Called them to request a quote. For them to come out there was a charge that could be waived if we choose them.

I had issues wtih pipes bursting in wall since July 2018. Pipe burst again for 4th time yesterday. Today Dial 1 came out again and gave me a complete new manifold. Apparently my house built in 2006 had substandard piping and the city had my water coming to the house at 100 psi which is way over the pressure needed to supply my house and that is why pipes kept bursting. Daniel the supervisor took $1000.00 off of the bill and Curley the plumber installed a pressure gauge and the new manifold. He had to dig in my yard to complete the job. Thank you so much for taking care of my plumbing issues.

We called Creech Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and they gave us advice over the phone for the plumbing issues we were having. They also said if it wasn't resolved over the weekend to call them back, that's what we did first thing Monday morning. They were very professional over the phone and even more professional in person. We called and they had someone at our front door within 20 minutes. They had many options for treatments to choose from and they resolved our problem within 10 minutes. We will definitely be calling them back for any plumbing problems we have in the future based on the timely manner and customer service alone.

Great service and relentless pursuit to fix our issue. Will be my first call whenever we have a plumbing issue.

We had a smell problem in the shower box. A month ago in April 2022, we asked Alex to come. He snaked the shower drain, and put clobber in. Clobber is the stuff plumber uses to dissolve hair, dead skin cells, gunk down there.

He said if the smell still lingered, he recommended to use smoke bomb test at $400.
A month later, May 2022, I called and wanted him to do the smoke bomb test because the smell is still bad. The girl at the office called Alex and then called me back saying it's now $895.
One month and it went from $400 to $895?? I know inflation is bad, but to double the price in one month?? Needless to say, I don't want it.
My husband should have gotten a written quote from him on the $400, but he didn't.

I'm happy to report that I received a quote from another plumber for less than $400 the next day.

I will stick to the facts:
1. Out of the 3 times they came to my house, they were late twice. Each time I was given a three hour window.
2. They give free estimates.  Although, they charged by the hour at a rate of $150/hour. Curious to know if others actually receive by the job estimates.
3. On the day of the job they arrived about 45 min. late, outside of the three hour window.
4. Needed valves and fixtures changed for the lavatory and a spout leak and fixtures repaired for the shower.
5. The lavatory was repaired in under an hour, however the tub area is where we encountered problems.
6. After 2 1/2 hours I still have a shower leak and they broke a part that was working before they got there (diverter?); two out of three fixtures were replaced; they left the middle shower fixture off. All fixtures were in place before they got there.
7. He attempted to explain how they broke it and why the spout is still leaking but at that point I asked for fee, paid my bill and they left.

My opinions:
The staff that I encountered at this company was extremely nice. The primary plumber apologized profusely for botching the main job to the shower while the secondary plumber (whom I believe is responsible for breaking the diverter) quietly excited the premises.  They were willing to keep charging me by the hour to fix something they broke. I am disheartened by what transpired because I was genuinely excited about using Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing. I will never call them back and will never recommend them to others. I am currently looking for plumbers to fix the spout leak as as well as the diverter that was broken by the L&L plumbing crew.

I contacted Pelayo Plumbing based on the reviews here on Yelp. Mike answered and was very nice and informative. I normally do all home repaired my self but was unable to this time. I had called several national chain plumbing companies and none would give me any pricing or other info without a technician coming out for a 60 to 80 dollar service call. Mike told me exactly how much his service call would be and offered to be here in a few hours. I opted for next day service and here arrived early and completed the job in a timely manner. I would absolutely use him again if i was in a pinch.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. If you are looking for a plumbing company, give Big Lee Plumbing a call.

J&R Plumbing was there for my friend when she needed help with her leaking faucet.

She was telling me that the response time was quick, service was done asap, and the plumber was a genuine and trustworthy man.

Carlos is a phenomenal plumber and more so an honest person. I thought I needed major work done at my house due to what another plumber had said. He came in and was completely honest and told me that whatever was going on wasn't a problem. Thank you for your help and honesty!

Keyco came out this morning  man had no mask on and nose dripping  I have problem with hot water heater.  He didnt know what the problem  was so told me not to worry until my  house exploited.  They charged my a trouble high price for nothing.  Complained to office manager and was told that is the way it  is  so beware

I'm so impressed with their promptness and professionalism. I was able to get a same day estimate on a plumbing issue.  Before finding them, I talked to several other plumbing companies and received a few other bids. They were one of the most reasonably priced and by far the most professional. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who want honest, professional and reasonably priced plumbing services. They are now on my speed dial for any other plumbing services I may need in the future!

I have had great experience before in fact they sold me my current unit that I'm trying to nurse and keep it going for a little longer. The person that they decided to send out was a salesman not a technician (I read his company bio). He cranked up the prices of the individual parts so high trying to sell me a new unit for the inside and the outside instead of trying to fix the problem. I know that both units are old but I can't afford a new ones. If the old ones can be repaired reasonably I'm all for that. I'm getting a second opinion on the whole thing. I hate being sold something that is unnecessary. The only good thing about this was that he didn't charge me for a service call which was pretty shocking. It seems as though they've gotten too big and impersonal. To be continued...

I scheduled a foundation inspection with Olshan and the technician that came out was very professional and knowledgable. He carefully explained the problems I was dealing with and the options I had (I'm an idiot and needed it dumbed down). I opted to get the cable lock pilings installed and things are looking good! They were quick, clean and respectful while they were on the project. I highly recommend these guys if you need foundation repair or drainage management.
