Don was terrific! Detected and fixed a slab leak with minimal after math in the garage dry wall. Was professional and very informative through the whole process. Very competitive pricing up front and no hidden fees later! He even fixed a wiring issue on my hot water heater for no extra charge! While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Had an upstairs toilet that wouldn't flush properly.  This was in our house that is less than 2 years old.  Called a couple of big name companies that both said we needed to replace the toilet, and it would be anywhere from $400-$600. Didn't seem to me that a practically new toilet would go bad that quickly, so gave Northwest Plumbing a try and they determined something was stuck in the drain.  They had the toilet off, stuck item removed, and toilet back on in about 30 minutes.  $130 for all of it and toilet works great now.   Would highly recommend these guys!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Need to have a kitchen faucet replaced, and Christopher was clear about what the problem was and how I would be able to get the manufacturer to adhere to the lifetime warranty and replace it at no charge.

During the replacement of the faucet, he upgraded all the connections under my sink and was very thorough about making sure every connection was sealed and wasn't leaking.  I will absolutely make Anything Plumbing my go-to plumber.

The home warranty company plumber had to demo my bath vanity to repair a concrete slab leak in my master bath. After 3 different contractors failed to follow through on installing a new bath vanity, my insurance agent recommended Icon plumbing.  It was one of the best phone calls I have had in awhile.

Condy Hammer from Icon Plumbing installed the vanity, vanity top, sink and 2 bath faucets.  He was on time, efficient, professional and a nice guy.  I have added Icon Plumbing to my directory as my go to plumber.

Addendum-the 40 year old toilet in my master bath just stopped working (finally).  I contacted Condy at Icon. He is on the way to save the day .

My main drain became blocked by tree roots. The top on my outside drain popped the top and raw sewage  was pouring into my front garden each time I flushed a toilet or took a shower.
I immediately called Condy at Icon. He came the next morning and cleared the roots in 10 minutes for a reasonable price.  Great job as usual and a nice guy to boot.

I called them late Thursday and they came Friday  fixed my problem fast.The cost was a lot lower than other plumbing co. told me . I have a new plumbing Co

Marco came out to inspect our leaky kitchen sink. He was knowledgeable about the problem, and immediately told us that the rubber piece had been installed backwards. He explained how the seal worked and why it needed to be put in that way.  And then, he said that it probably wasn't billable, and fixed it for us.

It took him about a minute to fix, but it saved us from a leaky sink spilling water all over our kitchen floor.  Great service from an honest plumber. Thank you!

I had an emergency leak. Plumber was sent to figure it out. I was impressed how quickly he located the source and made the repair. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous
