Jamie is awesome!  We had used another plumbing company previously that Jamie worked for.  We needed some extensive work and Jamie was there on the weekend supervising the job.  When we found out that Jamie started his own company, we ended up putting him on speed dial as our home, which was an older home, ended up having multiple plumbing issues.  Jamie has come out at night, on the weekends, early mornings, you name it, he's there!  He is extremely thorough, cleans up after he has completed the job, shows what the problem was and what caused it, and lets you know what to look for should there be any other problems.  He is reasonably priced, no matter when he arrives, takes credit cards, and gives detailed receipts.  We can't think of anyone else we would use.  Please don't ever go out of business, Jamie!!

These guys came out right away the day I called them and diagnosed my leak and since it was late evening, they turned off the water to that area and returned the next morning. They found exactly where it was and fixed it, cleaned up the area and since I had to leave before he was finished, texted me a picture of the completed work. They texted me when they were on the way both days and were very polite and respectful and were willing to work with me on the cost. I would definitely recommend them!

I had an emergency leak. Plumber was sent to figure it out. I was impressed how quickly he located the source and made the repair. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous

Long story short, I needed two shut off valves changed out for two toilets. I know how, but didn't have the time or the right tool to remove the flange on the copper pipe, so we called KMP.  I went to work, and KMP came out and while they were there, I had my wife to ask how much it would be to change out the toilet flush handle (save me a trip to Lowes) and our bathroom faucets could probably use some new O rings as they drip a little when the water is turned on.  She called me about an hour after they got there and told me that she would not let them do the work, and paid them the 79 dollar fee.  KMP sent an estimate to my email.  OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS!  (See photo)  They wanted a hundred dollars to change out the flush handle!  This is a ten dollar part and a two minute job, IF THAT!  They wanted almost 500 to put in the shut off valves, with the hard piped into existing.... Makes it sound so hard, but it really just needed to be updated.  Again, another part that takes less than 2 minutes and less than ten dollars.  So then we get back up to the top, a 29.00 service fee....so I guess this was to get them to pull back into our driveway, on top of the already 79.00 we had paid them for this email.  THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS to replace a couple O rings in the faucet handles!  THREE HUNDRED!  Thats forty two cents worth of parts and less than five minutes work.  And then they want to charge me to be one of the privileged to pay these OVER THE TOP prices for a membership!  Are you kidding me?!?!?!  I cant comment on their work, as they wont ever do work in my home at these prices.  I had Curlys Plumbing come out and for 250.00, I got both shut off valves and supply lines changed out.  I can do the other stuff myself.  Call someone else.  KMP has nice trucks and now I know why.....you're overpaying for it!

New to Texas and the new house had a catastrophic clog backing up. Was so happy to have Mansfield Plumbing answer the phone and promise to solve my issue same day. The tech Tyler that arrived was professional clean and resolved the Plubming blockage fast. This is my go to plumbing for ever as I'm one happy customer.

Levon is straight forward and very honest!  That is a very difficult trait to come across in any profession.

He does not try and upsell at all.  The part I needed to be replaced he recommended I call the manufacture to see if it is still under warranty to hopefully save me money.  The part was and for some odd reason while I was waiting for the new part to arrive, the broken part started working again.

Instead of insisting I replace the part (as of course there would be a service charge), he told me to use the existing part until it breaks again.  And to simply hold onto the new one I just got.

Bryson and his helper rocked the two service calls we recently had scheduled. Clearwater Plumbers are fantastic. From the time you talk to the super friendly customer service staff to the plumbers who come to your home, the company provides superior customer service. The service we receive is the main reason we continue to use Clearwater Plumbers. Another plus is they try to schedule to same plumber to your call that have served you previously. There is continuity, Bryson, our plumber, knows the house and what he's taken care of previously. All their 5 star reviews tell the story of the company's striving for excellence.

The first appointment was to install a new kitchen faucet. At our age we're not as nimble as we used to be. Normally we could have installed the new faucet but left the job to the experts. Even with the experts installing the faucet, it took them a while. They also changed out the hot and cold water valves under the since they were the original valves from 1986 and were getting hard to operate.

A couple of days later Bryson and his helper were at our house again to install a new hot water heater.  We've been tempting fate with a hot water heater that should have been replaced 10+ years ago. We've been very lucky the tank hasn't busted. What an incredible install. Bryson and his helper worked a solid 5 hours to ensure the installation was top-notch which it was. Clearwater Plumbers, you ROCK and we're customers for life.

