Bryson and his helper rocked the two service calls we recently had scheduled. Clearwater Plumbers are fantastic. From the time you talk to the super friendly customer service staff to the plumbers who come to your home, the company provides superior customer service. The service we receive is the main reason we continue to use Clearwater Plumbers. Another plus is they try to schedule to same plumber to your call that have served you previously. There is continuity, Bryson, our plumber, knows the house and what he's taken care of previously. All their 5 star reviews tell the story of the company's striving for excellence.

The first appointment was to install a new kitchen faucet. At our age we're not as nimble as we used to be. Normally we could have installed the new faucet but left the job to the experts. Even with the experts installing the faucet, it took them a while. They also changed out the hot and cold water valves under the since they were the original valves from 1986 and were getting hard to operate.

A couple of days later Bryson and his helper were at our house again to install a new hot water heater. We've been tempting fate with a hot water heater that should have been replaced 10+ years ago. We've been very lucky the tank hasn't busted. What an incredible install. Bryson and his helper worked a solid 5 hours to ensure the installation was top-notch which it was. Clearwater Plumbers, you ROCK and we're customers for life.

I had an estimate for plumbing repairs from another company and was not happy with it. A friend suggested I call Clearwater Plumbers to get a second opinion. Sure glad I did. Last year, Brian with ClearWater Plumbers installed a new whole home filter system as well as an RO water filter for the kitchen, including running a water line to the refrigerator. Brian did a great job, and was very professional and knowledgeable. Brian and his team were efficient and they cleaned up after the install.

It has been a year now and my wife and I love having filtered water, especially the hot RO water at the kitchen sink. I make hot tea easily now and my wife enjoys the RO water coming from the refrigerator.

Brian and Logan came out today to replace the RO water filters and again they were just great.

I am very confident with Brian; he's a great guy and knows his stuff.

Love these guys!
It came to our attention that we had a leak under the house from the main bathtub drain system, so I gave Clearwater a call and they sent Devon out. (I think his assistant's name is Collin? I should have written that down). Both very nice, pleasant, and professional young men. They evaluated my situation and presented me with a couple of options. I selected the best option for our household, and they were able to get me fixed up that day.

We had a number of plumbers come out to assess our water line. Chris Price at Clearwater was professional and kind. We had already dug down to confirm the leak on our own but he dug a bit deeper in the hole to see WHERE it was as coming from.

We ended up going with a different plumber due to cost but I would 100% recommended ClearWater and will try to use them in the future if possible.

I highly recommend ClearWater Plumbers. Their company has a great system where they send you the plumber's photo and some info before arrival so you know who to look for. I had a two hour window and when the previous jobs took less time than expected, they called to see if they could arrive earlier. I appreciated that they didn't just show up since I could have been running an errand - but I was home and appreciated the earlier time. David and Connor (new guy) were great! Polite and cheerful, they answered all my questions and gave me an estimate before beginning the work.

I also joined their program where you pay $99 which includes cleaning out the water heater and a 10% discount on charges for the year. It can be hard to find good plumbers and a good company but I believe ClearWater has both. I trust them and know they do good work.

Clearwater plumbers are great! We had to unexpectedly replace the PRV when moved in to our new house. They worked super hard in first locating the PRV in front of the house. Then replacing it. Our hot water heater broke this week and I have a newborn, so I was dreading having to find someone to come fix it as I assumed it would take forever. Clearwater Plumbers came the very next morning and I had a new hot water heater that same day. Christian and Bryson were outstanding! ClearWater is AMAZING! I have never trusted a home contractor more. Brian is a plumbing expert in every sense of the word, and has worked on pretty much every project we've done with ClearWater--three and counting. And we're talking major projects, not little issues here and there. They've replaced a water heater and repaired a massive pipe collapse underneath our foundation (slab). They also did a hydro jet flush of our pipes and did all of the plumbing for a complete shower remodel we just completed. Nick has been over a lot, as well, and is also terrific. Although I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience with anyone from ClearWater.

I have used Clearwater on multiple separate occasions for varying degrees of help and the reason I keep going back is the great service I receive. Just the other day I needed our Dishwasher fixed as it was leaking into the garage in large amounts. I called early in the morning and Chrispy was able to get out that same day to assess the problem. He was clearly incredibly knowledgeable and found the leak rapidly and fixed our problem.
Their prices are incredibly fair and they always discuss pricing before taking any action eliminating the chance to be surprised by a bill.

