You really cannot get any more professional than this.  I was actually referred to Carlos by another plumber who has great reviews on Yelp but was completely booked for the day.  Carlos was very understanding and although he was busy, he was able to fit me in his schedule the same day.  He arrived on time, was very courteous, honest and fairly priced.  He fixed the issue and gave me a 30 day warranty.  I would highly recommend him.

I wanted to say if you ever have any plumbing or water heater issues, please call and talk to Travis. He was a life saver after our water heater went out. We had called other places and had been quoted a two to three day wait time. We talk to Travis this morning and less than 30 minutes he had two of the nicest guys at our door ( who did not mind our pup wanting pets every time they passed him).  Our new water heater works perfectly. Absher's One Call Plumbing was parked at my neighbors house doing work there. I walked over and talked to Todd, the owner, and asked him if he could replace my outside faucets. They had been leaking since we bought the house, but I'd been too cheap to call a plumber and was afraid to mess with them myself. Todd said he could replace them for me. When he got done at the neighbors house he came over, took a look at what I needed and gave me a price. It was fair and well worth it to finally have these leaky faucets fixed. Todd did the job and now I've got no problems. I'm elated. I highly recommend Absher's Plumbing and will keep Todd's card where I can find it the next time I need any plumbing work.

I had a pretty serious drainage issue.  These heavy downpours are literally putting water up against the house. I called two brothers, Elijah came out the next day,  He explained the issue as I had several pics depicting what was happening and explained in detail how he would resolve the issue.  He sincerely wanted to help me resolve my issue.  His team started work within a day after signing.  He was very meticulous and thorough with his work and ensured everything was working at the completion even testing the sprinkler system as it needed to be rerouted.  I am impressed.  I will be returning to Two brothers for additional work in the future.  If you have plumbing/drainage type issue, give Elijah a call.

Johnathan is an absolute LIFE SAVER!!! My mom had a major leak at her house in the front yard. All plumbers were booked for the week. Johnathan called me the same day I inquired and said he hated to hear we were without water and would be by later that night if it was okay with us. He came by, assessed the issue and quoted us. He was very informative and understanding when we werent quite sure what decision to make. My dad passed away a month ago and Johnathan took WONDERFUL care of my mom and I. We had a leaky hose bib that slowly got worse since the deep freeze we had last year. Brandon from Genzel was able to come out and fix the issue quickly. They were very transparent on the pricing and have a heads up about the variance depending on the severity of the problem. Luckily ours was a simple fix, but we will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing work.

It's never fun to have to shell out $$ for home repairs, but JR's made it as pain free as it could get. Trustworthy and reliable. I would hire him again in an instant!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical at first since this is a new company. But I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service from begining to end. You first start by downloading their app and booking your service requirements through it. The app will show multitle one hour windows for the date you want them to come. My tech, Edward showed up within the time window and sent text notifications before arrival. I had a water heater issue with the pilot light not staying on. Edward was able to resolve the issue without having to replace expensive parts. The price was very reasonable for the service provided. I will definitely use them again.

I got great service from Hoover, especially from Mike there. I had a buried commode waste line under our house (crawl space access) that has been a problem for years stopping up. One plunger wanted $5000 to fix it a couple of years ago. Mike crawled under the house to inspect the configuration, brought in an expert camera sub to view the line interior, then came back in a couple of days and dug out the old bad 8' section and replaced it, all for a fraction of my old quote. He was very professional, timely, and effective. Great work! Potty works now like new.

If I ever need an electrician I will call Tioga. For an upfront, honest and fair price quoted, I found out what the problem was and various recommendations on how I can resolve.

He waited for me to return from an errand and was very knowledgeable and professional.  For once I knew I had found an angel of a company who I trust to be totally transparent and not price gouge me!  So glad to know you are in my area!

I hired Sunshine Plumbing to replace two existing 50 gal water heaters with a single tankless hot water heater. This is a big job and I did my homework choosing a reputable company. I received their information as a referral from one of the owners of my trusted HVAC company in Dallas who used Mark to install a tankless in his home as well.

Mark is honest, fair, down to earth, and a true professional in every sense of the word. He is also incredibly respectful with a great attitude... can you believe he asked me with a smile (!) how I wanted my floor mopped after him and his crew worked a long 10 hour day with almost no breaks. He stayed late just to make sure we didn't lose hot water overnight, and my wife and I both were very grateful for that.

If you've been down the home improvement path, you know there can be some surprises, and this job was no exception. Mark was incredibly patient and even had to reschedule some of his other jobs (and make return trips here), and he refused to take a *dime* from me until every last detail on the job was complete. WOW.

True craftsmen are hard to find, and Mark is one of them. I'm truly impressed with Sunshine Plumbing and will be using them for all future plumbing needs. (And, yes, tankless technology is absolutely incredible).
