We recently had the pleasure of having Jeff help us with a major bathroom remodel. He was consistently on time, reasonable, and very knowledgeable. We had some high end European plumbing equipment  that required special installation and he handled it like the pro that he is. This guy is the real deal and he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I can't say enough good things about him and the excellent job he did for us. He will ALWAYS be the first call I make for plumbing help now. Outstanding!

Our kitchen floor had felt warm for several weeks, then one Saturday we came home and found water slowly coming up around the cabinets.  We called another plumbing company but they couldn't come out until that next Tuesday.  That company, however, gave us The Plumber's info, and Curt (the owner) himself was out at our house within a couple hours. He thoroughly investigated and found that we had a hot water Slab Leak...  He was very personable and professional, took the time to explain everything to us, gave us a flat price to fix it (which was better than we had feared), and started to work right then.  He fixed our leaking pipe, (buried four feet below), and only had to break  ONE 17 Travertine tile to fix it!  Amazing!!!  He protected our property with plastic sheeting while he worked, and did a great job cleaning up as well.  He was Fast, Fair, and a very good plumber.  Highly Recommended!

I called Mr. Young's for a hose bib repair/install. Robert arrived, determined the issue, went a got the needed part and returned and was able to repair the same day! They are great and I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs!!

While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. My family has worked with Jeff and his team for our plumbing needs for over 10 years. He has a family owned business and take pride in his work as he is truly apart of our community. While living in a historical 1923 Craftsman style home near the Bishop Arts district he knew the unique needs and challenges of older homes. He's done a waterheater, toilet, garbage disposal, replumbed under kitchen sink, repair shower, repair pipes in wall, changed out cast iron plumbing boxes under our Craftsman home. He's even come to our new 1973 home in Richardson. Each time he is professional, on time, knowledgeable about even the most tricky plumbing problems. He is honest will say all I need to do is fix this piece, where others would say no whole thing needs replacing. When he does a job it is done correctly, always passes inspection, and plumbed with the future in mind so no problems moving forward after a fix. After having worked with several plumbers and other contractors while completely renovating our 1923 home I appreciate Jeff's honesty, knowledge, ethics, and professionalism. I highly recommend.

I'm a landlord with multiple properties and occasionally need help with plumbing issues.  I've used this Roto-Rooter location twice for drain blockages.  They are polite, efficient on the phone, dispatch quickly, professional (according to my tenants), address the issue quickly, and are fairly priced.  As a guy that deals with a lot of subcontractors, this place stands out as top of the class. Thank you for all you do.

Had some work done by a foundation company.  This company contracted with BillyGO to come out once all work was complete to ensure there was no plumbing issue caused by foundation repair.  A BillyGO rep comes out, does his thing without any tools or equipment only running water and doing a visual inspection.  After about 45 minutes he  tells me there is a disconnect and presents me a $2,500 proposal to locate the problem, and says once that's done he could give me a price to fix it.    I took his proposal, and told him I'd get back with him.  I then called another plumber  (I used before) told them what I needed. They came out with a snake camera and did a complete inspection of my pipes finding NO DISCONNECT.  This plumber charged me $316.00 for the inspection and to tell me there was no problem and provided me with a video copy of the inspection.   LETS JUST SAY BEWARE!

Called these guys back out a 2nd time and they replaced my ac. I got 2 different quotes. The first quote from another company was $2950, Northwest quoted me $1750. They did a great job and saved me a ton of money. These guys are officially my go to guys for everything plumbing and air conditioning!

Fast, efficient, courteous and affordable. I called with a leak issue received same-day service and was very pleased with Russell the technician. He arrived just when they said he would it took him less than an hour the area was cleaned up.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

On price, on time, and on point.  Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install.  Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days.  Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

Called them about a toilet we couldn't snake on our own. Came out within the hour and took care of the problem for us. Would definitely use again!

The home warranty company plumber had to demo my bath vanity to repair a concrete slab leak in my master bath. After 3 different contractors failed to follow through on installing a new bath vanity, my insurance agent recommended Icon plumbing.  It was one of the best phone calls I have had in awhile.

Condy Hammer from Icon Plumbing installed the vanity, vanity top, sink and 2 bath faucets.  He was on time, efficient, professional and a nice guy.  I have added Icon Plumbing to my directory as my go to plumber.

Addendum-the 40 year old toilet in my master bath just stopped working (finally).  I contacted Condy at Icon. He is on the way to save the day .

My main drain became blocked by tree roots. The top on my outside drain popped the top and raw sewage  was pouring into my front garden each time I flushed a toilet or took a shower.
I immediately called Condy at Icon. He came the next morning and cleared the roots in 10 minutes for a reasonable price.  Great job as usual and a nice guy to boot.
