I was having plumbing (sewer line) issues and everything was backing up from the kitchen sink and dishwasher into the back bathroom. I got a quote from 3 plumbers and all but one was pretty iffy at best. One was very low ($12,000) and one was very high ($27,000). Carlos was very helpful in helping me understand the issue and options for addressing it. Unfortunately, the best option was tunneling under the foundation and replacing the sewer lines all the way to the street ($22,000). In my case, my house is on 'white rock' so the tunneling was extensive and laboring. His quote seemed to be the most reasonable. He started on a Sunday and finished mid-week. He took pictures of his work and explained everything he had done. He completed the work on time and within his estimate. I had used him previously to unclog the bathroom drains multiple times and hence identifying issues with the main sewer line. I recommend All Metroplex.

True Integrity Plumbing to the rescue AGAIN! Walking my lawn I noticed the ground was flooded near the entrance of the main line to my house and immediately called Travis and his team. Jordan came over shortly and immediately found where the leak was coming from, replaced the broken joint, lines and greatly improved the water pressure in our home. He even helped us find our water shut off valve for emergencies. Look no further than this team of excellent plumbing pros.

We hired Jay for a difficult project that no other TV installer wanted to attempt.  The challenge was to stack 2 TVs on top of each other in a cabinet that opens on the back and front, with a view from 2 rooms.  Jay stacked them and was able to create a swivel of 180 degrees so that either or both TVs could be viewed from either room at will.  We live in a loft and Jay managed to give us a sleek, functional design that also mimicked the architecture of our home.  Really nice and exactly what we wanted!

I had an unknown water leak downstream from the water meter.  I found Bearcat Plumbing on the internet and checked out the reviews - all five star!  Todd called me back within a couple hours and we set up an appointment.  He arrived right on time and got to work and found the leak at the anti-siphon valve.  He fixed that and installed two new hose bibs where the old ones were leaky.  His workmanship is beyond reproach and he is a very personable, respectful professional. I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs

I called Steven's Irrigation and Repair and he was able to come out the same day at 7:30 that night. After a quick (and free) diagnostic Steven replaced 3 heads and also explained proper watering to me. I asked about any upgrades we might need and he explained possible improvements for a later date. He even explained how I could handle one thing on my own instead of charging me to do it.

Most sprinkler companies charge an estimate or diagnostic fee. Not Steven's Irrigation and Repair. Business done right, and business conducted honestly. His prices were extremely fair and I feel confident recommending his services to anyone in need of irrigation work.

I had a pretty serious drainage issue.  These heavy downpours are literally putting water up against the house. I called two brothers, Elijah came out the next day,  He explained the issue as I had several pics depicting what was happening and explained in detail how he would resolve the issue.  He sincerely wanted to help me resolve my issue.  His team started work within a day after signing.  He was very meticulous and thorough with his work and ensured everything was working at the completion even testing the sprinkler system as it needed to be rerouted.  I am impressed.  I will be returning to Two brothers for additional work in the future.  If you have plumbing/drainage type issue, give Elijah a call.

Reached out to this company through another mate. Company had someone out here by 4:30p.m. and he worked till 8 p.m. to diagnose,estimate fairly might I add and gave 3 options in the bid process. Another plumber upsold me on this job by a thousand dollars. Work done right the first time and same day service. Ray and Robert were fantastic very helpful and recommended some important repairs I wasn't aware of. They replaced 3 feet of my cast iron sewer line in less then a hour! Good price even better people couldn't ask for more!

We had a leaky hose bib that slowly got worse since the deep freeze we had last year. Brandon from Genzel was able to come out and fix the issue quickly. They were very transparent on the pricing and have a heads up about the variance depending on the severity of the problem. Luckily ours was a simple fix, but we will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing work.

Gave these guys a call when we needed our gas line hooked up at our house. I made sure i did some homework and they have been in the business 28 years. Family owned and operated, and were completely transparent about the work being done. First off they came all the way out to Denison which I was more than grateful for, I know how gas prices are now a days. Bret was the one who helped us with our house. Explained to us what he was going to do and then went right to it! Was very knowledgeable in his craft and had the work done in no time. Will be using them for future plumbing needs. So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Over the past two years--with one serious exception that is ongoing--I've been pleased with BillyGO. I've used them for a replacement capacitor on my condenser unit after hours, and was thrilled with the results. They replaced a toilet downstairs for me, came out to add a hard start to my condenser unit which was throwing my breaker, cut off and sealed a poorly built broken sprinkler line that had been damaged by the previous owner's foundation work, did checks of my heating and plumbing as a part of the membership (I'm a member, it saves 15%), and did two hydrostatic tests of my sewage and water lines.

But today, as I sit with an incredibly high bill for a two-tunnel under slab tunneling to repair a few breaks in a sewage line, I feel a bit frustrated. The job is: two access points under my slab, one for an up-to-15 foot tunnel and one for an up-to-20 foot tunnel. They subcontract out to a crew that digs down, excavates the soil, locates and repairs the pipes, and then backfills, etc. There is no permit required, is my understanding, because it's not over the limit of length for a tunnel.

The price is $21,200. They reduced this by $1,000 but I haven't yet seen the price breakdown they promised. In my situation, my sewage insurance endorsement on my homeowner's policy covers $2,500 to $10,000 based on the age of the plumbing, and I'll probably only get $2,500 covered.

I understand that major excavations can be expensive and as a business professor, I'm no stranger to profit margins and operating costs. I get it. Good work costs money, and BillyGO has always done good, reliable work for me.

But today, I genuinely feel a bit gouged, after asking a couple of other very highly rated plumbers just for their opinion with no chance of taking the job. One service said he wouldn't take the job now if I went with them instead because it would have to be too expensive to start over. But he did say despite the cost, BillyGO at least does good work and is reputable, which I knew.

Look, I'm on a time crunch. I need to make this repair before my re-inspection date in 16 days prior to closing in order to sell my house, so I'm a bit of a captive buyer. I want to endorse BillyGO wholeheartedly but after this experience, I'm more than a little jaded. Yes, I accepted the quote. Yes, I put $5,000 down (explained to me as $2,500 per access point for the tunnels), and I agreed to let them continue. But I have no choice, now. And it's better to keep my buyer in the game to sell him my home and cut my losses than look for a more reasonable price elsewhere, and lose my buyer.

Shop around. Could you find a high quality service to make two tunnels totaling 30-35 feet in tunneling for less than $21,000? I bet if I gave you 5-6 chances, you'd do it every time. And that's what bothers me about this. Again, they came down by $1,000 on the price which I appreciate, but the price is still far too high compared to all the information I am finding from other providers and online, and I didn't know better when I put down $5,000-nor did I have much of an option given my time constraints, even if I had wanted to back out and go with a different provider.

I'm disappointed on this one, and unfortunately it colors all the other experiences I had with BillyGO. I hope they make it right.

We had a great experience with Tioga. They came to give a quote on replacing some light fixtures and fans and performed the work the same day. The price was very reasonable and the installers, Michael and Seth were very careful, efficient and professional.

We will use them again for our next round of upgrades!

After a very disappointing experience with another plumber, I found Mark and Sunshine Plumbing.  So glad I did.  He listened, communicated well, arrived when he said he would, took care of business and was reasonably priced.  Can't do much better than that when it comes to a plumber!
