Call them ..They are the best ..Austin sent someone to our home to replace an outdoor faucet that had been leaking .Great price and service .I called Austin on a Monday morning we had no hot water because in Saturday it was shut off by another plumber from our HW.Austin sent Mike out and we had hot water that night . Wednesday  Mike was here again for a problem with the AC drain line in the upstairs bathroom .There was another problem with the AC company did not want to come back out and I called Mike and he told me what to tell them and they came  back out for free to re-blow out the drain line .I love this company.Mike and Austin are amazing .

What a genuine, kind person.  Bob has returned my calls on weekends and nights, given me excellent advice and encouraged me to the point that I could fix my problem myself.  I know that I can count on them for the big things that exceed my capabilities.  This company is clearly a Rockwall, Neighborhood Gem.  No need to rely on big companies who throw a lot of advertising dollars at us...Master's Touch is clearly a first-class plumbing company who can solve most problems...and quickly.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Nathaniel is an extremely knowledgeable craftsman, he's transparent, has great communication, and is just an overall friendly person. He was upfront about costs and kept me updated as to what he was finding (I had a leak in my plumbing and unfortunately we had to take a larger chunk of drywall out than initially intended, but he told me ahead of time that might be a possibility and then when that was our last ditch effort to find the leak, he asked if that was how I wanted to proceed. And of course he did end up finding it and fixed it!)

Discussed problem with phone person who was very nice and positive. (At:  N TX PLUMBERS???)
Explained the problem and they accepted the job.
Refused to work on my copper drain line after arriving much later than the promised time.
This was a copper a/c drain line for condensation.
I paid them in full b/c that's what I do.

But, I would never recommend this company ...which was recommended by an a/c company (Rescue Air Heating and Cooling in Richardson TX) that doesn't work on copper drain lines.
They were recommended by my morning plumbers, (Dean's Plumbing) that don't do that.
And the A/C people , (Nick's Air Service) that I had out first thing in the morning assured me that it was a job for plumbers.
Previous freeze damage on copper pipes was plumbers.
Any answers?
Water pouring into all areas leaking through the ceiling.
Yard man was the winner of the day, followed by
my Junk Haulers who got an oversized fridge through the door in a couple of hours.

Meanwhile nobody has addressed or will address my main problem. How is this ok or legal?

Don't people take pride in anything?
My yard guy and junk haulers did.
And my neighbor is always great and provided the water cutoff tool so my house didn't flood when they removed the fridge.

Our master bath tub was leaking, and my neighbors had recommended Speake's so I gave them a call and set up an appointment. A few hours later I received a call bumping my appointment to the same day. Great! Garlan showed up and made us right as rain. Awesome guy btw! He was very attentive on making sure nothing else got dirty or wet. I suggest asking for him. Great service; will use them again if needed in the future.

Fast on the response!  Their plumbing team is friendly and up front with you.  Overall, a great experience!

These are some of the good guys! I've been through a lot of plumbers and they are honest, fair priced and on time. A second leak occurred immediately after a disposal was replaced and they came right back out and didn't charge again.

Awesome company to do the work.   I have had many issues with my plumbing that are never at a convenient time.  When I have called they have ALWAYS been willing to go above and beyond helping get the issue fixed ASAP.   Their prices can't be beat and are very fair.   Employees have always been respectful and helpful, can't say enough good things about this company.   Will continue to use them :)

Drip Doctor Plumbing is the best. The owner Dj is reliable, affordable, experienced and honest. He has done multiple jobs in our home and work done is great.  I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs

Randy helped my plumbing company find a very difficult slab leak that 2 other leak detections companies could not find.   I will continue to use these guys for slab leak detection as they are AWESOME.

My wife bought a policy from Choice Home Warranty which was a BIG MISTAKE cause their subcontracted plumber told us that the company DID NOT cover repair work outside of the home and that they would have to clear our vent trap by getting a machine to do it from the outside which would have cost us an arm and a leg !!! Well Folks, Derek from True Plumbing was not only ABLE to clear the vent trap through the attic saving us a ton of money, he also, gave us a Veterans' discount !!! TRUE PLUMBING, also, doesn't charge a service fee when they come out to give you an estimate !!!

