Carlos of All Metroplex Plumbing came to our rescue. We had guests coming in to stay on Monday and our upstairs water heater went out Sunday morning. I called 5 companies, none of which work on Sundays so I was shocked to get a call back in a matter of minutes from Carlos telling me he's closed on Sunday but would be at our house early Monday morning. No other company I called responded that day. Sure enough Carlos and another man arrived, got the new water heater installed at a fair price in four hours!!! His work is impeccable and attention to detail is amazing. Thanks to Carlos, our guests arrived and got to hear the amazing story of man that truly understands customer service above beyond expectations. Carlos and All Metroplex Plumbing are the best!!!

True Integrity Plumbing replaced my water heater after it died.  They did a fantastic job:  clean, professional, and inspired confidence in the parts and labor.  I would highly recommend their services.

We hired Jay for a difficult project that no other TV installer wanted to attempt.  The challenge was to stack 2 TVs on top of each other in a cabinet that opens on the back and front, with a view from 2 rooms.  Jay stacked them and was able to create a swivel of 180 degrees so that either or both TVs could be viewed from either room at will.  We live in a loft and Jay managed to give us a sleek, functional design that also mimicked the architecture of our home.  Really nice and exactly what we wanted!

Very disappointing, quoted one price for the job and then changed his price.
Was paid in full, then rescinded the permit so that another plumber would have to come in and reestablish the job.  Ended up doubling the cost of the job

Great place to do business.  On time, found the problem and fixed it in a timely matter.  Honest and friendly.  Will definately do business with them again if I have any more plumbing needs.

I have had some sprinkler issues ever since a major landscaping project last year: one zone didn't work at all, and wiring was busted in two places that caused the front yard zones to not work well.

I finally reached out for help on Yelp and Steven promptly responded and said he could come right away. Over two separate visits Steven more than proved his value by helping repair my wiring the right way, fixing sprinklers and leaks I didn't realize were broken and helping find and repair a faulty valve box. My front yard sprinklers all work again and for an AMAZING reasonable price.

Steven is honest, helpful, professional, and just genuinely a nice guy. Happy to give him my business and refer him as well.

I am happy to tell friends and family that I now have a sprinkler guy!

I had a pretty serious drainage issue.  These heavy downpours are literally putting water up against the house. I called two brothers, Elijah came out the next day,  He explained the issue as I had several pics depicting what was happening and explained in detail how he would resolve the issue.  He sincerely wanted to help me resolve my issue.  His team started work within a day after signing.  He was very meticulous and thorough with his work and ensured everything was working at the completion even testing the sprinkler system as it needed to be rerouted.  I am impressed.  I will be returning to Two brothers for additional work in the future.  If you have plumbing/drainage type issue, give Elijah a call.

Jonathan and his worker did a excellent job installing our water heater.  From the receptionist making appointment, to talking about what my husband and I wanted done so very professional, courteous prompt service great pricing! Don was terrific! Detected and fixed a slab leak with minimal after math in the garage dry wall. Was professional and very informative through the whole process. Very competitive pricing up front and no hidden fees later! He even fixed a wiring issue on my hot water heater for no extra charge! Very good work & friendly guys! They called us to let us know when they were on their way and got to work immediately before taking a lunch break and coming back to finish the job. I actually thought that laying new water lines would be a messier process but our lawn looks a lot better than I thought it would as they went back after they were done to level out the dirt and clean it up a bit. Would recommend them to anyone in the area needing work done

Folks, let's us tell you about how great, family friendly, and helpful Genzel Plumbing was. The first time in May 2018 Genzel arrived as a third quote to fix a problem and solved it for us without a charge or the BS those other companies gave us. The second time we used them and only them was due to what we thought was just a backed up system. Genzel came out on time and professionally offering advice finding out that what we thought was small was actually a major problem for my family. Within a 24 hour turn around not only did he diagnose 3 collapsed pipes and root issues but had his crew out to fix it so we could use our plumbing. All along the way he updated us with pictures and explanations of the problem and even worked with us on the price. I have rarely ever received such great customer service from anyone and needless to say he was way beyond reasonable. If ever there is a problem at our house or other families we will recommend or use Genzel. Only 5 stars because I couldn't give more.

Great service and very honest company! I just had them come out today to check leaky toilets and Dexter came out and adjust the chain then told me honestly that the components are still good and all I need was a simple adjustment.  In my opinion one of the good guys for plumbing needs, will definitely request their services in the future.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Over the past two years--with one serious exception that is ongoing--I've been pleased with BillyGO. I've used them for a replacement capacitor on my condenser unit after hours, and was thrilled with the results. They replaced a toilet downstairs for me, came out to add a hard start to my condenser unit which was throwing my breaker, cut off and sealed a poorly built broken sprinkler line that had been damaged by the previous owner's foundation work, did checks of my heating and plumbing as a part of the membership (I'm a member, it saves 15%), and did two hydrostatic tests of my sewage and water lines.

