I should have posted this review about 6 months ago, however, Purpose Driven Plumbing deserves every 5-star review even if it is six months later! Justin was recommended to us by a friend, he came out to assess a leak below the kitchen floor.  We decided to go with a whole house re-pipe.  He made a torturous experience, tolerable.  He came out with his crew and re-piped our entire house, quickly! they were done within two days.  Cleaned up and walls patched and re-textured.  Left everything ready for paint.  He was wonderful to work with, very responsive to calls and texts, and a hard-working and honest young man.  He offered great advice and takes great pride in his work. I will definitely be calling him for all my plumbing issues.

This is the third time we've used them.  The first time he came and advised on plumbing matters, but deemed no work was warranted.  He did not charge for the call.  The second time he fixed an O-ring under an upstairs toilet, and unlike the previous plumber, was able to ascertain that the flange had fractured, and he repaired it and it works well.  Today he sent his technician Jordan to our home to replace a kitchen faucet.  Jordan was nice, conscientious and did a good job offering to help clean up the kitchen area for no charge.   I have them on speed dial now.

We had a plumbing issue that required the water in our home to be shut off.  Justin responded to our yelp inquiry within minutes. He came by, fixed the problem and charged less than what we expected to pay. We had a conversation about our families and Justin seemed like a really nice guy. I would like to thank Justin for repairing a consistent leak in our bathroom and replace the entire faucet tub shower system. I had a slab leak at my house and had 5 different plumbers take a look at the problem and give estimates. Most of the plumbers wanted to charge almost $17,000 and wanted to do a complete repipe. Justin took a look at the problem and advised a repipe was not needed and was able to repair the leak for around $1,300, and even took care of a drain line blockage for no additional charge!

Justin is super friendly and highly professional; I even learned that we were both baptized by the same pastor! If you are looking for a plumber that is not going to rip you off and is of great integrity, look no further.

Our toilet had a small slow water leak coming from under the toilet. When not used, it dried up and then after several flushes, a small amount of water was on the floor again, yet I could not find any leaks. I called Purpose Driven Plumbing based on the reviews. After inspection by Justin, he was sure it was the wax o'ring seal that keeps water from leaking as it passes from the toilet to the drain pipe. In no time he had the toilet out, made sure all was clean around the drain pipe, installed a new seal, re-installed the toilet and now good as new! Made sure all was clean and he is knowledgeable. I enjoyed our conversation and will be sure to use him again whenever there is a plumbing issue. I can understand why everyone gives him 5-stars. His price was very fair and he was able to come out that day and repair the leak. Not only was he efficient, but professional and very friendly as well. The repair was a high quality job! From the time I contacted the company to when the job was done was no more than 2 hours. Great company!

Justin was awesome!! I had a main line back up and he came over within an hour to check it out. He had the drain cleared out in no time. My drain is long with problem roots close to the end and he got it done quick. Justin is clean and professional.

I emailed them at 8 o'clock at night due to a clogged kitchen drain.  They responded right away through Yelp and were at our house as promised the next morning at 8:30.  They fixed the clog and we were all set within an hour!  Fair price and great service!   If I need anymore plumbing I will for sure call them again.

One of the pipes on our main water line cracked and water was coming from underneath our home and gushing out the front lawn. I reached out to our HOA to see if this was something they covered. Unfortunately, since it was the main water line, I was instructed to contact a plumber. I quickly opened my yelp app and started searching for a local plumber. Since it late afternoon on a Sunday, I didn't have much luck speaking to a live person.

I didn't let that deter me. I then requested for several quotes via Yelp's request for a quote feature. That's an awesome feature by the way! Thank you Yelp!  

Within minutes, I received several responses but one company stood out and that company was Purpose Driven Plumbing. For those familiar with the book written by Rick Warren; you'll understand why it stood out and know what I mean.

Justin, the owner, was super responsive. He arrived within the timeframe agreed upon. He kept me
in the loop every step of the way. He had to dig several feet of dirt and jackhammered through concrete to determine where the water leak was coming from. I was getting nervous but he assured me that he'd find the source.

After several hours of digging, he found the leak, replaced the part and even put the plant back at the same location. He even waited 45 min before turning the water back on to ensure the seal was dry. He didn't give up and stayed committed to completing the job.

I didn't think I could ever be so happy to see running water coming out of a faucet but I was!

I was feeling desperate in an emergency and Justin was so kind to help me figure things out over the phone to help prevent further damage until I could get a plumber out. Another slab leak in our home and we called Justin (he repaired another leak somewhere else last year).  Justin responded right away and was here the next day.  He is always considerate, tidy,professional and just a nice person.

