Damien assessed the situation and clearly explained repair options along with pricing. Based on the age of the units and other factors, we decided to get both our toilets replaced. Alex did a great job! The change out of the faucets  was more involved that anticipated and required that he actually needed to cut the pipes a half foot below anticipated requiring a much larger cutout and more copper piping and fittings but he charged the same estimate and tightening the sink plumbing as s freebie..

My wife bought a policy from Choice Home Warranty which was a BIG MISTAKE cause their subcontracted plumber told us that the company DID NOT cover repair work outside of the home and that they would have to clear our vent trap by getting a machine to do it from the outside which would have cost us an arm and a leg !!! Well Folks, Derek from True Plumbing was not only ABLE to clear the vent trap through the attic saving us a ton of money, he also, gave us a Veterans' discount !!! TRUE PLUMBING, also, doesn't charge a service fee when they come out to give you an estimate !!!

These folks were great.  I clogged up my sink while working on Thanksgiving dishes.  When I called I spoke with Karnisha who was so awesome and helpful.  She worked with me to try to save me money and time by walking through some steps that could help me fix the problem myself.  Unfortunately my issue was a bigger problem but they were able to come out quickly and get my problem resolved.  Kelly and his other worker (sorry I forgot your name) were nice and friendly and provided me with a lot of information to prevent the problem in the future.  Thank you for coming out and giving me my sink back.

We had a great experience with Tioga. They came to give a quote on replacing some light fixtures and fans and performed the work the same day. The price was very reasonable and the installers, Michael and Seth were very careful, efficient and professional.

We will use them again for our next round of upgrades!

i hired him to come out and replace 2 frost free hose bibs he said they would have to cut into the wall to replace them he said it would cost $500.00 i said ok if you have to cut in the wall they had me over the barrel since he drained my tank and shut off my water he did not have to cut into the wall it took him 37 min to replace both of them they did not even turn my water back on to my house  also i called two other plumbing contractors after they left and got an estimate  it would cost $200.00to$225.00 to replace both of them including the parts the owner  called me back i asked him  if he would reduce the cost he said only 50.00 reduction i told him for get about it i would not use this plumbing contractor again

My foundation company, Perma-Pier basically told me they only accepted/trusted the work they could vouch for. So they wanted me to use Black Tie to perform a hydrostatic test before any foundation was repaired. This was supposed to be $150, but I was charged $500. They charged an additional $350 for a leak detection test that was never discussed or agreed upon. They then wanted to quote me $5000 to perform the slab repair with a generous discount of $1,700. I declined their work and asked for refunds because the worker never even completed the hydrostatic test (perhaps due to discovering the leak), but either way charged me for both without my permission or awareness. I used a different plumbing company that successfully did all the work without any argument for $1,700. A FRACTION and way less stress than what Black Tie had to offer. Scamming people out of money. Charging them for incomplete work. Then arguing about rightful refunds.

Jeromy did an awesome job. Found and fixed the problem quickly. Very friendly and informative and the prices were super reasonable to make a customer happy, I would definitely recommend them for plumbing issues...

Thank you Kenny's Plumbing!  We now live in Chino Valley, Az., and have had water pressure problems for a year now.  The homeowner warranty company has been sending a plumbing company that has been to our house 3 times and the problem does not go away by replacing the pressure valve, and that plumber said he would not come back!  

Kenny's Plumbing came out today and diagnosed the problem to be the expansion tank and even moved it to the other side of the water heater, bad installation 13 years ago!  Most of the pipes and fittings were on their last legs and they replaced all of them.

I have used them for years now and never once had a bad experience. They always show up when they say they will and have always done a very good job. I use them for my house, my mothers and our rental property. Price is reasonable and plumbers are very professional.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of having Jeff help us with a major bathroom remodel. He was consistently on time, reasonable, and very knowledgeable.
