Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. We called Creech Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and they gave us advice over the phone for the plumbing issues we were having. They also said if it wasn't resolved over the weekend to call them back, that's what we did first thing Monday morning. They were very professional over the phone and even more professional in person. We called and they had someone at our front door within 20 minutes. They had many options for treatments to choose from and they resolved our problem within 10 minutes. We will definitely be calling them back for any plumbing problems we have in the future based on the timely manner and customer service alone.

This is the plumber you want to hire. They are very professional and really know what they're doing. We had lots of issues. Apparently the plumbing wasn't done right in our house right from the get go. They were here all day and even though there were many issues, they fixed them all and for no additional charge. I felt very comfortable with them in the house all day and they did an excellent job! Very reasonably priced. Ask for Chris. And if for some reason something isn't quite right they will be right back out, but it looks like it was done right the first time. I can't say enough positive things and it's great to have our plumbing fixed!

My bathroom is flooded but the technician who called me back, rather promptly I might add, politely told me that he would not go into a flooded bathroom and get contaminated. That the bathroom needed to be cleaned up beforehand. If this guy is worried about getting contaminated then he needs to pick a different career.

I had bathroom fixtures that needed to be replaced and pipes needed to be soldered, had an appointment scheduled with Mike, he was able to come out the day before fixed the faucets gave me knowledgeable information in regards to plumbing fixtures and brands.
He was in and out in under an hour...
No headaches came with this service.

We have a home warranty but we had to wait several days for our appointment. I was getting nervous about all the noises I was hearing from my water heater. I began looking for a company that could come out right away and advise whether I could wait for the appointment or if we were in the middle of an 'emergency'.
I appreciated the speed of their response which was less than 15 minutes. I also appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. They ended up telling me that I could wait for the warranty appointment and made me feel better about my water heater not causing some calamity in my home.
I recommend this company.

Do not use these people. They do not stand behind their warranty.  All they want to do is upsell rather than fix. There are too many foundation companies out there to put up with such poor service.

Keyco came out this morning  man had no mask on and nose dripping  I have problem with hot water heater.  He didnt know what the problem  was so told me not to worry until my  house exploited.  They charged my a trouble high price for nothing.  Complained to office manager and was told that is the way it  is  so beware

I've been a customer for several years, and that is coming to an end.  

They called me two weeks ago to set an appointment for my annual a/c check-up.  When I called back, they told me they were only doing emergencies, and they would call me in the next week to set an appointment.  First question is, why would they call me to set an appointment if they couldn't fulfill it?  

I called yesterday (Tuesday) at 5:45 to tell them that if they didn't come out this week, not to bother.  Their response was, they were on their way now.  What?  You never even called me to set an appointment, I'm not home, but you were going to come out and hope I'm home?  Trying to set another appointment was next to impossible, and I grew tired of hearing about their small computer error, and that must be why they didn't call.  The last response I got was they would call me in the next couple of weeks when they could get to me.  As a sign of good faith, he thought, he was willing to knock $20 off the visit, but what he quoted me was 2X as much as the 50% off promotion I had booked.  Clearly, the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing.
