Daniel is AMAZING! SUPER responsive, knowledgeable, kind, and respectful! Most professional plumber I've met! He explained everything, didn't try to upsell us, and gave us great advice.  He saved us a ton of time AND money!!  He's def our new plumber for life!

Excellent and prompt service. I couldn't repair the kitchen faucet and gave up. I called Tweedy and they came onto the house right away. They are a bit expensive compared to other plumbers I've hired in the past, but the plumber was professional and did a great job.

Kevin is great. He has done a number of projects for us since we moved into our Laguna Niguel home back in November. The quality of his work is excellent and he is quite creative, able to find solutions to pretty complex problems around the house. He's been a huge help for us, helping to make our house more of a home. He has helped us with so much--installing our TV, upgrading outlets and light switches, fixing a leaking tub, painting, travertine tile work, taking down old plantation shutters, installing new light fixtures and more. Most recently, he's helped us cat-proof our loft area with a beautiful glass wall extension that sits on top of the loft ledge. It works well and looks amazing. To top it off, Kevin is a genuinely kind person which makes working with him a pleasure.

These guys are awesome! They saved me thousands! I had a slab leak in my duplex in Orange. This company came out immediately and worked diligently in resolving the issue. They even gave me a much lower bill because I didn't need the full scope of service they thought. Hard to find an honest company out there that does the right thing. Andy and his crew are hands down the best! They came in to my property as I had a leak in one of my sewer pipe coming from upstairs to downstairs. I contacted lay it right plumbing and Andy was one the phone within minutes of me contacting him, he came out right away and went over the work that needed to be performed. The following day he came over and did everything he needed to do without breaking or damaging anything else. His work station was clean and made sure he cleaned up everything as I have my house clean. I couldn't have asked for a better team for the job. Now they are doing a rental property which is already starting to turn out great. Thanks Andy I look forward to working with you in the future.

Many thanks to Casey and Blake at JustinTime for dealing with a challenging toilet replacement situation. All three toilets were in bathrooms with flooring of ceramic tile and sealed with tile grout so needed some extra attention and effort to remove them. Casey and Blake arrived on time in the morning and the job was complete by lunch time. They were professional, kind, and patient in explaining their process and answering all my questions. The new toilets work flawlessly and only one bathroom needs some minor tile repair. They left everything tidy, taking the old toilets and all the packaging from the new ones away. JustinTime continues to have a great reputation in Costa Mesa because of professionals like Casey and Blake.

I came across Barker and Sons plumbing through my Nextdoor app. It seemed as tho my neighbors have had great experiences with them I decided to talk due to use having a minor emergency. I spoke with Alex and he was super nice and total was willing to help and send someone out that night. Mario showed up and was extremely professional. He took the time to explain what was going on and we never felt pressured by him to move forward with what was going to be an expensive job. Mario and his helper ( I didn't get his name) were great through the whole process and kept us in the loop of what was going on step by step. They even saved my lemon tree that I thought for sure gonna have to be removed! I would definitely recommend this company and I will be calling them from here on out! Thanks Barker and Sons!

There's nothing like enjoying a hot relaxing shower, that is until you realize that you are standing in 4 inches of water!

I wished I were in a hotel whre I  I would simply call the front desk and ask to be moved to another room, but since I am not in a hotel, and I own the house ( and clogged drain) I accepted I had to find a plumber.

In my experience  the word good and plumber have never really belonged next to each other....and I was not looking forward to the experience of finding someone to do the job.

I asked around and my neighbor said he had a good experience with a company called Coast Plumbing and gave me their contact information.

I called them last night around 6:00.  A polite gentleman  gave me a set price of $75.00 to clear a drain and quickly scheduled my appointment for the next morning.

Coast Plumbing  shows that they respect their customers by giving them a 1 hour window for when the technician will arrive.

The technician Jason apprived on time and was both polite and professional.

He quickly cleared the drain and charged me the exact amount I had been quoted.

After completing the work Jason even cleaned the area where he was working leaving it in better condition than when he started!

I am very satisfied with Jason, Coast Plumbing and the work that was done.  I plan to call them in the future for my home and rental homes.

Luis was amazing! He showed up early and unclogged my kitchen sink in no time. He's very professional and extremely polite. Price was very reasonaI will definitely use him for any future plumbing needs.

