I had a service today. Pelayo is very honest and professional he was here at my home for 40 minutes he found out that the leak was under my bath tub it needs to take out the tub in order to fix it.  We are in the process of remodeling the bath room. My husband decided one person to do the work. Micheal.did not charge us for anything he said he did not fix anything.  I cannot believe it that there's company like Pelayo in this days that is not only after money.  Thanks Micheal. I'm sure I will use them again and I will recommend them to.all.my friends. You got my business. .. Im a happy customer. Thanks again.

House shower and toilets were clogged. Called several plumbers in the area to get a quote and to see how quickly they could come and alleviate the issue.

Mr. Hairston called us back first within 1-2 hours of leaving a message. I can't remember the exact time since I was calling a lot of different places. The price he quoted was on par with all the other plumbers around town that had 4 or more stars on Yelp.

What made the difference was his professional, friendly manner. He provided a range in his quote and also offered some additional information about our situation and realistic expectations on time and what may have caused the issue.

He was able to come immediately and look into the issue and arrived in a timely manner and fixed the situation within 60 minutes. He did not offer additional unwanted services, but gave us a straight answer and other options if we wanted a more permanent, albeit expensive solution.

Since he owns the business and has no other contractors, we knew not only were we supporting a small business, but also that the work would be done directly by him.

These guys are awesome and honest! Been using another plumber for 5 years but felt that the cost they quoted me for a major repair was bit steep. Found ABC Plumber. Saved some $$$ and they were really honest. You can't go wrong with these guys.

The best and most reasonable I have found so far. They will be my first call for ALL future plumbing issues. They were honest, fair, reasonable and did a great job. Wish I discovered them sooner.

They get a star for clearing the drain and honoring their price.  But, $500 to clear the kitchen sink drain (from the kitchen sink, not like climbing the roof) and install a garbage disposal that I had already purchased from Lowe's?  (I thought I was helping by purchasing the disposal?!)  That's definitely expensive if you aren't familiar.  Then the bad list begins... Put their dirty tools on the counter.  Didn't have any floor protection so used our dog towels.  Still left drain gunk on the floor for us to clean up.  Didn't install the garbage disposal on the correct outlet so that it was switched (called them back to fix that.). Just grabbed our paper towels off the counter to clean the hands (and knowing where those hands have been, we threw the roll away.). $500 and this is the service we get?  Never again.

If you are wondering about the disparity of reviews (5-star to 1-star) I now definitely believe the lower-star reviews that specifically list their prices.  It's outrageous.  And, for the record, I contacted the company before posting these reviews.  The lady answering the phones was super nice, but the absolutely stand by their pricing.  IMHO, once they get on the site and know you have a problem that needs immediate attention, they consider you sold and quote whatever price they want.  Run, don't walk, to a company that will talk pricing over the phone before they roll a truck to your house.  These guys will not, and once they arrive, they have got you.

These guys are great!  Got home from the hospital to plumbing problems.  They mde sure I could rest easy by givin me a reasonable up front estimate.  In a few minutes I was good to go!  They were just what the dotor ordered and enabled me to be able to rest easy as i recuperated!  Thanks guys!

We were very impressed with Sheffield.  We received an estimate from Metroflo of $1,497.  Sheffield was only $168 for the exact same work!  Plus Metroflo high pressured for a 5 year contract for $3000.  Go Sheffield!

Luis performed an excellent job with installing new duct work and a vent hood.  The cost was reasonable and he was able to complete the project in a timely manner.  I would recommend this company for your next home project.

The team at Mullins Plumbing are very trustworthy and professional folks. They installed two sinks for us and went the extra mile to ensure they were done well, even suggesting some changes to improve longevity. Highly recommend!

The team from Leak Geeks installed a water heater for us.  They were so prompt, communicative and focused, it was great.  They are for sure our go to plumbers now.  

Brad and his coworker were polite, explained things well and worked hard to make sure it was the way we wanted it before they left.

We have used Force Home Services numerous times for both HVAC and plumbing issues. Every single time they were able to set an appointment with me much quicker than I had expected. The technicians are always clean cut, well spoken, respectful and took great care in making sure my wife and I felt comfortable and understood everything that they were trying to accomplish. I could begin to count the number of people that we have referred to Force and they have all been blown away by the level of service they receive.

I haven't used this service yet but I did make a call, sent pictures and got advice from one of the plumbers. He was patient and assisted me without trying to sell me anything. He even told me the project I was looking to have done could be completed by just watching a YouTube video . Honest man. I have saved his number as I just bought a new home and need good honest people to keep in my little black book.

What can I say these guys are GREAT!! After calling around and getting several quotes for a tankless water heater install. I went with Carrollton Plumbing Service they showed up when they said they would. They did the work exactly how they said they would which is HUGE!
which is why I would recommend this company and will definitely use their service again.

They came out to fix an issue with a clogged sewer line. I found them to be very professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Would use again.

All they do is hire Independent Licensed Plumbers or Electrictions and take a percentage of what ever they decide to charge you.  Had an outside leak, I dug the whole to find the pipe and cleaned it out, but I don't solder.  'Plumber' said 'well you did the hard part on finding the leak', then said it would be $800 for him to fix it.  I sent him on his way and went to Lowe's with pictures and was sold a compression valve and $15 later it was fixed.
