Bobby did a spectalular job in my home.  I have had two other companies come out to see why we did not have a strong water stream out of our faucet in the tub and neither was able to identify or fix the issue.  Bobby came out and looked at it and in 5 seconds said it was the filter.  Access to the filter was difficult due to 30 years worth of corrosion so he had to remove tiles to replace the system.  He did a great job and explained the process and why.   Finally works like it did when we purchased the house new.
Bobby was insightful, confident and extremely polite and respectful.  
I am only using O'Brian from now on.

I highly recommend Rescue Air !!! After waiting all day for a no-show AC guy, at 6:30 Wednesday night I called Rescue Air.  Less than two hours later, Roman Arnold was at the door.  He was friendly, courteous, and professional.  He promptly diagnosed the problem.  My unit is old but Roman thought the repair would get me through the season.  Due to the age of my AC, I inquired about the cost of a new unit.  Roman outlined the options and gave me an all inclusive cost breakdown.  I made the decision to purchase a new unit. It's a control thing, I want to control when I purchase the unit, not be forced into a purchase by the scorching heat.  By 3:00 p.m. the following afternoon, I have a sparkling new unit, my house is cool and there is not even a trace of dust as evidence of the repair.  I am so happy to have found Rescue Air ! Roman and the team are incredible. I will be a customer for life. This has been the easiest transaction I could have imagined.

There original service deserved the 5 stars however the follow up is terrible.  I took off work and waited all afternoon for a repair man that never showed.  I was supposed to have drywall repaired that was cut away during the install.  I am guessing that after they get your money, you are moved to the bottom of their list.  I am very disappointed.

They are very responsive and have been able to help us either same or next day. We are grateful they wear masks when they come into our home. Love that they are very accessible via text and take checks and Venmo.

We had a leak in our front yard in the flower bed.   Another company provided me with a quote that I felt was a bit high.   Based on a referral from a family member, I called Pure Plumbing to get a second quote but they said they couldn't provide a quote over the phone.   They offered to come and take a look at the problem and provide a free estimate.   The plumber came and said it would cost $325 for an estimate.  I told him what the other company told me was the problem but he said he had to make sure himself.  Since it was already mid-afternoon, I told him to go ahead with providing me an estimate thinking that I could talk to the office later about the charge for providing an estimate they told me would be free.  After about 10 minutes, the plumber confirmed that the leak was coming from the homeowner's shut off box (which is what the other company told me as well).   His verbal quote was almost twice what the other company quoted me.   He did offer to take the $325 cost of the estimate out of the repair price.   However, he refused to email me a copy of the estimate and said that we would have to close out the transaction before he could provide me with the written estimate.   I asked him to wait outside so I could contact my husband to see what he wanted to do.   I also called the other company to see if they could come out to fix the problem that day but they were booked until the following week.   Since I work from home and didn't want to go without water for another 5 days, I agreed to have him do the work.   After the work was completed, he emailed me the receipt/invoice which has no details of the repairs performed.   I contacted the office the following day about my feeling misled on the free estimate and the invoice.   The person told me they would talk to the supervisor and get back to me on Monday.   On Wednesday, I still had not heard back so I called them again.   The person I spoke to said that the charge for $325 was for work done to locate the leak (10 minutes that he spent to dig in the flower bed to find the hole in the plumbing), and if the problem had been obvious they wouldn't have charged me for the estimate.  It still doesn't make sense to me how they can say free estimate when it's only free when the problem is obvious.  She said she would talk to one of the managers and get a revised invoice to me within 24-48 hours.  

It is now Friday evening and I received no resolution and still have not received a revised receipt/invoice.  I would not recommend this company at all.   While their free estimate claim may not be fraudulent, it is completely misleading.

