excellent service! Monday morning 8AM & we had a small creek running down the hallway. our hot water heater hose sprung a leak. shut off the breaker & water & called Plumbing Force.

Jaime was here quickly, after finishing up the job he was on. he showed my husband a few things as he replaced the hoses & moved the pipes a bit to better fit the space. he was polite, smart & cleaned it all up when done.

no more leak. my husband didn't have to tear any walls out & the price was more than fair.

I've had issues with service people in the past, plumbers in particular. Jaime restored my faith in the industry as a whole. it's a rare thing to find someone honest, fair & does the job right. we found that in Plumbing Force & Jaime.

WOW! I highly recommend Clearwater. We had an emergency gas leak. I called early on a Saturday morning. They called me back within 15 minutes. I was given an extremely reasonable service call fee, a time window to expect them, and they called me when they were on their way. They arrived, on time, and fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use this company again, when I need them. All of this was, from first call to finish, less than 6 hours and half the cost I was quoted by 2 other companies.

Roy Adams embodies what great service should resemble. He not only explains every step of his process, but is also honest about if can fix the issue or not. I am a new home owner and he also gave me honest advice about the existing cheap/ builder grade plumbing concerns but, told me not to worry about them until necessary. Most other Plumbers would have tried to have me spend a small fortune immediately. If you hire Flat Rate Plumbing, you will NOT be disappointed!! I had a water heater failure that caused quite a mess in the garage. From the person that answered my phone call to the actual service call, the service was terrific and reliable.

We were given clear options for repair or replacement, but we knew a replacement was a long time coming anyway so we went for a replacement. KMP sent Zane, who called before arriving, helped clean up the mess as we had physical limitations, and even texted us later on to be sure the water heater was working OK.

It was great to have such quality and caring help in a stressful time. We will definitely be using them again.

Called this company Monday morning for a backed up kitchen sink. I made them aware that I want the pipes sewer jetted. The guys were nice and arrived early. They told me they didn't have a working sewer jet but I needed my sink unstopped. I made the company aware of my disappointment and didn't even get offered a discount. I also never got a receipt. I will never call them again. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the workers were extremely nice.

Call someone else!!!  Yes, he can fix the problem, but for a Master Plumber with 30 + years, he doesn't seem to know how to do basic plumbing quickly.  He will charge you for all the time he spends complaining how hard a fix is (it was tight, but my husband could have fixed it in the same time!!), taking bathroom breaks and going back and forth to his truck 10x to get 1 thing at a time.  Well that is how he works.  He comes to a 30 minute job and milks it for as long as possible.  Not trustworthy, what so ever!  

We were hoping to find our go-to plumber.  An overall nice person, who we could trust to be fair and honest.  This behavior/business practice is what gives trades people a bad reputation.  It is sad, because I have a lot of respect for trades and small business owners.

I am selling my house and if that isn't enough stress, I get the inspection report and there are a few issues. I live out of state and after a few calls to companies that were NO WHERE NEAR Denton, I called Force Home Services and spoke to Lisa. She's Amazing! They are locally owned and could schedule 2 separate services (Plumbing & AC) the next day. It took extra effort but Brad and Kevin (plumbers) located parts needed to complete the job. Came back the same day and finished.  Also, big thanks Travis. The AC guys, Johnmark & Emanuel also made sure everything would be completed on the same day. I highly recommend Force Home Services. Courteous and professional and get the job DONE. All this at a very reasonable price. Thanks to all of you...

I cannot recommend this company highly enough.  I called and asked them to come out and give me a second opinion on my heating units after Milestone Electric gave me an outrageous quote of $6600 to repair my units (never had a service call, issue with either heater and serviced twice a year).   They came out that day, took their time to look things over, showed me what they were doing and gave me a quote on some work that they recommended in the future.   I had another company come out and look and they were spot on with Rescue Air's results and recommendations.  Thank you to Joe Kronenwetter for a job well done.  I have also recommended you on FB and on my Next Door Neighbor boards.

Good Fellas plumbing saved us from an incorrect leak diagnosis we received from another company. They were accommodating and came out immediately. They were able to immediately locate the correct leak and fix it using their thorough methods.   Chris and his team were very professional and took time to carefully explain.  We are are so appreciative for the time and money they saved us.

Could get my sprinkler system to work proper , we called 2 other places and they couldn't fix the problem. A and j unlimited found and fixed the problem in a day and half for a very reasonable price and now our sprinkler system and fountain work on schedule and like new. Thanks guys

I have called Professor Plumb for several plumbing emergencies (slab leaks). I will never call another plumber again! Mr. Roach is skilled, thorough, prompt and courteous. I met Mr. Watson once and he was excellent as well.

I ask a lot of questions when I get any kind of service done. Mr. Roach was more than willing to answer my questions and provide me with best and worst case scenarios along the way. I received one other quote for my repair and Professor Plumb was much better.

I called for a tub drain leak. They sent out Bob and Mike I believe. Did a great job and fixed my problems and the price was good. I would recommend them.

We had an emergency and needed someone to come out that afternoon.  Mr. Rooter's dispatch set an appointment at 4:30 PM and Nathan showed at 4:30 PM.  He then solved our problem very quickly!  

I asked for his guidance on another possible issue.  He could have said this is what you need to do... and here is your bill, but he did not.  HE spent a few minutes and saved us a couple of hundred dollars.  

I thoroughly enjoyed his honesty and look forward to using him again soon.

Daron was amazing! Actually the entire process was much easier than anticipated. We had an urgent need and I was SO pleasantly surprised that someone would be available within an hour. Then Daron arrived and quickly assessed the problem, gave us several options and explained everything in detail.
