TCP is the only plumber I will use.  He's honest, efficient and very reasonable on prices. I had to have all my pipes under the house replaced. They had to tunnel under the home and I wAs a nervous wreck. Once it was complete, you couldn't even tell. The clean up was excellent. I've called on Brad many time for little things and he is always quick to show up and fix the issues. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED  TCP.

I had issues wtih pipes bursting in wall since July 2018. Pipe burst again for 4th time yesterday. Today Dial 1 came out again and gave me a complete new manifold. Apparently my house built in 2006 had substandard piping and the city had my water coming to the house at 100 psi which is way over the pressure needed to supply my house and that is why pipes kept bursting. Daniel the supervisor took $1000.00 off of the bill and Curley the plumber installed a pressure gauge and the new manifold. He had to dig in my yard to complete the job. Thank you so much for taking care of my plumbing issues.

We called Creech Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and they gave us advice over the phone for the plumbing issues we were having. They also said if it wasn't resolved over the weekend to call them back, that's what we did first thing Monday morning. They were very professional over the phone and even more professional in person. We called and they had someone at our front door within 20 minutes. They had many options for treatments to choose from and they resolved our problem within 10 minutes. We will definitely be calling them back for any plumbing problems we have in the future based on the timely manner and customer service alone.

Only guy to actually give a decent quote for installing a specific part and was upfront and got the issue fixed quickly.

At 1:30 pm I placed a call to Lex's plumbing about replacing a garbage disposal in our rental house. Our renters said that it was leaking out of the bottom of the disposal. I spoke to Selena at Lex's about pricing if I were to purchase the garbage disposal myself and if they were to put one of theirs in. I decided to pick one up to make it an easier install. Surprisingly, she told me that someone could be out the same day in between 4pm and 6pm. I also, called her back with a question about different horsepowers of garbage disposals while I was at Lowe's and she was extremely helpful in assisting me with the purchase of the best one. At 4:30pm my tenant and I received a follow up call from Selena when the  technician was 45 minutes out. The technician was very professional and polite when he arrived while he put on his boot covers at the front porch. He completed the install and gave us some tips on how to care for the new disposal. He cleaned up underneath the sink and all around where he was working. He asked us if there was anything else that needed to be done before he left. I wish that I could remember his name but I will make sure that I use Lex for any other plumbing needs that may arise for my own house or our rental in the future!!

I have had these guys out four or five times over the past few years and I can sum up my experiences with them in two words: honesty and professionalism.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

We had a plumbing leak and our neighbor recommended Big Lee. I can't say enough positive things about Lee and Jacob. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. Carlos was a breath of fresh air in the house service business.  He was able to come to my house on very short notice.  He did a very thorough job of trouble shooting my plumbing issues and determined that it would be better to take care of the sink trouble when I did my soon to happen faucet replacement.  He was very considerate and professional, so much so he didn't even charge for his service call despite the fact he spent nearly an hour checking on my house.

I highly recommend this honest and very professional plumber!!

Keyco came out this morning  man had no mask on and nose dripping  I have problem with hot water heater.  He didnt know what the problem  was so told me not to worry until my  house exploited.  They charged my a trouble high price for nothing.  Complained to office manager and was told that is the way it  is  so beware

I had a bad experience with another plumber I had called for my busted water heater. Then I called Dean's and they really did me right. They came out the next day. They called when they said they would. Tony was my technician. He was friendly and professional. I'll be calling Dean's next time I need work done.

Total waste of time and money! I requested a service call to have my unit checked bc it turned off the night before. I received a call advising that I was next in line for service, I left work early so I could be ready for when the tech arrived. Four hours later the tech showed up at my house. Nice guy, but when he asked what the problem was I told him that the AC was not working. He said he was there for an evaluation not repair. I told him that I needed to know what the issue was first before deciding on the repair. The tech went up in the attic and started inspecting the unit and wiring, also went to the condenser outside. He finally told me that he had no idea what the problem was unless he started working on the unit which could be something simple to a very big issue and that it would take anywhere from 20 minutes to 8 hours. He asked me what I wanted to do so I told him without knowing the issue or price for the repair I could not go forward. He said that he could get a Comfort Adviser to come talk to me about a new unit or that he could also get a special technician to come out. Someone that actually had a Bachelor's degree in AC repair and that he would be able to determine what the issue was but it would be very expensive. I told him I would need to sleep on it and talk to my wife before deciding what to do, which I had already decided that I needed to get someone different that actually knows what they are doing. He went to the attic to get his tools and left. When I went to turn off the light, the wires were left hanging and a cover off from an electrical box on the wall. I was very disappointed with this company, maybe the tech was being pushed to sell new units or they need better training so they can determine what the issue could be with the system. After the $59 service fee and 3 hours lost of work (without pay), I am in the same situation that I was before I made the initial call.

Update: That same night I searched online to see what the problem could be. I ordered a $20 part called  the Contactor Relay, received it in 2 days and installed it myself. The AC has been working Great ever since. No need to spend hundreds or thousands of $ to have a Special Tech come out or have a new system installed.

Very professional and honest. After the technician examined and measured our house he informed me the cracks were just the house settling and could have gouged me for $6000.
