It's been a crazy week with freezing temperatures and I had a busted pipe that was discovered on Tuesday. They had a cancellation and were able to get out there first thing this morning. They were in an out in about an hour. Reasonably priced and very professional. Great people. Richard Tenpenny and his crew are incredible.

Needed an outside faucet changed out that broke during the freeze at our rental house. Water was not leaking so this was not an emergency. Set an appointment for 4-6 so the renter can be there. They showed up at 2 and sent an estimate. I though if we had the work done the $69 would be removed from the total cost like everywhere else does. It was a $69 diagnose fee when the problem was known, $421 for the faucet, and $171 to cut a small hole in the Sheetrock. $661 to fix the faucet. Call around first because $171 to cut a small hole in your wall is a rip off. The tech was nice and got the job done and documented everything but I can't recommend the company. If you do choose to use them save yourself the money and knock a hole in the wall yourself.

This statement is a lie.The tech does not listen.I called Atmos because I smelt gas he checked the hot water heater and then came in the house and checked the attic.I was then red flagged and gas turned off due to pipes in attic said they hit them when they put the new roof on.To call a plumber so they could find the leaks.They sent Jonathan Ramos who proceeded to call me a lier three times that atmos did not come in my house.The third time I kicked him out.Called Mansfield Plumbing again and they said we're so sorry will send someone else in the morning.The next morning they sent Jonathan Ramos again.Standing at my door with a huge smile on his face like ha ha I called the company again to find out why they sent him back,said oh let me check,came back and said the other person couldn't come.So I asked Jonathan why he called me a lier and he said because atmos don't come in your house.I said you know customers pay your salary he said you don't THE OWNER DOES.he was talking about the owner of this house because I rent.SMH I will be taking my complaints to the attorney general.

The tech was very knowledgeable and work was done professionally.
The main reason I did NOT give them a 5 star rating is the price they charged. I found out after they installed my new water heater that they were $500 higher than two other highly respected plumbing companies in my area for the exact same products and installation.

Showed up the first time and advised us to DIY which was fine and i appreciated that advice and honesty. DIY didn't work, so I asked them to come back out we set up an appointment and they never showed up. We've been without hot water for 2.5 weeks while that's not their fault, I'm at my wits end and really needed someone to actually show up.

What a joke. Called them out to get an estimate on installing a whole house water softener system that we already had. The price was outrageous (like three times the cost of the $2500 system) so they told me they would email us some options. Never heard from them so finally purchased an under the sink reverse osmosis system. Called back to see about getting it installed and they want to charge another $69 just to give me another estimate (when they were supposed to have sent us that since he already saw the house). Just a rip-off company.

The technicians, Jonathan and Emanuel, were timely, gracious and polite. They did the work that they said would do (replacing my water heater), in less time than they said, carted away the old heater and cleaned up afterward. Very professional. The only thing that keeps me from giving them more stars (and others have mentioned this) is that their price was so high. Some of the things they charged me for were just ridiculously (and unfairly) overpriced. But we had the work done because the weather is bad and we felt confident that the work itself would be done quickly and professionally, which it was. I'm sure the technicians have nothing to do with the price, but that issue alone would probably dissuade me from calling Mansfield plumbing again.

They came out and fixed multiple breaks in different areas of the home. They were quick and got here within 24 hrs even with the state of emergency going on in Texas right now. Thank you so much!!!

Hot Water tank was leaking, and I refuse to take anymore cold showers. First let me say, the customer service was excellent. It's December and I used most of my time off from work and told the persona on the phone that I will not be home until after 4:30. They definitely made it work for me.

A young gentlemen named Travis called and arrived to replace the Water Heater. He gave me two options, to replace a pipe (where the leak was at) or the entire unit. I decided to replace the unit because it was old and was installed in 2005.

Travis was very professional, smiled and explained everything in simple terms. In about less than 2 hours,  he completed the install, and we were back to hot water again. If anything, I'll definitely recommend and use this company for their excellent service.

I am trying to buy a home and desperately needed a plumber to look at items flagged on our inspection before our option period ended. Even with all the chaos of Texas storms, they came out to inspect these issues and ease our concerns. They've been working nonstop and somehow were still courteous and professional. Would recommend and use them again.

