Both technicians were professional, nice, and honest. They showed up on time and talked me through potential plumbing issues. Definitely using Schrader for my bathroom renovation.

These guys are awesome and honest! Been using another plumber for 5 years but felt that the cost they quoted me for a major repair was bit steep. Found ABC Plumber. Saved some $$$ and they were really honest. You can't go wrong with these guys.

True plumbing was recommended to me by Gateway Church so I called them. The problems that needed fixed was the leak right around my water meter and my toilet water tank. I told them about these before they came to my house. The water leak by the meter cost me $2400. They had to replace the blue metal tube that is now outlawed according to them. They told me they would fix my toilet for free (water kept running) even when not in use. They had the wrong parts for the toilet so they took a photo of my toilet telling me they have to order the parts and let me know. This happened in late March. It's now mid May and I haven't heard from them. And I don't know if I ever will.

True plumbing came today and apologize for the delay in fixing my toilet. It's good to know that true plumbing care about their reputation. They took ownership of the problem which what a good business is about, following through and keeping promise.

I began using them starting back in 2010. I had both a kitchen sink and my washing machine drain back up. I had two other companies come out, and both wanted me to spend over $300 to scope the drains, stating that I most likely had a foundation shift. Wanting a 3rd opinion, I called direct source. David, the owner, came out with his guys, listened to me, and then said I want to try something first before running a scope and costing you more money.
He then proceeded to get out the normal drain snake, and then swapped out the tip with a wicked looking claw! He ran that in thru the outside access, and had my drains running perfectly. Only charged me $150 total, when he could've charged me double at least.

I've been using them for all my plumbing needs since then. I'd highly recommend them.

Eric picked up the phone and was exceptionally helpful and nice. We had a leaking expansion tank and although end up canceling the service per the tenant request, Legacy plumbing is going to be my go to place next time we have an issue if only for the fact that it was easy to communicate, send picture and schedule. These guys were fantastic! We had an issue with water temperature in just one faucet in the house. They scheduled us quickly, showed up on time, and were super friendly. They got us taken care of promptly, couldn't recommend them enough!

We had a shower valve replaced and we're very please with the work and the price! We had other estimates done and black tie had the best priced quote! Also Mark who did our estimate and the work was very knowledgeable and you can tell he really takes pride in the work that he does!

Amazing!  We had an emergency and they came out quickly and resolved everything quickly and professionally. They were friendly and calm. There is a reason Kenny's has five star reviews.  They are exactly the type of business you'd want to work with.  Honest, reliable, great prices AND they go above and beyond trying to meet your need.  I had a need for a consult and quote.  Janice was so helpful, reviewed the information, gave a detailed recommendation, and even made local contact (we are in another city) with someone closer to us that.  Who does that...?  They do.  They were so kind and professional throughout the exchange, I've been wowed by there effort and customer service.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

We had an overflowing toilet. I called Jeff and left a message. He called me back within 5 minutes. He said he would be here within an hour, which he was. It took him 20 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. Very friendly and straightforward. I will definitely recommend him.

Have used Roto-Rooter before and trusted them.  No more.  When I use them it is always for the same service - cleaning out the sewer line from the clean out to the house and out to the alley.  In 2006 this was $150.  In 2010 it had gone up to $175.  Pretty reasonable.  We decided to call them out about 6 months later to prepare for several events at our house.  The line seemed to be slowing down.

The service guy showed up and quoted me a price of $270.  This was almost a $100 more than 6 months previously.  I went in and checked the previous charge to confirm.  When I came back out to question it he gave several reasons.  Having to clean out both ways, price increase.  However, he promptly dropped the price to $180 with a 10% discount.  My BS detector went off and I told him to tell me what I owed for him coming out and for him to pack up.  (I try to be fair in my dealings with people)  He told me there was a $90 charge.  While he was loading up I called the office.  They could not give me a price or explanation of the discrepancy of the charges.  They told me that there should be no charge for him coming out - it was a free estimate.

I contacted their customer service info.  Played phone tag with a guy from the local franchise.  He just kept asking several questions and never gave any real explanation for the behavior or apology.

I will do this service myself in the future or will hire a true local company.
