After feeling over charged when using a couple other plumbing services including Ernie's plumbing, I decided to search Angie's List for a new plumber. Upon seeing mixed reviews on just about everyone one, I turned to Yelp and found Pelayo Plumbing.  I'm glad I did as Mike is a truly great professional with reasonable prices who goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers.

My 12 year old, 50 gallon water heater was down to only giving us about 7 gallons of hot water and was in need of replacement. In the process, I decided to upgrade to a larger hot water capacity (being in a larger home with 3 girls and frequent guests). Mike gave me a great price for installing 2x 40 gallon water heater replacements.

When there was concern at the last minute about the amount of space available for the water heaters, he dropped by on the weekend in-between calls to verify that there was enough space for installation.

On the day of installation, Mike was actually able to show up earlier than anticipated and get the work done without any issues.

I am glad to say that I have found my go to plumber and would highly recommend Pelayo Plumbing to anyone else in need.

Had a toilet and shower backed up...called around 8am and had someone here by 1030...Tyler was very professional and efficient! Will definitely use them again if I have problems.

I have used Michael several times and have been very happy each time.  He has fixed a water valve, cleared a drain and removed a piece of wood in my sink line that was causing low water pressure.

He is always on time and is very helpful in explaining how I can maintain or do certain things myself if I am willing to take them on.  As a new homeowner it is always good to deal with someone like Michael.

I have recommended him to family members and they have shared positive experiences with him as well.

After getting numerous quotes, we hired ABC Plumbing to replace our 75 gallon water heater with a tankless. The pricing was very competitive and Daryl, Taylor and Michael made the job very simple for us. They wore their masks the entire time, which we appreciated. We were so satisfied with their work, we're having them back for other jobs around the house. Would highly recommend!

Our kitchen sink backed up behind the wall so I ran Yelp to find some professional help after my DIY skills fell short.  After calling a few of the 5 star rated plumbers, who didn't have availability for a few days, I got to Mr. Rooter.  They scheduled an appointment for one hour later.  To be clear, the price was a bit higher than what some of the others quoted on the phone, but now was worth paying for.

Gavin arrived just after text message with his picture came to my phone.  He proceeded to try to snake out the clog from the inside.  After this didn't work, he went outside and tried clearing from two different clean outs on the side of the house.  He discovered that the second clean out went to the kitchen sink.  After about 90 minutes of grinding away from the various angles, the clog was cleared.  Gavin did clean up the area after completing the job.

Thanks to Mr. Rooter for getting to the root of the problem.

These guys are great!  Got home from the hospital to plumbing problems.  They mde sure I could rest easy by givin me a reasonable up front estimate.  In a few minutes I was good to go!  They were just what the dotor ordered and enabled me to be able to rest easy as i recuperated!  Thanks guys!

I chose to hire Sheffield Plumbing after receiving a total of five bids from area companies to replace my main sewer line.  Of the five plumbing companies I spoke with, Sheffield was the most affordable.  Then during every step of the process, they proved to be professional, courteous, on-time, considerate and knowledgeable.  I strongly recommend their work and will hire them again for any plumbing work I have.  The work was finished on time, and with minimal disruption.  And, once completed, the owners followed up with me to determine my level of satisfaction.  I have worked with many home service contractors, but have rarely been so pleased.

The team at Mullins Plumbing are very trustworthy and professional folks. They installed two sinks for us and went the extra mile to ensure they were done well, even suggesting some changes to improve longevity. Highly recommend!

*Update/Response to Tony H. Owner:  Tony, this is Tim, Melissa's husband. I wrote the review. Thanks for the response, and here is some clarification.  I pointed out the number of holes in the walls because our insurance adjuster said that there was no need to cut that many to find the leak. Maybe it was necessary. We were not complaining about the amount of the bill. Regarding the gas to the furnace, this was turned off by your serviceman on a previous service call when he installed a gas line for our range. You state that we were given an option of replacing the entire drain or re-tightening the overflow nut. I do not recall being given that option, but the reason I called your company back was that on your invoice there was no reference to the leak being fixed. I needed something in writing stating that the leak was fixed for our insurance company, that is why I called your company back. I was told someone would get back to me, and they did not. Thanks.

I was so happy with that purchase that when I was in need of a hot water heater, I called Force Home Services.  The rep showed me the advantages and savings potential of going with a Tankless water heater.  It was a little more expensive up front, but I can tell you that my gas consumption has dropped 24% since it was installed.  The real bonus is instant hot water to every faucet and we never run out of hot water,  even with a house full of guests showering at the same time.  Highly recommend Josh Price, the sales rep form Force Home Service, he is excellent at what he does and will make sure that you and your home are his first concern.  Give them a try, you will not regret the call.

Had a problem with the outside faucet at our house. They answered the phone on the second ring and had the technician at our house in 1.5 hours! Quintin was a pro and very comprehensive. He told us what it would take to fix the problem and was on time and on the money! Great company and great people to deal with. Thanks!

They came out the next day and took care of my clog problem. Speedy service and a fair price. Could not be happier.

I had a leak from bath tub when fill water in bath tub. Called Baker Brothers for check and fix. A plumber came. He told me first hour $159, then $138 for every hour after first hour. Before first hour almost finished, I asked him if he found where was the leak, since I couldn't afford open ended hourly charge without knowing how many hours he needed to identify where was the leak. He was able to tell me the leak was from overflow before the first hour finish. There was a gap between the tub wall and overflow pipe could be seen. Then he sat down checked his Baker Brother price book and told me it cost $179 for him to replace the gasket (Later I bought the part from home depot for $1.98). I told him to proceed. But he said he need to charge my credit card first before fix it. I gave him my credit card and he text my card # to Baker Brother office, and confirmed my credit card went through for total charge of $338 before start to work. After he started to fix just 5 min, he told me it would not work just replace the gasket, since the overflow pipe in the wall was not properly built at the first place. He needed to cut the wall and rebuild the overflow pipe. It would cost $700 (not include to put the wall back). At this point I asked him to stop the work. Then he told me my credit card would be charged first hour of $159, and, I would get refund of $338 already charge. I have since bought the gasket myself from Home Depot for $1.98 and spent 10 min put it in between bath tub and overflow pipe. The problem fixed. Checked my credit card online, and, still seeing both $338 and $159 being charged. Will need call my credit card to let them take off the first charge. Baker Brothers good or bad? You can tell from my experience.
