I've used Michael twice for plumbing issues.  Very courteous and affordable, and have never had an issue with his work.  Usually call him after I've fiddled with it myself for too long and get frustrated.  What would take me three hours and still get wrong takes him ten minutes and is done right.  I really need to get into the habit of just calling him first, and save myself the aggravation.

We called at 7:00 at night because our sink was clogged from potato peelings. Wes was here in 30 minutes and gone in an hour.  Super polite and professional.

These guys were recommended to us and I'm so glad we called them. They are experienced, highly rated everywhere I looked and lived up to their reputation. Their prices were very competitive (even less than others we checked) but their work was professional and top notch. Plus, they showed up when they said they would, were polite and didn't waste any time.
I highly recommend these guys. If you have any plumbing issues, small or large, and you're in Collin County, CALL these guys. You will be glad you did.

Gave Mike a call at 8:30AM; an hour and half later he was available for service. The big companies wanted to schedule me days later or at some random hour. Mike was straight forward and didn't beat around the bush when it came to fixing the problem. He gave me an over the phone estimate of $120, it ended being $138. Great guy/plumber. Will recommend to friends and family.

Shawn and Spencer were able to come over the same day to complete the work requested. They were efficient and on time as expected.

Speck Plumbing was incredible!  They were able to serve us the same day on an emergency water leak under the house.  They arrived on time, they were clean and they got it fixed and back to working order in less than 2 hours.  I won't have any other plumbers in my rolodex after today.  Speck is it!  Well done, guys.  Satisfied customer.

The toilet was fixed in about one hour. Mother was advised that a general contractor would have to fix the under-floor shower leaks (and use another shower in the meantime, of course).

I definitely recommend Cody and Sons. They also serviced the air conditioner last year.

Sebastian made a call to my house on Sunday afternoon after we had issues with our AC line draining. He was very helpful, but our problem requires a second pair of hands so he called Nathan. Both guys were very nice and really worked hard to get the problem resolved.  I felt bad that it was such a stubborn fix but they never seemed bothered by it, not once. Even though it was so hot in our attic and the majority of time was spent up there. In the end they did clear the line from the small amount of build up inside of it. It turns out that it was an AC issue, not a plumbing issue, but that wasn't their fault and they did what they said they would do.  I would call them again for any plumbing needs.

Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out. In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK.

I chose to hire Sheffield Plumbing after receiving a total of five bids from area companies to replace my main sewer line.  Of the five plumbing companies I spoke with, Sheffield was the most affordable.  Then during every step of the process, they proved to be professional, courteous, on-time, considerate and knowledgeable.  I strongly recommend their work and will hire them again for any plumbing work I have.  The work was finished on time, and with minimal disruption.  And, once completed, the owners followed up with me to determine my level of satisfaction.  I have worked with many home service contractors, but have rarely been so pleased.

We needed to have the old 70s wood paneling painted in our main livingroom. We contacted TLC Services for an estimate and Luis came out. He gave us a quote for the painting but discussed some lighting issues we had. That wasn't in our initial plan but he gave us such a fair price that we couldn't say no. We had a ceiling fan in the dining area that needed replacing and he took care of that too! Needless to say, my husband and I couldn't be happier with the work. From the electricians to the painters to Luis himself, everyone was super nice to work with. The whole job took about 2 1/2 days so not only was the price fair but it was done in a timely manner too!  

One more thing I want to mention. Luis was EXCELLENT when it came to returning my texts and communicating everything up front when it came to the process and any issues that popped up along the way. (There's nothing worse than being hit with surprise charges at end.) I reappreciate him keeping us informed. Luis has great customer service skills and let me tell you. That goes a long way these days!! We will DEFINITELY be using TLC Services again and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who will listen! Thank you so much!!!

Great Service!! we had a problem with our main line, and they fixed the problem before their estimated time, very friendly people and efficient.

Great local family owned business. We have used them several times and they are consistent with getting the job done in a very professional manner. Our bathroom sink was backed up and the a/c overflow was routed through this sink. Flooded the bathroom before we realized it was plugged.  Jesse had it unplugged in no time.  He was very careful not to leave a mess when the auger came out covered with residue.   Also, fixed the hose extension that has been leaking for over a week.   Were afraid since we didnt schedule time in the original appointment that he would have to come back, but he repaired it as well.  It really does make a difference when someone knows what they are doing and can get it done the right way!  Highly recommend this company!

These guys stand behind their word and their WORK!  Always professional - informative - and a pleasure to have in our house to do work! Never try and upsell you on anything - just what's needed and warrant it for 2 years after! Super happy we found them!

I set up a time of 10:00 am the day before these people were to come out to my place.  I had to take off a 1/2 day of work to be able to be home at the 10:00am for them to do the work.  At 10:15 I texted Ken and asked if they are still coming to my house?  At 10:30 I called them and of course Ken did not pick up the phone. I finally get a text saying he thought he told me between 10:00am and 12:00pm and this is not what he told me.  I will make sure I never call this company again.  If a Company is not good for their word, I do not want them working at my house!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've left a few messages (3) and have yet to get a call back.
I wasn't rude, I requested the estimate since I hadn't relieved it via email as promised.
In the past, mai plumbing was  about service.

After reading all the bad reviews, I was skeptical to say the least about using this company. Having said that, I had a very good experience with baker Brothers. Jason came out, was on time, and got the job done with no problems.
To let you know a little about my situation, I had called a few other ( higher rated) small companies to come out and check my clogged drainage pipes. After two attempts with no success, I decided to call a larger company. They (Jason w/ BB plumbing)  came out to my house and got right to work. The problem lead him to my roof, where he was able to fix the problem (a combination of old pipes, roots, and baby wipes...). He (Jason) then let me see with a camera exactly what was going on in my system.
It looks as though I will have to eventually fix a portion of the pipe that has been infested with roots, but for now my system works properly.
In conclusion, I would give baker brothers an opportunity to fix your plumbing issues. If not for there quality workmanship, do it for the year long warranty that backs it up... Overall great experience.
