The best company around. I had a water heater start leaking on me this past Saturday. I called and Austin answered. Because I had family in town I needed it fixed right away. He assured me he would be out in a few hours. He came and replaced the heater himself so his techs could enjoy the weekend. His price was VERY reasonable and it looks 10 times better than it did when the house was built. Thanks so much CTX!

What a genuine, kind person.  Bob has returned my calls on weekends and nights, given me excellent advice and encouraged me to the point that I could fix my problem myself.  I know that I can count on them for the big things that exceed my capabilities.  This company is clearly a Rockwall, Neighborhood Gem.  No need to rely on big companies who throw a lot of advertising dollars at us...Master's Touch is clearly a first-class plumbing company who can solve most problems...and quickly.

Nathaniel with Peradventure Plumbing is my go-to for all plumbing needs. He has helped us for several years now with our rental properties and he's professional, knowledgeable, reliable, honest and all around just a wonderful guy. They are a local, family owned and operated business. Nathaniel has assisted us with so many projects from tough jobs fixing another contractor's shoddy work to small needs. The pricing is always fair for top quality work. I'm extremely grateful to have found Peradventure plumbing. I wish I could say the same of all the other trades that we use. If you're looking for a company with integrity, this is is.

We used these guys to make some repairs on our house as we are selling it.  Ricky showed up on time, I received a text letting me know when he would be arriving. He took care of everything on my list and was so nice about everything.  I would highly recommend NTX and we will use them again if we have a plumbing issue.

I had a plumber scheduled that cancelled out on me even though I scheduled a week ago. I called this company and they were here within an hour. It turned out to be a difficult job and the two plumbers were excellent. They completed the task and cleaned up and very professional. Would highly recommend!

Abe of Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating, and AC repaired the water main line to my home and I could not be happier with everything about his work and his demeanor! Abe was very professional, always on time, extremely knowledgable, and very clearly FAIR and HONEST (which is So, SO important to me!). Abe did excellent work on what was a fairly complicated job. I felt like I was in such good hands from start to finish. And that's exactly how I like to feel when somebody's working on my home. For me, that feeling of confidence and trust is worth everything! The support staff at Strittmatter was also completely above and beyond -- they were EXCEPTIONAL -- in regards to their personal approach, their kindness, professionalism, timeliness, helpfulness, you name it. I chose Benton plumbing because of there 5 star rating. Yes this company definitely deserves to be at the top. They weren't the first place I called. But from the moment you answered my call I was impressed. The lady listened to my problem and she was able to dispatch Ray to come out. He arrived on time and came prepared to take care of my issues. Five star for sure.

Wow! Incredible service and employees.  I thought I had a leak which would have cost thousands but Hole In One found out it wasn't the case.  We also thought my neighbor had a freshwater leak and turns out it was just a running toilet.  They saved both of us tons of money.  The guys took their shoes off in the house, kept everything clean and even fixed my front door as it would not stay closed properly.  I cannot recommend them enough!  Honest, fair prices, and quick service!

We had a plugged laundry drain. He was the only one who would give a direct estimate for repair and see us the same day. 20 minutes later, drain was unplugged same day and we were able to use it. Would recommend him wholeheartedly.

We had multiple plumbers out to our house to fix a toilet and they all recommended a very expensive double cleanout installed in the front of our house where the assumed the sewer pipe ran out to the street. Randy came, ran the camera, and discovered we already had a double cleanout on the side of the house through which he could access any point in the house. He saved us $7500, and getting our front yard dug up for no reason.  All the guys that came out from RWD were very polite and professional, and great to work with. And they were fair on price too. 100% recommend.

I had a pluming issue late at night. Called around 10:00pm, got an answer, a cost estimate as well as an estimate for an arrival time the next morning.
The service tech was prompt, friendly and did an excellent job.
I would recommend this company and will use then again.

It is so refreshing to have a plumber or any other tradesmen come out to your house and solve your major problem in the first two minutes. That is exactly what Michael Young did from Lex's plumbing in Frisco. I have used plumbers for the last 40 years and never have had such a great experience where I felt compelled to write about it. If you want great plumbing services and don't want to be ripped off. Lex's plumbing is the only place to call. Make sure you ask for Michael Young.

