I recently hired Plumbing Force to come install a new water heater at my home. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt from start to finish. He explained everything we wanted to know and answered all of our questions very patiently, from recommending which heater to purchase all the way through the installation! I highly recommend Plumbing Force for good, quality work done by a friendly, thorough practitioner.

We hired The Leak Whisperers to install a gas line for a new pool heater and everything was great! Will definitely call them again for future needs.

I have had Joyner Plumbing out for a sewer line replacement job last year. I also used them for smaller jobs. Overall they do a good job. Yes, plumbing is not cheap, but Joyner does an honest job at a fair price. They will not be the cheapest nor most expensive.

Anytime I have experienced a service issue with Joyner,  Jack or the office staff would have someone come back out and made it right (fixed the issue).

I would not hesitate to recommend Joyner.

These folks came out to my house to replace a sewer line. They started digging on the wrong property first , then they started digging in the wrong place on my property severing the tree roots of my silver leaf maple trees that died within a week of this mistake. They told me my sidewalk would not be damaged but ended up tearing it up anyway causing me to hire a mason to pour a new sidewalk . After they did more damage then I had ever imagined and I disputed the bill because of this they sued me. In the end the back fill of dirt was done improperly and pulled the sewer line down causing the sewer line to break in about a year. I had to hire another company to come out and dig my front yard up all over again and repeat this job that should have been done right in the first place. AVOID KMP LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!! Three thousand dollars down the drain.

These aren't typical pants hanging low plumbers...you're getting THE BEST OF THE BEST PLUMBERS!!! It's like watching the astronauts from the movie THE RIGHT STUFF because you know they know what to do.  Todd owns the company and he's assembled an excellent group of honest, hard-working guys. You're going to feel comfortable with them in your abode, and did I mention that they're also neat and respectful? TJ worked so hard along with Bobby and Dustin (the owner also worked...that's impressive) they were able to kill a water line, re-route it through our attic, and we've got water again! We no longer have water in our yard and I don't hear any hissing in the pipes. It wasn't an easy job to do, but these guys are professionals. They also put in two new water heaters since our old ones were 18 years old...probably on their last legs and if they'd burst that would have created even more tribulation. Yes, I highly encourage you to call them if you've got a water leak or other plumbing problem. They're going to fix it and you're going to rest easy knowing it's all good again. We've got some drywall repairs to do, but that's small compared to what water does when left to its own devices...don't ignore your water leak...CALL THEM!

Have used this company a few times and they've been great. We actually have gotten the same plumber so he's already familiar with our home which is nice. Def recommend

After several delays and false promises (since Friday October 3, 2014), I am relieved to report that Expert Plumbing & Rooter, Inc. FINALLY provided the promised refund  in the amount of $170.00.

Their mailing envelope was postmarked Saturday 11/15/14 - which I received on Monday 11/17/14.

Today (Tuesday 11/18/14), Chase bank confirmed that funds were available in their account and this matter has finally been resolved.

Thankfully, I can now put this mess behind me.

Tim is fabulous, thorough, and clean! He's re-routing our pipes because of a slab leak and definitely knows what he's doing. He did a wonderful job putting the new pipe in behind a cabinet because our roof is rather low and cleaned up after all of the dust and yuck that come from cutting into the wall! I'd highly recommend him to anyone!

I am dealing with a water heater emergency. I called and the lady that answered the phone could not give me a quote. They could come to my house today and give me a quote so I said Ok and gave all my personal information, set up a time and gave all the water heater info. The very last statement was oh and we charge a trip fee of $42 to come give you that quote. (mind you...I had just gave them all the specifics on the water heater such as gas..size and location). Poor process and just lost a potential customer. I will not pay $42 for somebody to give me a simple quote.

In need of a plumber, call Flat Rate. Awesome service, was able to let me know the problem over the phone. He was honest, on time and fixed our outside faucet with no major issue. I would recommend calling Roy for your plumbing issues. GREAT GUY!!

Firstly, i called AirTron as they installed the HVAC in my 2 year old home and was told the warranty would not cover fixing the issue (without even knowing the root cause). I was disappointed by their customer service and their unwillingness to understand what we were experiencing.

Went to yelp to find a company that had good review and found Rescue Air. Sent a message through yelp and the owner (Joshua) messages me back promptly asking for further information. My call was handled by Kimberly and she was very understanding and respectful. She took her time to understand the issue i was experiencing. She scheduled  a technician the next day.

I get a call from Kimberly confirming that the tech would be at my home soon. She also worked with my schedule to ensure i was home during the maintenance. Justin (Technician) showed up to my house in time. He listened to the issue i was experiencing and quickly diagnosed the root cause. The plenum that controlled the air distribution had a big hole. I called AirTron and explained the issue with Justin's help to see if they had warranty on the workmanship. Their response was a very rude NO. Justin was able to fix the issue quickly and restore the heat at our home. He took his time and explained the fix. We also went ahead with club membership.

When our issue low water pressure escalated into no water pressure, they came same day.   Friendly and provided very good service.  Also gave recommendations for items needing replacement within the next year or so.

Amazing professional and punctual! Extremely happy to recommend Queen to all of our neighbours and friends!

Good Fellas plumbing saved us from an incorrect leak diagnosis we received from another company. They were accommodating and came out immediately. They were able to immediately locate the correct leak and fix it using their thorough methods.   Chris and his team were very professional and took time to carefully explain.  We are are so appreciative for the time and money they saved us.

Could get my sprinkler system to work proper , we called 2 other places and they couldn't fix the problem. A and j unlimited found and fixed the problem in a day and half for a very reasonable price and now our sprinkler system and fountain work on schedule and like new. Thanks guys

Well I chose this plumber based on the 5-star reviews here. So they pulled a no show after scheduling me today. Love it when I rearrange my day to leave work and hang out for my 2-hour window only to call and find sorry, you are not in our schedule...really? I need a minus star here to rate them a huge thumbs down. I'll find another plumber but I am starting to think Yelp is rigged.

Best plumbing repair service we have ever experienced.  We called Curly's for the first time earlier today for a clogged toilet and bath drain.  From the time we called to job completion was 90 minutes.  Cody and Aaron were respectful, courteous, and professional.  They diagnosed the problem immediately, explained it to us, and had it cleared within a few minutes.  The service call price was very fair and they even cleaned up the bath area.  Curly's is our new contractor for plumbing issues.  Other service companies should take a lesson from these guys.  Definitely call them if you need quality professionals.

They get a star for clearing the drain and honoring their price.  But, $500 to clear the kitchen sink drain (from the kitchen sink, not like climbing the roof) and install a garbage disposal that I had already purchased from Lowe's?  (I thought I was helping by purchasing the disposal?!)  That's definitely expensive if you aren't familiar.  Then the bad list begins... Put their dirty tools on the counter.  Didn't have any floor protection so used our dog towels.  Still left drain gunk on the floor for us to clean up.  Didn't install the garbage disposal on the correct outlet so that it was switched (called them back to fix that.). Just grabbed our paper towels off the counter to clean the hands (and knowing where those hands have been, we threw the roll away.). $500 and this is the service we get?  Never again.

If you are wondering about the disparity of reviews (5-star to 1-star) I now definitely believe the lower-star reviews that specifically list their prices.  It's outrageous.  And, for the record, I contacted the company before posting these reviews.  The lady answering the phones was super nice, but the absolutely stand by their pricing.  IMHO, once they get on the site and know you have a problem that needs immediate attention, they consider you sold and quote whatever price they want.  Run, don't walk, to a company that will talk pricing over the phone before they roll a truck to your house.  These guys will not, and once they arrive, they have got you.
