We were looking to replace 4 toilets and had several plumbing companies respond. Not knowing anything about the process, choices or pricing, William took the time to patiently answer.

We did not replace them yet. When we do, we will certainly use O'Bryan Plumbing. This review will be updated after the installation is complete.

Customer service defines a business and for our interaction, this was 5-star treatment.

Excellent service. Timely, accurate and accessible. The owner was available by phone to answer questions before sending a service tech out. Great customer service!

He will answer at any time and is willing to give very good advice over the phone if he is already on a job. It's very hard to find a plumbing company that will do both of those things. And even harder to find someone who's honest about their prices and service time. I would definitely recommend him if you have a need for a plumber.

Ok - these guys go way, way beyond the extra mile. I had Jeff and Trevor come over and they not only a) arrived on time, b) fixed what we contracted for before the time way up, but c) did three extra jobs that saved me a lot of money and a lot of hassle.

I'm 62 years old - I've worked with a lot of plumbers, but none as reliable, hardworking, and accommodating as these guys from Schrader. There may be other good ones out there, but you're not going to go wrong, or be sorry, calling  this company. A++ rating, from me.

Having a busted sewer line possibly more than 15 feet under your driveway is a scary thing. The thought of spending thousands of dollars with a company that you don't know on a problem you can't even see is even scarier.  I talked to several companies. Some said they could fix it, but cutting and replacing the concrete would be up to me.  Some told me they could do the concrete work, but that it would never match the old and I should expect to not use my driveway for 3 weeks.  Some couldn't even tell me exactly WHERE they thought the leak/break might be -they'd just have to dig it up and see.  Thankfully, I found Accurate Leak & Line.  I read the reviews and decided to call. Best decision I ever made! I worked with Christian and he was positively AWESOME.  I could tell from our first meeting that he was a pro and I immediately felt a sense of relief knowing that I had found a 'good guy' and a reputable and reliable company that could fix my problem. He came out immediately and provided a quote the next day.  When I was ready to begin the job, he walked me through every step of the process.  I'm a gal that asks a LOT of questions (what if this or that happens?) and when I called him with my questions, he always responded promptly and took time to ease my concerns.  When Christian got here on Day 1 of the job, he re-scoped the line again to try to pin-point the exact location of the leak.  Since it (possibly/HOPEFULLY) wasn't too far from the edge of the driveway, he instructed the excavation crew to dig down, then UNDER my driveway in an attempt to get to the line WITHOUT having to break up and patch the concrete driveway!  The thing that really impressed me was that even the excavation crew (who are not their employees, but who they exclusively use) were professional, courteous and meticulous in their work. This says a lot about Accurate Leak and Line's standards. In about 5 hours, these guys dug a 9 foot hole, then tunneled 4 feet under the driveway and dug directly to the broken sewer line!  Talk about ACCURATE!  I gave them my camera and they took pictures of the broken pipe for me. Day 2 - their plumber Abel came and cut the broken pipe and after wrestling with a completely clogged other end, pulled out something that looked like a tree trunk that was about 30 long! He fixed the pipe and ran his camera in the line, showing me where the new, clean pipe was and making sure that there weren't any other clogs or breaks. The next day Christian came and ran a 'hydro' test to test yet again that there were no leaks.  He waited here for my city's inspector to arrive for the inspection.  The very next day, the excavation crew returned to fill the hole up.  They carefully packed all the dirt back, soaking it with water every few inches and tamping it down hard to ensure it was packed down tight. Remarkably, there wasn't any dirt left- they got it ALL back in!  They raked the yard, hosed off the driveway and were done in 4 hours. 4 days start to finish and my sewer line is working AND, my driveway is intact! Would I have rather spent this money on a trip to the Caribbean?  You bet.  No one wants to spend money on something you can't see - but obviously the problem was bad and needed to be fixed.  And thanks to Christian and the great guys at Accurate, they turned a 'dreaded' situation into a positive one as I know the job was done right, at a fair price and without a hitch!  Thanks guys- y'all are the BEST!

Will never do business with this company.  They showed up to my house to give me a quote never mentioned it would cost me anything just to get a quote.  Had the upfront cost for a quote been discussed with me then maybe but to be honest there are plenty of plumbers who actually want to earn your business who will not charge for a quote.  Do your self a favor, call someone who isn't going to Nickel and Dime you.

We've found a plumber! Blue came out today to install a new kitchen faucet. He was on time, neat, and knew exactly what he was doing. His pricing was more than fair.  Would recommend Professor Plumb to anyone looking for a professional, responsive and fairly priced plumber.

THE BEST! Cannot recommend highly enough. Would give them 10 stars if possible!! My hot water services died in the middle of the night, and HC Edwards plumbing replied instantly to my early morning yelp message for help, and took care of everything. Honest service and pricing, personal attention, and importantly, great follow-up.

Because of a new difficult installation it took several visits to complete the work but Deans made it work. Owners really involved and back up work. I can recommend them without hesitation

The plumber, Bryan, who came to our home was very polite, and more importantly he did the job quickly which was important since labor is paid for by the hour. He over estimated how much it would cost to complete the repair, so it was a pleasant surprise to have a lower bill than expected and also showed integrity. Very quick response to my inquiry late in the day Sunday when our hot water heater pilot would not relight. Stan was out the next day and fixed the problem. He even checked in after the service call to make sure the hot water heater was still working and that there were no issues. Rapid response, problem fixed, and reasonably priced. I will be using Rely On Master Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

Pelayo is my first choice in plumbing everyday of the week. They are prompt, reasonable and clean. Not much else to say. They are the best!

I've used Direct Source twice and both times Wes has been courteous, solved the problem quickly, answered my questions thoroughly and I honestly feel the price has been fair.  
My ONLY point of unease is that, both times, it's suggested I do or buy something else that would ensure immediate future business. I know every business has to make money but I never know what REALLY has to be done and what is superficial.
Regardless, it was a good overall experience both times.

I'd like to add my accolades to these folks. Had to have the two hot water heaters replaced in my attic after one failed after nine years of service.  Guess that's about their lifespan in Texas. Got several quotes and believe me when I say these guys came in thousands less than the big name guys around town. They installed the same equipment in a timely  and professional manner. I learned that these are the only folks I'll call for my future plumbing needs!!  My highest recommendation!
