We could smell gas coming from our water heater in the garage. Brad came out the next morning, and in less than 10 minutes isolated where the leak was coming from and fixed it. Great service, easy communication through the yelp app. Would definitely use again!

I had a water supply line leaking under the sidewalk. That was leaking a large amount of water daily. I called Drip Doctor, spoke with Owner DJ. He came by the house late afternoon on a Saturday. Inspected my leak and gave me a very considerate and fair price for repair. I have recommended DJ to my friends and neighbors. I will call Drip Doctor DJ for Plumbing Repairs moving forward. .

Got connected with Lex's Plumbing though AHS after we had a terrible experience with another plumbing company ( who shall remain nameless) assigned by AHS for a previous job.So when We has another leak, we called AHS and requested a different company. Enter Lex's plumbing and we could not be happier! Justin arrived promptly on the scheduled 2 hours window and got right to work. He was super nice, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us! Not to mention he left the work area spotless! Thank you Justin! We would highly recommend Lex's plumbing and will not hesitate to use them in the future, home warranty or not! Forgot to mention, the lady that answered the phone to schedule service was also super nice and polite, sorry I didn't catch her name but she was super sweet and was able to get us a slot that worked with our schedule. While digging in my yard on Memorial Day 2018, I hit a water line and had to have Chaz come out on call.  He showed up and handled the job very quickly and professionally.  So glad we were able to get the pipe fixed in a hurry, with such great service!

I called Mike when my water heater busted.  He gave me a good quote for the installation and he stuck by his quote with no surprises.  Same day service, and he managed to come earlier than he had planned which is always a plus!  He was a real pro and it's clear he knows his business and takes pride in his work.  I'll definitely use Pelayo Plumbing for my future plumbing needs!

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. Carlos of All Metroplex Plumbing came to our rescue. We had guests coming in to stay on Monday and our upstairs water heater went out Sunday morning. I called 5 companies, none of which work on Sundays so I was shocked to get a call back in a matter of minutes from Carlos telling me he's closed on Sunday but would be at our house early Monday morning. No other company I called responded that day. Sure enough Carlos and another man arrived, got the new water heater installed at a fair price in four hours!!! His work is impeccable and attention to detail is amazing. Thanks to Carlos, our guests arrived and got to hear the amazing story of man that truly understands customer service above beyond expectations. Carlos and All Metroplex Plumbing are the best!!!

Have used Keyco in Saginaw several times for water-heater replacement , toilet repair , sink and drain repair . Our service man Brian Ayers does excellent work , he works hard and has manner in his dealings . This company is fair priced , and has a old-fashioned , and quality work ethic . No BS here just a well deserved review !

Incompetent at best. Called for AC service when my  air stopped blowing cold. Tech walked straight to my backyard, checked freon level, said it was empty and would be $95 per lb. I agreed, he filled it I paid $700 including service call, AC started blowing cold again and I thought all was well. 6 hours later it was blowing hot again. In the mean time a different company was suggested by a neighbor so I called them. Their tech came out, confirmed I was empty of freon again then he asked to see my inside unit (in the attic) WHICH A#1 NEVER DID! upon just a visual inspection he could see and hear the freon leaking thru my very rusted coils. He showed me video and said it would be a complete waste to add freon with this type of leak!! Why didn't A#1 take the few mins to visually inspect  it inside? Why did they not tell me AC's don't use up freon if it's empty there's a problem? Im not an HVAC expert that's why I called them. But no just have me pay hundreds for nothing. I could understand offering to run a leak detection but he never even gave me the chance. That's fraud, terrible way to conduct business, and it's a shame because I chose to replace my entire until not just the coils,  it was a tremendous sale they missed out on but I can only imagine the amount of $ they make ripping off unsuspecting customers desperate to have AC again.

Do not use these people. They do not stand behind their warranty.  All they want to do is upsell rather than fix. There are too many foundation companies out there to put up with such poor service.
