Daron was amazing! Actually the entire process was much easier than anticipated. We had an urgent need and I was SO pleasantly surprised that someone would be available within an hour. Then Daron arrived and quickly assessed the problem, gave us several options and explained everything in detail. He was thorough, professional, friendly and put us completely at ease with the whole process. He went above and beyond in several ways and has acquired us as Pure Plumbing customers for life!

This is the type of business that you should be able to give 6 stars to. I will never again call anyone other than Tiho for any plumbing issue I have. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, straight forward and affordable. He re-instilled my faith that there are people out there who care about customer service. He is a local Tracy plumber who won't give you the run around. You need not look any further. Call Tiho.

I didn't find Accurate until I was already halfway down the road with a general plumber.  He seemed unsure of how to proceed so I contacted Accurate.  I had a pretty detailed conversation with one of their guys who was able to answer all my questions and give me some sound advice.  Turns out our leak is turning into a kitchen remodel, but I'm planning on bringing these guys in for the reroute as part of that project based on the great customer service I received, even though I haven't paid them a dime.... YET.

Responsive, on-time and quote was equal to final bill. Will use again.

I highly recommend Landers Plumbing Company. I called this morning about 8:00 am and they told me that they would be here about 8:30 am.! I was  amazed. I never get service that quick. We had a leak in the pipe connected to the water heater. It was only the size of a pin hole, but there is extensive damage. Anyway, Landers showed up as scheduled. They did the work in a very timely manner. I cringed when handed the bill.... But to my surprise, it was very reasonable. I am very happy in my choice to use Landers Plumbing and I would certainly recommend them to family or friends.

My friend was helping me replace a leaking toilet and discovered the flange was broken, so I needed a professional.  Prestige Plumbing had a lot of positive reviews and was frequently recommended on Nextdoor, so I called. Chris came out the same day and replaced the toilet, did a great job and very reasonably priced. I  am very happy and I would definitely recommend this company!!!

I can't recommend CTX highly enough. After a slight mixup, Austin and Adam really came through and did a great install of our home filtration system. Their professionalism really shines through in the way the way the tackle problems and handle customers. Robert was great, quick response and he was able to come out on the same day and fix my sprinkler system.  Talked me through what he was doing and why.  And continuously gave me tips for keeping everything working well.  Will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future for anything sprinkler related.

This business is great.  Used them to fix an outside leaking faucet that would leak inside the wall, they removed the broken pipe and fixed it with a new pipe in just minutes.  The new fitting is awesome!  Price is good and they are professional, they show up on time, ask questions and explain what they did.  Number one choice for me.  Used them a few years back and remembered how good they were, they are still that good.  Highly recommended!

Nothing worse than a leaking toilet.  Tim came out the same day, and was able to figure out where the leak was, and replaced the toilet.  Worked hard, and was very reasonably priced.  Will definitely use again!  Great customer service!

Drove 45 minutes across the metroplex to meet a technician at my rental property.  He didn't show for the sales quote appointment.  I called the dispatcher and she said the tech had moved my appointment an hour (without notification).  Then she updated me that he wouldn't make that time either.  This company appears to be over-committed and under-performing.  Worse, they don't even have the courtesy to properly manage customer appointments in advance.  In this case, they lost a customer and a $10,000-$15,000 sales opportunity.  I hope for their sake this was just a bad day . . . but it was the wrong day for me.

Still a little expensive but what plumber isn't!?  I really appreciated the honestly and promptness. They will be my go to plumber next time something goes wrong.
