Excellent work!  I've had Jeff install kitchen faucets, refrigerator ice maker water line and water filters at a couple of houses.  Very professional work at reasonable prices. Rare to find a professional who takes personal pride in his work and provides honest assessment of the work required.

I researched really hard to find a plumber.  I moved from California so had to start over with vendors, and finding the best.  So when 2 of my toilets started whining i began the search.   I finally chose Bee Prestigious (even tho the owner of Ben Franklin plumbing is my neighbor in kings lake), and i am so glad i did.  I made the appointment thru yelp and then Pablo texted me within the hour.  He made the appointment, and then texted to confirm the day before, and then texted when he was on his way.  His prices are set, and shows you in the book.  He had the parts on his truck, and fixed both toilets in less than an hour.  What i also like is that he showed me the parts he replaced so i was secure in knowing he did what he said and charged me for.  Additionally, in my situation what he replaced has 2 year warranty.   Last but not least Pablo is so professional, and very pleasant while discussing the issues.  This is my go to plumber from now on!

A neighbor recommended The Plumber. I called and they were able to come the same day. Our normal plumber gave us a timeframe 5 weeks from now. Two people showed up,  both wearing masks. They were able to to find the leak in nothing flat, in a different place than where I thought.  They were able to fix the leak in less than an hour leaving just a small hole in the wall to have repaired.
I now have a new plumber for any neds I have.

In less than 15 minutes our leak was fixed! I was referred by a friend from my church ministry and every good word she said was absolutely true. Fast, courteous and detail oriented was our service today by Skylar and Corey. Skylar was always kind and returned my phone calls promptly. I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Steve H. showed up and got our problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. He was very pleasant and personable. The job was out side in freezing weather and not once did he complain about the elements. Thank you Steve for a job well done, stay safe out there.

I used the email service on a Friday night to set up an appointment Saturday morning. Easy to set up and received a call in the am with a time to expect the plumber.

Scheduling on the app was easy and convenient!  I love the notification that someone is on the way, too.  My hot water valve had just gotten turned off ‍, but Edward was kind and helpful and showed me how to fix it.  I'll be using this service in the future if needed.  Thanks!

Needed to clear a drainage clog. Called Wednesday afternoon and arranged to work it out the next day. Plumber called the next morning at 11 and was there by noon. He worked on two clean-outs to make sure the line was thoroughly cleared and then charged exactly what he quoted ($136). The job was well-done, finished promptly, the plumber was friendly, and the price was okay. I would call again and recommend to others.

Michael came out to check for gas leaks and he did a great job. He was through in his explanations of things i didn't understand. I will definitely use them in the future. The scheduling department was polite and the service was prompt and arrived as promised.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

On price, on time, and on point.  Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install.  Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days.  Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

Just got off the phone with matt and I was so impressed with his kindness and professionalism that I had to hop on here and leave him a review. We have a leak in front of our house and although he is totally booked for an entire week, Matt took the time to chat with me in depth and discuss our problem in detail. Even though he was unable to come out and assist, he walked me through what it would probably take to repair it ourselves. He even recommended a place to shop for parts and if that's not enough he offered to help us over the phone if we got in a jam. That my friends is what I call outstanding customer service! Did I mention his estimate was like half of what the other plumbers wanted to charge me? I will absolutely give Matt a call in the future for all of our plumbing needs! Need to have a kitchen faucet replaced, and Christopher was clear about what the problem was and how I would be able to get the manufacturer to adhere to the lifetime warranty and replace it at no charge.

During the replacement of the faucet, he upgraded all the connections under my sink and was very thorough about making sure every connection was sealed and wasn't leaking.  I will absolutely make Anything Plumbing my go-to plumber.

Our sink in the kitchen basically blew up during the holidays, and Icon came to the rescue. Sorry for the delayed post.