Let me first state the obvious, the honesty and trustworthiness of the employees who I encountered today, Joel put my Anxieties at rest immediately.  The professionalism of Joel and his assistant, was very refreshing, they were very efficient and thorough while working in our home.  Joel always informed me of his actions, pointing out problem areas he saw and the necessary actions he needed to take to rectify the problem and all cost.  They were also conscious of Covid-19 protocols before entering our homes.

I highly recommend this company to all homeowners who are concerned about being taken advantage of during these unprecedented times!!!

Joel was on time, courteous and professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a fair price. I now have a 'go to' plumber.

I would never use this company they are terrible and their driver is an idiot and will cut you off and then flip you off

Called this company Monday morning for a backed up kitchen sink. I made them aware that I want the pipes sewer jetted. The guys were nice and arrived early. They told me they didn't have a working sewer jet but I needed my sink unstopped. I made the company aware of my disappointment and didn't even get offered a discount. I also never got a receipt. I will never call them again. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the workers were extremely nice.

Called Mansfield Plumbing who has done all of our plumbing work for years and whom I've highly recommended in the past (5 stars) for what looks like a leak in front yard. Ethan (?) came out looked and observed that our meter didn't appear to be moving even though there is major wet area in yard. Since rain was expected, he said that they would come back when area has dried up - presumably to better locate leak. After 2 - 3 weeks called Todd Cleveland, owner, and left message to call me. He never called back. Called again a week ago and still have not received a call back. There is standing water in yard and running down curb. Calling someone else.

Appointment time was 10am to 12pm. We had to call at 12:10. Said 1 hr. At 3:30 we called back to get same run around. No communication from them. Guess they have too much business.

New to Texas and the new house had a catastrophic clog backing up. Was so happy to have Mansfield Plumbing answer the phone and promise to solve my issue same day. The tech Tyler that arrived was professional clean and resolved the Plubming blockage fast. This is my go to plumbing for ever as I'm one happy customer.

My main was clogged up in my house. I had a plumbing company come out and clear my line. Next day a gentleman shows up and tells me I have $50k in drain damage. Couple days go by and shit was coming up everywhere, worse even. We wanted a second opinion on what was going on. What's another few hundred in a second opinion vs guaranteed $50,000 literally down the shitter. They sent two real plumbers and they worked hard. Snaked my drain and got all kinds of nasty out. The other company, those guys left pretty clean, maybe they hydro jetted the dirt off there arms. What I liked most was how honest and straightforward they were. They weren't trying to get that big job kind of attitude or try to prey on us for lack of knowledge. Five Stars Mansfield Plumbing.

These aren't typical pants hanging low plumbers...you're getting THE BEST OF THE BEST PLUMBERS!!! It's like watching the astronauts from the movie THE RIGHT STUFF because you know they know what to do.  Todd owns the company and he's assembled an excellent group of honest, hard-working guys. You're going to feel comfortable with them in your abode, and did I mention that they're also neat and respectful? TJ worked so hard along with Bobby and Dustin (the owner also worked...that's impressive) they were able to kill a water line, re-route it through our attic, and we've got water again! We no longer have water in our yard and I don't hear any hissing in the pipes. It wasn't an easy job to do, but these guys are professionals. They also put in two new water heaters since our old ones were 18 years old...probably on their last legs and if they'd burst that would have created even more tribulation. Yes, I highly encourage you to call them if you've got a water leak or other plumbing problem. They're going to fix it and you're going to rest easy knowing it's all good again. We've got some drywall repairs to do, but that's small compared to what water does when left to its own devices...don't ignore your water leak...CALL THEM!

We hired them to inspect gas line. They charged $250 just to do that. We had $50 coupon that they didn't apply. Then they said there's a low leak, so my husband agreed for extra $200 to find it, only to tell us that they need to return later & charge extra to keep looking. Total time they were at the house was ~2 hours. They said that the quote they gave us was wrong & it was supposed to be $375 just to inspect. Invoice mentioned they soaped all exposed pipes, but they didn't even check upstairs pipes going to furnace. They also left mess with the 2 gas fireplaces. I guess they made up the difference of the cost by charging extra $200 for questionable work. Other plumbers I talked to thought it was weird that they just stopped. We are in the process to get this resolved.
Gave another star for Todd, the owner, to come out with his 2 guys to locate the leak & even repaired some fittings. He was nice & explained things well. Then gave us a shocking quote for a small leak in attic. We're now trying to get this done at a reasonable price. Will update.

