Great guys. I own a house built in 1969 so I have had the opportunity to try a few of the plumbing companies here in Denton. These guys were the best! Their rates were more then reasonable (almost half of what the more well known companies quoted me), courteous and cleaned up great after completing all the fantastic work they did.  They answered all my questions and took the time to explain what they were doing. I highly recommend AM Plumbing!

John did an awesome job and price was reasonable. I will definitely make this my future plumber. Great service, John was a little late but he called to let me know he was in route. Highly recommend

Over the Labor Day holiday, my water heater went out and although it was an expedited call through my home warranty company, the company they chose couldn't come and when they did their quote to the insurance company was so high, my out of pocket cost would be ridiculous and said I would have to wait 2-4 days to even have it installed.

On my way home from work I seen James from C.J. & L services in the chestnut community and explained the situation. He not only came to my house immediately after hours, but had my water heater installed the next day!!! He did the job at an affordable cost and he doesn't overcharge .He is very gracious and has an excellent company and he lives right here in forney!

Guys he was a blessing to me, so I'd like to pass the blessing on.

Daniel came in and saved the day with our shower remodel project. Our tub needed to be relevelled after another contractor messed up the installation. We also needed the plumbing connections to the shower handle/valve to be re-aligned...again fixing another contractor's mistake.

My wife and I were both impressed with his ability to not only do the job well but to put every effort into finding the best solution (i.e. the professional way to resolve the problem and connect everything together). Also, his communication throughout the project was top notch. I had never met him before this job started, so I'm not trying to help a buddy. I honestly just want others to find good contractors. Go with this company. They're the type of people you want.

We have a good plumber but he was unavailable.  We did our research and called Kenny with Sachse Plumbing.  Now we have two really good plumbers.  The only challenge we now face is who to call next time we have a problem.  We are very impressed with Kenny's knowledge and expertise.  He came out on a Saturday, didn't charge a call out fee and no weekend charge.  We are very happy with the result.  Highly recommend.

I have had zero luck with plumbers in mckinney, they give u ridiculous quotes and bs service recommendations, but WOW! Finally found a reliable, HONEST and quality company..Joe Castro and his Partner fixed my water clog in minutes and advised on short and long term

I have called Boyd's in several occasions and each time they show up quickly, take care of all our issues, and are friendly and respectful.

The last call was for a slab leak. We were concerned about how intense the job was going to be. They found the leak, we discussed the repairs needed, and completed the work in just a couple of hours for what a reasonable fee.

We have used Tri County a few different times and, while sometimes it may be difficult to get ahold of them (common in this area of East Texas where services are scarce) they are always honest, do a good job, and do not try to up-sell you on useless services.  I recommended them to my parents, which says it all.

Casto is great! We've had them work on several projects for us and will always call them for any future issues/needs.

I don't like to speak poorly of local or veteran owned companies. I come from a military family and respect/love the values instilled by it.

I had an issue with a leaky toilet and had the team at Smith and Sons come out the same day! Prompt in service and repaired the leak.

Within 3 days it was leaking again in the guest bathroom that was only used by the maid to clean the toilet.

The toilet leaked and went through my ceiling and onto my dining table. I called Smith and Sons and they came back out. They said that sometimes lift a toilet out and putting it in can cause other areas to leak.

The owner was supposed to call me multiple times to repair or speak about it and I could never contact him. I tried multiple ways to end.

I would not recommend this company. Proceed with caution.

Great customer service! They are very efficient and the price is very reasonable. The owner and staff is very nice and treat their customers with first priority. Also this business is Black Owned which is a plus!

Called them to request a quote. For them to come out there was a charge that could be waived if we choose them.

Quotes are usually free because that is the cost of doing business.

Great plumbers! Honest and actually on time. I had another company come out per my home warranty and they were horrible. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with these guys...they even put covers on their shoes before coming in. They will be the first company I call next time...even if America Home Shield recommends someone else. Id rather pay out of pocket and get the job done rather then deal with BS from a fake plumbing company.

I had a leak under my sink & I called Harvey West Plumbing.  They fixed the leak under my sink but charged me $450 for 1 hours worth of work and a length of PVC.  I called the general manager, John,  and asked if this sounded high.  He told me I didn't understand how to run a business and talked down to me.  So, here's the bottom line...the hourly rate at Harvey West Plumbing appears to about $450 an hour.  I will never use them again, and I regret calling John, the general manager.

I used this company for an Gas Test inspection.  They were horrible.  The owner didn't want to do anything but get paid.  He came over and looked at the water heater and furnace, and said everything looked ok.  He didn't even want to put his gauge to pressure test the system.  He wanted to use an old gauge that i had.  When the city inspector came out, he said that there were several things that needed to be fixed.  The inspector said that the plumber should have know these basic things.  He also told me that the gauge was not valid and I needed an up to date gauge.  This guy never returned any of my calls in regards to the inspection.  i had to find a another plumber to complete the job.  Don't walk but run away from this company.

Too expensive and unnecessary work done.  Why can't a company be clean, and professional, while also being honest with fair, competitive pricing? Metro-Flow will clean up the mess, but that may be only after a sales pitch, making you sign an upfront contract, and charging more than triple for work that may have been unnecessary. I paid over $600 for what could have been accomplished with a $40 part at a hardware store or for about $100 or less with a smaller, local, honest, fair plumber.
