This is my favorite plumbing company! They are very dependable just like their name says. Always professional and friendly. I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh. I give them 5 stars for service, price and professionalism.

I recently hired Plumbing Force to come install a new water heater at my home. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt from start to finish. He explained everything we wanted to know and answered all of our questions very patiently, from recommending which heater to purchase all the way through the installation! I highly recommend Plumbing Force for good, quality work done by a friendly, thorough practitioner.

By far the best in leak detection! I've recommended them for multiple homebuyers before purchasing their home! It's always good to check out the pipes!

I have had Joyner Plumbing out for a sewer line replacement job last year. I also used them for smaller jobs. Overall they do a good job. Yes, plumbing is not cheap, but Joyner does an honest job at a fair price. They will not be the cheapest nor most expensive.

Anytime I have experienced a service issue with Joyner,  Jack or the office staff would have someone come back out and made it right (fixed the issue).

I would not hesitate to recommend Joyner.

I am not a happy camper. Earlier this Summer, I had KMP come clean out my sewer line. While they were able to clean the roots out where another plumber couldn't, they informed me that my line was broken near the curb that they could not penetrate (they marked the spot with paint on the grass and curb) and the sewer line was going to have to be replaced from the house to the street at a cost of $4,700. What they didn't tell me and what I found out from a friend was that any breaks within 5 or so feet of the curb was the responsibility of the City, as it's within the City's right-of-way. The City of Arlington got it repaired, at NO COST TO ME, within 3 days. So, if I had just given KMP the OK to fix it, I would have had my yard torn up, a tree would have had to be removed, my mailbox would have had to been relocated, and I would have been out $4,700. Hhhhmmmm, the City of Arlington repaired it for FREE. So, why didn't KMP tell me to call the City? Surely they know the code. It appears to me they just wanted the $4,700 job!

I have to say we were 100% satisfied  They came the next day and they were really great guys.  They had the job completed efficiently and at a fair price.

Terrible!  Please take my advice and do not use this company unless you like throwing away money. I was charged an outrageous amount, and the only thing he was able to do was unclog the drain!  He wasn't able to determine where the leak originated.  While on the phone with his coworker, looking for advice, i could hear the other guy laughing loudly. Then that same man called me the next day, confusing me with another customer. Totally unprofessional. To top it off, he walked around my house with his dirty wet gloves, grabbing the staircase, etc., and I had to follow behind him with a Clorox wipe.

I found this company on Home Advisor when I had a huge emergency situation. Levon, the owner, answered right away and  told me exactly when they could arrive and when they were going to be a bit late they called me immediately to inform me.
They assessed the issue quickly and accurately. They worked with my landlord and the HOA regarding the work needed and payment. The issue required jack hammering through concrete due to tree roots causing a back up (fun times for me) so not only did they work for several hours inside they returned at night to finish the job. (they had to drive from west hollywood back to Van Nuys to get proper equipment for the job). The finished the job and it was perfect. Plus they were super friendly and professional.
I returned from a xmas vacation to have another issue in my condo. I called Levon right away. He came within the hour, made another accurate assessment which required a bigger job then snaking. Again, he communicated times and when I needed to change the time he was accommodating. He fixed the issue, called the landlord and described the changes needed in the building. Before he left he saw something leaking in garage. He came back in and assessed and made sure everything was working properly and not leaking before he left.
I own a business and I know how picky I am for my clients and I expect that with other businesses. It's rare to find but you will find it with Levon and his team. I now have a plumber I can count on and that is a big deal!
PS. the fees are very reasonable and he's worth it.

Tim is fabulous, thorough, and clean! He's re-routing our pipes because of a slab leak and definitely knows what he's doing. He did a wonderful job putting the new pipe in behind a cabinet because our roof is rather low and cleaned up after all of the dust and yuck that come from cutting into the wall! I'd highly recommend him to anyone!