Had 3 plumbers come out to fix a leak. All of them couldn't find where the leak was located and charged so much to find/repair it. Purpose Driven Plumbing came out and located the (slab) leak in ten minutes and fixed the problem. I cannot recommend them enough. Your search for a great and honest plumber has ended. We found Justin at Purpose Driven Plumbing from other reviews from neighbors in our community on FaceBook and NextDoor groups. We had our house tented for termites, and when the gas company came out to turn back on our gas, they would not turn it on due to a pre-existing leak. We needed to have it fixed by a plumber and then call them back out.  We called Justin and he came out the next morning with an associate. They spent the time needed to test, isolate, and fix a 'needle in a haystack' gas leak, which can be tricky. We called the gas company, they verified the leak issue was resolved, and turned back on our gas. We will use Justin at Purpose Driven Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs. My husband and I just purchased our first home in Laguna Niguel. We needed some plumbing work done and were very hesitant on who to go with. I found Justin at Purpose Driven Plumbing from recommendations on a local Facebook group. My water heater was not producing enough hot water, so I sent Justin a text. He responded within an hour and we scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday. We determined that my water heater was installed in 1998, so it was time for a new one. We were able to get it scheduled for the next day at a very reasonable cost. He also gave me a good discounted rate for changing out all of the angle stop valves throughout the house. Justin and Jordan were friendly and thorough. They left the workspace tidy, and Jordan even took the time to adjust some faucet handles that were askew without me even asking. Will definitely call Purpose Driven Plumbing the next time I have a plumbing issue!

I did a whole house re-pipe. Took 2 days. They did the re-piping in 1 day and i had water that first night. Second day was dry wall patching. Since I had white paint already inside my house, could not really tell that I had dry wall work done.
It was a lot of work, but their crew had 2 long days of hard work.
Would recommend purpose driven plumbing.

Prompt, thorough, and knowledgeable. Justin determined I didn't have a plumbing problem, but only after an inside, outside, and crawlspace inspection. I'll definitely call him first in the future.

I called Justin about a clogged kitchen sink on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to be at my house in an hour and got right to work. The clog went much further than expected (no easy drain snaking could clear it) so he had to work it from the drain cap outside (which had been stuccoed over so he had to go above and beyond to chip away the stucco in order to access it). Then he found that the main line clog stretched further than his 35' clearing equipment could fix so he drove home to pickup his 75' drain clearing machine and came right back and got everything fixed. His dedication to completing the job was impressive and I still got the problem fixed for a reasonable price even though it ended up taking most of Justin's afternoon... Great guy and excellent service!  (Also good with kids and pets - happily handled my three kids asking him questions the whole time and my two dogs watching intently from a foot away )

He has done lots of things for me such as descaling my tankless water heater, fixing and replacing faucets, snaking drains, installing BBQ gas line, and other plumbing repairs.  I had hired several local plumbers in the past but Justin is by far the best.

I called Purpose Driven Plumbing today and left a message.   Justin called back promptly and we talked about the issue offering me different solutions to the various scenarios involving the non draining upstairs toilet and the water coming from under the floorboard in the kitchen.  He was well spoken and obviously knowledgeable.

I was trying to replace a shower cartridge due to a leak friday night when the cartridge broke in half making it nearly impossible to pull out and that's when I jumped on Yelp.

I am so blessed to have found Purpose Driven Plumbing. It makes a huge difference when you get to speak and work with the owner because you could build a trust in the relationship. We had a leak in the backyard as one of the sprinkler pipes had a crack. Although we don't really know the reason for the crack, we do suspect that it was there for quite sometime... Leaking under the soil.

The leak got our attention because we saw a dramatic increase in our water bill from $60 to $300 in a month!! We knew there was a problem. Then, we noticed that there was a puddle outside that never dried up. Justin is the best!  We had an unusually challenging backyard plumbing emergency on Saturday morning.  After unsuccessfully trying to reach plumbers we have used before, we found recommendations for Justin on the Next Door app.   My husband gave him a call, he arrived within 20 minutes and didn't give up until he found a solution to our problem.   In addition to being an excellent plumber, Justin is a good guy.   His pricing was honest and fair.  We enthusiastically give him five stars and will be recommending him to all of our friends.

I had a tricky plumbing issue under my kitchen sink so I decided to replace the sink as well. I was referred to PDP, so wasn't sure what to expect. I have to say that Justin and his team were amazing. Jordan was really great and thoughtful. All through the process from booking to communication to install - Professional. Courteous. Super tidy. The counter had to be trimmed and it took a bit longer than expected however my sink is in and it's amazing. The new pipe work below is great and I highly recommend PDP for ANY plumbing jobs you have. Super impressed. Thanks guys.

Our backyard faucet wouldn't shut off completely on Sunday evening, so I looked at Nextdoor recommendations in my neighborhood for a plumber.  I checked several of those recommendations by reading reviews on Yelp and Purpose Driven Plumbing was my first choice after reading the reviews.

