Just a lead farm for independent plumbers.  I called this morning requesting a service call for a water softener.  I explained the problem in detail.  They said they would call back when they had checked their schedule for availability.  I got a call back from a different number, seemed like might not have been the same person, but since I had only called one plumber, I figured it had to be the same guy.  We spoke and agreed on a 5PM service call to work on my water softener.  I took photos of the unit and sent a detailed text, to which he confirmed. They said someone would be here at 5PM.

5:15 PM  no one is here, no ones has called, so I call them back, they said they would call the technician and call me right back. At 5:35PM, still no call back.  I call again the technician is wrapping up another job, he'll be right there  5:45PM the technician calls me and says...so what are we doing today, installing a water filter?  I said no, you're repairing a water softener...I sent pictures and a detailed explanation to your boss.  oh, well we don't really do that, there must have been a miscommunication  So I call the number of the guy I have been texting with...and he sends me to voicemail.  I text him letting him know what happened and asking for an update.  He responds I'll call you in 1 minute  well, that was almost 30 minutes ago.  I would avoid these guys like the plague.

We are new to Dallas, and as a result of all these ratings, we contacted Bee's plumbing for an issue we had in our new home.  I didn't meet Pablo, but my husband who is an extremely picky picky person could not say enough great things about him. Since my hubby doesn't know anything about Yelp, I felt I should get on and give Pablo the rating he deserves.  My husband says that Pablo showed up on time, was a super nice guy and instead of charging us for a problem we didn't have, he was extremely honest and fixed our minor issue and only charged us his minimal visit charge.  I had called him to replace the whole drain, but he immediately told my husband it was not necessary.  He also spent additional time at no charge looking at our tankless water heater to explain some things to my husband.  Thank you Pablo, we will definitely call you the next time we have a problem.

They did a great job, from the scheduling, to arrival time, to pricing.. I was very happy with the service. Will certainly use Live Oak Plumbing in the future. Great job guys!!

Our kitchen floor had felt warm for several weeks, then one Saturday we came home and found water slowly coming up around the cabinets.  We called another plumbing company but they couldn't come out until that next Tuesday.  That company, however, gave us The Plumber's info, and Curt (the owner) himself was out at our house within a couple hours. He thoroughly investigated and found that we had a hot water Slab Leak...  He was very personable and professional, took the time to explain everything to us, gave us a flat price to fix it (which was better than we had feared), and started to work right then.  He fixed our leaking pipe, (buried four feet below), and only had to break  ONE 17 Travertine tile to fix it!  Amazing!!!  He protected our property with plastic sheeting while he worked, and did a great job cleaning up as well.  He was Fast, Fair, and a very good plumber.  Highly Recommended!

I called Mr. Young's for a hose bib repair/install. Robert arrived, determined the issue, went a got the needed part and returned and was able to repair the same day! They are great and I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs!!

I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

I called this company at 6pm on a Saturday after it became very obvious that we had a sewage line clog. Jeff answered and asked all the right questions. Less than an hour later, he was at the house with all the right equipment. He fixed the problem, gave me a few helpful tips, cleaned up and was on his way without a single word about purchasing more services.

I have used big plumbing companies in the past and was tired of being overcharged for mediocre service and constantly solicited. (If you offer me a service plan I am immediately skeptical). Jeff knows his stuff and he respects your house and you as a customer.

Some examples: I wanted to learn about our plumbing system and he was willing to let me watch him work and ask questions. He wore protective shoe covers and was very neat while working. He knocked before re-entering and was even willing to wash down our patio after a tiny bit of waste water spilled.

I am not sure if his pricing is competitive, but he did quote a price before knowing our address (up-charging for higher-end zip codes is an issue in Dallas) and he stuck to the quoted price even though it took more than an hour to fix.

He will now be our go-to for plumbing and I would highly recommend you give him a call!

My sewer line clogged which was causing water to backup into the house.  Within an hour of calling, Hayden Rodriguez showed up and cleaned out the sewer line.  He was very professional, friendly and offered tips on how to prevent it from happening again.  I would not hesitate to call again.

I have been extremely pleased with BillyGo. I've had the misfortune of having a pipe leak and AC fail over the past 6 months. BillyGo has been there to help each time.

Each issue, I opened the app and scheduled someone (usually within the next hour) to come without an emergency fee. Once at my house, they assessed the issue and told me exactly how much it would cost. Both situations, the cost was reasonable - certainly not for free, but didn't cost an arm and a leg either! I could not recommend this company higher! Edward (for Plumbing) and Robert (for AC) is a great combination! The installer guys for the AC were great too.

Two minor things to consider: the only way to schedule a service is through the app. You can call, but they'll direct you to the app. I recommended BillyGo to my parents, but they don't have a smartphone (people like that still exist!) so they went with someone else. Second thing is that they do have a financing option which I really considered for the AC. It is with a 3rd party and they didn't seem real trustworthy. I'll definitely work with BillyGo, but unsure about the 3rd party finance people.

Overall, highly recommend! They were extremely quick, professional, and didn't charge arm and a leg. Wish they did more services. Chimney and Electrical would be huge!

I was very impressed. I requested quotes from 15-20 local area plumbers. Only five replied including Northwest Plumbing and Air Conditioning. It was a small job and understandable that so few replied. We only wanted to install two new faucets and two soap dispensers. Eric the owner came by within 2 hours of my call and gave a quote to do the job. His cost was considerably less than the other few who did come by or reply and the quote was free. When I was ready to do the job a week later, he was able to come by quickly and complete the job to our total satisfaction. You would be crazy to go with some other plumber!

Thanks again for being rude my husband fixed the issue for $ 32.00 a lot better than giving you $100 an hour and being told it would be a week before you could come out.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

On price, on time, and on point.  Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install.  Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days.  Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

They showed on-time and on short notice. Their work was excellent. Our plumber was Dalton and he really knows his trade.

The price was reasonable, The owner is a good guy; they were the only company that agreed to come out on the day I called. (My house had no water at the time, and no one else would commit to come in the next 48 hours.)

I plan to be a customer for life. You won't regret calling these folks, they will treat you right!

Called Chris on Saturday morning and he was able to come out to complete my repair later in the afternoon.  He assessed and completed the repair quickly. He price was reasonable and he did a great job!  Definitely recommend......

We had a bit of an emergency and ended up contacting Icon Plumbing after the home warranty plumbing company failed to show up twice. Condy and Ryan were both amazing!!!! Condy stayed late the 1st night ensuring everything he could do was completed for the night and Ryan went above and beyond coming out several times the next day to complete the repairs and ensure everything was working correctly. We ran into a bit of a glitch (not plumbing related), Ryan made sure we had a plan for getting someone out the next day to repair our other problem and did not leave until he was sure there was no safety issues. We will definitely use them in the future with no hesitation. Highly recommend!!!