Mansfield Plumbing has done good work for me on a few occasions.  I would recommend using them.  They aren't the cheapest, but they are professional and they do good work.  I appreciate that they value their customers.

I called at 8am for garbage disposal repair. The tech was here by 9:30am. He was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Mansfield Plumbing.

Simple drain unclog 2 minutes of work for $195.Never came in to check and see if it worked. I was told the guy would show up  between 12-2pm He called and said he was 15 minutes away at 10am. I rescheduled for 12 and confirmed the appointment. The guys showed up at 1:20 never apologized. Quoted me a ridiculous price ($405) to repair a crack and scheduled another appointment for tomorrow. This plumbing stuff is said and a hustle. Technicians charge as they wish. I compared prices once I returned to work to only find out other companies charged $88 and $79. This MP company is just as bad as the Pink Plumber. Be careful homeowners in the Mansfield area.

We had to have them dig up part of our yard to replace our old cast iron pipes and they did an excellent job.  I thought the job was reasonable and they did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards.  My neighbor also used them upon my recommendation and he was very pleased.  I highly recommend them.

We had a water pressure regulator installed and a few days later noticed a very small leak. So we called Mansfield plumbing and they said someone could drop by in about three hours. Which I was very happy about. An hour and a half later he came  by to check on it. He fixed the leak and let me know to give them a call if anything else happened. Love a company that values my time, fixes issues and is just easy to work with!

Called Mansfield plumbing due to an out door leak. Plumber dug up site, told me he could find a better deal. Plumber left out without turning the water back on. Had to call company to have him come back and turn it on. Never heard back from plumber or who he recommended for a better deal... Plumber left equipment  and site he dug up completely exposed. Had to hire another company to complete his job. Will never use Mansfield Plumbing again.

We had an emergency and had to have a plumber come out last night at 8pm. Bakers and Benjamin, plus two others wouldn't come. Mansfield plumbing showed up within 20 minutes, really appreciate the work, speed and courteousness.

I called them first thing Monday morning b/c I lost hot water over the weekend.  And, I couldn't simply relight my pilot light.  They were onsite by 9:30am that same day!  The plumber was kind and gave me my options.  He completed the install of the brand new water heater in a couple hours.  This was exceptional service!

I have to say we were 100% satisfied  They came the next day and they were really great guys.  They had the job completed efficiently and at a fair price.

I had only a small job to do but they still came right away. Plus, instead of telling me some story and replacing my entire faucet and pipes, the guy just tightened a srew and charged me nothing!!! In my eyes, that's as honest as it gets and I will definitely call them for my next big project!! Thank you!!

We were in need of two water heaters.  David and Jeff were very prompt, professional and friendly.  We received a prior estimate from another plumbing company, but when David and Jeff analyzed our water heaters and gave their recommendations, the cost was much, much lower than the previous bid.  We hired Mansfield Plumbing to replace our water heaters and were instructed every step of the way.  We even have beautiful gray water heaters now.  We couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome.  We will definitely use Mansfield Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

I've used them 3 times since we moved to Mansfield, and they are always on-time, get the job done quickly with no B.S., and quote a fair, honest price without trying to sell you unnecessary services.  I wish all companies operated with the same sort of integrity.  I will never use another plumbing company.

This is the second time using these guys. Bobby and Bruce came out again to inspect a leak from dishwasher. Found out it was from sink and food disposal. In no time they had the problem corrected, showed us how to do it, and recommended the most inexpensive but sure way to prevent it from happening again. They charged very little compared to others. Very satisfied!!! A few days later, they came out to inspect our water heater. Thank goodness it was ok. This business is awesome!!! I will not have anyone else to come out. My schedule had changed and they were out same day. Thanks Mansfield Plumbing!!!

Excellent service from the initial call to the actual plumbing repair. They are very prompt, professional, and above and beyond friendly. We were instructed every step of the way of the repair and we couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. We will definitely use them again. Larry J.
