We had a leak in our front yard in the flower bed.   Another company provided me with a quote that I felt was a bit high.   Based on a referral from a family member, I called Pure Plumbing to get a second quote but they said they couldn't provide a quote over the phone.   They offered to come and take a look at the problem and provide a free estimate.   The plumber came and said it would cost $325 for an estimate.  I told him what the other company told me was the problem but he said he had to make sure himself.  Since it was already mid-afternoon, I told him to go ahead with providing me an estimate thinking that I could talk to the office later about the charge for providing an estimate they told me would be free.  After about 10 minutes, the plumber confirmed that the leak was coming from the homeowner's shut off box (which is what the other company told me as well).   His verbal quote was almost twice what the other company quoted me.   He did offer to take the $325 cost of the estimate out of the repair price.   However, he refused to email me a copy of the estimate and said that we would have to close out the transaction before he could provide me with the written estimate.   I asked him to wait outside so I could contact my husband to see what he wanted to do.   I also called the other company to see if they could come out to fix the problem that day but they were booked until the following week.   Since I work from home and didn't want to go without water for another 5 days, I agreed to have him do the work.   After the work was completed, he emailed me the receipt/invoice which has no details of the repairs performed.   I contacted the office the following day about my feeling misled on the free estimate and the invoice.   The person told me they would talk to the supervisor and get back to me on Monday.   On Wednesday, I still had not heard back so I called them again.   The person I spoke to said that the charge for $325 was for work done to locate the leak (10 minutes that he spent to dig in the flower bed to find the hole in the plumbing), and if the problem had been obvious they wouldn't have charged me for the estimate.  It still doesn't make sense to me how they can say free estimate when it's only free when the problem is obvious.  She said she would talk to one of the managers and get a revised invoice to me within 24-48 hours.  

It is now Friday evening and I received no resolution and still have not received a revised receipt/invoice.  I would not recommend this company at all.   While their free estimate claim may not be fraudulent, it is completely misleading.

I met Tiho when he was doing some work for my sister. He was pleasant and friendly, and my sis and her boyfriend raved about his skill and his work ethic. Given the other reviews he's gotten on this site, they aren't the only ones who felt that way. I gave him a call when I was having problems with a sprinkler flood (not indoor plumbing, but water/pipe related all the same). He came right out, assessed the problem, and told me he could fix it (whew!).

Tiho did the work skillfully and efficiently, explaining what the problem was and how he was fixing it. His demeanor immediately put me at ease; he's so warm and personable, yet I could tell he'd take care of the problem, with no BS. He did great work, quickly and efficiently, and even gave me a referral for some general contracting work I'm thinking about having done (given his own character and work ethic, I have no qualms about trusting his judgement on a referral). His bill (as others have mentioned) was EXTREMELY reasonable.

It's not difficult to understand why Tiho has earned so much admiration (and 5-star reviews) from others, if he treated them as well as he treated me. He is a skilled workman who takes pride in his work, and who does what he says he'll do. He's clearly not afraid of getting his hands dirty (which is why you'll find he seals his deals with a fist bump rather than a handshake), and he's charming without any hint of schmooze. He's a great guy in general, and has definitely earned my loyalty!

I would 100% recommend Chad and his team at Accurate Leak and Line. Having a below the slab plumbing leak is an expense nobody wants to undergo, but it is a necessary repair.  Chad is a man of exemplary integrity. He went over and above to get my extensive problems fixed and fixed correctly. His team was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and skilled. I feel very comfortable knowing the work was done properly as they were always available to update me along the way.

I found 308 on Yelp and have used them twice.  Very reliable, knowledgeable and they have fair pricing.  I'll definitely will be using them for future projects.

I highly recommend Landers Plumbing Company. I called this morning about 8:00 am and they told me that they would be here about 8:30 am.! I was  amazed. I never get service that quick. We had a leak in the pipe connected to the water heater. It was only the size of a pin hole, but there is extensive damage. Anyway, Landers showed up as scheduled. They did the work in a very timely manner. I cringed when handed the bill.... But to my surprise, it was very reasonable. I am very happy in my choice to use Landers Plumbing and I would certainly recommend them to family or friends.

My friend was helping me replace a leaking toilet and discovered the flange was broken, so I needed a professional.  Prestige Plumbing had a lot of positive reviews and was frequently recommended on Nextdoor, so I called. Chris came out the same day and replaced the toilet, did a great job and very reasonably priced. I  am very happy and I would definitely recommend this company!!!

Delighted with CTC professionals. The electrician arrived prepared to quote and do the installation of a circuit needed to recharge my Tesla efficiently. He examined the panel, is certified for work on Tesla power solutions,  and gave me a detailed quote for the work parts and labor. I approved the reasonable quote and the paperwork was all done on his iPad and sent to me for signature. He was fastidious in keeping his wall cuts aesthetically pleasing and appropriate for the task. He finished the work in short order. We tested the charging station and it has been running smoothly ever since. I look forward to my next project with CTX!

Robert from Safe, Clean and Green serviced our home sprinklers on three occasions. We were fully satisfied with his services. The first time he replaced our backflow preventer that had been neglected for several years. Previous homeowners tried fixing the leaks unsuccessfully by using some sort of plaster. The second time, Robert helped us with setting our zone three sprinklers up to work with the timer by replacing a broken solenoid. He also helped us a third time when we installed drip lines on our own and created a leak when we decided to test them by turning them on manually. We unscrewed the solenoid and we're unable to stop the leak. Robert came back the next day and fixed it for us.

We would highly recommend him for all sprinkler needs as he is reliable and very knowledgeable.

Nothing worse than a leaking toilet.  Tim came out the same day, and was able to figure out where the leak was, and replaced the toilet.  Worked hard, and was very reasonably priced.  Will definitely use again!  Great customer service!
