Pablo is Super nice! When I found water leak around the water box where the main line goes into the house, I asked several companies for quote according to high Yelp rating.
The pricing was very reasonable compared to some other seemingly big company. More importantly he deserves the high reputation. Pablo was very helpful, knowledgeable, experienced and skillful, professional and patient. The problem was completely resolved and he was able to locate three leak points in total and fixed them completely.
Pablo said he owns the company and works for himself. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, I believe you can check with Pablo first!

Kelly was great!

We had a clogged toilet (entire roll of toilet paper got flushed!), and Legacy fixed it for the lowest price they quoted.  They could have charged me more, and I honestly wouldn't have known the difference.

Also, after it was fixed, Kelly told me several other things that should be fixed and told me how to fix them myself.  He wasn't just trying to make extra money, because he practically told me not to hire them and that our management company should do it!  He gave me his persona number and said to call if I had any questions.

Excellent experience and knowledgeable, experienced plumbers.  They gave us a free estimate to run a gas line for a cooktop.  After much thought, weer decided to leave it as is.  I would definitely use this company as I got 3 estimates, and their pricing was competitive.  The plumber that came out was very experienced and I found his advice very useful. I'll call them for my plumbing needs in the future.

I called this plumber on a Sunday as I had a broken pipe leaking in my home on my wood floors. Worse, the water shut to my home wouldn't close all the way so I couldn't stop all the way. Their answering service assured me I'd get a call right back but never heard from them. Lucky my neighbor was able to shut the water to the house from the street. I'll find another plumber to handle the repairs.

Problem: Gas Leak in wall between laundry and kitchen. Home Warranty company sent a plumber (not Matt) who said he couldn't find a leak but smelled something (maybe carbon monoxide -- he was blowing smoke as CO is odorless-natural gas has additive and does smell for your own safety; this plumber then recommended an HVAC repair to my home warranty) -- HVAC man said he can only look 5' from furnace and there was nothing he could do it was for a plumber (waste of my time which i already knew that but home warranties follow procedures); I called Atmos Energy to test as i was worried now; they turned off my gas because they found the leak in the room where I had smelled the gas -- so i was left with No Heat or Hot water on Saturday at 4PM and New Years Eve 2017 weekend with a 2 year old and a very sick husband and the home warranty company recalled the first plumber who obviously had no interest in fixing the problem--he didn't call me back. Weather 25'F.  Results:  After lots of coercing-my Home Warranty Company permitted me to go outside and find my own vendor to repair the leak on New Year's Eve since none of their vendors would come out Sat night/Sun/Mon Dec 30-31/Jan 1 and it was an open issue since the Wednesday before.  SOLUTION: Matt answered my call within an hour of calling (i had found 2 vendors willing but went with him because he sounded like he really understood the problem and could address it--expertise in natural gas pipes).  Bonus--he will work weekends and holidays for emergencies. He scheduled appt for Sunday afternoon (next day). He diagnosed the problem quickly -- Cut an 18 hole in my wall and luckily the area where the leak was nearby this opening -- did plumber things-pressure tested the pipe.  He repaired the pipe (by cutting/replace piping). He spoke to my insurance company and got the repair $$s approved.  He also assisted me in navigating the city of Keller and turning back on my gas with Atmos on off hours (not an easy process). He waited for the arrival of the gas company also. This repair kept us in our home (no need for hotel on new years eve). No frozen pipes.  Lesson learned--don't call Atmos when living in city of keller on a weekend--requires permit to turn back on gas and that can only happen during business hours and very very expensive (obviously maintain safety); Call someone that has the right equipment for natural gas testing and repairs and reasonable pricing --that is this guy; Talk to a plumber on phone not an answering service first before they come to your home to get a sense for what scenarios could be without surprise--that is this guy; Oh and Small Businesses often know their capabilities and other businesses --- good ones will also always tell you i can or can't but know someone that can and here is his number.  Happy Customer / Happy Family. We had a leak in our front yard in the flower bed.   Another company provided me with a quote that I felt was a bit high.   Based on a referral from a family member, I called Pure Plumbing to get a second quote but they said they couldn't provide a quote over the phone.   They offered to come and take a look at the problem and provide a free estimate.   The plumber came and said it would cost $325 for an estimate.  I told him what the other company told me was the problem but he said he had to make sure himself.  Since it was already mid-afternoon, I told him to go ahead with providing me an estimate thinking that I could talk to the office later about the charge for providing an estimate they told me would be free.  After about 10 minutes, the plumber confirmed that the leak was coming from the homeowner's shut off box (which is what the other company told me as well).   His verbal quote was almost twice what the other company quoted me.   He did offer to take the $325 cost of the estimate out of the repair price.   However, he refused to email me a copy of the estimate and said that we would have to close out the transaction before he could provide me with the written estimate.   I asked him to wait outside so I could contact my husband to see what he wanted to do.   I also called the other company to see if they could come out to fix the problem that day but they were booked until the following week.   Since I work from home and didn't want to go without water for another 5 days, I agreed to have him do the work.   After the work was completed, he emailed me the receipt/invoice which has no details of the repairs performed.   I contacted the office the following day about my feeling misled on the free estimate and the invoice.   The person told me they would talk to the supervisor and get back to me on Monday.   On Wednesday, I still had not heard back so I called them again.   The person I spoke to said that the charge for $325 was for work done to locate the leak (10 minutes that he spent to dig in the flower bed to find the hole in the plumbing), and if the problem had been obvious they wouldn't have charged me for the estimate.  It still doesn't make sense to me how they can say free estimate when it's only free when the problem is obvious.  She said she would talk to one of the managers and get a revised invoice to me within 24-48 hours.  

