I used the BBB rating of A+ and Yelp Reviews to select O'Byran plumbing. I am 67 years old and always want to get a great deal but more so I want a fair price and quality service. I got great work and both Reece and Mark were smart and worked hard. They knew how to communicate and took care in their work.
I had a lot of work done and much of the cost was related to cutting out dated pipes out and re-plumbing. Not a small job. 5 different projects that were all done well.
I do not do a lot of reviews but this company does it right.

I was able to buy my own fixtures and they installed them. They cleaned up and I would use them again. This was not a small job that they did in 8 hours.

Gary came out to check out my AC.  He quoted me a new unit for $18,500.  Luckily, I kept looking around and got the issue fixed for $750.00  The only thing that was wrong was I had a leak in the coil.

Quick service and very responsive, no up selling or scaring you into more work, we've used them for three jobs now and they've been quick to reply, on time for their service and fair with their price.

We contacted Schrader Plumbing to get a pipe repaired as well as an estimate for a possible complete pipe replacement. Rafael came out for the estimate - he was very prompt (they gave us a window of 8:30-12:00 and he arrived at 8:30 on the dot), courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. After inspecting our plumbing he determined the overall piping was in working shape and the only issue we had was the pipe we needed repair for. It was refreshing to get a company that does fair assessments and does not try to tack on services/repairs you don't need. He was able to do the repair the same day. Very pleased with the service we received! Thanks!

I would 100% recommend Chad and his team at Accurate Leak and Line. Having a below the slab plumbing leak is an expense nobody wants to undergo, but it is a necessary repair.  Chad is a man of exemplary integrity. He went over and above to get my extensive problems fixed and fixed correctly. His team was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and skilled. I feel very comfortable knowing the work was done properly as they were always available to update me along the way.

Called and sent an email to Skaggs about having some work done. They say response time is one day for an estimate (wrong!).  I had to call and remind them of their statement they will get back in one day with estimate.  So finally someone calls from Skaggs after my call back to them and he gives me an outrageous price over the phone.  I declined. I cannot use a service that is so difficult to deal with.

he was good at his job. and on time.  and he is good with prices.  this stupid app wants me to keep writing. if you need a plumber just call him.  cheers m8

Jason and his dad came to fix our plumbing issues the same day when we called them right before the holidays. They were available and arrived within a few hours. We had three issues and they got all addressed and fixed in less than two hours. They were friendly and we appreciated them coming on such short notice. The only thing we weren't sure about or got a answer on was what their warranty guarantee was on their work. Otherwise satisfied!

Orlando came and fixed my bathroom sink. He showed me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He was professional and did a good job. He maintained a safe distance and wore his mask which I appreciated. Will use them again.

To clarify, Tracy Morgan called in the request for us. She paid the $225, had one unsuccessful visit and could not receive any communication afterward despite multiple calls. We have gotten the work done with another contractor.

I called Absolute plumbing after looking at their website, which touts a return phone call in thirty minutes. Well, it has been 5 days and still not phone call. We needed a water heater replaced, so it was pretty urgent. We ended up going with Imperial Plumbing in Denton.

Helped with a slow draining drain. Very responsive and very nice. I had some confusion over billing and he was quick to help.

Black Tie Plumbing really came through for us today!!! We called and in 30 minutes they send a plumber over to fix our bathroom faucet he was in and out in 30 minutes as well..Plumber was really nice and explained the situation and what he did to fix it thoroughly. He responded quickly to our message and originally said he could come first thing in the morning.  Since the clog was in our mainline, we asked if he was able to come out that day and he was at our house within an hour to unclog our mainline.  He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great company. I'm out of state and had them go over and look at a water leak in my front yard. They did, called me, sent me photos, fixed the leak, sent me an invoice via email. Reasonably priced also. I absolutely will be using them for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I've used Direct Source twice and both times Wes has been courteous, solved the problem quickly, answered my questions thoroughly and I honestly feel the price has been fair.  
My ONLY point of unease is that, both times, it's suggested I do or buy something else that would ensure immediate future business. I know every business has to make money but I never know what REALLY has to be done and what is superficial.
Regardless, it was a good overall experience both times.
