My problem was a leakiy valve in the master bathroom, I used Obryan once before because they did such a great job with a repair in the kitrchen a couple of years ago. Once again these guys are professional and quick! The cost was extremely fair and I will recommend Obryan Plumbing to all of my family and friends

This review is for the excellent communication from Doug and Edie. While we didn't end up keeping our appointment, Doug was extremely responsive and informative.

We called to cancel our appointment and Edie was understanding and helpful.

It's easy to provide good customer service when you complete a service or transaction. But it's not nearly as easy when you don't get the business. So we'll definitely be booking with them for our near future HVAC needs.

Can I give them 10 stars?!!!

During Storm Uri -- we lost power, heat, and water.  I reached out, and even though we were just outside their service area they worked with us to get a check and repair on our pipes.  

The office team was very responsive, took the time to listen, worked with our schedule (we stayed out of town with family to keep warm, etc), and then kept us up to date on expected schedule.  

Dalton, the service tech/plumber, was here inside the expected 2 hour time frame.  He did a quick inspection, asked a few more questions, and got the job done in a quick and professional way.

In a very stressful time -- power outages, freezing weather -- this is the type of service we all want.  Thank you Matthew, Dalton, and the rest of the team!

My bathroom sink was all backed up and I called Pure Plumbing! They were so efficient and were able to come out later in the day! They explained everything and were so neat with all their work! Their price was very fair ! They also checked a concern I had before they left!  Be sure to ask for Chase and Uriel!

James Tuck from Schrader Plumbing was great in fixing my clogged shower drain today!

The appointment process was easy. I called to make an appointment several days ago, and I appreciated the email and text reminders after scheduling. I was told I'd have a plumber come today between 2 and 6pm. I was called at 1pm and told my plumber was on his way and would arrive in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I was still at work so I told the scheduler on the phone that I wasn't expecting my plumber until 2pm for my 2-6pm window. She said I was scheduled for 12-4pm (although I rechecked my confirmation email which CLEARLY says 2-6pm window). Anyway, she told me the plumber could meet me there at 2pm. I didn't really love this conversation with her, as I felt like she suggested I was in the wrong about the arrival window that had been scheduled for me.

Upon James' arrival, I immediately felt better about the situation and tried to forget my frustration about the conversation I had with the scheduling lady a bit ago. James was friendly and very quick in fixing the clogged drain (from hair and grout blockage). I appreciated his efficiency (and he did a great job!) because I had to head back to work as soon as possible. I would recommend James to everyone. He was great!!

I quickly paid with credit card (no additional credit card fee), and I appreciated the invoice I received by email for my records. I will definitely use James again for my plumbing needs.

They were timely and explained the plan each step of the way. Their price was very reasonable. They too care of building permit and inspector appt. They moved quickly and I was very happy with the limited front lawn damage.

Randy Staggs, owner of the company, responded very quickly to our request. He installed two new hand-held shower heads, a leak detector, and checked our main water shut-off valve for proper operation. He's smart, experienced, efficient, and thorough.

We needed our furnace checked because a home inspector who went over our condo with us prior to purchase was unable to inspect the furnace because of the bolted cover over it. Randy recommended his other company, newly created Dallas Heating and Air Conditioning, to do the furnace check.

With my okay, he called the technician, Vincent Marrone, and he arrived at our condo in just a few minutes. Surprisingly, he found that the 2018 furnace was not wired in properly and that it was not operational. He corrected the wiring and we smelled the heat for the first time since buying our condo in February!

I cannot recommend Staggs Plumbing and Dallas Heating and Cooling strongly enough. We signed up for annual HVAC checks because Vincent was so impressive on his first visit here.

I called this company this morning after receiving some bad advice from Home Depot about an odor under my kitchen sink. The plumber told me what to do over the phone and was super nice. It was simple enough to do myself so I didn't have to pay for a plumber to actually handle it.

Professional, timely and well priced. Don't go to the big box places, HC Edwards and Jason can handle anything! Support those local businesses!

We liked working with Dean's plumbing.  The guy that worked at our house was great.  He was very conscientious, too.

These guys are awesome! When I called Leak Whisperers when I was desperate to figure out the source of a major water leak coming from my house and flooding our neighbor's yard and sidewalk. Jason and his team came out and within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem gave me a fair and honest assessment and provided a solution. Without question I would trust Leak Whisperers with any major plumbing job.

I was looking for a local plumbing company, and saw good reviews for Absolute Plumbing so I called. Received a convenient and fast appointment, they arrived on time, and fixed the problems for less than $150. I was thrilled. They don't work on commission (like some of the big names who advertise on tv do, one of which I got sold an expensive new toilet that we probably didn't truly need a few months prior)-  and my technician (Michael) seemed very honest. I will definitely call Absolute for future plumbing service needs and I highly recommend! Nice to have a local, honest, dependable service!

These guys are great. We had a drain clogged that was causing a backup in our utility closet where our A/C units are. This was causing problems with our A/C. Jeremy Wilkerson came out late one night to try and fix the problem. Despite multiple attempts he could not fix it. It was getting very late so we agreed it would be best to come back during the day. He came back and fixed the problem. He has a great attitude and knows his stuff. We will call him anytime we need a plumber. Give these guys a call. The are the best in the business. Thanks Jeremy! Had a nearly impossible project. Had an old 80gl water heater in a small closet that needed to be replaced with a similar capacity tank; but the newer tanks are wider and taller.

Stan responded on a Saturday when my tenants didn't have hot water and temporarily fixed the issue. He worked with me to order the right water heater. He provided his insightful advice along the way. The installation was not straightforward given the size of the closet and the need to reroute the pipes. His solutions were quite creative and he accomplished the project.

I highly recommend Stan. He is super talented and a really pleasant person to interact with. His rates are reasonable. Care, diligence, attention to details, integrity and high standards are integral components of his work and business. Thank you Stan and wish you continued success!

If I could give Mike a ten stars out of five, I would not hesitate to do so.  He's been so helpful fixing issues on my 20 years old house.  From fixing leaks with the toilets to working on my water heater.  I would not hesitate to recommend Mike at Pelayo Plumbing to anyone in the northeastern part of Dallas County.

I've used Direct Source twice and both times Wes has been courteous, solved the problem quickly, answered my questions thoroughly and I honestly feel the price has been fair.  
My ONLY point of unease is that, both times, it's suggested I do or buy something else that would ensure immediate future business. I know every business has to make money but I never know what REALLY has to be done and what is superficial.
Regardless, it was a good overall experience both times.

Called them about a toilet we couldn't snake on our own. Came out within the hour and took care of the problem for us. Would definitely use again!
