They send experienced Journeyman Plumbers backed up by pix and cell to a Master Plumber. JACOB was friendly, and glad to show and explain what he was doing. Unfortunately, that probably took twice the time, charged at $125/hr. But when I told him Price Pfister guaranteed the valve and I wanted to wait (1 week) to get the free replacement BROOKE in the office assured me there would be no additional charge when the part arrived. She kept in touch, asking me if it had arrived. Overall, a very good experience with good people.

I am always impressed each time I use their services.
The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their can do attitude and willingness to help is so refreshing in this day and age.
Technicians are always on time and call through out the service call to update on status and make sure thay are doing things the customer wants so they know the cost.
Highly recommend.

I have used Double L a few times, and always the interaction is the same.
They are on time, professional yet friendly, and they do a thorough job completely. I am very thankful that I have them to lean on for my plumbing issues.

After several discussions I was told the project would be discounted, but I was not really sure of final costs. In discussion was told they would be there Friday, then called back and said is Monday ok? Well I guess. Found another plumber to fix on Saturday at Double L's discounted price. I sure learned a lot from Double L about estimates and bids.

PLUMBING ROCKSTARS!!! Absolutely Amazing Service! On time, Courteous, Personable, Honest, and Efficient. These young men know their stuff. Fixed a plumbing issue for us; now our water bill will be manageable. I was completely impressed with both Chris and Cameron and their customer service and knowledge. This day and age you just don't see young men with their character and skills. I will let all my neighbors and friends know exactly where to go for ALL their plumbing needs. I recently contracted with Double L Plumbing to connect my house to city water. The scheduling process was very professional and the guys that came out to work on the job were knowledgeable & had excellent communication skills (they answered all of my questions). The original appointment needed to be rescheduled due to rain, however, the office promptly called to reschedule for another day. Once on-site, the crew completed the job faster than what I was originally told & didn't leave until I was satisfied that the connection was working.
I had 2 other plumbers bid on the job. Double L's pricing was in line with one of the other plumbers bid - and substantially less than the 3rd bid.
I strongly recommend their services. They are experienced, trustworthy & efficient. I will definitely hire them again.

Plumber wore a mask while performing his work during this time of COVID 19, so feel safe about calling them during this time to do your repair.

With the big Arctic blast in Texas, a pipe broke in the pool house. Double L Plumbing was quick to respond. I was put on schedule and they sent Lance Morton out the very next afternoon on a Sunday. I know there are a lot of people needing repairs, I highly recommend Double L Plumbing. Very kind and professional with reasonable rates. I am blessed by their service.
Ronnie is the only problem with this company. He has zero communication skills. A week in a half to get me a written estimate. I had to call 3-4 times and he had an excuse every time! Ronnie can't handle the workload! Lmao
I would highly recommend Double L Plumbing. Justin was punctual and did the job in a timely and efficient manner. Very courteous and informed me of what needed to be done, for me to understand. Had several plumbers out before him and he actually found the septic tank, they couldn't find. I will call them again for their service without hesitation.

Fast, super courteous! Both technicians were very helpful and worked very hard to fix our shower leak. We will most definitely use Double L Plumbing again in the future.
When our issue low water pressure escalated into no water pressure, they came same day. Friendly and provided very good service. Also gave recommendations for items needing replacement within the next year or so.
My second experience using Double LL Plumbing. They far exceeded our expectations. Professional, courteous and very efficient. Justin arrived on time and worked steady through to install our new sink, faucet and disposal. He did a thorough install checking for proper installation and cleaned the work area when he was done. If you have plumbing needs give them a call.
