Tiho came to our home because of course, a plumbing emergency . He arrived within 20 minutes  and got to work straight away. The issue we had was not as straight forward as we had hoped, he located the blockage and fully described what needed to be done, after a quick run to our local Ace store (another plus in my mind, not a box store but, locally owned franchise) he was back and got to work, he didn't even mind me watching what he was doing ( I have worked in the home repair industry a long time and have come across my share of contractors that make up repairs) he also took the time to show me the old pipe after removal. He then cleaned up the mess left from the tub and sink backing up and washed down our front porch where he accessed the kitchen clean out. He is very much a gentleman, pleasant, easy to talk to, hard working self employed professional. All in all an extremely enjoyable emergency! PS..., Our landlord is also very pleased he is adding him to his list of contractors to use again, so I am also figuring his prices are not bad either...

Horrible communication. They never call back. They never sent us the technician notes and it's been almost 2 weeks. Use another company

Sent two very capable employees to install three new lights, they had it done in a jiffy!! I will definitely hire them for my next project!

Chris was simply fantastic!! Responsive, professional and thorough! He was the third plumber we tried to fix an issue with our kitchen sink and faucet. He will be our first call from now on!

Positive: quick. I called when our water main was shut off as a result of a PVC fitting breaking in the irrigation system. Being new to the area, I called several plumbers and CTX answered and agreed to come out that day. They arrived earlier than the timeframe expected, and the job took them 30 minutes or less to complete.

Negative: I received several return calls from plumbers who could have showed up later, but I waved them off as CTX answered first. When they arrived and looked at the damage, the price tag was $350. After continuing to receive plumbing calls, it sounds like this was significantly more than I would have payed had I waited a bit and asked about prices (in fact I send a photo of the broken fitting to one of the return calls and the rate was going to be significantly cheaper - although to be fair, that is easy to say after the fact).

Bottom line, very quick and courteous/friendly service, but the price was more than I should have paid. When I first heard the number, I was a bit shocked, but agreed to pay since they showed up. I will likely shop around a bit more (or exercise some patience) next time. To be fair, I'll attempt to upload a photo of the before/after work in case I am way off base.

I highly recommend Landers Plumbing Company. I called this morning about 8:00 am and they told me that they would be here about 8:30 am.! I was  amazed. I never get service that quick. We had a leak in the pipe connected to the water heater. It was only the size of a pin hole, but there is extensive damage. Anyway, Landers showed up as scheduled. They did the work in a very timely manner. I cringed when handed the bill.... But to my surprise, it was very reasonable. I am very happy in my choice to use Landers Plumbing and I would certainly recommend them to family or friends.

Stop looking. Robert has just become my go-to for our sprinkler system and yard. I was overwhelmed by the time he spent walking me through the status of my sprinklers and the education he provided me on my system, without ever feeling rushed. It's hard to find somebody you can trust and who makes you feel valued. Stop looking and give Robert a call.

Excellent service! Adolf and Becky were knowledgeable, timely, and considerate when fixing a leak at our house. They were extremely professional and were able to locate the leak quickly. They did the job well and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend!

Not a punctual plumber. Didn't show up for appointment twice. Keep giving the same we will come tomorrow story every time. Do not recommend.

Excellent service, would gladly use again. From initial call he was at my door in under an hour. Then another hour the job was done. From initial clog to correct resolution was only about 2 hours. On demand service is never cheap, but he was certainly fair and reasonable. He explained every step along the way so I understand what the issue and resolution was.

Great service!  Gary is a class act.  Down to earth, and willing to share lots of helpful info.  I will definitely keep them in mind if I ever have any more plumbing issues.  Thanks so much!
