TCP is the only plumber I will use.  He's honest, efficient and very reasonable on prices. I had to have all my pipes under the house replaced. They had to tunnel under the home and I wAs a nervous wreck. Once it was complete, you couldn't even tell. The clean up was excellent. I've called on Brad many time for little things and he is always quick to show up and fix the issues. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED  TCP.

I've never had a plumbing service that was as concerned about helping to keep cost of their services & parts where the customer could afford it as Chris Plumbing is. Really friendly in the office & Jeremy the plumber that worked on my sewer issues. Got me scheduled in as my problem was what would be considered an emergency. I can't say enough good things about this business & especially Jeremy. Highly recommend them & definitely will call them again when I need plumbing done.

I do NOT recommend this company at all!  The lack of customer service is beyond unacceptable.  I will not type a lot just read the texts and you can verify the phone number as being there's with screen shots attached.

Creech Plumbing  called ahead of time to let me know the plumbers were headed my way. They were right on schedule! Great customer service and work. I highly recommend Creech Plumbing. Their guys get the job done correctly!

Only guy to actually give a decent quote for installing a specific part and was upfront and got the issue fixed quickly.

I called Lex's on Thursday, December 13 and spoke to a very polite woman about a few plumbing issues.  She noted the details of my issues and suggested that one low water pressure issue in our master bath may be the result of filter.  She gave me an estimate for filter replacement, if that did indeed turn out to be the issue.

I gave my name, phone number, and address and was told that a tech would be out on Monday, December 17 between 8-10 and that they would call me before hand.

Monday rolls around, no call and no tech.  I call Lex's back, and they have no record whatsoever of me calling.

I am not crazy - I only use my cell phone for calls, and did NOT call multiple plumbing companies.

How does this type of thing happen?

Polite. Efficient. Good worker. Have had them out twice to help me with getting moved in.

I purchased a Water heater and contacted Pelayo Plumbing to do the Installation after seeing their Awesome reviews on Yelp.  We scheduled a date and time and to my surprise, they were ringing my door bell at the exact time they were supposed to be here.  How many Plumbers have you tried calling, and you end up waiting for hours before they even call to tell you they are running late?  Not this company!  The Installation was very clean, and I could not be happier with their service.  I will ONLY use this company for all my Plumbing needs.  Thanks guys!

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. If you are looking for a plumbing company, give Big Lee Plumbing a call.

J&R Plumbing was there for my friend when she needed help with her leaking faucet.

She was telling me that the response time was quick, service was done asap, and the plumber was a genuine and trustworthy man.

You really cannot get any more professional than this.  I was actually referred to Carlos by another plumber who has great reviews on Yelp but was completely booked for the day.  Carlos was very understanding and although he was busy, he was able to fit me in his schedule the same day.  He arrived on time, was very courteous, honest and fairly priced.  He fixed the issue and gave me a 30 day warranty.  I would highly recommend him.

Keyco was quick and responsive and was able to work around my schedule. Thomas was great and was able to fix several different problems with our plumbing, in the kitchen and the bathrooms.

Dean's Plumbing is A#1 in Service, Responsiveness, Quality and Attitude.

Billy S. is a plumbing Rock Star. If he's not a Crew Chief, he should be. We found our plumbing contractor for life.

Terrible experience with this company.  I have used them for many jobs but had no issues up until recently.  My heater went out in mid February.  I had A#1 come out and replace a motor and it started working again for a week or so until it broke down again.  

This time, instead of sending out the normal tech, they sent us some kid who didn't seem like he was even 18.  He spent a couple hours messing around with the heater and told me that the igniter broke and needed to be replaced for $350.  Told him to go ahead and replace it.  An hour later he comes down and tells me he can't get it to mount on the bracket and if it was okay if he taped it?  Seriously?  Tape an igniter to the heater?  I told him no that sounds like a terrible idea and he proceeded to mess around with it for another half hour before telling me that he couldn't fix it and would have to come back in the morning and I would be first call.

The next day, I called dispatch around noon and asked when the technician would show up.  They told me I was next even though I was supposed to have the first call.  Turns out, I ended up waiting until around 7pm for a technician to show up.  They proceed to install the igniter but now tell me my gas valve is bad and needs to be replaced for $700 on top of the $350 I paid for the igniter.  Throw in the $700 I paid for the motor a week back, that is almost a brand new furnace with warranty.  Sensing something was off I told him not to replace the gas valve and I would call in another company and get them to evaluate.  I was told if I got another company to do any work on the furnace that A#1 would not warranty any of the work done.  Seriously?  I paid over $1000, still had a broken heater, and if I got someone else to work on it you won't warranty the parts you replaced?  I was told I would get a call from a manager the next day to discuss my experience but this of course never happened.  They got paid for their work so that's all that seems to matter.

I called in another company the next day and turns out my gas valve wasn't correctly wired or installed.  I simply paid for the service call and did not have to replace the $700 valve that A#1 told me I would have to replace.  This seems very sketchy that A#1 kept replacing parts and my heater still wouldn't work, but another company was able to come in and fix it without replacing any more parts.  Highly recommend you stay away from this company.

Can't even give them one star. Had them come out to poly jack our driveway. They claimed they put 300lbs in. They couldn't show us the product when we asked. Odd...

It didn't even move the driveway. They claimed they would come back in June, after the original date in April. To add to it and see if they could get it up to the height needed.
Called Heath in June and he told me to call the office. Did that, they promised me they would be back out to see what was going on, in June the 6th. It's now July 18, 2019 and they still haven't made it out and they won't return calls. Gave them 3300 and as the song goes. Take the money and run..... Stay away from this outfit. It's apparent they only want your money.
