I went with ABC Plumbing in Sept. 2020 to replace 3 toilets and install a new water heater/circulation pump in our house.  They did a great job, plumbers were professional and clearly took pride in their work.  If this is where our story ended they'd receive 5/5 stars in this review.

However, recently we've been interested in installing a water softener and replacing our leaky bathtub faucet.  I called up ABC Plumbing and they sent someone out.  I received a quote from Jason for $325 to remove the tub skirt, install a customer provided faucet and rough in, then reinstall the skirt.  It took us several months to decide against a water softener, and in the mean time we ordered the replacement faucet and rough in for the tub.  Approximately 6 months after the receiving the original quote, I scheduled the faucet repair with ABC Plumbing for a Wednesday at 9 AM, with the understanding that prices may have increased since our quote was from earlier this year.  Not a problem, prices have increased everywhere lately.

Day of the service: plumbers arrived an hour late, one of them took a few steps into our home, went back outside, vomited several times and mentioned he was sick, then came inside, with streaks of vomit covering the front of his shirt, took one look at the tub and claimed they will not remove/reinstall the tub skirt, so therefore won't replace the faucet.  The only response I get from ABC Plumbing is that the technician claims they will not remove/reinstall the tub skirt, even though the quote (picture attached) clearly shows Re-install skirt.

I don't understand what happened here, Jason provided a quote after coming into our home and checking out the bathtub.  Now, the day of the service, the other plumbers claim they're unwilling to remove the tub skirt.  Back in September 2020 I'd recommend ABC Plumbing to anyone.  Now?  I'd look elsewhere.

Also, if your employees are sick and vomiting don't send them into a customer's home.

I had a pluming issue late at night. Called around 10:00pm, got an answer, a cost estimate as well as an estimate for an arrival time the next morning.
The service tech was prompt, friendly and did an excellent job.
I would recommend this company and will use then again.

Skillful, honest forthright.

We called Direct Source after another local plumbing concern sent out what turned out to be a salesman in response to our request to auger a stopped up drain. The salesman spent some time surveying our situation and, it seemed, surveying my wife and me to see how much they could milk us for. They wanted almost $800 to get an actual plumber/tech to come behind the salesman and do the job. Charged us $39 (reduced from $69, so I guess we got a bargain) for the service call.

Direct Source sent a real plumber, Wes Hart, who showed up at our door promptly. He discussed some potential solutions if our problem persists, but did a basic clean out for $160 that seemed to make the most sense as what ought to try before turning to more drastic options.

As a business owner, providing value is one of the most important factors to running a successful business. Legacy Plumbing provided the best value and customer service I have ever encountered with ANY plumbing company with owning my house over the last 11 years. They fixed my shower clog in record time, and also donated can goods that I had for a good cause. Give them a call, they provided great value and demonstrated they care and are great people as well. Highly recommend them!!

These guys were fantastic! We had an issue with water temperature in just one faucet in the house. They scheduled us quickly, showed up on time, and were super friendly. They got us taken care of promptly, couldn't recommend them enough!

After being quoted around $6000 by another local plumber, who told us our main line needed to be totally replaced, we decided to get a second opinion, and boy oh boy, am I glad we did!!!

I used yelp to find a contractor to fix my kitchen sink. Bow tie plumbing responded within minutes and we scheduled an appointment for later in the week. I was very satisfied with the technician that showed up- he was very patient in answering my questions and quick to fix the leak. Can only recommend bow tie plumbing.

In my experience with less than stellar and reliable trades in Sedona, Kenny and his son Matt have restored my faith that there are still good, honest, reliable, hardworking folks that can get the job done right at a fair price.

They rerouted some unnecessary 90 degree turns on kitchen drain line to free up clog and also snaked and plunged the line.  First visit for emergency drain clean and diagnostic was only $75.  Work to reroute plumbing, drain clearing, install new sprayer nozzle $315.  Very prompt and on-time.  Also investigated a small booster system to get our pressure to where it should be.

Now if they only did electrical,, handyman, carpet cleaning, etc.!!!

I chose Benton plumbing because of there 5 star rating. Yes this company definitely deserves to be at the top. They weren't the first place I called. But from the moment you answered my call I was impressed. The lady listened to my problem and she was able to dispatch Ray to come out. He arrived on time and came prepared to take care of my issues. Five star for sure.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. Our vactaion home had a major sewer line issue and we needed a plumber fast. We called All Aces Plumbing and had Thomas come out  and do a camera to find tree roots and broken  our main clay pipe. We had the old pipe replaced  with new abs piping and now our sewer system is working  great

I had a great experience with this company. Made an appointment for an estimate to repair a cracked sewer line, the day of the appointment the company called to let me know the tech was 20 minutes away. The tech was prompt, polite and quoted me a price that was 1/3 of what 3 other companies quoted. I scheduled the work for the next afternoon (they offered to start right then but I had an appointment).

The next day the tech was on time and completed the job in just a few hours. Price was right around the quote and they did a great job!
