O' Bryan definitely lives up to its 5 star reputation. They just completed a large plumbing project this last week that consisted of tunneling underneath the house and replacing broken pieces of cast iron plumbing with PVC. The price was reasonable for the size of the project. They were respectful, quick to respond, and fast and efficient workers. They also want out of their way to do a few extra things for us. Highly recommend if you live around the Allen area.

I called Rescue Air to get a second opinion, since we were potentially facing a very expensive replacement of our two HVAC systems.  First we spoke with Charlie O, who was very professional and took the time to discuss our issues and needs in depth.  He determined that we needed to get a technician onsite with the appropriate tools and instruments for a detailed assessment of our systems.  The very next day, Dean D was able to come and evaluate our systems and reassured us that it looked like they were in decent shape and we shouldn't have to replace anything yet.  Although both Charlie and Dean could have convinced us we needed significant repairs or replacement, they gave us honest assessments and feedback and established their trustworthiness, which we appreciate tremendously.  We will be using Rescue Air going forward.

Outstanding customer service, great communication and the best prices around. These guys are professionals, keep you updated, are transparent with costs and get the job done quickly.  We have finally found the plumbing company we will use exclusively going forward.  I cannot say enough good things about them. You will not be disappointed when you hire them for a job. Two Thumbs Up!

This is the 2nd time I use Pure. They are my new and favorite plumbing. As a single female, I trust them.

We had ordered a new washer and dryer which were delivered to our house and were supposed to be installed. But the installer took one look at our water hookup and walked off the job saying it was against his company policy for him to touch a faucet handle that wasn't the standard wheel style. He said he would return to do the install after we had the handles replaced. In a hurry, my wife called Shrader plumbing. The dispatcher sent Chris to our house in about 30 minutes, which was amazing. Chris was very professional and made no attempt to sell us on anything we didn't want or need. He simply gave us a quote for the job then proceeded to do the fix. Of course the appliance delivery company never returned and left us to set up ourselves but thankfully Shrader came through for us. Thank you!

Slab leak in a 1979 old house. They got the job done in a timely fashion. Gave a rough quote prior to starting the job. Overall good experience. Would recommend

Front yard spigot had been leaking on and off for years. Decided to once again fix by replacing the washers myself but instead the entire assembly was toast. Was not planning on keeping the water to house off too long so needed an emergency plumber pronto.

Called a couple plumbing companies but no one had openings until the follow week.  Called Staggs and they sent a person out right away. Matt explained everything that he might have to do; 90s house, if welded and not screw in have to take out brick to replace and put in correct screw in version, if screw in then simple fix. Luckily was the simple fix.

Matt and Garrett were awesome. Even got a lesson on how to keep outdoor spigots lasting longer. Highly recommend this company. All around great experience in a stressful circumstance.

Had a technician B.W. Initials come and install new bathtub and stand up shower fixtures. Quoted a price and had to make two trips to the store to make it work properly. Didn't uncharge for the trips to the store, ended up buying the same thing I had but the package for everything needed was $80 and didn't charge us to for it. Stayed with the original quote. Didn't take the new ones we ordered, said to return it to recoup your money. That is incredible service you never see anymore. If needed again will 100% use this company. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you need a plumber for changing out 40 year old fixtures to keep the retro look and they can find what you want. You'll get it and it works perfectly. Since we've got some extra time during the quarantine, putting a couple gardens in the backyard seemed like a great way to do something productive to pass time. It would've been extremely difficult with a broken backyard faucet. Thanks for being open and coming to our rescue during the covid-19 pandemic. Jason, was quick reply to my request to fix our outdoor faucet. He took his time and helped me understand how to make repairs if I ever had an issue with the faucet in the future.

Thanks to Dean's Plumbing and John Martinez again.  Had toilet flange replaced in upstairs bathroom on 3/8/21 (see previous review) and I was so impressed with John's workmanship, friendliness and knowledge that I had him too replace another toilet flange in downstairs bathroom today, 3/17/21.  Their price(s) are reasonable . . . and John is no joke; he's the MAN!!!!!!!

These guys are great! I just moved to the area and had a slab leak. Had three plumbers come out before I found one that knew what they were doing. Apparently, not every plumbing company does slab leaks. Jason, the owner?? was honest and easy to talk to. These guys came on time and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

Had a minor leak between the water meter and house. Called in AM and Debra, who was very nice and personable, set me up with an appointment within two hrs. JJ called me in about an hr and requested he take care of an emergency broken pipe for another customer first. No problem,  extra stars for the call and for taking care of someone's emergency ASAP.  (Tells me they would do the same for me.) JJ called back an hr before he would arrive in the afternoon and was on time.  Found my problem and advised me on the options to fix the leak.  He repaired my issue with efficiency, quality parts and at a reasonable cost.

I would recommend Absolute to anyone needing plumbing work done. Good work and nice people.

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! Thank you!

What a joke!  
After they made an appointment through my warranty company (First American), they no called/ no showed.  When I called the warranty company, First American said Black Tie is saying they never made the appointment.  
Not everyone has the ability to take off work (now for 2 different days) to sit around for a no call/ no show!  
What a waste of time.  You should be ashamed and embarrassed!

Stan came out and swapped out my garbage disposal quickly and it works perfectly. Took care of a few other things as well. Definitely would recommend working with him!

Direct source plumbing should be your ONLY option when considering assistance from a professional plumbing service. I have an older home and have called several services in the past, so I have a knowledgeable comparison of service in the DFW Metroplex. What I experienced when David and Kyle came out was uncompromised professional service. They went above and beyond to help me, and even educated me on do it yourself prevention. These men are kind, friendly, fair, experienced, but most of all Results Driven. Lastly, they are reasonably priced, and completely affordable, which is not often the case with local competitors. I can honestly say David and Kyle delivered an amazing experience, and I will never use anyone else. They have my family for life.
