This is a follow-up to an original negative review that I posted just this morning.

I had called for some work to be done which turned out not to be scheduled due to some miscommunication.

Only a few hours later I received a call from the owner of a company who was very concerned about the quality of information communicated. He was more than willing to send someone out to look at whatever the plumbing issue was and address it in anyway possible.

Since my original phone call with the company I found someone else who was able to come out today and do the work.

In the future I would definitely give them a call seeing how invested the owner is in the satisfaction of the customer

I'm really surprised that Larry Stinson Plumbing has so few reviews because he was truly professional and my husband and I knew we could trust him and his recommendations. My husband and I tried to figure out a way to do the work ourselves, but we would have had to do some piping through the 2x4's which needed to be done correctly because the water heater sits in a closet inside of the house and I did not want to risk a leak in the wall. We finally decided to give Larry a call and let the professionals do it. Larry and Mike arrived on time and went straight to work. They were very nice and knew exactly what they were doing. It's been about a week and everything seems to be working perfectly. The hot water barely got warm when we purchased the house a month ago, now it gets nice and hot quickly! We feel confident in using Larry Stinson Plumbing for any future plumbing needs we aren't quite qualified to do ourselves. Thanks guys!

This will be my go to plumber for the services they performed.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Tioga. They came to give a quote on replacing some light fixtures and fans and performed the work the same day. The price was very reasonable and the installers, Michael and Seth were very careful, efficient and professional.

We will use them again for our next round of upgrades!

Very good worker. Our service man was Tyler, and he came out quickly and got the job done efficiently. We had some leaking from our old toilet on the second floor, and it needed a new wax ring. Tyler led us through the process, letting us know at every step the cost of each procedure. He also let us know what it would cost to replace any parts that may be needed in the future. He fixed our problem easily, and was done in a jiffy. We will be calling this company for future repairs.

Not sure where to even begin this review as from the moment I called to inquire about the water sound in my wall to the moment the project was finished, it was a great experience. Upon first calling, my call was returned by the owner, Theron Young. He actually asked me a series of questions on what the sound could be in an effort to try and save me money from a service call. Once he thought it may be a slab leak, he helped schedule the appointment. Canon and Alex came to the house to conduct some testing and concluded it was indeed a slab leak. Something no homeowner really wants to hear, however these two professionals assured me they could handle the job and stated they would have me up and running in no time. My wife and I were leaving town the next day so they advised me to leave the water turned off. We scheduled them to come back and fix the leak upon our return. They were prompt, extremely professional and kept me informed with each step they took. Now here's what was so amazing; these two men were so courteous, helpful in explaining things, cleaned up after themselves and were so friendly - I felt like I had known them for years. Having been a homeowner for over 35 years, I have had several companies and service providers in and out of my homes. Never have I experienced such a high I Care factor than from Canon and Alex. I even joined their Gold program as I want these guys back to ensure other areas of my plumbing is properly maintained. I could write a lot more, but do yourself a favor and call this company for any plumbing need. When I first heard the sound of water, I called three different known companies, and Legacy Plumbing stood far out from the rest.
