Great experience. Can't say that a lot for plumbers but these guys made recommendations to try first before spending a lot more money. Honest and integrity here. Will definitely use them again.

I have used them several times to work on both my house and rental property.  The last time at my rental property I was charged for multiple trips to get supplies.  They charged 3 hours labor to fix an outside hose bib.  In addition, the tenants pointed out a problem with a shower leaking and how they tried to fix it and were told by the plumber that's what I would have done.  He didn't attempt to fix the dripping shower.  When I called to dispute the bill, the owner, Mary, didn't return my message for a week until I called her back.  She also raised her voice at me and was very argumentative when I mentioned feeling taken advantage of as a landlord.  I was asking for some of the hourly charge to be taken off (so I can pay the new service call for the shower) or someone to go back and fix the problem with the shower. The owner admitted to multiple mistakes by the young plumber that came out.  I got a call back from them a few days later where they told me to forget the bill but then told me to find another plumber.   Extremely unprofessional.

My mom's kitchen sink was leaking, and I called Frontline. Their rate was competitive, and they came out the same day! Bambi the service tech was super sweet, and my mom loves her new faucet.

Had a floor furnace go out Cody and Son come out said i needed a pilot generator charged me 534 dollars part didn't fix the problem ,so for 3 hours of work and not fixing the problem, found a crack in one of the heat chambers they said i needed a new furnace , understanable it was like 40 years old the price they told me 6000 dollars found one with installation 2,400 dollars .nice people problem is they don't give you a break down on parts and labor they give you a total thats it,

Michael is very professional and patient. We have him installed all toilets in my house. He arrived on time and got job done well. He is no rush when explaining everything to you. He cleaned all debris after work and his price is very reasonable. Overall, would recommend him to everyone.

We had a problem with our sewer. The tech came out as promised; completed the job fast (and well) and charged us a reasonable price. I'll be calling them first -- but, will compare them with a handyman's bid who offered me better price on installing 2 new toilets.

We were very pleased with Rick's Plumbing!!  We could have received the same day service, but chose for them to come out the next day.  We were told that we would receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to their arrival, which we did and they were very prompt.  The plumbers were very polite, courteous, and professional!!  Rick's services were very reasonable priced.  The plumbers even cleaned up after themselves which says a lot to me, as for them taking pride in their work.  Rick's Plumbing Services will have all of our plumbing calls from now on!!

We had a problem with our tub faucet.  The water could not be turned off. The plumber came, the man knew nothing about faucets, said he might be able to fix it after ordering a part and  maybe fix it 3 days later. We were charged $99 for him to come and say he didn't know how to fix it. Thanks Benjamin Franklin.

We had a water line break and they had someone out first thing the next morning and fixed by dinner.

The guy that came out took the time to explain my options, recommended the patch but gave my ideas about full replacement with new material down the kind if I ever chose to.

I'd use them again!

Based on The fact that their drivers drive like they are drunk.  I would have a hard time letting an individual who drives down the road recklessly endangering individuals into my home to fix a plumbing problem.
