Very pleased with Schrader Plumbing (particularly Jeff and Trevor) who came out when we were having problems with both our hot water heaters. I had a different plumbing service come out a week ago who found nothing wrong and said it was an electrical problem. So we had an electrician come out who really thought it was a plumbing issue. This time I called Schrader and they offered to send a plumber out that day. I elected for first thing the next morning. I appreciated the texts and emails confirming my scheduled job and who was coming. They also called the morning of letting me know they were on their way. I appreciated the 2hr window (instead of the usual 4hr window) and even better they were on time! Jeff and Trevor explained everything perfectly, and fingers crossed this has solved our on-going issues, but if not Jeff assured me the work is warranted for 30 days. I would definitely recommend calling Schrader if you are having plumbing issues.

From start to finish, nothing but excellent service.  Jason Lewis came out to quote for replacing my water heaters.  I called one day, he came out next day as promised.  His pricing was VERY FAIR compared to several other plumbers that quoted me on same.  Within a week, my heaters were efficiently replaced and I'm back in business.  Just excellent performance all around

12 Years ago I called them, used them a half dozen times since. No nonsense business approach. Sheila calls me by my first name. Friendly company to do business with. And everything they fixed is still fixed.

Very good worker. Our service man was Tyler, and he came out quickly and got the job done efficiently. We had some leaking from our old toilet on the second floor, and it needed a new wax ring. Tyler led us through the process, letting us know at every step the cost of each procedure. He also let us know what it would cost to replace any parts that may be needed in the future. He fixed our problem easily, and was done in a jiffy. We will be calling this company for future repairs.

I have been SO pleased with Legacy Plumbing. We first used them a little over a year ago and popped around using other plumbers for a bit, no real reason why, and every single time I felt they just didn't measure up to Legacy. We finally committed to using Legacy and have been so incredibly blown away by every aspect of the company.

The communication and customer service is WOW, just wow. If I don't get a live person on the phone I get a call back almost immediately. I have had emergencies where I was hopeful someone could come out same day, and they worked with me to make it happen. All with a cheerful attitude and kindness. Never once have I felt I was a nuisance.

The crew have been top notch. They are always dressed in uniform and I typically get a call from our tech when on their way so I know when and who to expect at my door (I don't answer my door just because someone knocks). The wear shoe coverings which I greatly appreciate since we have little ones and they always address me in such a polite manner. They really know their stuff, are honest about what needs to be done, what could be done, what can wait till later and what I could do myself. Just recently Jose & Kelly visited our home to help us out with an ongoing sink/faucet issue. They explained what they found, a couple of options/price point approaches and also let me know aspects I could do on my own if I wanted to save some $$. They took the time to patiently show me how I could do various things myself and were patient to answer my questions and show me again :)

I am always confident when Legacy leaves a job completed in my home. Never do I have to worry whether they simply patched an issue and it will arise again, they fully fix what they do and they do it right.

I am super impressed by Sy and his outstanding customer service. I had a service issue and I'm happy to tell you that he went above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction with the glass replacement of my front door. When I placed the initial call early Friday morning, they were able to slide me into the schedule and secure the door so there was at least peace of mind and when they couldn't get back when they said, Sy personally called me and made things right.

I'm thoroughly impressed!!! Thank you Sy! You're a stand up guy!!

i hired him to come out and replace 2 frost free hose bibs he said they would have to cut into the wall to replace them he said it would cost $500.00 i said ok if you have to cut in the wall they had me over the barrel since he drained my tank and shut off my water he did not have to cut into the wall it took him 37 min to replace both of them they did not even turn my water back on to my house  also i called two other plumbing contractors after they left and got an estimate  it would cost $200.00to$225.00 to replace both of them including the parts the owner  called me back i asked him  if he would reduce the cost he said only 50.00 reduction i told him for get about it i would not use this plumbing contractor again

What a fantastic experience we had with Black Tie! From the initial call from our home warranty company, through the closing of the job, Black Tie Plumbing was great. They are professionals through and through. My new go-to plumbers in the metroplex!

We just moved into a new house and had issues with our hot water heater and the kitchen faucet seemed loose... called Benjamin Franklin plumbers they came out for less than 5 mins told me the faucet needed to be replaced, charged me a trip fee of 6o dollars and left. Three days later a leak started under the sink  and when I turned on the disposal for the first time it sounded like glass was in it...

