Our hot water heater died last night and we called Pure Plumbing since they are one of the few places open after hours. Jacob picked up right away and was at our house within a couple hours. He was friendly, helpful, not sales-y, not rushed, and explained everything to us well. He was even available to replace our water heater the same night (late!) but we had him come this morning. He was reliable and did a great job. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends!

Oct. 10': Absolutely the best contractor I have ever had do work in my home. I've had a lot of work done. He's professional, considerate, intelligent, works hard and efficiently, gives a fair price, does high quality work, and leaves the place clean. No flaky contractor here, he keeps his word and stands by his work. I had extensive re-plumbing in the kitchen, a gas line installed and a mixer + shower fixture replacement done. He cut all the drywall in the center of the studs so they could be re-inserted without having to add backing. My general contractor friend was very impressed by his work. Don't even think twice when considering a plumber or debating on another bid. He's it. He came highly recommended by my family in Pleasanton. I wish he did more types of work as the quality is so great. Update Jan. 11: After my kitchen cabinet install Tiho installed the Gas range, disposal, kitchen sink plumbing and dishwasher. Plus, plumbing modification for fridge water supply line to recess into into wall, allowing new fridge to fit. All the same great quality work! It would have taken twice as long for another plumber to do the work. He also came up with very quick and intelligent solutions to my range install, as my cabinets were too high, also my faucet install as my granite cut outs were too close to the bar counter. They had to replace a 35 foot sewer line buried 4 feet deep.  Trenched the 1st day, laid pipe down the 2nd, and completed the 3rd day.  Work was excellent.  The diggers brought covering for the grass where the dirt from the trench was placed so when the trench was filled, the yard looked great with no excess dirt in the yard. i have used Accurate Leak & Line for over 12 years and have always used them when doing this kind of work or lining work.  I am a real estate investor and I like things to be done correctly the first time and done only once.  I have found that here.

I highly recommend Landers Plumbing Company. I called this morning about 8:00 am and they told me that they would be here about 8:30 am.! I was  amazed. I never get service that quick. We had a leak in the pipe connected to the water heater. It was only the size of a pin hole, but there is extensive damage. Anyway, Landers showed up as scheduled. They did the work in a very timely manner. I cringed when handed the bill.... But to my surprise, it was very reasonable. I am very happy in my choice to use Landers Plumbing and I would certainly recommend them to family or friends.

Contacted Prestige Plumbing by text on Sunday night concerning a broken pipe in my kitchen garbage disposal. Chris responded promptly stating they would be there Monday to work me into their schedule.  Although they were short manpower and on a large scheduled job, managed to check it out in the morning. The pipe could not be repaired so they picked up a garbage disposal and had it installed Monday afternoon.  Professional and helpful to this disabled veteran.  I appreciate their thoroughness and pricing...Expediency exceptional.

Nothing worse than a leaking toilet.  Tim came out the same day, and was able to figure out where the leak was, and replaced the toilet.  Worked hard, and was very reasonably priced.  Will definitely use again!  Great customer service!
