Only guy to actually give a decent quote for installing a specific part and was upfront and got the issue fixed quickly.

I'm very satisfied with the plumber and apprentice. They were both professional, courteous and did high quality work. My only disappointment was to find out how much the parts were marked up over jobber's and even retail costs. I would rather have been given a list of the items needed and then gone to Home Depot myself to purchase them to be able to save some money. At the time I was so concerned about quickly having my hot water heater replaced that I didn't think to ask for that option and the option wasn't offered.

I'd also like to compliment the office receptionist. She was very friendly, courteous and helpful.

I needed a plumber quickly.  I put out a search on Yelp.  X-Act (Daniel) was the first to call.  We agreed to a time for that day.  He showed up and hunted down the leak under the kitchen sink.  Turns out it was something easy to fix, especially if you know where to look.  Danny was very communitive letting me know what was going on.  If I need something else done, I will call Daniel.

Late post. However, this is my 3rd or 4th time using Mr Jonathan who is a gem. This time it was installing a new water heater which required alot of services which were needed to pass code. He knew exactly was needed and assured me it would be included in the service.
Love that he gives true estimates and stays true to it. He is kind, timely and I trust him! Will be calling again when needed.

Emilio with Maintenance Mechanical of Texas is a rock solid reliable plumber. We have relied on his services 3-4 times over the last year due to an older  house that we bought.  He was able to fix a poorly poured toilet pipe that was leading to back-flow into our shower, from a no -qualified contractor. Emilio fixed that in 2 days and at a reasonable price compared to other quotes. A few months later, Emilio was able to fix a slab leak in another part of our home. Emilio communicates the issues clearly, is reliable and courteous, and really works with his customers to get to the root of their problems. We plan to use him on all plumbing & gas repairs or plumbing home improvements in the future.

I used Steven's Irrigation to repair a broken PVC pipe on my irrigation system and then later I had him replace one of the drip lines with sprinkler heads.  Steven seems to be knowledgable and did a decent job on the first two jobs but was terrible at communicating the basics such as the time he would be coming or responding to text, phone calls or emails.  He would just show up whenever the first two times.  I texted him to fix a broken irrigation valve that was leaking quite a bit of water into the street and he texted he would come out on Friday, five days later.  I called Steven on Thursday night and left a voice message to confirm he was coming Friday morning and I followed up with a text. Steven never responded to either.  On Friday I waited all day and made several calls (which went unanswered) and several text (which also went unanswered).  Steven never showed up, never called me back, and never texted me back.   The following Monday I called another irrigation company who came out that same day.  I see there is another review in which Steven did the same thing (promising to come out to do the repair but then fails to come out or communicate he is not coming).  I would NOT recommend Steven's Irrigation.

We had a brand new sink that needed to be installed and Nikki did a wonderful job with it! It looks beautiful and it's working very well! She came the next day after being contacted and did the job in a timely manner. She also helped us with our dryer vent issue and was a huge help! I would most definitely recommend her services!

Had them out to take care of a sewage line blockage and I needed them to come out on the same day that I called.  Courteous, as promised time, and a estimated cost up front.  Very happy with the result.  Very professional!

Thanks so much to Allen for providing such great products and installation of recent our bathroom and kitchen remodeling.  We love our new tubs, toilets and fixtures that he helped us pick out. He coordinated perfectly with our tile guys to give us timely installation of all the products.  You are these best plumber we have ever had.

My A/C drain stopped up.  I needed an early morning appointment, they showed up promptly at 7:15 AM and started to work on my problem.  The technician was great and explained everything that needed to happen, told me how much it would cost and about how long it would take.

The repair was made and I made it to work on time !  I would recommend this company and will definitely use their service again.

I had a clogged leaking sink, I called a few places and Mid-Cities was the only one that could come come on the same day.  They showed up when they said they would l, he was nice, quick and affordable.  He even offered to re plumb a few things that were worn out under the sink to save me another issue down the road. I will call them again.

Great service and reasonable prices. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues and also recommend them to my home buyer clients.

Super prompt response and scheduled next day.  He had my new sinks and garbage disposal installed within 2 hours.  Very prompt, professional and reasonably priced.  He will definitely be my go to plumber from now on.

Our gas detector went off @ 1:30 am, called Atmos, they came out within 30 minutes, verified that there was a leak some place and shut off the gas.  At that point you are between a rock and a hard place - as Atmos will not turn the gas back on until a permit has been pulled and any repair has been inspected.  You are at the mercy of the plumber and how much they want to charge you...

We had a home warranty which sent our a partner plumber who commenced to try and extort $1200 (+ the $60 copay) just to begin looking for the leak/pull the permit .  We told them to stick it and promptly canceled the home warranty.

We called several plumbers, large & small, eventually getting several recommendation Sheffield through Nextdoor.com.  When I called Sheffield, the lady who answered (who I found out was the owner's wife) the phone gave us a lot of information, explained the entire process, gave us an accurate quote and were only $350 to get started, which included pulling the permit, pressurize the system & 1hr of leak detection.  After that it would be their gas hourly rate of $120 + parts find & Fix.   We did have to wait 3 days for them to come out because they are a small company but I assure you it was well worth the wait.

Thomas Sheffield (the owner's son) arrived promptly @ 9am, was professional, explained everything before he began (during the process) and answered all questions I had.  (I'm new to living in a house with Gas)  Once all was said & done, leak was found under the house (a gas pipe was being held off the ground by brick instead of being hung from the floor joist with galvanized strapping and had eaten a hole in the brick at the point of contact), fixed, and the rest of the gas system under the house was raised and strapped CORRECTLY to prevent any further issues.

The entire process ended taking about 7 hours & was less than what the home warranty guy wanted just to get started!

They were prompt, professional, efficient, very reasonably priced, curteous & most importantly quality.

Daniel's pricing was competitive, his response was timely and his description of what he would do was very detailed. Daniel showed up on time, charged exactly what he quoted, and the quality of his work was excellent.

Duncan plumbing was quick to respond, affordable and professional. I feel confident referring them to anyone.  Mike and his team are stand up guys that go above and beyond.

Every person is 100% commission sales based. They will lie to you and up sale everything. Their training is it's okay to lie to the customer to get a sale. It's just a shame to have no integrity.
