Tiho from Tiho Plumbing is absolutely wonderful! He is very professional and does an outstanding job.  My husband and I have used other plumbers in the past and they have not compared to Tiho. We are very pleased with his work, punctuality, and honesty. He is definitely our plumber and I highly recommend him.

I chose Accurate Leak & Line mostly for their high rating on Yelp, but also because of their very competitive quote; I got several other quotes that were a fair amount higher. I was not disappointed: They did all the things that you hope a contractor will do. They showed up when they said they would; they did the work well and kept me up to date; they were polite and respectful; they cleaned up well after they were done; and the final bill what exactly what they had quoted. They showed a high degree of professionalism, something that a lot of other providers lack. I give them my highest recommendation.

Very disappointed. To make the story short, I will just put some bullet points:

1. My outdoor GFCI outlet stopped working and they replaced a new one. I later noticed that the original one was WR and TR rated. The new one is NOT (seems to be a regular indoor GFCI). And that is a violation of the code (based on some info I found on the internet). I emailed the business owner Ryan about it and have not got a response... Besides, the technician left a bunch of screws on the ground and I had to clean it up. It could be a hazard to my dog.
2. I paid in full in cash with tips when they finished the job (they told me there is a 3% fee for cards and they did not have any changes). But I did not receive a receipt until six days later...
3. I told them that I'll need a new electrical box (for a ceiling fan) but they did not have it with them. They went out to get one and that took about 30 mins.
4. An indoor outlet was not working and the technician replaced it with a new receptacle and called it done. While they were out for the electrical box, I tested it and it was not fixed... I told them when they got back. It was actually a loose neutral connection at an upstream switch.
5. While they were working on the wires, they did not switch off any breakers. I was surprised. Not sure if a licensed electrician would do so.

I used them due to their exceptional reviews on both Google and Yelp. Unfortunately, my experience was way below my expectation...

Contacted Prestige Plumbing by text on Sunday night concerning a broken pipe in my kitchen garbage disposal. Chris responded promptly stating they would be there Monday to work me into their schedule.  Although they were short manpower and on a large scheduled job, managed to check it out in the morning. The pipe could not be repaired so they picked up a garbage disposal and had it installed Monday afternoon.  Professional and helpful to this disabled veteran.  I appreciate their thoroughness and pricing...Expediency exceptional.

Called William's  plumbing at 6:00 pm, had stopped drain in kitchen. Was up and going by 8:00pm. Excellent service and very courteous.  Thanks for quick service. Eduardo Gallegos

Our kitchen plugs are tripping frequently and I looked up for Electricians nearby. I found these guys  had excellent history and reviews. Scheduled appointment with them and they found issue with outdated model in circuit breaker for Kitchen area and replaced with new one. They are very professional and I recommend this team highly.

I highly recommend Landers Plumbing Company. I called this morning about 8:00 am and they told me that they would be here about 8:30 am.! I was  amazed. I never get service that quick. We had a leak in the pipe connected to the water heater. It was only the size of a pin hole, but there is extensive damage. Anyway, Landers showed up as scheduled. They did the work in a very timely manner. I cringed when handed the bill.... But to my surprise, it was very reasonable. I am very happy in my choice to use Landers Plumbing and I would certainly recommend them to family or friends.

If you need someone to startup your sprinklers for the Spring, I highly recommend Robert from Safe, Clean, and Green. He is so friendly and professional. We had our sewer lines repaired in the fall when we moved in and even though the sewer company said they repaired the line where they cut it, there was still an issue with a broken line on one of the zones. Robert was so thorough in fixing the problem and making sure things were running well in all zones. He even spent extra time showing me how to set up the timers (my first time using automatic sprinklers). His pricing is very reasonable and he's very upfront about everything he is doing and what it will cost. Give him a call before he books up!

There have been two occasions where one of the huge plumbing companies initially quoted me a HUGE price and said there were no alternatives other than to tear into the foundation/destroy walls/etc...

I called Legacy both times to get a second opinion and they were MUCH cheaper while still maintaining top-notch quality. And they provided multiple options.

Excellent service! Adolf and Becky were knowledgeable, timely, and considerate when fixing a leak at our house. They were extremely professional and were able to locate the leak quickly. They did the job well and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend!

Very quick response to my inquiry late in the day Sunday when our hot water heater pilot would not relight. Stan was out the next day and fixed the problem. He even checked in after the service call to make sure the hot water heater was still working and that there were no issues. Rapid response, problem fixed, and reasonably priced. I will be using Rely On Master Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

That is a bold face lie.  That lady kept repeating that they would have to use the camera.  All you readers, trust yelp because it's more accurate and as far as the BBB, noone really uses that anymore so reviews are put on yelp.  And how do I know the amount of your camera service if the receptionist never try to sell the camera service?  That lady just tried to sell camera service, point blank.  We didn't even get to the address part.  There is nothing for me to gain by writing this review but everyone need to know how horrible you guys are.  Truth hurt.

Craig contacted us very quickly concerning a broken outside faucet. Great news it was not an emergency but Craig came out the next morning and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Being fairly new to this area we did not know who to contact. Bill Cobb and Sons was referred to us by a friend that had issues with plumbing and was pleased. We will use them when we have any plumbing issues. The fee was fair and the service was excellent.