We had a bit of an emergency and ended up contacting Icon Plumbing after the home warranty plumbing company failed to show up twice. Condy and Ryan were both amazing!!!! Condy stayed late the 1st night ensuring everything he could do was completed for the night and Ryan went above and beyond coming out several times the next day to complete the repairs and ensure everything was working correctly. We ran into a bit of a glitch (not plumbing related), Ryan made sure we had a plan for getting someone out the next day to repair our other problem and did not leave until he was sure there was no safety issues. We will definitely use them in the future with no hesitation. Highly recommend!!!

Good Fellas responded to my text, made it to my house the same day and replaced my outdoor faucet at a reasonable price with professional. Don't hesitate to call these Good Fellas for your plumbing needs.

Will definitely call on again. I was not a scheduled appointment for the day so my appointment was late in the day. Nick T. was great. He was personable and told me everything he was doing.

Unfortunately, they refuse to finish work once they are stopped from continuously charging for more work.
We asked for a pipe inspection. It led to a cleanout installation contract (which we expected) during which they left open a pit full of sewerage for several days.  The original plan from them was to leave this pit open for a week or more, depending on their schedule.  After getting a second opinion they walked away from the job, charging for backfilling a hole that they left open.  Payment for these services was made in good faith.
I would not use them again, due to the lack of communication, the several days of back and forth, and the final walk away that has left a mess in our yard.  We could have resolved it amicably earlier, however the continual delays and eventual abandoment even after payment shows me they will not work on good faith, and only will work when more future work is promised.
Do Not Use.

If they had an option for 6 stars they would get it. We had shifty plumbing work done by J&K plumbing for a kitchen sink leak, after hearing from J&K that we broke the sink ourselves our warranty would not cover the repair. We finally called Micah's honest plumbing, Micah was in and out in no time and fixed the issue not only that he only charged us the amount we would have paid through our warranty. Now if that's not stand up service I don't know what is. Do yourself a favor and use Micah's honest plumbing for all your needs.

This is actually a review for Olshan Plumbing, which part of Olshan Foundation Repair but is not listed on Yelp. Home Depot uses Same Day Water Heater company to do its hot water heater installations, and they subbed the job out to Olshan.

I'm sad about this. I used to be a Home Depot girl through and through. But this was a disgusting experience. Hopefully this review will help others avoid a similar mess.

The licensed plumber Olshan sent out installed the hot water heater so that the door to the hot water heater closet wouldn't close, got my name wrong (and didn't correct any of the paperwork when I mentioned it), didn't introduce himself, had me sign the wrong forms (even after I pointed out that I was signing something on the 'contractor' line), couldn't give me a receipt (although finally hand-wrote a receipt at my insistence) and had nothing aside from his t-shirt to identify him from the company. I was less than impressed.

Oh -- and I bought the hot water heater pan at home depot ($20) to avoid the truck fees. The Olshan plumber said mine didn't fit, charged me almost $80 for a larger one and then crinkle-jammed it into the closet. I found out from another contractor that the plumber's hourly rate goes up if they sell you stuff off the truck. Lowe's had quoted me $70 total for hot water heater hoses, drip pan and valve connections. The nice folks at Olshan charged me over $250 for the same items. None of it covered under homeowner's insurance.

When I communicated all of this to both Home Depot and Same Day Water Heaters, they were 'very sorry' to hear of this. But it took a trip to Home Depot and over an hour of phone time to get Olshan to come back and correct the issue with the hot water heater installation positioning.

Lessons learned:
1. Buy from Lowe's (vs. Home Depot) & ask who will be installing the item.
2. Measure your hot water heater space (which I did, but then I didn't trust myself. Bad call). Buy your connection parts at the store, and bring them home. Insist that the installer use them.

This company seems like a scam.  They overcharge you on repairs to get you sign up for a yearly maintenance program to get a discount.   Once they have you signed up they come out an look for more problems and try to replace things that are working.  It is a really sad thet people resort to these kind of gimmicks.  What happened to honest, straight forward companies that put the interests of their customers first not their own pocket books.
