Oh my goodness, what fabulous service.  I requested a quote about 9:00 PM and Mike called shortly after.  I described the problem and he explained exactly what he was going to do.  He was prompt (in fact, early) and did an amazing job.  Thank you for the exceptional customer service.  I will definitely use Pelayo Plumbing again and recommend him to those looking for an outstanding plumber.  He is worth each of his 5 stars!

I wish we could give more than 5 stars!  We had an emergency situation with water leaking everywhere at our new home after moving from out of state.  We didn't have a plumber, so I quickly went to Yelp for local plumbing reviews.  That's how we found Christopher.  He came over right away on a Sunday night and fixed the issue.  He was so kind, considerate & cheerful for it being so late at night and an emergency call.  He is the real deal as a plumber and as a person.  We weren't excited about having a flooded laundry room, but we are excited to have found our new plumber!

Michael provides the most genuine, honest and professional service I have ever encountered. Plus, he is a super cool guy with a great personality. I have used him twice and have not been disappointed. You can trust Michael to not rip you off. He will not try to sell you something you don't need just to make a buck. Today, instead of trying to sell me a new water heater, he was able to clean a single valve and fix our hot water volume/pressure problem for a fraction of the price of a new water heater. I appreciate his genuine honesty and for that reason I will continue to call him first for all of my plumbing needs.

I went with ABC Plumbing in Sept. 2020 to replace 3 toilets and install a new water heater/circulation pump in our house.  They did a great job, plumbers were professional and clearly took pride in their work.  If this is where our story ended they'd receive 5/5 stars in this review.

However, recently we've been interested in installing a water softener and replacing our leaky bathtub faucet.  I called up ABC Plumbing and they sent someone out.  I received a quote from Jason for $325 to remove the tub skirt, install a customer provided faucet and rough in, then reinstall the skirt.  It took us several months to decide against a water softener, and in the mean time we ordered the replacement faucet and rough in for the tub.  Approximately 6 months after the receiving the original quote, I scheduled the faucet repair with ABC Plumbing for a Wednesday at 9 AM, with the understanding that prices may have increased since our quote was from earlier this year.  Not a problem, prices have increased everywhere lately.

Day of the service: plumbers arrived an hour late, one of them took a few steps into our home, went back outside, vomited several times and mentioned he was sick, then came inside, with streaks of vomit covering the front of his shirt, took one look at the tub and claimed they will not remove/reinstall the tub skirt, so therefore won't replace the faucet.  The only response I get from ABC Plumbing is that the technician claims they will not remove/reinstall the tub skirt, even though the quote (picture attached) clearly shows Re-install skirt.

I don't understand what happened here, Jason provided a quote after coming into our home and checking out the bathtub.  Now, the day of the service, the other plumbers claim they're unwilling to remove the tub skirt.  Back in September 2020 I'd recommend ABC Plumbing to anyone.  Now?  I'd look elsewhere.

Also, if your employees are sick and vomiting don't send them into a customer's home.

The best! Very professional and all around really good guys. After discovering the mess the previous installer made of whole thing, they fixed my leaky toilet the right way and at a very reasonable price. Super easy to work with...everyone is very pleasant and professional.

These guys are great!  Got home from the hospital to plumbing problems.  They mde sure I could rest easy by givin me a reasonable up front estimate.  In a few minutes I was good to go!  They were just what the dotor ordered and enabled me to be able to rest easy as i recuperated!  Thanks guys!

Great local family owned business. We have used them several times and they are consistent with getting the job done in a very professional manner. Our bathroom sink was backed up and the a/c overflow was routed through this sink. Flooded the bathroom before we realized it was plugged.  Jesse had it unplugged in no time.  He was very careful not to leave a mess when the auger came out covered with residue.   Also, fixed the hose extension that has been leaking for over a week.   Were afraid since we didnt schedule time in the original appointment that he would have to come back, but he repaired it as well.  It really does make a difference when someone knows what they are doing and can get it done the right way!  Highly recommend this company!

Years ago Mai was a good company, but unfortunately not any more. They do not background check and do not drug test their employees. Several of their customers have had items, jewelry, etc stollen by Mai repair men. Mai Co admitted to the thefts but refused to reimburse the customers. They are not bonded or insured either. If you use this company you are on your own with a possible drug addicted thief in your home. Do not use this company!

Spent almost $20K on a whole house reroute, gas line upgrade and tankless water heater.  Cody and crew worked VERY HARD to finish in 3 days (including one until 4 am) to insure the job was done quickly and we were only without water for one day.  Crew were polite and communicated well.
