Unbelievable service. We had a plumbing emergency-all three toilets down, sewer water flooding one bathroom-and could not reach the previous plumber, who had come to the house twice in three weeks. We looked on Yelp and found that Pablo came highly recommended. He returned our call and arrived at our home in 45 minutes. The service was extremely professional, rates were explained and before Pablo left I had a very thorough understanding of our issues. I wish that I could give Pablo ten stars. Honest, professional and very good at his job.

Professional, prompt, and reasonable, you can't ask for anything more. I hav used their services twice with the same results.

I have worked with so many plumbers over the years.  I cannot tell you how professional Augerpros Plumbing is.  All the way from the initial contact where Leah called me back within minutes to the fact that Kaye then handled the rest of the journey of getting my gas leak problem resolved.  It was a nerve wracking situation for me given the gas leak and a myriad of different issues. She scheduled multiple visits with her technicians Trent and Shelton.  They were so nice and cordial.  They explained everything and even told me about some stuff that came up in inspection which was not correct, so they saved me from having to spend extra money for no reason.  Their pricing is flat rate pricing.  They do charge a nominal trip charge but they will apply it to the job if you have them do the work. Overall I am extremely pleased and I will be contacting them again in the future.

Over at my friends house when she noted she was having plumping issues. Oh no. It's about to be the 4th July weekend and it's going to be hard to get a plumber. We called after looking into several other yelp reviews regarding plumbers. We called total of 5 and  only two answered. One said they are not available till Monday.  Obliviously, we went with O'Bryans. This is early Thursday.

Montana was at the house within an hour! That's great service. He unclogged the drain. All at a reasonable price of $179.  Especially since we couldn't find any one else. Glad my friend won't have to worry about plumping issues over Independence Day! Thanks Montana.

I finally feel like I'm not getting cheated by a company. Josh is one of the owners & he is very knowledgeable about his business. This company is very reliable & the staff I was in contact with was really friendly. I joined their membership program because in this day & age, it's hard to find companies you can trust. They installed two new thermostats & also did maintenance on my two units. I used a couple companies prior to them & realized I was being ripped off. Dean was my technician & he was very professional & nice. I recommend Rescue Air to anyone, even if you just want to do a little maintenance to your units. (Which you should at least twice a year)

Had a leak in my refrigerator water line. Looked on Yelp for a plumber and chose Matthews Plumbing because they were local and had good reviews. Called for appointment around 11:00 and they were at my house by 3:00. Very knowledgeable and quick. Gave me options for my issue and very particular about things being done correctly. Super nice on the phone and in person. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

We had a leak in our front yard in the flower bed.   Another company provided me with a quote that I felt was a bit high.   Based on a referral from a family member, I called Pure Plumbing to get a second quote but they said they couldn't provide a quote over the phone.   They offered to come and take a look at the problem and provide a free estimate.   The plumber came and said it would cost $325 for an estimate.  I told him what the other company told me was the problem but he said he had to make sure himself.  Since it was already mid-afternoon, I told him to go ahead with providing me an estimate thinking that I could talk to the office later about the charge for providing an estimate they told me would be free.  After about 10 minutes, the plumber confirmed that the leak was coming from the homeowner's shut off box (which is what the other company told me as well).   His verbal quote was almost twice what the other company quoted me.   He did offer to take the $325 cost of the estimate out of the repair price.   However, he refused to email me a copy of the estimate and said that we would have to close out the transaction before he could provide me with the written estimate.   I asked him to wait outside so I could contact my husband to see what he wanted to do.   I also called the other company to see if they could come out to fix the problem that day but they were booked until the following week.   Since I work from home and didn't want to go without water for another 5 days, I agreed to have him do the work.   After the work was completed, he emailed me the receipt/invoice which has no details of the repairs performed.   I contacted the office the following day about my feeling misled on the free estimate and the invoice.   The person told me they would talk to the supervisor and get back to me on Monday.   On Wednesday, I still had not heard back so I called them again.   The person I spoke to said that the charge for $325 was for work done to locate the leak (10 minutes that he spent to dig in the flower bed to find the hole in the plumbing), and if the problem had been obvious they wouldn't have charged me for the estimate.  It still doesn't make sense to me how they can say free estimate when it's only free when the problem is obvious.  She said she would talk to one of the managers and get a revised invoice to me within 24-48 hours.  

