Had Brad out to fix a slab leak a year ago and he did a great job. Then last night I suddenly had the new pipe leak and water started raining down through the wall. Turns out a mouse had gotten in and chewed through the new pipe! Brad came as soon as he got my message and repaired the mouse damage quickly. He even treated it as warranty repair even though it was a critter problem and not his fault! Service like that is awesome and it's great to have someone that takes care of his customers!

I called Chris' plumbing and they were able to come out the same day. The front yard hose faucet was not turning off completely and the water wand sprayer had an on/off switch which was only reason it wasn't a swamp. The guys were here maybe 10 minutes and had a new faucet on and done. There's a minimum of $100/hr, plus parts, so I had them check the back yard faucet which was fine. They explained that these freeze resistant faucets (not freeze free) usually last approximately 4 years. Also, they still need covered for winter months to prevent freezing and/or busting. Great service, professional and polite. Highly recommended.

Called them to request a quote. For them to come out there was a charge that could be waived if we choose them.

Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out. In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK.

Creech Plumbing  called ahead of time to let me know the plumbers were headed my way. They were right on schedule! Great customer service and work. I highly recommend Creech Plumbing. Their guys get the job done correctly!

They came out to my house & didn't fix the problem they made the problem worse. My toilet was still clogged up & it even got worse after that they said my toilet was fixed but it was still clogged up. Don't even go with these people.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. We have used All Metroplex Plumbing now for about 5 years,  from small jobs like resetting a toilet to very large jobs like a full Kitchen sink and Dishwasher installation,  Carlos has been there for us. We trust his work and have always been impressed with his service,  most recently we had a Hot Water issue that was still under warranty and Carlos went out of his way to insure we received a new one, even though he did not do the install or sell us the old one. Keyco came out this morning  man had no mask on and nose dripping  I have problem with hot water heater.  He didnt know what the problem  was so told me not to worry until my  house exploited.  They charged my a trouble high price for nothing.  Complained to office manager and was told that is the way it  is  so beware

From start to finish Olshan executed wonderfully.  Joe was the person that came out and did our quote and was very helpful with all of my questions. We got three quotes and decided to go with Olshan.  Once I signed the contract, they were quickly out to do the job in a few days. Armando was the supervisor over the job, and they arrived on time with a crew of guys. These guys work hard! They get to work, handle their business, and they did a wonderful job. They had to cut a hole in my concrete floor on my front porch and the concrete work to patch it up was repaired perfect. At the end, the job was cleaned up extremely well, and Armando was with us the whole way through.

We are just at the end of an entire interior remodel on our home, and I've had many contractors to work with throughout that process. Some good, some bad, and some great. Olshan was great, and I would highly recommend them.
