I needed a plumber quickly.  I put out a search on Yelp.  X-Act (Daniel) was the first to call.  We agreed to a time for that day.  He showed up and hunted down the leak under the kitchen sink.  Turns out it was something easy to fix, especially if you know where to look.  Danny was very communitive letting me know what was going on.  If I need something else done, I will call Daniel.

We had an unexpected gas leak in our attic that was brought to our attention by Atmos Energy.  They disconnected our service or whatever they do and when I found out about it from my husband and it was late in the evening.    I found Jonathan on NextDoor and called his company.  

He rearranged his schedule, took care of our issue and gave us a discount.   He was very informative, helpful and just an overall really nice gentleman and businessman.

Emilio with Maintenance Mechanical of Texas is a rock solid reliable plumber. We have relied on his services 3-4 times over the last year due to an older  house that we bought.  He was able to fix a poorly poured toilet pipe that was leading to back-flow into our shower, from a no -qualified contractor. Emilio fixed that in 2 days and at a reasonable price compared to other quotes. A few months later, Emilio was able to fix a slab leak in another part of our home. Emilio communicates the issues clearly, is reliable and courteous, and really works with his customers to get to the root of their problems. We plan to use him on all plumbing & gas repairs or plumbing home improvements in the future.

I accidentally created an ice skating rink in the street due to some kind of leak in the irrigation system. I had a plumber come out and close the valve, but they recommended I talk to an irrigation specialist since they can fix it for much cheaper. I contacted Steven and he was quick to respond and laid out clear expectations. What really surprised me was that he was able to come out the very same day I sent my request! He showed up when he said he would and got the repair done quickly. Before starting the repair, he did warn me that if the location of the leak was under the sidewalk it would cost extra. I appreciated the heads up and straight forward pricing. Fortunately it wasn't. I'd call Steven if I have problems again!

Nikki replaced a large section of broken sewer line for us, at a reasonable price, then went above and beyond to resolve some surprise issues she found along the way. She was here on time, true to her word, and the work quality was fantastic. Thank you so much Nikki!

We woke up to water on the kitchen floor and under the kitchen sink. In addition the faucet had become very difficult to swivel. I contacted Lewisville Plumbing through their on-line form. They responded quickly and called to get more information so they could better evaluate the situation. They were spot on in their recommendations. They arrived in a timely manner and their fees for service were very reasonable. We've owned several homes over the course of 46 years and dealt with a lot of plumbers. I would tell you that our experience with Lewisville Plumbing was the best we've ever had. It's reassuring to know that I can feel comfortable in calling them again for our future plumbing needs.

Bret was the literal best. Super nice. Came when he said he would. Got to our problem quickly and fixed it! Fair prices. Highly recommend!

I wanted to say if you ever have any plumbing or water heater issues, please call and talk to Travis. He was a life saver after our water heater went out. We had called other places and had been quoted a two to three day wait time. We talk to Travis this morning and less than 30 minutes he had two of the nicest guys at our door ( who did not mind our pup wanting pets every time they passed him).  Our new water heater works perfectly. Thank you for making replacing our heater so easy. ​

I had a plumber come out who could not finish the work, he told I needed to find someone else because it was beyond the scope of his business. He recommended Carrollton Plumbing. They came out that same day! They were great, fixed the problem, and were very nice. Especially considerate to come out on a Friday afternoon, not even being called until Friday at noon. Highly recommend!! Will be using them from now on.

We have used Accountable Plumbing Services twice, each with great results.  We had tree roots damage our water pipes and we also had a separate issue with an overflowing washing machine.  Each time Alex quickly diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained what he found, and made the necessary repairs.  He is friendly, courteous, and very knowledgable.

The person who answered the phone went out of her way to schedule service the next day. Plumber, Thomas Sheffield, was on time, polite, efficient and even cleaned entire area under sink. His offer to pick up a replacement for a leaky soap dispenser (nothing related to the clogged dishwasher drain) restored my faith in small business and good service. Cost was less than I expected. I'll definitely use Scheffield again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I had seen My Texas Plumber recommended by several people on NextDoor so when we needed our hot water heater replaced I reached out to them. Daniel's pricing was competitive, his response was timely and his description of what he would do was very detailed. Daniel showed up on time, charged exactly what he quoted, and the quality of his work was excellent.

Absolutely outstanding service.. called with a clogged pipe , there were here in less then 30 minutes. Honest and respectful. I've used this service before but never had the time to post a review.. well I am now . Y'all need a professional?? Loved Tim Winnett Plumbing!  We noticed a leak in our ceiling last night and found Tim Winnett on Google.  We called and left a message.  They called first thing in the morning and were able to get out an hour later. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it right away.  The price was very reasonable!  We will definitely use them again!

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with Duncan Plumbing. I'm in an older house and had to replace all my clay pipes. It was a big job( digging up old pipes and even cutting through my driveway. They were fast and professional. Truly some of the nicest people on the planet.  My yard looked like a war zone after they started and now that it's finished, you can hardly tell what all was done. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I had my units serviced by this company after moving into my home less than a year at which point I had a complete inspection done on AC. I wanted to make sure it was ready for Summer. The technician serviced both units and said everything checked out great. around 3 weeks later I woke up on Mothers Day to find my ceiling wet and water dripping from a clogged AC line. I contacted the company and was told the original tech didn't work there and they'd send someone out. Once the new technician came he said in fact I had a clogged line, I asked him if it was checked on the previous service call and he said it's part of the inspection but wasn't noted on the form and only the other AC unit was noted the line wasn't clogged. I reached out to the manager and he basically said it wasn't their fault and took NO accountability for it. They said since they didn't install the unit it wasn't their fault and charged me $280 To clear the line!! I tried to reach out again and left a message for the customer service manager and no response. Now I have a damaged ceiling and thought I did everything to prevent this and still have to pay. would NOT recommend this company AT ALL.
