Accurate Leak & Line has such a great team!  We had a busted pipe in our front yard and they were so professional over the phone as well as in person. Their pricing is very reasonable. My friend was helping me replace a leaking toilet and discovered the flange was broken, so I needed a professional.  Prestige Plumbing had a lot of positive reviews and was frequently recommended on Nextdoor, so I called. Chris came out the same day and replaced the toilet, did a great job and very reasonably priced. I  am very happy and I would definitely recommend this company!!!

Positive: quick. I called when our water main was shut off as a result of a PVC fitting breaking in the irrigation system. Being new to the area, I called several plumbers and CTX answered and agreed to come out that day. They arrived earlier than the timeframe expected, and the job took them 30 minutes or less to complete.

Negative: I received several return calls from plumbers who could have showed up later, but I waved them off as CTX answered first. When they arrived and looked at the damage, the price tag was $350. After continuing to receive plumbing calls, it sounds like this was significantly more than I would have payed had I waited a bit and asked about prices (in fact I send a photo of the broken fitting to one of the return calls and the rate was going to be significantly cheaper - although to be fair, that is easy to say after the fact).

Bottom line, very quick and courteous/friendly service, but the price was more than I should have paid. When I first heard the number, I was a bit shocked, but agreed to pay since they showed up. I will likely shop around a bit more (or exercise some patience) next time. To be fair, I'll attempt to upload a photo of the before/after work in case I am way off base.

I highly recommend Landers Plumbing Company. I called this morning about 8:00 am and they told me that they would be here about 8:30 am.! I was  amazed. I never get service that quick. We had a leak in the pipe connected to the water heater. It was only the size of a pin hole, but there is extensive damage. Anyway, Landers showed up as scheduled. They did the work in a very timely manner. I cringed when handed the bill.... But to my surprise, it was very reasonable. I am very happy in my choice to use Landers Plumbing and I would certainly recommend them to family or friends.

Robert is a true professional. Arrived on time and provided the best education on maintaining my system and preventing future damage. He fixed my a cracked valve and did winterization on my system. While he was doing all of his work he explained everything he was going to do step by step. He took his time and did quality work. He even brought in my old wrapping system that I used to wrap my pipes without even asking. I could not ask for better service. I highly recommend using him for all your lawn and sprinkler system needs.

Legacy Plumbing was quick to respond to the Web request I put in and quick to get out to help fix my leaking garbage disposal. Kelly and Hubert were great and fixed the leak quick and even installed the soap dispenser that I had laying around. They went above and behind and I highly recommend!

Very bad experience.  My best guess is that they're just too big to care about small jobs any more or we were located farther out than they thought?  (One thing you learn after you move to the country is how difficult it is to get service on anything.)

A friend recommended that I call Ernie's, and ask for a specific plumber, let's say Fred, to do the work.  So that's what I did on Monday morning.  I reported that we seem to have a main drain blockage between the building and the septic, probably due to roots since we live amongst trees.  They initially said they don't work on septic tanks - not what I was asking for - but they could work on the drain.

Since it was not an emergency situation, I scheduled Fred to come out two days later, mostly to ensure that there would be enough time allocated for the job and also so that I could arrange to take a day off work to be there.  So the appointment window was set up for 8-12 on Wednesday morning.

At about 10:15 on Wednesday they called (they said they would call before they came out) to tell me that Fred doesn't work on drains and doesn't clear blockages and would not be coming out!!!  What!!?!  They said they were very busy and could reschedule a different technician for the next day.  What!!?!  I took a day off work to be there that day.  They said they were very busy but might be able to squeeze me in that same afternoon.  

Clearing a main drain of roots is not a quick or easy task, and I don't think a main drain line clearance is something that can be squeezed in to a full very busy schedule and be done right or well.  I scheduled several days early in order to be given enough time for the job to be done right.

So, no, I don't think so.  If a business can't run themselves any better than that to cancel at the last minute, why would I have confidence in them?  It wasn't until afterwards that I visited their web site - they look like a clearinghouse for unnamed random local area plumbers rather than plumbers themselves.

Yes!  Call them now and hope they can come help you. Craig and the crew are as honest and fair as you will find. They are considered the Best Plumber in Burleson and have shown it once again.
