The technicians just left my home and I wanted to provide feedback on their service.
I preface my remarks with the fact that I am a claims manager for a large carrier and I deal with contractors, vendors, and plumbers on a day-to-day basis.
The technician (and trainee) were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They listened as I explained my situation and gave their opinion and options available. It felt like they made me a part of the process, which I appreciated. After they fixed the problem they provided their expertise once again by giving me information about a preventative measure I could take to keep the issue from reoccurring.

They came out the same day I reached out to them they got the toilet working and found the underlying issue. I had old cast iron pipes that were falling apart and caused numerous backups. They had a team come out the next morning to dig up and replace the pipes with pvc. They gave me financing options. Altogether, great company very helpful and transparent.

Had an emergency leak in my W/D connection box, and thankfully was able to find Matt via yelp to help me out on the fly. To make matters worse, I wasn't even home.

It didn't matter though bc i had someone let them in, and they were able to get on site and repair the issue within a few hours. Solid pricing too! (Didn't ruin my weekend :)

Definitely my new go-to in the DFW area for any plumbing needs.

Our experience with Pure Plumbing has been exceptional. Their frontline customer care representative, Destiny, is professional, polite, and helpful. Our service reps, Chase B. and Uriel A. were impressive with their knowledge, honesty, and courteous respect for our time. We highly recommend this company to solve your plumbing needs!

First called a different company that did not touch the water heater and told me it was broke, then said they do not deal with Rheem warrantee and it would be 3,000.00 for a new WH. Long story short I got rid of that company and called Schrader Plumbing. I explained what I was going through and they advised they deal with Rheem warrantees a lot. Tech's showed up same day, were very knowledgeable. Called Rheem got the part delivered we needed free of charge.

Most important thing I can think of in business, this company has... Client facing tech's that are honest and care. They took things apart and kept investigating, narrowing down the possible causes of why it was not working. They fixed the nearly new water heater and saved me 2,800.00 from the other shady company.

This is a company you can TRUST and if I ever have plumbing issues again... they are my first call! Thank you so much guys!

Slab leak in a 1979 old house. They got the job done in a timely fashion. Gave a rough quote prior to starting the job. Overall good experience. Would recommend

Absolute criminals.  Please do not use these guys.  I called them instead of my normal plumber because these guys were readily available on an urgent repair.  They recommending replacing the sewer line in the yard which was already PVC (which I was unaware of), which of course did not fix the issue but they happily charged me $5.5 K, - the issue was the cast iron piping underneath the house.  I wasn't made aware at the time that the repair would stop at the house so several weeks later, when the same back up happens, they informed me of the house to alley mis repair but then stated I likely had two problems.   Of course the plumber that diagnosed the issue is no longer an employee for them.  Great.  How is it they have so many positive reviews on yelp?

All it says is how great your emergency services are and I just called and was told the earliest they could help me was TUESDAY. Seriously? I told her we can't use the toilets without the water pouring into my backyard. Very helpful. Thanks for nothing. I would not recommend calling these folks if you have an emergency.

As  you know, a plumber can cause more problems than you ever anticipated and leave you shaking your head.  But I hasten to say,  HC Edwards Plumbing/Jason was the best we ever experienced. They were totally thorough and  showed excellence in everything that they did.    They ensured that you understood every step they had to take and what, if any additional steps would be needed.  As the job they  had to perform at our home was during a very cold weather snap, they even brought in additional heaters to ensure  we stayed warm.  So, if you ever want a complete, satisfying plumbing job ,HC Edwards Plumbing will be the Company you need to call.

This is a dirty story.

I had a floor tile installation project for 3 bathrooms
which would take 2 days. The installers noted that they could remove and replace the toilets as part of their service, and that this was usual and customary for installations. I even watched Home Depot videos on how easy it is to remove and reinstall a toilet. However, my townhome was built in the 80's and I had just had some other plumbing issues that Dean's resolved (and did a great job of it), and felt more assured if a licensed plumber would take care of it.

Make no mistake, it is expensive (for my budget) if a licensed plumber does this. So, I took the question to the man himself--Mr. Dean. I emailed him why their cost for the task was about 3x higher than what the installer was charging (who did not use licensed plumbers, but just the tile installers themselves). He responded in detail, which I appreciated, and I decided to proceed with having them remove and reinstall the toilets.

Now, this meant I had to coordinate times with Dean's team and the tile team. Holly (on Dean's team) was a pro with helping me and trying to be as flexible as possible--and make sure I didn't have to go without an available potty. There were some hiccups along the way on the tile team side--as there always are with reno projects--but Holly was understanding and we figured it out. Billy was the plumber who actually did all the dirty work and was exceptional. He arrived promptly on both days as scheduled and was instructive and meticulous. Everything was spotless when he was done and even more secure than before. Overall, I'm very happy with the result and feel it was all worth it.

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! Stan is wonderful. You will not regret calling him! He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and will teach you how to take care of your plumbing. Incredible to find such a sincerely honest plumber and one who genuinely cares about doing things the right way. We will never call another plumbing company. Stan is our man!

We called him this afternoon because our water heater was leaking from the hot water exit pipe above the tank and he came out within just a few hours to take a look at it. We appreciate him so much!

This is a fantastic plumbing company.  The plumber showed up 30 minutes early, took his shoes off before entering the house, didn't smoke, used respectful language, installed better parts than what was provided with the toilet set, did efficient work, explained all charges, and the bill was more than fair.  I had a toilet (that I purchased) perfectly installed, with a new flange, new intake, and the old toilet hauled away for 215.  Great work fellas!

Very good worker. Our service man was Tyler, and he came out quickly and got the job done efficiently. We had some leaking from our old toilet on the second floor, and it needed a new wax ring. Tyler led us through the process, letting us know at every step the cost of each procedure. He also let us know what it would cost to replace any parts that may be needed in the future. He fixed our problem easily, and was done in a jiffy. We will be calling this company for future repairs.

Christopher has all of these 5 star ratings for a good reason.  He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable.  He diagnosed my issue and fixed it quickly and didn't leave a mess.  I could tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, and he replaced my old parts with better materials than were used in the original construction.  All of this, and I would have expected to pay much more than I did.  

I will definitely call Christopher for any plumbing needs that we have, and I will also recommend him to anyone needing quality service at a reasonable rate.
