Had Brad out to fix a slab leak a year ago and he did a great job. Then last night I suddenly had the new pipe leak and water started raining down through the wall. Turns out a mouse had gotten in and chewed through the new pipe! Brad came as soon as he got my message and repaired the mouse damage quickly. He even treated it as warranty repair even though it was a critter problem and not his fault! Service like that is awesome and it's great to have someone that takes care of his customers!

I was in need of a plumber for a semi emergency situation. I called a plumbing company we had used in the past and was told I would be placed on a list and it could be 3-4 days before they could get to me. I received an additional referral from a friend. I called Chris's in the morning and was given an appointment time of 2pm. the same day. The guys called as they left the previous appointment and arrived prior to the scheduled time. The repair was completely done in about 30 minutes or less. The charge included the minimum call charge and a nominal amount in addition. I have nothing but good things to say about Chris's Plumbing.

Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out. In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK.

We called Creech Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and they gave us advice over the phone for the plumbing issues we were having. They also said if it wasn't resolved over the weekend to call them back, that's what we did first thing Monday morning. They were very professional over the phone and even more professional in person. We called and they had someone at our front door within 20 minutes. They had many options for treatments to choose from and they resolved our problem within 10 minutes. We will definitely be calling them back for any plumbing problems we have in the future based on the timely manner and customer service alone.

I hired Lasiter & Lasiter Plumbing for my plumbing needs when I moved into my salon. They really went the extra mile to accommodated my scheduling needs for the move-in. Mike and his brother, Jason, did an amazing job replacing our two water heaters in the attic. Mike shared all the details of the water heater make, model and all the parts he was going to use. He is very transparent and honest. He showed up with his brother on time. Explained to me the whole process before they got started. They finished the job in less than 2 hours. Mike took his time to answer all my questions and explained to me how I could flush the water heater myself once a year. Very honest and extremely reasonably priced (cost me third of what big companies quoted to replace two water heaters). The other companies wouldn't even tell me which model water heater they were going to install. Best of it all, I didn't have to clean the floors after they left. I'd highly recommend Pelayo plumbing.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend! After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. I scheduled with A1 and would receive calls every 1-2 hours with the same scripted line, we still have you on the schedule for service.... On the first day, it went on for a few hours. So I cancelled meetings the next day to allow a window of 9:30-1:00 to be scheduled. I was told that I am On the schedule between 9:30-1:00.
And day 2, same situation. I receive 5 calls telling me the same thing.
I lost 4 hours of my life and income due to this, and became irate at the lack of clear and honest communication with the scheduling team. I asked that I be called 30 minutes before the tech is to arrive. Instead I get multiple calls to keep me on the hook. Nobody knows anything about how long it will be etc.
That was it. I wasted my time and money. I asked to be compensated for the $280 loss and suggested they really evaluate the customer service model and the delay and promise and not deliver strategy as it may work with people who don't work, but don't schedule with someone for a specific window if you can't make it. And be honest up front.
Now that I have read the reviews, I can say that this company is designed to rack and stack. And the calls made to keep you expecting something are done to prevent you from calling someone else.
I swore quiet a bit while explaining this. But I seriously have little patience for people who waste my time.
And the customer service role is really just a poor woman who has to call Brad Hehn to ask what to do.
Brad declined to compensate me for my time. Now I have to get an attorney and go to small claims court.

About that Lifetime Warranty: Our local franchise went out of business before we noticed problems. I called the headquarters several times. No one ever answered my calls or returned them. I emailed them multiple times without ever getting a response. I called the franchises closest to my house which told me they couldn´t help (in their defense, each of them are 4 hours away and not responsible for the original work).
I saw on Olshan´s website that they advertised a 4+ star rating from a company I had never heard of. I went there and told my story... and my review was pulled because Olshan disputed it! After not answering/returning my calls and emails, they had the NERVE to dispute my review. After a back and forth with that rating company where I had to provide multiple pieces of evidence that I was a real customer with a real issue, my review got restored to that site.
The whole experience left me thinking that they are not honorable. I would advise others to seek help elsewhere.
