Joe Kronenwetter came out and inspected our hvac unit. We knew it needed cleaning, but we didn't know about all the little preventative measures we could take to prevent hefty cleaning bills in the future. He was friendly and informative and I'm happy to add rescue air to our growing list of vendors for home needs.

Matt is the absolute best. He helped us with two of our commercial properties at the time of the winter storm and showed up so quickly and communicated with us throughout. It was such a stressful time since our building had flooded and plumbers were impossible to reach but Matt was so organized and timely, treating our project with urgency so we could get all the tenants to be able to move back in quicker. He was also still so reasonably priced even though so many plumbers were taking advantage of pricing since the demand was high with the storm. We also just had him help with our residential plumbing recently and had the same positive experience. We've worked with a lot of people in the construction industry for our properties and it's so hard to find people who are trustworthy where we don't have to question whether they are quoting something we don't need or increasing the price because it looks like we can afford it. We've never have to worry about that with Matt.

A job this massive had me very nervous. My home is 50 years old and the cameras showed clear deterioration in the old cast iron pipes. I called a number of companies. Most bids came in much higher. I found Accurate Leak & Line through a Google search.  Ratings were good. Called Chad and he was not the typical salesman making over the top promises and pitches. He comes out to assess the job and follows up with an email. Still no high pressure sales pitch. A few months go by, and still...no  hounding. Just one or two follow up emails. Finally, we have saved enough $$$ to get the job done. We schedule and they begin. In EACH STEP of this huge project,  the Accurate pros were on their game. I was seriously nervous. But they were on it. Even working under the house in the pouring rain.  They knocked it out in a matter of days and did a STELLAR  job. Highly recommended.

Staggs Plumbing replaced my daughter's leaking water heater and did a fine job, with high quality materials, at a fair price.  The job was scheduled and done the day I contacted them.  The old cold water supply shut-off would not fully close and they took care of that problem, also.  The old overflow pan you can see in the photo is ugly but sound; it just needed a bit of sealant on the exit fitting so we decided I'd do that myself, saving some money and avoiding putting the pan in the trash.  I was very pleased with the work and the expertise of the master plumber who did it!  A true family business.  The next time I need plumbing work done, I'll certainly call Staggs first.

Had a technician B.W. Initials come and install new bathtub and stand up shower fixtures. Quoted a price and had to make two trips to the store to make it work properly. Didn't uncharge for the trips to the store, ended up buying the same thing I had but the package for everything needed was $80 and didn't charge us to for it. Stayed with the original quote. Didn't take the new ones we ordered, said to return it to recoup your money. That is incredible service you never see anymore. If needed again will 100% use this company. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. If you need a plumber for changing out 40 year old fixtures to keep the retro look and they can find what you want. You'll get it and it works perfectly. Fast and professional service, and very knowledgable. Much prefer Jason and his crew to the large companies that have huge backlogs, long wait times, and undertrained staff.

I am writing a review at 11pm because the great plumbers from Dean's Plumbing just left. I must tell you that Orlando and Teenen got here at 1pm. The job was a big one that involved a lot of digging, jack hammering and putting in new pipes. A lot of new pipes and all on the outside in an area that had become a mud pit before the work began. Orlando, the lead plumber, was great. He treated me like he was the owner of the company. When the work was done, he came in the house to make sure all my water was working at 10pm in every area..

As the evening moved on, all I could think of is that this is not going to get done and we will have no water. Orlando assured me that he was not going to leave me hanging and he was true to his promise. Teenen (whose name I'm probably misspelling) was polite and kept me posted when Orlando went to get parts.

I found Dean's from web research. They are an A plus rating at the BBB and have great reviews on Yelp.

Last word, after working all day and night....Orlando says.. Thank you very much and we hope that Dean's will always be your plumbing company. Homerun for me!! A man that has worked all day and loves his company.

These guys are great! I just moved to the area and had a slab leak. Had three plumbers come out before I found one that knew what they were doing. Apparently, not every plumbing company does slab leaks. Jason, the owner?? was honest and easy to talk to. These guys came on time and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

Being a female, knowing nothing about plumbing except to recognize where water shouldn't be, any company could have told me I need to do some expensive test and I would have said yes. They did not take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge.

Complete idiots. Their truck is blocking my driveway, can't seem to find them, and they aren't answering the phone. I'm about to call the police.

Had a nearly impossible project. Had an old 80gl water heater in a small closet that needed to be replaced with a similar capacity tank; but the newer tanks are wider and taller.

Stan responded on a Saturday when my tenants didn't have hot water and temporarily fixed the issue. He worked with me to order the right water heater. He provided his insightful advice along the way. The installation was not straightforward given the size of the closet and the need to reroute the pipes. His solutions were quite creative and he accomplished the project.

We recently bought a new house and wanted to replace a few non-efficient toilets.  I wasn't even looking for a new plumber, as we had one that did decent work at our old house, but as I was browsing other companies near our new neighborhood I stumbled across Pelayo Plumbing and its stellar reviews.  The ratings were so good I had to give him a try.  I was not disappointed.  The work was done quickly and at a great price.  He even took a trip to Home Depot during the job to get a longer flex line when the existing line wouldn't reach the new toilet.  I'll definitely use him if any future plumbing issues arise...

Skillful, honest forthright.

We called Direct Source after another local plumbing concern sent out what turned out to be a salesman in response to our request to auger a stopped up drain. The salesman spent some time surveying our situation and, it seemed, surveying my wife and me to see how much they could milk us for. They wanted almost $800 to get an actual plumber/tech to come behind the salesman and do the job. Charged us $39 (reduced from $69, so I guess we got a bargain) for the service call.

Direct Source sent a real plumber, Wes Hart, who showed up at our door promptly. He discussed some potential solutions if our problem persists, but did a basic clean out for $160 that seemed to make the most sense as what ought to try before turning to more drastic options.

Amazing, honest service.  Christopher is as good as it gets.  He's our guy from now on.  Highly recommended.
