Chase and Amari came out to service my leaking water heater. The confirmation for my appointment was consistent this week, and I received a call on today, hours before, which was extremely thorough. I already had three other companies lined up but moved Pure Plumbing ahead of the line simply because of the FREE CONSULTATION to come out, which is rare. This was a great decision knowing what I know now, but as expected the arrival within the expected window was met. Then after seeing the damage, Chase and Amari identified exactly what the source was, and the pros and cons of the overall project. They were never pushy or salesy about payment and even when I did decide to move forward they provided multiple quotes for flexibility in payment understanding the season the nation is in financially. At the end, I have a new water heater, and Chase actually included a second drain line. The work didn't leave a mess or damage to property and as probably assumed by now-I'll be calling back all other companies to cancel them coming out, and so should you. Pure Plumbing is definitely earning their 5-Stars and if you're lucky Chase and Amari will get called out for your repair. Very happy with the results! Thanks again.

Came out on short notice to fix our water heater, did a good job, and charged reasonable rates. We were very pleased.

We were thinking about replacing our sewer line and got an insane estimate (plus some scare tactics) from Public Service Plumbers. We called Accurate for a second opinion, who sent out Josh who did another inspection. Great guy and an honest man who advised against doing any extensive work since the pipes are working and there's no emergent problems. You can't buy that kind of strong character. He could have tried to take us for thousands but instead was polite, honest, forthright, and thorough. If anything does go south they'll be who I call.

Sent a Yelp quote request and within 10 min got a response. This was the only 1 of 2 companies out of 5 that gave me an estimate up front before they would come to the house.

Fair price, was able to make an appt before the other company so I chose them.

The electrician that came was 20 min late and I was not happy. That being said he and his apprentice were able to quickly recover their late mistake by doing a very efficient job installing a nema 1450 plug in my garage, fixing an issue with a kitchen led light and installing a ring doorbell cam.

Would definitely use these guys again. Only advice, if you say you'll be there by 8a, be there by 7:55a.

I highly recommend Landers Plumbing Company. I called this morning about 8:00 am and they told me that they would be here about 8:30 am.! I was  amazed. I never get service that quick. We had a leak in the pipe connected to the water heater. It was only the size of a pin hole, but there is extensive damage. Anyway, Landers showed up as scheduled. They did the work in a very timely manner. I cringed when handed the bill.... But to my surprise, it was very reasonable. I am very happy in my choice to use Landers Plumbing and I would certainly recommend them to family or friends.

Contacted Prestige Plumbing by text on Sunday night concerning a broken pipe in my kitchen garbage disposal. Chris responded promptly stating they would be there Monday to work me into their schedule.  Although they were short manpower and on a large scheduled job, managed to check it out in the morning. The pipe could not be repaired so they picked up a garbage disposal and had it installed Monday afternoon.  Professional and helpful to this disabled veteran.  I appreciate their thoroughness and pricing...Expediency exceptional.

Called William's  plumbing at 6:00 pm, had stopped drain in kitchen. Was up and going by 8:00pm. Excellent service and very courteous.  Thanks for quick service. Eduardo Gallegos

Positive: quick. I called when our water main was shut off as a result of a PVC fitting breaking in the irrigation system. Being new to the area, I called several plumbers and CTX answered and agreed to come out that day. They arrived earlier than the timeframe expected, and the job took them 30 minutes or less to complete.

Negative: I received several return calls from plumbers who could have showed up later, but I waved them off as CTX answered first. When they arrived and looked at the damage, the price tag was $350. After continuing to receive plumbing calls, it sounds like this was significantly more than I would have payed had I waited a bit and asked about prices (in fact I send a photo of the broken fitting to one of the return calls and the rate was going to be significantly cheaper - although to be fair, that is easy to say after the fact).

Bottom line, very quick and courteous/friendly service, but the price was more than I should have paid. When I first heard the number, I was a bit shocked, but agreed to pay since they showed up. I will likely shop around a bit more (or exercise some patience) next time. To be fair, I'll attempt to upload a photo of the before/after work in case I am way off base.

We contacted Robert about getting a backflow test for our business. Robert was great. He's very responsive and really knows his craft. Fair and honest, will definitely be contacting him for future requests

Ahndre with Legacy Plumbing showed up right on time and replaced our corroded refrigerator valve within 20 minutes. The invoice was exactly as quoted. He was professional and helpful, even taking a look at my water heater and garage sink before he left. Will definitely use them again

Excellent service! Adolf and Becky were knowledgeable, timely, and considerate when fixing a leak at our house. They were extremely professional and were able to locate the leak quickly. They did the job well and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend!

They are amazing! Called them and  they came out immediately. They gave me an amazing price and completed the work quickly! I will be using them from now on because they are trustworthy and do a great job.

Stan was great!  Offered a flat price for my generator gas valve inlet install and hired him on the spot.  Stan arrived and promptly completed the job.  He also noticed my water heater outlet had come undone and fixed that on the spot.  I would definitely hire Stan again for my future plumbing work!

Abe of Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating, and AC repaired the water main line to my home and I could not be happier with everything about his work and his demeanor! Abe was very professional, always on time, extremely knowledgable, and very clearly FAIR and HONEST (which is So, SO important to me!). Abe did excellent work on what was a fairly complicated job. I felt like I was in such good hands from start to finish. And that's exactly how I like to feel when somebody's working on my home. For me, that feeling of confidence and trust is worth everything! The support staff at Strittmatter was also completely above and beyond -- they were EXCEPTIONAL -- in regards to their personal approach, their kindness, professionalism, timeliness, helpfulness, you name it. Trying to find a leak, they made me remove a mirror wall that cost 200 to remove and haul away, to no avail they went and tore out my brick looking for the leak. Still didn't find it. The bill for that was  above 800 dollars they reduced it to 580 after I protested.

Yes!  Call them now and hope they can come help you. Craig and the crew are as honest and fair as you will find. They are considered the Best Plumber in Burleson and have shown it once again.
