We could smell gas coming from our water heater in the garage. Brad came out the next morning, and in less than 10 minutes isolated where the leak was coming from and fixed it. Great service, easy communication through the yelp app. Would definitely use again!

We have a home warranty but we had to wait several days for our appointment. I was getting nervous about all the noises I was hearing from my water heater. I began looking for a company that could come out right away and advise whether I could wait for the appointment or if we were in the middle of an 'emergency'.
I appreciated the speed of their response which was less than 15 minutes. I also appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. They ended up telling me that I could wait for the warranty appointment and made me feel better about my water heater not causing some calamity in my home.

Got same day service on a new water heater. Staff was polite and got the job done as promised. I was really glad that we went with them as the didn't try to upsell us and were very straight forward with their recommendation and why. I would highly recommend.

We had a plugged laundry drain. He was the only one who would give a direct estimate for repair and see us the same day. 20 minutes later, drain was unplugged same day and we were able to use it. Would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Beware this company will Not value you as a customer and will try to take advantage of you in prices. I have used them for numerous repairs for numerous years at a rental property I own. I called them to fix a running toilet and the supply line valve wasn't stopping the water. Their Quote to repair a worn out flap and supply line valve. Over $500. In response I said I could install a brand new toilet for less the response was we charge $325 for that and you supply the toilet.  They charged me a $60 service fee instead of saying you know what this is a $20 parts repair that will take less than 30 minutes and fixed it for an hour of labor. Instead they didn't value me and chose to try to take advantage of it being Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. After just paying them $249 to repair an outside faucet in March. Another over priced repair that took 30 minutes. You decide whether you want to become their next victim.

I hired Lasiter & Lasiter Plumbing for my plumbing needs when I moved into my salon.  They really went the extra mile to accommodated my scheduling needs for the move-in.  They were also able to box-in the exposed pipes for me to make it look nice.  Friendly, and professional at a great price.  I highly recommend them, and I will be using them again for my next plumbing needs.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. Carlos was so polite. He was also spot on with his diagnosis of my plumbing issue. He had to access the outside spigot through my bathroom wall. He cut out a 12x12in square of drywall and the pipe was almost dead center!  Carlos took great care to make as little damage and mess as possible. Carlos, you have a client for life!  Thank You!

Keyco came out this morning  man had no mask on and nose dripping  I have problem with hot water heater.  He didnt know what the problem  was so told me not to worry until my  house exploited.  They charged my a trouble high price for nothing.  Complained to office manager and was told that is the way it  is  so beware

I was getting a rental ready for tenants and had a tiny gas leak in the water heater.  Dean's Plumbing came out, evaluated the situation, and identified that the existing water heater was rusting inside and causing the sinks to also clog due to the pieces of metal.  We ended up buying a new water heater.  We felt it was a fair price, and the workmanship was incredible.  I feel more comfortable now knowing there is a solid water heater installed.  I now have a sewer issue and will be calling Dean's to repair that given the work they did with the water heater.

Wanted to update my experience with A#1.  I did receive a call from the manager over the repairmen and he listened to all of my complaints and concerns.  He appologized for the repairman's handling of my AC unit and admitted that some things could have been done differently.   Given the fact that I had to get a second repairman out to fix the unit the supervisor said he is sending me a check for the cost of the repair as well a refund for what his serviceman charged me.  

The fact that A#1 took the time to reach out to me and try to correct a bad situation goes a long way in the right direction.

The system works flawlessly and as designed. I no longer have to worry about flooding during heavy rain events. I highly recommend Olshan for water management and would gladly use them again.
