Mike is our go-to plumber. He's courteous and always responds quickly. With 6 people in the family we've had lots of plumbing issues and I always trust Pelayo Plumbing!

Had to cut off water at the street and take a day off work due a spraying leak somewhere under the the bathroom in my pier-and-beam house.  Usual plumbers backed up two weeks but referred me to DSP&D and they had Mike out within an hour.  Ground completely saturated under the house and pooled in the low spots... envisioned two-man crew smiling while they pumped water all morning.  But no, Mike gave me a clean and reasonable estimate, did the work himself, charged me what he'd estimated.  Can't ask for more than that.  Will definitely call them with my next issue.

I wish we could give more than 5 stars!  We had an emergency situation with water leaking everywhere at our new home after moving from out of state.  We didn't have a plumber, so I quickly went to Yelp for local plumbing reviews.  That's how we found Christopher.  He came over right away on a Sunday night and fixed the issue.  He was so kind, considerate & cheerful for it being so late at night and an emergency call.  He is the real deal as a plumber and as a person.  We weren't excited about having a flooded laundry room, but we are excited to have found our new plumber!

I used Michael Harrison twice this year.  And I will keep using him!  It all started with a leak! When I noticed it, I called the home warranty people to come out and fix it.  Not only did that plumber do a bad job, they made the leak worst after 2 days.  I did not want them back in my house!  So I went on Yelp and looked up plumbers in the Plano area.  I read the good reviews on Michael Harrison Plumbing and gave him a call.  When I called the secretary she told me Michael will be in touch with me soon.  Not 10 minutes later my phone was ringing.  He came out that day and looked at my sink and told me that the plumber that worked on my sink had stripped the pipe down and that is why it was leaking again.   Michael's recommendation was that I buy a new faucet and he did not charge me for that initial visit to come out and inspect my sink.  He came back later on that day and installed it. My bathroom sink worked again without leaking.  He was a life saver.  
A few months later my hot water heater leaked. (the joys of buying a house!)  The home warranty company sent a 2 star yelp rated company out to my house.  They listed all these upgrades I need to do for my hot water heater and I simply picked up the phone and called Michael.  He came out again that day and told me that he has to go check the warehouse to see if he had a new hot water heater.  After he left I thought I was going to have to go on with no hot water.  But he called a few hours later and told me he has a hot water heater and he could put it in the same day. LIFE SAVER! A house without hot water makes for an interesting time.  So if you are in the Plano area.  You need someone that will come out and explain what he is doing and does a GREAT job.  Call Michael.  He is my go to!

I called ABC Plumbing around 5pm on a Sunday, the day before Labor Day, because our toilets were backing up.  The gentleman I talked to was very nice, and said he could get someone out to help us that evening.  He gave me an estimate, which was extremely fair.  Then Chad came out a little bit later, and had everything up and running quickly.  The total was the estimated cost, which I was really happy about.  I am nothing but pleased with my experience, and will recommend ABC Plumbing to anyone in need!

Love this neighborhood local plumber. He and his father have been doing plumbing for years! I've been using them for about 6 years myself. They are reliable and honest.

We have a home warranty but we had to wait several days for our appointment. I was getting nervous about all the noises I was hearing from my water heater. I began looking for a company that could come out right away and advise whether I could wait for the appointment or if we were in the middle of an 'emergency'.
I appreciated the speed of their response which was less than 15 minutes. I also appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. They ended up telling me that I could wait for the warranty appointment and made me feel better about my water heater not causing some calamity in my home.
I recommend this company.

I chose to hire Sheffield Plumbing after receiving a total of five bids from area companies to replace my main sewer line.  Of the five plumbing companies I spoke with, Sheffield was the most affordable.  Then during every step of the process, they proved to be professional, courteous, on-time, considerate and knowledgeable.  I strongly recommend their work and will hire them again for any plumbing work I have.  The work was finished on time, and with minimal disruption.  And, once completed, the owners followed up with me to determine my level of satisfaction.  I have worked with many home service contractors, but have rarely been so pleased.

Amazing service and professionalism. Luis came out for an estimate the same day I called to inquire. Incredibly responsive and professional. His workers were just as great. Besides the excellent job they did in my home, they were very polite, took covid precautions seriously by wearing their masks the entire time, made sure to protect all of our belongings before painting, kept everything very clean and organized and overall did an excellent job on the project. Looking forward to having them do more work in our home!

We had a slab leak. They came right away and got the water stopped. Then talked us through the diagnostics and how the insurance folks would look at it. We elected to reroute and they did an absolutely first class job and we were back up and running in two days. Not the first time we use the Mullins team, but definitely not the last. I'm so happy to find a local plumbing team that not only does a great job but does it quick and affordable!

Quick response and professional, however shop around if money is an issue or you don't have good insurance. Had a foundation pipe leak and the guys came within 30min. They found the potential leak area in 2hrs and charged $700. Quoted another $7000 for each of the 3 options. Really pushed for a restoral team they are connected with before I could decide what to do. Ended up fixing myself for $1500 with help from dad and YouTube. Make sure to clarify how much they will charge just to come out. Felt a little scammed out of $700 and comforted at the same time. 4/5 stars because it is a business and they are professional.

These guys stand behind their word and their WORK!  Always professional - informative - and a pleasure to have in our house to do work! Never try and upsell you on anything - just what's needed and warrant it for 2 years after! Super happy we found them!

We have used Parnell Plumbing twice and I have already given their number out to a couple people. We had a slab leak in January that the home builder was responsible for and he didn't even charge me for the service call, just a nice group of guys!

I don't usually write reviews, but these guys certainly deserved it.  We had water gurgling up from our front yard and dug up the area to find what we thought was the water main leaking.  We tried to fix it ourselves, but it just leaked.  So after being without water for a couple days we called multiple plumbing businesses and Carrollton Plumbing was the only one to answer the phone.  The guy said we always answer our phones.  They were booked solid but still sent some guys out within 3 hours to take a look at what we had and give us an estimate.  They showed up when promised and quickly informed us that what we were looking at was the supply to our sprinkler system, not the water main.  They turned off the main shutoff to the sprinkler system and got us our water back on in the house.  Hooray!!  They said that we were well on the way to fixing it correctly, just using the wrong glue.  They told us that they would hate to have to charge us the $400 to re-do the repair when we could just do it ourselves again with the correct glue.  They told us what to buy and headed back to their truck.  When I asked how much for the service call, they said no charge! Just call us next time you need a plumber.  We certainly will and will recommend them to others as well.  Honesty over greed is a rare thing in businesses this day, and it was a real breath of fresh air dealing with these guys.

I've left a few messages (3) and have yet to get a call back.
I wasn't rude, I requested the estimate since I hadn't relieved it via email as promised.
In the past, mai plumbing was  about service.

Unreliable, bad business to not call a paying customer back.
 I really needed help too :(

So happy to have used Baker Brother, finally had a leak found after a year of searching for the source. Thanks to Pedro for not giving up when it seemed like there was no leak. He ended up finding nails in the drainage pipes from a remodeling project.  Will be happy to use them again.
