Brad's Plumbing is a family owned business based in Katy. We specialize in residential service and repair. We are experts in our field and can handle the smallest job up to a larger remodel project. Our clients appreciate our approach to solving most plumbing problems. We don't exaggerate the severity of a problem we just do our best to explain it to you in terms that are easy to understand and recommend the way we would handle the problem if it were in our own home. Our employees have been with us so long they are like family to us and we think you will appreciate their attentiveness to detail. Overall our specialty is customer service!
HISTORY
Established in 1992.
Brad's Plumbing grew out of a desire to be the best. The owner, Brad Winbigler, had spent several years working for one of Houston's premier plumbing companies. With the birth of his two children it became apparent to him that commuting an hour into town every day was a pathway to not being involved in his children's lives. So he and his wife Stevelyn, started Brad's Plumbing in the area that they reside in, Katy, Tx. The rest is history, the wonderful people of West Houston and Katy have appreciated the level of trust and expertise provided by Brad's Plumbing and helped them grow from a one man operation to a viable business which is proud to be part of our community. Now Brad is proud to announce his son Josh will be his latest acquisition in the service department. Brad's hair has turned a nice shade of silver, but he's still out doing service calls along with the rest of his crew.

Hi, I'm Brad Winbigler owner and still an operator at Brad's Plumbing Company. I've been Married to my wife Stevelyn for over 25 years. We are both Christians and have made it a point to run our business with a healthy pride and integrity. We are not perfect by any means, but we strive to live our lives and run our business as Christians. If we make a mistake we own up to it and we try to resolve any issues as adults. With the Lord's grace, a little logic and plenty of common sense it has proven to be very effective. We acknowledge Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, and we have been known to pray with and for our customers when called to do so.

I never write reviews. I will from now on as I understand how important they are. Brad's plumbing was recommended by my niece after we had a negative experience with another plumbing company (Didn't look at reviews soon enough). All of the reviews about Brad's Plumbing added to my confidence level of the company. Lived up to the reviews. Justin and Tucker came out and were wonderful. They were professional, experts with the problem, and very supportive for a couple of seniors who needed the help. I had complete confidence in their work and their feedback. They are on my speed dial. Hope they don't block me. LOL.

I have had the pleasure of working with Brad's plumbing for many years now. I just had to replace my water heater in my home, and as always, they took great care of me. I would highly recommend them.
I've used Brad's a few times since I've lived in Katy. I can't say enough good things about things about Brad's. High inteGreat service, very fair and honest. Highly recommended. Update - August 2020, Needed an estimate for my water heaters (looked like they needed to be replaced). I got 3 estimates. The first 2 companies charged me for the estimate (it would be part of the bill), and talked about other equipment I wasn't interested in (i.e it was a sales call). Brad's did not charge me for the estimate, no up sell, installation was awesome and left my house with no mess.

Contacted Brad's Plumbing due to both toilet being clogged with an obstruction in the sewer lateral. Brad's responded within a couple of hours. Justin and his help were excellent. They were able to determine the nature of the problem and were able to clear the lateral line. They were also able to quickly locate the cleanout for the lateral line (something previous plumbers were unable to do.) Great service, reasonable pricing, friendly people who know what they are doing. Highly recommend Justin and Brad's plumbing for your plumbing needs.
Great service. Very thorough. Discovered that the roofer had made an error and helped me get it fixed. They made me feel like a partner instead of an ignorant consumer. Would definitely recommend them.
Great service and good prices. Nice to be able to use a family business that was founded decades ago.

Contacted Brad in the morning, Josh was out that afternoon. Josh was not only meticulous with fixing the problem correctly, he was also tidy with the job site. We are so thankful for their prompt service!
Spoke to Brad about an issue with plumbing in our house regarding PEX and hot water line. He said he would do some research and ask around if any of his plumber friends had experienced the same issues and get back with me. That was 4-6 weeks ago and haven't heard back from him yet.

