Mike is a super nice, polite guy. Really responsive to calls and uses texts, which I find especially helpful. Was easy to schedule. Came promptly and let me know ahead of time when he was coming. Took his shoes off before he came into my house (this is really considerate -- I'm Asian and live in a shoe-free house). He did great work, quickly and efficiently, but also took the time to go over and beyond in being helpful, answering my questions and installing new valves for me where I needed them. And the price was * kisses fingertips * great! I am DEFINITELY going to use Pelayo Plumbing exclusively from now on. Love my new kithen faucet! and I'm glad that my outdoor hose bib leak has been fixed with a new weatherized faucet! Thanks Mike!

Other reviews on other sites gave them a good rating and I have to agree.  I called at 8:30 in the morning for a AC drain clog in the foundation and they arrived within the hour.  They fixed the problem in 15 minutes and were honest.  They told me what I could do to prevent the problem from occurring again.  It just involved some do it yourself re-plumbing of the AC drain pipes.

I'd like to add my accolades to these folks. Had to have the two hot water heaters replaced in my attic after one failed after nine years of service.  Guess that's about their lifespan in Texas. Got several quotes and believe me when I say these guys came in thousands less than the big name guys around town. They installed the same equipment in a timely  and professional manner. I learned that these are the only folks I'll call for my future plumbing needs!!  My highest recommendation!

Michael came to the house to fix a shower arm that had broken off in the wall.  Got here exactly when he said he would.  Trouble shot the problem and had us back up and showering.  Even cleaned up after the job was completed.  Reasonable priced.  Future plumbing fixture issues and he will be the one we call.

STOP! Seriously, stop looking for plumbing services. This is the company for you.

We had a pipe in our bathroom crack that went directly to the sewer line AND the main line had a big ol hole in it as well.

The first company that came out had quoted us something so outrageous that the words financing options available were included for ONLY the bathroom and sewer line outside of the house (not including the main line inside the house). They hadn't even looked at the remainder of the house. Like, hello... red flags!! And that company had 5 stars...

We opted to get another quote and found ABC Plumbing on Yelp. Darryl and Alex came out, took way more time to see what they could do to get the situation fixed and unfortunately, we did have to replace a few pipes and fixed some spot areas. Overall, it was about a two and half week process as we had plans to be out of town. Alex spent a ton of time with us. Extremely down to earth. And we were out of pocket less than half of what the other dudes wanted.

Our house has been in working order for a week now and we are extremely grateful for ABC Plumbing and their crew.

Also, huge shout out to Desi Excavation who did an excellent job at digging under our house in record time (10 ft under the slab in 7 hrs and just 2 guys doing it). They also did an amazing job at redoing the concrete on the patio as well.

We can't say enough great things about this mom and pop shop.

Needed a wax ring replaced on an upstairs toilet, along with two supply line valve replacements. Specks gave me same day service at a great price. Highly recommended.

This was my first time using the company. Overall I had an exceptional experience. We had a service tech by the name of Andrew come out and he was on time and very professional. I love the fact that they send a picture of the technician that will be arriving to your home. He was very thorough and took his time explaining what needed to be done. . I will definitely be using them again as my first pick for plumbing.

They get a star for clearing the drain and honoring their price.  But, $500 to clear the kitchen sink drain (from the kitchen sink, not like climbing the roof) and install a garbage disposal that I had already purchased from Lowe's?  (I thought I was helping by purchasing the disposal?!)  That's definitely expensive if you aren't familiar.  Then the bad list begins... Put their dirty tools on the counter.  Didn't have any floor protection so used our dog towels.  Still left drain gunk on the floor for us to clean up.  Didn't install the garbage disposal on the correct outlet so that it was switched (called them back to fix that.). Just grabbed our paper towels off the counter to clean the hands (and knowing where those hands have been, we threw the roll away.). $500 and this is the service we get?  Never again.

If you are wondering about the disparity of reviews (5-star to 1-star) I now definitely believe the lower-star reviews that specifically list their prices.  It's outrageous.  And, for the record, I contacted the company before posting these reviews.  The lady answering the phones was super nice, but the absolutely stand by their pricing.  IMHO, once they get on the site and know you have a problem that needs immediate attention, they consider you sold and quote whatever price they want.  Run, don't walk, to a company that will talk pricing over the phone before they roll a truck to your house.  These guys will not, and once they arrive, they have got you.

Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out. In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK.

These guys are very professional. Been using them for years. They did all my plumbing for my businesses and my own residential use. I will always recommend these guys. The son is very a very nice guy and is always on time! Time is money and I like the way they work.

Repair of frozen/busted copper pipe repair cost me $867.  It took them a total of 10 minutes to repair..  i already had the wall opened up prior to plumbers arrival..  This is an example of an unethical EXTREME OVERCHARGE!  Taking advantage of homeowners during emergency weather conditions.

They may actually do great work during non-emergency situations, but when you take advantage of homeowners it tells all I need about the character and integrity of the ownership team.  There is a reason that they are not listed with the Better Business Bureau.

Do yourself a favor and find another contractor

I requested that they come out and do a water jetting on my system. Danny and Steve showed up 30 minutes early and got the job done quickly and we're both extremely pleasant to be around. I would highly recommend them for your next plumbing needs!

From the original call into the office to finishing up the installation of the new toilet was awesome. The entire process was flawless and the technician Derek went out of his way to explain what needed to be done giving me several options, he then went over pricing before starting. I have used Force Home Services for the past 11 years.  They have been amazing.  I recently had my full HVAC system replaced and went from a basic system to one that is far more technologically advanced.  I have had a few issues....but FHS has been SUPER responsive.  Specifically Travis has been AMAZING!  FHS is a terrific partner!  Highly recommended!

These guys are great! They worked me in even though they had a busy day. Made all the repairs I needed and at what I think was probably a more than fair price. I'll be using them from now on.

Highly recommend Ken Lefler and his crew!  They do great work and very friendly.

We have used them twice now and both times had a great experience. They are quick, honest, and reasonably priced.

So the pilot light was out on my recently installed (not by Baker Brothers) water heater.  I followed the instructions on the side and in the manual and then called for service.  I can't complain about the time to get a tech or the service.  What I will complain about is the $130 bill to light the pilot.  The tech did a different set of steps and the pilot lit on the first try.  Had he told me that it was gonna cost $100 more just for him to push the button I would have told him to shut it off and I'll pay the $40.  Evidently this is their standard rate for that.
