Carlos of All Metroplex Plumbing came to our rescue. We had guests coming in to stay on Monday and our upstairs water heater went out Sunday morning. I called 5 companies, none of which work on Sundays so I was shocked to get a call back in a matter of minutes from Carlos telling me he's closed on Sunday but would be at our house early Monday morning. No other company I called responded that day. Sure enough Carlos and another man arrived, got the new water heater installed at a fair price in four hours!!! His work is impeccable and attention to detail is amazing. Thanks to Carlos, our guests arrived and got to hear the amazing story of man that truly understands customer service above beyond expectations. Carlos and All Metroplex Plumbing are the best!!!

I wanted to say if you ever have any plumbing or water heater issues, please call and talk to Travis. He was a life saver after our water heater went out. We had called other places and had been quoted a two to three day wait time. We talk to Travis this morning and less than 30 minutes he had two of the nicest guys at our door ( who did not mind our pup wanting pets every time they passed him).  Our new water heater works perfectly. Thank you for making replacing our heater so easy. ​

Absher's One Call Plumbing was parked at my neighbors house doing work there. I walked over and talked to Todd, the owner, and asked him if he could replace my outside faucets. They had been leaking since we bought the house, but I'd been too cheap to call a plumber and was afraid to mess with them myself. Todd said he could replace them for me. When he got done at the neighbors house he came over, took a look at what I needed and gave me a price. It was fair and well worth it to finally have these leaky faucets fixed. Todd did the job and now I've got no problems. I'm elated. I highly recommend Absher's Plumbing and will keep Todd's card where I can find it the next time I need any plumbing work.

Great place to do business.  On time, found the problem and fixed it in a timely matter.  Honest and friendly.  Will definately do business with them again if I have any more plumbing needs.

I called Steven because my entire sprinkler system stopped working. He came the same day (which I appreciated). After a short look at the controller he determined that it must be a wiring problem. He used his test equipment to trace the underground wiring. I pointed out that I had dug a post hole close to a wiring junction box. He kept testing around this area. I finally ask if he didn't think the problem was in this area. He began pulling and rewrapping wires. He then began testing again because the master control valve tested bad.  As it turned out I don 't have a master control valve. When he finally tested the system the rewiring he had done it had fixed the problem. Great, I appreciate that he solved the problem. The problem. He wrapped the wiring connections that he worked on with electric tape instead of waterproof wire nuts. When I questioned this he insisted this was the best way to do it. I knew better but let it slide. I would put proper wire nuts on myself. He had also gone into a couple of other in ground boxes and rewrapped wires. The next day I decided to remove the electrical tape and put the proper wire nuts on. The tape slipped right off. Decided to check the other location he had worked on. The wires were completely bare. I added the wire nuts here as well. He had also dug a hole beside the house and disturbed some wiring this was not filled in.  I fixed this as well.  Although the problem was solved the quality of the work was far less than professional and not cheap. I felt kind of taken advantage of. Would not recommend.

I had a pretty serious drainage issue.  These heavy downpours are literally putting water up against the house. I called two brothers, Elijah came out the next day,  He explained the issue as I had several pics depicting what was happening and explained in detail how he would resolve the issue.  He sincerely wanted to help me resolve my issue.  His team started work within a day after signing.  He was very meticulous and thorough with his work and ensured everything was working at the completion even testing the sprinkler system as it needed to be rerouted.  I am impressed.  I will be returning to Two brothers for additional work in the future.  If you have plumbing/drainage type issue, give Elijah a call.

Reached out to this company through another mate. Company had someone out here by 4:30p.m. and he worked till 8 p.m. to diagnose,estimate fairly might I add and gave 3 options in the bid process. Another plumber upsold me on this job by a thousand dollars. Work done right the first time and same day service. Ask for Jonathan,he has impeccable customer service and wears shoe covers into your home like a professional! Was looking for a local plumber in Highland Village and through the recommendation of a friend, came across Live Oak Plumbing. I have never had a service show up, literally roll out a red carpet (legitimately) and get the job done in such a professional and quick manner. Had an issue with my toilet that I couldn't manage to sort out but was quickly diagnosed and repaired on the spot. I would highly recommend them to any and all my friends. Thank you Live Oak!!

Folks, let's us tell you about how great, family friendly, and helpful Genzel Plumbing was. The first time in May 2018 Genzel arrived as a third quote to fix a problem and solved it for us without a charge or the BS those other companies gave us. The second time we used them and only them was due to what we thought was just a backed up system. Genzel came out on time and professionally offering advice finding out that what we thought was small was actually a major problem for my family. Within a 24 hour turn around not only did he diagnose 3 collapsed pipes and root issues but had his crew out to fix it so we could use our plumbing. All along the way he updated us with pictures and explanations of the problem and even worked with us on the price. I have rarely ever received such great customer service from anyone and needless to say he was way beyond reasonable. If ever there is a problem at our house or other families we will recommend or use Genzel. Only 5 stars because I couldn't give more.

Excellent service and resolved issues quickly, price was fair for that level of knowledge and experience. Like they say good plumbing ain't cheap and cheap plumbing ain't good !

I was impressed with responsiveness of the owner and the professionalism of their plumber Caleb. Caleb came within the arranged time window, fix the problem, and clean up the debris. He was easy to communicate and well mannered through out the process. I will definitely contact them again if future need arises.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

BillyGo Plumbing was amazing. They arrived promptly within the hour timeframe of my appointment. They quickly identified the problem and were very up front with me. Everything was fixed in a timely manner with excellent, courteous service. I can't say enough about what a great job they did. Their app is also super convenient to use and very user friendly.

If you want prompt, excellent service calls and reasonable pricing, Hooper is your company to call. The HVAC technicians and plumbers are polite and professional as well. I always rely on Hooper when I need the job done well. Cannot say enough positive words for them! Bravo.

I tried to call this company for a service call today.  When the phone was answered the response was, Hello.  No business name.  I inquired if this was a plumbing company, and the response was, Yes.  When I inquired why the caller had not identified the company when he answered the phone the man hung up on me.  However their services may be, this is definitely not a professional company.
