Had plumbing work done yesterday. These guys are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They are respectful of your house and time. Their pricing is competitive and they explain everything thoroughly and are happy to answer any questions. Everything works perfectly now! We will definitely be calling them for future work. Highly recommend.

After several months, I wanna finally write my review.

I needed a shower valve soldered in.  I called a bunch of other companies (some never returned my phone calls. Guess they already got enough business). Many of them quoted me $200 - $400 just for the solder (the wall was already open).

Thunderbird Plumbing charged me less than $200 do to the job.  They worked with my work schedule and Raymond called to confirm the appointment.  He did an excellent job, even took the time to explain how to correctly measure and cut the tub spout after finishing my tile job (which I did myself).  

I highly recommend Thunderbird Plumbing when it comes to quality, cost and courtesy.

I called this morning to see if I could get a quote for a leaky hot water valve to my washing machine. He gave me a good ball park figure but assured me that if the work needed more than this, they would stop and let me decide what I wanted to do.  He asked me if I was available today and I was taken aback...I was expecting a few days before the technician could come...he arrived within 40 minutes to me calling for the quote. I showed him my issue and he had it fixed within 10 minutes and charged me HALF of what was quoted...HALF! I would use this company over and over again!

Give them a call! You will not be dissatisfied with them!

They came out within an hour of my call.  I didn't expect them to, especially since the freeze recovery going on.  They replaced my water heater expansion tank and water heater drain valve, hooked up a dishwasher that I've been meaning to get hooked up and then checked my water lines.  In an out quick.  Great company!

We have used Quest for several years on our condo and they have always been responsive and reliable.

We hired the company ( Carl and his son Luke) twice.  Carl came to help us repair a leak in the gas pipe.  Luke came to repair a water pipe leak in the attic.  They both did a good job and charged fairly.

I never new how much water pressure one could actually have till now. I called 7 plumbers and he was the one. case resolved, I was in tears when my husband called me and told me the good news. I can't believe all these top company's couldn't figure it out like Roto rooter,  aaa auger plumbing, a affordable,  will fix it and 2 others that just scratched there head and said let me read up and get back with you. just get it done right the first time . I am so happy with this company and I'm once again a happy home owner

My insurance company had ALD come to my home after I had discovered a leak in my over the garage apartment on 02/17/21, a leak which resultEd in water escaping onto and thru the garage sealing.  Their services were requested as the plumbing company I had initially called had failed to locate the leak and had failed to return as promised.  ALD responded on 03/22/21 though they too were unable to locate the leaks exact location.  The technician said it was a hot water leak, something I already knew, and somewhere between the shower enclosure faucet and the kitchen sink (all of which are in the same ten foot or so area).  Their representative further said that they would have to reroute that particular water line to limit costs and damages to my custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets, confirming what I had already told him.  The represent also said that ALD would provide a report to the insurance carrier in a few days and would provide me an estimate to complete the repair so I can compare it to other estimates should I decide to contact other plumbers and obtain other estimates.  It took about two weeks for them to send the report to my insurance carrier and have never provide me an estimate and it is now 04/16/21, and I still don't have hot water.  I don't know how much they charged as the bill was apparently sent to the insurance company.  I realize they are or were extremely busy due to the various electric companies turning the powere on and off again, causing blackouts which exasperated the freeze, though feel that should be able to provide an estimate of repairs.  I wouldn't recommend their services or request their services again as they couldn't actually find the leak and have yet to follow thru and provide an estimate as promised.

Update:  We have had them out several times again since my initial review, and they have done a good job on everything for us.  They have been quick to come out when needed, and have worked hard to give us what we wanted.  Travis in particular, has been very good.

If I could leave a review with zero stars I would.
Have called this company twice to see if they were willing to provide an estimate for plumbing repair on my parents nearly 50 year old home. Gave the receptionist an idea of what it was my father might be looking for and where they were located and she suddenly seemed unsure if they could provide an estimate in their area. She then informed me she would give the owner Gary my information and assured me he would call me back and let me know.
This was on Friday January 24th. Never heard back.
Followed up with the company the following week when I had some free time. Same receptionist answered the phone and after jogging her memory as to who I was she bluntly informed me the type of repair work my father was specifically asking for was not something they do. When I asked her why she very rudely informed me we just don't.
I then asked her if there was any way I could just get someone out to provide an estimate on the job the way they saw that it needed to be done, and again, rudely, she said we will not do the type of work your father is asking for. Again a bit more stern this time I infact asked the woman if she was a certified plumber, as to which she answered no and I said okay good so now that we have that established I really just wanted to get a professional out to provide an estimate on what you all thought needed to have done to fix their problem.
She again gave me the run around about, this Gary guy I have yet to hear from.
You either do or don't provide estimates to folks in Pleasanton, Texas....which is it?
Nothing like being drug through the ringer by someone that can't even answer that simple question.
If it's this difficult to get an answer for such a simple question imagine having issues with their work.

We've been customers of ABC for 3 years on the pest side and they are very good. We had some landscaping in our backyard that was selected by our pool builder and we just weren't happy when all the landscape started growing in. No thought was put in on plant selection for privacy or the leaves dropping in our pool. We started looking at getting bids and ABC was one of the companies. We got an estimate that wasn't the lowest or highest, but felt it best served our wants and needs and felt they could perform the project without this dragging on.

Joe Wassam a landscape designer with ABC met with my wife and laid out a pretty cool plan with drawings on plants on a plot of our backyard. It looked ok, but I wasn't entirely sold on the plants since I got burned one time before. We went back and forth and Joe drew up a second plan over the period of several weeks which I'm sure the landscape guy thought we were dragging this out thinking man....this isn't that big of a job I've got other customers I'm also trying to work with. Joe never complained and worked through it and got all the final details nailed down from plants, selection for privacy, flowers and depth for the yard to add dimension, sprinkler reworking for all the new plants going in, and a newly added section of river rock.

It took the ABC crew 2 days of removal of old plants and new plants as well as the new river rock section which they had to remove grass to create. It rained in the process and the guys worked through to get it all completed.

I can tell you its been a week since its been installed and we couldn't be happier with the new look and feel of the design! ABC blew away my expectations on the job and followed through on the whole project. We have a whole new look to our backyard and we're super happy! I highly recommend them to friends and family.

This company was procured through our Home Warranty company to come out and take a look at a leaking pipe we have after the winter storm.  Service request was put on 3/2 and a few days later they called to setup an appointment with their earliest time slot available, which was 8 days later.  We understand the winter storms caused havoc.  On the day of the appointment they called and said they will be here within 30 minute s but also told my wife they needed the service fee to be paid in cash.  This was news to us and it is not stated in our Home Warranty contract.  We questioned it and said we would get cash.  After I get home from leaving work early to meet the Flow-Wrong Plumbing, I get an email from Home Warranty stating a new provider is now on contract.  So after waiting a week and half we now have to contact the new provider to try and get this matter resolved.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Some female said they'd be able to service our home the next day... the next day comes & she says they'd have to reschedule for the next day.... well that day comes & this dumb braud has the nerve to say they don't service our area (5 miles away).... my 3 kids went w/out water way longer than need be thanks to this company who asked for our address the day we set the apt up & never said they didn't service our area but proceeded to make an apt
