Every bit of the process has been great. We were referred to Rescue Air by Costco's home services. Everyone from sales, service, and installation were amazing to work with including Alexia Gallagher, Jordan Wiggins, and Jesus Zuniga.

We are really happy with our new Lennox XC20! She's quiet and can hardly hear it when she runs. Also we've noticed a difference in our power bill already. They replaced the entire HVAC and everything is now new and improved. They came on a Sunday were able to complete the job all in one day.

Their customer service has been great any time I've called asking questions. Even after service has been completed we've received thank you notes from Alexia and even a small thank you box from their main office.

There is also a membership program where they will remind you for maintenance on your unit regardless where it was purchased before.

I think everyone would be foolish to not call Rescue Air when needing HVAC services in DFW!

Matt and his son spent a day with me doing all sorts of plumbing work. Very happy with the stove range installation, firepit work and main gas valve. Fair and honest prices.

Our hot water heater died last night and we called Pure Plumbing since they are one of the few places open after hours. Jacob picked up right away and was at our house within a couple hours. He was friendly, helpful, not sales-y, not rushed, and explained everything to us well. He was even available to replace our water heater the same night (late!) but we had him come this morning. He was reliable and did a great job. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends!

We are very please with the service provided by Schrader Plumbing. The head tech, Jeff, and his teammates  that came out to fix our issue was very professional, honest, experienced, and skilful. Jeff was able to detect where the leak was in a short period of time and got it fixed in a few hours.  I would definitely  recommend SP to others going forward. I trust their expertise.

Chad came out and gave us a quote for sewer line repair and replacement.  Externalizing all the sewer lines from under our slab to outside it.  His quote was reasonable.  His workers were great.  Everything was done on time and on budget.  They did amazing.  All work was able to be done outside.  No trenching through the house.  We have been recommending accurate leak and line to all our neighbors who ask us who did our work.  All the cast iron sewer pipes in the neighborhood are the same age and all slowly failing.  

Highly recommended.  Of all the contractors for various projects, we have had to work with in the last 3 years Chad and his crew were the best.

I had a major leak in my water line between the meter and my house.Due to an ice storm, and lots of rain, it was impossible to detect until I called Staggs plumbing.  They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, and got right to work.  Even through standing water they found the leak and repaired it.   These guys were awesome--will never call anyone else when I have plumbing problems--thanks so much!

Do NOT! use anyone but Blue Watson and Professor Plumb!! I have had to use them twice this year (once in April 2016 and again, today, Oct. 2016) and both times Mr. Watson has been professional, nice, and thorough. He has given step by step on everything he did, what he needed to do and why.

And, of course, I will always support a fellow Veteran!!

This old house of mine will need more repairs eventually and I already know who I will call and who I trust!!

As  you know, a plumber can cause more problems than you ever anticipated and leave you shaking your head.  But I hasten to say,  HC Edwards Plumbing/Jason was the best we ever experienced. They were totally thorough and  showed excellence in everything that they did.    They ensured that you understood every step they had to take and what, if any additional steps would be needed.  As the job they  had to perform at our home was during a very cold weather snap, they even brought in additional heaters to ensure  we stayed warm.  So, if you ever want a complete, satisfying plumbing job ,HC Edwards Plumbing will be the Company you need to call.

I called Deans Plumbing to install my new garbage disposal.  We got lucky and did not have to wait long for an appointment.  The plumber , Orlando and his assistant Chris were extremely efficient.  Orlando took charge and immediately took out broken disposal and installed our new one.  Some pipe configurations needed to be done .  New equipment works perfectly. These guys are awesome! When I called Leak Whisperers when I was desperate to figure out the source of a major water leak coming from my house and flooding our neighbor's yard and sidewalk. Jason and his team came out and within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem gave me a fair and honest assessment and provided a solution. Without question I would trust Leak Whisperers with any major plumbing job.

Mike and JJ were super nice and on time. A little pricer than other places I had inquired, but they were the ones who would be able to fix my water heater the fastest. I got SUPER lucky they had a cancellation. (Called Monday, out Thursday. Everyone else is at least a week)

Problem was self diagnosed (Temp & pressure release valve leak), but don't think I would have been able to fix it myself in the same way they did...it included a blow torch and copper piping.

Mike gave me some tips on my (older) water heater and a rough estimate of how much it may cost if I have to change it soon. I'm just hoping to have it hold out until I move to Hawaii in 4-5 years.

I would call them again, especially if they had the earliest opening.

I highly recommend FTR Service Company.  He rescheduled his day to accommodate a plumbing repair that we needed right away.  He's on time, friendly, and within budget!!

They didn't even come out. After Augerpros bid such a ridiculous amount, I told Blacktie what I wanted done and how much I thought it was worth, and they scoffed at me and said they would charge even more than Auger Pros wanted. So, naaa, can't afford this kind of pricing. Maybe they get that kind of money working on commercial jobs, but not from me. I just can't pay $1,000 or more for simple repairs like that.

Had a nearly impossible project. Had an old 80gl water heater in a small closet that needed to be replaced with a similar capacity tank; but the newer tanks are wider and taller.

Stan responded on a Saturday when my tenants didn't have hot water and temporarily fixed the issue. He worked with me to order the right water heater. He provided his insightful advice along the way. The installation was not straightforward given the size of the closet and the need to reroute the pipes. His solutions were quite creative and he accomplished the project.

These guys are a class act in every respect. Our hot water heater started leaking right before Christmas. They were able to come out to check it out, give us a quote, and schedule to fix it during the busy holiday period. The price was right and the service was amazing. They installed the new water heater in no time. It is so refreshing to find a company with people I trust completely and enjoy doing business with. They are professional, very friendly and helpful, and they do excellent work for a reasonable price. All my plumbing business will be going here in the future and I recommend them without reservation!

Other reviews on other sites gave them a good rating and I have to agree.  I called at 8:30 in the morning for a AC drain clog in the foundation and they arrived within the hour.  They fixed the problem in 15 minutes and were honest.  They told me what I could do to prevent the problem from occurring again.  It just involved some do it yourself re-plumbing of the AC drain pipes.

Anything Plumbing is the way to go! I prefer to seek the help of small businesses in our community so that my money goes back into the pockets of my neighbors and enriches our local economy. Anything Plumbing is a shining example of the excellent small businesses we have in McKinney!

Workmanship - Outstanding experience with Christopher from Anything Plumbing!  Evaluated and resolved the issue with our exterior faucet quickly and replaced it with higher quality materials that are more durable and longer lasting.
