We could smell gas coming from our water heater in the garage. Brad came out the next morning, and in less than 10 minutes isolated where the leak was coming from and fixed it. Great service, easy communication through the yelp app. Would definitely use again!

Dial one Johnson is a great small business. Got a new fridge and needed a new waterline replacement. They were here within 45 minutes after I called, they took time to explain what was required. Will be the only company that I will call from now on.

I was totally happy with the service I got today. His price was excellent, he came out the same day, and did a great job. Couldn't ask for more.

Beware this company will Not value you as a customer and will try to take advantage of you in prices. I have used them for numerous repairs for numerous years at a rental property I own. I called them to fix a running toilet and the supply line valve wasn't stopping the water. Their Quote to repair a worn out flap and supply line valve. Over $500. In response I said I could install a brand new toilet for less the response was we charge $325 for that and you supply the toilet.  They charged me a $60 service fee instead of saying you know what this is a $20 parts repair that will take less than 30 minutes and fixed it for an hour of labor. Instead they didn't value me and chose to try to take advantage of it being Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. After just paying them $249 to repair an outside faucet in March. Another over priced repair that took 30 minutes. You decide whether you want to become their next victim.

While digging in my yard on Memorial Day 2018, I hit a water line and had to have Chaz come out on call.  He showed up and handled the job very quickly and professionally.  So glad we were able to get the pipe fixed in a hurry, with such great service!

Absolutely the best fast response, excellent prices and great fast friendly service. Would recommend to anyone. I will be using to replace my hot water heaters after other excellent work performed.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. I was having plumbing (sewer line) issues and everything was backing up from the kitchen sink and dishwasher into the back bathroom. I got a quote from 3 plumbers and all but one was pretty iffy at best. One was very low ($12,000) and one was very high ($27,000). Carlos was very helpful in helping me understand the issue and options for addressing it. Unfortunately, the best option was tunneling under the foundation and replacing the sewer lines all the way to the street ($22,000). In my case, my house is on 'white rock' so the tunneling was extensive and laboring. His quote seemed to be the most reasonable. He started on a Sunday and finished mid-week. He took pictures of his work and explained everything he had done. He completed the work on time and within his estimate. I had used him previously to unclog the bathroom drains multiple times and hence identifying issues with the main sewer line. I recommend All Metroplex.

Have used Keyco in Saginaw several times for water-heater replacement , toilet repair , sink and drain repair . Our service man Brian Ayers does excellent work , he works hard and has manner in his dealings . This company is fair priced , and has a old-fashioned , and quality work ethic . No BS here just a well deserved review !

Absolutely amazing customer service and they very timely. I recommend over the bigger guys who asked for $220.0 just come out and give me a quote. Clean too, they made zero mess and other than the new dishwasher you cannot even tell they were here.

I would rate them NO stars if I could. We use to be in their membership club where they come check the units 2 times s year. NO MORE! The tech this time said both our units were leaking, both need the coils replaced, and both fan motors and capacitors and hardstart needed to be replaced. All at the same time..... and both units! What's the chances of that! What a lucky day for the tech that receives commissions off the invoice! Never seen such a blatant fraud of stacking a repair invoice.  On top of it he also said we were down to 30% of our Freon. We had a different company come out to fill the Freon and they could only add A HALF a pound! STAY AWAY from this company

July 31 2019 Update: our units are still running fine!

I have a large stone patio that over 17 years had started to settle on the backside.  Mack came out and gave me a fair quote and thoroughly explained the process.  On the day the work was scheduled to be done, they showed up exactly when they said they would.  Thought the work guys did a great job and went over and above to put things back together when it was finished.    I have since decided to have them work on my driveway and they are coming back out this weekend to quote the work on that.
