We had them out to install three toilets. They put them all in with expertise and that was about 2 weeks ago and still working properly As an expert does. Everything was cleaned up before they left for us .

I am now getting them. again because I feel I can trust them for doing a fantastic job.

I previously used Hooper Heating and Plumbing a few times due to their reviews and they were OK but most recently they came to service my heating unit and charged me $670 to fix a broken fuse and loose wires.  Owner Tracy tried to be reasonable given that it was his employee Juan who overcharged me (I should have asked for the cost before he made the repair) but stood by the charge.  A while later I noticed that the townhouse was overheating on the second floor, asked to have Juan come back. He didn't even go into the house and claimed that my dampers had to be replaced at the cost of $650 + $89 x 3 floors.  I called Rescue Air and Blake came by after a very long day. He took his time to find the issue and in the end, reset all my thermostats and let me know the dampers were working fine.  I also showed him the invoice from the original visit with Juan and he confirmed that the cost was way high for the service that was done.  I will never go back to Hooper Plumbing and use RescueAir for both heating and plumbing needs.

Matt arrived same day I called and diagnosed and fixed my hot water issue quickly. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Completely recommend him!

Amazing professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service from Uriel and the folks at Pure Plumbing. Saturday morning free flow leak from an old hose bib that rusted through so bad you could see daylight through the holes once it was dug out. Uriel made it out within an hour or so of our call, immediately dug out the area around the leak to find it and see if patch or repair was possible. He crawled under our 100 year old pier and beam home to assess the situation (I followed) and he found that getting to the pipe would require hand digging trenches under multiple beams to make room to belly crawl to the target. He did all this work to make sure the quote for the work would be accurate, and I am glad he did. We agreed on the scope of work and price, he showed up on time the next morning, knocked out the work (and even replaced the dug out hole from the old hose bib). Unprompted, he told me that his shop was short on pipe insulation so he would have to return the next day to finish insulating the pipe. I never would have known. He returned as promised, then sent me pictures of the fully insulated pipe. He was courteous and incredibly friendly despite having to spend Saturday night crawling through mud and spider webs in 100 degree heat. Highly recommend this company and Uriel, in particular.

They were responsive and timely. Very pleasant. My only downside was the cost. $400 to charge an outdoor spigot in 10 mins seems to be just a bit high.

OK, this is the truth. This is the best money I have every spent. No jack hammering a slab, no stone floor repaired, no wood floors destroyed no digging no trench. These people are really pros. They are not cheap but as daddy said you get what you pay for and I did not want to tear up my house to fix the two separate leaks in my sewer. So I shopped for a better way and thank the Lord I really did find it with this company. If you are worried about a jack hammer going into your floor and then the foundation, then the dirt being hauled out and then back in, and the dust and mess, this is positively the answer.  If I could give them 10 stars I would do it.  I am so pleased.

I am so pleased with this results that don't mind giving anyone in this situation my personal account of the facts, just call me (John)  at 469-261-6000 and I will give you the blow by blow of what the company did for me; the cost, the time, and the expertise they used, the results. Why? Because I know how bad it feels when you are on that side of this problem and need information to make a good decision. This company was it for me. It does not get better than this for the situation I was in.

Got a clogged drain and need a new wax ring replaced, Matt and Cameron showed up and take cared of my problems. They are very professional, friendly and clear on pricing. Definitely would call Staggs Plumbing for my future plumbing needs!

I had a drainage problem with the bathroom sinks and contacted Professor Plumb.
They returned my message in a very timely manner. Jeff (technician) arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt like he was being completely honest and reasonable with his work and would definitely use them again

They wanted  $995 to install 30 gallon water heater!!! Crazy.  All others way less.  Run!

I called because my water heater was only delivering tepid water. I expected a diagnosis.  The technicians that came out ran the water and said hmmm, that should be coming out hot.  I responded, yes, that is why you are here.  They said they were unsure and that the hot water heater was old (2015) and proceeded to quote me the cost of a new water heater.  I didn't trust that they knew what the were talking about and had another company come out the following day.  The second company diagnosed a slab leak within minutes and had a repair plan that did not require a replacement of the water heater.

We hired The Leak Whisperers to install a gas line for a new pool heater and everything was great! Will definitely call them again for future needs.

This is a follow up to service we received from Absolute Plumbing about 3 years ago. We had two hot water heaters in our garage for our two story home. One unit started rattling and making crazy noises.

We called Absolute Plumbing and steeled ourselves for cost of replacing the probably broken hot water heater. The owner came out and agreed that it was broken. He asked us if we were having any problems with running out of hot water during showers or daily use. We realized that we haven't had any problems, even with a household of 4. He recommended that we just toss the broken water heater, live with the one good water heater and wait for prices on the fancy new water heaters to come down. He explained these units were getting more affordable. He said the good unit could last months or years. Best scenario, it would last at least two more years.

Well... the lonely hot water heater is still holding up. I'll be sure to call Absolute Plumbing when it goes out. Looking back on the service we received, they didn't land any big sales on a new unit that day but were looking out for our best interest. You just don't see that often.

Helped with a slow draining drain. Very responsive and very nice. I had some confusion over billing and he was quick to help.

By far the best plumbers staff I've ever, these guys really knows how to really make things happen.  They provided me with quick and effective work, I will highly recommend this business to anyone.  I'm a military guy and I very picky about stuff, I don't worry about anything when they do work in my house.  Thanks you guys y'all the best by far in the metroplex.

Very quick response to my inquiry late in the day Sunday when our hot water heater pilot would not relight. Stan was out the next day and fixed the problem. He even checked in after the service call to make sure the hot water heater was still working and that there were no issues. Rapid response, problem fixed, and reasonably priced. I will be using Rely On Master Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

Just had a water heater installed. Great company to deal with. Follow all COVID-19 protocols and could not be more thorough and friendly. I hope I don't have to see them too soon, but when I do I will know who to call.

After calling 9 different companies to help resolve a complicated plumbing issue, Anything Plumbing was the most responsive and helpful company I found. And to top it off, they called me on a Sunday to take care of my issue ahead of our scheduled appointment!

Will definitely be calling them again!
