Excellent work!  I've had Jeff install kitchen faucets, refrigerator ice maker water line and water filters at a couple of houses.  Very professional work at reasonable prices. Rare to find a professional who takes personal pride in his work and provides honest assessment of the work required.

Pablo is an incredibly nice guy and a great plumber as well!  We had a plumbing issue that had been misdiagnosed by other plumbers.  Pablo took the time to show me why the others were incorrect.  He also went above and beyond when he fixed our problem by taking care of a few other issues at no additional charge!  I have nothing but positive things to say about him!

Very good customer service. When you have plumbing issues it's important that the plumber can also be able to educate you through the repair or job and that's exactly what this company does. Spent a lot time looking over all everything and finished the job in very professional manor, clean up, and fair pricing.

A neighbor recommended The Plumber. I called and they were able to come the same day. Our normal plumber gave us a timeframe 5 weeks from now. Two people showed up,  both wearing masks. They were able to to find the leak in nothing flat, in a different place than where I thought.  They were able to fix the leak in less than an hour leaving just a small hole in the wall to have repaired.
I now have a new plumber for any neds I have.

Well I consider myself pretty handy around the house when it comes to plumbing basics.  I got into a little trouble with re setting the toilet tank on a Koehler product.  The gentlemen at Bluebonnet came out and got me taken care of quickly and honestly.  They had the difficult job in 25 minutes keeping my cost to their trip fee not including the parts I provided.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

We had an awesome experience with Eddie and William from Mr. Young's Plumbing. They were very professional, and fixed most of our plumbing problems. They did find a larger problem than expected, but are returning to fix everything just perfect! They were great!

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I'm a landlord with multiple properties and occasionally need help with plumbing issues.  I've used this Roto-Rooter location twice for drain blockages.  They are polite, efficient on the phone, dispatch quickly, professional (according to my tenants), address the issue quickly, and are fairly priced.  As a guy that deals with a lot of subcontractors, this place stands out as top of the class. Amazing from start to finish! I needed help with clogged drains outside of house on a Sunday afternoon. Adam listened to my concerns and urgency and found a way to get a plumber out ASAP. He helped me with down loading app on phone to receive after hours discount. The plumber who came was named Jorge. Super professional and also helpful with getting me a discount. Price was super reasonable and Jorge had problem resolved very quickly. Will definitely use this company again.

Yesterday evening, after they had closed, I discovered my water heater was leaking.  They still answered the phone and put me on the list for today.  Less than 24 hours after calling them, they've replaced the old leaky water heater with a new, higher capacity, more efficient water heater.  All with a smile!  Thanks, Northwest Plumbing!

Michael came out to check for gas leaks and he did a great job. He was through in his explanations of things i didn't understand. I will definitely use them in the future. The scheduling department was polite and the service was prompt and arrived as promised.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

On price, on time, and on point.  Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install.  Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days.  Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

Great job installing our new shower pan - we are very happy with the result.
