I needed a plumber quickly.  I put out a search on Yelp.  X-Act (Daniel) was the first to call.  We agreed to a time for that day.  He showed up and hunted down the leak under the kitchen sink.  Turns out it was something easy to fix, especially if you know where to look.  Danny was very communitive letting me know what was going on.  If I need something else done, I will call Daniel.

Jonathan and his worker did a excellent job installing our water heater.  From the receptionist making appointment, to talking about what my husband and I wanted done so very professional, courteous prompt service great pricing! Our sprinkler system was damaged by a utility installation company. After the utility company sent out several crews that were incapable of properly repairing the issues they finally sent Steven out to do the job.   He is extremely knowledgeable and capable of fixing just about any issues you may have.  He showed up on time and was willing to do whatever was needed to complete the job.   Also, his pricing is very honest and reasonable.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing sprinkler repairs.

I suffered some major plumbing issues and had the great fortune of coming upon Nikki's Plumbing Company. As a single female, I felt super comfortable having her work in my house, she is absolutely approachable and doesn't make you feel like an idiot for having no idea what is going on. She is very meticulous and very good at explaining exactly what will need to happen and how long the work will take. She is more than reasonable cost wise and I feel like her work is way above and beyond what I have received from other plumbers in the past. I would not hesitate to recommend her to a friend and, in fact, I have numerous times!

Easy job for a high efficiency toilet that was just purchased in January 2022. We had new flooring in our bathroom and needed someone to remove and reinstall the toilet prior to and after the flooring was installed.  Once the toilet was reinstalled, we waited two days to use it. But, on the first use, the flush was totally different...less water flow and way less powerful. Called the owner to see if it could be looked at again. He literally took no accountability for the work, was extremely defensive and rude, and even suggested that I contact Home Depot (why contact HD when we had a perfectly working toilet before the removal and reinstall?). I was not asking for anything free...at all. But, the lack of accountability for any part of the work performed definitely rubbed me wrong. Thought I found a plumbing company to use for other projects since we have two other bathrooms that need the same service, but it's a hard NO for me. I will choose to spend my money elsewhere.

Gave these guys a call when we needed our gas line hooked up at our house. I made sure i did some homework and they have been in the business 28 years. Family owned and operated, and were completely transparent about the work being done. First off they came all the way out to Denison which I was more than grateful for, I know how gas prices are now a days. Bret was the one who helped us with our house. Explained to us what he was going to do and then went right to it! Was very knowledgeable in his craft and had the work done in no time. Will be using them for future plumbing needs. True Integrity Plumbing to the rescue AGAIN! Walking my lawn I noticed the ground was flooded near the entrance of the main line to my house and immediately called Travis and his team. Jordan came over shortly and immediately found where the leak was coming from, replaced the broken joint, lines and greatly improved the water pressure in our home. He even helped us find our water shut off valve for emergencies. Look no further than this team of excellent plumbing pros.

I had seen My Texas Plumber recommended by several people on NextDoor so when we needed our hot water heater replaced I reached out to them. Daniel's pricing was competitive, his response was timely and his description of what he would do was very detailed. Daniel showed up on time, charged exactly what he quoted, and the quality of his work was excellent.

my air condition capacitor went out in extreme heat above 110 degrees
I called COMFORT EXPERTS INC ac services and they sent some one to my house first I tried to buy the capacitor at Home Depot and Lowes they were out of the one I needed I tried on line and found several but it took 3 days delivery and I couldn't wait because of the extreme heat the capacitor is 36 dollars they charged me 430 dollars for the part and 99 dollars for labor technician was here no more than 10 minutes it was an out side job don't deal with this company they are taking advantage of people specially in these hard times they know you have no choice but to pay they sucker you with 99 dollars service call but they rip you off  with the part prices they are not an honest business .
