After moving into our home, we quickly realized that we needed to replace our old clay, community, sewage line. Johnny, Linker, and their colleagues were so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They came out to the house right away and helped us find the line, pull the permits, and once weather cleared up, they were able to complete the 60 feet or so of sewage line replacement within 72 hours.
They worked with us on the price and were always let us know in advance before they were headed over. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs in the future!
Best Choice was the Best Choice! I called back in September about a striped water faucet in my bathroom the day of my Husband's birthday Party! Johnny came out with in the hour and made the repairs quickly and efficiently!!! He was very detailed in explaining the process and the repairs that were needed. He set the water temp to my liking and i later realized it wasn't hot enough, I reached out he came back TODAY and made the adjustments to the temp of the water and its perfect now! I HIGHLY recommend Best Choice to anyone in the Northeast Houston area they are definitely the BEST!!!!
We have used this company twice,both times they were very professional! I definitely recommend them for fast and professional service. Our kitchen sink and bathtub both were repaired and we are very satisfied with the work they did!
Johnny and his crew were very prompt and professional. They showed up at the agreed appointment time and quickly addressed my sewage issues. My house was built in 1935 and still had the original concrete plumming buried in the backyard. After attempting to flush the old concrete line it was determined that the line needed to be replaced. At that point Johnny and his crew worked tirelessly to get the old line dug up and a new line in. In less than 24 hours I had a brand new PVC sewer line installed. I have had quotes on the same work done and the price was very fair in the work quality was very good. I will definitely be using them in the future.
Super happy with everything. He kept me posted about when he would arrive. He kept his word. The service was fast and he got the job done right. And the price was far better than I had expected.

We've called Best Choice twice for plumbing issues in our 35 year old home. The first time, we needed them ASAP and they showed up after 9p to help us. The second time was more routine but they always show up on time and are extremely polite. Linker is awesome! Such a nice person to deal with and does a great job. The prices are very reasonable and fair. I highly recommend them!

Great company and curtious. Good pricing with quality service. I had my main line replaced and a tub installed with this company.
- Johnny was professional in our first meeting.
- He promised to show up for the job after a few days and failed to do so. Some story about parts (that are usually easily available) suddenly being very hard to find.
- Anyway - I rescheduled.
- Next time: again no show. Again some story about being stuck in traffic, not being able to come, etc.
- Got angry at me when I expressed my displeasure at his delays and he cancelled the job. Set my job back by two weeks.
Thoroughly unprofessional. Will never call again.

Gave me a quote of $480 to replace my bathtub drain and drain cover. Just love when contractors think a woman doesn't know any better. Drain and cover set is roughly $20 at HomeDepot. Super disappointed...
They were very professional. I was glad that they came over very quickly and were able to get an immediate fix while parts were ordered which allowed the water to be restored to the house. They came back later that night to finish the job. Excellent job. Very customer service oriented

This company is awesome ! The service is prompt and the technician arrived early for the appointment. Our technician was Doc. He was able to give me some good advice and was very helpful on choosing a new water heater . Doc was very knowledgeable and has 20 years of experience. Doc arrived with a smile and had a very pleasant personality. This made my entire experience a lot easier. The job was completed in a timely manner and was very neat. The job site was cleaned up and nothing was left behind . The company even called me the day after to see if the work meet my expectations. I would recommend this company to family and friends.
Must say this hasn't been a very good start as a new customer for best Choice Plumbing. Had an appointment scheduled today to get a quote, so far no call no show during the hours they said they'd be out, I've left messages through there main number, and haven't heard a peep from anyone!

Johnny came out to provide an estimate on several items, including a water heater that the energy company identified as having a gas leak. He made recommendations for corrective actions; he was professional and ON TIME. I would most certainly contact Best Choice again in the future.

Called late at night and Doc returned my call within 10mins. This guy is a master plumber, very knowledgeable and super fast!! He looked around the pump and breakers for about 10mins and knew what the problem was. My contacts on my pressure switch were burnt and needed to be replaced. He fixed it temporarily and the next day he came out to replace it with a warranty. Would recommend to anyone and they will get our business again.
