If you need any plumbing services. I would highly recommend you check out o'bryan's first before any other company. They are the most honest folks in the plumbing business.  No crazy charge just to come out and look at your issue either. They have 5 out of 5 reviews for a reason, they are exceptional!  These are the folks I'll tell the kids of my kids about. Great company, great team full of kind honest folks.

The plumber is not professional and not honest .  

1) not honest
   My case is a bathtub backed up issue, the service call is  $129 , fixing the clog is $3xx, and he tried to sell me reposition the toilet for $4xx., total is $8xx.  I have to call back to his management team and negotiate to take the $129 service down.    Of course I rejected the toilet reposition, it's not necessary and charge ridiculously.

2) not professional
  The issue happened again after 2 weeks.  If it's been clear completely, the drain won't clog again in the short period of time.

3) I give credit to the receptionist, she correct the service call charge .

Matt arrived same day I called and diagnosed and fixed my hot water issue quickly. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Completely recommend him!

No words can express how grateful we are for Pure Plumbing's awesome plumber, Ryan, whom we had the pleasure of meeting today. The company was very responsive in providing exactly what we needed. We spoke with manager Jared over the phone to schedule our first appt and he was very helpful in explaining the process and letting us know what to expect. There were no surprises. When Ryan was here, he was thorough and detailed and very friendly and kind to us. We really do appreciate their customer service and down-to-earth approach and certainly wish that there were more companies and contractors around here who can operate with the same attitude and professionalism as these guys. Definitely keepers and happy to know them as our go-to plumbers!

Called out Schrader again this week to work on another issue. Prompt return call and quick response. They repaired the leak , which was pretty tricky since it was right at the water meter, on my side of course. They took photos for me so I could address the very high water bill from the City and gave me a detailed billing receipt that described the issue. These folks are professionals in every sense of the word.

Accurate Leak & Line are highly recommended.  We had a suspected sewer line leak under the slab of our home.  We contacted a different plumber first and they conducted a static test and saId that we had a large leak.  I decided to contact Chad at Accurate to do further testing based on their reviews on Yelp.  Chad determined that we had no serious leak at all and did not recommend further testing.  An honest man!  Accurate specializes in leak testing and repair and not general plumbing.  I would strongly recommend them if you have any kind of suspected plumbing or sewer leak.

A late review but one I need to give due to the great service provided by Staggs Plumbing.

Last year after purchasing my house I had them come to look into issues with the shower controls not turning well. In the process of this, they found that my hot water heater had sprung a leak. They gave me a quote for the replacement as well as the work to replace the shower controls which were 30+ years old.

After researching a bit further I went with Stagg's and I am grateful I did so. The replacement for the hot water heater was pretty standard, but the shower controls turned into another ordeal. The hot and cold lines were plumbed opposite of what they should have been. In the end, it took multiple hours of work to get the shower controls installed with the correct plumbing, and they didn't charge me a penny more despite quoting me based on a much simpler job. I can't imagine many other companies would have stuck to their original quote even though they had to spend significantly more labor for the task than anticipated.

The hot water heater replacement was also handled excellently including additional safety installations and getting the permit handled. Over 6 months later and all of it has been working perfectly.

Very satisfied with the work, and even more satisfied with their fair business practices to not upcharge when faced with a more daunting task. Highly recommend, and I certainly plan to use them again.

The guys are great!  We did a full kitchen and master bath remodel on our new house.  This company was referred to us by a friend.  From the time they came to do the bid to the very end (6 weeks later!!)  They were great!  They had to make many trips to our house as we moved some plumbing and had to replace some things.  They were always willing to work me in on short notice, and always showed up and on time to the pre-planned work days!  We had some pretty tough work, especially in the bathroom (adding shower lines and rough in for specialty tub and faucets), they did a fantastic job and even cleaned up after themselves everyday!!  They communicated with me about every detail (they seem small, but if the tub is off centered by 1 I would notice!)  They worked with my over obsession with everything having to be just perfect....and they actually seemed to understand why I was so concerned about all of the finishes being a certain way!
One thing Angie's list does that I like is the amount spent...we spent about $4000.00 (to let you know we had quite a bit of work...)

I would recommend Professor Plumb to ANY ONE!!!  For everything from a clogged toilet to jack hammering concrete, these guys really did a great job for me!!

Mike and JJ were super nice and on time. A little pricer than other places I had inquired, but they were the ones who would be able to fix my water heater the fastest. I got SUPER lucky they had a cancellation. (Called Monday, out Thursday. Everyone else is at least a week)

Problem was self diagnosed (Temp & pressure release valve leak), but don't think I would have been able to fix it myself in the same way they did...it included a blow torch and copper piping.

Mike gave me some tips on my (older) water heater and a rough estimate of how much it may cost if I have to change it soon. I'm just hoping to have it hold out until I move to Hawaii in 4-5 years.

I would call them again, especially if they had the earliest opening.

This morning Jeremy Wilkerson cane to my house to fix a clogged sink. Jeremy was very professional, he was promt, considerate and was very knowledgeable of his job. Other plumbing companies I have used never displayed this professionalism. This spoke highly of him as an individual employee and the management that runs this great company. Stan was quick to respond to my Yelp inquiry, and came out to see us the same day - days before anyone else was available. Repairs were fast, clean and courteous. Price was as quoted and very fair. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. The 30 day warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. Stay away from this company.

What a great company. In a world of missed appointments and hidden costs, Anything Plumbing is the breath of fresh air.

I had a leak that seemed simple enough, but with limited time and knowledge, I just could not get my situation corrected. Enter Anything Plumbing. Going in and out of meetings, I played phone tag with them and I finally made contact around noon. It took me five hours to nail someone down, but I really appreciated the effort the guys at Anything Plumbing made to stay with me.

Once connected, it was just as I feared. They were booked solid. I thanked them for their time and honesty and just as I was about to hang up, they made a suggestion to take pictures of the problem when I got home after work and send them the pictures to see if they could help me. I was stunned.

I went through my work day and I got home and did just as they asked. Within minutes, they called me and gave me some tips. I tried and failed and called them back to thank them and call one of the big companies. Then I heard them say, wait, where do you live, because I think I am heading your way.

At 6:45 PM (check their hours), I heard a knock on the door. Five minutes later, after being nice to my two kids and my dog, I was quoted two prices with an explanation that there was a good and bad scenario. I told him I would pay whatever and he went to work. After a running to the store for special parts, my new best friend explained to me that I would be getting the low price and that I was extremely fortunate to be saddled with minimum damage. Not true. I was lucky because this company took the time to work with me until 8:00 PM! Who does this these days?

Pretty nice story, huh? Well, it doesn't end there. We ask him another question and soon he is thoroughly checking our other issue...at no charge.

Life changing. I just had to write to establish that this company is great and give them my highest recommendation.
