I have used Mike at Pelayo Plumbing on 2 different occasions in the past 6 months, he replaced 2 water heaters, adding flood stop valves, and a kitchen sink & faucet. Both times his arrival was on time as promised and the work was professional and thorough. We had one small issue arise with the sink after installation and when I called him back he did not avoid my call and made arrangements to come back out asap to look it over and fix (and it ended up having nothing to do with his work). I think his prices were very fair, I would definitely use this company again, they have earned and deserve my business!

Best service  in town! The folks there are so knowledgeable. I won't leave my house to be prepared by anyone else!! Great service great people!!

Michael came out when scheduled. He quoted the job price up front and honored the price.  He changed out a garbage disposal and fixed a leaky toilet. He was knowledgable and professional.  I would use him again.  Although I would prefer paying an hourly rate as opposed to by the job.

The bad weather caused havoc. Had a burst pipe and had to shut the main water line. Contacted several companies thru Yelp and given the high demand was skeptical about a timely response.

Jason from ABC plumbing replied and committed to sending someone the next day.  Got a call from Steve this morning and he confirmed that he was on his way.

Steve arrived, examined the area and determined the problem really quick. The pipe was located in a tricky spot and Steve was efficient in fixing the problem. He was friendly and literally saved the day!

With several homes and establishments in North Texas impacted, I am grateful that ABC plumbing was able to help me in a timely manner.

I have their number saved for my future plumbing needs. Needless to say, have shared their contact with friends who are impacted as well.

We recently had Speck out to install a homeowner water shut-off valve.

Very fair pricing and honest folks to deal with.

I also like that they are a small family run operation so their pricing doesn't include a ton of overhead that they have to incur.

I appreciated that they called before coming in. They even arrived early! They were upfront about the charges and the customer service was fantastic. I would recommend them to a friend.

Make sure to get an estimate and quote before using this company. They will quote $59 to come out, then charge $219 for 5 minutes of work.  It is borderline customer abuse. Will never use this firm again.

Had a toilet leaking from the seal for a while and it eventually ruined the flange. Sure I could have repaired it myself for a fraction of what it cost to pay a plumber, but I have a bad back, so I decided I'd rather pay someone else to do it. I know plumbers aren't cheap, but it is what it is.  Called Dial One Johnson to do the job.  Everything went smooth.  They answer the phones quickly, scheduling was flexible, they showed up promptly, they were professional and safe (wore masks and advised they were vaccinated), they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Total for toilet and flange was 885.  Expensive, but I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely use them again.

I can't say enough good things about Sheffield Plumbing. I called them late in the evening about a problem I had in my rent house - not an emergency but certainly need to be taken care of quickly - and they promised that be out within two days. On the morning of the second day, the field guy called me to let me know he was on the way out there, fixed the problem, and then called me with the results. Their rates are reasonable and their service impeccable. If you have a plumbing issue in the Oak Cliff area, be sure to call these good people!!

I was impressed by their quick response. Luis listened to what I wanted in the master bath  and delivered at a very reasonable price. The subs who did the work were exceptional and cleaned up after each day. Luis did his best to exceed my expectations, and succeeded!

Our hot water heater went out, we have a home warranty and they left us without hot water for like five days. I called Mullins and he came out right away, Assess the problem he said he would be back out here in the afternoon came back out with two of his guys Put a new water heater in and now I have hot water these guys are awesome, highly recommend

I had a refrigerator delivered, and the install team couldn't put the waterline in due to the shutoff valve was behind the water heater.  I put a request for some information to Leak Geeks and other plumbing companies.  Leek Geeks said they could get someone out today instead of tomorrow or another day.  Spencer came over and did the work in 30 minutes or less.   He was professional as well as his helper.   I will use them again

Paul was our service person, great service extremely professional. Be sure to take the service contract, best deal in town. We did not have a problem just an annual check.

Let me start off with the good.
Terry does really great work. His stuff is top notch. His prices are good, and if you have a problem with his work afterward, he does what he can to come and fix it. So... good if you don't need a stop what you are doing emergency and can wait a day or two for your leak or quick fix to happen.

Then there's the bad. I've had what I would consider a large personal project. I told him he could have it if he wanted it and there was no explicit expression that he didn't. I figured he was just busy. He couldn't manage my expectations, Dianna P. (his wife and in charge of the office phone) just quit picking up all together, and unless I called Terry directly, I wouldn't get a whole lot more than I'm busy, or there is an emergency, and I will get back to you later today. The last time he said that it was last week. My project is now behind and I'm forced to find a reliable person to rescue me. Now that I look at it was possibly a passive aggressive way to say I don't want to do it, so I've got someone else. Also, don't ask him to give you a quote on stuff... if you aren't interested in buying then or if you need him to look up prices for  you, you will never get them. He'll forget about them because he's too busy.

Highly recommend Ken Lefler and his crew!  They do great work and very friendly.

We've used Mai Plumbing for over 20 years. They are beyond excellent and totally honest. Today they told us how to quick fix our tankless water heater over the phone so no bill. Every time we've ever used them they've always been completely reasonable. Best plumber ever.

They over charged for putting a toilet back together.  485.00 dollars and less then a hour of work.  No parts included.  Bad company do not use.
