I am a single mom and first time homeowner. Not even a week after I moved in I began having plumbing issues throughout the entire house! Dishwasher would leak water while running, toilets stopped up backing up into showers, showers draining painfully slow with kids waiting to shower. My sister recommended All Complete because she'd used them before and found their prices to be super affordable, which was exactly what I needed.  So I called and spoke to a very knowledgeable and friendly young lady who scheduled them to come out later that afternoon. They called me when they were on the way which was so helpful because that way I didn't have to miss any work and could meet them there to let them in and go back to work. Otis arrived exactly as scheduled and proceeded to restore my faith in humanity! This guy is not just a plumber, he is a goodhearted, hard working service professional who knows about EVERYTHING, not just plumbing! Otis and his partner Will discovered that my problem was a little more involved than what we had hoped for. Bummer right? WRONG! They did 2 days of work that could have bankrupt me with some other less ethical company for a price that I could afford and that I know for a fact was at least a few hundred less than I could have gotten it done for elsewhere (believe me I called around) . But wait, there's more. Otis, knowing that I am a single mom and new homeowner, took the time out of his busy day to survey my entire home for me (finding several things that the inspector should have caught by the way) and gave me tips on how to secure my home and maintain it that I was not aware of. One particular issue with my front door could have resulted in a break in had he not brought it to my attention. None of this profited him in any way and was purely out of the goodness of this stellar mans heart. I will never use another plumbing company (that is unless Otis starts his own business : ) and I encourage each and every person who reads this to book an appointment right away!

I had to have an old drum trap in the bathroom replaced with a new PTrap. In order to do this they had to remove the toilet and go in thru the foundation and under the bathtub. My tile was no longer available so I had to get new tile installed. I was able to coordinate things with both the plumber and flooring company and had the plumber out one day, flooring out the next day and then the plumber could come back the next day and reset the toilet. They explained everything to me and if something changed they let me know. I had used them 3 years ago when I had a cold water slab leak and they worked with the insurance company and adjustor really well. Everyone I have worked or spoken with at North Hills is very courteous. I highly recommend them for any job you have.

I try to use this business exclusively, they have always shown up when they said they would and he stood by his quote on a job that actually ran over what he initially thought. The lady answering the phone is always as nice and helpful as she can be. Chucks plumbing fits my definition of reputable, and reasonable!

Steve, Gage & Fish worked diligently to find all the leaks in my house and repair them.  The team is always professional and does a great job cleaning up.  I appreciate how GPS does the job correctly and not just band-aid the problem.  Best plumbing company in Frisco and the Metroplex.

Anthony came over and I told him what the problem we were experiencing,  and he got his rooter machine out and had the drain unclogged in no time. Very reasonable rates.  Wish we would have heard about him sooner. We highly recommend Action Plumbing for your plumbing and rooter needs.

I would definitely recommend 24 Hour Key Plumbing! We had an exterior pipe leak this past weekend and Bobby was able to respond within 2 hours. He was nice, honest, professional and efficient.

This father-son operation is five-star all the way.  They are a bit pricey, but well worth it: they know their way around a pipe.  Besides, Gunter (the father) is like the grandfather you never had (or at least that I never had), assuring you he's going to take care of everything in a professional, knowledgable manner.

Nick and Jarred were right on time after responding quickly to my request for an appointment. Very knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciate the honesty about the situation, and explaining the different options to me. Reasonably priced and went the extra mile to correct something they recognized could be an issue down the road. Platinum is my new Go-To Plumbing service!

I had them out this morning. I have to say you won't a nicer, more ethical plumber. I will never use another plumber again. I've had some me bad experiences in the past so it was such a relief to finally find someone that doesn't try to overcharge. I VERY HIGHLY recommend!

I have used them twice, and each time the guys have arrived promptly, fixed the problem,  and provided courteous, expert service.  I have two other jobs that need to be done in my house, and I plan to call them again.

I hired Make Ready Repairs to patch drywall on the ceiling and a wall after plumbing repairs, and while unfortunately the first crew did not get the finish correct the first time, they were professional and returned to finish the job correctly.

I gave them 5 stars for their professionalism in handling the matter and I'm happy with the final results.

Absolutely fantastic work! Professional, reliable, and trustworthy. Shawn and Dillon worked fast and efficiently. Strongly recommend!

UDATE INCLUDED Below! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! DO NOT PAY HIM IN ADVANCE!! I have to take him to court to get my money back for services he failed to provide.
!!UPDATE! HIS RESPONSE IS AGAIN MORE LIES. I have all the texts and phone call records To prove it.  He has 1 5 star review. I did not say anything to him as he left. He makes up anything he wants and pretends it's truth. RUN from this unscrupulous person. Yeah I dropped a couple f bombs in some of my responses because he frustrates you beyond reason with lies. He owes me $160 before court costs. I offered a $100 settlement and he refused. He wants to give me just $25!  I would give negative stars, if I could.
I have never had to write a review like this. You can see my posts and usually, if someone misleads a little, I let it go.

