GREAT!  I can't recommend this company more highly.  Their price of $207.75 was half what I expected to pay.  I had a leak in my water line at the connection to city water near the sidewalk.  He dug out my water line outside the connection box, fixed the leak using quality parts, and was finished in less than an hour and a half.  They were able to help me the same day I called.  The one guy who did the job was quick, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

I called and spoke with Bobby Key (the owner) and within a couple of hours he arrived with his assistance to help us with our plumbing emergency. My first impressions of Bobby were that he was very knowledgeable and friendly. They came prepared with a full equipped work truck and shoe covers to respect the inside of customer's homes. Within 30 minutes of work, Bobby had solved our issue and went above and beyond to correct anything else that might have been an issue. He stayed within his estimate he quoted me over the phone and I told him that he forever earned our future business. Hard work and good work ethic will help this company continue to thrive. Awesome service ! Got my upstairs shower back working in 24 hours. I was pressed for time and needed this done asap before my vacation. My shower is fixed and also was recommended to fix some other things around my home to avoid any further issues. I will be working this company again to get these issues fixed next week. All new parts were purchased for my job along with receipts, documentation, and 2 year warranty! Thank you

Our washing machine located in the garage of our 58 year old home, backed up causing an an additional backup in our kitchen sink.  Laundry and clean dishes were not happening with this issue.  I called Staggs Plumbing based on Yelp reviews and received a call back from April who was very informative and helpful.  This was around 1:00pm and a little after 5:00pm, Patrick arrived to access the issue/clog.  As suspected, he had to get on the roof with an electric machine to unclog the pipes.  Did I mention it was 103 degrees at that point?  It was extremely hot to say the least!  Patrick didn't flinch.  He had to make at least three trips up the ladder on our roof and after meticulous attention to detail and pure hard work and skill he resolved the issue.  Patrick was kind, professional and knew his craft well.  There was a $325.00 Emergency/Sunday additional fee, but due to our schedules it was well worth it after this experience.  I highly recommend Staggs.  Patrick and April are awesome!  Give Staggs a call and you won't be disappointed.  Honest folks to do business with and exceptional communication and customer service.

They came out and were rude and overpriced the visit (time here was less than 1/2 hour and they charged over 1 hour).  They also said they couldn't help me.

I had this plumber redo my sewer line from the toilet thru the front yard to the street, install a mud sink, a disposal, and fix a couple of leaks. On every task he did, I had to recall him at least once to return a fix a leak or other plumbing problem he caused. Lonnie left my front yard a huge mess--never removing the clay pipe pieces and other trash he or his workers dug up, and he left the washing-machine drain hose OUT of the drain so that when I ran the wash, water ran all over my laundry room and caused my hardwood floor to buckle. I found a 2-foot hole, full of water, around the cleanout on the side of my house after he was supposedly done with all work; and I could go on. He didn't show up at all on a couple of appointments and on some days he didn't arrive to work on the plumbing until evening time. It took several weeks to get what he was supposed to do actually done (though the yard is still a mess and my laundry room floor is jacked up), and I would NEVER use him again.