I texted Justin and he immediately responded with an appointment for the next morning between 8:15 and 8:30 AM and sure enough he arrived in the promised time frame.  He removed and replaced the broken faucet and it now works perfectly.

He brought along a helper named Chris and my husband and I agreed that they were both genuinely nice people.

Purpose Driven Plumbing flushed two tankless water heaters at my home, that hadn't been flushed for 3 years, and he was reliable, professional, with very fair/reasonable prices and integrity. He was honest and did not attempt to upsell or push anything other than what I requested. Furthermore, he was responsive to my messages with clear communication.  Overall, a great plumber with integrity and prompt (he shows up when he says he will).  I would highly recommend. Added bonus is that Justin is the owner operator so everything done through him, from  scheduling to repairing. I am an impossible person to please, and yet, I was highly impressed!

Justin obtained the building permit and the next day his crew did the entire repipe job in 1 day and his drywall crew did all the drywall repair also in one day. I called Purpose Driven Plumbing based on reviews I saw on NextDoor.  I called Justin yesterday afternoon and he was here this morning to fix my leaking water softner.  He was very professional, courteous and knowledgerable.  He had the right parts from pictures I sent him.  He helped  me program the softner and even load the salt.  He made sure there were no leaks and the softner was working properly before he left.  I highly recommend Purpose Driven Plumbing.

We called Justin to help us with a situation in our kitchen. We bought a new stove range and the gas line needed to be moved so that the stove could fit in without sticking out.

I used the Yelp feature for quoting and instantly I received a respond from the owner and a second one from one of their plumbers.

Customer service is a big deal to me and their prompt service was very well appreciated. We are new to this area and my husband just happen to talk to our neighbor who just happens a to be a licensed plumber. Otherwise we would of definitely used these guys.

I did message them back letting them of what happened and  I apologize for the delay to my response. I am writing this review as I did experience speedy service and guidance so as a nice token of appreciation I decided to do a nice compliment on yyelp page for customer service and promptly response.

I put service on yelp Justin respond in less than 10 minutes.
He anxious to help, he replied immediately and I respond.
He very nice and helpful and he got to the address I sent him in 15 mins.
today is Thanksgiving and emergency call, I know it cost a little more.
he quoted me 265.00 for snake out kitchen drain on Thanksgiving, I said ok and I will add another 100.00 on top, he was surprise but that what I want him to do. he did it fast and within 1 hour. I am happy with the service, for holiday time. I am a plumber myself, and I am in Las Vegas area. Trying to help our family friend in Mission Viejo it was a challenge.
I got Prostar, C@C , etc.. either they don't service on holiday but advertise they are, and get this they want to charge me 1400.00 for the same service on Thanksgiving. I am glad that Justin there to help me, and I will call him again if our family friend need service again.

He is honest, very reasonably priced & just an all around good guy who goes above & beyond!

I've been having issues with the low water flow & lack of hot water in my kitchen for almost 2 years now. Justin was able to quickly identify it was the faucet (even though I changed the faucet previously & it didn't fix the problem he assured me that was the issue) causing the trouble.

I bought a new one at Home Depot only to find out it was used & had crud in it.  Jason has his technician go back to Home Depot, buy another identical faucet with the company credit card & install it then told me about that issue afterward. I don't know any other company that would do that. He could've waited for me to come back home and tell me I needed to go exchange the faucet myself but he knew how important it was to get it done that day so he did what he needed to do to make that happen.

The water is flowing so strong now & it's hot again! YAY!!! Why did I wait so long. Jason, you are the BEST! I'm telling all of my neighbors about you now.

Justin came to our rescue on New Year's Eve. Our water heater went out and he came over to see if he could fix it. Unfortunately, it was 12 yrs old and needed to be replaced. Justin installed a new water heater for us and did a very nice job. He really went above and beyond to help us and I really appreciated his customer service. Justin is professional, kind, helpful and honest. I messaged him through yelp after purchasing a new toilet on Sunday afternoon and he came to install the following morning. After 2 other plumbers not being able to fix the plumbing problem is why we purchased a new toilet but Justin figured out the problem and installed the new toilet for a great price. 2 weeks later and we are so happy that our guest toilet finally flushes properly. Justin came over on time and got right down to business. Located the leak and stopped the issue. He re-routed the line from below our slab to through our ceiling and got us back to our normal life. January 2020: We were lucky to have met Justin from Purpose Driven Plumbing! We had just bought a new house in Mission Viejo and started the renovation process. When we started taking off the old carpet to put new flooring we noticed the concrete was wet. My husband had to do a Home Depot run and noticed the Purpose Driven plumbing truck so he pulled over and met Justin. Justin came to our house and diagnosed the problem. It was a slab leak! He was able to reroute and fix the issue at a reasonable cost. Justin was a God send!

