Called Chris' plumbing when Home Depot installers came out to insall 2 new HW Heaters.  This guy was scared to walk the lengh of our attic without something to hold on to, though a 30 flooring was securely in place.  He quickly left and referred me to call a regular plumber, which is where Chris' Plumbing came in.  Two guys showed up and started the process very quickly.  I also had a number of other misc. plumbing issues to take care of so Chris sent another guy out to take care of those.  They showed up on time, had the jobs completed in just under 3 hours!  They laughed about the Home Depot installer when I told them of that story.  I can't say enough nice about all 3 installers who came out.  And their prices were fair, and lower than what Home Depot and Lowes had quoted, by a long shot!  I have a new faucet to get installed and I am going back to Chris' plumbing to have that work done!  Trust me these guys are the real deal and economical to beat!

Helped with a slow draining drain. Very responsive and very nice. I had some confusion over billing and he was quick to help.

Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out. In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK.

Got same day service on a new water heater. Staff was polite and got the job done as promised. I was really glad that we went with them as the didn't try to upsell us and were very straight forward with their recommendation and why. I would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Lex's Plumbing. Our first experience was dealing with a clogged kitchen sink. I called several other companies and was told it would be days until they could get to us. Lex's got to us the next day. Not only was the technician very knowledgeable but he explained everything to me and fixed several other minor issues we had while he was here.

A week later we had to call them again when a cracked toilet tank flooded one of our bathroom. Lex's was my first call. They showed up on early and were able to get all 4 toilets in our house replaced within the time frame.

My bathroom is flooded but the technician who called me back, rather promptly I might add, politely told me that he would not go into a flooded bathroom and get contaminated. That the bathroom needed to be cleaned up beforehand. If this guy is worried about getting contaminated then he needs to pick a different career.

I had to replace my hot water heater and called 2 plumbers. Michael gave me the better warranty than the other company for the same hot water heater. He did a good job, was on time, and called the night before to confirm my appointment. I had a good experience with this company and would recommend them.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. J&R Plumbing was there for my friend when she needed help with her leaking faucet.

Carlos was so polite. He was also spot on with his diagnosis of my plumbing issue. He had to access the outside spigot through my bathroom wall. He cut out a 12x12in square of drywall and the pipe was almost dead center!  Carlos took great care to make as little damage and mess as possible. Carlos, you have a client for life!  Thank You!

Keyco came out this morning  man had no mask on and nose dripping  I have problem with hot water heater.  He didnt know what the problem  was so told me not to worry until my  house exploited.  They charged my a trouble high price for nothing.  Complained to office manager and was told that is the way it  is  so beware

When one of my water heaters broke down and my home warranty was backlogged I reached out to Dean's Plumbing. They picked up the phone on a Sunday, were able to replace my water heater that same week, and quickly provided me with my invoice/receipt for reimbursement (from the insurance company).  Professional service that was reliable and efficient.

Terrible experience with this company.  I have used them for many jobs but had no issues up until recently.  My heater went out in mid February.  I had A#1 come out and replace a motor and it started working again for a week or so until it broke down again.  

This time, instead of sending out the normal tech, they sent us some kid who didn't seem like he was even 18.  He spent a couple hours messing around with the heater and told me that the igniter broke and needed to be replaced for $350.  Told him to go ahead and replace it.  An hour later he comes down and tells me he can't get it to mount on the bracket and if it was okay if he taped it?  Seriously?  Tape an igniter to the heater?  I told him no that sounds like a terrible idea and he proceeded to mess around with it for another half hour before telling me that he couldn't fix it and would have to come back in the morning and I would be first call.

The next day, I called dispatch around noon and asked when the technician would show up.  They told me I was next even though I was supposed to have the first call.  Turns out, I ended up waiting until around 7pm for a technician to show up.  They proceed to install the igniter but now tell me my gas valve is bad and needs to be replaced for $700 on top of the $350 I paid for the igniter.  Throw in the $700 I paid for the motor a week back, that is almost a brand new furnace with warranty.  Sensing something was off I told him not to replace the gas valve and I would call in another company and get them to evaluate.  I was told if I got another company to do any work on the furnace that A#1 would not warranty any of the work done.  Seriously?  I paid over $1000, still had a broken heater, and if I got someone else to work on it you won't warranty the parts you replaced?  I was told I would get a call from a manager the next day to discuss my experience but this of course never happened.  They got paid for their work so that's all that seems to matter.

I called in another company the next day and turns out my gas valve wasn't correctly wired or installed.  I simply paid for the service call and did not have to replace the $700 valve that A#1 told me I would have to replace.  This seems very sketchy that A#1 kept replacing parts and my heater still wouldn't work, but another company was able to come in and fix it without replacing any more parts.  Highly recommend you stay away from this company.

Asked Olshan to come out do a quote for doing all lift of a concrete deck and more concrete work on pool deck and driveway.

Martin came out. He quoted the price on the lift 4K but said he wasn't the guy to quote the other concrete work. Said he would get his concrete specialist out to continue the quote.  And then he disappeared and never returned any communications.  When he gave me the quote I felt that if I didn't agree right then, he really didn't care about take the job.

Wasted my time.  I would not suggest reaching it to them.

Interesting.  I have no voice messages from anyone from Olshan. She called me today after I posted to set it up an appointment. She said that she has spoken to someone in the back office about it but didn't know what had happened after that.
