I called Ronnie for help with completing electrical work that an inspector said needed to be done while I was trying to sell our house. He came out the same day and completed the work quickly and efficiently! Definitely recommend!

To have Eric, the owner of the business, visit us today was great. He fixed my bathroom light fixture. He even put in his own LED lights and explained to us how to save money on them. I liked how he spent time with us explaining what he did and took the time talking to us. I will definitely call on him again! Elite indeed!   I found Elite Electric here on Yelp and gave Chadwick (the owner) a call to schedule an appointment for the next day.   He was friendly and professional and asked for my information and told me he'd give me a call the next day about 30 minutes before he was going to come over.  What a concept - I don't have to sit in my house all day waiting for someone to shop up - he'll call me first and meet me there!   Sure enough, he called me and said he was on his way.   30 minutes later, he was at my house.

Chadwick found the problem almost immediately (I hate to admit it, but I had spent 45 minutes trying to figure it out.  I might as well have been scratching my butt instead... I'm just happy I didn't electrocute myself  in the process...)   The problem was resolved within 30 minutes and I even got a nice tutorial (upon request) about how GFCI outlets work!   Chadwick even noticed another minor installation problem with one of my other outlets and corrected it for me on the spot.

Great guy, professional, reasonably priced.   I'll definitely call Chadwick next time I need any electrical yelp, err help.

I recently experienced a significant power issue and contacted Steven at SFX to see if they could come to my residence that morning.  He was already engaged and could not respond, BUT he proceeded to stay on the phone and assist me in trouble-shooting the problem.  He talked me through numerous steps as we investigated the problem.  Ultimately, I had to contact another electrician who was available to respond, but the attention and concern for my family's welfare, as well as the amount of time he spent with me, went beyond simple politeness.  So, even though SFX has not done an actual electrical job for me, I give them a high rating based on the customer service, professionalism, and concern shown by Steven, and will happily hire them if required.

I needed a light installed with motion detection as well as a few other things. Super polite and exceptional service. 10/10! I highly recommend!

Greg did a wonderful job and was a pleasure having him and his assistant in our home. He installed two ceiling fans and diagnosed a problem with the third ceiling fan. He installed a dimmer switch that allows us to operate the ceiling fan speed and light from the wall. He rewired and hung our chandelier. He diagnosed some electrical problems that we were unaware of and corrected them. He was extremely knowledgable, personable, and professional. He explained everything clearly before he began working and after the installations were completed. He worked quickly and cleanly and his pricing was fair and true to his quote. His communication was great; he returned all phone calls and texts quickly. We were extremely satisfied and pleased with his work. We highly recommend Georgetown Electric... the BEST!!!

Having issues with our plumbing not able to flush toilets or shower, called a company out they said they fixed it, a few days later same exact thing happened. Called Pablo he came out fixed the clogged pipe and showed us what our pipes looked like. He explained everything he was doing and was very thorough. Highly recommend and he will be the only plumber we use in the future.

Luis with Legacy plumbing arrive within 30 minutes of my call to unstop a toilet.  My impression is professional, knowledgeable, right equipment, did not make or leave a mess, and the quoted price was reasonable.  I really like Legacy Plumbing's business model.

Cannot say enough about the great service we received from Keith at Heart of the Hills Electric. Our initial inquiry call was returned promptly and Keith showed up to give us an estimate at the appointed time. His work quote was far better than others we received so we decided to have him do the work we required. He showed up with an assistant but we were only charged labor for one person. The job was done efficiently and in a professional manner. The billing invoice was for exactly the amount we were given in the estimate. We will recommend Heart of the Hills Electric to all our friends and neighbors.

Should have done the job correctly the initial time.  Rude, unprofessional and wondering where the guy is that many state is great.  Maybe if I was a male......I would have been treated better.

This company is sneaky, greedy and unprofessional - especially Larry and Joe. They are just not good people or right in the head. I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy. There are better, more reliable companies to seek out.

I placed a query on HomeAdvisor for an electrician to take take care of some lighting I would need installed on the exterior of my home.  One of the companies that called me was Electrician For Hire.  John was the guy's name.  He called me at 8 on a Saturday evening and we talked about the project that I needed done.  10-15 minutes later, John said he would have a guy out to the house the latest they can on Friday at 4pm in order to take a look and come up with a quote.  He said they stop work at 4:30.  No problem.

Fast forward to Friday.  At 4:10pm no one had shown up so I called John to ask about his technician.  He said they weren't supposed to be there until 5pm tonight.  He said it was in his notes.  However, in the Saturday discussion he told me his guys don't work past 4:30 and he asked me if his guy could be at the house at 4.  I was good with 4 because I was leaving town at 5.  I let it go for the moment as he said he would get someone out to the house now.  His technician calls and says he'll be happy to come out tomorrow (Saturday) in order to look over the project and deliver a quote.  I explained to the technician that this was outside the terms of agreement from John.  I told the technician to disregard and that I would contact John to cancel.

I sent a text message to John stating that I was disenchanted with the fact that his technician didn't even know about it until moments earlier, which means I was forgotten about, anyway.  I let him know that I will be looking for a new and more reliable electrician to handle my project.  John's response:  You Go Girl.  When I called to accost him of the disrespect, he stated, Look, I am making light of the situation.  Don't be weird about it.

Can John do the work? I don't know.  He can talk the talk, though, and make you feel like he's got your project covered.  Myself, I do not give my business to those who lie, forget, change times, or flat out disrespect.

My suggestion to those needing an electrician in my area, find a more reputable one.  Leave the kids out of your home projects.
