To have Eric, the owner of the business, visit us today was great. He fixed my bathroom light fixture. He even put in his own LED lights and explained to us how to save money on them. I liked how he spent time with us explaining what he did and took the time talking to us. I will definitely call on him again! I recently ordered 2 new ceiling fans to replace some older/malfunctioning fans in my condo.  When they arrived, Chadwick was more than willing to add me to his schedule for the Wednesday before Christmas (12/21/11).   I greatly appreciated the fact that he took the time to call to confirm I would still be available before he drove out to my home.  The timing of his arrival was perfect as I had just arrived at home from work around 20 minutes earlier.  

Chadwick did an outstanding job of handling the minor complications that came up with mounting 52 ceiling fans in my late-60s condo.  His attention to detail was impressive as he pointed out and fixed several issues related to the wiring and the mounts that others may have missed.  It was very nice getting to chat about various aspects of the installation as it progressed.  

Thanks to Chadwick/Elite Electric, I can now sleep well at night with no more grinding ceiling fan sounds.  

In short, if you need electrical work done and you want excellent quality work and a very fair price, I would very strongly recommend contacting Chadwick/Elite Electric.

This review is a little belated.  Our AC went out about 9:00PM last month.  Called sFx.  Steve offered to come out right away.  We said in the morning was fine.  He asked me to send a pic of the circuit breaker I suspected was bad, so he'd be sure to have a replacement on the truck if needed. Steve showed up on time, quickly confirmed the problem,  fixed it quickly.  He's knowledgeable and polite.   Prices were fair. He offers a discount for active/retired military, which was appreciated.  I highly recommend sFx.

Very professional and responds quickly! If I need any electrical work done I will always call him! He has done numerous electrical jobs for me and haven't had one issue!! Reasonable pricing too!!

Had a tenant with a breaker issue.  They got out there thr  same day and took care of it.

I called to make an appointment to have Pablo come out during the week with a hot water issue, thinking our hot water heater was going out. Within 15 minutes of leaving the message my call was returned and he was leaving his last job heading home, but graciously offered to stop by and look at our problem. Within 20 minutes he was at my house and within 5 had already diagnosed the issue, even offering to stay and fix it today.

Where I really felt the most comfortable is he didn't pull a price for the job out of thin air. He had a sheet with all services and prices and showed me exactly what I needed and how much.

Great service, extremely friendly and even more helpful. We will definitely be calling anytime we have an issue in the future.

We called Legacy Plumbing this morning because we saw water dripping from our closet.  Enoch came out within a couple hours after we placed the call. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.  It turned out to be condensation from our dryer vent which is not a plumbing issue. He went above and beyond the call of duty and used a camera to stick in our exterior vent to find a bird's nest. He went ahead and removed the nest along with all the wet lint. We definitely will be calling Legacy Plumbing for our future needs.

I had an appointment with this company between 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. The technician arrived about 10 minutes early. I arrived home at 1:02 pm and found they had called/texted me. I called them right away but was told the technician already left. They didn't know when the technician could do the work at my home and I had to wait so I decided to cancel my appointment with them. I will never do business with this company again.

Beware of Quotes.  Received quote and the bill sent duplicated services at a higher price.  So now do I believe anything that was told me from the tech they sent.  Will not use them again.

Should have done the job correctly the initial time.  Rude, unprofessional and wondering where the guy is that many state is great.  Maybe if I was a male......I would have been treated better.

They installed all my fans in my first house for a great price! They were very knowledgeable and informative and gave plenty of tips and energy saving ideas to help the cps bill! Be sure to give them a call for any electrical and remodeling needs!

I placed a query on HomeAdvisor for an electrician to take take care of some lighting I would need installed on the exterior of my home.  One of the companies that called me was Electrician For Hire.  John was the guy's name.  He called me at 8 on a Saturday evening and we talked about the project that I needed done.  10-15 minutes later, John said he would have a guy out to the house the latest they can on Friday at 4pm in order to take a look and come up with a quote.  He said they stop work at 4:30.  No problem.

Fast forward to Friday.  At 4:10pm no one had shown up so I called John to ask about his technician.  He said they weren't supposed to be there until 5pm tonight.  He said it was in his notes.  However, in the Saturday discussion he told me his guys don't work past 4:30 and he asked me if his guy could be at the house at 4.  I was good with 4 because I was leaving town at 5.  I let it go for the moment as he said he would get someone out to the house now.  His technician calls and says he'll be happy to come out tomorrow (Saturday) in order to look over the project and deliver a quote.  I explained to the technician that this was outside the terms of agreement from John.  I told the technician to disregard and that I would contact John to cancel.

I sent a text message to John stating that I was disenchanted with the fact that his technician didn't even know about it until moments earlier, which means I was forgotten about, anyway.  I let him know that I will be looking for a new and more reliable electrician to handle my project.  John's response:  You Go Girl.  When I called to accost him of the disrespect, he stated, Look, I am making light of the situation.  Don't be weird about it.

Can John do the work? I don't know.  He can talk the talk, though, and make you feel like he's got your project covered.  Myself, I do not give my business to those who lie, forget, change times, or flat out disrespect.

My suggestion to those needing an electrician in my area, find a more reputable one.  Leave the kids out of your home projects.
