I had seen My Texas Plumber recommended by several people on NextDoor so when we needed our hot water heater replaced I reached out to them. Daniel's pricing was competitive, his response was timely and his description of what he would do was very detailed. Daniel showed up on time, charged exactly what he quoted, and the quality of his work was excellent.

We had a couple of leaking spouts, one bathtub and a basin. We called Garcia Plumbing on late Thursday afternoon and spoke with Georgia. The repair was started and completed on Friday.
Our plumber, Domingo was professional, polite and friendly. Domingo used appropriate social distancing and wore a mask during the repairs, as well as wiping his feet each time he entered our home. He explained the parts needed and the difference in prices. He had the parts with him, and did a good and fast job at fixing our problems. The price was affordable and reasonable.
We will call Garcia Plumbing again the next time we need repairs or other plumbing work done.

I called O'Bryan Plumbing to have my outdoor grill hooked up. I'm pretty handy, but I don't do the gas thing since it's not my forte.
The O'Bryan technician was supposed to be here at 9:30AM; I saw his vehicle parked outside at 9:05AM. At 9:30 sharp, the doorbell rings and I'm greeted by Brandon, a professional gentleman dressed in the appropriate gear and ready to work. This matters to me since I'm essentially letting a stranger in my home. He walks in and I show him the work that needs to be done. He walks back to his van to create my estimate and in around 10 minutes he's back with a quote. VERY REASONABLE.
I let Brandon know I want to proceed with the quote, he's ready to go. Brandon took a short while to grab the parts he needed, then completed the work quickly and answered any questions I had regarding the installation. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease that he knew what he was doing. I'll reiterate, it is very important for anyone I'm letting into my home to come off professional and build the initial trust from a customer. Brandon's professional attitude and knowledge made me feel immediate at ease.
Within less than an hour, he was done and the gas worked perfectly. He also stubbed off an old gas line per the quote and did a fantastic job with no mess. Brandon also waited and suggested I test the installation. Again, a reflection of his confidence and professionalism.
I will definitely keep their number and use them for anything I need for my plumbing needs in the future, and I recommend them to the utmost based on my experience.
Bravo O'Bryan Plumbing Services!

Had a blocked sewer line at my 63 year old house (original plumbing). Daniel came out and spent over 5 hours with dogged determination to clear the line. His persistence definitely paid off, and he was/is our hero of the day! I highly recommend Jerrell's Plumbing Service!

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Awesome service ! Got my upstairs shower back working in 24 hours. I was pressed for time and needed this done asap before my vacation. My shower is fixed and also was recommended to fix some other things around my home to avoid any further issues. I will be working this company again to get these issues fixed next week. All new parts were purchased for my job along with receipts, documentation, and 2 year warranty! Thank you

Schrade Plumbing installed a new 50-gallon water heater at our home on April 5, 2019, charging us $1,705. That was slightly less than 4 months ago. For the past week, the water heater has stopped heating water, so I called Schrade yesterday and was told the heater and parts are warrantied for one year; labor, on the other hand, is only warrantied for 30 days, and to have them come out and repair our brand new water heater that they installed would cost us $30 for a service call and $100 per hour labor with a minimum of one hour labor charge, so $130 to come out and make their 4-month-old work right. A brand new water that broke in just under 4 months. Ridiculous. Since the parts are warrantied for a year regardless of who works on the tank, I'm calling another plumber to come fix the tank and won't every hire Schrade Plumbing again!

After 48 hours of no power, we then had 2 major pipes break which lead to water pouring from the ceiling in three different rooms in our house. We frantically searched for a good plumber to help and KMP literally saved the day and our house.
KMP was incredible from start to finish. The office was extremely nice and helpful and though they had to book us a few days out due to the overload from the storm, they promised if there were any cancellations they would get us in as soon as they could. They were AMAZING and got to us within 24 hours. John came to our rescue and, after assessing the situation, called in his two teammates Zach and Devon. All 3 of these guys were extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us fix our situation. We could not have had a better experience - especially during such a stressful time. Thank you, KMP! We will be recommending you to everyone we know!

My experience with Duncan Plumbing was below expectations. First, their communication was poor. When I called to set up appointment the girl said 9 to 9:30. There was nothing said about tech calling to confirm time. It was communicated an 85 estimate fee that would then be incorporated into the service if completed. On the day of service, due to my business, my phone was off. Therefore I did not receive a call asking if the tech could come early at 8:30. At 9:10 I noticed I had missed a call from an unknown number. The tech had left a message and for me to call. I attempted to call his number with no answer so I called Duncan directly. The tech had been dispatched to the third call of the day because I did not answer. The woman started making this my fault until I reassured her that it was ok just when could he be here as it was not a crisis . The call was rescheduled for later that day for 5:00. I received a call, in the middle of a therapy session, took the call because I did not want a repeat of earlier. Stephen arrived at around 5:30. Went to my bathroom, deduced the issue was a water fill component. Asked if I wanted it fixed, and jokingly said of course unless we are talking 2 to 300 dollars. With all seriousness he said, the repair would be 265.00 dollars. I was appalled. My gosh, I was currently, right then having 3 rooms of carpet steam cleaned, which meant moving furniture, and the job was a 2 hour job for just over 200 dollars! If he had said even up to 150 I would have agreed but that was ridiculous. So I paid the 85 dollars that I agreed to and sent him on his way. What a ripoff!

If you want professional work and service, this is NOT the company to work with. I have not been able to use my shower/toilet/sink in my upstairs bathroom due to a leaking pipe into my downstairs living area for over a month now. I placed a service request with AHS and they assigned me to Next Level. The 1st scheduled visit was a 4 hr window that I had to reach out to Next Level to set up and was a no call/show from them. 2nd visit they were here for less than an hour and made the issue worse. 3rd visit was the same. 4th visit I had to make several calls and attempts to reach out to Next Level as well as AHS to get this resolved. Next Level admitted that they would be sending an experienced technician out for the 4th visit to which I was even more frustrated with. Why wouldn't they send an experienced technician out in the first place? Next Level does not return calls or respond to text messages for days and then apologizes with excuses. Also, the technician Josh blocked my driveway when he came to my house, cut the pipe in the downstairs and let water run all over the floor (thankfully it is tiled and not carpet), asked me for a broom/dustpan and paper towels to clean it up (not prepared w/his own supplies to clean it up), and then left knowing the pipe was still leaking and said he would need to come back another day. I have spent well over 12 hours either waiting on this company to show up to get this job done or on the phone multiple times to get them to come back to fix it and get this resolved. Lots of missed hours at work, I paid them $125 additional from the $125 I paid AHS for the visit and I have a worse issue now. Very unprofessional company and I am not sure how they are still in business.

Edwin came quickly after I called him and even though I wasn't home he got started on the clogged main line through the outside right away! He charged an extremely fair price, which made me very happy :) Since we just moved into the house and he felt a snag on the way out of the pipe, he said that if the problem persists there could be a break in the line. In that case he would assess with a camera and just replace the part of the line that needed it, making it more economical for us. What a guy! I'll definitely have him as my go to for all plumbing needs.
