Had Brad out to fix a slab leak a year ago and he did a great job. Then last night I suddenly had the new pipe leak and water started raining down through the wall. Turns out a mouse had gotten in and chewed through the new pipe! Brad came as soon as he got my message and repaired the mouse damage quickly. He even treated it as warranty repair even though it was a critter problem and not his fault! Service like that is awesome and it's great to have someone that takes care of his customers!

I was in need of a plumber for a semi emergency situation. I called a plumbing company we had used in the past and was told I would be placed on a list and it could be 3-4 days before they could get to me. I received an additional referral from a friend. I called Chris's in the morning and was given an appointment time of 2pm. the same day. The guys called as they left the previous appointment and arrived prior to the scheduled time. The repair was completely done in about 30 minutes or less. The charge included the minimum call charge and a nominal amount in addition. I have nothing but good things to say about Chris's Plumbing.

Tyler Hummer responded quickly, was very efficient in doing the job, friendly, gave good explanations. A great job and very reasonable price. I really appreciated his help.

Dial one Johnson is a great small business. Got a new fridge and needed a new waterline replacement. They were here within 45 minutes after I called, they took time to explain what was required. Will be the only company that I will call from now on.

Very responsive and polite. We texted and there was a misunderstanding. They bought a hot water tank and went to my house for an installation while I thought just a diagnostics and estimate. They politely told it was fine. So, I just feel I can trust them. I proposed a small job right after that and they agreed although they might have had a lot of other big works to do. Deserve to get a good review.

Mike and Ryan cleared a clogged toilet after I did everything that I could to fix the issue. While fixing the issue, they educated me in what I could do to make sure the problem doesn't persist. They were both very professional and efficient and took care of the issue.

Mike and Jason came back out today and completed a job for me.  The problem was much worse than we expected.  They did a very thorough replacement of a complicated sink tub and shower connection.  They showed up slightly ahead of time which was just fine, way better than being late! The price was fair and the work was completed within 2 hours. These are honest hard working guys. Nice to use a contractor of any kind who is timely and honest..

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. J&R Plumbing was there for my friend when she needed help with her leaking faucet.

You really cannot get any more professional than this.  I was actually referred to Carlos by another plumber who has great reviews on Yelp but was completely booked for the day.  Carlos was very understanding and although he was busy, he was able to fit me in his schedule the same day.  He arrived on time, was very courteous, honest and fairly priced.  He fixed the issue and gave me a 30 day warranty.  I would highly recommend him.

Keyco came out this morning  man had no mask on and nose dripping  I have problem with hot water heater.  He didnt know what the problem  was so told me not to worry until my  house exploited.  They charged my a trouble high price for nothing.  Complained to office manager and was told that is the way it  is  so beware

Orlando came and fixed my bathroom sink. He showed me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He was professional and did a good job. He maintained a safe distance and wore his mask which I appreciated. Will use them again.

My experience: I called for A/C repair on Sunday.  Upstairs air was not working.  Technician came and looked in attic for approximately 30 seconds and then looked at compressor outside.  I did not see him use any tools, take any pressures or measure the voltage. He told me a coil was leaking.  As a result, he said I needed a new compressor (I recall him telling me that the cost would be in excess of $11,000 to 12,000. In a subsequent phone call, he told me the cost would be approx $6,000 to $11,000 depending on what exactly I wanted and whether I would replace the whole system).  I asked him for alternatives to replacing compressor. He said he could not repair the leak in the coil but could replace it.  He gave me a quote of approx $3,000 and asked me whether I really wanted to spend the $3,000 when I would probably end up replacing the compressor (wasn't sure if I would need to replace next week, next month, or next year even after he replaced the coil). A#1 Air tech also told me that unless I replaced the compressor unit (or at least the coil) I would not be able to have cool air. I told him I was going to get another quote.

I called another A/C service on Monday. He came out within two hours and spent a considerable amount of time in attic and then took the time to look inside the compressor outside. He said I had no voltage to the compressor and went to the fuse disconnect box and told me that someone had turned the disconnect handle upside down. With the disconnect handle turned upside down, the compressor would never turn on. (So, of course, I would not get any cold air [much less any air] without any voltage, just as the up-selling A#1 Air tech told me). The only person I saw at the fuse box outside was the A#1 technician and I saw him pull out the disconnect handle; I just didn't know that he replaced it upside down.

In any event, after about 30 minutes of work, the new A/C technician said he was finished and the system is working great. He gave me his final bill - it was $170.00. He said the compressor needed to be washed and that he had to replace the run capacitor.  I asked him if there was a coil leak or whether system had low Freon.  He said the pressure was perfect and I had plenty of Freon, meaning there was no coil leak.

Despite what A#1 Air tech said about not having cold air unless I replaced the unit or coil, my air has been working great for the last week with a very minor repair.

UPDATE: To Sherry (identified as business owner): I am not sure how you can respond that this is not the norm.  I lost track of the number of reviews I read on Yelp by people who felt as scammed as I did.  I only wish I had read the reviews before contacting your company and wasting my time.  I am grateful that I called a more reputable company. In my opinion, you Compnay is engaging in deceptive trade practices, among other shady business tactics.  Just curious, are your AC techs paid on commission for what they sell?  If so, this may very well be the problem with your business model.

Also, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Texas Licensing Board.

I srarted out wanting to give Olshan a 5 star review. The Olshan people are friendly, the work was exactly what I wanted. Robert Wise came out to do the measurements and explain what needed to be done. I highly recommend him, he answered all my questions and never judged if they seemed dumb since this was my first time dealing with foundation issues. All the Olshan people were courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I am very pleased with the work quality, and would recommend Olshan, just warn people they are not perfect.

They lost a star because when I came home there was dried urine all over my toilet, trash, used masks in my yard and bedroom laundry basket, scrapes and damage to my walls from where their equipment had banged up against it and tools left in my yard.

They lost another star because the plumber they promised would come out to run hydraulic tests and sign off on the foundation repair essentially ghosted me and the Olshan people did not seem to care. I called Olshan 4 times and emailed them 3 times to let them know and I never got a response. They emailed the plumber after I called, copied me on it so I was able to google the plumber for a phone number. I called the plumber directly and never got a call back. I asked Olshan for another plumber and never got a response. I ended up hiring my own plumber, but Olshan either needs to tell people to hire a plumber for the test or honor their word and get a reliable plumber.