Our upstairs shower was leaking water but we had no idea what the source was - only that we were finding water in our kitchen below every time someone showered.
ClearWaters sent Jakeob and Alex to evaluate the problem and it turned out to be something very minor - a huge relief! While they were at our house, I mentioned having them come back for other repairs and they were able to do them right then. Chrispy (Chris) and Shane came out to address a water drainage issue that's been pestering us for some time now. After having an AC company come out to inspect our system and determine that the inside unit was not the culprit, they advised that we contact a plumber. My wife and I have received service from ClearWater Plumbers several times in recent years and have been well pleased each time, so we reached out and had Chris and Shane come to do our work. Chris had an excellent way of LISTENING to me share about the situation and what our goals were in finding a lasting solution, and he explained his recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner that instilled confidence in our end. He and Shane did a bang up job to provide a much better foundation for our water heater to rest on, and in turn, ensures that gravity will work in our favor to keep water draining from the AC condensate where it should go, and not back up to the water heater. While it wasn't a faulty operation of our water heater that was ultimately the reason and need for their service, they ensured that thoughtful explanation and attention to detail was provided when I didn't receive it elsewhere.

We had a broken toilet. And at the time decided to upgrade a second toilet. Clearwater sent us Zack (Blue) to do the work. This was the second time he has provided service at our home. We found ClearWater plumbers after a terrible experience with another plumber that was sent to us via our former home warranty company after a drain stack leak. After the other plumber destroyed our laundry room floor and snapped a high tension cable in our foundation, we stopped them and found ClearWater plumbers. They were very professional and helpful from the first visit and found the true problems and repaired them quickly.

Since then, we have had need of them several other times and ever time they have arrived in a timely manner, performed they requested work and even when there was a small issue with one of their repairs, they came back out and made it right. So we tested and proved that their work is 100% guaranteed.

Our latest experience was perfect as well. After previously diagnosing a drain leak in our master bathtub and replacing some toilets. With all of the challenge these days in finding quality service, we trust ClearWater plumbers as our go-to plumber. Washing clothes Friday morning, and all of a sudden the toilets started gurgling..the bath tub got filled with waste water!! Yuck!! But I didn't panic, because I knew who to call..Clearwater Plumbers!! Called the coordinator and she immediately gave me a time frame for the same day! Bryson and Matt were great! Professional, courteous, and very capable plumbers. Upon arrival, they quickly assessed the situation (leaky toilet) and provided a best case/worst case estimate. I contacted Clearwater Plumbers on a Saturday morning after finding out I had a clogged drain in a new house I had just purchased . The lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite and said she could help me find some help asap. She dispatched Chris and Matt who came even before the scheduled time (calling first to see if it was O K). They got right to work, explained everything that needed to be done and gave me an exact price of the whole job before they started. They were very professional, mindful of distancing and wore mask, and were very respectful of my home.

The work was done in a short time, and I even asked them to tend to some other things I had not requested when I called in. These guys were top notch and you would be hard pressed to find better plumbers. From this point forward, if I need a plumber again, Clearwater Plumbing is the only company I will call. David did an outstanding job with his service. I had originally hired an inspection company to come inspect my pipes and after paying them I found out that they were unable to remove my sewer cap and had no way of sending the scope to inspect my pipes. I contacted clear water plumbing and they sent David out there next day. He was very prompt and notified us when he was 20 minutes out. I told him about the previous inspector from the day before and warned him that he may have his work cut out for him by trying to remove the cap. After 10 seconds of trying, the cap was removed and inspection was performed at a fraction of the cost I was charged day before. Once we move in our new home I will definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing needs!!

Our tenant heard water running and thought we had a leak. ClearWater Plumbers informed us that he had determined that there was a leak underground beneath the house foundation and that a re-pipe of the house was needed. I asked him if he had gone into the crawl space to see if the ground was wet and he said that he knew it was a leak and didn't need to go under the house. This seemed strange to me so I told him I needed to get a 2nd opinion. I called another plumber who went out and determined that the backyard hose bib was on and turned it off. No leak. Reported this to management at ClearWater Plumbers who told me this didnt seem like the plumber they sent but would talk to him and call me. They never did despite multiple calls.

