If I could give Mike a ten stars out of five, I would not hesitate to do so.  He's been so helpful fixing issues on my 20 years old house.  From fixing leaks with the toilets to working on my water heater.  I would not hesitate to recommend Mike at Pelayo Plumbing to anyone in the northeastern part of Dallas County.

I would like to thank  Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue.  They did an outstanding job. I had called a different plumbing first to diagnose my problem. The first plumbing company said that I had a slab leak. This company told me that I had to options to fix the problem.  One was to re-pipe  the plumbing through the attic, which was less expensive or they could tear up my slab, which was more expensive. They were also going to have rip out my walls to get to the pipes. It was then going to be up to me and my insurance company to repair the damage they created. I had a very uneasy feeling about their assessment of the situation. I called Direct Source Plumbing for a second opinion before any work was done by the first plumbing company. The Direct Source plumbers  took the time to listen to my concerns and then proceeded to do a follow up inspection. The Direct Source plumbers found the source of my leak within minutes. They said it was NOT a slab leak at all. They discovered that I had a leak in one of my pipes in my sprinkler system. All the other work that the first plumbing company was going to do  and CHARGE me for was unnecessary and also fraudulent.  Thank you again Direct Source Plumbing for coming to my rescue.

What a great company. In a world of missed appointments and hidden costs, Anything Plumbing is the breath of fresh air.

I had a leak that seemed simple enough, but with limited time and knowledge, I just could not get my situation corrected. Enter Anything Plumbing. Going in and out of meetings, I played phone tag with them and I finally made contact around noon. It took me five hours to nail someone down, but I really appreciated the effort the guys at Anything Plumbing made to stay with me.

Once connected, it was just as I feared. They were booked solid. I thanked them for their time and honesty and just as I was about to hang up, they made a suggestion to take pictures of the problem when I got home after work and send them the pictures to see if they could help me. I was stunned.

I went through my work day and I got home and did just as they asked. Within minutes, they called me and gave me some tips. I tried and failed and called them back to thank them and call one of the big companies. Then I heard them say, wait, where do you live, because I think I am heading your way.

At 6:45 PM (check their hours), I heard a knock on the door. Five minutes later, after being nice to my two kids and my dog, I was quoted two prices with an explanation that there was a good and bad scenario. I told him I would pay whatever and he went to work. After a running to the store for special parts, my new best friend explained to me that I would be getting the low price and that I was extremely fortunate to be saddled with minimum damage. Not true. I was lucky because this company took the time to work with me until 8:00 PM! Who does this these days?

Pretty nice story, huh? Well, it doesn't end there. We ask him another question and soon he is thoroughly checking our other issue...at no charge.

Life changing. I just had to write to establish that this company is great and give them my highest recommendation.

Showed up exactly at the appointment time and did a great job.

He figured out the solution to a plumbing problem I've had for years and didn't even charge anything extra for that except just a ten dollar part that solves a thousand dollar potential problem.

He wore a mask the whole time was friendly and very skilled.

I would highly recommend him.

Tonight, in the middle of the Big Winter Storm & freezing temps of 2021, we had a pipe crack/leak and Steven was a true Winter Storm ANGEL!! He came within 30 minutes of call (even at night), fixed our leak in the dark, was super nice and didn't break the bank at all (amazing)!!!  We have already spread the word and recommended ABC to so many and will most definitely be calling again for any future needs!

We recently had Speck out to install a homeowner water shut-off valve.

Very fair pricing and honest folks to deal with.

I also like that they are a small family run operation so their pricing doesn't include a ton of overhead that they have to incur.

I contacted Cody & Sons after reading the yelp reviews. I wanted a second opinion and estimates to replace my 11 year old heating system. A local company sent out a technician that told me my unit repair cost was too costly and replacing the unit was his recommendation.

Cody & Sons sent Jeff out. After going to the attic and seeing that the other technician left the blower motor out he asked if he could put the blower back and check the unit. He stated the blower unit had vibrated loose and couldn't function.

After putting it back together it worked perfectly. Jeff was very meticulous, thorough and courteous. He saved me several thousand dollars. Thanks Jeff for being a professional technician and not a salesman.

Quick response and an awesome job done. I have a family of 7 in my house and when the toilets don't flush and the sinks don't drain it becomes an emergency. They came out on a Sunday and it became evident the problem was more than a simple clogged line. They came back out first thing in the morning and got to work. After working most of the day digging up the main line, removing all the roots (and there was a lot) and repairing the line, we can once again flush the toilets and drain the sinks. They were professional, courteous and up-front with the costs and what all was going on. I couldn't ask for more and would highly recommend them.

Dial one Johnson is a great small business. Got a new fridge and needed a new waterline replacement. They were here within 45 minutes after I called, they took time to explain what was required. Will be the only company that I will call from now on.

We were very impressed with Sheffield.  We received an estimate from Metroflo of $1,497.  Sheffield was only $168 for the exact same work!  Plus Metroflo high pressured for a 5 year contract for $3000.  Go Sheffield!

I called them so many times and left voicemails too. Still haven't heard back. Found another guy and happy with the service.

We had a slab leak. They came right away and got the water stopped. Then talked us through the diagnostics and how the insurance folks would look at it. We elected to reroute and they did an absolutely first class job and we were back up and running in two days. Not the first time we use the Mullins team, but definitely not the last. I'm so happy to find a local plumbing team that not only does a great job but does it quick and affordable!

10/6/2016: The Owner, Tony, called me back & told me that they try to provide a fast, efficient service with quality parts backed up by a 5 year warranty. We came to a mutual agreement in $.
Considering that his business is very very close to my house & that he is willing to work with me on some issues, I will be looking forward to doing business with him in the near future.

Drove 45 minutes across the metroplex to meet a technician at my rental property.  He didn't show for the sales quote appointment.  I called the dispatcher and she said the tech had moved my appointment an hour (without notification).  Then she updated me that he wouldn't make that time either.  This company appears to be over-committed and under-performing.  Worse, they don't even have the courtesy to properly manage customer appointments in advance.  In this case, they lost a customer and a $10,000-$15,000 sales opportunity.  I hope for their sake this was just a bad day . . . but it was the wrong day for me.

Had to call Parnell out again due to my hot water heater shutting down 6 months after he replaced a part--he didn't charge me and came as soon as he was able.  He was even apologetic for the delay.  REALLY nice guy who knows his way around a hot water heater and was able to discern the problem in no time.  Great to have a trustworthy plumber!

I set up a time of 10:00 am the day before these people were to come out to my place.  I had to take off a 1/2 day of work to be able to be home at the 10:00am for them to do the work.  At 10:15 I texted Ken and asked if they are still coming to my house?  At 10:30 I called them and of course Ken did not pick up the phone. I finally get a text saying he thought he told me between 10:00am and 12:00pm and this is not what he told me.  I will make sure I never call this company again.  If a Company is not good for their word, I do not want them working at my house!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service!  We moved our refrigerator in anticipation of getting a new one the next day.  The water line for the ice maker could not be turned off and we couldn't fix it because it was soldered on.  We had to turn off the water to the house and find someone to fix it ASAP. We called several companies, one telling us they could be out in a week.  Mai Plumbing, however, gave us a window of time that they could be out that very day.  They arrived early during the window, fixed the problem promptly, the plumber was very professional, and it was a very reasonable price.  We recommend them highly,

Repairman great. Office staff not helpful when you have 4 plus hour appt and spending a lot of money, they don't work you in early in the day.  What's worse is the poor gentleman who is in my attic on this hot afternoon now for a terribly long and unsafe time. Usually have good experiences.  Today, no.
