We could smell gas coming from our water heater in the garage. Brad came out the next morning, and in less than 10 minutes isolated where the leak was coming from and fixed it. Great service, easy communication through the yelp app. Would definitely use again!

I called Chris' plumbing and they were able to come out the same day. The front yard hose faucet was not turning off completely and the water wand sprayer had an on/off switch which was only reason it wasn't a swamp. The guys were here maybe 10 minutes and had a new faucet on and done. There's a minimum of $100/hr, plus parts, so I had them check the back yard faucet which was fine. They explained that these freeze resistant faucets (not freeze free) usually last approximately 4 years. Also, they still need covered for winter months to prevent freezing and/or busting. Great service, professional and polite. Highly recommended.

What a great experience! Myles is amazing, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We weren't sure where our problem was coming from, but he was able to quickly discern the issue and find a remedy for it. We will be using Magna and Myles for any future projects.

I had issues wtih pipes bursting in wall since July 2018. Pipe burst again for 4th time yesterday. Today Dial 1 came out again and gave me a complete new manifold. Apparently my house built in 2006 had substandard piping and the city had my water coming to the house at 100 psi which is way over the pressure needed to supply my house and that is why pipes kept bursting. Daniel the supervisor took $1000.00 off of the bill and Curley the plumber installed a pressure gauge and the new manifold. He had to dig in my yard to complete the job. Thank you so much for taking care of my plumbing issues.

Scheduling was a breeze.  My plumber Corey and his apprentice, Austin called a head of my appointment and showed up on time.  They fixed 2 of my toilets within a half hour and were very polite and curteous during the visit.  Corey was honest with me about the issues and did not try and upsell or overcharge me.  I would definitely recommend this company based upon my experience.

Exceptional service. Major gut job of our master bath.   I had Pelayo Plumbing install a Tile Ready shower pan; mixing valve and deverter for shower. and they capped off the old lines for the extra sink and old shower.  Jason had to dig out the old bathtub drain and install a new 2 drain for the walk in shower.  Talk about precision, It would have taken me days to do what he did in half a day.  These guys are professional; do quality work; and don't charge an arm and a leg.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. Carlos is a phenomenal plumber and more so an honest person. I thought I needed major work done at my house due to what another plumber had said. He came in and was completely honest and told me that whatever was going on wasn't a problem. Thank you for your help and honesty!

Keyco came out this morning  man had no mask on and nose dripping  I have problem with hot water heater.  He didnt know what the problem  was so told me not to worry until my  house exploited.  They charged my a trouble high price for nothing.  Complained to office manager and was told that is the way it  is  so beware

I called Dean's this morning in a panic, because my sump pump died, and it's supposed to rain for the next four days.  Billy was at my house just a couple of hours later, and had my pump replaced the same day.  He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and even went out of his way to call an electrician, and find out the best backup solution if my power were to go out.  Could not have asked for a better experience.

THE TECHNICIAN that came to my house FORGOT his tools! He COULDN'T take apart the cage in my AC and wanted to order a new part CHARGING MORE on my bill!!

You're a technician for crying out loud! I can't with them. DON'T DO IT. SAVE YOURSELF!!

I had Olshan to come out and look @ my foundation. the person that came out was very nice polite and respectful  I was told that my kitchen was going down hill and my foundation had to be repaired I asked if they needed to dig inside would they repair the floor  I was told that they did not dig inside. when i  agree to let them do the work i was asked to initial where they were not going to dig in my house the guy that came out said i did not want them to dig inside  now the whole side of the house that Olshan did  is coming apart now they tell me if they did it i would have to pay they just could not do it for free I am still paying for what they half did $9000. my advice never trust Olshan they find ways to cheat you please there should be a star  zero giving them one star is untrue
