I have been ripped off by plumbers working for big companies who emphasize upselling and not helping people with repairs. Jaime (the Plumbing Force) is honest, skilled and just plain great. He is very busy because he is so good and honest. I don't care how long I have to wait for an appointment. We have been ripped off by Delta1 and ARS both in the last 6 months. Never again will I call a big company that force the plumbers to make sales quotas.

They came out right away. They replaced an outside faucet that had broken from the freeze (I covered the other ones,but, forgot to cover this one). He also replaced several other faucets inside and out. The bill was exactly as quoted over the phone and the tech cleaned up his work areas. I'll be referring them to my clients for sure.

Called midday Saturday to have urgent repairs made to my broken water main. They arrived within an hour, charged 79 for coming out, confirmed the repairs to be made as well as the price they wanted to charge (fair and reasonable in our opinion) we agreed and the work was completed with an hour or so. Very polite no BS and trustworthy. 5 Star service. Will use for any future plumbing needs.

We had an emergency and had to have a plumber come out last night at 8pm. Bakers and Benjamin, plus two others wouldn't come. Mansfield plumbing showed up within 20 minutes, really appreciate the work, speed and courteousness.

Was a bit late in arriving but did go above and beyond to fix my needs and answer every question.  Clean and neat, and fixed a last minute issue without having to reschedule.  And was pleasant and patient when answering my questions the following day by phone.

I'm pretty handy with small plumbing jobs so it was hard for me to have to call a plumber for what seemed to be a small job . I called expert plumbing and with in an hour they were able to come out . Very professional in appearance ,  attitude  and they put me at ease with there knowledge of the task I needed them to do and at a reasonable price .

Tim has been our go to plumbing service for several years now and we couldn't be happier. When we remodeled our bathrooms in 2011, he completely re-plumbed the showers and tub in less than a days time and very reasonably priced. We have several trees so he comes out every so often to clear out from all the clean outs, even the roof. When we've needed him in an emergency, he's been there to save us! Even since moving a little further west, Tim will still make the trip to Arlington to help us out, which we greatly appreciate more than he knows! He's genuine, trustworthy, prompt, fair and reasonable and the quality of his work is outstanding! Would give him 10 stars!

Tim and Silver were very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable.  I'll be sure to request them for any future needs.  And I'll have from fresh homemade tortillas ready for them!  They plumbed the hell outta my old pipes!

Roy Adams embodies what great service should resemble. He not only explains every step of his process, but is also honest about if can fix the issue or not. I am a new home owner and he also gave me honest advice about the existing cheap/ builder grade plumbing concerns but, told me not to worry about them until necessary. I would highly recommend Rescue Air Heating and Cooling!  My air conditioning went out in the middle of the night.  We woke up to a bad situation that needed fixing ... on Labor Day.  Rescue was one of the many a/c companies I called in a panic.  Half of them were not taking calls on Labor Day (which I respect; but, it didn't help me).  I heard back from Rescue almost immediately, we set up an appointment for later in the day, and we discussed pricing over the telephone.  Roman came to the house.  He was extremely courteous, professional and helpful.  He promptly diagnosed the issue (bad capacitor), explained what he had to do, made the appropriate repairs, and even hosed the system down for me.  The price was exactly what had been quoted to me over the telephone, which I found to be reasonable.  Everything was handled very efficiently and professionally ... and we are now sitting in cooled air.  Rescue will be my first call next time.

Good Fellas responded to my text, made it to my house the same day and replaced my outdoor faucet at a reasonable price with professional. Don't hesitate to call these Good Fellas for your plumbing needs.

Could get my sprinkler system to work proper , we called 2 other places and they couldn't fix the problem. A and j unlimited found and fixed the problem in a day and half for a very reasonable price and now our sprinkler system and fountain work on schedule and like new. Thanks guys

This is based purely on an estimate so far, but we couldn't be happier with Professor Plumb from that one experience. We had a leaking outside garden faucet for months. After I realized that it was an anti-freeze valve and outside of my capabilities. I was dreading for months calling a plumber. Sure enough the first plumber I call takes a look and throws out an outrageous work order claiming that they will have to rebuild and re-weld the pipes.

I called Professor Plumb out for a second opinion.  He comes out and takes a look, finds a bolt in the back that he tightens free of charge and everything works great. Says that we likely have a few years before it might need to be replaced.

They will be the first person we call in the future, thanks!

We had a plumbing leak. Was stressed over locating a good plumber who would not charge an outrageous amount. Found Curly's through an internet search. Reviews through Yelp and Angie's List were good. Called and talked to Curly. He sent someone out that night. They were there within about an hour. Everyone was REALLY nice and polite. Really seemed to care about my problem. The plumber took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and tell us what they would do to repair it. They offered to fix it that night or to come back the next morning to save us money. We opted to save money. They worked hard and repaired our problem. They were finished in less time than they orignally estimated AND that included having to make a run to get some unexpected supplies. I am really happy to have found them. I feel very comfortable saying that I have found my plumber for life.
**As mentioned in a review by another customer, the address on my invoice was different as well but I know that this is the correct Curly's because the phone number is the one that I called and it is the same one on the invoice.

they were on time...(sent email ahead of time to let me know they were on the way)...diagnosed the issue....resolved it....pricing was more than fair. cordial...professional...knowledgeable... would use them again in a heart beat.