It is now Friday evening and I received no resolution and still have not received a revised receipt/invoice.  I would not recommend this company at all.   While their free estimate claim may not be fraudulent, it is completely misleading.

Very pleased with Schrader Plumbing (particularly Jeff and Trevor) who came out when we were having problems with both our hot water heaters. I had a different plumbing service come out a week ago who found nothing wrong and said it was an electrical problem. So we had an electrician come out who really thought it was a plumbing issue. This time I called Schrader and they offered to send a plumber out that day. I elected for first thing the next morning. I appreciated the texts and emails confirming my scheduled job and who was coming. They also called the morning of letting me know they were on their way. I appreciated the 2hr window (instead of the usual 4hr window) and even better they were on time! Jeff and Trevor explained everything perfectly, and fingers crossed this has solved our on-going issues, but if not Jeff assured me the work is warranted for 30 days. I would definitely recommend calling Schrader if you are having plumbing issues.

This company is EXCELLENT if you ever have a job you need done right!  They are better than any plumber I have ever called.  Christian was professional, knowledgeable and very up front on the pricing.  He answered all calls and questions that I placed to him.  We were delayed on our job due to the winter storm in February but it was well worth the wait.  I would recommend Accurate Leak & Line for any major job that you have that requires going under the slab of your house.  We have a lot of plumbing issues at my location and will use them again in the future.  Thanks for being such a GREAT company to work with!

This family runs an excellent business from start-to-finish! Extremely prompt, honest, and efficient. Matt even showed my 2.5 year old son his tools and let him help--he hasn't stopped talking about it since! Highly recommend!

I had a broken valve outside....Professor Plumb diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me an upfront price. Was completely open and honest on their pricing and services. They then came out quickly and fixed the problem...at a LOWER PRICE! These are good honest people and are one of the few that are not trying to take advantage of people. Very prompt and professional!

I had a leak recently at my house and had a hard time finding a plumber to come out. Initially I tried roto-rooter and they gave me the run around and never sent someone out when they said they would. Dean's plumbing sent out a plumber during the time window they said they would. Julio located the problem and explained what needed to be done. He completed the repairs after purchasing parts and made a few suggestions for improving my plumbing system. Overall I was very pleased with the service. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because the pricing is on the higher side.

I had such a great experience with the Leak Whisperers. We had a really bad leak, so bad that the city actually called us because they were alarmed with the high water usage at our residence. As renters, we notified the landlord and they weren't able to get anyone out until the following week. Unfortunately, on New Years day, the leak got so bad and was going out into the street. I notified the landlord and we wondered how we'd find someone to help on New Years' Day! After a yelp search and many phone calls, enter the Leak Whisperers.

They sent someone out within the hour and they fixed it that day. Wahoo! We had water again. Unfortunately, due to the holiday, they weren't able to get the ideal part and the fix did not hold after 2 days. One quick text to the plumber and he was back that day, no questions asked. They redid the fix and were apologetic. I'm so grateful with their quick responses and friendly demeanor. I have definitely saved this number for any plumber needs that may arise and passed it onto my landlord.

I was looking for a local plumbing company, and saw good reviews for Absolute Plumbing so I called. Received a convenient and fast appointment, they arrived on time, and fixed the problems for less than $150. I was thrilled. They don't work on commission (like some of the big names who advertise on tv do, one of which I got sold an expensive new toilet that we probably didn't truly need a few months prior)-  and my technician (Michael) seemed very honest. I will definitely call Absolute for future plumbing service needs and I highly recommend! Nice to have a local, honest, dependable service!

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. We had a shower valve replaced and we're very please with the work and the price! We had other estimates done and black tie had the best priced quote! Also Mark who did our estimate and the work was very knowledgeable and you can tell he really takes pride in the work that he does!

Stan replied promptly and made time for my service when he was booked on the Saturday of Easter weekend.  Arrived on time and serviced my tank less water heater within the hour.  Loved that he made time for me when other plumbers couldn't arrive till the next week.