Called several plumbers to get a same day appt with no luck until we called O'Brian s, they gave us an ETA and showed up right on time. Eddie and Ryan were very professional and handled all our plumbing issues, we will continue to use their services in the future!

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

I am very thankful I reached out to Mike for my plumbing issues. Mike was very responsive and prompt and did a fantastic job.

Bryson came in and told me what he thought the problem was, what other potential problems he might find, and what it should cost. He came in, took care of it fast, and everything is great. Definitely going with Bow Tie next time.

Thank you Kenny's Plumbing!  We now live in Chino Valley, Az., and have had water pressure problems for a year now.  The homeowner warranty company has been sending a plumbing company that has been to our house 3 times and the problem does not go away by replacing the pressure valve, and that plumber said he would not come back!  

Kenny's Plumbing came out today and diagnosed the problem to be the expansion tank and even moved it to the other side of the water heater, bad installation 13 years ago!  Most of the pipes and fittings were on their last legs and they replaced all of them.

Found Augerpros through various reviews on line (all 5 star). Being new to the area I decided to give them a try. One, just to get the job done and two so my husband would not have to complete the work.  Had them come out to add a connector and on/off valve to our gas pipe in the kitchen so we could add a gas range.  It is pointless at this time to go through the detailed issues I encountered with the tech and the work.   What I want to really focus on is the response from the owner of this company, Jerry Schrader and how he handled the entire situation. Within a very short period my opinion of this company went from  horrible  (0)  to one that was handled in an efficient and timely manner with professionalism beyond what I could have ever expected (way above (10) on a scale of 1-10.  I simply cannot say enough about the level of courtesy and respect that was given me as a customer and it was not long before I realized why this company has so many 5 star reviews. A company's employees standards, performance and results are based on what the management and owners set as the standard to begin with. Jerry and his company sincerely care about their customers and the job their employees do. He did not just go the extra mile, he went the extra 100 and this is a completely honest and accurate statement.   We 'will' use Augerpros again! As a customer who appreciates a company you can trust, both my husband and I appreciated 'everything' Jerry and his team did to make it right. Thank you Jerry and team.

Benton Plumbing has always been our go-to for any plumbing needs we have. When the February 2021 Power Grid failure hit our house, the freezing interior temperatures busted a pipe in the ceiling of our hallway. They had a plumber out to us as fast as they could schedule and had the pipe cut and replaced quickly. Definitely call on them for your plumbing needs.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

My opinion of the qualities of a good plumber are experience, quality work, and value pricing.  I have had five different plumbing companies perform services for me in the last four years and none of them would I recommend or use again.
I postponed several different plumbing needs while I searched for a plumber who met my basic requirements and was referred to Jeff at All Aces Plumbing by my neighborhood social network , Next Door Lone Mountain.  I contacted Jeff through his web page and described the for separate services which included replacing the Moen cartridge in the master shower, shut off valves for one of the other bathrooms and replacing the Moen cartridges in the lavatory sink, and re-piping the incoming main water supply to accommodate the installation of a water meter and relocation of the water softener.
Jeff asked that I please send him pictures to allow him to more accurately estimate the charges for the services which I did and he provided an estimate of $600 dollars and we set up an appointment for Monday at 08:00.  Jeff showed up promptly at eight on Monday and personally reviewed the multiple requirements, confirm his original estimate and began executing the tasks. I have owned a home all of my life and consider myself a fairly competent handyman around the house so I watched Jeff while he worked to see how he accomplished these tasks.  It was extremely rare, especially in this age to observe the skill and pride in craft that Jeff exercised while performing each task but writing space prevents me providing more detail. It took him five hours to do everything and when done the invoice was only $550 and while I was very insistent on paying him the original estimate of $600 as his work could only be described as exceeding exceptions many fold but he refused to accept it.  When do you ever witness that kind of transaction in today's world.  I have now found the plumber that I have been searching for.  If you use Jeff at All Aces Plumbing, I know you will find yours.

My sewer line clogged which was causing water to backup into the house.  Within an hour of calling, Hayden Rodriguez showed up and cleaned out the sewer line.  He was very professional, friendly and offered tips on how to prevent it from happening again.  I would not hesitate to call again.
