We called another competitor to have a faucet in our bathroom installed and they tried to charge us $875 so we called Sals Plumbing and Fernando came out. Fernando charged us $350 and did an excellent job, was so courteous, cleaned up and was very friendly. We highly recommend him. Sals Plumbing is our new plumbing company

I needed my 30 year old, mismatched Furnace/AC system replaced. I interviewed 3 great installers so it was hard to choose but Mike made me feel the most confident that they would listen to my wishes and do a high quality job. I take a lot of pride in my home so have very high standards about the quality and appearance of the things put into it. I was given 4 different units at different price levels to choose from. Krystal was very helpful in answering my questions and very responsive.  

Eric and Jose did an amazing install. I had them move the condenser to a different part of my yard and it looks great. They were ontime to the install, did fast work, were always open and inviting about my MANY questions and requests and left the work site cleaner than they found it.

I will be recommending Complete Comfort to my friends and family.

I am completely satisfied with Integrity Plumbing's workmanship. It was effortless to set up an appointment for a leaking drain under the kitchen sink (I was lucky to get a same day appointment too) and I was pleased that James was able to arrive ahead of schedule. Not only was James very professional, but he was also very polite and respectful. He was very thorough and his service was reasonably priced. I trust Integrity Plumbing with any future plumbing issues at my house.

My wife and I had another plumbing emergency for our kitchen sink. OCP helped us schedule someone on-site the next day.
Tayler came over today and completely replaced our garbage disposal and plumbing. Our kitchen sink is working like it's brand new now. Tayler even helped fix our dishwasher and found that our downstairs bathroom needs to have the toilet replaced. Overall customer service  was 5 stars and Tayler's expertise was A+++. OCP is the way to go. Their staff have always been professional and given us the best customer service.

We had drainage issues on a Sunday. Within an hour, Thomas from Sal's Plumbing arrived, quickly identified the issue, unclogged our drains, and recommended a long term solution. Thomas was friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Excellent customer service on the phone- a very nice lady answered on a Saturday and dispatched someone within 30 minutes. Marvin came and was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and diligently worked until it was fixed.  Highly recommend.

I am giving Joe the  5 stars because his response to my request was extremely prompt. I had called other local establishments who didn't bother to respond. Luckily, I didn't have a huge issue, but it was taken care of efficiently and promptly. I will definitely contact them again, but hopefully I won't need to for a while!:-)

John from Andreas Fault Property Services was so helpful and responsive. He was also really knowledgable in more ways than just the general inspection. He made a few referrals to other professionals to help us get some information about other areas of the home we wanted to know about.

I bought a new fridge w an ice maker but the last time I had the waterline connected to a fridge was 2 fridges ago, almost 10 yrs. So I knew I'd have to replace the hose and valve. I posted my project and yelp sent it out to 5 plumbers.  2 plumbers didn't do my kind of project. Of the remaining 3, Luis is the only one who gave me an immediate quote in our yelp messages. The other 2 scheduled consultations then took a day or 2 to send me the quotes. Mind you, one didn't answer my initial request til 4 days later.

So, since Luis was first w his quote I wanted to do my due diligence and get the other 2 quotes.

The quotes got progressively worse.

Luis was $250
The next 2 we're $675 and $985!
For the same project!

But this is when you know you're dealing w sales people and not just plumbers. And I hate it when service people try to take advantage of women. Everyone's gotta make a living but come on...

I was actually concerned by the huge differences in pricing. But the highest quote also had the longest and most unnecessarily verbose contract.

It's an ice maker people. It didn't even required a line to be plumbed.  It was already there.  One guy even said there's black mold and he'd have to completely gut the area under my sink and on and on. The nerve of these guys!

Anyhoo, so Luis gave me an unbelievable quote so once I had the fridge delivered I contacted him to schedule a time and he was able to come the next day. He said it's be about 2-4 hours and I think he finished in under that time even w having to go to Home Depot to get parts.

He even suggested that I put in a filter and showed me how to replace it when it's due in a year. I'm sure I'll forget by then tho :D

He needed to get some addl part and the price went up about $75. I said but your original quote included that and you said it was $250.  He read his original text and honored it without any fuss. So I just paid the extra for the filter parts and installation.  Again no extravagant mark up.

He cleaned up when he was done. Super efficient and professional. I think he has 1 bad review but I didn't give it any merit because I thought that his response was thorough and believable. I'm glad I didn't let her review sway me (I'm not easily swayed anyway lol).

I would absolutely hire him again. I asked if he does electric work cuz I would've hired him for another project. I feel better knowing that he's a trustworthy plumber that I can call on if needed.

Had a small sink emergency and went on Yelp to find a good plumber to help. Found Cristian and he was super responsive. He came out and helped within a few hours and was so communicative with me. Definitely would recommend him to anyone for any emergencies. He fixed my small sink problem within 20 minutes. Definitely very professional and knowledgeable!

Jerry responded to my quote quickly, and his quote is the lowest thus his service was requested. I even trusted him so much that I wrote a check and let my wife hand it to him when I won't be available during the job. The job is fairly easy, replacing the water pressure reducing valve (PRV). After I came back and upon my first glance at the new regulator....gosh...why such an awkward position of the PRV that the adjusting screw of the PRV touching against the wall siding with no room to adjust (reduce the pressure)? Note, it's a double union PRV, thus can be positioned any better way that would not defeat the purpose of it (adjusting). I also did my own water pressure check, reading 80+ psi, which results that I do need to adjust it down a little bit (to below 75). Snapped a picture to Jerry and asked how to adjust it... Jerry responded quickly that the factory setting should be 50 psi and thus no adjustment is needed. I don't know if this logically makes sense to anyone.  Apparently, a water pressure check was not done after the installation; the result was not verified and the ability of adjusting is disabled/impaired due to the bad position of installation. To be fair, I don't double Jerry's capability do this easy job, it's just the lack of paying attention to details and the omission of a final check of the results is a warning. If the job leaves something more to be desired, it's sub-standard, which should not be factored in any quotation. Also to be fair, Jerry did offer to come back on the following Monday to adjust the position, I politely declined as I know IF a corrective action was placed in seeking of revision of my review... neither of us will be satisfied.

Anyway, an advise is always be present when someone is rendering the service.. even if it's an easy job.

We hired Mora's Construction to replace an old wooden fence with a slump stone wall. We also had him install a vinyl gate. Jorge did an excellent job. He is very conscientious and a very hard worker. We would recommend Jorge for any job.

Absolutely excellent. Bought a dishwasher at Lowe's. Installation Pros contacted me and I wasn't available and I was unable to call back initially. They followed up and we easily made an appt that was just a couple days away. Alex came and was awesome.... And strong! He seamlessly installed the dishwasher, answered all of our questions and was very friendly and genuine. Easily removed our old dishwasher. Very professional, clean, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend.
