Contacted Precise Plumbing to address a suspected broken water heater.  Precise Plumbing was able to quickly schedule us a service appointment.  During the replacement of the water heaters, John found a water leak within our walls and found some issues with the original plumbing.  John worked tirelessly for two nights to address all the issues.... a total of about 15 hours of labor, and got it all taken care of at a reasonable price.  I'd recommend him to anyone, and we'll call him again for our next plumbing issue.

If you need a plumber, do yourself a favor and give them a call. They are fast, knowledgeable, reliable and fair priced.

Daniel came in and saved the day with our shower remodel project. Our tub needed to be relevelled after another contractor messed up the installation. We also needed the plumbing connections to the shower handle/valve to be re-aligned...again fixing another contractor's mistake.

My wife and I were both impressed with his ability to not only do the job well but to put every effort into finding the best solution (i.e. the professional way to resolve the problem and connect everything together). Also, his communication throughout the project was top notch. I had never met him before this job started, so I'm not trying to help a buddy. I honestly just want others to find good contractors. Go with this company. They're the type of people you want.

They blew off an appt. that they had called to reschedule, and when they did show, they stayed for 10 minutes before leaving since they didn't have the right tool.

We have used Tri County a few different times and, while sometimes it may be difficult to get ahold of them (common in this area of East Texas where services are scarce) they are always honest, do a good job, and do not try to up-sell you on useless services.  I recommended them to my parents, which says it all.

I was very impressed with Brian's work. After another company, Saving Grace Plumbing, failed me, I called Brian. He came the same day, found the exact leak spot, got access to it without making a lot of damage and did the replacements. His cost are very affordable, too. I highly recommend his company.

Schedualing was easy even showed up two day before, our plumber(Shawn) did a great job and made some a few improvements and suggestions for our future plumbing needs. will definate recommend and call if needed again

When I thought I had a plumbing emergency, I called Hanna at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing first thing in the morning.  I was lucky and was the first dispatch of the day.  Thomas arrived within an hour.  He quickly identified my issue and was able to stop my irrigation leak.  He was prompt, professional and personable during his visit.  I will definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again when the need arise.

We had our sink drain stopped up and called West Plumbing Company (Harvey). We were told they will be at hour house in about an hour or two and one person (Larry) showed up on time, which we felt was a good sign. He proposed a price of $253 expecting that it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours to fix the problem. After about an hour work using various types of snake tool he said that he could not reach the problem area and that the job was going to take a whole day,  because he might need to make holes in the wall and now the cost to us was quoted $1300 !!!!. By this time everything under our sink was a mess, a lot of very dirty stuff was in a bucket from the snake job and we questioned the high cost, but again we were told that it will be a lot of work (all day).We were really pressured to accept or else and we felt we had no choice... It is true that he did some small cutting on the back material of the cabin and attached sheet rock plus the metal tubing, but again he used a snake from the new opening and all was cleared up!!! The time of work was a little over three hours (including going to Home Depot for a few minutes, that took over half an hour). So, it looked to us that we paid about $425 per hour for labor work, because there was costly material involved. We feel the cost should have been around $500 dollars, because he came at 9:40 and left before 12 o'clock !!!! The work was done well, the holes on the wall were left open  and we feel were were taken to the cleaners!!!!

I used this company for an Gas Test inspection.  They were horrible.  The owner didn't want to do anything but get paid.  He came over and looked at the water heater and furnace, and said everything looked ok.  He didn't even want to put his gauge to pressure test the system.  He wanted to use an old gauge that i had.  When the city inspector came out, he said that there were several things that needed to be fixed.  The inspector said that the plumber should have know these basic things.  He also told me that the gauge was not valid and I needed an up to date gauge.  This guy never returned any of my calls in regards to the inspection.  i had to find a another plumber to complete the job.  Don't walk but run away from this company.

April 2015 was a bad luck month for us and plumbing. But in my opinion, I was fortunate to find Metro-Flow. I can't tell you if their prices are crazy expensive for everything they do, because I'm not a plumber. I really don't know what it cost to fix things. And yes, I'm sure I could have found supplies such as a toilet bowl cheaper at Lowes or Home Depot, and I could have carried the heavy thing to my home, but I don't have that kind of time. I'm sure I could have called several plumbers, but a visit from any plumber is going to cost.

In early April, roots shattered a pipe under my home. Metro-Flow brought a camera and put it down the pipe. I saw it with my own eyes.  The pipe was underneath my beautiful kitchen. I knew it was going to cost to get it fixed.  Daryl with Metro-Flow was quick to answer all my questions. Yes it was expensive, but they had to dig a cave under my house to get to the pipe. The pipe was fixed and no more toilet overflow in my upstair's bathroom.

Two weeks later my downstairs toilet started having issues. It had to be replaced too. It was leaking. Again Daryl and an assistant came out. He quoted a price and when it came out to be a bit more after it was fixed, I discussed it with him, and he kept his word to the original price. No problem. It was fixed and the toilet is working fine.

Again, maybe I could have made several calls all over Dallas to find a cheaper plumber.  But its about time and convenience for me. Metro-Flows plumbers got the job done, even threw in a few coupons. I asked them to work with me and they did.

They were professional, wore little footie coversover their shoes to keep my house carpet and floors clean.

Would I call them again? I have Metro-Flow on speed dial if there is such a thing on my cellphone, but I hope not to see them anytime soon. I'm done with plumbing problems.
