After getting numerous quotes, we hired ABC Plumbing to replace our 75 gallon water heater with a tankless. The pricing was very competitive and Daryl, Taylor and Michael made the job very simple for us. They wore their masks the entire time, which we appreciated. We were so satisfied with their work, we're having them back for other jobs around the house. Would highly recommend!

I've used Direct Source twice and both times Wes has been courteous, solved the problem quickly, answered my questions thoroughly and I honestly feel the price has been fair.  
My ONLY point of unease is that, both times, it's suggested I do or buy something else that would ensure immediate future business. I know every business has to make money but I never know what REALLY has to be done and what is superficial.
Regardless, it was a good overall experience both times.

Everything was done quickly and without any problems.  I had a lot of work done and was really impressed by how well the workmanship was. Highly recommend.

Called these guys to connect a gas dryer and, possibly, recess the gas valve. What I got was an explanation of how complicated it would be, reasons why they couldn't do certain things, etc and a $650 quote. Just to connect it and not modify it would be $300 or more.
A local plumber just left and did everything I asked for $125 in 45 minutes. I was so happy I tipped $25 more. Tioga is clearly out to stick it to their customers with outrageous prices.

Cory and his assistant were great. They were on time for both appointments I had - One for Estimate and one for the work. I would not hesitate to bring them out again for any future plumbing needs that arise. I had them replace 14 Emergency water shutoff valves, install new washer water supply valve box, repair a toilet and repair kitchen faucet.

Let me start by saying, I typically don't get that excited about home repairs. They are a drag and stressful to deal with. Having said that - Fasten your seatbelts because probably for the first time ever, I will be gushing about my experience today with Black Tie Plumbing.

I noticed our water bills had been increasing uncontrollably over the past few months for no good reason. Last night we went out to the meter after making sure nothing in the house was running, and the meter was literally spinning so fast you couldn't keep up with it. I went onto Yelp, read reviews for Black Tie, so I set up a service request at around 10pm.

Now, given my past experiences with other service companies, I was expecting we wouldn't receive any contact for at least a day. NOPE. At 8:15 this morning, the young lady with Black Tie called to let me know they could have someone at the house between 8:30 and 10 am. WOW!

Daniel Fitzgerald called me about 10 minutes later saying he was about 30 minutes out. He arrived when promised and was very professional and friendly. I discussed the 'symptoms' with him. Within a half hour he had located the problem - about five feet from the meter, we had a leak in the water line, which home warranty would not have covered since the problem was outside the perimeter of the foundation. As Daniel worked, he explained both the cause of the problem, and the way he would be correcting it.

Start to finish took about 90 minutes tops; he replaced the line from that junction point where the hole was back to the meter, turned the water back on, and OMG a still meter! It was a sight to behold. Problem solved and reasonably priced.

Every facet of my interaction with Black Tie was absolutely stellar. The singular regret that I have through this experience is that I didn't reach out to them four months ago when I first noticed the climb in usage on the bills. I will happily remain a Black Tie Plumbing customer for life, and rest assured yours will be the only name I throw out there when I hear about someone needing plumbing work done.

I had them replace a toilet recently and they did a great job. They were fast and arrived on time. The guy that showed up was clean and professional and kind of changed my view of what a Plummer looks like! Definitely recommend them from my experience

I used yelp to find a contractor to fix my kitchen sink. Bow tie plumbing responded within minutes and we scheduled an appointment for later in the week. I was very satisfied with the technician that showed up- he was very patient in answering my questions and quick to fix the leak. Can only recommend bow tie plumbing.

In my experience with less than stellar and reliable trades in Sedona, Kenny and his son Matt have restored my faith that there are still good, honest, reliable, hardworking folks that can get the job done right at a fair price.

They rerouted some unnecessary 90 degree turns on kitchen drain line to free up clog and also snaked and plunged the line.  First visit for emergency drain clean and diagnostic was only $75.  Work to reroute plumbing, drain clearing, install new sprayer nozzle $315.  Very prompt and on-time.  Also investigated a small booster system to get our pressure to where it should be.

Now if they only did electrical,, handyman, carpet cleaning, etc.!!!

I requested an estimate via yelp, and Jerry messaged me back almost immediately. We set up a time for the next morning, and I received text confirmations of the appt and when Mauricio was headed over.

They were early to our appt, professional, clearly knowledgeable, and fixed our toilet in under an hour. The work seemed a little pricey at first, but worth the money to know that our toilet will stay in place correctly for years vs an easy patch job done previously by another company. AugerPros also warranties the work for a year. Very satisfied with the service.

I had a leak today with a pipe under my sink and called Benton plumbing and they sent someone out, he diagnosed the problem, went and got a part and fixed the problem and the cost wasn't bad considering the water leak. I will keep their number and won't use anyone else. They are prompt and professional. Very responsible with their customer service.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Excellent work!  I've had Jeff install kitchen faucets, refrigerator ice maker water line and water filters at a couple of houses.  Very professional work at reasonable prices. Rare to find a professional who takes personal pride in his work and provides honest assessment of the work required.

My sewer line clogged which was causing water to backup into the house.  Within an hour of calling, Hayden Rodriguez showed up and cleaned out the sewer line.  He was very professional, friendly and offered tips on how to prevent it from happening again.  I would not hesitate to call again.
