I had an emergency plumbing issue with a sewer line backup and Michael came to save the day! He was awesome! I was on a work conference call while he was here and he was so conscientious of that. He also cleaned up more than anyone we've ever had! Quick, efficient and effective!

J&R Plumbing was there for my friend when she needed help with her leaking faucet.

She was telling me that the response time was quick, service was done asap, and the plumber was a genuine and trustworthy man.

I called for a tub drain leak. They sent out Bob and Mike I believe. Did a great job and fixed my problems and the price was good. I would recommend them.

Our toilet was constantly running and we couldn't figure out why. Called Anchor Plumbing and they got us in same day. The technicians were quick and so polite. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour.

Had an emergency situation of a bursted pipe in the laundry room. These guys managed to come within few hours and completed the work at a reasonable cost. Verified the fix and did all the cleanup after the work

We've had the opportunity to use these guys a few times since we bought our first home (and one time during emergency hours when I botched a job trying to do it myself!).  The rates are reasonable, and they've done a good job.  On the emergency day, the guy came out very quickly (which was important!  Our bathroom was seriously flooding!) and took care of everything.  Each time they've come out and finished a job, they have offered to fix any other minor issues to use up the hour we're paying for, which is very much appreciated!  I'm sure we'll be calling these guys again for future plumbing repairs.

Over the Labor Day holiday, my water heater went out and although it was an expedited call through my home warranty company, the company they chose couldn't come and when they did their quote to the insurance company was so high, my out of pocket cost would be ridiculous and said I would have to wait 2-4 days to even have it installed.

On my way home from work I seen James from C.J. & L services in the chestnut community and explained the situation. He not only came to my house immediately after hours, but had my water heater installed the next day!!! He did the job at an affordable cost and he doesn't overcharge .He is very gracious and has an excellent company and he lives right here in forney!

We had a leak at front yard and City of Frisco had disconnected our water. I found Bobby on yelp and he came over at 9 pm and fixed the problem. His price was reasonable and he did a great job. The only reason I am giving 4 star is that I would have expected him to work more clean.

Tankless water heater went out. Got here ASAP. Assess the situation, went through in great detail with us and presented options for us to be able to go forward. Highly recommend.

We have used Tri County a few different times and, while sometimes it may be difficult to get ahold of them (common in this area of East Texas where services are scarce) they are always honest, do a good job, and do not try to up-sell you on useless services.  I recommended them to my parents, which says it all.

We hired this company to find a leak at our home. They came out, said the leak was in the yard but didn't try to find out where. They said they'd charge $4500 to run a new water line but didn't attempt to find out where the leak was in the yard. We were paying them to find the leak and still had NO answer as to where it was. They charged $675 for this!!!!

I called Ben Franklin for a simple tankless HWH flush. They installed the unit more than 10 years ago so it was no longer under warranty.
When the technician asked how long it had been since I had it flushed last, I told him that it had been 2 to 3 years but that I lived out of the country all last year so it wasn't in use. He still required that I sign a statement saying that since it had been 2 years he would not be responsible for any damages--and he asked for a signature after the work was completed, not before.
I have no idea what the technician flushed it with (I didn't see any CLR bottle but I might have missed it) and if he did it with just water then that might be why my hot water is fading in and out like it was before I called.
I don't ever plan to use them for servicing again.

I used All Metro Plumbing Service today which left me a disappointed. He overcharges for open ground work as if under a slab. I failed to get an estimate before the work because I would have never paid that amount if I had known. He actually drove up and started before I came outside and that's how the estimate got bypassed. I know work looks different when repaired but this is way off and it should look similar to before he started. I needed my water on but I wouldn't use them again for those reason. He was nice but charged too much using a pricing book but under the wrong label because there was no slab. Last problem is he didn't want to take a check is trust issues so if he doesn't trust I won't again. His name was Michael and he's the owner but I can't use him again.

I used this company for an Gas Test inspection.  They were horrible.  The owner didn't want to do anything but get paid.  He came over and looked at the water heater and furnace, and said everything looked ok.  He didn't even want to put his gauge to pressure test the system.  He wanted to use an old gauge that i had.  When the city inspector came out, he said that there were several things that needed to be fixed.  The inspector said that the plumber should have know these basic things.  He also told me that the gauge was not valid and I needed an up to date gauge.  This guy never returned any of my calls in regards to the inspection.  i had to find a another plumber to complete the job.  Don't walk but run away from this company.
