Best Plumbing Services in Fort Worth, TX
We could smell gas coming from our water heater in the garage. Brad came out the next morning, and in less than 10 minutes isolated where the leak was coming from and fixed it. Great service, easy communication through the yelp app. Would definitely use again!

I had a PRV installed. I called and they showed up as scheduled. The job was completed. I did not ask for an estimate so I can't really complain. I had expected a trip charge and labor. I have photo of the bill attached. Instead there was a $500 service fee. I don't know if that is typical for plumbers in the area or not. You may want to get several estimates or ask about flat service fees.

I reached out to Magna Mechanical due to some plumbing issues I needed to address. Matthew Roberts was by far the most knowledgeable and professional plumber that explained every single detail of the services he provided. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing concerns.

Got same day service on a new water heater. Staff was polite and got the job done as promised. I was really glad that we went with them as the didn't try to upsell us and were very straight forward with their recommendation and why. I would highly recommend.

Very responsive and polite. We texted and there was a misunderstanding. They bought a hot water tank and went to my house for an installation while I thought just a diagnostics and estimate. They politely told it was fine. So, I just feel I can trust them. I proposed a small job right after that and they agreed although they might have had a lot of other big works to do. Deserve to get a good review.

The receptionist was rude. Was not willing to accommodate and had to wait several days for call out. Cancelled them and went elsewhere.
Update 5 months later - I note a response from owner, 21 days ago. Ummmm need I say more???

It's rare to find a company who does what they say they will do when they say they will do it and keep you informed of the project's progress. Lasiter and Lasiter is that company. They fixed an issue that came up from the winter snow event. I couldn't be more pleased!

Could not be more pleased with the service we received from Pelayo Plumbing. We called because we had water coming from the side of our house. They came out with in 2 days and were so knowledgeable. He told the issue and had it fixed with in 1 hour. They are now saved in my phone for any future plumbing issues!

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend! After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. If you are looking for a plumbing company, give Big Lee Plumbing a call.

We have used All Metroplex Plumbing now for about 5 years, from small jobs like resetting a toilet to very large jobs like a full Kitchen sink and Dishwasher installation, Carlos has been there for us. We trust his work and have always been impressed with his service, most recently we had a Hot Water issue that was still under warranty and Carlos went out of his way to insure we received a new one, even though he did not do the install or sell us the old one. That is great service!
I highly recommend All Metroplex Plumbing.

Keyco was quick and responsive and was able to work around my schedule. Thomas was great and was able to fix several different problems with our plumbing, in the kitchen and the bathrooms.

Reached out to several plumbing companies to help with a suspected broken pipe at my grandmother's house. Sarah reached out almost immediately and was able to schedule our appointment quickly and efficiently. Julio H. was the tech that arrived. He was professional and courteous. Checked everything and explained his findings in detail for me & my grandmother. Put her mind at ease and was very thorough, even double checked without hesitation when I asked some questions. Everyone I worked with at Dean's Plumbing treated my family fairly and with respect. Will definitely call them again when plumbing assistance is needed.

I will never do business with this company again and would strongly suggest you all don't either.
My saga began last December when I called A#1 Air to set up my winter service appointment, which is included with the service agreement I had with them for the last 2+ years. I spoke with someone on that day (I can't remember their name) who seemed very nice and scheduled me for the 2pm - 6pm afternoon slot on January 6th.
On the morning of January 6th, someone from their dispatch unit called and informed me that a technician had just become available and asked if they could come early. I explained to the dispatcher that I had business meetings to attend that morning and no one was home so I couldn't accommodate the change. Shortly after this call I receive an email from A#1 Air that informed me my technician, Brandon, was on his way...oh, and he's going to my previous home in Saginaw, not my current home in Keller?? (I moved almost 2 years earlier and they've been to my home in Keller) I tried for 15-30 minutes to get in contact with someone to clear up the confusion, but was never able to get through to anyone.
I chalked this up to a system error and assumed someone would surely still be coming by MY home at the scheduled time so I went ahead and left my office in Downtown Fort Worth early so I could be home when they got there. 6pm came and went and I never saw or heard from anyone. Needless to say, I was pretty angry, but imagine my anger when I check my email and find another email from A#1 Air asking me to rate my service technician. What? How can I rate someone who never showed up to MY home? Surely he didn't service the system at my old house, did he?
I'm a pretty busy guy so I didn't get the time to call and discuss this with anyone. That is until Misty left a message for me in February asking me to call her and schedule our Spring appointment. I hesitantly called her back and set up the appointment for February 24th from 8am to 11am. I explained the previous situation to Misty who literally laughed it off and told me this wouldn't happen again. She obviously didn't understand how frustrating this all was so I eventually disconnected the call. Be assured, I handled the call professionally and disconnected the call long after the appointment was scheduled.
On the day of the appointment I stayed home from work so I could again be there when the technician showed up. And again 11am comes and goes and I never see or hear from anyone from A#1 Air. At least this time I didn't get irrelevant emails about a service technician who didn't show. When I get back to work I call and speak with someone at A#1 Air who claims Misty had accidentally scheduled it for March 24th, although her notes clearly say February 24th. Again, I explained the previous situation to this person who blamed the matter on a new computer system and offered no real resolution or empathy so I disconnected the call.
A few minutes later I receive a phone call from Tyler, who is supposedly a member of management at A#1 Air. He admitted to and took responsibility for the mistakes and lack of empathy shown by his employees. I told him, although I appreciated his call, I was in no mood to talk at the moment and I again disconnected that call.
I then wrote a letter to James and Sherry Green, Owners of A#1 Air, and emailed a copy to [email protected] and Tyler with specific instructions to see to it that my letter gets in James and/or Sherry Green's hands. In typical A#1 Air fashion, I never heard from anyone. That is, not until after I followed up via email 6 weeks later on April 4th. Mr. Nelson replied apologizing for the lack of response and explained my email was passed on to a manager (Mr. Nelson claimed he was a manager) who had since left the company so the ball was dropped again. He assured me he would get with another manager the next day and get back to me.
Yet again, in typical A#1 Air fashion, I never heard from anyone. That is, not until after I followed up via email 4 weeks later on May 1st. Mr. Nelson again apologized and said that he had discussed my situation with his General Manager and they could offer me $100 in American Express gift cards, which I emphatically declined since this really seemed inconsequential to them and was only a means to try to get rid of me and sweep this whole matter under the rug. I suggested instead that the offer be more along the lines of a new tankless water heater and/or an outstanding deal on a new HVAC unit.
My suggested offer was denied and Mr. Nelson explained the $100 gift card was the best they would do. I asked Mr. Nelson to terminate my service agreement immediately and to refund any money they had collected since the last time a service technician visited my home in Keller. Yet again, in typical A#1 Air fashion, I never heard from anyone. Although it does seem as though he did terminate my service agreement as I'd req...

AWFUL. Dealing with Olshan was the most horrible customer service experience of my life. Everyone was polite on the surface, but they strung me along for MONTHS before they finally stopped responding to my emails and phone calls altogether. Olshan wanted my neighbors to sign a ridiculous form allowing Olshan workers to access their property, but saying that no matter what the workers did, my neighbors could not hold Olshan accountable. Obviously no one is going to sign a form like that. I pointed this out to my Olshan contacts. As I said above, they then strung me along for months with promises that they would take care of the problem, and I could rest assured that my repair job - now months overdue - would be prioritized as soon as everything was cleared up. Needless to say, they never fixed anything with their contract. Eventually they simply stopped responding to my queries for the status of the contract and my repair job in general. Now I've wasted months. They're awful.
