TERRIBLE!!! They sent a plumber over that told me he had a stomach bug. He was sweating and told me he had been throwing up since the night before. Our entire house got sick including our 8 week old baby. I couldn't believe a company had such little regard for customers to send sick plumbers into the homes of people.  Use at your own risk.

J&R Plumbing was there for my friend when she needed help with her leaking faucet.

She was telling me that the response time was quick, service was done asap, and the plumber was a genuine and trustworthy man.

Great service!  Called and told them I needed my water heater changed out and they were able to come the next day and get it done quickly even during a winter storm. Would highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

Our water heater went out yesterday morning (Saturday) and water was flowing all over the garage floor. We've used Curly's Big Blade before for other plumbing needs and have always had good results so we didn't think twice about who to call for this problem. As usual, Curly's did not disappoint. He quoted a ballpark price over the phone and said it could vary a bit if modifications had to be made to meet current code requirements. The plumber, Jaye, was at our house in about an hour and began his work. The install looks great, Jaye cleaned up the work site when he was done and the price was in the range I was quoted.  We are very happy with the service we received from Curly's and they'll be the only plumber we call for future needs.

Moved into a new house last week, woke up this morning to an outdoor spigot that wouldn't turn off.  Called Anchor Plumbing at 8:00, they were at the house at 8:45 and had me fixed up by 9:15.  Great service and quick response time when we needed it.  It's good to have an honest plumber available in the new neighborhood.  Thanks, Anchor Plumbing!

Contacted Precise Plumbing to address a suspected broken water heater.  Precise Plumbing was able to quickly schedule us a service appointment.  During the replacement of the water heaters, John found a water leak within our walls and found some issues with the original plumbing.  John worked tirelessly for two nights to address all the issues.... a total of about 15 hours of labor, and got it all taken care of at a reasonable price.  I'd recommend him to anyone, and we'll call him again for our next plumbing issue.

Smith and Son's customer service was awesome from the moment I initially called to the moment they finished the repair. John was great at double checking the notes left by the receptionist 15mins after the scheduling of the appointment. They kept me up to date with both phone calls and text messages. Their concern about the broken valve and being with out water for hours was sincere. Chris was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process with ease. Can't recommend Bobby enough. Tried to do my own repairs to a hot water heater. Turns out I needed a new one. He was very honest and asked questions specific to my problem. He quoted me a price and installed next day. He was on time and got it done quickly. Price I paid was what was quoted. He even removed the new parts I put on the old unit so I can return them! He's my new go to plumber

They blew off an appt. that they had called to reschedule, and when they did show, they stayed for 10 minutes before leaving since they didn't have the right tool.

We have used Tri County a few different times and, while sometimes it may be difficult to get ahold of them (common in this area of East Texas where services are scarce) they are always honest, do a good job, and do not try to up-sell you on useless services.  I recommended them to my parents, which says it all.

Brian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in a stressful situation. I appreciate the fact that he didn't just come to our house to make money but instead was determined to solve the problem.
Any other problems we have, we are calling him first.

Received estimate that was 5X our second estimate.  We hired the 2nd well known plumber and they did the job for even less than they estimated making Franklin's estimate around 90% over the actual cost.  Watch out!

I used All Metro Plumbing Service today which left me a disappointed. He overcharges for open ground work as if under a slab. I failed to get an estimate before the work because I would have never paid that amount if I had known. He actually drove up and started before I came outside and that's how the estimate got bypassed. I know work looks different when repaired but this is way off and it should look similar to before he started. I needed my water on but I wouldn't use them again for those reason. He was nice but charged too much using a pricing book but under the wrong label because there was no slab. Last problem is he didn't want to take a check is trust issues so if he doesn't trust I won't again. His name was Michael and he's the owner but I can't use him again.

I used this company for an Gas Test inspection.  They were horrible.  The owner didn't want to do anything but get paid.  He came over and looked at the water heater and furnace, and said everything looked ok.  He didn't even want to put his gauge to pressure test the system.  He wanted to use an old gauge that i had.  When the city inspector came out, he said that there were several things that needed to be fixed.  The inspector said that the plumber should have know these basic things.  He also told me that the gauge was not valid and I needed an up to date gauge.  This guy never returned any of my calls in regards to the inspection.  i had to find a another plumber to complete the job.  Don't walk but run away from this company.
