I had some hose bib issues (created by ME!) and Tanner came out on time as scheduled. He solved the issues and was professional - efficient - informative.  These guys are now my go-to plumbing company!

Roman is great. He knows the work, has obviously been doing it a long time. He knows the advantages and disadvantages of different types of systems (even the new mini-splits), and the different types of thermostats. My a/c was limping along and not working, we talked about how to get it going again, and the points of repairing the old vs buying new. He knows his work, and works well with customers, especially explaining everything that is going on. I'd be very comfortable working with him and rescue air again, and will recommend him to friends and colleagues who need service a/c help.

Our kitchen vent pipe was cracked and causing problems under our sink. Dalton from Mathews Plumbing came out when it was scheduled and gave us a quote and a time when he could perform the repair. He showed up when he said and made the necessary repairs. Dalton from Mathews Plumbing is our plumber!!!

My bathroom sink was all backed up and I called Pure Plumbing! They were so efficient and were able to come out later in the day! They explained everything and were so neat with all their work! Their price was very fair ! They also checked a concern I had before they left!  Be sure to ask for Chase and Uriel!

Brad with Schrader Plumbing is awesome! He is professional and a great teacher. I needed my garbage disposal replaced and he taught me how to keep it clean to extend the life term. He also educated me on little critters roaming around my yard, lol. Thank you Schrader Plumbing for having a great team of individuals employed. I definitely recommend this company and will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Thought this company was ethical, but after two leak detection test performed by Accurate Leak and forwarding me an estimate of several thousands of dollars to repair these non-detectible leaks by Leaks, LLC (recommended leak detection firm by #Riddellplumbing, and Leaks LLC only does leak detection, not repair), I'm finding out that there are no leaks in my fresh water plumbing!!  Thinking about reporting to Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.  

Also, when I asked for a report of where the leaks were form Accurate, the owner responded that they locate the leaks when they do the repair.  Hence, no other plumber can quote the job and a home warranty company won't be able to cover the expense since the diagnostic is not specific.  

Again, when i initially spoke to the owners, I thought they were on the up and up.  But a several thousand dollar estimate to fix a problem that apparently does not exist - go elsewhere.

We were trying to sell our house and had to fix our foundation which caused a slab leak and our hot water heater to go out. Staggs Came in and got it fixed within a week and even gave us a discount for the labor on the hot water. They were super great and easy to work with the whole time. Local family operated business too.

Professor Plumb repaired a slab leak for me and did an amazing job.  They were responsive to my calls and did a quick and complete job with the repair.  I had dreaded having the work done because I didn't know what to expect, but with Jeff running the job at my house, everything went smoothly and much better than I could have imagined.
I was impressed with Jeff and Brian, and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

Jason was amazing! Hasn't even left my driveway and I'm leaving a review. Came on short notice to diagnose and discover the issue with why I wasn't getting cold water through the washer valve making doing laundry a hassle. Fixed it quickly and also fixed my running toilet that cost me so much in water bills since I moved in! Reasonable prices for parts and labor and has CC convenience.  Will be my go to from now on as a new home owner. He is very busy for a reason!  Thank you Jason!

Deans has provided annual maintenance for my tankless water heater for years. Providing expert work in a very professional manner for a fair price.
This year with the great freeze I had water leaking through my ceiling from the attic after the pipes that were frozen began to thaw a bit.
Called another Plummer first to get the water shut off and determine where the leak was coming from. While he was able to determine that the water leak was in the hot water line he was unable to determine where the leak was or exactly and his repair approach was to tear apart my ceiling to find the leak.
I then called Dean, which I should of done first. They showed up within 30 minutes, which blew me away considering the demand for plumbers at the time. After a through inspection they located the source of the leak, in the tankless water heater. Based upon a through review of the problem including speaking to the manufacturer, gave me a couple of options of repair vs. purchase new unit. We chose to replace the damaged unit, and they completely installed the next day and we once again we had hot water.
They did a great job in a timely manner for a fair price.

Had a hot water heater that wouldn't stay lit (gas). C&W Plumbing backed out of their scheduled appointment with only 4 hours' notice, so I called Absolute.

Brian came that afternoon. Great attitude and professionalism. He tried 2 ways to repair based on the manufacturer's directions, removed the repair that wasn't needed, and only charged me for the repair that worked. I'll call Absolute first next time!

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! Told me they would get me help with my hot water heater and never responded when I asked for a status. This was on a Friday. I suppose they're used to leaving folks hanging with no hot water over the weekend. I guess another plumbing company will get my business and my recommendation on YELP.

Fair pricing. Good service. Would highly recommend. They replaced some toilets and a shower faucet for me.

I began using them starting back in 2010. I had both a kitchen sink and my washing machine drain back up. I had two other companies come out, and both wanted me to spend over $300 to scope the drains, stating that I most likely had a foundation shift. Wanting a 3rd opinion, I called direct source. David, the owner, came out with his guys, listened to me, and then said I want to try something first before running a scope and costing you more money.
He then proceeded to get out the normal drain snake, and then swapped out the tip with a wicked looking claw! He ran that in thru the outside access, and had my drains running perfectly. Only charged me $150 total, when he could've charged me double at least.

I've been using them for all my plumbing needs since then. I'd highly recommend them.

Called them about a toilet we couldn't snake on our own. Came out within the hour and took care of the problem for us. Would definitely use again!
