Had them out to replace my garbage disposal and install a faucet, charged more than $450 for that and I supplied the faucet. Our toilet started running the night before so I had him look at that too and he said it needed a complete rebuild and would be another $300. I got online and bought the part for less the $20 and fixed it myself in 15 minutes and I am not handy. Work was fine but will completely screw you on price!

They set a timely appt. and advised about a delay. They did their best to fix my installed incorrectly toilet in a timely manner. And they gave me a 30 day warranty. Had another co. Bid the job and got a 400.00 quote. Chris' guys did it for almost 25%less. And I like to use local companies. The other co. Was out of area.  Clean, honest and friendly.

Very transparent and knowledgeable! While we weren't able to do much, they credited me toward a future visit!

I highly recommend FTR Service Company.  He rescheduled his day to accommodate a plumbing repair that we needed right away.  He's on time, friendly, and within budget!!

Had a toilet leaking from the seal for a while and it eventually ruined the flange. Sure I could have repaired it myself for a fraction of what it cost to pay a plumber, but I have a bad back, so I decided I'd rather pay someone else to do it. I know plumbers aren't cheap, but it is what it is.  Called Dial One Johnson to do the job.  Everything went smooth.  They answer the phones quickly, scheduling was flexible, they showed up promptly, they were professional and safe (wore masks and advised they were vaccinated), they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Total for toilet and flange was 885.  Expensive, but I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely use them again.

so a review I wrote 2 years ago is missing.....hmmmmm wonder why? maybe because they are waiting for the owner to pay the 300-400 monthly fee to have ggod reviews show instead of only bad ones. EXTORTION! shame shame shame. I have also referred 4-5 people to these guys and their reviews are not on here either. Lets see how long mine stays up this time. the clock is ticking

Mike is a super nice, polite guy. Really responsive to calls and uses texts, which I find especially helpful. Was easy to schedule. Came promptly and let me know ahead of time when he was coming. Took his shoes off before he came into my house (this is really considerate -- I'm Asian and live in a shoe-free house). He did great work, quickly and efficiently, but also took the time to go over and beyond in being helpful, answering my questions and installing new valves for me where I needed them. And the price was * kisses fingertips * great! I am DEFINITELY going to use Pelayo Plumbing exclusively from now on. Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

Carlos is very good at his job.  Very courteous, responsive and professional.  We had a clog caused my human error (dumb move on my part) and Carlos worked tirelessly to fix it.  I'll definitely call him again

Keyco was quick and responsive and was able to work around my schedule. Thomas was great and was able to fix several different problems with our plumbing, in the kitchen and the bathrooms.

Deans has provided annual maintenance for my tankless water heater for years. Providing expert work in a very professional manner for a fair price.
This year with the great freeze I had water leaking through my ceiling from the attic after the pipes that were frozen began to thaw a bit.
Called another Plummer first to get the water shut off and determine where the leak was coming from. While he was able to determine that the water leak was in the hot water line he was unable to determine where the leak was or exactly and his repair approach was to tear apart my ceiling to find the leak.
I then called Dean, which I should of done first. They showed up within 30 minutes, which blew me away considering the demand for plumbers at the time. After a through inspection they located the source of the leak, in the tankless water heater. Based upon a through review of the problem including speaking to the manufacturer, gave me a couple of options of repair vs. purchase new unit. We chose to replace the damaged unit, and they completely installed the next day and we once again we had hot water.
They did a great job in a timely manner for a fair price.
Great company which I highly recommend for any plumbing projects.

I strongly suggest you NEVER call this company. Ever.

Our a/c rent out in August when it was over 100 degrees. The technician seemed very sincere, but was pushing very hard for us to replace our entire unit to the tune of $10K. Insisted we had a large leak that was unrepairable. He made a big show about how the leak was so large he was unable to charge the Freon to give us some relief for a couple days until the unit was replaced. He told me my unit was so fried he couldn't even get it to start up again. Something didn't seem right, so I had three other technicians come out to give us their opinion.  The first one came out and got the unit started in two minutes. Showed me the switch that tripped on the unit that shuts it off when the unit overheats. All three gave a similar diagnosis as to why it overheated and had similar estimates to get me back up and running - around $700. All three confirmed that the switch is common knowledge.

I called A#1 Air customer service, and asked for an explanation. I told them I would give them a chance to respond before I post a negative review, but I wanted the service manager to call me back. I never got a call, and the technician who seemed so concerned for us of course dropped off the radar when I told him we were postponing the appointment to replace my unit until I got another opinion. I don't know if A#1 Air trains their people to take advantage of customers, and fake problems that don't exist, or the technician did it on his own. Regardless, A#1 had a chance to at least try to make it right, and they didn't even make an attempt.

DANGER! Do not do business with Olshan!  After $20K in foundation repairs still having issues and have been for over 5 years.  Each time we call to have house checked for our lifetime warranty we get told the cracks and shifting are within normal

Had sewer line issues within 1 year of foundation repairs, was told if we didn't go thru with using Olshan Plumbing to fix the issues, they would not honor our foundation warranty.  So we did...another $21K.  We were displaced from our home for 4 weeks-I kept a diary documenting their no shows and no return phone calls along with all the empty promises given.

When under house trenching was filled in, they did not use any sand, or bentonite to ensure proper packing...or even wet pack...they just put the dirt back in that was dug.  We then experienced wash out from under out home and had to have them out 3 times [until we gave up and took care of it ourselves].

4 1/2 years later, called out Baker Brothers Plumbing as we had a sewer gas smell in our house....through balloon test and camera, found out that the shotty work the Olshan had done has separated, the pipes did not have hangers attached and had totally pulled apart and we had sewage just sitting in the pipes feeding back into the house.  Had to put another $10K into sewer repairs to get job done right seeing as Olshan (Or OLSHAM as we call them) failed to do their work properly.

Am just letting the shifting house go as I do not want to be scammed by them any more....we will deal with a door that sticks or screen door that wont shut as these jokers are not allowed on my property
