We had a main line water leak and called Legacy Plumbing because of the great reviews on Google and Yelp.  During our initial call we were greeted by a very nice person who said they would try to get someone to help us today but it might be the next day.

This was fine because the other companies had a 5 day wait!

Sure enough I received a call a bit later and Steven and Sheldon showed up ready to help us fix our concerns.  Both guys were so nice and helpful I felt at ease.  They were both honest about the repair and cost up front.  Shortly after they arrived they found the leak, fixed it, and even removed a flow valve that likely caused the leak in the first place.

After the repair, Steven and Sheldon spent a few minutes with me to make sure we understood what they did and explained our plumbing system in case we need to shut off the water in an emergency.

Really had a good experience with them.  The response time was excellent. All of the notifications were super helpful. I've had so many other companies not show at all or come unexpectedly.  There's guys were great. Once they arrived, they were fast, clearly laid out the issues, the price and what needed to be done. O'Bryan Plumbing and services was a pleasure to work with.   I needed a new water line cut and run for the ice maker of our fridge. I was able to be seen on the next day after calling on Friday. Tanner was my tech and he was courteous and prompt by letting me know he was on the way. He assesed the job and gave me a quote which I gladly accepted. I was able to get scheduled the immediate following Monday.

Tanner arrived promptly again and they immediately got to work. They were able to set me up a new water line and got it hooked up on my fridge and ensured it worked.

While they were finishing up they were able to help me quickly with a small leak coming from our AC.

I noticed water coming down my walls and a water bubble forming in my ceiling above my bed in the master bedroom. My AC unit is in the Attic above my bed so I turned off my AC and the leak stopped. SO I looked on Yelp to find the best HVAC company and had them come out. Dean came over, wore those shoe protectors to protect my flooring and went to work. Long story short I could tell that he loves what he does and takes pride in providing 5 star service. His company makes sure he has all the necessary certifications and schooling and tools necessary to do his job. He wowed us and we signed up to be a member for on going HVAC tune ups.

My bathroom sink was all backed up and I called Pure Plumbing! They were so efficient and were able to come out later in the day! They explained everything and were so neat with all their work! It's a busy time for plumbers right now and most would not even return my call. Schrader called me back immediately and had someone out the next day to fix my issue. I was not sure why I had a leak and was so scared that repairs were going to cost a fortune. The plumber they sent was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Repairs were done that day for a very reasonable price. I am so very happy to have found Schrader! Thank you!!

This company I believe has the ability to do good work.  Its a shame that they don't bother delivering the quality that they are capable of.  After consulting with the company for several months while waiting on insurance I had a lot of confidence in this company.  When it came time to do the work it seemed pretty obvious to me that they had and A Team and a B Team and the A Team went to a bigger job and they sent the B Team to do my job.  It took them 4 days to do a 2 day project and then they did not even finish.  One day they left without a word and never came back.  They did not even leave an invoice for the work they did do.  They didn't bother to fill in the holes in the ground.  They didn't bother to close up the hole that they made in the side of my house.  They made the clean out too tall so that the lawn mower hits it.  They didn't bother to return calls.  Fortunately I had not paid in advance.  Six months after leaving without notice they called me wanting to know why I had not paid for an invoice I never received.  I deducted what I paid others to finish the job and I paid them.  They never did give me any explanation for why they left and never came back.

I was really impressed with this company.  I called for service and they came out the same day.  They were down to earth and explained everything to me and what they could do to resolve my plumbing issue.  It's nice to be treated fairly and in a professional manner as well.  I had confidence in their skills and their ability to give my an honest days work.  Their prices are a flat rate, which makes it easy to budget the job.  I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing issues that may arise.

Appreciate Jason for coming out and fixing my master bathroom shower issue. He was prompt, honest and professional. Everything you would want during a time where things could have been chaotic.

Posted earlier I was unable to reach the Company.  The effort to reach me has been appropriately aggressive and I appreciate what appears to be a sincere desire to move this along.  Being in sales, I know things can happen, however how the problem is rectified speaks volumes.  Still pending service, but the response has been good.

Stan was great!  Offered a flat price for my generator gas valve inlet install and hired him on the spot.  Stan arrived and promptly completed the job.  He also noticed my water heater outlet had come undone and fixed that on the spot.  I would definitely hire Stan again for my future plumbing work!
