This is my favorite plumbing company! They are very dependable just like their name says. Always professional and friendly. I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh. I give them 5 stars for service, price and professionalism.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Finally an honest plumber who doesn't milk the job so he can over bill me for extra hours . He Got to work quickly , found the leak & fixed it. Very pleased , highly recommend .

We made the mistake of purchasing a home from flippers and realized we had comprehensive plumbing/leaking issues as we were getting ready to sell our house.  Jeremy was punctual, thorough, honest, friendly, and took time to explain in detail what needed to be done and why.  He will forever be our go to for all things plumbing.  And with my wife who stays at home with two kids, I greatly value having someone safe and trustworthy who I can call to address issues with our home while I'm at work.

Kenny is an awesome plumber and actually cares about his customers.  After 2 other plumbers couldn't find the time to come out to my house sent by my insurance agency, Kenny came, after hours to fix a problem that was more than just a leak.

Starnes helped us with our clogged sink and broken garbage disposal. I called in the morning when our sink started filling up with water and gunk. Rebecca was very helpful and friendly over the phone. She helped get my appointment started and would keep me updated as availability opened up. Brent came by later in the day and quickly addressed the problem. He unclogged our sink and installed the new disposal. Fast, reliable, and friendly service! Brent is knowledgeable and I felt comfortable knowing he was taking care of the multiple issues with our sink. Now our sink is working beautifully and I am very happy we went with Starnes! Highly recommend giving them a call for your plumbing needs.

I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

These guys were great. We had two jobs:

First, we had them replace old light switches, outlets and smoke alarms. They did a great job and ensured everything was working and cleaned up afterwards. They explained everything and answered all of our questions.

Second job was to install 50 Amp circuit breaker and run wires to new outlet. Again everything was spot on!

100% will use them again. Trustworthy, honest, fair and nice to work with.

Great, honest guys who have come out quickly when I have had a leak or urgent concern. They are clean, professional, and not recommending lots of things and have always suggested alternatives to save $.

6/1/2018 - Today was my 2nd time doing business with Pearson Plumbing. I needed a new toilet installed. Charles did a GREAT job! Quote was slightly higher than what I was advised over the phone BUT I absolutely needed a few plumbing updates to go along with my new toilet. The only advice I can give is go ahead and buy the toilet from Pearson. I had to go back to my local store and swap out the toilet I  bought because when Charles opened the box, the toilet base was broken. Not fun at all having to rush to the local store to swap it out. Save yourself the headache. Pearson will be giving me an estimate on my guest and master bathroom remodel project. I can't wait to write another great review when that is completed!

By far the most professional and honest plumber that I have dealt with here in my 15 years of living in Las Vegas. Jeff showed up on time, told me what needed to be done and fixed all three of my issues. In terms of pricing, Jeff was very fair and upfront with his quote and was very affordable. Never again will I waste my time with other plumbing companies who charge an arm and a leg and more often than not act more like salespeople trying to charge me for stuff I don't need than an actually honest plumber!

Always on time, price is reasonable. Scheduling is very easy. Gps plumbing and Justin absolutely deserve 5 stars!

I had an appointment with Jose scheduled for an issue with my sink. When I spoke to him on the phone before the appointment, he was able to talk me through what the issue might be and explain to me how to test/fix it. His instructions ended up allowing me to fix what was a relatively simple issue, when he justifiably could've just waited until the appointment and charged me the service call fee. The fact that he prioritized helping me over his own financial gain speaks to his integrity and the fact that he can be trusted to have the best interests of the customer in mind--something that is rare. I would highly recommend Cuellar Plumbing, and would be happy to use the company again if I have future plumbing needs.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.  After changing plumbers from another local plumber we had been with for decades.  I simply cannot imagine ever using another plumber.  We have in recent months had a bevy of plumbing issues.  One of which was to fix the original fix by our former plumber and it was a fraction of the price for twice as much work,

And now, as I write this we are having our hot water heater replaced.  They worked us into their already busy schedule.  Our plumber actually came with a new hot water heater.  

Their prices are competitive and still better work and less expensive.  They are worth every penny and take great pride in their work.  

You won't be disappointed.

Kirk air-conditioning messed up on repairing my AC unit recently. These guys did it right the first time. Thumbs up.

Update 4/16 received a call from the office manager. Receptionist was new and training will be addressed. Manager told same thing a second plumber did, that draining and flushing the heater that old (10 years) may actually cause more problems and may worth the cost involved. Plumber will be coached. Manager credit us the cost of the visit. Thank you Aline.

They lost a customer today. Called to have a plumber come out because the water heater was making clunking/knocking sounds. Based on what i read on websites the heater needed to be flushed and drained. Told the receptionist who set up the appointment that it probably needed to be flushed. (heater still heated the water well, able to long hot showers etc... just made knocking noises). When the plumber got here, he said that heaters don't need to be flushed drained anymore, he checked to make sure water heater still worked (i already knew it did) and looked at one other issue we had and charged us $98 for the 30 min visit. If i had been told up front that they don't drain/flush water heaters anymore, i would not have had them come out (by the way, the manual for my Whirlpool water heater says it IS supposed to be drained/flushed every 6 months). I don't appreciate being lied to and i don't appreciate having to spend the time and money to hire someone else to do what this guy should have done.
