Who ever was texting me back and forth. Last Monday and Tuesday was not very educated in customer service. We will never use this company.  I was very displeased with the professional skills this company had. I guess they think everyone should know plumbing!! Lol!

Tyler Hummer responded quickly, was very efficient in doing the job, friendly, gave good explanations. A great job and very reasonable price. I really appreciated his help.

Very Friendly and professional, came over and provided an estimate promptly, as well as giving some great advice for my leak.

These guys are great!  Got home from the hospital to plumbing problems.  They mde sure I could rest easy by givin me a reasonable up front estimate.  In a few minutes I was good to go!  They were just what the dotor ordered and enabled me to be able to rest easy as i recuperated!  Thanks guys!

Our toilet started leaking and in less than 24 hours DJ was at our home to fix the issue. He was reasonably priced, on time, and tidy as he worked. He was polite and respectful and finished the job quickly and efficiently. He is a hard worker and I couldn't recommend his company more. Hire him for all of your plumbing needs!

Mike and Ryan cleared a clogged toilet after I did everything that I could to fix the issue. While fixing the issue, they educated me in what I could do to make sure the problem doesn't persist. They were both very professional and efficient and took care of the issue.

I will stick to the facts:
1. Out of the 3 times they came to my house, they were late twice. Each time I was given a three hour window.
2. They give free estimates.  Although, they charged by the hour at a rate of $150/hour. Curious to know if others actually receive by the job estimates.
3. On the day of the job they arrived about 45 min. late, outside of the three hour window.
4. Needed valves and fixtures changed for the lavatory and a spout leak and fixtures repaired for the shower.
5. The lavatory was repaired in under an hour, however the tub area is where we encountered problems.
6. After 2 1/2 hours I still have a shower leak and they broke a part that was working before they got there (diverter?); two out of three fixtures were replaced; they left the middle shower fixture off. All fixtures were in place before they got there.
7. He attempted to explain how they broke it and why the spout is still leaking but at that point I asked for fee, paid my bill and they left.

My opinions:
The staff that I encountered at this company was extremely nice. The primary plumber apologized profusely for botching the main job to the shower while the secondary plumber (whom I believe is responsible for breaking the diverter) quietly excited the premises.  They were willing to keep charging me by the hour to fix something they broke. I am disheartened by what transpired because I was genuinely excited about using Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing. I will never call them back and will never recommend them to others. I am currently looking for plumbers to fix the spout leak as as well as the diverter that was broken by the L&L plumbing crew.

I have used Mike in the past for replacing my hot water heater, so I contacted him to help with a leak in my sprinkler system.  Mike called me back and told me that he would have to charge plumber rates and that I might be able to get better rates from a service that specializes in sprinkler systems.  I wound up calling a sprinkler service and still paid about the same price.  I would have preferred to pay Mike even though the other service did a good job.

I appreciate Mike's honesty in trying to help me save money.  This is a trait of a service provider that has the customer's best interest at heart.  I will always go to Mike as my first choice for repair work even if it might cost a little more.  I am confident that he will do the job right.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. If you are looking for a plumbing company, give Big Lee Plumbing a call.

J&R Plumbing was there for my friend when she needed help with her leaking faucet.

She was telling me that the response time was quick, service was done asap, and the plumber was a genuine and trustworthy man.

Had a leak from a pipe in the yard.  I called All Metroplex Plumbing.  They were prompt, friendly, thorough and walked me through what had happened and how it could be repaired.  They cleaned up after themselves and charged me a very fair price.  I am definitely hiring these guys again.  They were fabulous.

Keyco was quick and responsive and was able to work around my schedule. Thomas was great and was able to fix several different problems with our plumbing, in the kitchen and the bathrooms.

Jet and Shaun were awesome. They were on time, professional, and fixed my issues quickly. I highly recommend Dean's Plumbing!

What a horrible experience.  Contacted A#1 for a quote on duct work and insulation.  The technician, Matthew, was very nice and provided a fare quote.  I agreed on the work and went ahead and paid, BAD WRONG.  As we scheduled the work, I learned they do not handle insulation but outsource this service.  Long story short, my duct work was completed as scheduled.  BUT the insulation never happened.  I called and spoke to 7 different people over a 2 week period. You deal with a call center (which they are very nice) but you never speak with management or someone within the organization.  I even emailed the owners.  

So with no results, I called one last time and said to share this message with whomever; credit back the amount of the insulation by 5pm or I will dispute the entire amount and you can call me for the amount owed to you.  That worked, not sure if the owners did see my email and escalated this matter, but this was ridiculous.  No one should have to deal with this service, I don't care how good they are, when you had an issue, good luck.

I scheduled a foundation inspection with Olshan and the technician that came out was very professional and knowledgable. He carefully explained the problems I was dealing with and the options I had (I'm an idiot and needed it dumbed down). I opted to get the cable lock pilings installed and things are looking good! They were quick, clean and respectful while they were on the project. I highly recommend these guys if you need foundation repair or drainage management.
