Great service and very honest company! I just had them come out today to check leaky toilets and Dexter came out and adjust the chain then told me honestly that the components are still good and all I need was a simple adjustment.  In my opinion one of the good guys for plumbing needs, will definitely request their services in the future.

Recently we used AM Plumbing to scope our mother's home's drain lines as they were intermittently clogging. Additionally we had them pull and reset a toilet, which became a rather nasty and somewhat challenging fix. Both projects were done efficiently and professionally. The communication from AM Plumbing was excellent, with email reminders, texts and telephone calls so we were never left wondering when someone was going to show up. My mom's kitchen sink was leaking, and I called Frontline. Their rate was competitive, and they came out the same day! Bambi the service tech was super sweet, and my mom loves her new faucet.

We had Michael out to fix our shower drain...we had a real issue in there and COULD NOT figure out where it was coming from

he came in and snaked the drain for us, fixing the prob...then explained to me how I could go about fixing this, myself, in the future...very cool of him to do that

that's why I would use him again!

I wish I could give 10 stars. I have had horrible history ( did not do correct work and stole my cc info and then money....) with ken brown from brown and sons.  
Dietz and son were professional, knowledgeable, and timely. They fixed our plumbing inside and were very reasonable. I highly recommend them!!!!

I have used Tom's before and been happy.  Today, they were to come out & remove a water heater so we could tile a room, then return later to replace and vent properly.  The plumber told me I would be charged for the 30 minutes it took to review & estimate (even though he did much of the talking).  I called the main office to verify whether it was appropriate to charge labor time for estimating.  The plumber than came back in, never spoke to me, grabbed his stuff and left - telling his partner he would never come back again.  I called the main number to confirm what happened and was told that another plumber would be coming in an hour to do the estimate.  No one showed.  When I called back they told me it was too late to help me today or tomorrow.  The estimate they gave was $500 more than the last water heater they replavced & vented (I don't think a 2nd trip charge is worth 500).  I just took a day off from work for nothing.  
The sad thing was that we have a third water heater to replace & a bathroom to redo for which we intended to use Tom's.

Called the Cleburne Office and was quoted $75 to provide an on-site estimate for plumbing needed as part of a small Bathroom remodel.  Plumber arrived early from the Granbury office, we walked/discussed the job, I was provided a parts list and the estimate (approximately 40% higher than my other three bids) and he then informed me that the quote would now cost me $175 plus a five dollar convenience fee, for a total of $180 because it took longer.   Noting the extremely high bid, I asked him if he was a journeyman or master plumber and he informed me that he was, in fact, NOT LICENSED. I do not recommend using this business.

We had a problem with our tub faucet.  The water could not be turned off. The plumber came, the man knew nothing about faucets, said he might be able to fix it after ordering a part and  maybe fix it 3 days later. We were charged $99 for him to come and say he didn't know how to fix it. Thanks Benjamin Franklin.

Plumbers who came out were very nice. Were training a new person who stepped through our ceiling in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. We were understanding until it came time for them to repair the ceiling. First time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Second time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Third time someone came out to look at the damage, then came out a different day to do the repair. (I work nights, so time awake during my sleep, husband having to be off from work to be home with work crew). Then when its finally all said and done, we start getting nasty messages from the office person named Lanie about we need to pay our invoice TODAY! So it is now 10pm (my time), I paid their $2150 for the work they did and am out about that much for missing work. So just be real careful when using them.

Based on The fact that their drivers drive like they are drunk.  I would have a hard time letting an individual who drives down the road recklessly endangering individuals into my home to fix a plumbing problem.
