Had these guys out to look at a annoying gfci outlet that kept tripping. They were great communicating & scheduling the appointment. Ronnie, located the issue within minutes & had it repaired very quickly.
I also had him look at adding another exterior outlet since I needed one in a different location. He actually said he had most of the materials already in his truck & could do it at that time!
I must say he did a great job installing the new exterior outlet in a nice all weather box. Top quality work at a fair price.

To have Eric, the owner of the business, visit us today was great. He fixed my bathroom light fixture. He even put in his own LED lights and explained to us how to save money on them. I liked how he spent time with us explaining what he did and took the time talking to us. I will definitely call on him again! I looked at all the good reviews for this company and decided to give them a call. I left a message on Tuesday morning and have yet to receive a call back. Looks like I'll be finding another electrician.

Steve does the job right the first time. Reliable and always professional. May not be the cheapest but his work is first rate and when dealing with electrical, the risk to save a few dollars just isn't worth the risk.

I almost never give reviews, so for me to be doing this says as much as the 5 stars I'm giving. Greg was communicative, keeping me informed throughout the permitting process. He was prompt, arriving at exactly 8am, as promised. He did everything within his power to make sure the job was done on time, on budget, and most importantly, done correctly. I would recommend Greg and Georgetown Electric Company to my family and friends without hesitation.

We received a quote from another plumbing company for $2,500 to repair a broken sewer pipe deep under the front lawn.  Requested a second opinion from Bee Prestigious who came out and using their camera determined that the broken pipe was under the sidewalk and was therefore the responsibility of the City of Dallas.  City of Dallas came out within one day and repaired the pipe for free.  Bee Prestigious saved us $2,500 because they were honest!  Bee Prestigious will be my go to company for future plumbing issues.

We had some hot water pressure problems in the master bathroom. We had another plumber come out previously and said it was a PVR issue and quoted us $1250 worth of repairs to replace it. Daniel came out the next day after reading notes on our issue. He immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it without even looking at our house yet. When he arrived, he said the PSI on our valve pressure was fine and it was the heat traps in our water heater that was our issue. Only cost us $212 and done in under an hour! He was AWESOME! So glad we called them up. Would def recommend and use them again for plumbing issues. Thanks again!

Our old shower head started leaking, even with the hot and cold knobs all the way off. I contacted this company through Yelp, received a prompt reply and scheduled.

The plumber was friendly and presented the options to repair the existing valve or replace the whole deal with a normal one knob system.

Replacing it would have been ideal, but it would damage the tile. Getting that fixed (through another company) would cost nearly as much as the plumbing work.

So, repair it is. Unfortunately, one of our internal components could not be removed and so he had to abort the repair.

In the end, my shower is still leaking but I was not charged beyond the initial $30 visit fee. I'm not proceeding with the full replacement at this time, but if/when I do, I will use this company.

Cannot say enough about the great service we received from Keith at Heart of the Hills Electric. Our initial inquiry call was returned promptly and Keith showed up to give us an estimate at the appointed time. His work quote was far better than others we received so we decided to have him do the work we required. He showed up with an assistant but we were only charged labor for one person. The job was done efficiently and in a professional manner. The billing invoice was for exactly the amount we were given in the estimate. We will recommend Heart of the Hills Electric to all our friends and neighbors.

Should have done the job correctly the initial time.  Rude, unprofessional and wondering where the guy is that many state is great.  Maybe if I was a male......I would have been treated better.

They installed all my fans in my first house for a great price! They were very knowledgeable and informative and gave plenty of tips and energy saving ideas to help the cps bill! Be sure to give them a call for any electrical and remodeling needs!

I placed a query on HomeAdvisor for an electrician to take take care of some lighting I would need installed on the exterior of my home.  One of the companies that called me was Electrician For Hire.  John was the guy's name.  He called me at 8 on a Saturday evening and we talked about the project that I needed done.  10-15 minutes later, John said he would have a guy out to the house the latest they can on Friday at 4pm in order to take a look and come up with a quote.  He said they stop work at 4:30.  No problem.

Fast forward to Friday.  At 4:10pm no one had shown up so I called John to ask about his technician.  He said they weren't supposed to be there until 5pm tonight.  He said it was in his notes.  However, in the Saturday discussion he told me his guys don't work past 4:30 and he asked me if his guy could be at the house at 4.  I was good with 4 because I was leaving town at 5.  I let it go for the moment as he said he would get someone out to the house now.  His technician calls and says he'll be happy to come out tomorrow (Saturday) in order to look over the project and deliver a quote.  I explained to the technician that this was outside the terms of agreement from John.  I told the technician to disregard and that I would contact John to cancel.

I sent a text message to John stating that I was disenchanted with the fact that his technician didn't even know about it until moments earlier, which means I was forgotten about, anyway.  I let him know that I will be looking for a new and more reliable electrician to handle my project.  John's response:  You Go Girl.  When I called to accost him of the disrespect, he stated, Look, I am making light of the situation.  Don't be weird about it.

Can John do the work? I don't know.  He can talk the talk, though, and make you feel like he's got your project covered.  Myself, I do not give my business to those who lie, forget, change times, or flat out disrespect.

My suggestion to those needing an electrician in my area, find a more reputable one.  Leave the kids out of your home projects.
