Daniel came in and saved the day with our shower remodel project. Our tub needed to be relevelled after another contractor messed up the installation. We also needed the plumbing connections to the shower handle/valve to be re-aligned...again fixing another contractor's mistake.

My wife and I were both impressed with his ability to not only do the job well but to put every effort into finding the best solution (i.e. the professional way to resolve the problem and connect everything together). Also, his communication throughout the project was top notch. I had never met him before this job started, so I'm not trying to help a buddy. I honestly just want others to find good contractors. Go with this company. They're the type of people you want.

Late post. However, this is my 3rd or 4th time using Mr Jonathan who is a gem. This time it was installing a new water heater which required alot of services which were needed to pass code. He knew exactly was needed and assured me it would be included in the service.
Love that he gives true estimates and stays true to it. He is kind, timely and I trust him! Will be calling again when needed.

I used Steven's Irrigation to repair a broken PVC pipe on my irrigation system and then later I had him replace one of the drip lines with sprinkler heads.  Steven seems to be knowledgable and did a decent job on the first two jobs but was terrible at communicating the basics such as the time he would be coming or responding to text, phone calls or emails.  He would just show up whenever the first two times.  I texted him to fix a broken irrigation valve that was leaking quite a bit of water into the street and he texted he would come out on Friday, five days later.  I called Steven on Thursday night and left a voice message to confirm he was coming Friday morning and I followed up with a text. Steven never responded to either.  On Friday I waited all day and made several calls (which went unanswered) and several text (which also went unanswered).  Steven never showed up, never called me back, and never texted me back.   The following Monday I called another irrigation company who came out that same day.  I see there is another review in which Steven did the same thing (promising to come out to do the repair but then fails to come out or communicate he is not coming).  I would NOT recommend Steven's Irrigation.

Showed up on time on Saturday to install a faucet. Nikki did a great job and was pleasant and informative.  We're having her install a toilet for us as well in the near future!

These guys took really good care of us. Had an emergency and they responded quickly and efficiently. Will was awesome! Great guy! He made quick decisions, communicated options to us and took care of the issue for the moment because it was double time, so that we could schedule something during regular business hours.

Super friendly, family run business. They got my shower fixed without having to take down any of the tiles, and were easy to get a hold of on the phone.

True Integrity Plumbing to the rescue AGAIN! Walking my lawn I noticed the ground was flooded near the entrance of the main line to my house and immediately called Travis and his team. Jordan came over shortly and immediately found where the leak was coming from, replaced the broken joint, lines and greatly improved the water pressure in our home. He even helped us find our water shut off valve for emergencies. Look no further than this team of excellent plumbing pros.

I researched and found this company on Google. Scheduled it yesterday and had the inspector come out to inspect the property today. As a real estate agent it is very important to me to ensure quality service,  reliability, and I received just that. The technician I worked with, Craig, was great. He explained everything on the spot and prepared report immediately after the inspection. We will hire them to do the work after my buyer. Client closes on the house.  Thank you Ken!

Highly Recommended. We have been using David McKinley's - Mid Cities Plumbing for years now and we have always gotten good service. We used to have way to many large trees and the roots were constantly clogging our sewer line drain. They sent out Dwayne who always came out promptly and did a great job. We used to use one of the big name plumbers but you never knew who you were going to get and their rates were out of sight

Recently I purchased two new toilets and a hot water heater. Their lead installer, Larry came  out and did a very professional job. He even took the time to grout around the new toilets. This was an all day job but he hung in there and got it all done. Their rates are reasonable and they don't try to up-sale you.

I called Mark to do a small job that needed to be done that day or the next. He sent 2 guys out THAT day and got it done. Fast, reasonably priced. Can't ask for more. And, Mark returns calls and does what he says; unlike some of his competitors.

Alex was smart, professional, courteous, and timely. I needed a small leak under my house fixed. Everywhere else I called couldn't schedule me for almost a week. Alex actually listened to my description of the problem and was able to work me into his schedule. He fixed our problem promptly and for a better price than the other places had given me. He now has a customer for life and my absolute recommendation.

I chose to hire Sheffield Plumbing after receiving a total of five bids from area companies to replace my main sewer line.  Of the five plumbing companies I spoke with, Sheffield was the most affordable.  Then during every step of the process, they proved to be professional, courteous, on-time, considerate and knowledgeable.  I strongly recommend their work and will hire them again for any plumbing work I have.  The work was finished on time, and with minimal disruption.  And, once completed, the owners followed up with me to determine my level of satisfaction.  I have worked with many home service contractors, but have rarely been so pleased.

Daniel's pricing was competitive, his response was timely and his description of what he would do was very detailed. Daniel showed up on time, charged exactly what he quoted, and the quality of his work was excellent.

Absolutely outstanding service.. called with a clogged pipe , there were here in less then 30 minutes. Honest and respectful. I've used this service before but never had the time to post a review.. well I am now . Y'all need a professional?? Tim and his team were responsive, prompt, and professional. Really appreciated that they were willing to wear masks and gloves while in our home during COVID. We'd definitely use them again.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with Duncan Plumbing. I'm in an older house and had to replace all my clay pipes. It was a big job( digging up old pipes and even cutting through my driveway. They were fast and professional. Truly some of the nicest people on the planet.  My yard looked like a war zone after they started and now that it's finished, you can hardly tell what all was done. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I belong to the Silver Club of Comfort Experts. I called in the morn and a technician was there in the late afternoon.  How many companies will do that for you? He checked out the unit and was able to give me a quote. He was personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!
