I had low water pressure in my home since last August. Finally decided to do something about it. I called the right people! Sergey was my technician. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and clean. He explained what he was doing during every procedure he completed. Ended up finding and changing a main line pressure adjustment valve. Thanks to Sergey, the day was quite pleasant. Thank you!

Alex did a great job! The change out of the faucets  was more involved that anticipated and required that he actually needed to cut the pipes a half foot below anticipated requiring a much larger cutout and more copper piping and fittings but he charged the same estimate and tightening the sink plumbing as s freebie..

I had a slab leak in my kitchen and they came out and were able to identify exactly where it was. With the location of the leak and fresh tile, I begged them to tunnel to the leak instead of going through the slab. They thought about it for a bit and ended up tunneling through my patio instead of indoors. They back filled well and I just had to redo concrete outside.

Other reviews on other sites gave them a good rating and I have to agree.  I called at 8:30 in the morning for a AC drain clog in the foundation and they arrived within the hour.  They fixed the problem in 15 minutes and were honest.  They told me what I could do to prevent the problem from occurring again.  It just involved some do it yourself re-plumbing of the AC drain pipes.

Great service from the time I made the appointment to the service from Plumbing Specialist, Canon. Reasonable pricing, polite, knowledgeable and professional workmanship.

We had a great experience with Tioga. They came to give a quote on replacing some light fixtures and fans and performed the work the same day. The price was very reasonable and the installers, Michael and Seth were very careful, efficient and professional.

We will use them again for our next round of upgrades!

Do Not Hire!! I hired LSP for two large (multi $k) jobs, the latest one in 2021. LSP was to fix a sewage line leak and they CUT A HOLE THROUGH OUR SLAB IN THE WRONG LOCATION.  Not once did the owner, Larry, or any of his employees apologize or even acknowledge the fact that they made a mistake (or reassure us the mistake would be corrected).  In fact, when Larry came to the house on day 3 (was supposed to be a 1 day job), his comment was that we slipped through the cracks when the job was scheduled, that the job should have cost several hundreds of $ more due to the change in PVC cost since our quote (PVC cost has nothing to do with the fact that your guys cut a hole in the WRONG SPOT). The issues with this company stem from the top, from an arrogant, belittling, unapologetic owner.  The first job was also a total nightmare - we thought it was an isolated incident due to an employee who no longer works there. Clearly I was wrong and foolish to use LSP a second time.  LSP fixed the issues they caused on both jobs but both experiences were total nightmares due to the jobs taking 2-4x the amount of days quoted, major mistakes both times, and the rude attitude of the owner.

Told me they would get me help with my hot water heater and never responded when I asked for a status. This was on a Friday. I suppose they're used to leaving folks hanging with no hot water over the weekend. I guess another plumbing company will get my business and my recommendation on YELP.

I had a faulty valve in my water heater. Knowing both are 9 and 10 years old I was expecting to spend a lot of money. Tanner was able to fix the problem and give me a very reasonable estimate for later. Very professional and on time.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

I am very thankful I reached out to Mike for my plumbing issues. Mike was very responsive and prompt and did a fantastic job.

Travis and his team did an amazing job with our complex custom plumbing project for outdoor gas lines for gas torches we were installing.  

I wish we found them earlier in the planning phase, but once we had a chance to review the project together, the attention to detail was clear and I could see they had quite a bit of experience behind them.

The project went perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the work they did - from figuring out how best to route the gas line to working around the landscaping that was part of the project.

Will definitely be working only with them in the future for plumbing projects; they know what they're doing and communicate it well!

I was very pleased with Kenny's Plumbing. The whole team was knowledgeable and friendly. From my understanding, Janice oversees the details and scheduling. Kenny and his sons do the work. The guys arrived at my place on time, as promised. They got right to work; explained everything to me, and gave me some options on next-steps. They were in and out most of the day/ I had a lot of fun with them all. We joked a bit. But when it came down to it, they got the job done efficiently. I was most impressed! On time, nice guys perfect work. This growing company always insist the owner communicates with you right out of the box. Main office in Allen but they have plumbers locally in your area.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing.
