I called this morning and Nick came out this afternoon to take a look at my pressure regulator which ended up not needing repair after all. He took the time to explain some other issues to me regarding my hot water heater and the main service line. He also replaced a couple of spigots that Ive needed replaced for a while now. He was professional, kind, and patient in answering my questions. I will definitely call them back next time I need a plumber!

My water heater failed and I was without hot water for nearly 2 weeks due to the poor service of the manufacturer of my previous water heater. I  contacted Bill Metzger and explained my predicament. I was quite distraught. Bill was very patient and understanding and had a technician, Jacob, out in less than 48 hours. Jacob is an outstanding, expert technician. He is efficient, courteous, patient and completed the job in a very short period of time. He made absolutely certain that my new water heater was working correctly before he left. I give Bill Metzger Plumbing my highest recommendation.

Look no further!!!! You have stumbled across an honesty plumber!!!! I was referred to Nassar through Home Depot to replace a kitchen faucet.  He was out to my home within a few hours.  Turn the water on and off fiddled with the faucet and told me I did not need a new faucet, just a new spout.  He had me soak the faucet head in vinegar while he went up to Home Depot to see if they had one.  No luck with the vinegar or the replacement spout.  He brought in some CLR to continue soaking the faucet head,  helped me locate the replacement spout on amazon for 18.99.  The replacement faucet would  been  $225.   He charged me 100.00 for his time!!!!  I will definitely be calling Waterline Plumbing and Nassar again.  He easily saved me $400!!!!

I called Adam to fix a plumbing issue at my first home in Stanton. He did an excellent job at a very
affordable price. Since then he became my go to person for several projects. He is the best I could find for drywall and stucco repair. He also done door and windows installations for me. He not only beat a very competitive quote for the whole house painting but did a super job for which I got many compliments! Highly recommended!

Javier came into this morning and fixed my bathroom toilet!!! Lifesaver!!! He was courteous and quick! Highly recommend him!

I've been using McKeown Plumbing for years now. They are the best! Just recently, they came to dig out part of my sewer line, to cut out and replace part of the line that had sagged underground.  It kepkept stopping up the toilets. The house is very old. They got the job done quickly, even though it was a lot of digging under a patio. Then put everything back better than it was before they started. They cleaned up the area, wore shoe covers and masks in my home, and they were friendly and thoughtful. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Just called McKeown Plumbing yesterday, to fix a tenants sink. They came the same day, got it all cleared, always great service! Thanks again. You guys are the best!

The City of Claremont required me to install and have tested a backflow preventer in my irrigation line. I searched Yelp and found Pro Backflow Testing Services. I contacted Jamie Perez who gave me a prompt and concise estimate of the  job requirements and costs. He quoted me a fair price. He scheduled the work and it was completed in less than a week on time and without any problems. He left the job site neat and without any debris on the property. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. Fair honest and quick to communicate!

Caliber One Plumbing is just as their name says, they're the best. I recently had a clogged kitchen drain and Armando responded quickly and took care of the clog in the most professional manner. Not only did he clear the clog, but he also identified other issues that would need to corrected at a later date. With these recommendations I was fully informed on what I needed to do to prevent any future clogs. I would absolutely recommend Caliber One Plumbing to any family or friends.

Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company based on my experience with Jim. He came out because my water heater was making  a booming noise when heater was turning on.  Jim explained the problem and even called to get the repair covered under the water heater's warranty.  I could not be more grateful for his help!

I was assigned Magna plumbing through my homeowners insurance.  They had to replace leaking old piping under master bath sink and I purchased a brushed nickel widespread bath faucet set to replace the  faucet which was also dripping (I was waiting until Covid case numbers improved, but then the underneath piping began to leak).    They did a wonderful job.  Arrived masked and were very neat and clean with their work.  I was impressed.  Had to wait an extra day for repairs, but it wasn't a problem.

He was very responsive to the calls and text messages up to the appointment day. We confirmed the appointment the days before it. He did not showed up and didn't answer any messages or calls after he missed the appointment. Very disappointed.

I needed plumbers fast and they ERP was there. They are professional in every way and very nice. They are really good at their job and were totally willing to explain what they were doing and why. They fixed the problem and ended up fixing other things that needed it as well. They truly care which is a gift when you come across it in any industry. I felt very comfortable with all three guys and would recommend them to anyone.

Hands down the best leak detection and plumbing repair company I've ever dealt with.  Slab leaks are one of the most stressful home issues to deal with because you know it's going to cost a lot, but most plumbers won't give you a price until after they've finished the job.  Evans Leak Detection lets you know what it will cost before they even come to your house.  How awesome is that!   This is a long review because these guys deserve it.  

From the beginning, Ron was straight forward and upfront about the slab leak detection and repair process.  The absolute best part is the flat rate pricing for fixing slab leaks.  Knowing the cost ahead of time eased my mind and helped me better prepare for the expense.  

I called so many plumbers trying to get an idea on cost to repair our slab leak and none of them would give a price.  I foolishly paid another plumber for leak detection and estimate before contacting Evans Leak Detection.  Even after that, the other guy wouldn't give me an exact dollar amount, but rather a ridiculously wide range of what it might cost.  He said he would have to rip out our kitchen cabinets and they'd be damaged to the point of needing to be replaced by us.  

So I contacted Ron at Evans Leak Detection, he asked a few questions, explained the process and told me what the flat rate price would be (which was much lower than the estimate from the other place).  He had Omar at our house within a couple of days.  Omar located the leak quickly, answered the 800 questions I had (sorry Omar), and explained everything he was going to do to bypass the slab leaking pipe and re-route that section.  He was able to run the new section of pipe in the wall behind our kitchen cabinets.  Not an easy task, but he did it seamlessly with very little cosmetic work for us to address after.   He was such a nice man, very thorough and experienced in his work, and double checked/cleaned up everything well before leaving.  

In summary, if you have the misfortune and stress of a slab leak, please don't waste time researching other plumbers.  Just call Evans Leak Detection.  Professional, experienced guys with flat rate pricing to simplify the process.  This is one of the easiest recommendations I've ever made.  Thank you Ron, Omar, and Evans Leak Detection.

The worst EVER plumbing company I have ever experienced.  They installed 2 faucets in my master bathroom and both were leaking; they charged me and extra $125. on top of the $400 quoted for the faucets I had already purchase for fixtures at home depot.  Not only did the faucet leak, Shaffer Plumbing came back and would not give me the time of day to fix the problem.  Told me I had to contact Kohler.  Walked out without a care in the world because I had already paid them WAY to much for their incompetent service.  NEVER use this horrible company...you will be taken to the cleaners and left with a mess.

Worst Plumbing company around. We have a warrenty service and our water heater was leaking. When ther tech came out 2 hours late he forgot a pressure reegulator and had to go home to get a new one. Unbelievable!!! He said we needed a new water heater and would call AHS to report never did. AHS followed up even they had trouble reaching them. We called an got the owner i think but all he cared about was how i got his cell number. He said he would call back and never did. AHS assigned us another company. They just wasted our time with a huge run around. We have no hot water!!
