Austex did a general check of the sprinkler system today and they were great! They cleared out many heads and replaced a few faulty ones. Technician was very nice and professional. I highly recommend their service.

Very honest, respectful, diligent and kept us in the loop of status on where they were to reaching my parents house. Despite the weather ordeal and weather they made it out in a timely fashion and fixed it on the spot!!!

Atlas Plumbing replaced a water heater within 5 days of their diagnosis. They were timely, courteous, and made sure the job was properly done and up to code. A couple days after the water heater was installed, one of the toilets coincidentally clogged. We called another plumber who couldn't unclog it and told us that it would require taking the entire toilet out at a charge of $400. We called Atlas right after that plumber came out, and they were kind enough to squeeze in a last minute look. They easily spotted the problem, got it unclogged within 5 minutes, and the most impressive thing of all was that they didn't charge a dime for the trip out nor the unclogging!! Louis said he just wanted to do the right thing, instead of trying to squeeze more money out of me. That alone just speaks volumes to their character. We definitely recommend their crew!

We had a MONSTER clog in our kitchen sink, and I tried four different plumbers to clear it. Only the fourth plumber got it cleared out by using their hydro-jet. We have old cast iron pipes, and they were very cautious using the jetter. It took them several hours, but they were able to clear out tons of old grease that had accumulated over decades. Their price for this service was reasonable, and they were able to come out the same day I called them! Amazing! I wish I had started with them from the beginning.

We had a plumbing emergency that involved a leak from our second story to our family room downstairs. Bluebonnet Plumbing came out the day we called! They are always professional, courteous, and friendly from the time you call to make an appointment to when they have diagnosed and solved the problem. After having another company come out to assess my Mother's sewer line issue, I decided to go in search of another company with superb reviews.  Clinton with Bluefrog came out the very next day as per my request to coordinate with my work schedule.  He was extremely professional and pleasant.  I described to him what the other company assessed and told him that I'd like a camera inspection and his assessment.  He did just that promptly and efficiently.  He showed the break in the line to me and educated me on the belly and the reason for some water collection near the break.  He performed the inspection with me right there and answered all of my questions.  He then provided an estimate for a spot repair and also an entire replacement.  While Bluefrog was a bit more than the other company who initially quoted, Bluefrog has ensured that they will use top of the line PVC and also provide a 10 year warranty.  Also, we positively liked Clinton.  We trust him and the company.  I have called this morning to schedule the repair with Bluefrog.  We are confident we've made the right choice.  I'll come back on and write a review after the repair is completed! So far, we couldn't be more pleased with Bluefrog and Clinton!

Scheduled for a look at a leak. Called and canceled 15 minutes after the block time.. I understand tough jobs come up and as a physician trying to juggle OR time and patients in clinic I know can't always be on time. But really tough in a two person working household to schedule something, get away from the hospital to be available and then to be cancelled on. Would've been happy to do a super late after hours appointment or weekend or something to make it right.

Did not receive what I paid for. Paid $1250 a week ago for a sewer map to file a claim with my insurance. They said I'd have the map within 2 hours. A week later, still no map, and I can't file on the foundation work that's cracked under my kitchen floor. I've called, texted and emailed, but no response. I am regretting I trusted them to do as promised.

Just had a water heater installed and this company jumped through ever hoop to accommodate us...from rescheduling the install to the morning because we were leaving town to taking off a line item that really wasn't necessary (their suggestion)...we have friends in the business who said they gave us top of the line heater and fixed things for a lot less than expected. American Home Shield sent them to us and we couldn't be more pleased with the price and service. Feel confident in calling them! Thanks Norma, Juan, and Angel!
