This is a long delayed review, but we've used O'Bryan twice now for very different issues and both times we were really pleased with the service.  For one, they are genuine and honest.  I put a lot of credence in that because for home repair work, you are often at the mercy of the expert.  Second, they do good work, which is important for the obvious reasons.

First time we had them come, we had a sudden and major issue with tree roots in the plumbing pipes.  The break was under the house's foundation, so they needed to tunnel under to get to it.  To make matters worse, turned out our house sits on large amounts of solid rock, which meant they had to literally jackhammer the tunnel pretty far under.  I found the whole process pretty terrifying, but also impressive.  They fixed the pipe, installed new toilets and repairs some drains in the tubs.  All done quickly and with care.  Without getting into the details of it, the ordeal leading up to needing the repair was incredibly stressful, and O'Bryan's team seemed to genuinely want to help.

Second time was about a year later - suddenly weren't getting any hot water.  Turned out the heater was leaking into itself and needed to be replaced (which at 15 years seemed about right).  They were able to come the next day and install the new one.  Very easy and fairly priced.

This review is for the excellent communication from Doug and Edie. While we didn't end up keeping our appointment, Doug was extremely responsive and informative.

It's easy to provide good customer service when you complete a service or transaction. But it's not nearly as easy when you don't get the business. So we'll definitely be booking with them for our near future HVAC needs.

Our experience with Matthews Plumbing was so convenient! We had an issue with a toilet valve constantly running and then found that the water shut off valve was also faulty.  Dalton was able to make it out to the house within an hour or so.  He did an excellent job and was very polite and explained everything. When we have plumbing issues in the future, you will be our first call.

I contacted Schrader Plumbing to install a new water heater and fix a leak. After a bumpy start, my initial message went to their spam folder so I didn't get a response, I called them and they set an appointment for the next day. The plumber came out and gave me the no nonsense explanation. I was wanting to go to a tankless system but he showed me how expensive it was and after doing the math I opted to just go with a replacement tank. On the day of installation they were promptly on time and in no time at all I had a fixed leak and a new water heater.

OK, this is the truth. This is the best money I have every spent. No jack hammering a slab, no stone floor repaired, no wood floors destroyed no digging no trench. These people are really pros. They are not cheap but as daddy said you get what you pay for and I did not want to tear up my house to fix the two separate leaks in my sewer. So I shopped for a better way and thank the Lord I really did find it with this company. If you are worried about a jack hammer going into your floor and then the foundation, then the dirt being hauled out and then back in, and the dust and mess, this is positively the answer.  If I could give them 10 stars I would do it.  I am so pleased.

I am so pleased with this results that don't mind giving anyone in this situation my personal account of the facts, just call me (John)  at 469-261-6000 and I will give you the blow by blow of what the company did for me; the cost, the time, and the expertise they used, the results. Why? Because I know how bad it feels when you are on that side of this problem and need information to make a good decision. This company was it for me. It does not get better than this for the situation I was in.

I had three sinks serviced. I have some pretty old plumbing that needed a few updates. After a kitchen sink leak caused by a broken cut off valve, I needed peace of mind it wasn't going to happen around the rest of the house. I had three sets of cut off valves replaced with the new kind that aren't rigid and don't break. I also had two sinks that were draining slow and one faucet that was dripping.

Two guys showed up and after giving them the list of improvements, went straight to work. The work was completed quickly but not rushed. The two new faucet replacements look great and all six cut off valves look professionally done. I was also pleased with the price.

I've had issues with Baker Bros and Benjamin Franklin fixing and then causing other issues. I doubt I'll have that problem with Staggs. Now I just need to find a good electrician to replace all of my loose power outlets.

They were great, courteous, accommodating and on time. The fix was minor so they didn't charge us a dime. I love that kind of honesty. We will use Professor Plumb ever time now.

We returned from a 2-week vacation to find a leaking toilet. We tried to fix it with no success. I made a call to Jason at HC Edwards and he was here in a few hours. He figured out a way to fix it that didn't require removing the toilet. Jason is a pleasure to work with and we'll definitely be using him again.

