We have a well as our water source and a septic system for waste. Some of the plumbing installed over three decades ago is unorthodox but it works well, usually. We had a drain that began to slow coming from our kitchen sink and we called a number of plumbers. Frank Haston was the one who was able to come out quickly and so we used him. He answered his phone immediately and updated us as he fit us into his schedule. He arrived exactly when he estimated he would.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and said he could get the water flowing but he could not fix it correctly. After he got the water flowing again, he said we require hydrojetting which requires special equipment and special training. He recommended a few companies that do this and told us the key is the training more than the equipment. With older homes this process can damage your plumbing.

He then gave us a lesson on preventative maintenance for our system that will keep the plumber away. He charged us so little, that we wrote a check for more than his bill. Funny, since our first question when we started looking for a plumber was twofold. What is it going to cost to fix this and how much will he charge? You'd think this would be one number, but sadly we have all had the experience to know that these numbers can be quite different. I am so thankful for TrioPlumbing! They were willing to come to our house on the weekend to unclog a drain that was backing up and fix a pipe. (They were the third place I called.) They were great at communicating  and helpful! They gave us advice over the phone to try to see if we could do it ourselves. When it didn't work,  Frank scheduled us in. Awesome service!! Awesome service again from Frank of Trio plumbing. We woke up to a sink leak upstairs. We were panicking, Frank came out within 24 hours and fixed the leak effortlessly. Frank is very knowledgeable and efficient and doesn't try to upsell more work than is needed. He installed a kitchen faucet that we had bought at Lowe's. He was great to point out the features of the warranty on the faucet and made sure we saved the necessary information to take advantage of the lifetime warranty. I met him doing work at a house my daughter was renting and he solved a complex intermittent issue that they were having. He services as far north as Round Rock. PLUS it's a black-owned business.

Frank is an honest, reliable and talented plumber that we used for a clogged drain which required a repiping. I would  highly recommend  him.

Frank came out to look at my water heater,  gave me an estimate for repair. As they were working, they discovered a crack in the tank so it needed replacing not repairing. Frank was upfront about price, gave me a cost for labor, helped me pick out a water heater from Lowe's,  picked it up and installed it. This was AFTER 5pm on a weeknight!! Left my home clean and my final charge was exactly what he said it would be. Frank and Tony did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Trio Plumbing!

After not getting call backs from 3-4 other plumbers, found and called Frank at Trio Plumbing Solution. All I can say is Excellent service. Took my call, and discussed replacing my leaking water heater. Within 24 hours, Frank and his associate showed up and replaced my water heater. It's clear Frank knows his business -  personable, honest and does excellent work. Will definitely be calling Trio Plumbing in the future.

My water heater gave out on me so I called Frank at Trio plumbing. They came out same day to change out thermostat. Turns out that didn't fix problem so he came back next day to fix another part and didn't even charge me. Then we realized the water heater was defective and he installed a new one. His price to install was a fraction of what one of the big plumbing companies quoted. Frank is amazing. He treats his clients like family and is honest and professional.
