Would not recommend.  Overpriced and not competitive with other businesses.  Recommend doing your homework and getting numerous quotes.

This is the 2nd time that we've used Thunderbird Plumbing, and we will definitely highly recommend them to everyone! Jeff came out today and moved the plumbing lines in our backyard, which was no small task - he was prompt, efficient and incredibly affordable! Our first service with Thunderbird was an emergency call for a burst pipe, which they were incredibly quick and reliable! It's no surprise that they have the stellar review record on Yelp!

Mr. Mitchell and his crew have set the standard for plumbing companies in San Antonio.  I will not use anyone else!!  Keep up the great work!!!

They came out within an hour of my call.  I didn't expect them to, especially since the freeze recovery going on.  They replaced my water heater expansion tank and water heater drain valve, hooked up a dishwasher that I've been meaning to get hooked up and then checked my water lines.  In an out quick.  Great company!

Very reasonable pricing & they were efficient. My water heater went out & I chose them for replacement & install. I was glad I did! They are fellow parishioners at my church. Plus, master plumber certified, licensed & insured for peace of mind. Highly recommend!!

In the last ten days, our Family was in need of plumbing services.  Recently I became aware of Chris Tobar and his crew at First Aid Plumbing Services.  I contacted over the Thanksgiving Weekend & he took care of a leak I had at my Father In Law's Master Bathroom.  The work they did was very professional, minimized the cut they needed to make in the wall to solve the issue & fixed our problem.  Then I had him out to my personal residence because my master bathroom tub was not draining properly.  He sent out his crew out to me & solved my issue.  Fast, reliable & honest, you can't ask for anything more.  I highly recommend Chris Tobar and his crew!

These guys were great!  

I just wish my Dad would have called them first - the other plumber he called spent two days digging all around the house and still couldn't find the leak. These guys came in with the right equipment and experience and were able to identify the leak within a couple hours.

Samuel was our plumber and came out twice, once for an emergency issue that thankfully was not an emergency..and again to fix the actual problem. He was friendly professional knowledgeable and did outstanding work. Thank you Samuel!

I currently have a contract with this company for residential pest control but I know I am paying WAY too much for the service.  I will say, the people that they send to your home are very professional, timely and nice.  But, anytime you need a quote they send out the sales guy who tries to sell you overpriced services and insists you sign a stupid contract!  Annoying!  The accounting department has made multiple mistakes on my account (strangely, always in their favor, hmmm).

AND my husband just told me about this - on one occasion, we had a dead rodent in our attic, so we paid ABC hundreds of dollars (after we signed a contract of course) to come out and get the rodent out of the attic and plug up all of the vents in the attic and around the roof so no more rodents could get in.  A day later, a woman from ABC comes to our house stating it is in regard to the rodent issue.  She walks around our house and then tells my husband that we have lots of vulnerable areas around the vents that need to be plugged and then asks to go up in the attic to try and locate the dead rodent.  My husband is totally confused because he thought she was there to just check the other technician's work, like a quality control thing.  He explained that ABC had already come out and allegedly plugged all the holes/vents and taken the dead rat away the day before.  At that point she looked totally confused and told him that her dispatcher must have sent her to the wrong house and she took off.  What the heck???

Had Fred Wrights come out (Preferred vendor from our home warranty company) to fix a leaky sink, leaky faucet and septic drain issue in May 2012. As of October 2012, I still have 2 out of the three issues unresolved and the guy from Freds quoted $9,000 (!!) to dig under my slab and fix the roots that had gotten into the drainage pipe. I called a second company to come out and paid them $227 to fix without digging under anything. Dishonest and incompetent company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Some female said they'd be able to service our home the next day... the next day comes & she says they'd have to reschedule for the next day.... well that day comes & this dumb braud has the nerve to say they don't service our area (5 miles away).... my 3 kids went w/out water way longer than need be thanks to this company who asked for our address the day we set the apt up & never said they didn't service our area but proceeded to make an apt