Jose was extremely helpful and professional. He was able do to same day service and was very accommodating to my work schedule. He is a man of his word when it came to the price which was very fair definitely will be recommending him to friends and family and will be using his services again in the future if needed.

Recently moved to the area and the drain line in our new home backed up; had water on the floor in the downstairs bathroom and gurgling noises coming from the kitchen sink drain. Not knowing who to call I relied heavily on Yelp reviews and found Purdy Plumbing & Drain. These guys are AWESOME! Left a message and was called back within 10 minutes; appt scheduled within the hour. Andy and Alan showed up on time, clean and professional. They ran a camera through the line to find the problem; roots! They used a motorized plumbing snake to clean the line, cut through the roots and then they ran the camera again to make sure the line was in good condition. Andy and Alan cleaned up their work area once the job was done and even suggested a solution that would prevent water from backing up into the house should it ever happen again. In and out in about 1 hour. Definitely calling again for any future problems. Thanks guys!

Guy has helped me finish a project at my store recently, he was very helpful in determining how to get the project done the most efficient way.  Each time he got the job done, and help me big time in a pinch.  I was particularly impressed with his attention to details.  My project was not easy, I was worried and sweating the details, but Guy assured me that he will figure out how and make sure I understood it will get done.  I couldn't thank him enough. Also, he made follow up call to check in with me when the project was done. High recommended to anyone in HB or surrounding areas to use Guy.

The absolute best of the best, there's a reason they have 5 stars. They do a 10/10 job. Helped me get my hot water back on super quick! The staff is nice and easy to work with too. Highly recommend this place to anyone , they will repair your hot water for fast and cheap can't get better than that !

My experience within 5 min of these guys knocking on my door:

No introduction, no hand shake, they came in and stated Did anyone tell you it's $275 for leak detection - That was the first I heard of that, you'd think they would be upfront with customers on that. But hey - no big deal. I can understand that. Maybe someone just forgot to mention it on the call.

Then after that, they handed me an iPad and said sign here and we'll get started. Looking at the iPad I only saw the signature page. I asked are there any terms and conditions this signature is authorizing, and can I see them before I sign? - He said sure, and pulled up 3 pages of terms and conditions, that I had to review. After reading everything, it all look pretty standard to me.

Then I asked myself is this the way I want to start a relationship with a contractor who is going to be cutting into my floors, and turning off my water?

Strike one - They never mentioned the leak detection fee, (small oversight, I can get past that) Strike two - They ask me to sign an authorization without fulling disclosing the terms and conditions (this is a bit more substantial, caution flags are going off now)
Strike three - Nahh - I'll pass, and consider myself lucky.

John from Oneflow is a great guy to work with. He came twice to complete the backflow inspection for our restaurant. The first time we couldn't open the lock to the protective cage. He came a second time to complete his work. John is very responsive, and the price is reasonable. Oneflow completed all the paperwork and submitted it to the town. Nice, easy and hassle free service. Thank you for a great customer service.

This company is very unprofessional and extremely hard to deal with. I called in with a gas leak and the plumber Nick came by promptly. First he did a standard test around the house spray water to look for bubbles. After a while he did find tiny tiny bubbles that appear to be a leak. So he replaced a bunch of pipes and told me hopefully it fixed the problem. He did not measure the amount of leak before or after the repair. When the gas company came they found the same amount of leak before and after. So the work that did was essentially useless. The company still charged me $227 for the useless work and my problem is not fixed! I called in to complain and all they can credit me is $85 towards the next call which is minimum $350 more to test where the gas leak is, not counting the repair which needs to be done. I would not recommend this company to anyone testing for a gas leak.

Update: After my review, Alina from the office called me and CANCELLED the follow-up repair because of my bad review. So my $227 for the failed repair is gone down the drain. This company doesn't deserve to be in business!

Woke up to a constant drip in my kitchen ceiling. Called Tom Moffett and they called me within 10 minutes to schedule someone to come by. Jonathan, our plumber, came within an hour or so. I'm glad they were able to come by right away. Jonathan was friendly and detailed what he was going to do. He cut out a section of the ceiling and pinpointed the problem. He gave me straightforward pricing and fixed the leak. Jonathan had a very pleasant personality. Very friendly. I would highly recommend him. Also, Jennifer, whom I talked to on the phone was pleasant and helped me during this situation that no homeowner would like to experience.

I've dealt with a couple other plumbing companies for other reasons,  but Tom Moffett has been by far the best. I'm going to stick with them.
