What a amazing company!!! I had recently received a quote from Mr Rooter and the guy came in and did not inspect just looked around knowing I was under the gun and limited on time told me it would cost 4K to fix my wife made me get a second opinion from Obryan they fixed the issue for $450!!!! Here in Richardson house sitting while my daughter and family are out of town.  Yesterday the A/C quit and the house rapidly heated up.  I had no idea who to call.  I did a google search and Rescue Air had lots of 5 star ratings.  Normally i don't pay a lot of attention to internet ratings but decided to take a chance.  A very good decision.  Kimberly was the first person I talked to and she said she would send a technician within 30 minutes.  25 minutes later Albert R showed up and took charge of the situation.  He quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem, explained the fix and the cost.  Very shortly later we had A/C back on line.  I was very impressed with Albert and Rescue Air for their customer service, explanation of the problem and very reasonable cost.  In addition when he saw the condition of the filter he sent another tech out to replace the filter.  This was done with no additional cost.  I recommend Rescue Air very highly.  If you talk to Kimberly ask her to send Albert R.  He's a pro.

Matt and his son, are a couple of really great guys. I moved into my current home about a year ago and always had some weird odor coming from some of the sinks and had some toilets clog often until a couple of days ago my main line got completely clogged. I contacted them and within the hour they got back to me with the earliest availability and the lowest price out of all the plumbers I contacted in my area. They explained to me everything they were doing and were quick and professional. I will recommend Matthew's plumbing  to my friends and family and I appreciate the fact that when I called I spoke directly to the owner not a scheduler.

We had a leak in our front yard in the flower bed.   Another company provided me with a quote that I felt was a bit high.   Based on a referral from a family member, I called Pure Plumbing to get a second quote but they said they couldn't provide a quote over the phone.   They offered to come and take a look at the problem and provide a free estimate.   The plumber came and said it would cost $325 for an estimate.  I told him what the other company told me was the problem but he said he had to make sure himself.  Since it was already mid-afternoon, I told him to go ahead with providing me an estimate thinking that I could talk to the office later about the charge for providing an estimate they told me would be free.  After about 10 minutes, the plumber confirmed that the leak was coming from the homeowner's shut off box (which is what the other company told me as well).   His verbal quote was almost twice what the other company quoted me.   He did offer to take the $325 cost of the estimate out of the repair price.   However, he refused to email me a copy of the estimate and said that we would have to close out the transaction before he could provide me with the written estimate.   I asked him to wait outside so I could contact my husband to see what he wanted to do.   I also called the other company to see if they could come out to fix the problem that day but they were booked until the following week.   Since I work from home and didn't want to go without water for another 5 days, I agreed to have him do the work.   After the work was completed, he emailed me the receipt/invoice which has no details of the repairs performed.   I contacted the office the following day about my feeling misled on the free estimate and the invoice.   The person told me they would talk to the supervisor and get back to me on Monday.   On Wednesday, I still had not heard back so I called them again.   The person I spoke to said that the charge for $325 was for work done to locate the leak (10 minutes that he spent to dig in the flower bed to find the hole in the plumbing), and if the problem had been obvious they wouldn't have charged me for the estimate.  It still doesn't make sense to me how they can say free estimate when it's only free when the problem is obvious.  She said she would talk to one of the managers and get a revised invoice to me within 24-48 hours.  

It is now Friday evening and I received no resolution and still have not received a revised receipt/invoice.  I would not recommend this company at all.   While their free estimate claim may not be fraudulent, it is completely misleading.

We were scheduled for an appointment today between 8-10am and they never showed. Called their office and they somehow didn't put us on their schedule. Rearranged my whole day for them to come to my house. Major inconvenience.

We have used Accurate Leak & Line twice for nasty foundation leaks.  Both times they found the leak quickly for FREE in the middle of the foundation and corrected it by re-routing the plumbing through the attic and walls instead of tearing up the foundation in the middle of the house.  Given how unstable foundations are in my neighborhood, it no doubt saves me even more money in foundation repairs by not disturbing the ground. I am very grateful to them for the fast, honest, high-quality work they provide!

Both toilets started to leak from the bottom. I called Stagg's and two guys, Cory and Travis were here within 1 1/2 hours. They fixed the problem and were delightful men. I had called Stagg's a couple of weeks ago to see if they would go to my moms house in Richardson, and again, they offered wonderful service. They came out the same day for her as well. She too was very happy. I will definitely use Stagg's and request Cory and Travis to come to my home.

I had a dripping tub that my husband tried to take care of but we definitely needed professional help. Amanda got me scheduled and Brian came out, fixed my 1965 plumbing and was within the quote I was given. I have been happily enjoying both Hot and Cold water and no more dripping!

Have had the same excellent service for over 6 years! Always happy to refer friends and family because I know it's going to be a great experience.

Jason and his dad came to fix our plumbing issues the same day when we called them right before the holidays. They were available and arrived within a few hours. We had three issues and they got all addressed and fixed in less than two hours. They were friendly and we appreciated them coming on such short notice. The only thing we weren't sure about or got a answer on was what their warranty guarantee was on their work. Otherwise satisfied!

I called Dean's this morning in a panic, because my sump pump died, and it's supposed to rain for the next four days.  Billy was at my house just a couple of hours later, and had my pump replaced the same day.  He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and even went out of his way to call an electrician, and find out the best backup solution if my power were to go out.  Could not have asked for a better experience.

We hired The Leak Whisperers to install a gas line for a new pool heater and everything was great! Will definitely call them again for future needs.

Mike and JJ were super nice and on time. A little pricer than other places I had inquired, but they were the ones who would be able to fix my water heater the fastest. I got SUPER lucky they had a cancellation. (Called Monday, out Thursday. Everyone else is at least a week)

Problem was self diagnosed (Temp & pressure release valve leak), but don't think I would have been able to fix it myself in the same way they did...it included a blow torch and copper piping.

Mike gave me some tips on my (older) water heater and a rough estimate of how much it may cost if I have to change it soon. I'm just hoping to have it hold out until I move to Hawaii in 4-5 years.

I would call them again, especially if they had the earliest opening.

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! Very nice guys and very knowledgeable. Made sure the work area was clean before they left. I would recommend this company over any company out there.

Stan was quick to respond to my Yelp inquiry, and came out to see us the same day - days before anyone else was available. Repairs were fast, clean and courteous. Price was as quoted and very fair. On time and installed our toilet fast and at a low.  Tyler was very professional and explained everything.
