Had them out to replace my garbage disposal and install a faucet, charged more than $450 for that and I supplied the faucet. Our toilet started running the night before so I had him look at that too and he said it needed a complete rebuild and would be another $300. I got online and bought the part for less the $20 and fixed it myself in 15 minutes and I am not handy. Work was fine but will completely screw you on price!

We have lived in this home for 30 years and been through about 10 plumbers. It seems they are either astronomical with their prices or they simply don't care and just want to get the job behind them. This is not the case with Chris's Plumbing. They show up on time, they are prepared with all the right Equipement and are qualified and competent to do most anything. Twice they have shown up for things that turned out very minor and quick and both times they have commented that I paid for a service call and is there anything else that needs attention. Another time I found mold behind and enclosed tub and Chris told me a quick and inexpensive fix, though I called a mold inspector who tripled the cost of the job...same end result. I trust this company and in an emergency they show up.

Called them to request a quote. For them to come out there was a charge that could be waived if we choose them.

Quotes are usually free because that is the cost of doing business.

We had a plugged laundry drain. He was the only one who would give a direct estimate for repair and see us the same day. 20 minutes later, drain was unplugged same day and we were able to use it. Would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. We had a hot water leak under our foundation and one of the quotes we received said we had to tear up floors and walls, YIKES!   Carlos recommended someone to come find the leak and then said the most cost effective and least invasive repair would be done by tunneling under the foundation.  We wanted to wait until he could finish the job he was working on just so we could use him and he arrived 10 minutes early for the scheduled appointment!  Professional, reliable, honest and extremely fair pricing!  Won't ever use another plumber!

Keyco came out this morning  man had no mask on and nose dripping  I have problem with hot water heater.  He didnt know what the problem  was so told me not to worry until my  house exploited.  They charged my a trouble high price for nothing.  Complained to office manager and was told that is the way it  is  so beware

I had a small water leak hidden inside wall. Called multiple plumbers for quote, and they were either unable to pinpoint the leak, or too afraid to cut the drywall. Dean's people came, located the leak, cut the wall, and repaired the damaged pipe. They charged steep price but they got the job done in time.

The $ 69 service call doesn't include anything except sending the tech to ring the door bell. There's then a troulbleshooting fee and then additional charges if you want it repaired. We received a quote for the repair that seemed exceptionally high. The tech said we wouldn't find it and cheaper and wanted us to commit right then and there but we told hime we had to think about it. We found another company that did the work for 75% less than A#1 Electric. It took them 30 minutes to diagnose the problem, they returned the next morning and spent only three hours completeing the repair.

Their word is their bond. Olshan performed extensive repair work on my parents house several years ago. Because of their age Mom and Dad opted for a solution that corrected the perimeter slab issues and avoided the disruption of having break the slab inside of the house. Olshan warned of possible new movement and promised warranty return. Years passed, house needed adjustment and I called. They were back and work was completed within 2 weeks, perfect work and parents were treated like family. Thank you Wayne Brown and staff. You guys are a blessing.
