I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

I used Evans Professional to replace the drain system in my home. They showed up as scheduled, and completed the entire job very quickly. I hardly even knew they were here. The job price was very fair. I highly recommend these honest and professional plumbers.

Awesome service ! Got my upstairs shower back working in 24 hours. I was pressed for time and needed this done asap before my vacation. My shower is fixed and also was recommended to fix some other things around my home to avoid any further issues. I will be working this company again to get these issues fixed next week. Abandoned us when our first floor was again flooded.
Two weeks after they cleared line from home to street, it backed up again flooding the first floor (hardwood) again.  I called frantic and the very first thing the woman told me was they don't guarantee their work. What? Then, they were booked until the end of the next week.  Suggested I find someone else.  I did, and OUR new plumber found clogged line with large roots within one foot of the drain opening.  Now we know why they don't guarantee their work.

I am not a happy camper. Earlier this Summer, I had KMP come clean out my sewer line. While they were able to clean the roots out where another plumber couldn't, they informed me that my line was broken near the curb that they could not penetrate (they marked the spot with paint on the grass and curb) and the sewer line was going to have to be replaced from the house to the street at a cost of $4,700. What they didn't tell me and what I found out from a friend was that any breaks within 5 or so feet of the curb was the responsibility of the City, as it's within the City's right-of-way. The City of Arlington got it repaired, at NO COST TO ME, within 3 days. So, if I had just given KMP the OK to fix it, I would have had my yard torn up, a tree would have had to be removed, my mailbox would have had to been relocated, and I would have been out $4,700. Hhhhmmmm, the City of Arlington repaired it for FREE. So, why didn't KMP tell me to call the City? Surely they know the code. It appears to me they just wanted the $4,700 job!

My main was clogged up in my house. I had a plumbing company come out and clear my line. Next day a gentleman shows up and tells me I have $50k in drain damage. Couple days go by and shit was coming up everywhere, worse even. We wanted a second opinion on what was going on. What's another few hundred in a second opinion vs guaranteed $50,000 literally down the shitter. They sent two real plumbers and they worked hard. Snaked my drain and got all kinds of nasty out. The other company, those guys left pretty clean, maybe they hydro jetted the dirt off there arms. What I liked most was how honest and straightforward they were. They weren't trying to get that big job kind of attitude or try to prey on us for lack of knowledge. Five Stars Mansfield Plumbing.

I have been dealing with slow draining kitchen sink for a couple of months now. They came to my house, listened to my issue and the remedies I attempted and went to work. Someone who lived there before me apparently had a habit of dumping grease down the drain.

They were not able to fix the issue but it was not for lack of trying. They used every snake they had, ruined 2 pairs of gloves trying multiple times. Eventually they explained how truly bad it was and arranged for a different plumbing service that had the pressure sprayer needed for the job.

Would I call them again? Absolutely!!

I asked AA super Rooter to replace the new water heater in March, 2017. But it is leaking now. The plumber worker reports that this water heater is used and pretty old. I do not what I should believe. If you are not an expert on water heater, be careful about AA super ROOTER.
