Mike's just one guy with a lot of customers, so he can't really do emergency work, but if you have a project he is fantastic. Super reliable, will be there when he says he will. Quality work. Never had a bad experience, have done faucet installs, sinks, garbage disposal with him.

Great company, I highly recommend! Had a shower head that broke and wouldn't shut off, they were out within 2 hours and had it fixed in 30 minutes. I'll definitely call them again with any other issues.

These guys were recommended to us and I'm so glad we called them. They are experienced, highly rated everywhere I looked and lived up to their reputation. Michael has been our plumber for several years. You couldn't ask for a nicer, more professional plumber or one who is more fair. He tends to charge by the task, not by the hour, so you're not paying for some guy to take a smoke break as he puts it. Highly recommended.

We were in need of an emergency plumber when Dallas utilities suddenly shut off our water. Speck plumbing quickly came out and assessed the surroundings. We were able to identify a leak in the sprinkler system. I would highly recommend this company. They were honest and trustworthy, which is not always easy to come by for home repair companies. This team did a great job after another plumbing company screwed up the installation of the tankless hot water heater. They were on time and did a professional job and cleaned up after. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy before they left. I would hire them again, great experience.

We have a home warranty but we had to wait several days for our appointment. I was getting nervous about all the noises I was hearing from my water heater. I began looking for a company that could come out right away and advise whether I could wait for the appointment or if we were in the middle of an 'emergency'.
I appreciated the speed of their response which was less than 15 minutes. I also appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. They ended up telling me that I could wait for the warranty appointment and made me feel better about my water heater not causing some calamity in my home.

The person who answered the phone went out of her way to schedule service the next day. Plumber, Thomas Sheffield, was on time, polite, efficient and even cleaned entire area under sink. His offer to pick up a replacement for a leaky soap dispenser (nothing related to the clogged dishwasher drain) restored my faith in small business and good service. Cost was less than I expected. I'll definitely use Scheffield again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I just bought my first home, and it needed to be brought into the 2000s. So I contacted Luis and his crew to help me resurface the walls because there was this ugly texture from the 80s on it, paint it because it was so dark and Cave-like, and then add some recessed lighting and new trim. They totally blew me away with the finished product. My house looks like a brand new house even though it is 35 years old. They gave me exactly what I wanted and we're very professional. I enjoyed chatting and hanging out with the crew when they were working in my house and Luis listen to me and gave me suggestions on what I should do to improve the home. I am so in love with what they did... I will definitely call them to do some more work very soon. I have already recommended them to my neighbors. Thank you so so much

They not only fixed it completely but educated me on what to do to prevent it from happening again. They saved me a ton of money and headaches. Had a gas line rerouted to the kitchen and a new kitchen faucet installed.  Crew came on time, worked with dispatch, were friendly,  knowledgeable, and professional.  What more can one ask?  Hire local!

I've left a few messages (3) and have yet to get a call back.
I wasn't rude, I requested the estimate since I hadn't relieved it via email as promised.
In the past, mai plumbing was  about service.

Unreliable, bad business to not call a paying customer back.

If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would!!! We had been having trouble with our master bathroom double vanity sinks backing up in August. It started last year just months after buying our house so we called a plumber recommended to us by our home warranty plan -they cover plumbing issues but not blockages- and he said it would cost over a grand just to use some machine to 'blow out' our entire system. We didn't see how that would be necessary since we only were having trouble with our master bathroom sinks - literally nothing else was being affected so we called another plumber for a second opinion (this plumber was recommended to us by a co-worker) and he wanted to cut open the wall between the sinks so he could get to the T shaped pipe to 'diagnose' the problem. That would have cost us a minimum of $650 because then we would have to get someone in to repair the sheetrock and paint since the plumber wasn't going to do that. Finally, we called a third plumber and they suggested baking soda and vinegar. To our delight, it worked! ...or at least seamed to until this past July came around and then we were back the the SAME problem. I was at my wit's end! I was pulling out of my subdivision just a few days later and saw a Baker's Brother Plumbing van parked in front of one of the houses and thought I'd research them. I checked various reviews and I checked on Angie's list. Based on the good feedback, I thought we'd give them a try. THEY WERE WONDERFUL! Hands down, they were the most professional, courteous, and knowledgable of all of the plumbers! They didn't have an attitude and they took the time to explain what the found and what their proposed work would encompass as well as cost instead of acting like I was irritating them or pestering them. They actually found the CAUSE of the problem (our A/C line hooks up with one of the sinks which causes yucky algae-type build up which leads to backed up sinks) - something NO ONE had been able to do - and they fixed it quickly and for less than HALF of what the very first plumber wanted to charge! They even game me a tip for how to prevent the problem in the future so that I wouldn't have to call a plumber. I have given their name out to EVERYONE who has asked and even many who haven't asked since you never know when something like this might strike. These guys will have my business from now on!
