I have been ripped off by plumbers working for big companies who emphasize upselling and not helping people with repairs. Jaime (the Plumbing Force) is honest, skilled and just plain great. He is very busy because he is so good and honest. I don't care how long I have to wait for an appointment. We have been ripped off by Delta1 and ARS both in the last 6 months. Never again will I call a big company that force the plumbers to make sales quotas.

Jason really pulled me out of a pinch.

We had just purchased an older home, and we knew there was an irrigation leak prior to closing. But once we put in a new backflow valve and fixed the broken pipes in the irrigation lines, the water meter was STILL constantly moving. I immediately feared we might have a slab leak considering there were no signs of wetness ANYWHERE in the house or outside of the house.

Called around and every plumbing company I spoke to wanted me to wait a few weeks and leak detection was going to be charged by 15 min increments with a base fee of $100+. My house is over 2000sqft, how much do I have to shell out just to find the leak, nevermind the repair?

Found The Leak Whisperers and Jason came out the same day. Leak detection was a flat fee and he found the issue in 10 mins. A few days later he sent over his senior plumber who worked really hard with his apprentice for 5+ hours on replacing all the exterior spigots we have. Jason made sure to fit us into the schedule because it was right before the freeze and the spigots are very exposed. Did a pressure test to make sure there's no more leak and left for the day.

Simple, efficient, clean, and with great communication. The price was the best I could find as well, which just cannot be beat.

Had an emergency flood from a toilet valve that burst.  KMP Plumbing was able to come out within a few hours and the service guy, Duffy, was GREAT!  Very professional and fixed out issue right away!  We will use KMP Plumbing for any plumbing issues going forward for sure.  I was out of town for work and quickly pulled up Yelp to find someone while He was trying to get the water to shut off.  Saw positive feedback from yelp and called and they were able to be out very quickly.

It's been a crazy week with freezing temperatures and I had a busted pipe that was discovered on Tuesday. They had a cancellation and were able to get out there first thing this morning. They were in an out in about an hour. Reasonably priced and very professional. Great people. Richard Tenpenny and his crew are incredible.

Terrible!  Please take my advice and do not use this company unless you like throwing away money. I was charged an outrageous amount, and the only thing he was able to do was unclog the drain!  He wasn't able to determine where the leak originated.  While on the phone with his coworker, looking for advice, i could hear the other guy laughing loudly. Then that same man called me the next day, confusing me with another customer. Totally unprofessional. To top it off, he walked around my house with his dirty wet gloves, grabbing the staircase, etc., and I had to follow behind him with a Clorox wipe.

I've used Expert Plumbing & Rooter three times now.   The first time, I was impressed that someone actually answered the phone (it's hard to find real professional out there).  It was a minor shower job that they did quickly and inexpensively.  The 2nd time I used them was for a major job: they dug a trench and installed a new pipe from my house to the sewer.   I expected to pay many thousands of dollars for this based on other quotes.  Boy, was I pleasantly surprised to get this done for what was an amazing price.   A few days ago I called Tony in for a simple clogged bathroom sink.  As always, he was quick to respond and got the job done for a very reasonable price.  He asked if I'd shout out here on Yelp and I told him I would; not because I was being nice but because I really believe in these guys.  They always do it right.  For several years I was looking for a plumber I could trust; someone honest, responsible and reasonably priced.  Tony's my guy!  I'm a huge fan of Expert Plumbing and Rooter.

Tim is fabulous, thorough, and clean! He's re-routing our pipes because of a slab leak and definitely knows what he's doing. He did a wonderful job putting the new pipe in behind a cabinet because our roof is rather low and cleaned up after all of the dust and yuck that come from cutting into the wall! I'd highly recommend him to anyone!

Eddy stopped by today to take care of some estimates for my home inspection. He did a fantastic job answering all my questions and was very professional and curteous. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future. 5 stars

Very good job done by Roy! I had an issue with the outdoor faucet in my backyard that was causing a major leak and He diagnosed the problem over the phone and was able to quote me on the spot. Then when he came he quickly saw the issue and was able to replace the faucet without needing to drill into the brick work. He simply explained to us why the issue developed and how we can prevent it going forward. Couldn't have asked for better service and reasonable pricing! Will be using him in the future.

These guys are phenomenal! When I had an emergency with my AC one night, I was worried I wouldn't be able to even talk to someone until the morning, but Josh (the owner) chatted with me over Yelp for an hour to help me troubleshoot the situation and get me on their schedule for the next day. Marianne from their office called to schedule it and she was incredibly nice too!

When Andrew arrived, he was so polite and kind and he made sure to explain everything he was doing before he did it so that I was comfortable, and he gave me options too. I never felt pressured or got that irritating salesy vibe from anyone. It was such an awesome experience!

And after all of this excellent customer service I've decided to go with them to replace my unit, because it's so hard to find knowledgeable, trustworthy people, and these guys are definitely that.

Roman came to help me with the new unit the SAME DAY and stayed late. He was so professional and helpful and patient with my questions. I seriously appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to talk things through. SO glad I found them thanks to other reviewers! I can't recommend them enough!

After several discussions I was told the project would be discounted, but I was not really sure of final costs. In discussion was told they would be there Friday, then called back and said is Monday ok? Well I guess. Found another plumber to fix on Saturday at Double L's discounted price. I sure learned a lot from Double L about estimates and bids.

Good Fellas plumbing saved us from an incorrect leak diagnosis we received from another company. They were accommodating and came out immediately. They were able to immediately locate the correct leak and fix it using their thorough methods.   Chris and his team were very professional and took time to carefully explain.  We are are so appreciative for the time and money they saved us.

My front yard was flooded  I knew it was my sprinkler system because the water was coming from it. A and j came foxes it in 1 hours for so low that we had them trim our trees and fix the spout out side, it has been broken for over a year, if I knew it would be that easy and affordable I would have called them sooner. I will use their services in the future again if needed.if

Had a hot water line leak in my slab at my house in Granbury . Spent half the day trying to get someone out to look at the problem and give me a quote to repair. Curly's was one of only two who would come out, and the other would not do the leak detection themselves , but gave me a number for a referral . Frank and Juan from Curly's made it out and confirmed the leak and gave me a quote to repair. The price was fair and I had them out the next day to perform the work .  Another problem was found during the work and corrected for only a minimal charge. They were professional , courteous , and honest throughout the process. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Sebastian made a call to my house on Sunday afternoon after we had issues with our AC line draining. He was very helpful, but our problem requires a second pair of hands so he called Nathan. Both guys were very nice and really worked hard to get the problem resolved.  I felt bad that it was such a stubborn fix but they never seemed bothered by it, not once. Even though it was so hot in our attic and the majority of time was spent up there. In the end they did clear the line from the small amount of build up inside of it. It turns out that it was an AC issue, not a plumbing issue, but that wasn't their fault and they did what they said they would do.  I would call them again for any plumbing needs.
