Another casualty of the polar vortex event 2021! Great customer service and due to the high demand for plumbers, I was kept informed as to when to expect my turn. I was called to verify I still needed a plumber and told they could be at my place within 30 minutes. Anthony and Reno arrived under 30 minutes, friendly, and both wearing face masks following the COVID-19 precautions. I had two broken pipes and the repairs were promptly completed. The water was turned on and they check for other leaks, luckily there were none. If I need a plumber in the future, I will definitely be calling 1st Call Plumbing Heating and Air.

My prayer was answered to find a great plumbing comapny with a fair price. I almost gave up finding a plumber without ripping me off. Then Ted called me returning my call, quoting an amazingly hard to belive price. Other companies gave me an estimate from $500-900 or more. He saved me hundreds of dollars with an superb service. He was very pofessional, knowledgeable, and courteous,  he knew what he was doing. He completed the job in a couple of hours. I am not looking around and hoping anymore. I found him. Awesome Service. Called at about 6 in the evening with a leak in my kitchen ceiling. He came out in about an hour. Made the best of the situation then came back the next morning to fix. Great guy who took the time to do it right. And he wasn't trying to up charge with other stuff. Gave honest answers to my questions . I had been debating some bathroom remodeling and he answered honestly which meant no extra money out of my pocket. I would gladly use this company every time.

I had a leaky main water line. I called Shamrock Plumbing and although very busy they were able to squeeze me in the next morning.  Patrick Feely showed up with two of his plumbers. We discussed the problem and Patrick gave his plumbers instructions and they went to work to bypass the leak and get the water to my house restored. Although it was cold and misting rain they never slowed down. It is very unusual for me to recommend a service or business but I won't hesitate to recommend Shamrock Plumbing.

We've been using Quest for over 20 years and Matt and his crew are top notch! I've had new toilets installed, leaks fixed and second opinions on home warranty lack service rip off artist's diagnoses. They've saved me thousands of dollars in costly repairs by just being honest. A while back they made a mistake and they didn't try to blame me or someone else they just came out and made things right. That's INTEGRITY for you. Today most plumbers think they are providing you a service and make you wait four-five hours for them to show up. Quest still keeps customer service first and foremost!

Carl came to my home to check for a water leak. His son put a pressure gauge on a hose bib. They were at my house 15 minutes. I was told that i did not have a leak; later that day found a leak in my sprinkler system.  They charged me $124.00. Beware

I never write reviews,  but with service like this, I had to!  After attempting to repair a leak myself, I had to call in the professionals.   I call several places and a couple came out to look.   Their estimates on the phone were no where near accurate and the price the quoted in person was ridiculous.   I was almost ready to give up when I called this team.   Not only were they able to get here faster than the others, they stuck to their price.  I am definitely going to keep this number and go to them first when I have a problem.  Amazing and respectable service.

I hired ALD for $575 to find a leak in my yard that was leaking 2 gallons an hour. They detected it under my driveway and so I had a company come in and give me a $ignificant driveway tear up quote. Thankfully I couldn't get the driveway work scheduled until next month and this past weekend the ACTUAL location broke 30 feet away from the blue mark they made in my driveway. It was NOT UNDER MY DRIVEWAY. I now have no leak and the problem is solved after a $700 emergency Saturday night repair. I have called ALD and informed them that I was unhappy with what has transpired.  On the call I asked to speak to the owner and I told them I was going to report my experience here. The receptionist was not concerned but did tell me someone would call me. I will report back if I am contacted.

Tietze Plumbing Inc really came to our rescue! The dispatchers were quick and efficient. We had our hot water heater go out! Walker and Travis brought pure professionalism, knowledge, skill and excellent communication to help get our water heater replaced as it had already had the temp controls replaced previously and was 14 yrs old so was ready to be replaced. All of my questions were answered and different options were fully explained! Extreme respect was shown such as always wearing their facemasks and cleaning up thoroughly afterward. I highly recommend this family owned and operated business, which we like to support. Great service and we had hot water same day. We will definitely utilize them for any future plumbing needs!!

If I could leave a review with zero stars I would.
Have called this company twice to see if they were willing to provide an estimate for plumbing repair on my parents nearly 50 year old home. Gave the receptionist an idea of what it was my father might be looking for and where they were located and she suddenly seemed unsure if they could provide an estimate in their area. She then informed me she would give the owner Gary my information and assured me he would call me back and let me know.
This was on Friday January 24th. Never heard back.
Followed up with the company the following week when I had some free time. Same receptionist answered the phone and after jogging her memory as to who I was she bluntly informed me the type of repair work my father was specifically asking for was not something they do. When I asked her why she very rudely informed me we just don't.
I then asked her if there was any way I could just get someone out to provide an estimate on the job the way they saw that it needed to be done, and again, rudely, she said we will not do the type of work your father is asking for. Again a bit more stern this time I infact asked the woman if she was a certified plumber, as to which she answered no and I said okay good so now that we have that established I really just wanted to get a professional out to provide an estimate on what you all thought needed to have done to fix their problem.
She again gave me the run around about, this Gary guy I have yet to hear from.
You either do or don't provide estimates to folks in Pleasanton, Texas....which is it?
Nothing like being drug through the ringer by someone that can't even answer that simple question.
If it's this difficult to get an answer for such a simple question imagine having issues with their work.

We purchased a home built in 2012 this last summer and expected it to be in good shape. Boy were we wrong. When the inspection is done, they don't look at the internal workings of your HVAC units, so you can't know there's a problem. We've had nothing but with ours. ABC has come to our rescue multiple times and gave us a no bs assessment of what was going on with our unit, and that it was still covered under warranty. We use them for all our of stuff now. Pest control, we had them wire cat5, and we'll probably have them replace our HVAC unit in the near future. They keep it running but there's only so much juice you can get from a lemon. Ramon, the most recent tech was amazing. He came out late a night to help us get our unit going again, and was super polite, and helpful. We'll definitely keep using ABC.

This company was procured through our Home Warranty company to come out and take a look at a leaking pipe we have after the winter storm.  Service request was put on 3/2 and a few days later they called to setup an appointment with their earliest time slot available, which was 8 days later.  We understand the winter storms caused havoc.  On the day of the appointment they called and said they will be here within 30 minute s but also told my wife they needed the service fee to be paid in cash.  This was news to us and it is not stated in our Home Warranty contract.  We questioned it and said we would get cash.  After I get home from leaving work early to meet the Flow-Wrong Plumbing, I get an email from Home Warranty stating a new provider is now on contract.  So after waiting a week and half we now have to contact the new provider to try and get this matter resolved.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Some female said they'd be able to service our home the next day... the next day comes & she says they'd have to reschedule for the next day.... well that day comes & this dumb braud has the nerve to say they don't service our area (5 miles away).... my 3 kids went w/out water way longer than need be thanks to this company who asked for our address the day we set the apt up & never said they didn't service our area but proceeded to make an apt