I chose Accurate Leak & Line mostly for their high rating on Yelp, but also because of their very competitive quote; I got several other quotes that were a fair amount higher. I was not disappointed: They did all the things that you hope a contractor will do. They showed up when they said they would; they did the work well and kept me up to date; they were polite and respectful; they cleaned up well after they were done; and the final bill what exactly what they had quoted. They showed a high degree of professionalism, something that a lot of other providers lack. I give them my highest recommendation.

Look no further if you need plumbing services. Staggs not only lives up to their stellar reputation but the staff is simply the kindest and most professional I have encountered in quite sometime. Juan and Matt are dedicated and knowledgeable and extremely respectful. I am now a customer of Staggs for life and I'm thankful that this family owned business has crossed my path.

Yesterday I was in a tight pinch because Lowes had canceled on me again for my toilet Installation!   Being that my HOA was already notified, I looked for a plumber that could come out last minute.  I called HC plumbing.  Jason answered and said he could come out immediately; he just needed the address of the Lowes and pictures of the toilets.  When I asked him for an estimate he stated don't you do that to me!   His tone didn't set well with me, but I was in a pinch.  So, we when we arrived at Lowes I texted him the address and pictures of the toilet.  No response, so I called him twice and it went straight to voicemail.  Then I had an idea; call from my husbands phone.  To my surprise, the phone rang, and guess who answered....Jason!  I told him I had tried to reach him on my phone, and he played dumb.  We went over pricing, and he told me it was $250/hr!   I then asked if he starts charging once he starts driving my way, and he said he would charge 30 minutes for drive-time.  Then he added, what it sounds like is that I'm out of your budget!   This guy is so unprofessional and rude!  I don't care how his plumbing skills are you don't want someone insulting you while you are paying them!

I had a small water leak hidden inside wall. Called multiple plumbers for quote, and they were either unable to pinpoint the leak, or too afraid to cut the drywall. Dean's people came, located the leak, cut the wall, and repaired the damaged pipe. They charged steep price but they got the job done in time.

These guys are great! I just moved to the area and had a slab leak. Had three plumbers come out before I found one that knew what they were doing. Apparently, not every plumbing company does slab leaks. Jason, the owner?? was honest and easy to talk to. These guys came on time and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

I had an emergency need for a plumber last night after hours of course. I called the ones I knew and they lacked any element of willingness to send someone out and two promised to call me when their plumber finished the job they were on. Neither called back as promised. I got a recommendation for Absolute Plumbing in Flower Mound. I called and was promised a return call shortly. I got a call back in 2 minutes. The plumber and co-owner (with his wife) Michael Le Clair came out. I am deleting all other plumbers in my contacts! He was highly professional, informative, knowledgable. The job was done with the skill of a tradesman who takes pride in his work. But there is a bonus to his character. He is an ultra-marathon runner who likes to combine his races with charity runs. He raises funds for a group that raises & trains service dogs for disabled Veterans rebuildingwarriors.com . The dogs are then given free to the Vets. He is behind this venture with a vengeance. I don't normally go out of my way to endorse businesses unless they are above and beyond the rest. If you have plumbing needs, I can't recommend Absolute Plumbing of Flower Mound enough. I highly recommend FTR Service Company.  He rescheduled his day to accommodate a plumbing repair that we needed right away.  He's on time, friendly, and within budget!!

Posted earlier I was unable to reach the Company.  The effort to reach me has been appropriately aggressive and I appreciate what appears to be a sincere desire to move this along.  Being in sales, I know things can happen, however how the problem is rectified speaks volumes.  Still pending service, but the response has been good.

Just had a water heater installed. Great company to deal with. Follow all COVID-19 protocols and could not be more thorough and friendly. I hope I don't have to see them too soon, but when I do I will know who to call.

This is hands down one of the best home repair experiences I've had. And who said plumbers aren't nice? Seriously, these guys are friendly, courteous, and know their stuff. In fact, it was a home inspection that revealed a leaky kitchen faucet. Anything Plumbing saved the day with their cute little shop truck! Affordable, knowledgable, and wonderful.
