Best Plumbing Services in Texas

This is my favorite plumbing company! They are very dependable just like their name says. Always professional and friendly. I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh. I give them 5 stars for service, price and professionalism.

I recently hired Plumbing Force to come install a new water heater at my home. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt from start to finish. He explained everything we wanted to know and answered all of our questions very patiently, from recommending which heater to purchase all the way through the installation! I highly recommend Plumbing Force for good, quality work done by a friendly, thorough practitioner.

I am torn on how to rate The Leak Whisperers, so the simplest way is to break it down with the paperwork (scheduling and payment) and the work by the plumber.

Hubby and I discovered a leak on a Saturday where a patch of our master closet carpet was soaking wet.  A local plumber indicated that he was afraid that we may have a slab leak, and will need to call someone with the right equipment.  I found Leak Whisperers, and left a message.  When we received no response by the end of day, I went online and made an appointment for 8a Monday morning.  Got an email from the office manager later in the morning on Monday asking me what I needed.  Via email and two messages, I asked for someone to please call me because all we know is that there is water flowing in the closet.  It took almost the entire day for someone to respond to me.

The next day, Cody, was sent to our house and was told that the toilet needed repairs.  Totally incorrect, and it felt like despite trying to talk to someone, I was totally ignored.  Cody found the source of the leak, but had to leave to get proper materials for the fix.

Cody was great and fixed the damaged water line.  The annoyance is that we were charged per hour for the fix.  Because Cody was sent with the wrong information, we paid for him to go out to shop for the right materials.  The work was over $400.00 and pretty pricy.

It took over a week for the office manager to send the invoice.  Cody was brilliant, but the office manager could have had better communication.  The price is high for everyday plumbing needs.

Was told on phone first hour service call was $95. They replaced 2 stems and one divertor in a shower and 2 gaskets on 2 other stems then proceeded to charge $177 for the hour they were there and said that's their hourly rate. Guess I should of gotten it in writing. Rip off.

I called over the weekend with a leaking kitchen sink (not an emergency). I got a call back first thing Monday morning to schedule the repair. They confirmed it wasn't an emergency and fit me in first thing Tuesday morning. Donald C was amazing! He called when he was on his way and got right to work on the sink. Not only did he figure out what was wrong within a few minutes, he also took the time to explain what was broken and how he was going to fix it. Donald also went out of his way to teach me basic garbage disposal maintenance which was very much appreciated. This has been one of the most pleasant repair experiences I've ever had. He was friendly and extremely efficient. I mentioned an old toilet in my guest bathroom that had been running constantly and he didn't hesitate to take a look at it since he had some extra time. He fixed the toilet as well in about 10 minutes and again took the time to explain what was wrong and what parts he would be replacing. The price for the work and replaced parts was extremely fair and worth every penny. I would highly recommend using KMP and be sure to request Donald C!!

Showed up the first time and advised us to DIY which was fine and i appreciated that advice and honesty. DIY didn't work, so I asked them to come back out we set up an appointment and they never showed up. We've been without hot water for 2.5 weeks while that's not their fault, I'm at my wits end and really needed someone to actually show up.

Great customer service! They helped us last minute on a weekend when our sprinkler pipe cracked. Their expert advice really helped us save money on fixing the problem!

I would definitely recommend their services to others.

How disappointing.  I guess when a company thinks they have built your trust they can then try to take advantage of you.   I had a leak under the slab of my home.  Having had such a great experience with Expert Plumbing before I called them for a quote to re-pipe my home.   Levon came back out and asked me do you have any idea how much it will cost?  I truly had no idea and so he went ahead and quoted me $16,000!  He told me if anyone quotes me less than $9,000 then they wouldn't do a good job.  Fortunately, I reached out to friends through Facebook and got lots of reputable recommendations and advice.  I finally went with a professional re-pipe specialist company and paid $4400!!!  The city inspector came out and said it was an excellent job and signed off on the work.    I now have peace-of-mind of new pipes throughout my home and didn't get ripped off in the worst way by Expert Plumbing and Rooter.

Great guy that treats everything like his own home. Honest, fair, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Update on last review-Clearwater was able to contract with DryZone in Irving to remove mold & repair dry wall. The work was done on time and no additional costs were added. Corey, Rebecca and Victor followed up and wanted to confirm our home is safe. The more experienced senior staff is best to work with (Matt) and when in doubt a service rep can always come out to double check any work before finalizing payment or approval. We appreciate being able to resolve this matter directly with ClearWater and the diligence that was shown to provide a quality finished product.

Mr. Adams has made numerous repairs in my home and has always been polite and punctual. He asks questions to be sure of the problem and quickly does his work. He is clean and tidy, never leaving a mess for me to clean up after. He responds quickly and personally to service calls. I feel he charges a reasonable fee. Whenever I need a plumber, he is the one I trust.

Every bit of the process has been great. We were referred to Rescue Air by Costco's home services. Everyone from sales, service, and installation were amazing to work with including Alexia Gallagher, Jordan Wiggins, and Jesus Zuniga.

We are really happy with our new Lennox XC20! She's quiet and can hardly hear it when she runs. Also we've noticed a difference in our power bill already. They replaced the entire HVAC and everything is now new and improved. They came on a Sunday were able to complete the job all in one day.

Their customer service has been great any time I've called asking questions. Even after service has been completed we've received thank you notes from Alexia and even a small thank you box from their main office.

There is also a membership program where they will remind you for maintenance on your unit regardless where it was purchased before.

I think everyone would be foolish to not call Rescue Air when needing HVAC services in DFW!

I would highly recommend Double L Plumbing. Justin was punctual and did the job in a timely and efficient manner.  Very courteous and informed me of what needed to be done, for me to understand. Had several plumbers out before him and he actually found the septic tank, they couldn't find. I will call them again for their service without hesitation.

Good Fellas plumbing saved us from an incorrect leak diagnosis we received from another company. They were accommodating and came out immediately. They were able to immediately locate the correct leak and fix it using their thorough methods.   Chris and his team were very professional and took time to carefully explain.  We are are so appreciative for the time and money they saved us.

Could get my sprinkler system to work proper , we called 2 other places and they couldn't fix the problem. A and j unlimited found and fixed the problem in a day and half for a very reasonable price and now our sprinkler system and fountain work on schedule and like new. Thanks guys

Had a technician B.W. Initials come and install new bathtub and stand up shower fixtures. Quoted a price and had to make two trips to the store to make it work properly. Didn't uncharge for the trips to the store, ended up buying the same thing I had but the package for everything needed was $80 and didn't charge us to for it. Stayed with the original quote. Didn't take the new ones we ordered, said to return it to recoup your money. That is incredible service you never see anymore. If needed again will 100% use this company. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you need a plumber for changing out 40 year old fixtures to keep the retro look and they can find what you want. You'll get it and it works perfectly. I had a toilet intermittently overflowing in our downstairs bathroom. I had purchased a new toilet and was going to replace the malfunctioning one anyhow until the shutoff valve wouldn't close. I called Curly's on July 4th and 30 minutes later I had Bob and Joe at my house. They replaced the valve, snaked the septic line and mounted my new toilet. They would have been done sooner but their snake slung nasty septic water around in my bathroom and they remained behind to clean it up. Price was fair, especially considering it was a holiday.

Sadly - they didn't fix my plumbing problem. I paid $198 and they were here for only 19 minutes.  Nice people though. : /