You can tell they know what they are doing. Did a great job. I will use them again next time I need a plumber for anything.

These guys are Awesome! I filed a claim around 2pm one afternoon to deal with issues I found after tenants had moved out of my rental.  I filed the claim thru my Home Warranty with the expectation that it would be the next day before they called me back.  30 minutes later I had a call back and Mike was at the house to deal with the issue an hour later. He quickly fixed a leak at the washer connection and an issue with the shower faucet. Great job from an appreciative and stressed landlord!

We had a sewer back up on a Sunday morning. Amazingly, Icon was out within an hour and had it fixed in no time. Great service and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and will give them my future business.

Good Fellas responded to my text, made it to my house the same day and replaced my outdoor faucet at a reasonable price with professional. Don't hesitate to call these Good Fellas for your plumbing needs.

First visit they didn't fix everything because next day all drains were clogged again. Second visit, next day they made us a priority but if done thoroughly the first time there wouldn't of been a return visit. Not much respect for cleanliness, shoe booties not used.
On a positive note there was no charge, they fixed the problem and did get to the house before the end of day.
I would recommend them and use again but would suggest you are present and involved so you understand what they are doing to fix the problem. Make sure they use a scope when snaking.

Last November I had a slow leak in my hot water heater.  After having bad luck with two other plumbing companies that my home warranty company sent me, I called Micah's Honest Plumbing and they were absolutely awesome!  His wife was very helpful and Micah promptly showed up on the day and time scheduled.  Micah was so helpful in explaining everything that had to be done.  He took his time and did everything to perfection.  HIs work is above the rest when it comes to quality and he is very fair and honest.  I have since cancelled my home warranty policy and I will always use Micah's Honest Plumbing.  I have also referred him to my friends!

I srarted out wanting to give Olshan a 5 star review. The Olshan people are friendly, the work was exactly what I wanted. Robert Wise came out to do the measurements and explain what needed to be done. I highly recommend him, he answered all my questions and never judged if they seemed dumb since this was my first time dealing with foundation issues. All the Olshan people were courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I am very pleased with the work quality, and would recommend Olshan, just warn people they are not perfect.

They lost a star because when I came home there was dried urine all over my toilet, trash, used masks in my yard and bedroom laundry basket, scrapes and damage to my walls from where their equipment had banged up against it and tools left in my yard.

They lost another star because the plumber they promised would come out to run hydraulic tests and sign off on the foundation repair essentially ghosted me and the Olshan people did not seem to care. I called Olshan 4 times and emailed them 3 times to let them know and I never got a response. They emailed the plumber after I called, copied me on it so I was able to google the plumber for a phone number. I called the plumber directly and never got a call back. I asked Olshan for another plumber and never got a response. I ended up hiring my own plumber, but Olshan either needs to tell people to hire a plumber for the test or honor their word and get a reliable plumber.

After calling to simply schedule an Emergency Appointment with A#, they said I had to have a credit card on file for them to show up, but no problem we can see you today.  I said You cant just take it over the phone? NO Sir!  okay here is my email address to send the forms to. I said please have it here quickly because I have to leave in 15 min, they say we will have it to you right away. 15 minutes passes and no forms. I called them back 20 min later and they said  oh we are sorry we can send them now. I said I have already left for appointment and i am on the road. They said they HAD to have these form, so I turn around and drive back to see an email BUT it has no forms to fill out that should be attached to the email. SO i call back AGAIN and they get the finally get forms over to me, I fill them out and send them back right away. Call back 15 minutes later and they conform they got them and then say oh we are booked and cant come until tomorrow afternoon. 2 hours of my day wasted...  Called another local Farmers Branch company and they were here in an hour and fixed me right up..  So paying a high priced spokes person makes you cool? Just a friendly tip A#1, Stick to providing SERVICE and not trying to be something you shouldn't be..  Get cha some of that!!  WHEEEWW
