Had Brad out to fix a slab leak a year ago and he did a great job. Then last night I suddenly had the new pipe leak and water started raining down through the wall. Turns out a mouse had gotten in and chewed through the new pipe! Brad came as soon as he got my message and repaired the mouse damage quickly. He even treated it as warranty repair even though it was a critter problem and not his fault! Service like that is awesome and it's great to have someone that takes care of his customers!

Arrived promptly repaired our toilet and was gone in about 45 minutes. Great work and I certainly use them again.

Had a toilet leaking from the seal for a while and it eventually ruined the flange. Sure I could have repaired it myself for a fraction of what it cost to pay a plumber, but I have a bad back, so I decided I'd rather pay someone else to do it. I know plumbers aren't cheap, but it is what it is.  Called Dial One Johnson to do the job.  Everything went smooth.  They answer the phones quickly, scheduling was flexible, they showed up promptly, they were professional and safe (wore masks and advised they were vaccinated), they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Total for toilet and flange was 885.  Expensive, but I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely use them again.

Got same day service on a new water heater. Staff was polite and got the job done as promised. I was really glad that we went with them as the didn't try to upsell us and were very straight forward with their recommendation and why. I would highly recommend.

Need to get a shut off valve replaced and DJ came in as promised and did the job as expected with a reasonable price. Also very respectful of customer culture and very professional. Will most definitely call DJ again for any plumbing need.

Matt came here and located the leaking problem but didn't fix it, because he said it is a hot tub issue not a plumbing issue. I was still charged $105 without anything being fixed. I'm upset about it. But Matt is nice and they are quick response and on time. So I rate 3 stars.

I hired Lasiter & Lasiter Plumbing for my plumbing needs when I moved into my salon.  They really went the extra mile to accommodated my scheduling needs for the move-in.  They were also able to box-in the exposed pipes for me to make it look nice.  Friendly, and professional at a great price.  I highly recommend them, and I will be using them again for my next plumbing needs.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. We had a hot water leak under our foundation and one of the quotes we received said we had to tear up floors and walls, YIKES!   Carlos recommended someone to come find the leak and then said the most cost effective and least invasive repair would be done by tunneling under the foundation.  We wanted to wait until he could finish the job he was working on just so we could use him and he arrived 10 minutes early for the scheduled appointment!  Professional, reliable, honest and extremely fair pricing!  Won't ever use another plumber!

Keyco came out this morning  man had no mask on and nose dripping  I have problem with hot water heater.  He didnt know what the problem  was so told me not to worry until my  house exploited.  They charged my a trouble high price for nothing.  Complained to office manager and was told that is the way it  is  so beware

Absolutely amazing customer service and they very timely. I recommend over the bigger guys who asked for $220.0 just come out and give me a quote. Clean too, they made zero mess and other than the new dishwasher you cannot even tell they were here.

I am getting a little concerned, I am having A#1 Air install two full units in my house this weekend due to unit failures. The tech cam and spoke with my wife since i was out of the country and had my hands tied. Its 95 degrees and we have a 10mo old at home. We got approved for the financing and we ended up getting 2 new units, both Lennox, one 3 ton and one 4 ton 14seer units. The total package came out to be $19k. Seems really steep considering as i did some research online those units installed are respectively $4500-$6500 installed according ro all the reviews online nationwide.... Im starting to think we got the wool pulled over our eyes in a time of need and desperation??? Just be careful out there, this is an extreme bummer.....? This is serious money we are talking about! Shame on them!

I recently got the floors redone in my home and noticed many cracks in the concrete slab. Unsure of whether or not these should concern me, I contacted Olshan for a free inspection.
