If I could give Mike a ten stars out of five, I would not hesitate to do so.  He's been so helpful fixing issues on my 20 years old house.  From fixing leaks with the toilets to working on my water heater.  I would not hesitate to recommend Mike at Pelayo Plumbing to anyone in the northeastern part of Dallas County.

I would like to thank  Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue.  They did an outstanding job. I had called a different plumbing first to diagnose my problem. The first plumbing company said that I had a slab leak. This company told me that I had to options to fix the problem.  One was to re-pipe  the plumbing through the attic, which was less expensive or they could tear up my slab, which was more expensive. They were also going to have rip out my walls to get to the pipes. It was then going to be up to me and my insurance company to repair the damage they created. I had a very uneasy feeling about their assessment of the situation. I called Direct Source Plumbing for a second opinion before any work was done by the first plumbing company. The Direct Source plumbers  took the time to listen to my concerns and then proceeded to do a follow up inspection. The Direct Source plumbers found the source of my leak within minutes. They said it was NOT a slab leak at all. They discovered that I had a leak in one of my pipes in my sprinkler system. All the other work that the first plumbing company was going to do  and CHARGE me for was unnecessary and also fraudulent.  Thank you again Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue.

Christopher has all of these 5 star ratings for a good reason.  He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable.  He diagnosed my issue and fixed it quickly and didn't leave a mess.  I could tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, and he replaced my old parts with better materials than were used in the original construction.  All of this, and I would have expected to pay much more than I did.  

I will definitely call Christopher for any plumbing needs that we have, and I will also recommend him to anyone needing quality service at a reasonable rate.

We used Michael this past week and I was so impressed I immediately took his card and taped it to our refrigerator so we can use him many more times and refer him! We were very pleased with his professionalism, speed in which he made it to our house, and his pricing. Highly highly recommend!

I went with ABC Plumbing in Sept. 2020 to replace 3 toilets and install a new water heater/circulation pump in our house.  They did a great job, plumbers were professional and clearly took pride in their work.  If this is where our story ended they'd receive 5/5 stars in this review.

However, recently we've been interested in installing a water softener and replacing our leaky bathtub faucet.  I called up ABC Plumbing and they sent someone out.  I received a quote from Jason for $325 to remove the tub skirt, install a customer provided faucet and rough in, then reinstall the skirt.  It took us several months to decide against a water softener, and in the mean time we ordered the replacement faucet and rough in for the tub.  Approximately 6 months after the receiving the original quote, I scheduled the faucet repair with ABC Plumbing for a Wednesday at 9 AM, with the understanding that prices may have increased since our quote was from earlier this year.  Not a problem, prices have increased everywhere lately.

Day of the service: plumbers arrived an hour late, one of them took a few steps into our home, went back outside, vomited several times and mentioned he was sick, then came inside, with streaks of vomit covering the front of his shirt, took one look at the tub and claimed they will not remove/reinstall the tub skirt, so therefore won't replace the faucet.  The only response I get from ABC Plumbing is that the technician claims they will not remove/reinstall the tub skirt, even though the quote (picture attached) clearly shows Re-install skirt.

I don't understand what happened here, Jason provided a quote after coming into our home and checking out the bathtub.  Now, the day of the service, the other plumbers claim they're unwilling to remove the tub skirt.  Back in September 2020 I'd recommend ABC Plumbing to anyone.  Now?  I'd look elsewhere.

Also, if your employees are sick and vomiting don't send them into a customer's home.

We LOVE Speck Plumbing!! Steve, Eddie, and Trevor are the best. Fair pricing, and they always go above and beyond to fix the problem. You will not find better plumbers. I don't know what we would do without them!!

I had Cody & Sons give me an estimate on a new furnace to replace my 20 yr old unit.  Mike showed up on time, was very personable, put on paper booties, and went up to my attic to take a look at my current furnace.  I gave him the specific items I was looking for in a new unit.  

While examining my furnace, he found two issues that could have created a problem, and told me before starting the repair what it would cost. I thought it was very reasonable, and he brought in supplies to repair.  However, once he started, he found that the primary drain was not clogged (as another HVAC repair person had told me) and that all that was needed was to reattach the secondary drain pipe, which had slipped.
Mike then took photos of my current furnace at different angles and also looked at my current cooling compressor outside.  He then gave me the estimate for a new furnace, which was quite reasonable, and a great relief.   He then told me there wasn't any charge for the visit since he didn't have to unclog the primary drain, or make any repairs.  
I told Mike that I had called them based on their outstanding reviews on both Yelp and Angie's List, and I can say without reservation that I am sold on CODY & SONS!!
If you want to be treated with respect and feel confident that you're getting a straight deal on  repairs and/or replacements, call Cody & Sons first.  You won't be sorry!  And ask for Mike!

