I was having plumbing (sewer line) issues and everything was backing up from the kitchen sink and dishwasher into the back bathroom. I got a quote from 3 plumbers and all but one was pretty iffy at best. One was very low ($12,000) and one was very high ($27,000). Carlos was very helpful in helping me understand the issue and options for addressing it. Unfortunately, the best option was tunneling under the foundation and replacing the sewer lines all the way to the street ($22,000). In my case, my house is on 'white rock' so the tunneling was extensive and laboring. His quote seemed to be the most reasonable. He started on a Sunday and finished mid-week. He took pictures of his work and explained everything he had done. He completed the work on time and within his estimate. I had used him previously to unclog the bathroom drains multiple times and hence identifying issues with the main sewer line. I recommend All Metroplex.

I was so glad to check out Travis' website before I called for service.  We appreciated his honesty about a product we were going to install.  Following his recommendation probably saved us another service call in a year.  Travis worked efficiently and carefully to install our new disposal and kitchen faucet!  He definitely deserves five stars!  I would recommend him in a heartbeat to everyone!

Todd was on time, professional in his appearance and attitude, and did a great job. He is a little pricey, but not to the point that I beleive is unfair. The equipment he provided is high quality. When I have work done on my home; quality, etc., is more important than the price, so long as it is not unreasonable. For instance, anyone expecting two faucets to be installed for $100 is rediculous. Hell, $75 just for the service call is reasonable. Add another one to two hours to install faucets, plus whatever parts may be required, and $250 isn't unreasonable at all.

Great place to do business.  On time, found the problem and fixed it in a timely matter.  Honest and friendly.  Will definately do business with them again if I have any more plumbing needs.

Serious sprinkler issue on Labor Day. Steven was responsive and reliable. He called back immediately and let me know what time to expect him. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend.

I had a pretty serious drainage issue.  These heavy downpours are literally putting water up against the house. I called two brothers, Elijah came out the next day,  He explained the issue as I had several pics depicting what was happening and explained in detail how he would resolve the issue.  He sincerely wanted to help me resolve my issue.  His team started work within a day after signing.  He was very meticulous and thorough with his work and ensured everything was working at the completion even testing the sprinkler system as it needed to be rerouted.  I am impressed.  I will be returning to Two brothers for additional work in the future.  If you have plumbing/drainage type issue, give Elijah a call.

Reached out to this company through another mate. Company had someone out here by 4:30p.m. and he worked till 8 p.m. to diagnose,estimate fairly might I add and gave 3 options in the bid process. Another plumber upsold me on this job by a thousand dollars. Work done right the first time and same day service. Ray and Robert were fantastic very helpful and recommended some important repairs I wasn't aware of. They replaced 3 feet of my cast iron sewer line in less then a hour! Good price even better people couldn't ask for more!

Robby Genzel replaced a tub/shower faucet set for us.    Very personable young (to me, anyway)  man with the necessary tools (mind and matter) to do job properly, quickly and left NO mess after.   Price was reasonable,  not cheap, for the job.   I would hire his skills in an instant if/ when I need a plumber again.

Gave these guys a call when we needed our gas line hooked up at our house. I made sure i did some homework and they have been in the business 28 years. Family owned and operated, and were completely transparent about the work being done. First off they came all the way out to Denison which I was more than grateful for, I know how gas prices are now a days. Bret was the one who helped us with our house. Explained to us what he was going to do and then went right to it! Was very knowledgeable in his craft and had the work done in no time. Will be using them for future plumbing needs. You can't put a price on trust and hard work, with Schlegel Plumbing that's exactly what you get.

This place is great! I have used several different plumbers, and they are the best. There was a bad leak outside my garage. Joe helped explain everything I could do to save money, then promptly came by and fixed everything. You will not find better service.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Made appointment at 8. Called me 7:26 am, made sure the appointment. I was there at 7:50. And was told the tire was flatten at 8:01am. Okay, asked when the technician can come. Office did not know and I said I will wait but it can not be too long because I will have to go to work. At 8:40 am, office called me telling me there will be a technician come within 40 minutes. 9:40 nobody appears. Called them, telling them if the technician don't appear now I would have to go. They said the technician will come in 20 minutes. So I turned vehicle back to wait. Luckily, technician comes within 5 minutes after the call. Talked about all the issues and want technician give me a report as soon as possible because I was supposed to go to work at 10. Technician came too late so eventually there is no time for him to finish his job and I have to leave. Got up at 7 and waited until 10, and nothing was done. Second day I requested the job again, but I was rejected because there was an issue yesterday.
Really should not call them to come because they will never have the time sense.

The company provided excellent service they were very responsive and helpful I believe they been in business for over 50 years and there's a good reason for that

I am super impressed by Sy and his outstanding customer service. I had a service issue and I'm happy to tell you that he went above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction with the glass replacement of my front door. When I placed the initial call early Friday morning, they were able to slide me into the schedule and secure the door so there was at least peace of mind and when they couldn't get back when they said, Sy personally called me and made things right.

I'm thoroughly impressed!!! Thank you Sy! You're a stand up guy!!

After a very disappointing experience with another plumber, I found Mark and Sunshine Plumbing.  So glad I did.  He listened, communicated well, arrived when he said he would, took care of business and was reasonably priced.  Can't do much better than that when it comes to a plumber!
