Had Brad out to fix a slab leak a year ago and he did a great job. Then last night I suddenly had the new pipe leak and water started raining down through the wall. Turns out a mouse had gotten in and chewed through the new pipe! Brad came as soon as he got my message and repaired the mouse damage quickly. He even treated it as warranty repair even though it was a critter problem and not his fault! Service like that is awesome and it's great to have someone that takes care of his customers!

I've used Chris' Plumbing for all our plumbing needs for several years now; they are hands down the best plumbing service I've used in my 50+ years living both in the United States and Europe. They are respectful and honest, and take the time to make sure the customer understands the problem and possible solutions...even if the best solution doesn't financially benefit them. Bottom line, if there's even the remotest possibility a pipe is involved, I call Chris and Jeremy.

Called them to request a quote. For them to come out there was a charge that could be waived if we choose them.

Quotes are usually free because that is the cost of doing business.

Had a toilet leaking from the seal for a while and it eventually ruined the flange. Sure I could have repaired it myself for a fraction of what it cost to pay a plumber, but I have a bad back, so I decided I'd rather pay someone else to do it. I know plumbers aren't cheap, but it is what it is.  Called Dial One Johnson to do the job.  Everything went smooth.  They answer the phones quickly, scheduling was flexible, they showed up promptly, they were professional and safe (wore masks and advised they were vaccinated), they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Total for toilet and flange was 885.  Expensive, but I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely use them again.

We called Creech Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and they gave us advice over the phone for the plumbing issues we were having. They also said if it wasn't resolved over the weekend to call them back, that's what we did first thing Monday morning. They were very professional over the phone and even more professional in person. We called and they had someone at our front door within 20 minutes. They had many options for treatments to choose from and they resolved our problem within 10 minutes. We will definitely be calling them back for any plumbing problems we have in the future based on the timely manner and customer service alone.

Need to get a shut off valve replaced and DJ came in as promised and did the job as expected with a reasonable price. Also very respectful of customer culture and very professional. Will most definitely call DJ again for any plumbing need.

Outstanding and friendly service. Had a small gas leak near the water heater and Matt came out and took care of it. Such a great personality and was very helpful. Strongly recommend.

It's rare to find a company who does what they say they will do when they say they will do it and keep you informed of the project's progress. Lasiter and Lasiter is that company.  They fixed an issue that came up from the winter snow event. I couldn't be more pleased!

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. All Metro plumbing was great!!!!  Had issues with my tankless water heater and it was repaired on first visit and pricing was very competitive.  Juan was on time, friendly and customer service was great.  I highly recommend calling them for your next plumbing needs.

Keyco was quick and responsive and was able to work around my schedule. Thomas was great and was able to fix several different problems with our plumbing, in the kitchen and the bathrooms.

I've never had to call a Plumber before.  Hopped on yelp to ask some basic questions, because again I'm not familiar with how plumbers work or how they charge.  I guess I annoyed them with trying to get a better understanding of how plumbers charge for each job, so they just chose to ignore me instead.  I'm in sales & if I did that to a customer my boss would kill me.  You're the expert & yes these questions can sound dumb to you, but you just lost a job to a company that's charging more for a trip charge than you due to your horrible service.  I'll let the fellow 50 or so owners in my condo complex know to avoid you.  Kudos.

The $ 69 service call doesn't include anything except sending the tech to ring the door bell. There's then a troulbleshooting fee and then additional charges if you want it repaired. We received a quote for the repair that seemed exceptionally high. The tech said we wouldn't find it and cheaper and wanted us to commit right then and there but we told hime we had to think about it. We found another company that did the work for 75% less than A#1 Electric. It took them 30 minutes to diagnose the problem, they returned the next morning and spent only three hours completeing the repair.

Very happy with Olshan. My 60 year old home is still level after 13 years.  They explained each process every step of the way.  They discovered that part of my home had been done before and cut their fees in half.