.I do not have enough room for my accolades for Clearwater. I use them personally and for clients several years now. First Class service , honest, committed, and knowledgeable. Show up when they say they will. Everyone says the customer is number one, but you feel like number Zero after you do business with them. Every time regardless of the professional they send, you get the same consistent service. They don't rush, they think , they look, they are going to figure out the problem and fix it , not put a band aid on it. They always present you with options, no pushing you to do all these little extras that add up to a fortune. They look for the most economical way to SOLVE the problem . I have gotten to the point of trust with them if they say I need it, or they tell my client they need it , I know it is true and the bill is not padded with extras. Love these people. Companies that have it together like these folks, deserve our business and we need more of them. My last comment : A job I used them for last year , I had two bids to replace and entire sprinkler system , leaks coming up in one large area of the yard. The only option per two companies, was replace the system entirely , no fix sprinkler system worn out. Both bids I got were over 2K .I did not think Clearwater could do anything to a sprinkler system but , I called them anyway . They said Well we don't do sprinklers, but we can at least look at the leaks just to see what is going on. Clearwater fixed it for $480.00 I did not NEED a new sprinkler system, and it is still working fine a year later. What else do I need to say?

I called plumbing companies For an estimate did a leak fixed in my front yard. One of them estimated $6500 and told me they would have to tear up my driveway to get from one side to the other to replace a pipe. The second one the estimate was $10,000. Even To a novice this didn't make sense because they did nothing to even find out where the leak was in the first place. I called Clearwater plumbers they sent out Evan D. the same day I called them. He saw my issue and Told me where he thought the leak was coming from that he would do an inspection to find out something the other plumbers had not done. I asked him to explain how he would do that but he did. There was a area Between my house and the corner of my driveway where the water was coming out that he believe the way to be. He gave me an estimate of $780. He asked me if it was OK to take out some of my hedges that were in the way he dug them out dug up the pipe showed me where it was broken explain to me what he would have to do to fix it. He did a great job he was very respectful of me as a homeowner and the customer I'm very appreciative of that. Then he cleaned up after himself he not only filled back in the dirt he dug up but he took the hedges away with him very impressive. Throughout the whole process he communicated with me clearly was respectful and professional. I got a phone call from the company shortly after he left ask him how he had done my first word was awesome. I took some of his cards to pass out something I normally would not do because he was so impressive in his work ethic. I appreciate being treated with respect and courtesy and the fact but he was willing to show me exactly where the leak was coming from and what he was fixing. He even put a screen back on my window that come off that I was having trouble accessing behind those hedges LOL. Thanks Evan I really appreciate your professionalism.

Called Clearwater when my hot water heater started leaking. They were able to come out the next day. JR and Bryson were very helpful and answered all my questions. As luck would have it, the water heater was no longer leaking when they came out. I appreciated that they didn't pressure me into repairs when the problem no longer seemed to exist. I am sure it will just be a matter of time, but I appreciated that they emailed me an estimate of repairs so if/when it does, we will be prepared. Very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We just finished with our service through ClearWater plumbing. What a great experience! When water from the washer started backing up and coming out from under our toilet we feared the worst. We have cast iron drain pipe under our 80yr old house and had been told by another plumber that they could give up and collapse at any minute...
We worried that our minute was up last night.
We called Clear Water and they sent us David and Matt. Due to past family issues with COVID, we take visitors through our own protocols, of taking temps, hand sanitizer and wearing masks. The plumbers were very understanding and gracious about that while they were here.
David analyzed how our old plumbing is laid out and suggested a course of action that was far less expensive than we thought! The line jetting did in fact clear the clog and made the line flow far better than I expected. David and Matt also put their camera through all the drain lines affected and showed me all of it as they worked. They were able to show me that my old cast iron drain line is in fact, still fine, which removed one of those worries that keeps a homeowner awake at night. Eventually I know it will need replacing and David was courteous enough to give me an estimate and an explanation of what that would entail. Once they were done with the drain line they changed the old wax seal on the leaky toilet. Matt was very careful getting at and removing one rusted right bolt and he was very mindful of not making a mess when he carried the toilet out of the way for service.
David and Matt were, on time, efficient, gracious and never attempted to upsell me into services my situation didn't call for. They were neat in their work and respectful of our home.
Our service with Clear Water was affordable and was waaaaay less expensive than I feared. David and Matt's openness about what they were doing at all times, leaves us feeling that we have a good repair at a fair price.

