Had to cut off water at the street and take a day off work due a spraying leak somewhere under the the bathroom in my pier-and-beam house.  Usual plumbers backed up two weeks but referred me to DSP&D and they had Mike out within an hour.  Ground completely saturated under the house and pooled in the low spots... envisioned two-man crew smiling while they pumped water all morning.  But no, Mike gave me a clean and reasonable estimate, did the work himself, charged me what he'd estimated.  Can't ask for more than that.  Will definitely call them with my next issue.

Amazing and timely service. I called these guys and they were able to come out in less than a week. They showed up at the very beginning of the provided window (and called ahead to let me know they were coming). Luis not only handled my plumbing issues but also took a look at a couple other items I wasn't sure about. He gave me a professional estimate, outlined possible solutions, and did not pressure me to make any commitments or purchases. Finally, my dog really enjoyed the treats they brought for her!

These guys were fantastic! We had an issue with water temperature in just one faucet in the house. They scheduled us quickly, showed up on time, and were super friendly. They got us taken care of promptly, couldn't recommend them enough!

Noticed our  hot water Heater was leaking on Sunday night.  I had previously used Ztinaon plumbing so I text Carissa at 11 PM the office manager and Larry wife.  Sent over some pictures and she replied immediately.  She asked if Larry could stop by in the mor ing on a holiday.  Larry was very prompt and gave me a very fair price and the did the job same day.

Benton Plumbing has always been our go-to for any plumbing needs we have. When the February 2021 Power Grid failure hit our house, the freezing interior temperatures busted a pipe in the ceiling of our hallway. They had a plumber out to us as fast as they could schedule and had the pipe cut and replaced quickly. Definitely call on them for your plumbing needs.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. I'm a landlord with multiple properties and occasionally need help with plumbing issues.  I've used this Roto-Rooter location twice for drain blockages.  They are polite, efficient on the phone, dispatch quickly, professional (according to my tenants), address the issue quickly, and are fairly priced.  As a guy that deals with a lot of subcontractors, this place stands out as top of the class.
