This is my favorite plumbing company! They are very dependable just like their name says. Always professional and friendly. I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh. I give them 5 stars for service, price and professionalism.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Finally an honest plumber who doesn't milk the job so he can over bill me for extra hours . He Got to work quickly , found the leak & fixed it. Very pleased , highly recommend .

We made the mistake of purchasing a home from flippers and realized we had comprehensive plumbing/leaking issues as we were getting ready to sell our house.  Jeremy was punctual, thorough, honest, friendly, and took time to explain in detail what needed to be done and why.  He will forever be our go to for all things plumbing.  And with my wife who stays at home with two kids, I greatly value having someone safe and trustworthy who I can call to address issues with our home while I'm at work.

Such a nice business, our mother needed a plumber and when I called Kenny's they were booked but gave me the number of a guy who could come the same day! I recommend highly !

I'd give more stars if that was an option. Very refreshing to have a long time local plumber who is as prompt, courteous and fair. I've had them to my house for self-created problems within the last week. I was very impressed.

I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

Requested a bid to take my  landscape lighting electric connection (southern engineered extension cord) to a legit, code approved, outdoor electrical outlet.  They were super quick to respond, give proposal and get work scheduled.   Guys came out pretty much on time and got the job done quickly, left the area super clean and put all our stuff back in place afterwards.   Price was right on.  
I'll call them again.   You should too.

AMAZING!  I had a water leak in my front yard and fretted about it for days not knowing who to call. My parents used them so I called and them and they came out same day and repaired my water leak in less than 2 hours.  They will be my go to plumbing service from now on.

Make sure to get an estimate before allowing them o do any work. We asked for an estimate, they hedged...said they couldn't get one...then did the work anyway and seriously overcharged us.

I complained to their dispatch who connected me with the owner. He first insisted his guys would ALWAYS give an estimate when asked. I assured him that we had asked for an estimate and needed a significant discount in order to be happy. He said that he would check with his guys to confirm.

It's been months and I have not heard back. I've finally given up hope that they will refund a portion of the money.

To be clear: they got the job done and fixed everything correctly (2 stars instead of 1), but they were shady with estimates and unreasonable prices.

DO NOT APPROVE REPAIRS WITHOUT AN ESTIMATE IN HAND (and then maybe get a competitive bid if their estimate seems high)

We'll definitely use Jeff and Allaces Plumbing in the future... diagnosed our problem very quickly and had it repaired in no time at all!  I highly recommend Allaces Plumbing!

Steve was great! He was professional and courteous. They got here fast and fixed our problem. Reasonably priced as well.

I had an appointment with Jose scheduled for an issue with my sink. When I spoke to him on the phone before the appointment, he was able to talk me through what the issue might be and explain to me how to test/fix it. His instructions ended up allowing me to fix what was a relatively simple issue, when he justifiably could've just waited until the appointment and charged me the service call fee. The fact that he prioritized helping me over his own financial gain speaks to his integrity and the fact that he can be trusted to have the best interests of the customer in mind--something that is rare. I would highly recommend Cuellar Plumbing, and would be happy to use the company again if I have future plumbing needs.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.  After changing plumbers from another local plumber we had been with for decades.  I simply cannot imagine ever using another plumber.  We have in recent months had a bevy of plumbing issues.  One of which was to fix the original fix by our former plumber and it was a fraction of the price for twice as much work,

And now, as I write this we are having our hot water heater replaced.  They worked us into their already busy schedule.  Our plumber actually came with a new hot water heater.  

Their prices are competitive and still better work and less expensive.  They are worth every penny and take great pride in their work.

I hired this contractor to serve some rental properties.  From the beginning it was a disaster.  Over the course of a year, they performed several jobs for me:

1.  Install an interior air handler.  They overbid it by $1,200 and then installed it incorrectly and just left.  They knew the job wasn't finished but after three days of nobody coming to finish the job and I had to call them several times and threaten to sue them before they finally came back out.  Then it still didn't work, and the tech told me the thermostat should have been replaced at the same time.  It took several calls to the service manager to get them back out to finish the install.

2. During a quote to replace an interior air handler, they asked if they could have their plumber come out and propose a bid on the apartment's water heater.  He quoted my wife over $1,200 to fix it (I later found a plumber who did the same work for $200) and when my wife began to ask questions, he became very aggressive with her and the AC techs had to intervene.  I told her on the phone to ask him to leave.

3. I had purchased an annual service contract for them to come out and service for AC units.  So I took a day off of work to meet them.  After they didn't show up and several calls, they finally called me and told me the weather was too cold and rainy for them to do the work.  This was 2:00 pm.  The weather was sunny and 70 degrees.  When I called Jake, the service manager, he seemed agitated at my complaint and told me they would refund the service contract cost...that they didn't want to do the maintenance work.

4.  I had a condenser unit go out and when they sent the tech out to diagnose it, he lost all of the security screws to the security cage.  I had to call the service manager Jake, eight times to get it resolved.  He kept setting appointments for a tech to come out and source the screws and replace what he damaged.  Finally after missing two appointments they simply gave me $50 to replace the screws.  But before he offered to reimburse me, he wanted to sell me a condenser, which had already been replaced by another vendor.  (it took almost two months to get this resolved.)

I've dealt with bad contractors before, but never to this extent.  Poor work quality and even worse service.  I'm glad to have moved on.

Initial scheduling was easy and they may have done a good job. But I wouldn't know as they did not show at the scheduled appointment window time of 3-hrs (duration seems appropriate). Called to confirm after the first hour in and all seemed well. Called again 10 minutes before the close of the 3-hr window (since I did not hear back) and was only then told that their tech was running late. I had already factored in about an hour of work (simple faucet replacement) even if he did arrive at the last minute but I wasn't going to stay around all day for this. They offered to reschedule but the sheer lack of communication/updates from them and simple respect for the customer's time was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