If you're in need of a plumber, quit searching and use ClearWater. Ask for Shane and you'll get the highest possible quality service. We just purchased an older home that requires major renovation, and we replumbed all the water lines and plumbed our a new shower and lavatory as well. It was an extensive job, but Shane was incredibly thorough, so kind and great to work with, explained everything that was happening and was just all around pleasant to work with. We got 3 different quotes and they were super reasonably priced, without us feeling they would sacrifice quality of work: we were able to have a city inspection and passed easily. We had a couple of minor issues after the original appointment and they were super quick to respond and took great care of us. We'll be lifelong customers as long as they have Shane on staff!

Superb service.

An amateur home inspector suggested to new home buyers that I needed to buy them a new hot water heater. I wanted a second opinion, so I called ClearWater.

The plumber who came out said I didn't really need a new hot water heater, that the old one still had some life to it.

I was impressed with his honesty; he wasn't trying to sell me a hot water heater. I was so impressed, I bought a new one anyway. That..and it helped with the sale of the house.

ClearWater also repaired a few minor issues and installed a pressure regulator.

They will be in my contact list for a long time to come.

We arranged for a repair of our septic and gave them a deposit. The next day we decided to put in a new system so canceled and received a refund THE SAME DAY!

Update on last review-Clearwater was able to contract with DryZone in Irving to remove mold & repair dry wall. The work was done on time and no additional costs were added. Corey, Rebecca and Victor followed up and wanted to confirm our home is safe. The more experienced senior staff is best to work with (Matt) and when in doubt a service rep can always come out to double check any work before finalizing payment or approval. We appreciate being able to resolve this matter directly with ClearWater and the diligence that was shown to provide a quality finished product.

I am dealing with a water heater emergency. I called and the lady that answered the phone could not give me a quote. They could come to my house today and give me a quote so I said Ok and gave all my personal information, set up a time and gave all the water heater info. The very last statement was oh and we charge a trip fee of $42 to come give you that quote. (mind you...I had just gave them all the specifics on the water heater such as gas..size and location). Poor process and just lost a potential customer. I will not pay $42 for somebody to give me a simple quote.

We recently moved to the Fort Worth area and it was our first time to need the services of a plumber. We contacted ClearWater because of the good ratings on YELP. They did not disappoint. Anthony & Victor handled the job with courtesy & were professional.

Granted, it was not a large job - replacing the inner workings of a kitchen faucet to stop it from leaking, but it's good to find a company that could take care of this. Anthony & Victor slipped on foot covers, used a tarp, cleaned up after the job and were overall very friendly. Anthony gave us options regarding repair, replace or upgrade so we could make an informed decision.

Don't like having plumbing problems, even minor ones, but we really enjoyed working with the folks from ClearWater!

I did not hire these guys. There prices are extremely high. Found a 5 star rated Home hot water heater installer from Home Depot that was $1500 cheaper for same project. They may have excellent service but very over priced

The guys that helped were so nice and helpful. Gave us options/pricing on piping material. Gave us recommendations. First time homeowner (older home) and our pipes have completely rusted and busted. Problems with sewage as well. These guys are phenomenal. Made sure they didn't dirty up the place (but we didn't mind because we have 3 dogs) signed up to be a member so I can call up these guys for the future.

Just recently moved here and our new home has a water softener system. Bryan and Dylan came out to explain how the system works, how to maintain it, and what my options are in the future. I have never had one of these systems before so their visit was greatly appreciated. The faucet on my kitchen sink had low water pressure on the hot side so we called Clearwater after reading some reviews. Two guys came and looked around the house telling me we had galvanized pipes, which we do because we live in an old house, and told me my only option was to repipe the entire house which was going to cost $13k and that wouldn't even cover us having to repair all the damage they would cause like taking out Sheetrock and digging trenches through the yard.
While we know at some point this is probably something that we need to take care of but they NEVER even turned on the kitchen sink which was what I called about. I ended up having another plumber come out, he actually DID turn on the faucet and it turns out some little hardened piece of avocado or something got stuck in the screen. He took it out and the hot water pressure was back to normal. This is absolutely a lesson in doing your research and getting second opinions.

