Michael is extremely knowledgeable as well as reasonably priced. I had to replace a water heater in a house without much clearance for it. He made it work! He also changed toilets and faucets. Very Rude and disrespectful.

Field tech blocked the city st. He would NOT move his van to let us through. So we Called the owner of cody plumbing to ask why. He defended his worker and did not ask him stop blocking the st.

Needles to say they blocked the street in our neighborhood for 5 days straight! Very disappointing.

Let me start my five star review knowing I had a costly repair which is always hard to swallow. They walked me through it piece by piece and helped me understand along the way. I had a problem and they fixed it in a timely manner and the price was fair. Hopefully we won't need them again but if we need a plumber that's attentive and fair, we'll have these guys back for certain.

We have a home warranty but we had to wait several days for our appointment. I was getting nervous about all the noises I was hearing from my water heater. I began looking for a company that could come out right away and advise whether I could wait for the appointment or if we were in the middle of an 'emergency'.
I appreciated the speed of their response which was less than 15 minutes. I also appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. They ended up telling me that I could wait for the warranty appointment and made me feel better about my water heater not causing some calamity in my home.

Very courteous when I called to schedule an appointment. And scheduled me within 24 hours. The owner's son spent over 2 hours unclogging my kitchen sink and left the area under the sink cleaner than when he started. Very professional and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I have had The TLC Group working on some remodeling on my garage this summer. They have had to straighten the front wall while reframing and replacing the door. It was leaning in. They did an excellent job of it. They also completely reframed the back door and replaced it. Also installing siding on all three sides of the garage. And installing a storm screen door on the front porch. They still have a little bit left to do but I thought I'd go ahead and let everyone know that if you want some quality work done. I'm a tight wad who does a lot of research on repair men if I can't handle a repair myself.  I've used them a total of 3 times now and they have gone out of their way to get the job done quickly and economically.    The first time I used them they were the best price of 4 plumbers.  Roto router quoted 80% more.

We had, what I would basically consider a plumbing emergency situation.  My husband called a couple of places, hoping he could find someone to come out that same day, meet him after he gets home from work, and not charge an outrageous same day price. After calling a couple of different companies, he knew almost immediately, when the sweet lady, from Leak Geeks answered the phone....she was very knowledgeable and reassured him, that they will take care of our problem today, she will have a skilled plumber, waiting at our home whenever he arrives home from work, which btw was late on a Friday afternoon.  We were sure we had a clog somewhere, had water backing up in both bathroom sinks, water overflowing in the attic, which was leaking from the ceiling in the bedroom, a total mess!  We rec'd a courtesy call, letting us know they were 10 min. away and Spencer was waiting at our home when my husband arrived, just like they promised.  Spencer was very calm, professional and knowledgeable, he diagnosed the problem immediately, and quoted us a very reasonable price.  Well to make a long story short, it wasn't as easy of a fix as we thought, what he normally could have repaired in 5 mins., took a couple of hours, due to where the clog was located and how big it was.  Spencer had another truck deliver some further supplies needed, to get the job done right, (the same day)!  I believe, from prior experience, most companies would have told us, we won't be able to complete this today, you'll have to wait until Monday, I don't have everything I need on my truck, but Spencer went above and beyond to complete the job and stay as long as it took, on a Friday afternoon, surprisingly they charged us the amount they originally quoted us,
even though it turned out being a much bigger job, than expected!!! After all that was done, he still spent some time giving my husband some advice on how to repair a different issue himself, to save us some money.  We will definitely be calling Leak Geeks for any plumbing issues we have, I highly recommend them....thank you for saving us from having a horrible weekend!!  It's not easy finding a company that truly cares......If you need a good Plumber, let this company be your first call!!!!

Have been a Force Home Services customer for some time now and even enrolled in their Comfort Club service program so that they could maintain my system throughout the year.  During their latest maintenance visit I was informed that I had a couple of capacitors going bad and that I should probably go ahead and replace.  OK with this suggestion, but once I received a price of $500 for (2) capacitors that combined I could have purchased for less than $75 and replace in less than 5 minutes, I now have no confidence that Force Home Services has my best interest.  Even made a call to the office to make sure this wasn't a tech issue only to be offered a $50 credit.  Doesn't quit address the issue when I am paying them monthly to service my units which covers (2) maintenance visits a year.

Nice guy.  Prompt, excellent work and doesn't overcharge.  I think we've found a permanent plumber!

Had a problem with the outside faucet at our house. They answered the phone on the second ring and had the technician at our house in 1.5 hours! Quintin was a pro and very comprehensive. Just had Mai Plumbing out to repair a bathroom faucet handle, replace 2 toilet flush valves and replace a toilet supply line and valve. Total was $187.95. Prices were very reasonable and service was quick and efficient. Couldn't recommend them more! Great service and very fair pricing!

I am upset with Baker Brothers right now as I scheduled an appointment for an ac checkup on 5/30/19.  First open appointment would be 6/4/19 in the afternoon.  They would call before coming out.  It is 5:20pm and still no call from them if they are coming or not.  I called again the number from the tv ad and spoke to Macy and she advised that they had a problem with another ac not cooling but they would probably still be out this evening.  I asked about tomorrow as I waited here all day.  She said they could come out tomorrow in the afternoon, no appointment time, but would call before coming.  I don't understand if you service the metroplex, do you not have someone else that could meet my appointment?  Very poor service.  Unhappy customer
