Mike and Jason saved Thanksgiving!  I walked into my kitchen this morning to find my sink filled with ugly brown water after doing a load of laundry.  Uh oh. This not good.  The guys were able to squeeze me in and saved the pre-Thanksgiving preparations.  They got me up and running quickly and efficiently and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Mike is the real deal, folks!

We called Direct Source after another local plumbing concern sent out what turned out to be a salesman in response to our request to auger a stopped up drain. The salesman spent some time surveying our situation and, it seemed, surveying my wife and me to see how much they could milk us for. They wanted almost $800 to get an actual plumber/tech to come behind the salesman and do the job. Charged us $39 (reduced from $69, so I guess we got a bargain) for the service call.

Direct Source sent a real plumber, Wes Hart, who showed up at our door promptly. He discussed some potential solutions if our problem persists, but did a basic clean out for $160 that seemed to make the most sense as what ought to try before turning to more drastic options.

Chris came out to fix my leak in my pipe and discovered another one after checking.  He was very professional and stayed long hours until everything was complete.  I would definitely recommend Chris!

I HIGHLY recommend ABC Plumbing.  Very professional, courteous, honest and hard working staff.  I had a water leak that I thought would be a disaster but Beaudy came and repaired the small leak and even helped with a sink clog issue.  I would give them more stars if I could.

We were in need of an emergency plumber when Dallas utilities suddenly shut off our water. Speck plumbing quickly came out and assessed the surroundings. We were able to identify a leak in the sprinkler system. I would highly recommend this company. They were honest and trustworthy, which is not always easy to come by for home repair companies. Great local service.

Cody & Sons came out earlier today and worked on my parent's house.   This is the 1st time we have used them, but based on their knowledge, quality of work, pricing (fair/reasonable and accurate), and the manner in which they worked (not killing time and cleaned up after themselves for the most part), we will certainly use them again.

I had roots grow into my water line and needed to get it taken care of ASAP.  I had contacted one other company for a bid. Their prices were very high.  I then called Mr Rooter. The service I received from the minute I called to set up an appointment until the job was complete, the service couldn't have been better and the price was much more reasonable than the other company I called. 100% professional. 100% communication. Very straight forward.  I was told they would arrive between 5-6pm but much to my surprise, they were able to come even sooner.  Gavin did an amazing job and I'm confident about the major repair that was done.  I am looking forward to doing business with them again in the future. I highly recommend this company.

I had issues wtih pipes bursting in wall since July 2018. Pipe burst again for 4th time yesterday. Today Dial 1 came out again and gave me a complete new manifold. Apparently my house built in 2006 had substandard piping and the city had my water coming to the house at 100 psi which is way over the pressure needed to supply my house and that is why pipes kept bursting. Daniel the supervisor took $1000.00 off of the bill and Curley the plumber installed a pressure gauge and the new manifold. He had to dig in my yard to complete the job. Thank you so much for taking care of my plumbing issues.

These guys are very professional. Been using them for years. They did all my plumbing for my businesses and my own residential use. I will always recommend these guys. The son is very a very nice guy and is always on time! Time is money and I like the way they work.

I have had the privilege of working with Luis on multiple projects now. He is a great communicator, and his team also does exceptional work. He has helped me with tasks as simple as paint and as challenging as replacing posts for the covered patio, working with the city on permitting cement work, etc. He has always been fair and always been kind. The owner and his employees are very trustworthy and professional.  They responded to our needs very quickly and efficiently.  All the work they have done for us has been exceptional.  When they are done with a job you can't even tell they've been there, as they always clean up after the work is completed.  Leak Geeks is our go to company for all of our plumbing needs.  We recommend them to all our friends and neighbors!

Force Home Services is excellent.  We have had them for 2 years now and are very happy with them.  They inspect our heating and AC twice a year and plumbing once.  Absolutely NO sales pressure to replace things, even our small upstairs 23 year old furnace that is only used a couple of times a year.  When we have had AC problems, they are here usually same day and knock out whatever is going on.  We cannot recommend them more enthusiastically!  They are awesome!!

What can I say these guys are GREAT!! After calling around and getting several quotes for a tankless water heater install. I went with Carrollton Plumbing Service they showed up when they said they would. They did the work exactly how they said they would which is HUGE!
which is why I would recommend this company and will definitely use their service again.

Mai Plumbing's employee stole my fine jewelry while working for Mai at my home. Mai admits this. Mai will not pay for the cost of replacement. MAI IS NOT BONDED. Mai failed to drug test and hired or retained a drug addict as a plumber's assistant. Then the plumber left him alone in my bedroom. The drug addict stole my fine jewelry. This was unknown to me for a few weeks. When it was discovered, Mai was contacted and it was learned the assistant the day after working at my home robbed two other customers. He was caught red handed. Mai never contacted me at that time to let me know to check my belongings (even to be sure the guy had not stole our spare house keys). As a result, to date despite working with Dallas PD, I have been advised there is virtually no hope for recovery of my items. The value was $20,000.00 roughly. On November 29, 2018 Mai informed me that it would not reimburse me for my loss, it had prayed about it and the Lord would not find them at fault (yes for real). I was told had to file a lawsuit if I wanted to recover because of its employee's theft. Mai admits its employee stole but refuses to replace the items taken.

We paid Mai to rob us.

I wanted to replace my two water heaters. I filled out a form online for someone to call me, they did but I was with a client so I couldn't pick up the phone. I called back and they had to start a whole new ticket! They don't keep information because they use a call service. It was a waste of time, but I had heard good things so I proceeded to try to make an appointment.

The tech was supposed to show up at my house between 8:30am and 9am. At 8:59am he calls me to tell me he is on his way but is in traffic. He said he possibly could be at my place at 9:40am. He then started to tell me how much it would cost over the phone to replace my one water heater. I told him I had two, and he said he wasn't told that. He seemed confused on how to quote me a price for two water heaters. He also said they only sell one water heater. I couldn't understand if they mean one water heater at a time or one type of water heater. Either way, I had received the message that they didn't have their act together and told him not to come.