As an update, I was contacted by Clearwater to follow up after my review. They apologized and told me they would use the experience as a training opportunity and refunded my trip charge.

We chose Clear Water Plumbing because there were so many positive reviews on several sites we checked. The house flooded while we were out of town and the insurance said we had to call a licensed plumber. Clear Water arrived, welded a three inch pipe where we had a leak. The whole ordeal lasted 3 minutes and we were charged 200.19 dollars and we were not given a receipt. It will be mailed.
We will never ask for their services again.

When we first moved here a couple years ago we had a slab leak in the bathroom. Called Clearwater then but they couldn't pencil us in for a day or two. We needed a fix asap. So we went onto the next plumber. I've since noticed a few things about where we live now: demand is greater than supply here. So this means, as so many have told me, you have to take what you can get and more often than not, you will pay more money for less. I've lived in many DFW cities but this is the first time I've seen the bar set so low that people are delighted just to have a service provider show up! And for some reason, people don't rate and review as much out here, so there are fewer services to compare online.

That being said, we had another slab leak, this time in the garage water heater closet. We decided to give Clearwater another chance since they've so many glowing reviews. Called early afternoon. Customer service (Belinda) was polite as expected. Once again, they were overbooked (coincidence?) and had to schedule us for the next day which would cost ME an extra fee bc THEY had to schedule on a Sunday. I don't mind paying extra for a job well done but instead of making me go overnight without water, I'd rather you hire the additional employees you need to come out on the same day to do the job as expected, and charge me accordingly on the front end in an honest way. Instead, it cost $158 just to get an estimate!

The two guys they sent came up with an option for us to pay $2536+ to explore and hopefully fix the problem, the same problem my husband had already diagnosed. Broken down that's $350 to dig slab, $712+ $736+ $280 for unspecified tasks plus $458 to reconnect the existing water heater! That's not a new water heater, mind you but the one we've already disconnected and moved out of the way for them! Of course, this is not counting if there are any unforeseen problems along the way. They also couldn't tell us when it would be done. This is more than DOUBLE what we paid to have the previous slab leak fixed.

Calling them was a waste of time. We had to cancel our plans, lost an extra day without water, not to mention, we essentially paid them $158 for nothing. We called out a second plumber for another opinion (who incidentally told me it was NOT customary for plumbers to charge for estimates after all, confirming I DID waster $158). Needless to say, we didn't use Clearwater and won't be calling them for any future issues.

My sister and I noticed a leak in the master bedroom vanity sink. Well, this small leak turned to a steady flow of water. No ifs, ands or buts..we called Clearwater to do the job. I have called Clearwater before and have always been pleased with thier work and prices. Clearwater sent Evan and James who arrived punctual and immediately put on thier paper shoe shields before they stepped into our home. Very clean uniforms..polite and very professional. The biggest plus...honesty.It would have been a bandaid to just fix the leak and replace the faucets,but we decided to have them check the water heater too. So after Evanand James inspected the water heater..ee decided to replace it. It was over due to replace. It was full of sediment..turning our water dark. We also became Otter members to receive 10% off on future work. We are so pleased with thier work and would highly recommend Clearwater to family and friends.

Called them out and was given a SUPER expensive ridiculous quote. They even got the problem wrong. Told me they couldn't get their snake four feet out because they ran into mud and the pipe was broken. Another plumber came out and they had hit a bend in the pipe. Needed only maybe half of what they said needed done to be done. Got all of it done with a different plumber done at maybe half price. No thanks. Never again

The team at ClearWater Plumbers is a dream to work with. They came in with 2 guys, listened to me explain our problem and went straight to trouble shooting the problem. He had to get under our house, which required them moving some drawers and shelves out of our closet to access the crawl space; they carefully removed the items and put them back as before. He also offered several solutions and prices to fix our issue, which I really liked. We'll definitely be calling them when we need some pipes replaced in the near future.

I have worked with Corey and Jeremy and both have been exceptional! We have an older home, so we have to call a plumber multiple times a year, and have used about 6 different plumbing companies/plumbers in the DFW metroplex. We were very disappointed in the undisclosed, hidden charge of $200 for choosing a biscuit colored ToTo seat, instead of white. It would've been nice to be informed initially.

After the plumbers left, we went to go try out the seat, and our toilet wouldn't flush. Had to call and have them come back to fix it. Frustrating.

