I had them come repair the w/d faucets. There are two brothers that work together. They are honest and communicate with their customers. I informed them of the problem in advance, and they we're able to diagnose the issue and provide an accurate quote. What I love is there is an hourly rate, and they can tell you in advance what to expect!!! Awesome job!! Will definitely refer others and use again when the need arises!!!

Great company, I highly recommend! Had a shower head that broke and wouldn't shut off, they were out within 2 hours and had it fixed in 30 minutes. I'll definitely call them again with any other issues.

After calling 9 different companies to help resolve a complicated plumbing issue, Anything Plumbing was the most responsive and helpful company I found. And to top it off, they called me on a Sunday to take care of my issue ahead of our scheduled appointment!

I was able to call in the morning for an appointment and he was able to come by the same day.  This wasn't an emergency but I appreciated that he was flexible with my schedule.  Although I think it took a little more time and effort than what he first thought to fix the problem he kept his original quote.  I appreciate honest people and he was definitely one of them.

Needed a gas line run for a dryer. Upon request a builder gave me Trevor's number with a very good reference. I called Trevor and he came by to estimate cost with just one call the following day. Gave me a range, came back to perform job the following week. Over weekend we decided to add a instant hot water and our garage apartment tub had no hot water. I called Trevor Monday morning he had no issue completing all three items,and gave me a quote for the additional items. The crew arrived, Trevor arrived and walked the crew through the jobs, made sure they had all materials and the crew went to work. They completed all the items in one day. We got the bill upon completion and review of the work; it was exactly as quoted. Trevor called at 6:00, apologized for not being at the house upon completion but just wanted to follow up and makes sure we were pleased with the work. The professionalism, the customer service and follow through speak highly of this Owner's character and the culture within this small company.

They get a star for clearing the drain and honoring their price.  But, $500 to clear the kitchen sink drain (from the kitchen sink, not like climbing the roof) and install a garbage disposal that I had already purchased from Lowe's?  (I thought I was helping by purchasing the disposal?!)  That's definitely expensive if you aren't familiar.  Then the bad list begins... Put their dirty tools on the counter.  Didn't have any floor protection so used our dog towels.  Still left drain gunk on the floor for us to clean up.  Didn't install the garbage disposal on the correct outlet so that it was switched (called them back to fix that.). Just grabbed our paper towels off the counter to clean the hands (and knowing where those hands have been, we threw the roll away.). $500 and this is the service we get?  Never again.

If you are wondering about the disparity of reviews (5-star to 1-star) I now definitely believe the lower-star reviews that specifically list their prices.  It's outrageous.  And, for the record, I contacted the company before posting these reviews.  The lady answering the phones was super nice, but the absolutely stand by their pricing.  IMHO, once they get on the site and know you have a problem that needs immediate attention, they consider you sold and quote whatever price they want.  Run, don't walk, to a company that will talk pricing over the phone before they roll a truck to your house.  These guys will not, and once they arrive, they have got you.

We have a home warranty but we had to wait several days for our appointment. I was getting nervous about all the noises I was hearing from my water heater. I began looking for a company that could come out right away and advise whether I could wait for the appointment or if we were in the middle of an 'emergency'.
I appreciated the speed of their response which was less than 15 minutes. I also appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. They ended up telling me that I could wait for the warranty appointment and made me feel better about my water heater not causing some calamity in my home.
I recommend this company.

Very courteous when I called to schedule an appointment. And scheduled me within 24 hours. The owner's son spent over 2 hours unclogging my kitchen sink and left the area under the sink cleaner than when he started. Very professional and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I have had The TLC Group working on some remodeling on my garage this summer. They have had to straighten the front wall while reframing and replacing the door. It was leaning in. They did an excellent job of it. They also completely reframed the back door and replaced it. Also installing siding on all three sides of the garage. And installing a storm screen door on the front porch. They still have a little bit left to do but I thought I'd go ahead and let everyone know that if you want some quality work done. Where do I begin? The staff here is absolutely amazing. For me, customer service is everything, and these guys have got it going on! They're friendly, knowledgable and always do an amazing job. My husband and I have used Mullins Plumbing for years and have never been disappointed. For those of you looking for a good reputable company that you can always rely on (because let's face it, you never know when you'll need to call them, but when you do, it's often an emergency!) you can definitely rely on Mullins Plumbing. I've just moved into a new home and am hiring them to take care of all the plumbing repairs and installations, and I know fully well I'll be taken care of. :)

Cannot say enough good things about this company. We have used them before and have been very pleased with their service but this afternoon we had a plumbing emergency. Leak Geeks sent someone out within an hour and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I feel like they literally saved our lives!! Thank you Leak Geeks and thank you to our plumber Jesse!!

Had Force Home Services come out last week to fix ac and had to call them back again. We have a business of our own and ask them to waive service and instead of just saying no they said, to find another company. We already had an appointment to 2 o'clock today. This is the worst company! Worst customer service I ever had to deal with!!!

I haven't used this service yet but I did make a call, sent pictures and got advice from one of the plumbers. He was patient and assisted me without trying to sell me anything. He even told me the project I was looking to have done could be completed by just watching a YouTube video . Honest man. I have saved his number as I just bought a new home and need good honest people to keep in my little black book.

I don't usually write reviews, but these guys certainly deserved it.  We had water gurgling up from our front yard and dug up the area to find what we thought was the water main leaking.  We tried to fix it ourselves, but it just leaked.  So after being without water for a couple days we called multiple plumbing businesses and Carrollton Plumbing was the only one to answer the phone.  The guy said we always answer our phones.  They were booked solid but still sent some guys out within 3 hours to take a look at what we had and give us an estimate.  They showed up when promised and quickly informed us that what we were looking at was the supply to our sprinkler system, not the water main.  They turned off the main shutoff to the sprinkler system and got us our water back on in the house.  Hooray!!  They said that we were well on the way to fixing it correctly, just using the wrong glue.  They told us that they would hate to have to charge us the $400 to re-do the repair when we could just do it ourselves again with the correct glue.  They told us what to buy and headed back to their truck.  When I asked how much for the service call, they said no charge! Just call us next time you need a plumber.  We certainly will and will recommend them to others as well.  Honesty over greed is a rare thing in businesses this day, and it was a real breath of fresh air dealing with these guys.

Used them for the first time today.  Had a leak under the house this morning and called them based on neighbors' recommendations.  They were here by 2:00 and had everything repaired and fixed by 3:30.n  Very courteous, efficient, and reasonable - highly recommend them!

need to update my review - the owner has paid attention and contacted me.  The situation was a compound of a new guy unfamiliar with their pricing sheet, and a pricing sheet which didn't have the work we needed.  The retrofitting of flex gas lines with hard lines (which is now a new code item) is becoming more frequent as older houses are coming up for sale.  The owner is taking this opportunity to educate his staff, and update his pricing sheets.  Plus he treated me better than correctly on the refund.  He has  said all the right things and made all the right moves.  Their work has always been very good indeed.  He did exactly what I would have done were I in his shoes.
