Had them out to replace my garbage disposal and install a faucet, charged more than $450 for that and I supplied the faucet. Our toilet started running the night before so I had him look at that too and he said it needed a complete rebuild and would be another $300. I got online and bought the part for less the $20 and fixed it myself in 15 minutes and I am not handy. Work was fine but will completely screw you on price!

I was in need of a plumber for a semi emergency situation. I called a plumbing company we had used in the past and was told I would be placed on a list and it could be 3-4 days before they could get to me. I received an additional referral from a friend. I called Chris's in the morning and was given an appointment time of 2pm. the same day. The guys called as they left the previous appointment and arrived prior to the scheduled time. The repair was completely done in about 30 minutes or less. The charge included the minimum call charge and a nominal amount in addition. I have nothing but good things to say about Chris's Plumbing.

Tyler Hummer responded quickly, was very efficient in doing the job, friendly, gave good explanations. A great job and very reasonable price. I really appreciated his help.

We have a home warranty but we had to wait several days for our appointment. I was getting nervous about all the noises I was hearing from my water heater. I began looking for a company that could come out right away and advise whether I could wait for the appointment or if we were in the middle of an 'emergency'.
I appreciated the speed of their response which was less than 15 minutes. I also appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. They ended up telling me that I could wait for the warranty appointment and made me feel better about my water heater not causing some calamity in my home.

We called Creech Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and they gave us advice over the phone for the plumbing issues we were having. They also said if it wasn't resolved over the weekend to call them back, that's what we did first thing Monday morning. They were very professional over the phone and even more professional in person. We called and they had someone at our front door within 20 minutes. They had many options for treatments to choose from and they resolved our problem within 10 minutes. We will definitely be calling them back for any plumbing problems we have in the future based on the timely manner and customer service alone.

I had a water supply line leaking under the sidewalk. That was leaking a large amount of water daily. I called Drip Doctor, spoke with Owner DJ. He came by the house late afternoon on a Saturday. Inspected my leak and gave me a very considerate and fair price for repair. I have recommended DJ to my friends and neighbors. I will call Drip Doctor DJ for Plumbing Repairs moving forward. .

Mike and Ryan cleared a clogged toilet after I did everything that I could to fix the issue. While fixing the issue, they educated me in what I could do to make sure the problem doesn't persist. They were both very professional and efficient and took care of the issue.

I have used them 3 times so far. First time was good and I left a good review after that service. However, the second and third time I hired them were both weird. They became very combative and started insulting me personally over the phone because I asked them a question. Not to mention that the problem was not resolved.

I will no longer recommend this company to my friends and family.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. We had a hot water leak under our foundation and one of the quotes we received said we had to tear up floors and walls, YIKES!   Carlos recommended someone to come find the leak and then said the most cost effective and least invasive repair would be done by tunneling under the foundation.  We wanted to wait until he could finish the job he was working on just so we could use him and he arrived 10 minutes early for the scheduled appointment!  Professional, reliable, honest and extremely fair pricing!  Won't ever use another plumber!

Keyco came out this morning  man had no mask on and nose dripping  I have problem with hot water heater.  He didnt know what the problem  was so told me not to worry until my  house exploited.  They charged my a trouble high price for nothing.  Complained to office manager and was told that is the way it  is  so beware

I called A#1 yesterday after our A/C system froze up from a Freon leak. The technician came out promptly, recognized we had a leak and said the system was basically done and had to be replaced. He gave us estimates of $4500 to $5500 for a new system. The Tech acted like the unit was not repairable and the only option was replacement.
I called another A/C company asking for a quote on a new system because I thought A#! was sort of high. The came out and said they system, while being old was still fine and had a minor Freon leak. They recharged the system and added a stop-leak product which we were told in all honesty may or may not work. We were told that the leak was very small and it was worth a try. We are back up and running and when we do replace the system it wont be by A#1. I feel like they were too quick to push full replacement.

My rep Sam Thompson was very professional and knowledgable. Sam made it easier to understand about foundation repair process. I will recommend to family and friends.
