Had Brad out to fix a slab leak a year ago and he did a great job. Then last night I suddenly had the new pipe leak and water started raining down through the wall. Turns out a mouse had gotten in and chewed through the new pipe! Brad came as soon as he got my message and repaired the mouse damage quickly. He even treated it as warranty repair even though it was a critter problem and not his fault! Service like that is awesome and it's great to have someone that takes care of his customers!

Had a new kitchen sink installed. The crew arrived on time and did a professional and very efficient job. Replaced all the drain lines, installed a new faucet and garbage disposal. They cleaned up the work site and charged a fair price. I'll call them for all my plumbing needs.

Had a toilet leaking from the seal for a while and it eventually ruined the flange. Sure I could have repaired it myself for a fraction of what it cost to pay a plumber, but I have a bad back, so I decided I'd rather pay someone else to do it. I know plumbers aren't cheap, but it is what it is.  Called Dial One Johnson to do the job.  Everything went smooth.  They answer the phones quickly, scheduling was flexible, they showed up promptly, they were professional and safe (wore masks and advised they were vaccinated), they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Total for toilet and flange was 885.  Expensive, but I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely use them again.

Creech Plumbing  called ahead of time to let me know the plumbers were headed my way. They were right on schedule! Great customer service and work. I highly recommend Creech Plumbing. Their guys get the job done correctly!

We had an emergency situation late at night. Alex came right over and fixed it quickly. The emergency rate was VERY reasonable and the overall cost was well within what was expected. Alex was courteous, professional and patient with my very inquisitive husband. Problem fixed quickly and correctly. I will absolutely use Lex's Plumbing with any future issues. Craig replaced our garbage disposal unit and sink drain. Did a great job and was punctual, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Cleaned up area afterwards.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. Carlos was so polite. He was also spot on with his diagnosis of my plumbing issue. He had to access the outside spigot through my bathroom wall. He cut out a 12x12in square of drywall and the pipe was almost dead center!  Carlos took great care to make as little damage and mess as possible. Carlos, you have a client for life!  Thank You!

Keyco came out this morning  man had no mask on and nose dripping  I have problem with hot water heater.  He didnt know what the problem  was so told me not to worry until my  house exploited.  They charged my a trouble high price for nothing.  Complained to office manager and was told that is the way it  is  so beware

DO NOT USE A#1. Every other review about them coming to service AC and then the tech trying to tell you something else is wrong, usually quoting $1k+, has absolutely been my experience. Every 6 months someone has come and told me something is wrong, something really expensive to fix, but they couldn't tell me why the previous person didn't see it.

They are liars and rip off artist.

Had several companies submit quotes for a french drain due to water coming in house in Carrollton during heavy rains. Olshan was only company that brought measuring tools and Mark, their technician, was the only one who explained why I wanted a surface drain and not a french drain. The price was in the same range as the other companies and since they were the most professional, I chose them. The crew n supervisor who came did a great job despite having to dig thru very rocky soil. I was also impressed that the supervisor did not leave the job site - an unpleasant experience I've had in the past. They were very experienced with the installation and I'm very happy to have chosen them. Now let the monsoons begin!!
