I called Anytime plumbing and Chris answered .. over the Christmas holiday our pipe burst we turned off the water and contacted him on Tuesday to fix it he said he could be here in the same day and would give us a courtesy call when he was on his way. He's called one hour before he was coming and showed up on time I am so lucky we found him and will use him again he fixed our pipe immediately and the price was not outrageous..nice guy

We called Michael based on other yelp reviews, to come out and pro-actively replace our 10 year old attic water heaters. Michael was on time, had all the materials necessary to do the job, was courteous, did a great job, and didn't leave a mess. The price he quoted was the price we paid. As good as it gets. I would highly recommend him.

I'm glad I called them for help my sink needed to be unclogged. Alex and Clayton came by and worked so fast. Good people! I was so worried about the price because people always try to rip me off but they gave me good price and They were here to fix. I will start by saying the second person who came to resolve the issue when our AC stopped working, Mike, was awesome and apologetic that they had to come out twice in two weeks. That said, we are not happy that they had to come out twice in two weeks for an issue that could have been addressed the first visit, and that's why I'm giving three stars. We needed a tune up so after searching for HVAC companies I found this C&S, mom agreed and made the appointment for us. We had a tune up and we're told our system would hold all summer. Our system has an auto shut off if there's too much water in the line, and in the past we've experienced it shutting itself down because water needed to be vacuumed out/the line cleared. We wanted to be proactive and make sure this was addressed before an auto shutdown. Mom asked the tech for confirmation once the tune up was done that the line/pan all of that drain part was okay and nothing needed to be vacuumed flushed. We were told there was no issue and things looked good. No need for a clearing. He told us the pricing and offered us their maintenance plan which would make it a little cheaper and we went with that.

Then, a week later when the AC shut itself down and we had to call again. I will say we were able to get someone out the next day which was a major relief! The issue was the auto shutdown because it needed to be flushed. Mike was very apologetic and got things flushed and running again. I'm happy with his service. We're just upset they had to come out twice and we had to pay twice when it could have been done the first time they came out during the tune up.

C&S is very responsive, we appreciate their urgent list and the way they're able to get people out quickly. I appreciate that they were masked as we have someone in our home with intense health issues, but I do wish the first person who came was more mindful about wearing his mask properly. Overall, their workers are kind and respectful which is a bonus. Unfortunately, it's a 3/5 rating and we're hesitant to trust them again. Between their pricing and having to pay a significant amount of money across two weeks, and the issue not being resolved properly the first time, it's difficult to say we'd return. Although mom said we could use them again for winter servicing, I'm hesitant to have them do that despite us paying for the plan. We have since noticed another concern with our HVAC system that needs to be resolved but, as I said, after our experience, we're not sure we will reach out to have them handle this project.

Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out. In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK.

Our gas detector went off @ 1:30 am, called Atmos, they came out within 30 minutes, verified that there was a leak some place and shut off the gas.  At that point you are between a rock and a hard place - as Atmos will not turn the gas back on until a permit has been pulled and any repair has been inspected.  You are at the mercy of the plumber and how much they want to charge you...

We had a home warranty which sent our a partner plumber who commenced to try and extort $1200 (+ the $60 copay) just to begin looking for the leak/pull the permit .  We told them to stick it and promptly canceled the home warranty.

We called several plumbers, large & small, eventually getting several recommendation Sheffield through Nextdoor.com.  When I called Sheffield, the lady who answered (who I found out was the owner's wife) the phone gave us a lot of information, explained the entire process, gave us an accurate quote and were only $350 to get started, which included pulling the permit, pressurize the system & 1hr of leak detection.  After that it would be their gas hourly rate of $120 + parts find & Fix.   We did have to wait 3 days for them to come out because they are a small company but I assure you it was well worth the wait.

Thomas Sheffield (the owner's son) arrived promptly @ 9am, was professional, explained everything before he began (during the process) and answered all questions I had.  (I'm new to living in a house with Gas)  Once all was said & done, leak was found under the house (a gas pipe was being held off the ground by brick instead of being hung from the floor joist with galvanized strapping and had eaten a hole in the brick at the point of contact), fixed, and the rest of the gas system under the house was raised and strapped CORRECTLY to prevent any further issues.

The entire process ended taking about 7 hours & was less than what the home warranty guy wanted just to get started!

They were prompt, professional, efficient, very reasonably priced, curteous & most importantly quality.

I was going some carpentry for a remodel of one of our bathrooms on a Sunday afternoon... what could possibly go wrong... and after knocking in a finish nail I suddenly heard a hissing noise from the wall.

TLC came out right away and had the leak fixed just a couple of hours after I'd made it.  While there, TLC did a couple of additional jobs that helped us get this bathroom remodel done in time for holiday guests.

TLC also came out quickly after a slow drip in a toilet line they connected was apparent the next day and they fixed it.

Great support and prompt, quality work.

Our hot water heater went out, we have a home warranty and they left us without hot water for like five days. I called Mullins and he came out right away, Assess the problem he said he would be back out here in the afternoon came back out with two of his guys Put a new water heater in and now I have hot water these guys are awesome, highly recommend

My old jetted tub cracked at the drain creating a nightmarish mess.
Leak Geeks came to my rescue. Spencer came and assessed the damage. He got in touch with Dry Force, a water damage company, who came out to mitigate the mess. Meanwhile I ordered a replacement tub through Leak Geeks. I upgraded to a Jacuzzi tub for slightly more than the cost of a direct replacement.
I couldn't be happier. The finished job is gorgeous and works amazing.

Paul was our service person, great service extremely professional. Be sure to take the service contract, best deal in town. We did not have a problem just an annual check.

I called for a quote and was told by Emma that Bakers Brothers can not work on Mobile Home, I have a 2500 sq ft home, and need a New A/C unit and a new hot water heater, but because I live in a manufactured home, BAKERS BROTHERS can't help out. Thanks, I will look for a COMPANY who don't care what you live in a BOX or a MOBILE HOME, but has enough INTEGRITY to do the RIGHT thing
