Best Plumbing Services in Fort Worth, TX
We could smell gas coming from our water heater in the garage. Brad came out the next morning, and in less than 10 minutes isolated where the leak was coming from and fixed it. Great service, easy communication through the yelp app. Would definitely use again!

We had a toilet stopped up and called Chris's Plumbing. They said they would be here this afternoon and they were. Coke went right to work and had the problem solved in about 20 minutes. Everything about this service call was excellent.
I highly recommend this plumbing company.

I highly recommend FTR Service Company. He rescheduled his day to accommodate a plumbing repair that we needed right away. He's on time, friendly, and within budget!!

I had issues wtih pipes bursting in wall since July 2018. Pipe burst again for 4th time yesterday. Today Dial 1 came out again and gave me a complete new manifold. Apparently my house built in 2006 had substandard piping and the city had my water coming to the house at 100 psi which is way over the pressure needed to supply my house and that is why pipes kept bursting. Daniel the supervisor took $1000.00 off of the bill and Curley the plumber installed a pressure gauge and the new manifold. He had to dig in my yard to complete the job. Thank you so much for taking care of my plumbing issues.

We called Creech Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and they gave us advice over the phone for the plumbing issues we were having. They also said if it wasn't resolved over the weekend to call them back, that's what we did first thing Monday morning. They were very professional over the phone and even more professional in person. We called and they had someone at our front door within 20 minutes. They had many options for treatments to choose from and they resolved our problem within 10 minutes. We will definitely be calling them back for any plumbing problems we have in the future based on the timely manner and customer service alone.

We had a plugged laundry drain. He was the only one who would give a direct estimate for repair and see us the same day. 20 minutes later, drain was unplugged same day and we were able to use it. Would recommend him wholeheartedly.

I came back in town after a weekend away and discovered that both of my hot water heaters were busted. In scramble mode, I contacted a few local service companies and inquired about approximate replacement costs. The estimates varied widely and were all dependent on if additional parts/labor would be necessary. My neighbor recommended that I call Lex's and over the telephone they provided a final cost that included any additional parts/labor and they provided an all inclusive warranty on the replacement units.
Mike and Tony did the install and they were the most professional and courteous technicians that I have encountered in my fourteen years in Frisco. They were also extremely knowledgeable about the required work and associated Frisco code compliance requirements.
I have some additional work that needs to be done on some separate projects and this is the company that I will absolutely call. Highly recommended....

I have used them 3 times so far. First time was good and I left a good review after that service. However, the second and third time I hired them were both weird. They became very combative and started insulting me personally over the phone because I asked them a question. Not to mention that the problem was not resolved.
I will no longer recommend this company to my friends and family.

Mike's just one guy with a lot of customers, so he can't really do emergency work, but if you have a project he is fantastic. Super reliable, will be there when he says he will. Quality work. Never had a bad experience, have done faucet installs, sinks, garbage disposal with him.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend! After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. If you are looking for a plumbing company, give Big Lee Plumbing a call.

When was the last time you said to yourself wow, that's the most honest guy I've met and you were talking about a plumber? I've had Carlos over twice, and each time he has been friendly, understanding, and doesn't ever gouge you on the price of his job. I've been very pleased with the level of service I've had and now have a plumber for life. I wish there were more service industry people like him.
UPDATE: I had to Call Carlos again. I don't like having to call a plumber, but at least I know when I call him, I'm in the best hands. Our water heater exploded on a Saturday night. Carlos was very empathetic to our situation, and helped walk us through everything that would need to be done to prevent this in the future. He did it to code and he even scheduled all the permitting processes we were going to have to do. Prices were reasonable, as always. My showers never felt so good. Thank you, Carlos!!

Miles better than my last experience with a big name company!! Let's face it calling a plumber out can be a daunting experience.
Ronnie is courteous, professional, honest and skilled. I called today because I have installers putting in new wood floors who found a leak coming from my bathtub. They wanted to stay on schedule. Dean's (Ronnie) made it possible.
I had no qualms with the price either which was reasonable and fair. I'll call Dean's if I have any plumbing needs in the future. Very satisfied customer.

Same story as the other posters.
AC was blowing warm, super-friendly guy comes out and tells me hes no-pressure and has 60 certifications, etc.
Does a 2-second inspection on my AC units w/o opening them up and tells me I need a new coil, which he can do for $2000.
I tell him I'd just like the coolant replaced and to see if there's a leak in the system. He reluctantly agrees, telling me that if it continues to leak in future, he'll have to condemn it. (As if he were a governmental agency in charge of A/C units.)
He puts in 3 lbs of coolant, and hands me a bill.. for $400!!! I protested, said I had a coupon, and he took $50 off for the call.
After he left, I looked at my coupon and it said, Free AC inspection with 4 lbs coolant for $88 (or something similar.)
After complaining to the company, they reluctantly agreed to refund my $400 and instead charge me $88.
It's been several months now and the A/C is fine.
I suspect that, based on my experience and that of the others on this thread, is that they'll do the best to extract every last penny from you, and if and only if you complain or threaten to go to the BBB - they'll do everything to make you happy. It seems like a good strategy for them, but do your homework first.
UPDATE 9/14/2011 - In response to Company's message (below):
First off, you refer to many positive filtered reviews on Yelp. Yes, that's true, only they are exclusively by new Yelp accounts with zero reviews, all giving 5-star reviews to your company, mentioning each service person by their full names and all have similar tone/grammar, etc. Please spare people the baloney. They were filtered for a reason. That you would have 50-someodd FAKE reviews posted on Yelp tells readers here all they need to know about your company.
Second, there is NOTHING wrong with my coil, as was stated by your serviceperson/salesman. He NEVER LOOKED at the coil, so how could he possibly diagnose a problem??? The A/C has now been running flawlessly for months once some coolant was added. Another company came out to REALLY inspect the coil and.. IT IS FINE.
So, in summary, and like the other reviews posted here (by people with multiple other reviews) - Your repair person stated definitively that I needed an expensive repair. This was proved false. Your repair person knew the company was charging $88 for up to 3 lbs of coolant, yet charged me $400. Youre telling me this is a good thing??
Please dont pee on my leg and tell me its raining. And knock off the fake reviews - they're obvious and annoying to those of us who have had actual dealings with your company!!

Asked Olshan to come out do a quote for doing all lift of a concrete deck and more concrete work on pool deck and driveway.
Martin came out. He quoted the price on the lift 4K but said he wasn't the guy to quote the other concrete work. Said he would get his concrete specialist out to continue the quote. And then he disappeared and never returned any communications. When he gave me the quote I felt that if I didn't agree right then, he really didn't care about take the job.
Wasted my time. I would not suggest reaching it to them.

Interesting. I have no voice messages from anyone from Olshan. She called me today after I posted to set it up an appointment. She said that she has spoken to someone in the back office about it but didn't know what had happened after that.
