We had a new gas range delivered and were disappointed that there was a gap of six inches between the back of the range and the wall. Our gas pipe was sticking out way too far.

We called Tiho mid-day, he was on a job in Santa Clara but said he could meet us back in Tracy at 4 to take a look. He was there on time, assessed the situation, had everything needed to complete the job in his truck, and was done within an hour!

He knows his stuff, provides GREAT customer service, and is just a really nice guy.

This company I believe has the ability to do good work.  Its a shame that they don't bother delivering the quality that they are capable of.  After consulting with the company for several months while waiting on insurance I had a lot of confidence in this company.  When it came time to do the work it seemed pretty obvious to me that they had and A Team and a B Team and the A Team went to a bigger job and they sent the B Team to do my job.  It took them 4 days to do a 2 day project and then they did not even finish.  One day they left without a word and never came back.  They did not even leave an invoice for the work they did do.  They didn't bother to fill in the holes in the ground.  They didn't bother to close up the hole that they made in the side of my house.  They made the clean out too tall so that the lawn mower hits it.  They didn't bother to return calls.  Fortunately I had not paid in advance.  Six months after leaving without notice they called me wanting to know why I had not paid for an invoice I never received.  I deducted what I paid others to finish the job and I paid them.  They never did give me any explanation for why they left and never came back.

I had a generator inlet installed and had several quotes. 308 was the most reasonable and within my expectations so I chose them. Based on other quotes, electrician companies are just trying to work off elevated rates so it was refreshing to finally talk to someone reasonable.

Great communication. I'm in client service too so it is also great to have someone that shares the same responsiveness. Too many times contractors blow you off.

Installation was quick and clean. They showed up a hour early. Can't knock for being there early but might've been difficult if I didn't work from home.

I would definitely use 308 again. They came when they said they would (and early), did the work they said they would and invoiced the amount I was estimated.

Chris was simply fantastic!! Responsive, professional and thorough! He was the third plumber we tried to fix an issue with our kitchen sink and faucet. He will be our first call from now on!

Had an appointment with them today to fix a problem at my house. Bathroom exhaust wasn't working. They showed up early and were very professional. Found out what the problem was and Fixed the problem, it was just a switch replacement. Finished the work really fast and were on their way.

I highly recommend Landers Plumbing Company. I called this morning about 8:00 am and they told me that they would be here about 8:30 am.! I was  amazed. I never get service that quick. We had a leak in the pipe connected to the water heater. It was only the size of a pin hole, but there is extensive damage. Anyway, Landers showed up as scheduled. They did the work in a very timely manner. I cringed when handed the bill.... But to my surprise, it was very reasonable. I am very happy in my choice to use Landers Plumbing and I would certainly recommend them to family or friends.

Robert was responsive and incredibly helpful for our first sprinkler blow out experience. He right away walked me through how we could perform an emergency winterization process and walked me through the general step by step the process of winterizing our sprinklers. As new homeowners, we are extremely grateful for this. He was on time and had great communication around schedule. Thanks, Robert!

Very knowledgeable. Kelly came out & explained our problem & how he would repair it. They checked everything when finished. Have put up with substandard work from other companies so long that we had forgotten what good tradesmen were like. It was refreshing. They are definitely our go to plumbing company now.

Abe of Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating, and AC repaired the water main line to my home and I could not be happier with everything about his work and his demeanor! Craig contacted us very quickly concerning a broken outside faucet. Great news it was not an emergency but Craig came out the next morning and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Being fairly new to this area we did not know who to contact. Bill Cobb and Sons was referred to us by a friend that had issues with plumbing and was pleased. We will use them when we have any plumbing issues. The fee was fair and the service was excellent.
