I called Mike when my water heater busted.  He gave me a good quote for the installation and he stuck by his quote with no surprises.  Same day service, and he managed to come earlier than he had planned which is always a plus!  He was a real pro and it's clear he knows his business and takes pride in his work.  I'll definitely use Pelayo Plumbing for my future plumbing needs!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. The 30 day warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. Stay away from this company.

Christopher has all of these 5 star ratings for a good reason.  He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable.  He diagnosed my issue and fixed it quickly and didn't leave a mess.  I could tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, and he replaced my old parts with better materials than were used in the original construction.  All of this, and I would have expected to pay much more than I did.  

I will definitely call Christopher for any plumbing needs that we have, and I will also recommend him to anyone needing quality service at a reasonable rate.

Just moved into a new home and a kitchen contractor removing a sink caused a leak.  Call Michael after 5:00, he returned the call immediately.  While he doesn't work after normal hours - as he explained, he could work 24 hours a day - he discussed the issue with me, gave me a quote over the phone and was able to come by the next day.  Got the work done, charged me what he quoted and got the work done.  He'll be my go to plumber from now on.

Had a tricky outdoor shower issue, having a hard time finding a correct part that matched. My man Alex stepped up, figured it out and got the job done. Continue to recommend these guys.

Updating this review to share that all of the work Speck Plumbing did for my mom's house is still working wonderfully! We had such a horrific experience with a company before them so I am just so grateful.

If you are looking to replace your HVAC I highly recommend Cody and Sons. Jeff came out and explained everything thoroughly that it made me comfortable with my decision to select Cody &I Sons.. Everyone is super friendly and nice.  They were the 4th company that I got estimates from, all others were fast and quick in giving me estimate that it made me feel not trusting. With Cody & Sons I felt I could trust them. Very satisfied with the installation and maintenance program. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did.

Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out. In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK.

The person who answered the phone went out of her way to schedule service the next day. Plumber, Thomas Sheffield, was on time, polite, efficient and even cleaned entire area under sink. His offer to pick up a replacement for a leaky soap dispenser (nothing related to the clogged dishwasher drain) restored my faith in small business and good service. Cost was less than I expected. I'll definitely use Scheffield again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

TLC Group Services came out to take a look at our shower to give us their opinion of whether it needed to be replaced. They didn't need to do anything, but I really appreciated their honest advice, will definitely use them in the future!

Steve did a great job putting things back to normal.  The repair work didn't take up room in the water closet, they back filled and put concrete back in once the plumbing piping was replaced.  He kept me abreast of any changes and explained things well.  I would recommend then highly.

UPDATE: I was not home when Steve came back to reset the toilet after floor was retiled.  Larry reported Steve said seals had dried out and needed replacing.  Bottom line, he rebuilt the toilet at a charge of $392!   I could have purchased a new toilet for less than that. I am not happy about how this was handled.  Then when I tried to flush the toilet, it would not flush.  So we had to arranged for Steve to come out again to fix it.  I  told Steve that I doubt that we will use this company again.

UPDATE 2:  Steve must have passed my comments along.  Owner called and apologized.  Returned my check.  He said we should have been offered replacement of toilet instead of rebuild because of the cost.  He did offer to send a different plumber to replace the toilet if we are not happy with rebuild.  The owner's call indicated they will stand behind their work.

UPDATE 3:  Toilet was replaced and is flushing with no problems.  Owner went above and beyond what could be expected to handle this problem.  I am impressed.  I would recommend this company based on how far they go to stand behind their work.  Nancy

Really good service and very honest. Terry claimed the parts for warranty for me and just charged me reasonable price.

My A/C drain stopped up.  I needed an early morning appointment, they showed up promptly at 7:15 AM and started to work on my problem.  The technician was great and explained everything that needed to happen, told me how much it would cost and about how long it would take.

The repair was made and I made it to work on time !  I would recommend this company and will definitely use their service again.

We've used Mai Plumbing for over 20 years. They are beyond excellent and totally honest. Today they told us how to quick fix our tankless water heater over the phone so no bill. Every time we've ever used them they've always been completely reasonable. Best plumber ever.

There are a few other reviews here stating that Baker Brothers insisted that people needed entirely new systems when a very simple repair alternative was available.  They did the same thing to me.  Called them to look at our heater, which was not blowing hot air.  They told me the heating coil was clogged and ruined and they could fix it, but the repair would be the same price as an entirely new system, either of which would cost $10,000.  I called another company for a second opinion, who showed me the coil.  The coil was not ruined and, in fact, was perfectly clean.  Two separate people from Baker Brothers lied about this - the technician who originally showed up and the salesman who tried to sell us a new system.  This was a coordinated effort to get us to unnecessarily spend $10,000.
