Kris is amazing. Good communication for scheduling. Good communication through the process. Decent price too. I've had him out to the house several times. And I'll call him back when we get ready to fix the next thing on the list.

Called this morning and they were out by 9:15am.  Within 45 minutes the job was done.  Tech was friendly, professional and thorough.  I highly recommend this company.

Denise and Eddie are angels!! I had read reviews about this company and all the positive reviews made me doubt a little bit. To be honest I was skeptical of plumbers and believed good plumbers were a myth. My local plumber proved all of that wrong by quoting me without charging me for a visit upfront, showing up on time and always trying to do what was helpful for me. Before them I had just had a visit from Baker brothers who told me it would cost $50-$70k to redo my plumbing without even wanting to look at it without a $250 check. Denise and Eddie and the entire crew at my local plumber are unique. I trust them entirely and will never use another company. I recommend them to anyone who will listen all the while enjoying the great work they did at my house. Give them a call you will not regret it.

The plumber, Bryan, who came to our home was very polite, and more importantly he did the job quickly which was important since labor is paid for by the hour. He over estimated how much it would cost to complete the repair, so it was a pleasant surprise to have a lower bill than expected and also showed integrity. Awesome service ! Got my upstairs shower back working in 24 hours. I was pressed for time and needed this done asap before my vacation. My shower is fixed and also was recommended to fix some other things around my home to avoid any further issues. I will be working this company again to get these issues fixed next week. All new parts were purchased for my job along with receipts, documentation, and 2 year warranty! Thank you

I had a sump pump replaced.  First the outdoor outlet shorted out because the seal was broken between the house was loose and water seeped into the outlet.  Within a year the sump stopped working.  Roots had grown into the tank because the lid of the tank was cracked where the new pump was installed. Third the wire for new pump was not buried more than 2 deep.  Therefore, lazy and shoddy work.  Never ever use this plumber.

I had this plumber redo my sewer line from the toilet thru the front yard to the street, install a mud sink, a disposal, and fix a couple of leaks. On every task he did, I had to recall him at least once to return a fix a leak or other plumbing problem he caused. Lonnie left my front yard a huge mess--never removing the clay pipe pieces and other trash he or his workers dug up, and he left the washing-machine drain hose OUT of the drain so that when I ran the wash, water ran all over my laundry room and caused my hardwood floor to buckle. I found a 2-foot hole, full of water, around the cleanout on the side of my house after he was supposedly done with all work; and I could go on. He didn't show up at all on a couple of appointments and on some days he didn't arrive to work on the plumbing until evening time. It took several weeks to get what he was supposed to do actually done (though the yard is still a mess and my laundry room floor is jacked up), and I would NEVER use him again.