Fast forward to July 2020: we had a stoppage and our downstairs got flooded. Justin came out and brought his camera to help us identify the issue. He suggested a great game plan. He recommended that we get the cast iron pipes re-sleeved. It's not his expertise but he was able to lead us in the right direction. Ruben and I are grateful for you Justin!

My tenant let me know both toilets were running non stop over the holidays with all the craziness I totally forgot. So I quickly went on YELP and looked up a plumber, he met me there and gave me a very high quote. Needless to say I didn't move ahead and thought I should do some more research. I reached out to a friend who does a lot of remodels and she recommended Purpose Driven Plumbing. He was booked for the week but said if he got any time he would reach out, 1 day later he did, fixed the problems quickly and 1/2 the price of the first quote. It's been a week and the tenant says it's working great! Thanks for taking care of this!!!

Justin is honest, kind, and very hardworking. He does not hesitate to come over if there is an emergency. He does excellent work in a timely manner. He always cleans up and takes extra precaution and care with your home. I highly recommend Justin with any plumbing needs!  Thank you!

We called Justin/Purpose Driven Plumbing when our new fridge arrived this week and the waterline from under our sink wasn't working. Justin and his team were so quick to come over and fix the issue. Justin is so so so nice! I called 8 plumbers around 7:15 because our kitchen sink wouldn't drain. No one answered except him. He was so kind, and came right over to fix our issue. His prices are very fair, with no emergency surcharge. I will only call him for our plumbing needs going forward.

Long overdue review. Bought a new home about 4 months ago. Justin came in a replaced all of the toilets, showers heads and faucets, and sink faucets. He was very accommodating as I had double booked some trades so he had to work around others. He came back twice to fix some leaks as the plumbing we originally had was ~20 years old and didn't even charge. An expert at what he does. Greatly appreciate his work and willingness to see the job all the way through. Great guy who does great work. Would contact him for any of my future plumbing jobs. Thanks Justin!!!

Justin is the best. He diagnosed a difficult slab leak we had and Came up with a cost effective solution and fixed the problem. He is  polite, respectful of home, work is first rate and pleasure to work with and price was more than fair. I have referred  to family and friends and would recommend to anyone who ask me for a plumber referral I say call Justin at Purpose Driven Plumbing.

I looked online to find an experienced plumber who could handle installing a whole home water filter system with a pre filter. I wanted 3 valves to be able to turn off the water supply to be able to change the pre filter so it was going to involve some soldering and design work to make it work. When I saw Purpose Driven I wondered if Justin had came up with his company name from the book - The Purpose Driven Life? So I contacted him feeling I could trust him based on that alone. Justin responded back that my hunch was right. He was booked but he scheduled me a week out and true to his word, he was there on the day scheduled. He conscientiously worked with me in finding the right location for the large tank and pre filter. He worked to make sure I was totally satisfied with the design. Justin has worked a number of years in new tract home construction plumbing as well as repair work and so his experience is expansive. I can't speak more highly of his competence, care for detail and the finished product.

I've had Justin come out twice to unclog my drains. He was polite, on time and had a fair price.

Justin was quick to respond to me when I reached out to him over a huge leak coming from garage foundation area. I was happy that he could come out during the COVID to fix this problem .

He spent two days here along with his helper Garrett. Both of them worked very hard and got the problem fixed with repiping. Justin tested every sink, toilets and showers to pinpoint the areas where this leak was coming from. After rerouting pipes with new piping thru the garage, thru the laundry room and upstairs to two bathrooms the leak is fixed.

Justin is reliable, efficient and an honest plumber. I am so glad we found him and will be using him again in the future!!

BTW... he even recommended a dry wall person to cover up the holes which is great because I needed one!! Thank you for that!

This is an updated review:
I texted Justin yesterday at 5pm for water leak underneath my kitchen sink that spilling out a lot of water. I just figured I would get on his schedule for the next day. Justin was amazing and texted me back saying that he was on his way to look at it. Now that's great customer service!! I needed a new garbage disposal b/c the old one rotted out (hence the leak). Justin was quick to purchase the new garbage disposal and install it. I felt so bad b/c it was during dinner time when he should have been home enjoying dinner with his family.

Great service! Called Justin with draining issue with our washing machine and he was here the same day within 45 minutes to take a look at it and help us figure out the issue. Appreciate efficient and friendly service. Thanks!!

Justin was willing to show up, work, & get the job done with no notice.  Leaks & bursts are like that, no notice.  
He was also willing to work with us from a financial standpoint.  All is well & flowing as it's supposed to.
