I initially hired another plumber who struggled to get the snake down the drain without accidentally going into the sink in the adjoining apartment. Once successful he wasn't able to clear it. Then he told me I needed to spend $1,700 to replace the T connection which still wouldn't resolve my drain problem.
I'm glad I called Alex for a second opinion. He was able to quickly clear my tenant's bathroom sink drain and even helped clear a water saving device that was killing the faucet's water pressure. I look forward to working with him again. He's honest and straightforward.

I won't call or refer them for any future estimates.  Extremely high priced compared to other plumbing companies and dishonest communication.  I'll leave it at that.

BHI was quick to send over Joe for a quick estimate and our main water supply pipe was repaired quickly and efficiently the next morning.  Joe was friendly and professional during his repair job.  I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

My water heater was failing and I wanted to go tankless.

I called Petar Monday at 2:00pm. Tuesday 8:00am he was installing. By noon he was done.

Him and his staff were friendly, clean and professional. I'm very happy with my new water heater and the great experience getting it installed so quickly.

I will 100% use him for all my future plumbing needs.

Danny was super reliable and quick and the quotes he gave me we're accurate. The first time I had a toilet that was running for a very long time (I called in the morning and Danny came within 2 ish hours) and the second time he replaced the water valve and line next to the toilet. I got a few quotes for the second job and this place had the cheapest quote (or close to it).

I called MDTech to fix my old cooktop which did not ignite the burners. Paul investigated it and concluded it was beyond repair. i asked him to replace it with a new model that he recommended. Two days later he came with a new cooktop in a box. Unfortunately it turned out to be the wrong model. Apparently the sender sent the wrong cooktop. After waiting a week until he had the correct model. he came and installed it without any problems. It is a beautiful GE 5 burner stainless steel cooktop. I am very impressed with the quality of the cooktop as well as Paul's installation.The only hitch was the mistaken model. Therefore I am rating 4 stars. The delay should have been avoided.

shabby and secondly their work and work ethic is above average, my sink/ dishwasher pipes were a bit leaky and when I say a bit I mean a lot so the plumber they sent out decided I needed brand new plumbing because my pipes were outdated so I trusted his decision and after that he replaced my pipes and everything went super smoothly great job by Chaloux plumbing repairs!

I had to get a plumber over the weekend for an emergency situation and i was dreading it.  i called several places but i ended up going with this company .  Their professionalism and  cleanliness were outstanding, and I really appreciated that all the work was checked and made sure that it was working before leaving.  ive had other repair/plumbing companies and they have sometimes just left a job completely unfinished.  i cant say enough about this company.  try them!

Very reliable and informative to my sewer back up. These guys are fast and reliable definitely will use them again. Had mike come out and diagnose our sewer line amd they even showed me live video footage of my existing problem which they helped me with. Great job Mike. Thank you for your help today.

Recently our shower pipe was leaking & spreading into other walls - we found this company on yelp & gave them a call for a consultation. Iggy was able to come in almost immediately and was able to give us an estimate within a reasonable budget. Needless to say, he fixed the problem without leaving a mess like other plumbers in the area. Called them back for another issue with our boiler and also gave us a quick solution. They are now our go-to company for any plumbing issues!

Fabian is a very experienced, knowledgeable professional and is very good at what he does.
I had a draining problem with my downstairs shower and toilet. I made the mistake of going to Home Depot and renting a medium duty snake, I successfully broke the snake off in side the shower drain plumbing and needless to say, didn't solve the draining problem but, made it worse.
Fabian came over within 20 minutes of being called, used his camera to diagnosis the problem, he had my main drain cleared and retrieved the broken snake within minutes.

I highly recommend Ted & Bros Plumbing and I will be using them in the future. No more do it yourself plumbing for me. I'm very good at most do it yourself jobs but I'm not an experienced plumber and I don't have the right equipment so, I will be leaving it up to the professionals like Fabian for my plumbing needs.

I have used Galaxy Plumbing at my office and more recently at my home. They are very responsive and they flawlessly handled my issues.  On two occasions that had come to my office, within an hour of my calling, to handle leaks (two different issues at different locations).  More recently they came out to my home, in the rain to clear my back yard drains.  My back yard was completely flooded due to the recent heavy rain and the roots clogging the drains.

Jose and his crew are professional and courteous. Their prices are fair and I have been more than happy to refer them to any of my customers, family or friends.

We needed an emergency repair for a leak under the sink.  I called this company later in the day and they kept in contact to see if they could make it that day.  Unfortunately due to prior jobs, they said they would be here the next morning.  They were prompt!  First thing in the morning they arrived and checked everything out.  Found the leak.  We also asked about a few other things and they looked into those as well. James gave us a thorough explanation on everything and showed us what was wrong.  They had everything taken care of in a few hours.  I would highly recommend this company.  Highly professional, very knowledgeable and expert customer service.

We had a slab leak and detected it immediately. I guess that was the good news.

I reached out to several plumbing contractors asking for a quote and timeline.  I had three plumbers visit our home and assess the work involved to repipe the entire house with pex pipe. The first two came into the house spent less than 5 minutes assessing the scope of the project, then threw out a price.  When Slavi from OC Repipes arrived at our house he was polite and professional. He took the time to ask questions and discuss various options. As we walked through the house, it was very apparent that he was concerned about minimizing the amount of damage to the drywall.  He walked the entire house with me at least twice, asking about placement of existing, new lines, and options of access points in order to minimize the number of holes cut in the drywall.  

His team started and finished on schedule.  I had numerous questions as his team progressed and Slavi was always ready to provide thorough   explanations.

After the job was complete I discovered a couple of minor issues which involved having move a couple of lines and a valve because of remodel work I was doing. Slavi was there the next day to make the adjustments.

Working with OC Repipes was a stress-free experience.  Working with someone who is truly concerned that their clients are happy really makes a difference!

I gave rapid quality leak detection a call  due to a concern I had had about my high water bill and I had suspicion of a  leak . they showed up within an hour. Josh was very informative and got to work as soon as he got there with his great equipment and experience in 30 minutes he was able to locate the exact point of a slab  leak and referred me to a great plumber who took care of it . Rapid quality leak detection was also able to locate a second  leak I had within my wall. Overall this was a great experience would recommend them to anyone who's having the same problem I did !

Knowledgeable friendly and quick. Brendon found the pin hole leak in the copper pipes that was causing quite the mess. I was amazed how much water could leak from such a small hole. I really appreciated that he took the time to give me a brief explanation of how those types of leaks form and why they can cause such a mess. I know who we will be calling for any future plumming needs.

Great value. I was saving up to replace my 21 year old Lennox a/c for next summer, but Rancho's price was so good that I was able to do it right away and upgrade to a Trane as well.
Jesse has been doing air and heating for more than 16 years. He did a nice clean job and the unit was up and running in a day and a half. Unit is very quiet.