Just moved to Fort Worth a few months ago and was in need of a plumber. Corey as my Service Technician and recommended this company for your plumbing needs. Corey walked me threw everything and was easy to understand. I like that they call you when they are in there way.

Roy did an amazing job repairing a slab leak that we had. He worked his butt off to find the leak and repair it. He is a very nice guy, dependable, on time, and offers a fair price. I would recommend him for any plumbing job.

Proposed me a solution that was literally five times higher than every single other competitor, on the hottest day of the year. Predatory. Pleasant folks, but economically ludicrous.

Good Fellas responded to my text, made it to my house the same day and replaced my outdoor faucet at a reasonable price with professional. Don't hesitate to call these Good Fellas for your plumbing needs.

My front yard was flooded  I knew it was my sprinkler system because the water was coming from it. A and j came foxes it in 1 hours for so low that we had them trim our trees and fix the spout out side, it has been broken for over a year, if I knew it would be that easy and affordable I would have called them sooner. I will use their services in the future again if needed.if

Very, very, very thankful to have found Professor Plumb via Yelp. Coming from out of town, I didn't really have anyone I could ask for recommendations for an honest plumber. So before committing to a plumber, I had shopped around and received a few quotes for a new water heater. One company (which I won't name) came out and quoted me at a price for which I believed was just a tad higher than what I expected in my book, and that was fine..but keep in mind they also wanted to charge and additional 1/2 hourly rate it would've taken to complete the installation (~2 hours). I also pointed out a few other areas of the home I was concerned about which were coming from the attic, but was told that it would be an additional $200 just to peak into the access panel due to it being difficult to get into. $200..? Are you kidding me? I then proceeded to inform him that I'd just do it myself, and if there was an issue I noticed I would then call him back.

Here come's Professor Plumb the next day where Amber, their office rep is always up to date on informing you on the ETA of their arrival. The co-owner, Blue  had arrived within the time frame agreed upon. He took a look at everything mentioned above and proceeded to provide a flat fee, final quote for the water heater and installation for less than HALF the price of the company's quote mentioned above - AND without any 1/2 hourly or hourly charges for installation. I even asked him if he wanted to take a look at the quote I received BEFORE he provided me with one so that I could give him the opportunity to beat it. However, he informed me that he wouldn't need to since he knew he'd be able to beat it regardless. Talk about being honest.

The water heater had to be ordered and Blue was able to deliver and install it the next day in about 1.5 hours. He also took the courtesy of taking a ladder up to the second floor to take a look in the attic (free of charge) and informed me that there were no issues. What also surprised me was that he asked if he could fix my toilet downstairs as the flapper needed to be replaced. Who does that??

Suffice it to say, Blue and his company Professor Plumb is one of the most honest, fair, and customer service friendly people you will ever meet in this industry. Blue will be sure to let you know that although they won't always be the cheapest, they'll always do their best to give their customers the most honest and fair deal they can provide. Hands down, Professor Plumb will be my go to guy for ANY plumbing services going forward.

Word of advice: if you'd like to save some time just trust Blue and his team to treat you with integrity, care, and respect with extremely fair pricing.

We had a plumbing leak. Was stressed over locating a good plumber who would not charge an outrageous amount. Found Curly's through an internet search. Reviews through Yelp and Angie's List were good. Called and talked to Curly. He sent someone out that night. They were there within about an hour. Everyone was REALLY nice and polite. Really seemed to care about my problem. The plumber took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and tell us what they would do to repair it. They offered to fix it that night or to come back the next morning to save us money. We opted to save money. They worked hard and repaired our problem. They were finished in less time than they orignally estimated AND that included having to make a run to get some unexpected supplies. I am really happy to have found them. I feel very comfortable saying that I have found my plumber for life.
**As mentioned in a review by another customer, the address on my invoice was different as well but I know that this is the correct Curly's because the phone number is the one that I called and it is the same one on the invoice.

Super helpful and very prompt! Sebastian was able to fix the issue right away and would definitely hire this company again.
