You really cannot get any more professional than this.  I was actually referred to Carlos by another plumber who has great reviews on Yelp but was completely booked for the day.  Carlos was very understanding and although he was busy, he was able to fit me in his schedule the same day.  He arrived on time, was very courteous, honest and fairly priced.  He fixed the issue and gave me a 30 day warranty.  I would highly recommend him.

They worked very quickly and communicated with us the whole time about what was being done and how long it would be. We were expecting to be without water for a week but because of their consideration and hard work we had it back after 2 days. Highly recommend

We hired Jay for a difficult project that no other TV installer wanted to attempt.  The challenge was to stack 2 TVs on top of each other in a cabinet that opens on the back and front, with a view from 2 rooms.  Jay stacked them and was able to create a swivel of 180 degrees so that either or both TVs could be viewed from either room at will.  We live in a loft and Jay managed to give us a sleek, functional design that also mimicked the architecture of our home.  Really nice and exactly what we wanted!

Absher's One Call Plumbing was parked at my neighbors house doing work there. I walked over and talked to Todd, the owner, and asked him if he could replace my outside faucets. They had been leaking since we bought the house, but I'd been too cheap to call a plumber and was afraid to mess with them myself. Todd said he could replace them for me. When he got done at the neighbors house he came over, took a look at what I needed and gave me a price. It was fair and well worth it to finally have these leaky faucets fixed. Todd did the job and now I've got no problems. I'm elated. I highly recommend Absher's Plumbing and will keep Todd's card where I can find it the next time I need any plumbing work.

Our sprinkler system was damaged by a utility installation company. After the utility company sent out several crews that were incapable of properly repairing the issues they finally sent Steven out to do the job.   He is extremely knowledgeable and capable of fixing just about any issues you may have.  He showed up on time and was willing to do whatever was needed to complete the job.   Also, his pricing is very honest and reasonable.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing sprinkler repairs.

I had a pretty serious drainage issue.  These heavy downpours are literally putting water up against the house. I called two brothers, Elijah came out the next day,  He explained the issue as I had several pics depicting what was happening and explained in detail how he would resolve the issue.  He sincerely wanted to help me resolve my issue.  His team started work within a day after signing.  He was very meticulous and thorough with his work and ensured everything was working at the completion even testing the sprinkler system as it needed to be rerouted.  I am impressed.  I will be returning to Two brothers for additional work in the future.  If you have plumbing/drainage type issue, give Elijah a call.

We had water a leak behind the wall where the bathtub faucet knob is and Jonathan came out and fixed it.  He was very professional and on time and did excellent work.  I will definitely use him again.  Five Stars for sure!

Very good work & friendly guys! They called us to let us know when they were on their way and got to work immediately before taking a lunch break and coming back to finish the job. I actually thought that laying new water lines would be a messier process but our lawn looks a lot better than I thought it would as they went back after they were done to level out the dirt and clean it up a bit. Would recommend them to anyone in the area needing work done

We were so grateful to Genzel Plumbing for finding a way to come out quickly to fix our outside faucet leak. We had put off getting this fixed but wIth the sudden cold, we were afraid of serious damage to our home's pipes. Although the problem was more serious than we realized, they worked with us on the price and the solution. We highly recommend them!

Our water company let us know we had a leak by our meter.  I called Jr's Plumbing and Joe came out the next day and got it fixed while I was at work.  I really appreciated the quick response and fix.  Highly recommended.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Needed a plumber on Sunday. I got great service from Hoover, especially from Mike there. I had a buried commode waste line under our house (crawl space access) that has been a problem for years stopping up. One plunger wanted $5000 to fix it a couple of years ago. Mike crawled under the house to inspect the configuration, brought in an expert camera sub to view the line interior, then came back in a couple of days and dug out the old bad 8' section and replaced it, all for a fraction of my old quote. He was very professional, timely, and effective. Great work! Potty works now like new.

Great people.  Honest and caring.  They found out there problem was not my plumbing but my neighbor over watering.  They investigated all of this and didn't even charge me!!!!  I can't believe I found people who know what actual customer service is!!!!  I will Definitely be using and recommend them .

I tried to call this company for a service call today.  When the phone was answered the response was, Hello.  No business name.  I inquired if this was a plumbing company, and the response was, Yes.  When I inquired why the caller had not identified the company when he answered the phone the man hung up on me.  However their services may be, this is definitely not a professional company.