Scheduling mixup on the first appointment but Ronnie the owner called me on his cell to apologize and get me rebooked to repair a burst pipe that had been capped previously. I was on the schedule for the next day and got home and another pipe had burst and was spewing water. I called to see if they could come out on short notice before my scheduled appointment. He had two guys to me within 45 min! Best part is they work on flat fees!Great customer service, quality repair work and reasonably priced! Dean's Plumbing earned a new customer and I can't speak highly enough about them!

These guys are great! I just moved to the area and had a slab leak. Had three plumbers come out before I found one that knew what they were doing. Apparently, not every plumbing company does slab leaks. Jason, the owner?? was honest and easy to talk to. These guys came on time and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

Called Absolute Plumbing to change out a bathroom sink.  I was scheduled between 2-4 pm on a Monday afternoon.  When it was getting close to 4 and they had not arrived, I contacted the office to get an update.    They called me back and stated someone was on the way.  Within 15 minutes, he was there and completed the work in about an hour.  Very nice and professional.  Come to find out that the original plumber assigned to my job ran into problems on the job before me.  It happens, I know as a general contractor.  Since he had gotten busy and did not call in to the office, he was now late for me.  The office dispatched the owner immediately to take care of my repair.

When he was completed, I get my wallet out to pay him.  He stated, no, we were late so we will not charge you.  I was shocked.  I insisted that I pay him.  He had performed the work and I wanted to pay him. He said no again.  I told him I was going to call the office and pay.  He said they already knew and would not accept my payment.  I questioned him about it.  He stated that is not how they run their business.  They had scheduled to be at my location at a certain time and they were late.  If the customer has taken the time to schedule their time for the appointment, the company has to do give it the same priority.  He stated it was a mistake on their end.

As I stated before, I am a business manager for a general contractor.  I have worked with contractors for many years.  Never have I had a contractor provide this level of customer service.  Almost all contractors I know are late.  You are lucky if they show up on the day you have them scheduled.  Either way, if they do show up, they will still charge you.  They do not care about your time.

So, for Absolute Plumbing to provide the customer service at this level, you should at least call them first.  They warranty their work for 1 year.  Plus, I found out, they give free estimates.  Most contractors today do not give free estimates.  So, if you are in the Flower Mound area and you need a plumber, I highly recommend you give Absolute Plumbing a call first.

I highly recommend FTR Service Company.  He rescheduled his day to accommodate a plumbing repair that we needed right away.  He's on time, friendly, and within budget!!

The plumber that came over to fix  our water heater was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Even my mom, who is rarely impressed by anyone, thinks he is great. Will use him again for future problems.

He responded quickly to our message and originally said he could come first thing in the morning.  Since the clog was in our mainline, we asked if he was able to come out that day and he was at our house within an hour to unclog our mainline.  He was friendly and knowledgeable.

I had bathroom fixtures that needed to be replaced and pipes needed to be soldered, had an appointment scheduled with Mike, he was able to come out the day before fixed the faucets gave me knowledgeable information in regards to plumbing fixtures and brands.
He was in and out in under an hour...
No headaches came with this service.

Wish he could've been my plumber for other items that Bacon Plumbing was out for...ouch

Skillful, honest forthright.

We called Direct Source after another local plumbing concern sent out what turned out to be a salesman in response to our request to auger a stopped up drain. The salesman spent some time surveying our situation and, it seemed, surveying my wife and me to see how much they could milk us for. They wanted almost $800 to get an actual plumber/tech to come behind the salesman and do the job. Charged us $39 (reduced from $69, so I guess we got a bargain) for the service call.

Direct Source sent a real plumber, Wes Hart, who showed up at our door promptly. He discussed some potential solutions if our problem persists, but did a basic clean out for $160 that seemed to make the most sense as what ought to try before turning to more drastic options.

Anything Plumbing was the top rated referred plumber when I was searching for reputable plumbers from the Nextdoor private social network application for my neighborhood.

All the reviews given by my neighbors on these guys were superb and I decided to give them a try and was not disappointed.

They are family oriented and very friendly. I had them come and give an estimate on a pipe damage that a utility company had done working on back yard and they did a thorough estimate.

I also had them come back to replace 2 of my outdoor faucets that were leaking and they were thorough in fixing these at a reasonable cost compared to all the other plumbers who have come by to give estimates.

I'll definitely recommend them and call them back should I have any plumbing needs!
