Yesterday, around 8:30 PM, our upstairs tub faucet would not shut off. It was stripped and washer has worn out, causing the water to run.  Soon the water began dripping down into garage and the small leak was quickly becoming an issue beyond my control.

After shutting off the water main, I immediately called Brent, and he came out. He Quickly identified the issue, cut and removed the wet drywall from the damaged area and capped the lines to avoid water damage. I was able to turn the water back on so so we could use the water for our evening/am routine.   He returned the next day and completely fixed the issue.

Simply put, I highly recommend Brent Blake Plumbing! Brent has done work for family members as well as friends in my neighborhood. Everyone continues to recommend him because he is a quality guy, extremely professional, knowledgeable and not too expensive.

Brent was great!  We had an issue where our toilet wasn't flushing properly, and he found the issue to be roots in the sewage line. He was honest, prompt, and fair.  After diagnosing the problem, he gave us the suggestion of contacting our HOA before paying full price to fix a problem that may be their responsibility, and then told me to contact him if the HOA refused and he would assist us with an alternative solution to the problem and get things fixed for us.  If you need a plumber and aren't sure who you can trust for great, honest service, then contact Brent. Brent Is very knowledgeable and reliable. He shows up on time and is very conscientious in keeping my home clean. He and his crew re piped my entire two story house in two days. (Slab leak) Anyone who has been through this knows how inconvenient it is to be without water. He worked til the job was done so we could have water that night. I highly recommended him.

In my experience, Brent was always prompt in arriving for a job.  He works efficiently, with high-quality results.  Walks the homeowner through the quote and process, and answers all questions.  I know he has another guy who works with him, but I've not had experience with that individual.

I have now used Brent twice.  The first time he came out and installed my new garbage disposal.  I was pleased with his work so I called him again to install two new faucets.  One in my kitchen and one in my laundry room.  He was on time and did a great job installing both sinks.  His charge was very reasonable and he was pleasant and easy to deal with.  I definitely will use him again.

I have used Brent at least 3 times now for my plumbing emergencies and I am always impressed with his professionalism and timeliness. I would be very comfortable using him in the future

I hired Brent and his team to help convert my master bathtub into a shower only. I needed them to relocate the drain, remove the spout, and move the fixtures around. They did a great job!

Brent was great to work with. He gave me a solid estimate, showed up on time, the work was done very quickly, with quality, and they cleaned up the area nicely as well.

All in all a great experience. I'd definitely hire them again.

I had two pin hole leaks caused by Moulton Niguel Water co and a flooded mess on Christmas Eve. Brent worked for other family members and everyone recommended him highly. He was amazing! Kind careful fast and not too expensive. He and his other plumber who worked in tandem on the two giant messes diagnosed the problem, found the spraying leaks and left me with a great recommendation to repair the damaged dry wall. I had him look at some other projects - he is so smart and wait the best part-- a HANDSOME Plumber :) I would give him six stars if that was possible. He did work for my Mom (who is 83 and a pill) and she was greatly satisfied and pleased

Brent Blake Plumbing was outstanding!  We had a leak that was causing damage to our kitchen ceiling.  We noticed it over Memorial Day weekend.  We called Brent Blake plumbing and he responded on a Sunday to let us know he could be there first thing Tuesday morning.  He said he would arrive between 8 - 8:30 and sure enough he was there by 8:20!  He assessed the damage, provided us a reasonable quote, and fixed the issue!  He also referred us to a great guy who fixed the drywall and helped us patch it up so it looks like new!  I would highly recommend this plumber - fantastic job!

We used Brent for our kitchen remodel.  He moved the plumbing so that we could move the sink when we remodeled.   Instead of going through the concrete floor he went up through the ceiling.  He added a pot filler for the stove. He installed a new faucet, installed our dishwasher, installed  our gas stove in addition to moving the gas line.  It seemed to be a fairly big job and he did it with ease.  He answered all our questions and is easy to talk to. His crew is super nice, they were always punctual and very clean.  Brent strikes me as a genuinely kind person.  I always see his truck working around town.  I'm very happy to highly recommend him and his team.  After our kitchen remodel was complete our water heater went.  Figures!  He came out first thing the next morning to replace it.  We will always use him for any plumbing needs.

We had a leak somewhere under our bathroom sink and Brent could have told us anything was the problem. He investigated the situation and gave us his best recommendation. What can I say... Brent Blake Plumbing is the best!

Back in January, we had a copper water line leak in the slab near the kitchen, which caused some minor carpet and wall damage.  Blake came highly recommended and was able to re-route the kitchen water source without breaking into the concrete slab, but he also found out something we'd never known about the home we've owned for 22 years!

Turns out the home's original owner had tapped the main water line for the irrigation and (now long gone) water softener lines to get full pressure BEFORE the reducing valve line into the house.  We were lucky not to have sprung leaks before this, and promised to have him back to make that right after our emergency repairs.

Naturally, lots of things got in the way and we kept putting it off.  Bad move.

This morning, I woke up at 4:30AM to the sound of running water, and it wasn't the toilet.  Turns out the old water softener diverter valve blew out and was gushing full-pressure water all over the garage.  I was able to shut the water off and called Brent's 24-hour phone line to ask if he could help.  He texted me by 6:15, was on-site by 8 and finished the repairs by 11.  We now have the CORRECT water lines and reducing valves installed, so now we can get to the other repairs.