But today, as I sit with an incredibly high bill for a two-tunnel under slab tunneling to repair a few breaks in a sewage line, I feel a bit frustrated. The job is: two access points under my slab, one for an up-to-15 foot tunnel and one for an up-to-20 foot tunnel. They subcontract out to a crew that digs down, excavates the soil, locates and repairs the pipes, and then backfills, etc. There is no permit required, is my understanding, because it's not over the limit of length for a tunnel.

The price is $21,200. They reduced this by $1,000 but I haven't yet seen the price breakdown they promised. In my situation, my sewage insurance endorsement on my homeowner's policy covers $2,500 to $10,000 based on the age of the plumbing, and I'll probably only get $2,500 covered.

I understand that major excavations can be expensive and as a business professor, I'm no stranger to profit margins and operating costs. I get it. Good work costs money, and BillyGO has always done good, reliable work for me.

But today, I genuinely feel a bit gouged, after asking a couple of other very highly rated plumbers just for their opinion with no chance of taking the job. One service said he wouldn't take the job now if I went with them instead because it would have to be too expensive to start over. But he did say despite the cost, BillyGO at least does good work and is reputable, which I knew.

Look, I'm on a time crunch. I need to make this repair before my re-inspection date in 16 days prior to closing in order to sell my house, so I'm a bit of a captive buyer. I want to endorse BillyGO wholeheartedly but after this experience, I'm more than a little jaded. Yes, I accepted the quote. Yes, I put $5,000 down (explained to me as $2,500 per access point for the tunnels), and I agreed to let them continue. But I have no choice, now. And it's better to keep my buyer in the game to sell him my home and cut my losses than look for a more reasonable price elsewhere, and lose my buyer.

Shop around. Could you find a high quality service to make two tunnels totaling 30-35 feet in tunneling for less than $21,000? I bet if I gave you 5-6 chances, you'd do it every time. And that's what bothers me about this. Again, they came down by $1,000 on the price which I appreciate, but the price is still far too high compared to all the information I am finding from other providers and online, and I didn't know better when I put down $5,000-nor did I have much of an option given my time constraints, even if I had wanted to back out and go with a different provider.

I'm disappointed on this one, and unfortunately it colors all the other experiences I had with BillyGO. I hope they make it right.

Hammer from Hooper came to my house mid August and cleaned out a difficult to access drain between two sinks in my master bath.  I paid $700+, but was happy my drains worked again.  A month and a half later the drains backed up again.  I called and confirmed multiple times that this was a warranty call and to send the same gentleman out Bc he was familiar with the drain he already worked.  Hammer returned and charged be to clean those drain lines again telling me it's hard to warranty work Bc you can never tell if someone has a lot if hair and is going to clog the drain quickly.  

I have called and my fiancée have called multiple times to discuss why I was charged and no one has returned a single phone call.  I would advise against using this company as they do not stand by their work or return phone calls.  I have also shared with  the neighborhood Facebook page that recommended them Bc this level of service is not acceptable.

We had a great experience with Tioga. They came to give a quote on replacing some light fixtures and fans and performed the work the same day. The price was very reasonable and the installers, Michael and Seth were very careful, efficient and professional.

We will use them again for our next round of upgrades!

I hired Sunshine Plumbing to replace two existing 50 gal water heaters with a single tankless hot water heater. This is a big job and I did my homework choosing a reputable company. I received their information as a referral from one of the owners of my trusted HVAC company in Dallas who used Mark to install a tankless in his home as well.

Mark is honest, fair, down to earth, and a true professional in every sense of the word. He is also incredibly respectful with a great attitude... can you believe he asked me with a smile (!) how I wanted my floor mopped after him and his crew worked a long 10 hour day with almost no breaks. He stayed late just to make sure we didn't lose hot water overnight, and my wife and I both were very grateful for that.

If you've been down the home improvement path, you know there can be some surprises, and this job was no exception. Mark was incredibly patient and even had to reschedule some of his other jobs (and make return trips here), and he refused to take a *dime* from me until every last detail on the job was complete. WOW.

True craftsmen are hard to find, and Mark is one of them. I'm truly impressed with Sunshine Plumbing and will be using them for all future plumbing needs. (And, yes, tankless technology is absolutely incredible).