Once he has your money, he will figure out a way to get close to $100/hour.  He will fabricate fees that he never mentions when you enter a contract with him and chargEd you for parts he recycles from other jobs and claim he bought them for you.

He has yet to provide me any reciept for a light switch that was not In a package. He also asked if he could have my brand new ceiling fans, he took down.

He was so great when I called him because I had someone else not show up and I had painters coming the next day. He said his work is phenomenal and he normally charged $85/hour BUT if I pay him $500 for 8 hours IN ADVANCE, I get deal. IT IS NO DEAL!
He came 1st day and was absolutely great for 1.5hours and I gave him his check, for services in advance.
I was flustered and rushed to get him out and get more things done before I needed to get more done before painters came the next morning. HE LOVES to kill time with chattiThat's not good when you're paying by the hour!

He also wants you to give him buildings codes and access to your place without you there. This is so he can then pad his bill.. He complained about not being able to be there by himself on two counts.

He is the poster boy for bait and switch!

I wrote an incorrect hour time on my check. I called and texted him the next morning and he confirmed I have 8 hours for $500. I also have that in writing.

He also confirmed he would come at scheduled time we agreed upon for Friday, OCt. 7th at 4:30pm and I didn't contact him Again until he contacted me that Friday. He called before our scheduled time and asked if I'm back in town? I said, umm I told you I had an appointment here in Dallas that would take me to about 4pm so 4:30pm is still the time. He launched into a whole thing about the fact he is at another job and he will be late and wanted to push out the time scheduled a week in advance. I said no, not acceptable To move to another day. I have other contractors coming that need your things done and I need them done personally as well. He finally shows up 2.5 hours late. He was clearly irritated about this.

He also left for 20 minutes, to get something from his truck as I was on the phone with my fiancé the whole time and was opening the door to find him and he comes up the stairs with yet another fabricated story about being locked out. He had his phone and could text or call for the code to glass doors he so easily forgot

Had he showed up at our agreed scheduled time, he could have completed everything and our contract could have been satisfied that night. He brings out this unpackaged almond dimmer light switch and I say, what is this? He says, it matches your other outlets... umm NO it does not?! All bathroom covers outlets are white???

We exchanged words, I left him to just get the job done and had to have his mismatched switch installed to make sure the light works.

He was done at 11:03 pm and started 7:05pm,confirmed in text,)& completed 4 hours of work. I texted next day and thanked him for installing my light. He completed 5.5 hours of total work At this point.

He texts me I only have 1.5 out of 2.5 hours left!?!? I say, 7-11 is 4 hours. He responds correct but, I went shopping and you owe me $65 for supplies and 1 hour to shop.
I said no way. You already stated you do not charge for ANY trips to Home Depot.As a handyman he is there frequently and can pick up things for multiple clients on his trips. It's not my problem you procrastinated, nor do I owe a penny for a almond fixture. He is welcome to get it! He proceeded to argue with me, make up false excuses, and then tell me to just take a $25 refund for 2.5 hours of work. Of course I said NO!

He continues to change his story-change times-alter things said and I have two witnesses that directly contradict what he says. His texts, I also have photographed, and printed his texts that contradict each other. He is a liar and a scammer. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR GIVE HIM A PENNY IN ADVANCE.

If you want him for a quick job you pay AFTER he is done, 1st time great.pay in advance, he is HORRIBLE and ARGUMENTATIVE And will 100% lie

Rude. Inconsiderate individual that doesn't know how to drive. Had the audacity to cut me off as I merged onto the freeway and then flip me off. Great way to show off your business and display professionalism. Not even 1 star should be given.

Be careful using this company, I called them about repairing a bathroom and they said they would try to get someone to come by. they never said anything about a fee for looking at it to give me a quote, they came out and a young kid who could not have possibly been a journeyman plumber came out and then took about 5 minutes and came back to me and said the repair would be 1500. I had already sent pics to a couple of other plumbers and they both quoted about 1k. I told them to either lower their price or I would have someone else to the job. then he said well that will be 120.00 service call fee. Had they warned me about a service fee I would not have even have them come out. This business is crooked and not run by anyone that cares about customer service, They had to travel about 2 miles to get to me. I wrote them the check and told them I would tell everyone I knew how crooked and high priced they were. Beware. There were three companies that came out, one from Carrollton and did not charge me to look at and quote, Ripoff Artists.
