Pelayo plumber is awesome!  Mike was awesome, super professional, He was on time, he obviously​ is a professional and knows the industry. If I could I would give them a 6-star​ review because how well he took seriously the need to fix our broken plumbing and be attentive​ to what I was saying.  I would definitely​ recommend them and will use them again.

Great company, I highly recommend! Had a shower head that broke and wouldn't shut off, they were out within 2 hours and had it fixed in 30 minutes. I'll definitely call them again with any other issues.

Christopher has all of these 5 star ratings for a good reason.  He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable.  He diagnosed my issue and fixed it quickly and didn't leave a mess.  I could tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, and he replaced my old parts with better materials than were used in the original construction.  All of this, and I would have expected to pay much more than I did.  

I will definitely call Christopher for any plumbing needs that we have, and I will also recommend him to anyone needing quality service at a reasonable rate.

Michael is very professional and patient. We have him installed all toilets in my house. He arrived on time and got job done well. He is no rush when explaining everything to you. He cleaned all debris after work and his price is very reasonable. Overall, would recommend him to everyone.

They did  exactly what we thought should be done and for a fair price . ..Other companies wanted to charge more and would have been longer at the repair due to their process.  We would absolutely recommend them and would absolutely use them again

Needed a wax ring replaced on an upstairs toilet, along with two supply line valve replacements. Specks gave me same day service at a great price. Highly recommended.

Price gouging! I've used this company in the past for plumbing work and believed they were honest and fair. So when my AC went out in August I gave them a call. The problem was pretty straight forward. The fan motor needed replacing.

From the time of arrival, it probably took the technician less than two hours to diagnose and replace the unit. The motor itself isn't costly, $250 if I were to buy it myself. Total cost... $1358! That's over 500 dollars an hour and they know they can charge it because time is a luxury I can't afford when my family is sweating it out in a hot house in the peak of summer.

Desperation will make you agree to some terrible terms. It eats away at me that I allow myself to be taken advantage of by companies like this. Do yourself a favor and seek help elsewhere.

ON TIME, quick & knowledgable! Was given a time window of 2-3 pm and he showed up around 2:20. Nathan came out to fix a toilet that has been getting clogged over and over. He finally got whatever was lodged cleared and we are so thankful. Wish we had done this sooner! While he was here I also complained about our terrible water pressure and he fixed that for us as well. If we have any issues in the future we will be calling them again!

Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out. In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK.

Our gas detector went off @ 1:30 am, called Atmos, they came out within 30 minutes, verified that there was a leak some place and shut off the gas.  At that point you are between a rock and a hard place - as Atmos will not turn the gas back on until a permit has been pulled and any repair has been inspected.  You are at the mercy of the plumber and how much they want to charge you...

We had a home warranty which sent our a partner plumber who commenced to try and extort $1200 (+ the $60 copay) just to begin looking for the leak/pull the permit .  We told them to stick it and promptly canceled the home warranty.

We called several plumbers, large & small, eventually getting several recommendation Sheffield through Nextdoor.com.  When I called Sheffield, the lady who answered (who I found out was the owner's wife) the phone gave us a lot of information, explained the entire process, gave us an accurate quote and were only $350 to get started, which included pulling the permit, pressurize the system & 1hr of leak detection.  After that it would be their gas hourly rate of $120 + parts find & Fix.   We did have to wait 3 days for them to come out because they are a small company but I assure you it was well worth the wait.

Thomas Sheffield (the owner's son) arrived promptly @ 9am, was professional, explained everything before he began (during the process) and answered all questions I had.  (I'm new to living in a house with Gas)  Once all was said & done, leak was found under the house (a gas pipe was being held off the ground by brick instead of being hung from the floor joist with galvanized strapping and had eaten a hole in the brick at the point of contact), fixed, and the rest of the gas system under the house was raised and strapped CORRECTLY to prevent any further issues.

The entire process ended taking about 7 hours & was less than what the home warranty guy wanted just to get started!

They were prompt, professional, efficient, very reasonably priced, curteous & most importantly quality.

Called this company the week of March 7th and spoke with Luis to come out, look at an old room addition that I wanted torn down and maybe some other services. When I spoke to Luis he said that they did do that sort of work and we made an appointment for Thursday, March 18th between 4-6 pm to get an estimate. Well, Thursday came but Luis never showed up, and nobody called to say Luis couldn't make it, or that he was running late or needed to reschedule the appointment - NOTHING. I'm glad this happened now before I got involved because I would be seriously mad if I WAS a customer and found out this company didn't honor their word. First impression is major. Thanks for nothing, will be going with another contractor.

The team at Mullins Plumbing are very trustworthy and professional folks. They installed two sinks for us and went the extra mile to ensure they were done well, even suggesting some changes to improve longevity. Highly recommend!

Called and got an appointment right away, no waiting which was amazing! They were right on time and super professional. Our plumber Derek resolved the issue quickly and because it was so minor they did not even charge us. Will definitely be using them in the future and can't recommend them enough!

I called Force Home services for a clogged drain and within a few hours I had two professionals at my house to inspect the issue. They were polite, efficient and quickly cleared the blockage. They then ran a camera and identified additional issues, which was also dealt with. The overall bill was exactly the rate as published online and there was no upsell during the entire process. I highly recommend Force Home Services.

We have used Parnell Plumbing twice and I have already given their number out to a couple people. We had a slab leak in January that the home builder was responsible for and he didn't even charge me for the service call, just a nice group of guys!

I took a two weeks to decide which company was going to do the work. Carrollton Plumbing had the best bid and they had the work done by the next day.  I will use them again when I need service.

Hired Mai Plumbing twice recently and they are one of the most honest and professional plumbing companies I have ever worked with.

First- they were able to resolve a cleaning pad jammed down the toilet bowl within minutes (myself and a handy-friend could not find it after taking the toilet apart ourselves and giving it an honest effort with a wire-hanger), and were able to do quite a lot of other small items around the house for the 1-hour service minimum they were scheduled for.  

Second- they were able to find and resolve an underground leak on my front lawn, right next to a large tree, and fix this very quickly, with one of the owners who personally came and helped the 2-person crew finish the job very efficiently (without charging me a higher hourly rate).  I breathed a huge sigh of relief that they were able to take care of all the digging and cleanup in addition to the plumbing work.  

I would recommend them to anyone for plumbing services large and small!

I had some lawn work done by the company. Initially, I wasn't happy with the service. The company did stand by their work and did work with me to fix my concerns.  Very reasonable and worth doing business with if you have a large/complex job.
