I rarely write reviews but felt like I owed it to Pablo after meeting him today for a repair for a tub shoe drain pipe. Pablo arrived 5 mins early and greeted me with a friendly smile. Due to the complicating nature of the repair for my rental property, the only way to access the plumbing work was from the condo unit below. Upon entering this unit, Pablo was polite enough to put on shoe booties even though the unit did not belong to me. In order to make the repair, Pablo had to cut through the ceiling to access my plumbing. However, there happened to be an AC unit in the ceiling which restricted his access to make the repairs. He made attempts to try to get to the plumbing but it was apparent that there was not adequate space to complete the job unless the AC unit was removed.

Pablo provided me with helpful solutions to get my problem solved. I tried rescheduling him for a future date upon removal of the AC unit but his schedule was booked far in advance and I can understand why. Despite spending approx 45 mins of his time on this job, he refused to accept payment. Most companies would have charged at least a $50 service call.

I would definitely call Pablo for future repairs as it was apparent that he takes pride in his work and offers a good price, especially in comparison to the big companies.

We had an outside hose bib start leaking on a weekend. We were able to get a call back from Legacy Plumbing and they got us scheduled on Monday. The plumber arrived on time and was professional and able to clearly explain our repair options and costs. He got the job done well and provided good follow up instructions for monitoring and to prevent future issues. We'll definitely call them again.

I needed 3 toilets installed as well as some quarter turns. I called 4 different companies and landed with AugerPros. Jerry the owner was very straightforward and easy to get a quote from over the phone. Service was quickly booked for the next morning. Chance and Justin arrived early and started the work promptly. They where very professional and cleaned up after themselves as they worked. I'm very happy with the services I received. Thank you!

First class service. We had a rough start on my original request, no one called me on the day they were supposed to come out. Update 06/06/20: So quick update on this previous review. First and foremost everyone is very nice and courteous at this company. However, I had an issue with the same unit they serviced 3 months ago. It was working but could not keep up with the set temp when it got really hot outside. I have the thermostat set at 73 but it would get to 76 upstairs in the afternoon.  Service tech came out yesterday and was very nice but couldn't find anything wrong. Well same thing happened, temps upstairs got to 76 in the afternoon. I had a friend that works with commercial AC units come over this morning and OMG he showed me what really was supposed to have been tested. It was an eye opener. So niceness will only go so far, I need service techs that can help me fix a problem. First, no cleaning was done on the outside unit, which was very odd given the circumstance. Then, a refrigerant leak from a loose cap was overlooked even though I specifically told the tech there was refrigerant leaking down on the concrete slab. And there were a couple more things but Im trying to keep this brief. So yea my AC is working better now, thanks to a good friend that spent 3 hours of his morning helping me. NO THANKS to Air Rescue and their tech. NOT COOL, pun intended. Here is a picture of the dirty AC unit and video of refrigerant leak, both completely over looked.

Matt and his son, are a couple of really great guys. I moved into my current home about a year ago and always had some weird odor coming from some of the sinks and had some toilets clog often until a couple of days ago my main line got completely clogged. I contacted them and within the hour they got back to me with the earliest availability and the lowest price out of all the plumbers I contacted in my area. They explained to me everything they were doing and were quick and professional. I will recommend Matthew's plumbing  to my friends and family and I appreciate the fact that when I called I spoke directly to the owner not a scheduler.

Our hot water heater died last night and we called Pure Plumbing since they are one of the few places open after hours. Jacob picked up right away and was at our house within a couple hours. He was friendly, helpful, not sales-y, not rushed, and explained everything to us well. He was even available to replace our water heater the same night (late!) but we had him come this morning. He was reliable and did a great job. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends!

I called Schrader Plumbing due to a broken water pipe in our front yard. Their pricing was very affordable and their customer service was on point. Robert alsowas kind and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

Our cast iron sewage line was replaced with PVC.  Job was worked into their already scheduled job calendar, and done quickly!

I had a very easy problem (disconnecting my gas dryer from the gas line) and was happy with their response time and the fact they were able to send someone out within 30 minutes of when I called. My only hang up is the fact I could barely get ANY pricing over the phone. I was just told it was $75 for the diagnosis, but was not provided their hourly rate (as my simple issue was quoted for an hour of work from other plumbers). It was a bit higher than I expected, but was happy with their quick work and the plumber's customer service.

I had a broken valve outside....Professor Plumb diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me an upfront price. Was completely open and honest on their pricing and services. They then came out quickly and fixed the problem...at a LOWER PRICE! These are good honest people and are one of the few that are not trying to take advantage of people. Very prompt and professional!

This is a follow up to service we received from Absolute Plumbing about 3 years ago. We had two hot water heaters in our garage for our two story home. One unit started rattling and making crazy noises.

We called Absolute Plumbing and steeled ourselves for cost of replacing the probably broken hot water heater. The owner came out and agreed that it was broken. He asked us if we were having any problems with running out of hot water during showers or daily use. We realized that we haven't had any problems, even with a household of 4. He recommended that we just toss the broken water heater, live with the one good water heater and wait for prices on the fancy new water heaters to come down. He explained these units were getting more affordable. He said the good unit could last months or years. Best scenario, it would last at least two more years.

Well... the lonely hot water heater is still holding up. I'll be sure to call Absolute Plumbing when it goes out. Looking back on the service we received, they didn't land any big sales on a new unit that day but were looking out for our best interest. You just don't see that often.