This is the kind of service only true professionals can provide, and we are grateful to have him as our plumber of choice.  I would recommend Brent Blake Plumbing to anyone looking for top-tier service.

I had two bathroom faucets and a tub drain replaced.  Brent called me back promptly, gave me an accurate quote over the phone and showed up on time.  He and his assistant did a great job.  They wore booties over their shoes to protect my carpet and cleaned up after themselves.  I will definitely call Brent for any future plumbing jobs.

Brent came to my house and took care of a plumbing problem in two shakes with very little cost. All these other plumbers wanted to tear out my shower in the upstairs which was tile floor and was gonna cost seven $8000. He took care of it for 400. Didn't need to tear out the shower. Fantastic doesn't get any better than that.

From the past year's major water leak problem, when I heard the loud noises from my sink waterpipes when running hot water, and also concern for more disturbance to my condo neighbor. I called Brent Blake Plumbing to check it out for me.  

The owner came out and patiently explaining to me about the noise is normal.  He told me that he could cut open the section where the noise coming from and strap down the water pipes, but still not going to solve the problem because  the cooper pipes would expend and stretched when hot water is running.  He also tole me another alternative, which is a major project by repiped the entire hotwater line to resolve the noise problem.  The Brent Blake Plumbing did not make me feel pushed to do any jobs and more importantly they did not charge me a dime for the visits.
 
He even gone extra mile for me when I requested for a quote for the water leak detection. (Yes, I was being paranoid from the past water leak)  He immediately went to his truck and grab the tools and did the job for me without any questions. Couple minutes later, he told me I have no leaks. Now I have peace of mind.

Well, I can't comment on Brent being handsome as one yelper did, but I do know he is very responsive, efficient, thorough, and down to earth.

Had a cold water slab leak that needed a reroute, and living in a condo, the copper pipes run everywhere, even into neighboring units.  Brent methodically located where the line started, and figured out the best solution to reroute.  To top everything off, he completed the job in less than 1.5 hrs.

I've dealt with a few plumbers, since having this leak, and either they don't show up for their appointment (America's Plumbing), are inept,  or stop communicating, when you ask them if they work Saturdays (cough, cough C&C Plumbing).  Well, thank you all for doing a disservice to me because everything worked out 10x better.

Brent was awesome! We had a water leak at the hot water heater that caused alot of damage. He quickly came out, turned off the broken heater and removed it. He brought a temporary portable hot water heater for my tenant to use so she'd have hot water for the week it took for all the repairs. That was amazing and a life saver!!! He called me to follow up for a reinstallation date. Came out the next day, installed the new one, cleaned up and removed the temp unit and showed tenant how to use the new one. He was thourough, priced right, clean, friendly, knowledgable and on time- can't ask for better than Brent!

We had a clogged toilet and he came out on time and was able to remedy the issue! He also noticed some other things that weren't operating well and fixed that as well at a decent price. Highly recommend to anyone needing great quality plumbing repair!

Brent Blake is great! Super nice guy! Very professional and trustworthy! I have called other plumbing companies and have not been happy with them as they overcharge or try to sell you things you don't need. Brent has my full confidence and I highly recommend him!! You will not be disappointed!

I called Brent to come and inspect what I suspected was a pin hole leak somewhere in the wall behind my water heater tank in my garage. I was worried it might be a leak in the concrete slab under the garage. Brent was able to find the leak just behind the water heater tank and repair the leak and referred me to a person who could repair the dry wall that was damaged by the leak. He also answered some plumbing questions not related to this leak and saved me additional plumbing cost related to my dishwasher by referring me to a person who works on appliances. He also pointed out the corroded water valve going into my water heater tank. It's good to know in advance what plumbing troubles are coming my way. He was very easy to work with and didn't hesitate to answer any plumbing questions I had.

We are using Brent now since 2012 when we bought our house. He came very well recommended from our neighbors and we can also recommend him from everything from simple uncloaking a sink, to installing a toilet to re-pipe a house. Prices are always fair.

If there was 6 stars I would give it. Brent has been doing work at my parents house for many years. Two re-routes for slab leaks, bathroom re-models, water heater install, and a handful of other small things. He provides without a doubt an exceptional service! I've watched a lot of contractors come through the house and he is by far the most honest and easy to talk to, combined with high knowledge of plumbing. What else can you ask for. He will answer all your questions, reasonable prices, will do quality work, no pressure into work you don't need, makes recommendations, stands by his work. In short he is such a cool guy you almost want a leak to see him again.

If you have  something that needs to be done with water. You won't be disappointed with Brent.

Prior to Brent I watched my parents get SOAKED with astronomical prices by big name plumbing companies, for small jobs even.

I was given Brent as a reference from several people that have used him from my work. I needed a toilet flange replaced. His assistant, (can't remember his name), was on time and did a great job for a fraction of what I had quoted from Mike Diamond, (like less than a third the price). I will definitely call Brent if I need any more plumbing work done.

I got Brent's info from Bryan at Integrity Repipe. I texted Brent and told him my kids shower handle is becoming hard to turn. He texted back quickly and I sent him a photo of plate and handle. And he was in the city I live in, so he came right away. I'm so thankful for that! Brent is pleasant to talk to and very professional, friendly, he fixed the problem within a short time! We will recommend Brent Blake Plumbing to any friends and family for sure!

I asked for a change out of the pipes under my sink and his team did that, along with fixing my toilet and on the day of my appointment the tub broke, so they fixed that too.  All superb.  Thanks guys.