My kitchen faucet almost blocked. After I left message, they called me back within one hour. As I am not available the same day, they called me again to schedule the next day. Joey came on time and solved my problem within one hour. I am very satisfied.

I was given Brad's Plumbing as a recommendation from my neighborhood Facebook group. The water would not turn off in my master bath shower. I know nothing about plumbing so was freaking out a bit about all the wasted water flowing. I called Brad's Plumbing and left a message. Within 10 minutes I received a call back from Brad and he said he had a man who could come out within an hour or two depending how long his current job would take. I was SOOOO appreciative for the same day service.
BUT IT GOT BETTER! 1 hour after my initial call to Brad's Plumbing Joey arrived at my door to fix my master bath shower. Joey was polite, friendly and he gave my cat some attention which is always appreciated by my cat. Joey fixed my shower and even helped me get the ladder to my attic crawl space back in place (I was struggling).
I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank You Brad for the quick response and Thank You Joey for fixing it so quickly. And Bronson thanks you for the pets :)
i own a small appliance repair shop and I have needed plumbing help on a few of the jobs I have done. In one case, a water valve broke off at the wall and I needed immediate help. Brad was able to get one of his guys out right away to install a new valve. Another time, my daughter had a clogged drain in her sink and I couldn't get it unclogged with my snake. Brad came out and had it cleaned out in a short amount of time. Both times he charged a very fair price for the repairs.

Brad's plumbing is fantastic! They were insightful, extremely proficient, and gracious when handling my water heater replacement. There personnel are accommodating and conscious about how they go about their repairs.
I would recommend them to anyone for any plumbing needs.
Initial call returned in 10 minutes and they were out the next day, since it wasn't an emergency. The job was explained to me and completed as explained. My wife then asked the guys to look at some other issues and each issue was explained and costs provided. We ended up getting about 6 different issues resolved with one service call. Pricing is very reasonable, plumbing isn't easy or cheap, if it were we wouldn't have a need to call Master plumbers. Brad's Plumbing has been added to our home repairs contact list.
I can't say enough good things about this company. Joey and Brad's son Josh did some extensive work on my water pipes and I absolutely loved the results. They explained to me what they were doing and allowed me to look and learn as they worked. Both guys were very friendly and Joey was simply amazing. The price I paid with them was 12K cheaper than what another local company wanted to charge me. The other local company wanted to rip all the piping out and start from scratch but Joey looked at the damage and recommended fixing only what was damaged. I really appreciated that! They obviously are not just in it for the money but want to do what's best for the customer. I'm praying I never need plumbing work again, but if I do, they are the ONLY company I will use. I'm Mike owner of a local home improvement company and I use Brad's Plumbing for all of my projects requiring a licensed plumber. I've been calling on Brad since 1999 and his company has never let me down. He does the job right the first time. If your a homeowner or contractor you should have a go to plumbers name and number close at hand for those unexpected issues. Put Brad's Plumbing in your contacts!
WE WOULD NEVER HIRE BRADS PLUMBING AGAIN. Sent out 3 guys in two vans, one admittedly an apprentice that did not much more than stand around hold a ladder. Only one guy did any real work. They broke the access panel in the ceiling and made a makeshift replacement out of MY materials, BUT they were just going to tape it together and do nothing more, but I prevailed. For 2 SMALL leaks needing only 2 galvanized nipples, one coupling and 2 waterflex connectors, we were charged $550.00 and not provided an itemized invoice. My husband was aghast at the bill and I called and asked for an itemized invoice detailing material and labor which I received promptly by mail. Brad showed he charged $9.00 to provide an itemized invoice. Padding the bill and charging for itemized invoices....what a shady businessman. BAD BUSINESS. I sure hope the leaks were fixed well.
They called me back within an hour, were able to come that afternoon and fixed my problem in an hour at a reasonable price. I'm sold.
