We recently had the pleasure of having Jeff help us with a major bathroom remodel. He was consistently on time, reasonable, and very knowledgeable. We had some high end European plumbing equipment  that required special installation and he handled it like the pro that he is. This guy is the real deal and he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I can't say enough good things about him and the excellent job he did for us. He will ALWAYS be the first call I make for plumbing help now. Outstanding!

Pablo was: on-time; took time to analyze problems and explain them to us; fixed the issues quickly; had fair pricing already established (not a guess or estimate); and was respectful of my house, kid, and wife. You can't find quality service like this anywhere - I'd recommend Pablo to anyone in the DFW area.

I decided to try and do some light plumbing work, replace the old kitchen faucet, but when I went to shut off the water, the valve broke. I ran outside it to turn the water off to the house and went on Google to call a plumber. Of course, this happens at 5 o'clock, so I'm asking about after-hours service. Tahnee answered and after I explained my problem, she placed me on hold to try and get someone out. We got disconnected and she called me right back. She found a technician to come out within 25 minutes. Don arrived and was very professional and even put covers on his boots before entering my house. I explained/showed him the problem I created and he was reassuring and quick to quote me the cost to get it fixed. I agreed and Don got to work.

I rarely interact with companies anymore that are this polite and professional, let alone quick to respond. 5-stars across the board.

I highly recommend The Plumber. I first had the owners son Casey and Nate install a new kitchen faucet. They did a great job. So respectful and knew what they were doing. I then had an appointment with Curt, the owner. He installed a new toilet in my half bath in like 30 minutes. So nice. He lives a street down from me in Parr Park. He's coming back next week to move my old toilet to the curb for bulk pickup. Couldn't have been nicer. Reasonable prices. Been in business for 40 years.  Please call for your plumbing needs!

Well I consider myself pretty handy around the house when it comes to plumbing basics.  I got into a little trouble with re setting the toilet tank on a Koehler product.  The gentlemen at Bluebonnet came out and got me taken care of quickly and honestly.  They had the difficult job in 25 minutes keeping my cost to their trip fee not including the parts I provided.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Anchor plumbing was great - came by on very short notice with no up charge or fees.  Price was exactly to the penny as quoted on the phone.  He even did a few extras.  Highly recommend!

I'm a landlord with multiple properties and occasionally need help with plumbing issues.  I've used this Roto-Rooter location twice for drain blockages.  They are polite, efficient on the phone, dispatch quickly, professional (according to my tenants), address the issue quickly, and are fairly priced.  As a guy that deals with a lot of subcontractors, this place stands out as top of the class. The are the nicest people who made temporary repairs,  required by all insurance companies. They were quick to respond, honest and gave me a extremely fair price. I would not use any company other than BillyGo and recommended them to friends and neighbors.

Yesterday evening, after they had closed, I discovered my water heater was leaking.  They still answered the phone and put me on the list for today.  Less than 24 hours after calling them, they've replaced the old leaky water heater with a new, higher capacity, more efficient water heater.  All with a smile!  Thanks, Northwest Plumbing!

Best Plumbers out there. Very competent and always on time, efficient and reasonable.  Try them, you won't be sorry. The only drawback is that they are so busy it usually takes about a week to get them out to your house, but its worth the wait if its not an emergency.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

On price, on time, and on point.  Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install.  Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days.  Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

They want re-plumb your home. They give you the most expensive solution for your issue.  I bought a $1.89 part and fix the issue myself.  Their quote was over $450.00. You decide?
