Mike and Joe saved the day!   I'm a local Realtor and I had a listing with an out of area seller.  The water heater was about to burst due to rust and I called and they were out within an hour and had everything replaced within 2 hours.  They were courteous guys who communicated everything to me and the homeowner.  Highly recommended!

By the far best plumbers I've dealt with. Taylor and Chris were able to come out on short notice, were on time and made their repairs efficiently. I really appreciate their honesty with me. I'll definitely be asking for them the next time I need plumbing done.

Very good worker. Our service man was Tyler, and he came out quickly and got the job done efficiently. We had some leaking from our old toilet on the second floor, and it needed a new wax ring. Tyler led us through the process, letting us know at every step the cost of each procedure. He also let us know what it would cost to replace any parts that may be needed in the future. He fixed our problem easily, and was done in a jiffy. We will be calling this company for future repairs.

Very impressed.  Spoke with Legacy this morning and had service early this afternoon.  Had a clogged sewer line.  Sean snaked the line, cleared the clog which is great.. But even better, he spent time teaching me about my house.  Valuable information that we as home-owners should be aware of and all know.  Glad Legacy is part of my support team.  Thank you.  You set expectations, exceeded them, and charged a very fair price.

I used yelp to find a contractor to fix my kitchen sink. Bow tie plumbing responded within minutes and we scheduled an appointment for later in the week. I was very satisfied with the technician that showed up- he was very patient in answering my questions and quick to fix the leak. Can only recommend bow tie plumbing.

Thank you Kenny's Plumbing!  We now live in Chino Valley, Az., and have had water pressure problems for a year now.  The homeowner warranty company has been sending a plumbing company that has been to our house 3 times and the problem does not go away by replacing the pressure valve, and that plumber said he would not come back!  

Kenny's Plumbing came out today and diagnosed the problem to be the expansion tank and even moved it to the other side of the water heater, bad installation 13 years ago!  Most of the pipes and fittings were on their last legs and they replaced all of them.  

We are so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism!  We will be telling our neighbors for sure!  THANK YOU KENNY'S PLUMBING

Elsewhere (not on Yelp) I saw a few favorable reviews for Benton Plumbing of Benbrook, so I took a chance and called them about a leaky faucet (not an emergency).

The receptionist told me that they had an opening for the next Tuesday (I had requested a Monday or Tuesday appointment). She said the plumber would arrive between 11 and noon.

Tuesday, 10:45 a.m., Benton's called, saying the plumber was on his way. He (Paul) arrived at 11 sharp. He fixed my two bad faucets quickly (he did have to go to a nearby hardware store to get the proper fittings for my particular faucets).

Very reasonable charge ($85 per hour, plus parts).

I was very pleased! I asked for extra cards so I could spread them around the house (I tend to lose such cards).

Highly recommended!

Updated May 15, 2014: I have had occasion to use Benton's two more times since my original review. The review stands. Excellent service indeed!

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Jeff was great, as was his quote.  He arrived on time and did a great job.  If you are a doubter like I am, compare prices with other plumbers.

My sewer line clogged which was causing water to backup into the house.  Within an hour of calling, Hayden Rodriguez showed up and cleaned out the sewer line.  He was very professional, friendly and offered tips on how to prevent it from happening again.  I would not hesitate to call again.
