Daniel came in and saved the day with our shower remodel project. Our tub needed to be relevelled after another contractor messed up the installation. We also needed the plumbing connections to the shower handle/valve to be re-aligned...again fixing another contractor's mistake.

My wife and I were both impressed with his ability to not only do the job well but to put every effort into finding the best solution (i.e. the professional way to resolve the problem and connect everything together). Also, his communication throughout the project was top notch. I had never met him before this job started, so I'm not trying to help a buddy. I honestly just want others to find good contractors. Go with this company. They're the type of people you want.

Jonathan and his worker did a excellent job installing our water heater.  From the receptionist making appointment, to talking about what my husband and I wanted done so very professional, courteous prompt service great pricing! Emilio with Maintenance Mechanical of Texas is a rock solid reliable plumber. We have relied on his services 3-4 times over the last year due to an older  house that we bought.  He was able to fix a poorly poured toilet pipe that was leading to back-flow into our shower, from a no -qualified contractor. Emilio fixed that in 2 days and at a reasonable price compared to other quotes. A few months later, Emilio was able to fix a slab leak in another part of our home. Emilio communicates the issues clearly, is reliable and courteous, and really works with his customers to get to the root of their problems. We plan to use him on all plumbing & gas repairs or plumbing home improvements in the future.

Serious sprinkler issue on Labor Day. Steven was responsive and reliable. He called back immediately and let me know what time to expect him. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend.

Showed up on time on Saturday to install a faucet. Nikki did a great job and was pleasant and informative.  We're having her install a toilet for us as well in the near future!

Good news: They arrived at the time that they promised on the phone, and they fixed the problem.

Bad news: The job took far longer than it should have, and I was paying by the hour.

One star *would* have been my rating, but I am giving them three, as they were willing to negotiate with me on the price after-the-fact.  I sent a straightforward non-antagonistic letter to them 48 hours later (after we'd both had time to cool-off) and they did refund part of their original bill back to me.  I still feel that I was overcharged for the job, but at least it wound up being moderately high instead of outrageously high.

Painful lesson that I have learned: No matter how simple the job appears, do not let work begin without an estimate.  (And it was a simple job, not just in my own opinion, but also that of a city plumbing employee.  It is a mystery to me, even now, to understand why the job took as long as it did.)  Had I requested an estimate up-front, they would have been much more likely to quote a fair price, and stuck to it, regardless of how long the job took.  Live and learn.

Super friendly, family run business. They got my shower fixed without having to take down any of the tiles, and were easy to get a hold of on the phone.

True Integrity Plumbing to the rescue AGAIN! Walking my lawn I noticed the ground was flooded near the entrance of the main line to my house and immediately called Travis and his team. Jordan came over shortly and immediately found where the leak was coming from, replaced the broken joint, lines and greatly improved the water pressure in our home. He even helped us find our water shut off valve for emergencies. Look no further than this team of excellent plumbing pros.

We have a leak in our front yard and have had another plumber, water company and sprinkler system company out to find it.  This is the only company that actually dug up the area to find the problem.  It was a sprinkler system issue so they couldn't repair it.  They came the day I called and did more than any other company that has been here.  We would highly recommend this company!

Accountable Plumbing.  The name applies.  Alex gave me an estimate to come out and was within 10 minutes of the appointed time.  He spent about 45 minutes cleaning out a clogged main drain.  After he successfully completed the job he informed me that my issue is probably where my home plumbing meets the city line and that I could probably have the city come out to repair their section of the pipe.  

His price was exactly what we had discussed on the phone and for the first time in my life, I feel like I got a good experience from a plumber.   He did exactly what he said he was going to do, there was no last minute upcharging or well in order to fix this we're going to have to install this as well.  

I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend Alex with Accountable Plumbing.  He's an honest guy and his work speaks for itself.

The tech who came out, Tom, was very professional and explained the problem to me in detail. He also showed me a picture of the pipes located under the house so I understood the situation. They were very easy to work with and also reasonably priced.

Daniel was quick to respond, on time and professional. Best price out of the two other plumbers I called. Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs.

Absolutely outstanding service.. called with a clogged pipe , there were here in less then 30 minutes. Honest and respectful. These guys are the best in the business!! They return calls very quickly. They show you everything they do and what was causing the problem. Their prices are the best in the area, plus you get personal attention every time they visit. The use the best guys who speak English and you are not second guessing what they are doing. I belong to the Silver Club of Comfort Experts. I called in the morn and a technician was there in the late afternoon.  How many companies will do that for you? He checked out the unit and was able to give me a quote. He was personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!
