Russell and Montana with O'Bryan Plumbing were always punctual, professional, efficient, and friendly. They always arrived on time and worked hard until the job was completed. They were kind and friendly, and always kept me informed on what they were doing. They made sure they didn't get my house dirty, and cleaned up any signs they had ever been in our house. I was very impressed with their work ethic, knowledge, and dedication to excellence. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I live in San Antonio and have a rental in Rowlett, TX.  I was able to make an appointment on Saturday for a consultation and get things set up to replace the system.  Charlie was very knowledgeable, gave us options and set everything up for us that day.  They came out on Monday to do the work, finished it in one day and my tenants are extremely happy.  They texted me: The AC guys were awesome.  Very professional.  Finished today.  Explained everything and didn't leave a mess.  I give this company an A+ and will not hesitate to recommend them ever.  Thanks for a job well done without any stress.

I had an issue with my master toilet that's been on and off. Unfortunately the day that Matt visited was the day it was doing fine so no service was rendered. I was very impressed that they were able to come to my home same day and did not try to create a problem to solve to charge me for. He didn't charge me for the evaluation, which I thought was above and beyond because I do believe in reimbursing people for their time and expertise. I will definitely be using this company in the future!

We had a leak in our front yard in the flower bed.   Another company provided me with a quote that I felt was a bit high.   Based on a referral from a family member, I called Pure Plumbing to get a second quote but they said they couldn't provide a quote over the phone.   They offered to come and take a look at the problem and provide a free estimate.   The plumber came and said it would cost $325 for an estimate.  I told him what the other company told me was the problem but he said he had to make sure himself.  Since it was already mid-afternoon, I told him to go ahead with providing me an estimate thinking that I could talk to the office later about the charge for providing an estimate they told me would be free.  After about 10 minutes, the plumber confirmed that the leak was coming from the homeowner's shut off box (which is what the other company told me as well).   His verbal quote was almost twice what the other company quoted me.   He did offer to take the $325 cost of the estimate out of the repair price.   However, he refused to email me a copy of the estimate and said that we would have to close out the transaction before he could provide me with the written estimate.   I asked him to wait outside so I could contact my husband to see what he wanted to do.   I also called the other company to see if they could come out to fix the problem that day but they were booked until the following week.   Since I work from home and didn't want to go without water for another 5 days, I agreed to have him do the work.   After the work was completed, he emailed me the receipt/invoice which has no details of the repairs performed.   I contacted the office the following day about my feeling misled on the free estimate and the invoice.   The person told me they would talk to the supervisor and get back to me on Monday.   On Wednesday, I still had not heard back so I called them again.   The person I spoke to said that the charge for $325 was for work done to locate the leak (10 minutes that he spent to dig in the flower bed to find the hole in the plumbing), and if the problem had been obvious they wouldn't have charged me for the estimate.  It still doesn't make sense to me how they can say free estimate when it's only free when the problem is obvious.  She said she would talk to one of the managers and get a revised invoice to me within 24-48 hours.  

It is now Friday evening and I received no resolution and still have not received a revised receipt/invoice.  I would not recommend this company at all.   While their free estimate claim may not be fraudulent, it is completely misleading.

James was amazing!  He took us through everything he was doing.  He was prompt, mannerly, fast, and had a great work ethic.  People like him are hard to find!!

These guys were great, after getting quotes from two other plumbers to fix two leaks and replace old clay pipes my brother told me about trenchless plumbing repair so I called Accurate Leak and Line they came out the same day gave me a free estimate that was about half of the other estimates they also did extra work that I thought was included but wasn't just so I would be happy the job was completed in the exact time frame they said and everyone was very nice  I can't recommend this company enough!!

Our washing machine located in the garage of our 58 year old home, backed up causing an an additional backup in our kitchen sink.  Laundry and clean dishes were not happening with this issue.  I called Staggs Plumbing based on Yelp reviews and received a call back from April who was very informative and helpful.  This was around 1:00pm and a little after 5:00pm, Patrick arrived to access the issue/clog.  As suspected, he had to get on the roof with an electric machine to unclog the pipes.  Did I mention it was 103 degrees at that point?  It was extremely hot to say the least!  Patrick didn't flinch.  He had to make at least three trips up the ladder on our roof and after meticulous attention to detail and pure hard work and skill he resolved the issue.  Patrick was kind, professional and knew his craft well.  There was a $325.00 Emergency/Sunday additional fee, but due to our schedules it was well worth it after this experience.  I highly recommend Staggs.  Patrick and April are awesome!  Give Staggs a call and you won't be disappointed.  Honest folks to do business with and exceptional communication and customer service.

I had a very minor plumbing issue.  Owner came out himself.  Explained what he did as far as testing and why he tested.  He was professional, didnt speak over us.  He listened.  Fixed and was on his way.  VERY HONEST.  This was an awesome experience I must say - highly recommend!!!

Jason and his son came to my home this evening to diagnose my plumbing issues and unfortunately I need a major repair. While I have not used this company for the repair just yet...I wanted to leave a note to thank him for squeezing me in today and for his time! They responded to my initial quote and came ready to get us taken care of!

Very quick response to my inquiry late in the day Sunday when our hot water heater pilot would not relight. Stan was out the next day and fixed the problem. He even checked in after the service call to make sure the hot water heater was still working and that there were no issues. Rapid response, problem fixed, and reasonably priced. I called Pelayo Plumbing to help me install two hot water re-circulation pumps. Right from the start, Michael was super helpful and answered all my questions. He arrived to the appointment right on time, installed the pumps, fixed a few leaky faucets, and was on his way. His prices are totally reasonable, the work was done perfectly, and most important Michael is just a very cool person to work with. Seriously: best plumber I've ever used.
