Art & his team was about to come by within half an hour of calling and the best thing is they picked up the phone right away. I called 3 other plumbers and all went to voicemail. The guys were very friendly and did a thorough job of clearing my main drain within an hour and even showed me a recording of their camera going down the main so I understand where the problem lies. Will definitely contact them again if I ever need plumbing work done again!

Had a minor back-up in the showers when the washing machine would run, accompanied by a smell in the stall shower.  Based on a recommendation on Yorba Linda Buzz on Facebook, I called Cleveland Plumbing.  The owner called me back within 5 minutes.  In under 30 minutes, the Field Supervisor Nick, and another employee Art, came out to the house.  

They were extremely honest and straightforward with the various possibilities.  I did not feel like they were trying to stick me with a charge I didn't need.  They started with the most affordable solution before moving on to any more costly solutions.  

Cleveland Plumbing was prompt, courteous, professional, and affordable.  In a time when many private contractors / companies can't seem to get their act together to do the work timely and correctly, these guys came through.  Thanks!

Our water heater stopped working suddenly. This plumber was great about coming out same day. Good customer service and same day work. I was very happy to have hot water same day.

Tim installed an RO system in my parents' home in Irvine's Portola Springs area. He was quick to schedule, came within a few days to install the system, and was friendly and easy to communicate with. The system looks and works great.

BEWARE: Despite all these great reviews, this company did thousands of damage to my property during a $6500 repipe and $2000 dry wall repair to my 2300 sq. foot home in December 2021!

On 12/3/21 Sergio's Plastering Corp (highly recommended by Nant Khambounheuang, Manager at All American Repipe) did a ton of damage to my property. Nant hid the fact that Sergio has no license nor a bond to do dry wall repair.

On 12/4/21 Nant, Sergio Castillo, and a third man spent over 4 hours at my home cleaning the dry wall mud and dust from my carpets, furniture, high end stereo, cabinets, windows, drive way, etc. There was damage to my dishwasher, kitchen cabinets, air ducts, shutters, flooring, front door, masonry, etc.

On 12/7/21 Nant Khambounheuang returned a 2nd time to my home to inspect more damage! This is when he offered a $1,000 refund. He promised 100% satisfaction guaranteed and said he would NOT leave my job until all work and repairs were done to my satisfaction! He lied. The next day he abandoned my job and has never returned since 12/7/21.

On 12/7/21 I asked Nant to give me a copy of all the receipt to prove he used genuine Uponor materials for my 12/1/21 repipe job as was stated on my contract; three months latter, as of 3/16/22 he has NOT given me these critical receipts!

My repipe contract stated he would use 100% genuine Uponor Pex A, bushing, and fittings. (Without 100% genuine Uponor parts the manufacturer's 25-year warranty is VOIDED.)

I also asked Nant to give copies of each employee's Uponor Training certification to show each person was properly trained on installation procedures; if Uponor products are not installed per their guidelines, your 25 year manufacturer warranty is VOIDED by Uponor.

As of 3/16/22, Nant has still NOT given me any receipt to prove he installed genuine Uponor products and Dahl angle stops in my home!

What he gave me was a receipt dated 12/3/21 for 24 Dahl angle stops; but my repipe job done on 12/1/21...two days BEFORE the 12/3/21 receipt was printed.

By around 12/19/21 Nant refused to respond to my emails pleading for help.
Instead Nant hired lawyer, Jack Kortz, who has been selling real estate since 1988. His realtor's license is SBN # 138297.

From December through most of January 2022 NO responses from Jack Kortz, All American Repipe, Nant, Sergio, or Novica.

I once trusted Nant Khambounheuang100% implicitly!

I was shocked the first time I learned he gave me false information; I was more shocked when he abandoned my job.

I was even more shocked when I learned he over charged me for my job and refused to issue any refund.