We had an emergency and needed someone to come out that afternoon.  Mr. Rooter's dispatch set an appointment at 4:30 PM and Nathan showed at 4:30 PM.  He then solved our problem very quickly!  

I asked for his guidance on another possible issue.  He could have said this is what you need to do... and here is your bill, but he did not.  HE spent a few minutes and saved us a couple of hundred dollars.  

I thoroughly enjoyed his honesty and look forward to using him again soon.

I do NOT recommend this company at all!  The lack of customer service is beyond unacceptable.  I will not type a lot just read the texts and you can verify the phone number as being there's with screen shots attached.

The tech who came out, Tom, was very professional and explained the problem to me in detail. He also showed me a picture of the pipes located under the house so I understood the situation. They were very easy to work with and also reasonably priced.

My garage ceiling was damaged by busted pipe during the 2021 winter storm. It was very hard to get any handyman, and I finally got hold of Luis at TLC Group. They promptly repaired ceiling drywall for a reasonable price.

Where do I begin? The staff here is absolutely amazing. For me, customer service is everything, and these guys have got it going on! They're friendly, knowledgable and always do an amazing job. My husband and I have used Mullins Plumbing for years and have never been disappointed. For those of you looking for a good reputable company that you can always rely on (because let's face it, you never know when you'll need to call them, but when you do, it's often an emergency!) you can definitely rely on Mullins Plumbing. I've just moved into a new home and am hiring them to take care of all the plumbing repairs and installations, and I know fully well I'll be taken care of. :)

This review is a little late in coming and I apologize to everyone at Leak Geeks for that. We had a pipe break on the outside of our house in the back and we called Leak Geeks. Everyone we had contact with was great. Miss Carol fielded my call and put me in touch with Jesse. He came out the next day and after trying to fix things with as little intrusion as possible, he had to tell us that our pipe was broken at the foundation. He did no work without checking with me first to know if he should continue or not. He advised me as to the additional cost of everything he had to do to locate the leak and finally told us what our estimate was and how he expected things to proceed. He advised me that if I had any further questions to call His boss Tony which I didn't have to do because Jesses was able to answer all my questions. They took pictures and videos of the broken pipe and the work they had to do at my request in case I needed them for the insurance company and I'm glad they did that for me because  I sent it to the adjuster to show the extent of the work involved in repairing our pipe. I will end this by saying they are a good group of people. I met Tony personally to thank him for his hard-working crew and for the financial assistance by waiving the cost of coming out to check things out. He does this simply because he understands that people might have a monetary strain due to COVID. No other plumbers I reached out to was doing that. I understand that not everyone is going to have the same experience so I can only speak for myself and how things went for us. Finally, as if that was not enough, Jesse made a phone call to a company they recommend to assist with drying out our home. To all of you at Leak Geeks, thank you all again and GOD bless.

Trying to find a leak, they made me remove a mirror wall that cost 200 to remove and haul away, to no avail they went and tore out my brick looking for the leak. Still didn't find it. The bill for that was  above 800 dollars they reduced it to 580 after I protested.

We have used Parnell Plumbing twice and I have already given their number out to a couple people. We had a slab leak in January that the home builder was responsible for and he didn't even charge me for the service call, just a nice group of guys!

I set up a time of 10:00 am the day before these people were to come out to my place.  I had to take off a 1/2 day of work to be able to be home at the 10:00am for them to do the work.  At 10:15 I texted Ken and asked if they are still coming to my house?  At 10:30 I called them and of course Ken did not pick up the phone. I finally get a text saying he thought he told me between 10:00am and 12:00pm and this is not what he told me.  I will make sure I never call this company again.  If a Company is not good for their word, I do not want them working at my house!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are looking for that Plumber with a personal caring touch that shows up and only does what is needed then I suggest you call Mai Plumbing. Mai Plumbing is my residential and commercial plumber for over ten years. They are always on time and there are no surprise on the work order and the amount charged!!

Unbelievable prices, and I don't mean that in a good way.  If it weren't for having to take off work again to bring in a different plumber, I would have paid the call out charge and never used this company again.  I don't mind paying for a good quality job, but over $300 to replace a broken tank bolt on my toilet is just insane.  Do yourself a favor and take the time to find someone else unless price means absolutely nothing to you.  I could have had a new toilet installed (by another company) for what they charged me for this 15 minute job.  I've given an extra star only because the assigned plumber showed up on time, did the job, and cleaned up when done.  The company's pricing policies aren't his fault.
