Great people!  I had a horrible plumbing issue.  They sent out Billy to help me.  Same day service on a very busy day for them.  Everything fixed and at a very reasonable price.  Couldn't be happier!!

John did an awesome job and price was reasonable. I will definitely make this my future plumber. Great service, John was a little late but he called to let me know he was in route. Highly recommend

Daniel came in and saved the day with our shower remodel project. Our tub needed to be relevelled after another contractor messed up the installation. We also needed the plumbing connections to the shower handle/valve to be re-aligned...again fixing another contractor's mistake.

My wife and I were both impressed with his ability to not only do the job well but to put every effort into finding the best solution (i.e. the professional way to resolve the problem and connect everything together). Also, his communication throughout the project was top notch. I had never met him before this job started, so I'm not trying to help a buddy. I honestly just want others to find good contractors. Go with this company. They're the type of people you want.

We have a good plumber but he was unavailable.  We did our research and called Kenny with Sachse Plumbing.  Now we have two really good plumbers.  The only challenge we now face is who to call next time we have a problem.  We are very impressed with Kenny's knowledge and expertise.  He came out on a Saturday, didn't charge a call out fee and no weekend charge.  We are very happy with the result.  Highly recommend.

I have had zero luck with plumbers in mckinney, they give u ridiculous quotes and bs service recommendations, but WOW! Finally found a reliable, HONEST and quality company..Joe Castro and his Partner fixed my water clog in minutes and advised on short and long term

We rely on Boyd Plumbing for all our plumbing needs because they are responsive, courteous, and have fair rates.

We have used Tri County a few different times and, while sometimes it may be difficult to get ahold of them (common in this area of East Texas where services are scarce) they are always honest, do a good job, and do not try to up-sell you on useless services.  I recommended them to my parents, which says it all.

We hired this company to find a leak at our home. They came out, said the leak was in the yard but didn't try to find out where. They said they'd charge $4500 to run a new water line but didn't attempt to find out where the leak was in the yard. We were paying them to find the leak and still had NO answer as to where it was. They charged $675 for this!!!!

Great honest guys who worked hard to find a solution to my problem. Wasted a ton of money on other guys and Rick has been the only one to fix an issue that has drug on since last winter. Fair price for a job well done. Thanks Rick

I scheduled this company to install a new shower faucet and bathtub faucet to replace the leaking ones. I was quoted one price and then in the middle of it, the price was raised because apparently I had not been clear about replacing the two leaking faucets. I thought it was way overcharged, but since my bathroom is torn up, I said ok. THEN, I find out that even though that take the marble tile front from the side of the bathtub to get to the faucets, they can not put it back!!! Something about liability if it breaks! To make matters worse they have to remove the sheetrock from behind the shower to replace the faucets and they can't put that back because they don't do sheetrock! So I have to hire someone else to come in and fix their repair. NOT HAPPY and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Horrific experience!  They damage our dryer top and tour out staircase to attic. I got pictures to prove.    After a lot of heated phone calls over months , they reimbursed.  NEVER AGAIN :(

I used this company for an Gas Test inspection.  They were horrible.  The owner didn't want to do anything but get paid.  He came over and looked at the water heater and furnace, and said everything looked ok.  He didn't even want to put his gauge to pressure test the system.  He wanted to use an old gauge that i had.  When the city inspector came out, he said that there were several things that needed to be fixed.  The inspector said that the plumber should have know these basic things.  He also told me that the gauge was not valid and I needed an up to date gauge.  This guy never returned any of my calls in regards to the inspection.  i had to find a another plumber to complete the job.  Don't walk but run away from this company.

don't even call these people. It is major scam with their Diamond club. I needed a stopper on a leaky faucet and they wanted over $450. they came in charge me $49 service call and gave me ridiculous pricing.. and try to oversell their other services. also set thru a demo on their Diamond Club

They also wanted over $200 to replace inner toilet valve.
