Had a toilet replaced and they came out fast and did a great job, fixed the issue with the flange and water supply valve. It was pricey but the quality was there. Meaning he didn't just throw it in and leave, he pointed out several issues and fixed it as if it were his home. I'm willing to pay for quality of service.

Great service and honest upfront pricing! I had a difficult plumbing job and have been quoted $1000 minimum by another company but these guys did it quickly and for less even though they found a problem with the structure of my house that made it more difficult than the other company had even thought. Direct source plumbing should be your ONLY option when considering assistance from a professional plumbing service. I have an older home and have called several services in the past, so I have a knowledgeable comparison of service in the DFW Metroplex. What I experienced when David and Kyle came out was uncompromised professional service. They went above and beyond to help me, and even educated me on do it yourself prevention. These men are kind, friendly, fair, experienced, but most of all Results Driven. Lastly, they are reasonably priced, and completely affordable, which is not often the case with local competitors. I can honestly say David and Kyle delivered an amazing experience, and I will never use anyone else. They have my family for life.

These guys came out a few weeks ago to fix an issue we had with the plumbing in our master bathroom. Normally we try to fix household problems ourselves, but this particular issue was beyond us, so we decided to hire a professional. Prior to this incident, we'd never used Legacy Plumbing before or any other plumbing company for that matter.

Needless to say, my husband and I were a little nervous. How much was this going to cost us? Was this guy going to jerk us around and say we needed this and that done, when all we wanted was our master bathroom to function properly again?

I am pleased to report that 1) having our problem fixed was MUCH cheaper than either of us had anticipated (more on that in a moment) and 2) Matt, the plumber who came out, did not try to sell or talk us into anything; he was only there to fix our issue.

Matt was very professional and courteous. After examining our plumbing problem, he told us what he thought might be the issue, and then he got right to work. He located the issue, and was able to get everything back to working order within an hour. Best of all, the sewer cleaning he had to do was 1/2 off that day (a special they run on Wednesdays), so our fairly inexpensive bill became even lower! Sweet! We were thrilled, to say the least.

So, our first experience with a plumbing company ended in success. I would definitely call Legacy Plumbing again in the future, and I would recommend them to anyone having a plumbing issue. Be sure to ask about their specials so you can save even more money; they offer other discounts on different days of the week.

I had Tioga out to my house a few months back to do some plumbing.  They we're great!

I needed some electrical work done.  They were supposed to come on Thursday to give me a bid.  The tech got caught up in a job that took longer than expected so I got pushed to Friday.  Friday morning came and went.  I called and was told that due to on demand scheduling they would be out to see me later in the afternoon.  

So at almost 2 pm on Friday afternoon, I got the call that the tech was on his way.  I voiced my frustration to the lady but she gave my the company line that this was on-demand scheduling and I was free to go about my day and they would gladly give me a 30-minute advanced notice.

I obviously don't understand how on-demand scheduling works but I am ok with that.  From my perspective,  as a customer that was supposed to be helped on Thursday, I should have been helped first thing Friday morning.

Carissa and her team came out to replace my moms water heater and did an amazing job. They were able to get to it quickly so that she wasn't out of hot water for very long at all. They have have also done some plumbing work at my house capping off lines and changing out hose bibs. They always do great work and are very professional. They even sent me a text with a picture of the plumber that was going to be coming to my house and an eta of their arrival. I highly recommend them!

I've used O'Bryan Plumbing several times and they are always very helpful and accommodating, reasonably priced and do excellent work. Once I even had a crew that wasn't going to charge me because they weren't able to completely repair my problem in one call, although they were able to resolve the crisis. Of course, I insisted on paying the basic service charge, and they left me a quote to replace the faucet. They're good people and always my first call for plumbing.

These folks are the real deal!!!

After being quoted around $6000 by another local plumber, who told us our main line needed to be totally replaced, we decided to get a second opinion, and boy oh boy, am I glad we did!!!

Thank you Kenny's Plumbing!  We now live in Chino Valley, Az., and have had water pressure problems for a year now.  The homeowner warranty company has been sending a plumbing company that has been to our house 3 times and the problem does not go away by replacing the pressure valve, and that plumber said he would not come back!  

Kenny's Plumbing came out today and diagnosed the problem to be the expansion tank and even moved it to the other side of the water heater, bad installation 13 years ago!  Most of the pipes and fittings were on their last legs and they replaced all of them.

Did request via Yelp and got response quickly. Showed up exactly on time and provided reasonable estimate. I approved work and they did an outstanding job especially showcasing their expertise knowing exactly what was wrong with a shower mixing value and exterior faucet with stuck anti-siphon valve. Did work quickly, cleanly, and again with evident expertise. These are go-to folks.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Pathetic service! I highly unrecommend them, at least this location that is! I originally called to have them locate the clean out and clean it out. They then came the day of and I was told by a guy named Jordan that they would be able I help me find the leak but needed to find a functioning camera that they didn't have that day. I was told that they would come out the next morning. The next morning, their office staff told me they wouldn't be able to send anyone out until later, since their guy made a mistake in scheduling it for the morning, they told me that the guy that had it scheduled had that day off or was on vacation, so I had to wait until 4pm for them to come out. Another one of their guys came and worked for 2 hours, afterwards he said after using their camera and cleaning everything out, there wasn't anything wrong, except that the house had no clean out. They were originally supposed to provide me a service contract prior to starting and couldn't even provide that, they only asked me over the phone  if they could start and this was the only thing they could to get started at the time. Afterwards, the next day, I was called that they wanted to collect payment, and they hadn't even sent me an invoice, they just wanted me to pay without any invoice(here I'm thinking it's an established company). They were then charging me pretty much double of what I was originally told over the phone. When I questioned them, they were very rude and pretended as if they didn't know what I was talking about, once I chewed them out to do their own due diligence on what I was talking about, they then went and fixed their financial discrepancies and sent me an invoice(of which I had to request, otherwise they wouldn't of sent me anything).
Never again will I use this Rotor Rooter!
