Schrader Plumbing really came through in a pinch for us when another local plumber pulled a no-call / no-show. The plumber that came out, Jeff, and his assistant were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Pricing was very reasonable, and the work was high quality. They will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

Taylor was doing some burst pipe repair work for our neighbors.  I walk over to his van and mentioned that we had two hot water heaters that needed replacing.  He dropped what he was doing and came into our home to evaluate the job and gave us an estimate on the spot.  On the day of the scheduled installation Alex and Hunter showed up on time and performed like champions.  It was impressive in light of the installation of both tanks were in the attic.

ABC Plumbing is a pleasure to work with.  We are very satisfied and will call them next time we have plumbing work to be done.

We had a tricky plumbing issue and found Legacy plumbing through their spectacular reviews.  Their scheduling/administrative staff were so lovely and booked us within a few days!! When Matthew and Ramone from Legacy Plumbing arrived, there was a marked difference from most of the plumbing companies we've worked with before.  They put on shoe covers before they entered the house, took them off whenever they went outside, and replaced them when they re-entered.  This is the white-glove service of plumbing.  Matthew and Ramone took a look around an outlined our options.  They clearly explained each option, gave a reasonable estimate of what it would cost, and helped weigh the pros and cons of each one.  Matthew was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and almost immediately found issues that other plumbers hadn't even looked for.  I felt so confident in the knowledge and ability of these guys that choosing them was a given. Best choice we could have made! They took leave no trace to a whole new level.  After the repair, our home looked like nobody had been there, which is saying a lot with plumbing work. When the day came to have the plumbing work done, Matthew and Jordan arrived.  They were professional, clean, and did great work.  When the job was completed, Matthew showed us the issue and explained what had gone wrong.  His level of plumbing knowledge is unlike any I have ever personally experienced, and this is coming from the daughter of a retired master plumber. I have 100% faith that with Matthew's expertise and the crew that was involved that this work will stand the test of time.  Good plumbers are a dime a dozen.  Bad plumbers are, too.  But great plumbers are rare, and Legacy Plumbing has at least 3 of those in Matthew, Ramone and Jordan. I could not recommend these guys more highly.  Thank you Legacy, you've got a customer for life with us!

Called these guys to connect a gas dryer and, possibly, recess the gas valve. What I got was an explanation of how complicated it would be, reasons why they couldn't do certain things, etc and a $650 quote. Just to connect it and not modify it would be $300 or more.
A local plumber just left and did everything I asked for $125 in 45 minutes. I was so happy I tipped $25 more. Tioga is clearly out to stick it to their customers with outrageous prices.

We had a leak in the piping of our roof. Larry came out the next day and took care of it like it was no problem at all. Very courteous and affordable services! Thank you!

While I have not used many plumbers, I would hope that they could all be as good as the people from Black Tie Plumbing. Jeremy was on time, made sure to call ahead, answered all my questions, and worked with me and their distributor to get a water heater that met my needs. I highly recommend their service and will definitely look to use them for future plumbing jobs.

Returned from evening bike ride. Tried to take shower but no hot water. Checked the water heater and water was flowing out. Luckily was able to call O'Bryan to come out and replace the next day which they did.

Jillian and Bobby were very professional and courteous. They were also very open and honest. Explained all my options, presented pros and cons. Having read some reviews of water heaters online (enough to be dangerous) they confirmed that they take extra steps to protect their customers and provide honest recommendations based on their experience. What more could you want from anyone?

After installation, Jillian went over what they had done and how they added a scale collector to the inlet line which my previous water heater didn't have. Didn't learn that online so YAY O'Bryan!

All around highly recommended. Feel very good about using a local company using American made products providing honest service. Highly highly recommended!

After being quoted around $6000 by another local plumber, who told us our main line needed to be totally replaced, we decided to get a second opinion, and boy oh boy, am I glad we did!!!

Prompt, professional, and courteous, they managed to address and resolve the issue (roots in the pipe... I'm getting that dumb tree taken down.) in less than an hour!

I am very thankful I reached out to Mike for my plumbing issues. Mike was very responsive and prompt and did a fantastic job.

My water heater was extremely old and I knew I needed to replace it before it became an issue. I messaged Bow Tie to come out for a quote and Travis was extremely responsive and planned to come out the very next day. I did some research on the cost of a water heater install so I knew what to expect. Bow Tie was able to come out sooner than expected and provided great info about cost and install specifics. The quote was extremely reasonable and they were able to install that same day. The entire process took an hour or so from the time they arrived for the quote to the time they left after install. I highly recommend and will do business with them again!

Kenny and his son replaced my water heater and they did a wonderful job. They both were very knowledgeable, courteous, and precise. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Verde Valley. And I would also use them again.

Guys did good by me.  They adjusted their arrival time to help my schedule and then completed the work quickly and apparently well.  Seemed to be in line with other plumbers on fee also.

I had a leak today with a pipe under my sink and called Benton plumbing and they sent someone out, he diagnosed the problem, went and got a part and fixed the problem and the cost wasn't bad considering the water leak. I will keep their number and won't use anyone else. They are prompt and professional. Very responsible with their customer service.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Excellent work!  I've had Jeff install kitchen faucets, refrigerator ice maker water line and water filters at a couple of houses.  Very professional work at reasonable prices. Rare to find a professional who takes personal pride in his work and provides honest assessment of the work required.

Steve H. showed up and got our problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. He was very pleasant and personable. The job was out side in freezing weather and not once did he complain about the elements. Thank you Steve for a job well done, stay safe out there.

I used the email service on a Friday night to set up an appointment Saturday morning. Easy to set up and received a call in the am with a time to expect the plumber.
