Oneflow completed all the paperwork and submitted it to the town. Nice, easy and hassle free service. I have used Ark Plumbing several times and their service is always excellent.  This includes the people who answer the phone and make appointments and call to let you know when the technicians will arrive,  to the plumbers themselves.