Then, we were looking for the toilet seat that was removed... Nowhere to be found. They took our former toilet seat with them. We were planning on keeping that in case one of our other seats broke. It would've been nice for them to ask before taking it.

Anthony and victor came Saturday they found that I needed a new water heater. Despite it being 3 almost 4 pm these 2 guys went and picked up a new heater and replaced it all before 7 pm that night. They worked great together which made the installation a breeze they were both very polite very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend these 2 guys to anybody. Thanks so much Clearwater.

We just moved into our new house and for the past several weeks we have been getting a lot of Texas Rain. We were pleased with our first service and got a quote for a french drain installation for $8,000. Grant it we could have went with another company , but was pleased with Eddy the first service and stayed with them. The project took about 4 days and the last day they were putting the dirt back into the trench and one of their employees said that they were finishing up and it would be as if they were never there . When we came home from work there was debris and garbage in our next door neighbors lawn and they asked what was going on. On top of that the drains were placed above ground and water was still standing and not draining. The pipe was already clogged with mud coming out of the end. The yard looked like a swamp and in worse condition then it was before. For 8,000 to install 1 french drain is a lot of money. If the job was done correctly i would be in a better disposition. Right now ... I am so stressed out because it has just rained again and the yard is just as much as flooded as before and the pipe is already clogged with mud and debris causing more back up i to the yard and the standing water is still there. Hind sight looking in we should have gone with a landscaping agency or really done more research before hiring them on to install a french drain. Atleast we would have been satisified with the first job done right then stress over this disaster. If anyone knows how we can get help. It will be much appreciated. I took pictures and not to sure what to do to fix it

This was our second time to use Clearwater Plumbers. I called and Belinda said she could have someone out the same day. All of our toilets were leaking at the seals. Matt and JR called before arriving, which I appreciated. They assessed the problem and gave me options. They completely gutted and repaired all three toilets and I have a 2 year warranty, which I think is great. It was expensive but I know the work is quality. They were extremely knowledgeable and nice. We will definitley use them again. Very professional----and we also signed up for their Otter club which I feel very good about.

For first time home owners and getting a knock on our door from our wonderful neighbors saying our water pipe outside is busted and overflowing our yard was not how I wanted to spend my Christmas weekend. It was freezing and raining as well. We were in a panic state of mind since we had no idea what to do ( We didn't even know where to turn the water off) I called and they quickly picked up and calmed me down very quickly they got someone out within a couple of hours and the guys that came we're so sweet and told us not to worry about it and that they will get all done with and we can go inside and relax. Prices were very reasonable from what my Father and Father in Law said. They also saw that my husband was wearing his army wind jacket and did small talk about how his son was in the army as well and gave us a military discount! Which was even better, sometimes I always forget to ask about that but it's nice when someone sees it offers it. They did chit chat a little bit since they saw that he also rode a Harley and I felt like they just made everything very easy for us. Will def keep them in our books!!

Fast response time, called on a Friday and was able to get someone out the next day on Saturday with no additional charge for working weekends (for a non emergency). The crew was pleasant, fast and efficient. My garbage disposal did not work and my sink was backing up. My disposal was 13 yrs old and was leaking and had to be replaced. I was a little shock on the sticker price for a replacement, but overall satisfied with my service. My technicians/plumbers were great and had excellent customer service.

WOW! I highly recommend Clearwater. We had an emergency gas leak. I called early on a Saturday morning. They called me back within 15 minutes. I was given an extremely reasonable service call fee, a time window to expect them, and they called me when they were on their way. They arrived, on time, and fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use this company again, when I need them. All of this was, from first call to finish, less than 6 hours and half the cost I was quoted by 2 other companies.

If you're like me, having plumbing work done is right up there with going to the dentist. Not fun. But Jeremy G. made the whole thing painless.

Customer service of any kind is a rarity these days, but these guys excel at it. They're very quick to respond, they go out of their way to communicate in whatever way is most convenient for you, and they do a great job of explaining whatever options are available. In one week I've had to wrangle with customer service from two big corporations and ClearWater, and it really highlights the difference in timeliness and service you get from a locally owned business staffed by actual humans.

Jeremy's explanation of what was needed to correct our low water pressure was explained clearly. Obvious they both have knowledge and experience with plumbing problems and equipment.
