O'Bryan sent someone out to investigate a leak, but it turned out to be a super easy fix.  He charged so little that it definitely wasn't worth the trip.  No complaints at all!

I called Rescue Air to get a second opinion, since we were potentially facing a very expensive replacement of our two HVAC systems.  First we spoke with Charlie O, who was very professional and took the time to discuss our issues and needs in depth.  He determined that we needed to get a technician onsite with the appropriate tools and instruments for a detailed assessment of our systems.  The very next day, Dean D was able to come and evaluate our systems and reassured us that it looked like they were in decent shape and we shouldn't have to replace anything yet.  Although both Charlie and Dean could have convinced us we needed significant repairs or replacement, they gave us honest assessments and feedback and established their trustworthiness, which we appreciate tremendously.  We will be using Rescue Air going forward.

I had an issue with a hot water heater on a Friday night and Matt called me back right away.  He walked me through a few steps to take/troubleshooting and really helped me out.  I would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue.  Very helpful!

Today I requested a quote for what I though might have been a leak under my foundation. They replied super fast and sent someone out within an hour, keep in mind it's a Saturday. They came out and took a look and checked my water meter and were able to confirm it was not a leak and nothing to worry about. They didn't charge me anything. I was super impressed by them all around. If I ever do have a real issue I will for sure be calling them. Everyone was great and pleasant to work with. Thank you guys!

Accurate Leak & Line has such a great team!  We had a busted pipe in our front yard and they were so professional over the phone as well as in person. Their pricing is very reasonable. Everyone with Staggs was great. From the first conversation, everyone was  quick to respond and on top of all the questions I had. Not only did they provide a competitive quote, but they did the work quickly and with quality. This project was for a bathroom remodel, so there were multiple steps between each inspection (plumbing, exhaust vents, new/multiple water lines, shower pan) and all parties at Staggs did a great job with that as well. At one point in the process something out of everyone's control happened over night, and the guys were here at the crack of dawn to fix the issue. Last point that must be said, given that it's the time of Covid - they were very respectful and courteous with regards to protecting me and themselves.

I would highly recommend and I'll be using them for future plumbing needs, too! Thanks to all that I worked with on this adventure!

We've found a plumber! Blue came out today to install a new kitchen faucet. He was on time, neat, and knew exactly what he was doing. His pricing was more than fair.  Would recommend Professor Plumb to anyone looking for a professional, responsive and fairly priced plumber.

The Rheem water heater was leaking, this was the second water heater in less than 4 years.  I bought the 1st Rheem in 2015 and in 2018 it leaked and had to be replaced. When I Filed a  warranty claim with Rheem, they said parts and labor were the only thing I had left and I had to hire a plumber to take it back to home depot and get another one.
I started freaking out!  I found Jason on a Google search for Garland plumbers.
He popped up on the list, although he's not in Garland, I called him and and he was in my neighborhood and was able to come out that same day.  He unhooked the old water heater took it back to home depot I actually got my money back and will never buy another Rheem ever again.
he bought a quality brand that he says doesn't go out like the Rheems and installed it same day. Though it cost me more money to do that I feel better cause I don't wanna rain ever again. It's actually more costly to spend that much money every few years on a bad water heater. Jason stuck to his quote and was very helpful and friendly in a difficult time.  By the way 2 other people returned Rheem hot water heaters on that same day.

If you live in the DFW area and need a Plumber, call this company first.  No games, they will come out for minimum fee and give you a quote, as well as keep you updated throughout the process. Customer Service from start to finish is Outstanding!!!!!!

Hubby and I discovered a leak on a Saturday where a patch of our master closet carpet was soaking wet.  A local plumber indicated that he was afraid that we may have a slab leak, and will need to call someone with the right equipment.  I found Leak Whisperers, and left a message.  When we received no response by the end of day, I went online and made an appointment for 8a Monday morning.  Got an email from the office manager later in the morning on Monday asking me what I needed.  Via email and two messages, I asked for someone to please call me because all we know is that there is water flowing in the closet.  It took almost the entire day for someone to respond to me.

The next day, Cody, was sent to our house and was told that the toilet needed repairs.  Totally incorrect, and it felt like despite trying to talk to someone, I was totally ignored.  Cody found the source of the leak, but had to leave to get proper materials for the fix.

Cody was great and fixed the damaged water line.  The annoyance is that we were charged per hour for the fix.  Because Cody was sent with the wrong information, we paid for him to go out to shop for the right materials.  The work was over $400.00 and pretty pricy.

It took over a week for the office manager to send the invoice.  Cody was brilliant, but the office manager could have had better communication.  The price is high for everyday plumbing needs.

Mike and Jason came back out today and completed a job for me.  The problem was much worse than we expected.  They did a very thorough replacement of a complicated sink tub and shower connection.  They showed up slightly ahead of time which was just fine, way better than being late! The price was fair and the work was completed within 2 hours. These are honest hard working guys. Nice to use a contractor of any kind who is timely and honest..
