Very responsive and polite. We texted and there was a misunderstanding. They bought a hot water tank and went to my house for an installation while I thought just a diagnostics and estimate. They politely told it was fine. So, I just feel I can trust them. I proposed a small job right after that and they agreed although they might have had a lot of other big works to do. Deserve to get a good review.

This is the type of plumber that I try to avoid with everything I have. I was misguided by the high reviews. They were charging 3X the next plumber I hired.
I called them out for water leaking and in my downstairs ceiling. The plumber that came out said he was going to charge $359 to cut a hole in the ceiling and go from there. I was desperate for the leak to stop so agreed. Once the whole was opened the plumber kept saying how difficult it was going to be to fix it and was going to be an additional $600. Sensing BS with how difficult it was I told him NO. He then went to talk to the owner and came back with a discount of a total of $650. Still NO, I didn't want to do business with this guy. The owner called me and asked what had happened. He said he usually charges a minimum of $650 per job. Something they should have said when I originally called them. So unless you want to shell out $650 no matter what the job, pass on them.
The next plumber I called charged me less than $300 and would have been a total of $300 for the whole project.

Daniel came in and saved the day with our shower remodel project. Our tub needed to be relevelled after another contractor messed up the installation. We also needed the plumbing connections to the shower handle/valve to be re-aligned...again fixing another contractor's mistake.

My wife and I were both impressed with his ability to not only do the job well but to put every effort into finding the best solution (i.e. the professional way to resolve the problem and connect everything together). Also, his communication throughout the project was top notch. I had never met him before this job started, so I'm not trying to help a buddy. I honestly just want others to find good contractors. Go with this company. They're the type of people you want.

Johnathan is an absolute LIFE SAVER!!! My mom had a major leak at her house in the front yard. All plumbers were booked for the week. Johnathan called me the same day I inquired and said he hated to hear we were without water and would be by later that night if it was okay with us. He came by, assessed the issue and quoted us. He was very informative and understanding when we werent quite sure what decision to make. My dad passed away a month ago and Johnathan took WONDERFUL care of my mom and I. We won't be giving anyone else our business.

Emilio is incredible and a model professional.  He has helped our household with various plumbing issues that were due to age and prior plumbers doing work incorrectly.  Emilio explains the problems for any novice to understand and puts an urgency to complete the job as if it were his own home.  Emilio is punctual and very responsive and leaves his work area as if he was never there.  There is no job too big or too small.  If you want to support a small business and want high quality work at an affordable price, look no further than Emilio at Maintenance Mechanical of Texas!  Thanks for all your work, Emilio.  We know who to reach out to for all our plumbing and gas needs!

We had Steven's come out for broken zones in our sprinkler system. We were super impressed with the work. The reason for the low rating is now that we need his services again we have not been extended the courtesy of a return call or text. Despite leaving several messages on both numbers. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement. Hopefully all is well for Steven and we are the exception not the rule.

One of our outside faucets started leaking yesterday. Is there some universal rule that says this nearly always happens on a Friday afternoon or on a holiday weekend?  Called Nikki (who always answers calls promptly) & got an appointment for this morning. Nikki & Jordan arrived earlier than expected & resolved the issue quickly & professionally. Very helpful to walk us through what caused problem & how to prevent further issues as well.  Incredible customer service & expertise! Nikki's will be my go to company for all our plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Super friendly, family run business. They got my shower fixed without having to take down any of the tiles, and were easy to get a hold of on the phone.

Last hard freeze cracked the outside faucet pipe. Steve came out the next day and replaced the faucet/pipe in an hour. Price and service were outstanding.

I took a two weeks to decide which company was going to do the work. Carrollton Plumbing had the best bid and they had the work done by the next day.  I will use them again when I need service.

I had a clogged leaking sink, I called a few places and Mid-Cities was the only one that could come come on the same day.  They showed up when they said they would l, he was nice, quick and affordable.  He even offered to re plumb a few things that were worn out under the sink to save me another issue down the road. I will call them again.

I called Mark to do a small job that needed to be done that day or the next. He sent 2 guys out THAT day and got it done. Fast, reasonably priced. Can't ask for more. And, Mark returns calls and does what he says; unlike some of his competitors.

My garbage disposal died on me and I called around. Was very worried about getting it fixed. Looked up reviews and called this service.

Alex was the first to make himself available and I'm 100% satisfied (super happy) with his work. The reviews are totally on point. Efficient, reliable, high quality work from an insured master plumber, very polite and professional.

He and his crew member came to my home early and on time, got right to work, installed the garbage disposal I selected/pre purchased, and it works like a charm.

Most of all, Alex identified a separate problem with my sink. It was coming apart at the seam. He went to extra trouble to fix it and was very fair with his price. His attention to detail and care made me a happy client.

These guys are very professional. Been using them for years. They did all my plumbing for my businesses and my own residential use. I will always recommend these guys. The son is very a very nice guy and is always on time! Time is money and I like the way they work.

I had seen My Texas Plumber recommended by several people on NextDoor so when we needed our hot water heater replaced I reached out to them. Daniel's pricing was competitive, his response was timely and his description of what he would do was very detailed. Daniel showed up on time, charged exactly what he quoted, and the quality of his work was excellent.

Called Mike at 10:00 and he was at my house w/ in an hour.  He and Chris were prompt and courteous and had the job finished quickly.  I would definitely recommend Duncan plumbing!!

my air condition capacitor went out in extreme heat above 110 degrees
I called COMFORT EXPERTS INC ac services and they sent some one to my house first I tried to buy the capacitor at Home Depot and Lowes they were out of the one I needed I tried on line and found several but it took 3 days delivery and I couldn't wait because of the extreme heat the capacitor is 36 dollars they charged me 430 dollars for the part and 99 dollars for labor technician was here no more than 10 minutes it was an out side job don't deal with this company they are taking advantage of people specially in these hard times they know you have no choice but to pay they sucker you with 99 dollars service call but they rip you off  with the part prices they are not an honest business .
