Once again, 1st Call came to my rescue in record time. With the freezing weather, a hose bib coming out of my house burst. My house looked like a fire hydrant. This is the second time I've used 1st Call and they were just as professional, efficient and responsive as they were the first time. Within a few hours they were able to send someone out to help. Josh and his apprentice Julian were friendly, knowledgeable and got the work done very quickly. Water was restored to my house and Josh gave me some pointers on how to beat deal with the cold weather. Julian even found one of my earrings that I had lost in the yard, in my frantic attempt to get my water shut off.
The service was excellent and the price reasonable.  I really can't say enough good things about the company and it's staff.

I met Jeff when he was sent to fix a toilet at the rental my husband and I were moving out of into our newly purchased house.  After speaking with him about our new house's issues, I called to make an appointment for them to come fix a pedestal sink that the contractor had put in incorrectly.  When I spoke with Ted on the phone, I added on three other jobs and he gladly agreed to conquer them all!  Ted came out the next day right on time and finished all the jobs!  We had all new faucets, two new sinks, new supply lines and a toilet fixed!  I love these guys!!!  And we love our new sinks and faucets! I will certainly call Thunderbird Plumbing when we are ready to have our shower faucets updated!  Thanks guys!

We discovered what looked like a foundation leak on Mon. morning.  It was fixed by Mon. evening, without an after hours upcharge!  Mr. Mitchell made the time to come out within a few hours of calling, and quickly assessed the issue.  He quoted a fair estimate, sent two very nice and capable young men to make repairs.  Within a span of a few hours, all work was professionally done, and they even cleaned up after themselves.  It's not often you hear people talk about integrity, and doing the right thing by charging a pair price while they provide great service.  You will if you hire Mr. Mitchell & crew.  He is the needle in the haystack.

I had a leaky main water line. I called Shamrock Plumbing and although very busy they were able to squeeze me in the next morning.  Patrick Feely showed up with two of his plumbers. We discussed the problem and Patrick gave his plumbers instructions and they went to work to bypass the leak and get the water to my house restored. Although it was cold and misting rain they never slowed down. It is very unusual for me to recommend a service or business but I won't hesitate to recommend Shamrock Plumbing.

From start to finish everything ran smoothly.  Everyone was very professional and courteous.  Juan did an awesome job on my bathroom sink project.  He kept me informed of everything he was doing to ensure it was meeting my expectations.  Could not be happier with the outcome.

Several times now we have been so grateful for each of the Rutkowski plumbers as they are each very capable, kind, thorough, wise, clean and they explain everything especially if there are options. It is such a relief to have a trustworthy service to count on.

I never new how much water pressure one could actually have till now. I called 7 plumbers and he was the one. case resolved, I was in tears when my husband called me and told me the good news. I recently bought a home with a pool...turns out I bought hidden pool problems as well.
Serious pool problems.
Let's start with spa drainage pipes filled with concrete, which was most likely the result of a water leak....somewhere....
I have a vast amount of slate and brick work surrounding my pool, including brick walls and lots of trees...which means lots of roots!

On 12/16/2017  I called Tietze Plumbing for an estimate to install a water heater.  I mentioned that I was going to buy the water heater from Lowe's and needed them to pick up water heater and install.  She quoted $550 to $750.    When the guys came out to look where it will be installed I mentioned that they would have to pick up water heater.  They said I would also need an expansion.   So I purchased everything that was needed.   After calculating their estimate they said it would cost $800 just to install.   The next day they installed water heater and said it would cost $974 just to install.  I reminded them of their previous quote.  He just shrugged his shoulders.   After they left,  by nighttime my water still was not hot.   I called, and he suggested I check circuit breaker , so I did.  After flipping switch and waiting a couple hrs it seemed like I might be getting hot water.   The next day , still no hot water.   After speaking w/someone from mfg. company, I was asked if they asked me to turn water on to purge the system, I said no.  She then said , they might of damaged the heating element.  I called Tietze,  and after she spoke w/the installers, she said that they did everything they were suppose to.  Because , I didn't purchased the water heater from them I was told they couldn't warrant the installation.   It would cost $49 just to come out in addition to the cost of additional work.   I was not happy w/the extra costs.  I felt I already paid enough.   The lady a couple days later said the reason why it cost more to install is because they had to pickup water heater and install expansion pump.    The installers already knew that when they quoted $800  but then charged me $973 instead.    I ended up having to call a different plumber.   This other plumber was very nice and fixed the problem at no charge.   He said I already paid enough for a poor installation job.     I WILL NEVER CALL TIETZE PLUMBING AGAIN.   THEY LIED TO ME, OVERCHARGED ME,  DID NOT WANT TO WARRANT THEIR INSTALLATION.     And I will continue to spread my review because it's not right that they rip people off.

First and foremost, I have a phobia, not just a dislike for tree/water roaches. I get it, I live in Texas and have spent most of my life here. The sight of them can paralyze me and give me insomnia for days. It's deep.

ABC comes out and sprays roughly every month or so. I still, from time to time, see a LIVE, yes, LIVE roach in my house. In fact, I saw one this morning as I was about to get into the shower. Good times.

Moving on, so every time I see one, I have to call ABC to tell them, hey, this shhhh isn't working. If you have a 9-5 like myself, chances are you won't be able to schedule ANOTHER service visit until a week or 2 later because you'll have to schedule within their time frames. So that falls on a Saturday for me.

In regard to customer service, the folks I have spoken with are hit or miss. One time I got a rep who had a daughter who has the same phobia, and she was very sympathetic. The others I have spoken with, not so much. Oh and they like to tell you you're seeing them because it's hot other than the real reason: their product doesn't work. It just does not work. It's total bs. I've lived in this house since Feb and they have sprayed 6 times, both in and outside, and I'm still seeing live ones!

I used to live in one of the oldest parts of Houston, in an even older house, surrounded by older trees and when we had a pest control service, we'd only see dead roaches. So it can be done. It's not just because it's hot and it's Texas. And they didn't come out every month either. It was a quarterly service.

My landlord pays for this service and I really wish they had a contract with someone else. For now, I shall arm myself with a Raid can until the winter months come.

If you want a pest free home, USE ANOTHER BUSINESS!

Flow -Wright Plumbing came to our home to replace a water heater under our home warranty. Would not replace the part with out paying addition cost (more than double the cost of the water heater) that John would or could not explain. Continued to accuse me of being argumentative because I asked for an explanation of the cost. Very poor customer service.  
Took my $75 service fee without doing anything. Insisted on cash. He said all cost needed to be paid in cash (big red flag) because the banks were not open (covid).
I think this company needs a visit from the IRS.
Don't waste your time or money with these people.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Some female said they'd be able to service our home the next day... the next day comes & she says they'd have to reschedule for the next day.... well that day comes & this dumb braud has the nerve to say they don't service our area (5 miles away).... my 3 kids went w/out water way longer than need be thanks to this company who asked for our address the day we set the apt up & never said they didn't service our area but proceeded to make an apt
