Can't say enough good things about 1st Call Plumbing and Air Conditioning. They have great service,  and their techs go above and beyond to take care of your problems at a fair price.  Call them. You will be happy you did.

Of course when my water heater started leaking I wanted a plumber with a 5-star track record, and Thunderbird lived up to it!  I emailed them late at night and explained the situation.  They called and emailed and texted first thing in the morning and were happy to come right away, even though I knew their business was very busy.  They replaced the water heater and cleaned up the water within 3 hours.  They quoted the price before the job and stuck with it--and it was a great price!  I think I have a new go-to plumber!

I called this morning to see if I could get a quote for a leaky hot water valve to my washing machine. He gave me a good ball park figure but assured me that if the work needed more than this, they would stop and let me decide what I wanted to do.  He asked me if I was available today and I was taken aback...I was expecting a few days before the technician could come...he arrived within 40 minutes to me calling for the quote. I showed him my issue and he had it fixed within 10 minutes and charged me HALF of what was quoted...HALF! I would use this company over and over again!

Give them a call! You will not be dissatisfied with them!

They came out within an hour of my call.  I didn't expect them to, especially since the freeze recovery going on.  They replaced my water heater expansion tank and water heater drain valve, hooked up a dishwasher that I've been meaning to get hooked up and then checked my water lines.  In an out quick.  Great company!

Quest plumbing was able to send someone out to our home on a Sunday and saved the day. On the phone and in person everyone we encountered from their company was profession, kind, honest, and thorough in explaining the problem and the charges. Their prices were very reasonable; especially for a weekend. We are happy to support this excellent local business and will call them should we have any future plumbing needs. Great job! Several times now we have been so grateful for each of the Rutkowski plumbers as they are each very capable, kind, thorough, wise, clean and they explain everything especially if there are options. It is such a relief to have a trustworthy service to count on.

I never new how much water pressure one could actually have till now. I called 7 plumbers and he was the one. case resolved, I was in tears when my husband called me and told me the good news. I can't believe all these top company's couldn't figure it out like Roto rooter,  aaa auger plumbing, a affordable,  will fix it and 2 others that just scratched there head and said let me read up and get back with you. just get it done right the first time . I am so happy with this company and I'm once again a happy home owner

I had them do $2000 leak detection for my clients pool, they missed the leak and supervisor Sean told me they were not interested in helping me further. WOW, never been more dismissed. Go elsewhere, he told us to so I will.

Beware- $680 for one hour worth of work and a handful of fittings you can buy at any big box store.

Have called this company twice to see if they were willing to provide an estimate for plumbing repair on my parents nearly 50 year old home. Gave the receptionist an idea of what it was my father might be looking for and where they were located and she suddenly seemed unsure if they could provide an estimate in their area. She then informed me she would give the owner Gary my information and assured me he would call me back and let me know.
This was on Friday January 24th. Never heard back.
Followed up with the company the following week when I had some free time. Same receptionist answered the phone and after jogging her memory as to who I was she bluntly informed me the type of repair work my father was specifically asking for was not something they do. When I asked her why she very rudely informed me we just don't.
I then asked her if there was any way I could just get someone out to provide an estimate on the job the way they saw that it needed to be done, and again, rudely, she said we will not do the type of work your father is asking for. Again a bit more stern this time I infact asked the woman if she was a certified plumber, as to which she answered no and I said okay good so now that we have that established I really just wanted to get a professional out to provide an estimate on what you all thought needed to have done to fix their problem.
She again gave me the run around about, this Gary guy I have yet to hear from.
You either do or don't provide estimates to folks in Pleasanton, Texas....which is it?
Nothing like being drug through the ringer by someone that can't even answer that simple question.
If it's this difficult to get an answer for such a simple question imagine having issues with their work.

I've been pleased with ABC's pest & termite services but not their AC service. I earned a free AC tune-up with their rewards program. Their tech said my inside unit had a mold problem and showed me a photo he had taken with a gooseneck camera showing that the coil was dirty and needed cleaning. I called a different company out for a second opinion, and their tech told me that the ABC guy was just trying to scare me. Only about 5% of the coil was dirty, and the rest was clean. There was also no mold, just some dirt that could easily be vacuumed. If I hadn't gotten a second opinion it would have cost hundreds to get the coil cleaned.

Flow -Wright Plumbing came to our home to replace a water heater under our home warranty. Would not replace the part with out paying addition cost (more than double the cost of the water heater) that John would or could not explain. Continued to accuse me of being argumentative because I asked for an explanation of the cost. Very poor customer service.  
Took my $75 service fee without doing anything. Insisted on cash. He said all cost needed to be paid in cash (big red flag) because the banks were not open (covid).
I think this company needs a visit from the IRS.
Don't waste your time or money with these people.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Some female said they'd be able to service our home the next day... the next day comes & she says they'd have to reschedule for the next day.... well that day comes & this dumb braud has the nerve to say they don't service our area (5 miles away).... my 3 kids went w/out water way longer than need be thanks to this company who asked for our address the day we set the apt up & never said they didn't service our area but proceeded to make an apt
