We had a hot water leak under our foundation and one of the quotes we received said we had to tear up floors and walls, YIKES!   Carlos recommended someone to come find the leak and then said the most cost effective and least invasive repair would be done by tunneling under the foundation.  We wanted to wait until he could finish the job he was working on just so we could use him and he arrived 10 minutes early for the scheduled appointment!  Professional, reliable, honest and extremely fair pricing!  Won't ever use another plumber!

We had been putting off replacing our toilet in our Master Bath and installing a vanity in our entry bathroom.  Travis had done some work with us in the past and we are so glad we called him back.  We have some challenges in both areas with space and doors.  He had great suggestions on which toilet to go with and found a vanity that was perfect for our limited space!  His communication is fantastic, quality workmanship, and fair pricing.  If you need a plumber, give him a call.

Todd was a solid professional.  Very upfront on the extent of the work and the costs.  The work required several visits, and Todd was on time--there when he said he'd be.  He put time and energy into completing the job and left our home clean and to all appearances untouched by the installation and subsequent wall repairs.  I was impressed with Todd and will hire him again should the need arise.

Great place to do business.  On time, found the problem and fixed it in a timely matter.  Honest and friendly.  Will definately do business with them again if I have any more plumbing needs.

I had a pretty serious drainage issue.  These heavy downpours are literally putting water up against the house. I called two brothers, Elijah came out the next day,  He explained the issue as I had several pics depicting what was happening and explained in detail how he would resolve the issue.  He sincerely wanted to help me resolve my issue.  His team started work within a day after signing.  He was very meticulous and thorough with his work and ensured everything was working at the completion even testing the sprinkler system as it needed to be rerouted.  I am impressed.  I will be returning to Two brothers for additional work in the future.  If you have plumbing/drainage type issue, give Elijah a call.

Late post. However, this is my 3rd or 4th time using Mr Jonathan who is a gem. This time it was installing a new water heater which required alot of services which were needed to pass code. He knew exactly was needed and assured me it would be included in the service.
Love that he gives true estimates and stays true to it. He is kind, timely and I trust him! Will be calling again when needed.

What a fantastic company.  Every single person I interacted with was very professional and courteous.  I had a toilet that needed to be reset with new wax ring.  Genzel was one of the only companies that didn't charge me a fee to come give me a quote.  It turns out their price was really fair too.  It was much lower than some others had given over the phone.  Brody Genzel (the owner's son) and a helper (forgot name) were very courteous, efficient, and professional.  They made quick work of the toilet repair, cleaned the area, and re-sealed around the toilet.  I was impressed.

Thanks so much to Allen for providing such great products and installation of recent our bathroom and kitchen remodeling.  We love our new tubs, toilets and fixtures that he helped us pick out. He coordinated perfectly with our tile guys to give us timely installation of all the products.  You are these best plumber we have ever had.

I reached out to Jr's to deal with a mysterious leak in a bathroom we don't use very often. They were super responsive on Yelp, and tried to get me in at very short notice.
Caleb did a great job of analyzing the relatively complex problem and performed a fix that seems to be working well so far. He patiently made sure that we understood his reasons for arriving at his diagnosis, and the mechanism behind the fix.
However, it did seem a little pricey for amount of time required for the fix (they charge a flat rate for pulling the toilet).

Would still recommend!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

During the winter storm of February 2021, billyGo's team showed up at the scheduled day/time to repair our busted pipes (our water had already penetrated the house a couple days before and been turned off).  However, billyGo's team also were also able to service several of our neighbors' homes that were experiencing immediate flooding (i.e., as temperatures climbed above freezing that day, pipes were busting all around us).  It was a blessing.

And, in just a couple short days, billyGo's team came and installed two tankless water heaters for us, resulting in our pipes and water heaters being repaired before the week was over.

I've been searching for a competent, reasonably-priced plumber in the Lake Highlands area for years and I think I have finally found it in Hooper. I prefer to use local businesses if possible. I used Frymire in the past but their prices are simply outrageous and I stopped.

I made an appointment (2 hour window, very reasonable), and when the guys were running a bit late they called to let me know instead of wondering.

The plumbers were efficient and professional. They completed the work quickly and correctly the first time. Best of all, the price was very reasonable.

I am now a Hooper customer. Highly recommended.

I am super impressed by Sy and his outstanding customer service. I had a service issue and I'm happy to tell you that he went above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction with the glass replacement of my front door. When I placed the initial call early Friday morning, they were able to slide me into the schedule and secure the door so there was at least peace of mind and when they couldn't get back when they said, Sy personally called me and made things right.

I tried to call this company for a service call today.  When the phone was answered the response was, Hello.  No business name.  I inquired if this was a plumbing company, and the response was, Yes.  When I inquired why the caller had not identified the company when he answered the phone the man hung up on me.  However their services may be, this is definitely not a professional company.
