Even though they didn't think he would be able to solve my problem, he still came over, spoke with me answered my questions and helped me find the right professional to do the job. Contacted Ray to replace my kitchen faucet since the original one was still in there.  The house was built in the 60s.  It took a lot of work since original valves were pretty rusted.  Ray did an awesome job replacing the faucet and the garbage disposal. I definitely recommend him.   He's professional and was wonderful work with.  He's my new plumber!!

I have contacted West Austin Handyman twice now for a couple of pool issues related to damage that resulted from the freeze that happened a while ago. He responded quickly and did not waste any time to order the part I needed and have it installed.

The second time I was not in town, but he was willing and able to go to the house and diagnose the issue and again ordered and installed the part quickly.

I am looking to use him as my go to handyman for my rental properties due to his great communication and efficiency. I recommend others use him too.

Had someone come out and give a quote, only to never be followed up with our scheduled. I called 4 separate times asking if they simply did not want to do the job for us and was continually told by a woman on the phone that they would get back with me when they were off the other line. 48hours later and I've elected to go with another company. Listen to the previous reviews here and go with another company - these people do not know how to conduct a business.

I had water leak from the ceiling due to the great freeze last month.  I called so many plumbers and Confidence was one of only a couple that could give me an appointment within 4 days.  Orlando and his assistant Armando did a great job.  They took care to try to figure out what caused the water damage and were careful not to make any unnecessary cuts in the ceiling.  

In addition, they discovered another leak and carefully found the source and gave me all of the options to fix it.  They were very patient and thorough, and explained everything to me.  When they were done, they cleaned everything up.  I highly recommend these gentlemen and the company.  I could tell that they cared about providing high quality service.

I have had the awesome opportunity to have Fairway Installation install 3 major appliances, during a major kitchen renovation! Loved working with South by Plumbing! He was very efficient in getting to us and explained everything that was going on and what he was doing to fix it. I appreciated that since a lot of times people just say this is what it's going to cost and don't explain anything. We hired them to find a pool leak.  They did not find it though we paid them $2000.  It got worse and worse.  The auto fill is turned off and the pool is now down 2 ft.  I just called to have them come back out and they said it will be ANOTHER $2000.  This is criminal!

Had Elmers come out for the system check the tech really pushed a new unit, said mine was in super bad shape. Need freon that wasn't carried anymore, compressors were bad etc., said it would be over $700 Get it up to par, and could literally go any day.
 Any day turned out to be that afternoon because after he went up and checked everything he reversed the wiring which made my AC system stopped working. I know this to be a fact because I had another AC tech that I've used for years come out and said someone switched and reverse your wiring. Once he got everything wired correctly, he went and checked my unit and said I had plenty of Freon my compressors are running fine and the unit was good to go.
I called Elmers and told him that I didn't want anymore people coming out to my house, Because they were supposed to be coming out and giving me a quote for a new unit, I spoke with a young lady who said she would pass it up to her supervisor and never did, then I had someone else call me and verify my appointment, which I told them I didn't want explained why. He was sympathetic and sorry and ask What they could do to make it right. I told him nothing that lost a customer for life, and if you value your hard-earned dollar you shouldn't use this company