It is now Friday evening and I received no resolution and still have not received a revised receipt/invoice.  I would not recommend this company at all.   While their free estimate claim may not be fraudulent, it is completely misleading.

I initially called in for a water leak and ended up getting more work done by them. Scheduling was a breeze and was able to get me in within a reasonable amount of time. Never pressured me for extra services and instead just advised me to eventually get it done. I got the extra things done right away by them because of their honesty. If you're shopping around, look no further. Their quality of work and honesty should be enough for you to give them your business.

These guys were great, after getting quotes from two other plumbers to fix two leaks and replace old clay pipes my brother told me about trenchless plumbing repair so I called Accurate Leak and Line they came out the same day gave me a free estimate that was about half of the other estimates they also did extra work that I thought was included but wasn't just so I would be happy the job was completed in the exact time frame they said and everyone was very nice  I can't recommend this company enough!!

Called Monday am for clogged kitchen sink, came out same day. Will recommend him and plan to use him again!

Great guy and did a great job replacing the water heater. I've recommended him multiple times. If I ever have need of a plumber in the future professor plumb will be my first call

We returned from a 2-week vacation to find a leaking toilet. We tried to fix it with no success. I made a call to Jason at HC Edwards and he was here in a few hours. He figured out a way to fix it that didn't require removing the toilet. Jason is a pleasure to work with and we'll definitely be using him again.

Deans has provided annual maintenance for my tankless water heater for years. Providing expert work in a very professional manner for a fair price.
This year with the great freeze I had water leaking through my ceiling from the attic after the pipes that were frozen began to thaw a bit.
Called another Plummer first to get the water shut off and determine where the leak was coming from. While he was able to determine that the water leak was in the hot water line he was unable to determine where the leak was or exactly and his repair approach was to tear apart my ceiling to find the leak.
I then called Dean, which I should of done first. They showed up within 30 minutes, which blew me away considering the demand for plumbers at the time. After a through inspection they located the source of the leak, in the tankless water heater. Based upon a through review of the problem including speaking to the manufacturer, gave me a couple of options of repair vs. purchase new unit. We chose to replace the damaged unit, and they completely installed the next day and we once again we had hot water.
They did a great job in a timely manner for a fair price.
Great company which I highly recommend for any plumbing projects.

I am torn on how to rate The Leak Whisperers, so the simplest way is to break it down with the paperwork (scheduling and payment) and the work by the plumber.

Hubby and I discovered a leak on a Saturday where a patch of our master closet carpet was soaking wet.  A local plumber indicated that he was afraid that we may have a slab leak, and will need to call someone with the right equipment.  I found Leak Whisperers, and left a message.  When we received no response by the end of day, I went online and made an appointment for 8a Monday morning.  Got an email from the office manager later in the morning on Monday asking me what I needed.  Via email and two messages, I asked for someone to please call me because all we know is that there is water flowing in the closet.  It took almost the entire day for someone to respond to me.

The next day, Cody, was sent to our house and was told that the toilet needed repairs.  Totally incorrect, and it felt like despite trying to talk to someone, I was totally ignored.  Cody found the source of the leak, but had to leave to get proper materials for the fix.

Cody was great and fixed the damaged water line.  The annoyance is that we were charged per hour for the fix.  Because Cody was sent with the wrong information, we paid for him to go out to shop for the right materials.  The work was over $400.00 and pretty pricy.

It took over a week for the office manager to send the invoice.  Cody was brilliant, but the office manager could have had better communication.  The price is high for everyday plumbing needs.

We had them install a new shower with wand. They had to add a long bar that was part of the new shower. Michael did an outstanding job. We are now going to have them replace our hot water heaters. Absolutely outstanding service!!!!

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey!
