I can not say enough about Jeremy and Pathway plumbing.  Two years ago (with a neighbor's recommendation) he put in my hot water heater.   I called monday because my outdoor faucet had sprung a leak and he was at my home within a few hours.   He is kind, honest and does a fabulous job.  I'm so happy to find, support and promote small businesses!

I was very pleased with Kenny's Plumbing. The whole team was knowledgeable and friendly. From my understanding, Janice oversees the details and scheduling. Kenny and his sons do the work. The guys arrived at my place on time, as promised. They got right to work; explained everything to me, and gave me some options on next-steps. They were in and out most of the day/ I had a lot of fun with them all. We joked a bit. But when it came down to it, they got the job done efficiently. I was most impressed! I will continue to use them for plumbing needs and highly recommend them. I hope this review helps. Thank you.

Starnes Plumbing really is an honest company.  I had a leak in my yard a few months ago at the meter causing a $300+ water bill that had supposedly been fixed (twice) by another company over a three month span.  (A second company recommended a total replacement of the pipe from the meter to the house for an estimated cost of $2300 -- based solely upon my phone call. They never even looked at it.)  I called Starnes Plumbing first thing on a Monday morning, got a call back within 10 minutes, and Brett said he'd take a look that morning.  I got a text a few hours later stating that it was fixed!  I asked him his opinion about replacing the pipe to the house. Why? It's PVC. You have no tree roots encroaching on it. It was just a joint that was leaking.  Oh, and his bill was $140 less than the other company whose work he had to re-do. So yeah, Starnes Plumbing is the only one I'll ever call when I need a plumber.

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

You have to trust these guys. The are the best.

I had three different companies came for estimate and gave me potential solutions. Andy from 308 gave me the simplest and cheapest solution. The other guys either tried to intimidate me and then upsell a crazy job or just did not want to do this.

I was concerned that my existing wire would not work on the devices. Andy and technician Jim assured me my wires are completely safe and would not cause a fire. The other company came to tell me that sooner or later my house would catch on fires and it would cost 50k to replace those wires behind the walls because we need to basically tear the drywall apart. Andy did all the research for me and installed an extra fuse just to make me comfortable

I would not hesitate to call them on any electrical problem. These guys know how to do business with honesty and integrity.

Good news: They arrived at the time that they promised on the phone, and they fixed the problem.

Bad news: The job took far longer than it should have, and I was paying by the hour.

One star *would* have been my rating, but I am giving them three, as they were willing to negotiate with me on the price after-the-fact.  I sent a straightforward non-antagonistic letter to them 48 hours later (after we'd both had time to cool-off) and they did refund part of their original bill back to me.  I still feel that I was overcharged for the job, but at least it wound up being moderately high instead of outrageously high.

Painful lesson that I have learned: No matter how simple the job appears, do not let work begin without an estimate.  (And it was a simple job, not just in my own opinion, but also that of a city plumbing employee.  It is a mystery to me, even now, to understand why the job took as long as it did.)  Had I requested an estimate up-front, they would have been much more likely to quote a fair price, and stuck to it, regardless of how long the job took.  Live and learn.

Horrible service. Quoted fir a repair failed to make a repair then asked for a bill. Never fixed the issue didn't even diagnose the issue. Never communicated unless there was money involved.

I HIGHLY recommend All Aces Plumbing to anyone that wants to have high quality work done at an affordable price. Jeff's honesty and integrity is something you just don't see in the plumbing industry. With most companies, you'll deal with workers who really don't care about you or your home. With All Aces, you'll deal directly with the owner (Jeff) and you will not be disappointed!

Jeff's the only plumber I trust in my home and I've recommended him to all of my friends and family. He installed a water softener a few months ago and he took care of the entire process, from purchasing to installation and everything was as smooth as butter!

One of my water heaters finally went out last week. I didn't have a clue where to find someone to replace it. I searched Yelp and found GPS with 22 ratings....all 5 stars. I figured if the guy was shady or didn't do quality work, somewhere along the way someone would give him less than 5 stars. I know why he gets 5 stars now.

He was upfront on the phone about his pricing and what would be needed. His prices were reasonable and he was able to work with our schedule. He showed up early and I met him at the house to let him in and show him where both water heaters were. (We replaced both since they were both way overdue.) After that, I didn't have to do a thing. I went back to work and he stayed at the house and finished his work. When I got home, the only evidence he had been there was hot water coming out of the faucet again and two beautifully installed water heaters where the old ones were.

I'm sold. It's hard to find people you trust, and Steve is one of those guys. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

I had an appointment with Jose scheduled for an issue with my sink. When I spoke to him on the phone before the appointment, he was able to talk me through what the issue might be and explain to me how to test/fix it. His instructions ended up allowing me to fix what was a relatively simple issue, when he justifiably could've just waited until the appointment and charged me the service call fee. The fact that he prioritized helping me over his own financial gain speaks to his integrity and the fact that he can be trusted to have the best interests of the customer in mind--something that is rare. I would highly recommend Cuellar Plumbing, and would be happy to use the company again if I have future plumbing needs.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.  After changing plumbers from another local plumber we had been with for decades.  I simply cannot imagine ever using another plumber.  We have in recent months had a bevy of plumbing issues.  One of which was to fix the original fix by our former plumber and it was a fraction of the price for twice as much work,

And now, as I write this we are having our hot water heater replaced.  They worked us into their already busy schedule.  Our plumber actually came with a new hot water heater.  

Their prices are competitive and still better work and less expensive.  They are worth every penny and take great pride in their work.

Kris with The Prosper Plumber is amazing! He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I have used Kris a few times now for various things around the house, water heater replacement, new faucet in my kitchen, and general clogs. I wouldn't trust anyone else in my home!

These guys were awesome!  I have had lots of work done on our house which means I've had dealings with many inappropriate or rude handymen, contractors and plumbers but this was my best experience in the 8 years we've owned our home.  They were respectful, they called when they were on the way, got the job done quickly, and were very professional.

I called B+D Plumbing to get an estimate on a new hot water heater, Bill gave me a price and scheduled the install within a few days.  Bill and Daniel went the extra mile to install an 11yr old water heater that had never been drained. I learned my lesson!  They were fast, very neat, professional, on time, friendly and respectful.  This is a 5 star company and I highly recommend B+D Plumbing.

They called me back to see if they could help through the initial issues which I am impressed by. I didnt get any work done but its obvious they wanted to fix the problem and try and help me. I'd give them another chance in the future. Thanks Sara for calling me back and for your attention.
