Carlos is a phenomenal plumber and more so an honest person. I thought I needed major work done at my house due to what another plumber had said. He came in and was completely honest and told me that whatever was going on wasn't a problem. Thank you for your help and honesty!

We had been putting off replacing our toilet in our Master Bath and installing a vanity in our entry bathroom.  Travis had done some work with us in the past and we are so glad we called him back.  We have some challenges in both areas with space and doors.  He had great suggestions on which toilet to go with and found a vanity that was perfect for our limited space!  His communication is fantastic, quality workmanship, and fair pricing.  If you need a plumber, give him a call.

We hired Jay for a difficult project that no other TV installer wanted to attempt.  The challenge was to stack 2 TVs on top of each other in a cabinet that opens on the back and front, with a view from 2 rooms.  Jay stacked them and was able to create a swivel of 180 degrees so that either or both TVs could be viewed from either room at will.  We live in a loft and Jay managed to give us a sleek, functional design that also mimicked the architecture of our home.  Really nice and exactly what we wanted!

Came to my house and fixed my clogged pipe very efficiently. Super professional!!!

I had a pretty serious drainage issue.  These heavy downpours are literally putting water up against the house. I called two brothers, Elijah came out the next day,  He explained the issue as I had several pics depicting what was happening and explained in detail how he would resolve the issue.  He sincerely wanted to help me resolve my issue.  His team started work within a day after signing.  He was very meticulous and thorough with his work and ensured everything was working at the completion even testing the sprinkler system as it needed to be rerouted.  I am impressed.  I will be returning to Two brothers for additional work in the future.  If you have plumbing/drainage type issue, give Elijah a call.

Johnathan is an absolute LIFE SAVER!!! My mom had a major leak at her house in the front yard. All plumbers were booked for the week. Johnathan called me the same day I inquired and said he hated to hear we were without water and would be by later that night if it was okay with us. He came by, assessed the issue and quoted us. He was very informative and understanding when we werent quite sure what decision to make. My dad passed away a month ago and Johnathan took WONDERFUL care of my mom and I. We won't be giving anyone else our business.

Very good work & friendly guys! They called us to let us know when they were on their way and got to work immediately before taking a lunch break and coming back to finish the job. I actually thought that laying new water lines would be a messier process but our lawn looks a lot better than I thought it would as they went back after they were done to level out the dirt and clean it up a bit. Would recommend them to anyone in the area needing work done

We were so grateful to Genzel Plumbing for finding a way to come out quickly to fix our outside faucet leak. We had put off getting this fixed but wIth the sudden cold, we were afraid of serious damage to our home's pipes. Although the problem was more serious than we realized, they worked with us on the price and the solution. We highly recommend them!

Had them out to replace a water heater in Plano, probably 15 years ago.  Whole house water filtration when we moved to McKinney.  Let them know what you need and get out of the way.  Very professional and efficient!!

Caleb with Jr's Plumbing was great! He let us know when he was on the way, showed up on time (early really!), explained what was needed, identified another issue that might cause problems later and fixed that too, and replaced our kitchen faucet as requested, quickly, professionally, and with no fuss or mess.

To top it off, he was simply personable. It's a small factor that has a huge impact on the customer experience when you're inviting someone you don't know into your home.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Being a member of the Porsche Club and getting recommendations from a member there I figured this was the place to go. It's been over 100* lately and takes the house forever to cool off, they keep saying someone will come out and take a look, but no one has shown up yet. From other folks I have talked to after the fact I find out they are very expensive, other reviews backup this claim. Beware.

If you want prompt, excellent service calls and reasonable pricing, Hooper is your company to call. The HVAC technicians and plumbers are polite and professional as well. I always rely on Hooper when I need the job done well. Cannot say enough positive words for them! Bravo.

I had Tioga out to my house a few months back to do some plumbing.  They we're great!

I needed some electrical work done.  They were supposed to come on Thursday to give me a bid.  The tech got caught up in a job that took longer than expected so I got pushed to Friday.  Friday morning came and went.  I called and was told that due to on demand scheduling they would be out to see me later in the afternoon.  

So at almost 2 pm on Friday afternoon, I got the call that the tech was on his way.  I voiced my frustration to the lady but she gave my the company line that this was on-demand scheduling and I was free to go about my day and they would gladly give me a 30-minute advanced notice.

I obviously don't understand how on-demand scheduling works but I am ok with that.  From my perspective,  as a customer that was supposed to be helped on Thursday, I should have been helped first thing Friday morning.

I tried to call this company for a service call today.  When the phone was answered the response was, Hello.  No business name.  I inquired if this was a plumbing company, and the response was, Yes.  When I inquired why the caller had not identified the company when he answered the phone the man hung up on me.  However their services may be, this is definitely not a professional company.
