Exceptional service! Highly recommend! They came promptly and were very professional with a very fair price for the leak we had.

Taylor was doing some burst pipe repair work for our neighbors.  I walk over to his van and mentioned that we had two hot water heaters that needed replacing.  He dropped what he was doing and came into our home to evaluate the job and gave us an estimate on the spot.  On the day of the scheduled installation Alex and Hunter showed up on time and performed like champions.  It was impressive in light of the installation of both tanks were in the attic.

ABC Plumbing is a pleasure to work with.  We are very satisfied and will call them next time we have plumbing work to be done.

After analyzing the situation and seeing the work done, I realize I could have done this myself. However, they charged me $270 for about 2 minutes of work and a $10 part from Home Depot. As a woman and a veteran, I find it deplorable that a company would take advantage of me to that extent. Needless to say. I will never utilize this company again.

We called Direct Source after another local plumbing concern sent out what turned out to be a salesman in response to our request to auger a stopped up drain. The salesman spent some time surveying our situation and, it seemed, surveying my wife and me to see how much they could milk us for. They wanted almost $800 to get an actual plumber/tech to come behind the salesman and do the job. Charged us $39 (reduced from $69, so I guess we got a bargain) for the service call.

Direct Source sent a real plumber, Wes Hart, who showed up at our door promptly. He discussed some potential solutions if our problem persists, but did a basic clean out for $160 that seemed to make the most sense as what ought to try before turning to more drastic options.

I can't believe I'm only writing this now, but Legacy Plumbing is fantastic. I stumbled upon this Yelp page last year in a desperate search to find someone who could replace my leaking water heater same-day. After making several calls, Legacy Plumbing saved the day. They gave me an estimate and a summary of actions over the phone before they confirmed the appointment, which I really liked. Also, the gentleman who came to replace the water heater was named Enoch, and he was easily one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I've ever dealt with. We were so pleased with our experience that I recently scheduled Enoch to come back to replace our second water heater proactively at old age, which he recommended on his first visit (when I asked him about every other plumbing concern I had). He kindly took the time to take my husband and me through everything, and answered all of our random plumbing questions (we had only been in the house a short time then).

I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing, especially Enoch. We will be coming to Legacy for all of our plumbing needs in the future, and I've recommended them to friends.

Great people.  Honest and caring.  They found out there problem was not my plumbing but my neighbor over watering.  They investigated all of this and didn't even charge me!!!!  I can't believe I found people who know what actual customer service is!!!!  I will Definitely be using and recommend them .

We called the Stenson plumbing company concerning a oven gas leak. They told us an estimate of free services would tell us what we needed to do. The technician arrived looked at the situation and said that we needed to call the appliance company and then proceeded to bill us $144. We still have to get the oven fixed but are free estimate which took less than 15 minutes of their time. What tell us a free estimate? This is bait and switch.

Complete idiots. Their truck is blocking my driveway, can't seem to find them, and they aren't answering the phone. I'm about to call the police.

We listed our house and the home inspector thought he identified a leak. The guys at O'Bryan came out same day to check it out. Turns out it was a false alarm but we wouldn't have known without the team from O'Bryan checking things out super quick. They came back to fix an outside faucet and did a superb job! I highly recommend.

These folks are the real deal!!!

After being quoted around $6000 by another local plumber, who told us our main line needed to be totally replaced, we decided to get a second opinion, and boy oh boy, am I glad we did!!!

Prompt, professional, and courteous, they managed to address and resolve the issue (roots in the pipe... I'm getting that dumb tree taken down.) in less than an hour!

It has been a pleasure doing business with Kenny's Plumbing. From the first contact with Janice, who was very helpful and nice, to the guys who installed my water heater. I have NEVER worked with anyone who was so honest and up front about the job. It is a family operation and all of them share the same honest friendly   DNA. I was informed step by step of what was being done. They didn't mind me rubber necking while they worked. Great people. I would give them 10 stars if available.  They will be the only plumbing contractor that I will use from now on.  Don't bother looking for another plumber. This is the one you need.

Had several jobs that needed to be done, flushing tankless water heater, installed new faucets and replaced some of the hoses and valves on the toilets. Kevin did a great job and finished quickly and efficiently.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

I've finally found my go-to plumber, I highly recommend these guys! John came to my house quickly in an emergency, charged a very reasonable rate, and did a fantastic job.

The gas company knocked on my door at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday night; letting me know I had a major gas leak and that they were shutting my gas off until it could be fixed.  I immediately messaged 10-15 companies on Yelp and John was the first to get back to me, and with a reasonable estimate. (Other companies quoted an extra charge because of the urgent nature of the issue, John did not.)    

As promised, John showed up first thing the next morning, walked through the leaks with me and explained how he was going to fix them.  I live in an old building, and the lines connected to my water heater/furnace had an undisclosed leak.  He was here for 3.5-4 hours, and did an incredibly thorough job patching up the lines and replacing the shut off valves.  The gas company checked for leaks when they turned the gas back on, and the commented what an amazing job he had done.

I will be keeping John's info and will contact him for any and all future plumbing needs.  He was very polite, fairly priced, and treated my home like his own.

Pathetic service! I highly unrecommend them, at least this location that is! I originally called to have them locate the clean out and clean it out. They then came the day of and I was told by a guy named Jordan that they would be able I help me find the leak but needed to find a functioning camera that they didn't have that day. I was told that they would come out the next morning. The next morning, their office staff told me they wouldn't be able to send anyone out until later, since their guy made a mistake in scheduling it for the morning, they told me that the guy that had it scheduled had that day off or was on vacation, so I had to wait until 4pm for them to come out. Another one of their guys came and worked for 2 hours, afterwards he said after using their camera and cleaning everything out, there wasn't anything wrong, except that the house had no clean out. They were originally supposed to provide me a service contract prior to starting and couldn't even provide that, they only asked me over the phone  if they could start and this was the only thing they could to get started at the time. Afterwards, the next day, I was called that they wanted to collect payment, and they hadn't even sent me an invoice, they just wanted me to pay without any invoice(here I'm thinking it's an established company). They were then charging me pretty much double of what I was originally told over the phone. When I questioned them, they were very rude and pretended as if they didn't know what I was talking about, once I chewed them out to do their own due diligence on what I was talking about, they then went and fixed their financial discrepancies and sent me an invoice(of which I had to request, otherwise they wouldn't of sent me anything).
Never again will I use this Rotor Rooter!
