We recently had the pleasure of having Jeff help us with a major bathroom remodel. He was consistently on time, reasonable, and very knowledgeable. We had some high end European plumbing equipment  that required special installation and he handled it like the pro that he is. This guy is the real deal and he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I can't say enough good things about him and the excellent job he did for us. He will ALWAYS be the first call I make for plumbing help now. Outstanding!

Needed our washer/dryer water valves replaced.  They came out quickly and did a great job at a fair price.

I had an appointment with Jose scheduled for an issue with my sink. When I spoke to him on the phone before the appointment, he was able to talk me through what the issue might be and explain to me how to test/fix it. His instructions ended up allowing me to fix what was a relatively simple issue, when he justifiably could've just waited until the appointment and charged me the service call fee. The fact that he prioritized helping me over his own financial gain speaks to his integrity and the fact that he can be trusted to have the best interests of the customer in mind--something that is rare. I would highly recommend Cuellar Plumbing, and would be happy to use the company again if I have future plumbing needs.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.  After changing plumbers from another local plumber we had been with for decades.  I simply cannot imagine ever using another plumber.  We have in recent months had a bevy of plumbing issues.  One of which was to fix the original fix by our former plumber and it was a fraction of the price for twice as much work,

And now, as I write this we are having our hot water heater replaced.  They worked us into their already busy schedule.  Our plumber actually came with a new hot water heater.  

Their prices are competitive and still better work and less expensive.  They are worth every penny and take great pride in their work.

In January I had a outside faucet that was leaking badly. I called B&D late that afternoon and he was able to get it fixed first thing the next morning. I remodeled my kitchen with new countertops and sink. I contacted B&D and he was able to come by same day to hook everything back up. When he got here he noticed that the crew who installed the sink lost a piece to the faucet. I went to buy another and Bill came back and finished the job. While he was here he installed a new garbage disposal and replaced valves as well due to old age. Bill is very personable, reliable and reasonably priced. I will continue to use this service!

We needed help with putting together furniture and just all around help around the house. My partner is post cardiac surgery and can't overdo things and climb a ladder.  Brandon did such a great job and really went overboard making sure everything was completed and cleaned up.

Lee came on two different occasions on the same day we called him! He is kind, knowledgeable, and quick to fix the many different issues we had like needing an outdoor faucet replaced, installing a new garbage disposal, and fixing toilet issues. The service fee is very reasonable and we are so grateful to have his help if we should ever need it again!

I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

Tim is so good at what he does, and is patient enough to explain everything to help me understand the job.  I am reassured by his expertise and follow through that I'm getting exceptional service at a fair price.  I never look forward to needing home repairs, especially plumbing, but I know I can count on Tim to do a great job, answer the phone personally and bill me only for the work he's completed.

Very overpriced took too many guys to do one thing, unprofessional and rude. Don't recommend using guys.

We had a need to have a hose faucet replaced outside.  My boy stood on the hose and broke the pvc pipe.  I needed it changed out as an emergency last night.   I called about 10 plumbers, they were the only ones who called back.  But they called back in the morning.   It was very pricy.  Plumbers need an emergency line.   Pleased with their service.  Will use them again!

Raymond Echols (the owner) came out to give me an estimate to replace my conventional hot water heater with a Tankless system. He was 3 1/2 hours late for our appointment with no calls, and no text saying he was running late. Heck he wasn't even going to show up at all if I hadn't called him asking If was still coming. When he finally did drag up, he acted like I was lucky he even showed up at all. He never responded back with his estimate. Totally unprofessional, and a TOTAL wast of my time. I should send him a BILL !!!!

Came to my house for a slab leak.  Told me correctly that the line from waterheater upstairs was running down to kitchen downstairs and the leak was probably in that line.  What does it take to narrow down the problem?  We have to tear into the wall in garage and see whether it is the line that is broken or the leak is in the slab...how much $800 just to remove a couple of shelves in garage and tear the sheet rock.  How much to fix the leak if it is under the slab?  about $7000.  I told the guy to leave and I will get other estimates.
First, I should have never torn into the wall, proper diagnosis was to get a leak detector and find the leak.  Second, I have estimates for less than half that price.

The owner called me and said that this is a one off situation and he is going to talk with the technician.  I believe the owner is on the right track.