Very good job done by Roy! I had an issue with the outdoor faucet in my backyard that was causing a major leak and He diagnosed the problem over the phone and was able to quote me on the spot. Then when he came he quickly saw the issue and was able to replace the faucet without needing to drill into the brick work. He simply explained to us why the issue developed and how we can prevent it going forward. Couldn't have asked for better service and reasonable pricing! Will be using him in the future.

We have been using Rescue for about a year now and have had them perform two routine / preventative maintenance visits (no major emergencies or repairs).  Their office staff are always polite and helpful, and on one occasion when they couldn't honor our appointment time they gave us a credit on our account without us issuing any kind of a complaint beforehand.  

Their technicians have been efficient and knowledgable.  They do make suggestions about system upgrades each visit but have not been pushy with us.  Most recently, we had Nerio visit and although he got stuck later at a prior job he was still happy to do ours and even spent some time teaching us about some aspects of our system - my wife and I thought he was great and would like to see him visit on another job in the future.

After several discussions I was told the project would be discounted, but I was not really sure of final costs. In discussion was told they would be there Friday, then called back and said is Monday ok? Well I guess. Found another plumber to fix on Saturday at Double L's discounted price. I sure learned a lot from Double L about estimates and bids.

I called Good Fellas Plumbing & Leak detection for a slab leak they showed up with all the necessary equipment to locate it. They explained everything in detail and gave me several options for repair. They had the repair done by the next day with a very fair price. I highly recommend them!

Could get my sprinkler system to work proper , we called 2 other places and they couldn't fix the problem. A and j unlimited found and fixed the problem in a day and half for a very reasonable price and now our sprinkler system and fountain work on schedule and like new. Thanks guys

Do NOT! use anyone but Blue Watson and Professor Plumb!! I have had to use them twice this year (once in April 2016 and again, today, Oct. 2016) and both times Mr. Watson has been professional, nice, and thorough. He has given step by step on everything he did, what he needed to do and why.

And, of course, I will always support a fellow Veteran!!

This old house of mine will need more repairs eventually and I already know who I will call and who I trust!!

We had a slab leak and I called 5 plumbing companies before calling Big Blade. Two said they were busy, one said no thank you, and I'm still waiting for two to call me back.
Big Blade sent Sam, Ryan, Colton and Rick our within 20 minutes of my call. They had the leak located and repaired within the next 4-5 hours. Then Sam came back and after I repaired the wall behind the toilet and set the toilet the next day! But wait it doesn't stop there.... the sink in the bathroom got clogged and the water wouldn't shut off, so Sam came back again and showed me what happened. I was already to replace the faucet and Sam recommended that I replace the old shutoff valves and the supply lines also. He said he could do it for a little bit more money that at the Rome I couldn't do since I just paid for the other repairs. Sam explained to me what to do, he told me what I needed, and he gave me his personal number to call if I needed assistance. If that is not going above and beyond the call of duty what is.

Big blade is a great plumbing company and Sam is a great guy!

God blesses people in many ways and this week I was blessed by Big Blade and Sam!
All the glory goes to God!

They get a star for clearing the drain and honoring their price.  But, $500 to clear the kitchen sink drain (from the kitchen sink, not like climbing the roof) and install a garbage disposal that I had already purchased from Lowe's?  (I thought I was helping by purchasing the disposal?!)  That's definitely expensive if you aren't familiar.  Then the bad list begins... Put their dirty tools on the counter.  Didn't have any floor protection so used our dog towels.  Still left drain gunk on the floor for us to clean up.  Didn't install the garbage disposal on the correct outlet so that it was switched (called them back to fix that.). Just grabbed our paper towels off the counter to clean the hands (and knowing where those hands have been, we threw the roll away.). $500 and this is the service we get?  Never again.

If you are wondering about the disparity of reviews (5-star to 1-star) I now definitely believe the lower-star reviews that specifically list their prices.  It's outrageous.  And, for the record, I contacted the company before posting these reviews.  The lady answering the phones was super nice, but the absolutely stand by their pricing.  IMHO, once they get on the site and know you have a problem that needs immediate attention, they consider you sold and quote whatever price they want.  Run, don't walk, to a company that will talk pricing over the phone before they roll a truck to your house.  These guys will not, and once they arrive, they have got you.
