True Integrity Plumbing replaced my water heater after it died.  They did a fantastic job:  clean, professional, and inspired confidence in the parts and labor.  I would highly recommend their services.

We hired Jay for a difficult project that no other TV installer wanted to attempt.  The challenge was to stack 2 TVs on top of each other in a cabinet that opens on the back and front, with a view from 2 rooms.  Jay stacked them and was able to create a swivel of 180 degrees so that either or both TVs could be viewed from either room at will.  We live in a loft and Jay managed to give us a sleek, functional design that also mimicked the architecture of our home.  Really nice and exactly what we wanted!

I started working with the owner at Bearcat back in 2015 and even keep in touch to work together today. 3 years and nothing but positive things to say. I would recommend Bearcat to anyone, anytime. Not at all surprised to see this page over 4 stars. I'm more surprised it's not 5's across the board!

I had a pretty serious drainage issue.  These heavy downpours are literally putting water up against the house. I called two brothers, Elijah came out the next day,  He explained the issue as I had several pics depicting what was happening and explained in detail how he would resolve the issue.  He sincerely wanted to help me resolve my issue.  His team started work within a day after signing.  He was very meticulous and thorough with his work and ensured everything was working at the completion even testing the sprinkler system as it needed to be rerouted.  I am impressed.  I will be returning to Two brothers for additional work in the future.  If you have plumbing/drainage type issue, give Elijah a call.

Late post. However, this is my 3rd or 4th time using Mr Jonathan who is a gem. This time it was installing a new water heater which required alot of services which were needed to pass code. He knew exactly was needed and assured me it would be included in the service.
Love that he gives true estimates and stays true to it. He is kind, timely and I trust him! Will be calling again when needed.

Don was terrific! Detected and fixed a slab leak with minimal after math in the garage dry wall. Was professional and very informative through the whole process. Very competitive pricing up front and no hidden fees later! He even fixed a wiring issue on my hot water heater for no extra charge! Very good work & friendly guys! They called us to let us know when they were on their way and got to work immediately before taking a lunch break and coming back to finish the job. I actually thought that laying new water lines would be a messier process but our lawn looks a lot better than I thought it would as they went back after they were done to level out the dirt and clean it up a bit. Would recommend them to anyone in the area needing work done

We recently used  Genzel Plumbing to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. They did the job efficiently and thoroughly. I was pleased with the price as well. We love supporting local family businesses that have a high standard of excellence and customer service.

We called Jr's for what we thought was going to be a simple toilet change out. From the first phone call they were responsive, polite and resonably priced. The plumber that came out to help us was Jason. The job turned out to be much bigger than we expected but through it all he kept us informed, was professional and was fair with pricing. We have more work to do and we absolutely will have Jr's and Jason back out to do it. We would recommend them to anyone, big job or small!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

If you value money do not use this company. Are the responsive?  Yes. Do they do good work? Yes pretty much. If you have no other option and have a major issue, maybe use them. But I would recommend trying your hardest to find another company. I can give you a list of 5 other plumbers just as good and 1/2 to 1/3 the cost.  I believe if you don't know any better then you would pay the price. I used them 2 years ago and the price was low and competitive. Fast forward to now and the cost has increased more than 400% for labor only. That's ridiculous.

This company is bar none the greatest plumbing company in Dallas. The prices are great. The plumbers are extremely knowledgeable and honest. This company strives for repeat business not get all you can once and move on to the next customer. I highly recommend Hooper Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I wouldn't call anyone else in Dallas for my plumbing needs.

I am super impressed by Sy and his outstanding customer service. I had a service issue and I'm happy to tell you that he went above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction with the glass replacement of my front door. When I placed the initial call early Friday morning, they were able to slide me into the schedule and secure the door so there was at least peace of mind and when they couldn't get back when they said, Sy personally called me and made things right.

I'm thoroughly impressed!!! Thank you Sy! You're a stand up guy!!

After a very disappointing experience with another plumber, I found Mark and Sunshine Plumbing.  So glad I did.  He listened, communicated well, arrived when he said he would, took care of business and was reasonably priced.  Can't do much better than that when it comes to a plumber!