I am EXTREMELY shocked to learn after waiting for THREE months, he refuses to give me copies of the receipts for all materials used in my 12/1/21 repipe to prove he installed genuine Uponor parts. This tells me he did NOT use 100% genuine Uponor parts in my repipe per my contract.

The lady who answered the phone would not tell me the base price to rout out a partially stopped toilet...one that simply doesn't flush all the way.  I asked what is the cheapest price they charge for the the most basic service.  She wouldn't tell me.  She said they would come out within a two-hour window, while I had to sit home and missed work, to give me a quote.  The man arrived and priced it at $225 and tried to talk me into replacing items in the tank, which have been replaced within past year.  DVS only charges $130.  So they trap you at home, won't quote you a price before they come out, and then charge WAY TOO MUCH.  I am an architect, so I know what I am talking about.  This is a big scam.

Found my water leakage quickly and provided the best pricing! Josh was great and easy to work with.

Ron came out on a Saturday and looked at our heater and told us that we have to replace it. We asked how long will it take to replace it and if we can upgrade it to a bigger tank. He said that he would be able to do it the following day and it shouldn't take him more then 3 hours. Sure enough the next day we had a brand new water heater. He was so helpful in accommodating us so fast considering that both my husband and I work during the weekdays Ron was able to take care of us. When he showed up he looked professional and was able to explain the whole process of changing it in details. He went over the safety features in details. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends. I would also suggest that you ask for Ron if you want things done as quickly as possible. Thank you again Ron.

Shawn was wonderful. Extremely helpful and friendly. My gardener turned on the water while the bathroom water line was open. It flooded the area. Shawn offered to help clean it up when he got back. Super nice guy.

Our shower in the master bathroom flooded in the middle of the night.  Called quite a few places, most were answered by their dispatchers, but Diego answered for Overtime and came within 20 minutes.  The two men were very respectful, professional and explained things clearly.  Hopefully I won't have to call them at 4 AM again but would recommend their outstanding service to other people.

John K. had to service my soft water tank. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and communicated clearly and succinctly. He performed the needed repairs in a timely manner and left the work area clean and orderly.

Miguel came and helped us resolve a valve issue moving into our new home. He was patiently waiting at Home Depot while we figured out what size valve we needed from our water company. He was calm, professional and quick. We would definitely use him again.

After an expensive pipe leak, we decided to have our 30 year old house repiped.  Lou Ramirez & his crew did an awesome job with minimal inconvenience to our tenant.  The majority of the work was completed in one day.  They handled the permit, contacted the city for inspections, & followed up to make sure it was signed off.  A repipe means lots of holes cut in drywall & stucco, but they did an excellent job with the repairs and it's virtually impossible to tell where the cuts were. Lou went above & beyond what was expected & installed a smoke detector & CO detector (our tenant had removed them) in order for the city to sign off on the job.   We've trusted Lou to take care of our plumbing needs while we live 1200 miles away & he's done a wonderful job for us.  He's competent, thorough, trust worthy & always quick to respond.  We trust him
completely & wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

My water heater got leaked and I called CastleWorks. They have very clear telephone messages telling me status of their technician and the technician showed up and explained what happened, giving me different options. Then they went in and replaced with a new one within a couple of hours. They even cleaned up my leaked water. Overall experience was so smooth. Very professional.

Asked for an eval and quote for leaking gas line. Very prompt reply and sent someone out next days They were very thorough in the evaluation (free!) and very patient in explaining the issues and proposed fix. Fair pricing with good warranty. They were in good communication about drafting up the contract despite some last minute changes we were asking about. They did a very good and efficient job with fixing the leak. Delivered services on time. No hidden fees. Lots of integrity!

I needed my under the sink water filter system repaired because the water was no longer coming out. As soon as I reached out to Parzival for a quote, they immediately responded and asked Chris to come out the very next day. The service was really great. They were able to address the water tank and filter system issues and the water is coming out just fine now. I would highly recommend them and would use them again!
