We had a plugged laundry drain. He was the only one who would give a direct estimate for repair and see us the same day. 20 minutes later, drain was unplugged same day and we were able to use it. Would recommend him wholeheartedly.

I'm so impressed with their promptness and professionalism. I was able to get a same day estimate on a plumbing issue.  Before finding them, I talked to several other plumbing companies and received a few other bids. They were one of the most reasonably priced and by far the most professional. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who want honest, professional and reasonably priced plumbing services. They are now on my speed dial for any other plumbing services I may need in the future!

I needed a plumber quickly.  I put out a search on Yelp.  X-Act (Daniel) was the first to call.  We agreed to a time for that day.  He showed up and hunted down the leak under the kitchen sink.  Turns out it was something easy to fix, especially if you know where to look.  Danny was very communitive letting me know what was going on.  If I need something else done, I will call Daniel.

Late post. However, this is my 3rd or 4th time using Mr Jonathan who is a gem. This time it was installing a new water heater which required alot of services which were needed to pass code. He knew exactly was needed and assured me it would be included in the service.
Love that he gives true estimates and stays true to it. He is kind, timely and I trust him! Will be calling again when needed.

We had several problems with our sprinkler system including the controller, sprinkler heads, the valve for the drip system and we had two leaks.  Steven was responsive and got out here super fast!  He took care of everything right away and the final price was not only fair, but it fell in line with what he had quoted us.  We were blown away by the level of service, workmanship and price.  We highly recommend Steven's Irrigation & Repair.

Bret was so nice! After calling the City, multiple plumbing companies, spending 24 hours completely stressed out about water coming from the main shutoff... or somewhere nearby I finally got help. My dad has been working with Alan (Bret's dad) and told me to call them. No kidding- on a Saturday after 5:00 he picked up the phone and said I'll be there in 19 minutes, ma'am! And he WAS! Still working on everything but he and his dad are top notch. They actually care about their customers. 100% recommend!

Last hard freeze cracked the outside faucet pipe. Steve came out the next day and replaced the faucet/pipe in an hour. Price and service were outstanding.

Had a problem with the outside faucet at our house. They answered the phone on the second ring and had the technician at our house in 1.5 hours! Quintin was a pro and very comprehensive. I had a clogged leaking sink, I called a few places and Mid-Cities was the only one that could come come on the same day.  They showed up when they said they would l, he was nice, quick and affordable.  He even offered to re plumb a few things that were worn out under the sink to save me another issue down the road. I will call them again.

We have a leak in our front yard and have had another plumber, water company and sprinkler system company out to find it.  This is the only company that actually dug up the area to find the problem.  It was a sprinkler system issue so they couldn't repair it.  They came the day I called and did more than any other company that has been here.  We would highly recommend this company!

Alex was able to accommodate my work schedule and dropped by right ON TIME this morning. He was professional and courteous throughout and provided both repair services/clear communication. Prices were reasonable, in line with other local guys and well below a number of other quotes i received from larger companies.

I was having an issue with a leaky bathtub at the end of my master bath renovation.
He use his camera (good thing that he had a camera!) to determine that it was not the recent faulty installation of a new drain, but instead a small chip in the bathtub that caused the leak (likely occurred weeks ago during the tiling process).

The person who answered the phone went out of her way to schedule service the next day. Plumber, Thomas Sheffield, was on time, polite, efficient and even cleaned entire area under sink. His offer to pick up a replacement for a leaky soap dispenser (nothing related to the clogged dishwasher drain) restored my faith in small business and good service. Cost was less than I expected. I'll definitely use Scheffield again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Daniel was quick to respond, on time and professional. Best price out of the two other plumbers I called. Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs.

Professional technicians but the hour they were here they changed out one outdoor faucet and charged my wife $450. Not an emergency call, just standard charge. Ridiculous!

I had my units serviced by this company after moving into my home less than a year at which point I had a complete inspection done on AC. I wanted to make sure it was ready for Summer. The technician serviced both units and said everything checked out great. around 3 weeks later I woke up on Mothers Day to find my ceiling wet and water dripping from a clogged AC line. I contacted the company and was told the original tech didn't work there and they'd send someone out. Once the new technician came he said in fact I had a clogged line, I asked him if it was checked on the previous service call and he said it's part of the inspection but wasn't noted on the form and only the other AC unit was noted the line wasn't clogged. I reached out to the manager and he basically said it wasn't their fault and took NO accountability for it. They said since they didn't install the unit it wasn't their fault and charged me $280 To clear the line!! I tried to reach out again and left a message for the customer service manager and no response. Now I have a damaged ceiling and thought I did everything to prevent this and still have to pay. would NOT recommend this company AT ALL.
