I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Even though they don't serve my area, they listened to my problem and called back with a referral for a local plumber that they trust. That is pretty great service - it would have been easy to just say, sorry. We can't help you.

We made the mistake of purchasing a home from flippers and realized we had comprehensive plumbing/leaking issues as we were getting ready to sell our house.  Jeremy was punctual, thorough, honest, friendly, and took time to explain in detail what needed to be done and why.  He will forever be our go to for all things plumbing.  And with my wife who stays at home with two kids, I greatly value having someone safe and trustworthy who I can call to address issues with our home while I'm at work.

Kenny is an awesome plumber and actually cares about his customers.  After 2 other plumbers couldn't find the time to come out to my house sent by my insurance agency, Kenny came, after hours to fix a problem that was more than just a leak.

Starnes helped us with our clogged sink and broken garbage disposal. I called in the morning when our sink started filling up with water and gunk. Rebecca was very helpful and friendly over the phone. She helped get my appointment started and would keep me updated as availability opened up. Brent came by later in the day and quickly addressed the problem. He unclogged our sink and installed the new disposal. Fast, reliable, and friendly service! Brent is knowledgeable and I felt comfortable knowing he was taking care of the multiple issues with our sink. Now our sink is working beautifully and I am very happy we went with Starnes! Highly recommend giving them a call for your plumbing needs.

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

They did an awesome job replacing an existing ceiling fan with a new one. Fast and friendly. Have referred and will do more business soon. Thanks Brandon.

Great, honest guys who have come out quickly when I have had a leak or urgent concern. They are clean, professional, and not recommending lots of things and have always suggested alternatives to save $.

My new plumbers! My hot water heater sprung a leak in the early morning and the water would not shut off.
I tried Baker and Benjamin previously but they cost. ..a lot.
I called these guys and within an hour all was well.
These guys are fast and are reasonably-priced.

I don't normally write reviews. But I can't pass up this opportunity to share with people who are looking for great plumber like Jeff. I've had several tech's to do some work for me. All of them didn't want to give a simple quote I asked for. After inspection they always sounded fishy and were ready to charge me unreasonable price and tag on unnecessary item cost. Very suspicious.

I texted Jeff asking for a quote for replacement of my leaking garbage disposal. (BTW I called other company on Yelp to compare the price and they played the same game instead of giving me simple quote). He simply gave me a typical price for the type of item I was looking for. I set up an appointment between 7-8am and he showed up at 7am. He explained to me garbage disposal needs to be replaced and loose faucet needs to be tightened. He told me the cost which turned out to be even less than what he originally quoted me. He finished the job in a timely manner. He replaced the disposer and  drain, and tightened faucet. Ran the dishwasher a few times to clean it out. Swapped the hot and cold supplies on the kitchen faucet, they were reversed (by another bad plumber).

Once he was done he asked me to text him my info so he can bill me. It seemed he was in a hurry to get to his next scheduled appointment and told me that he will email me the invoice tomorrow morning.

What I'm saying is that he wasn't even worried about getting paid. He cared about his work being done properly and efficiently. I feel he's a true professional who loves his job and good at what he does. This was the first time I experienced it. I followed Yelp to find Jeff. I'm happy with his service, price, and professionalism. I hope this will help those who need plumbing services.

Wow isn't a word normally associated with plumbers!

1. They were able to fit me in the same day and even showed up much earlier due to a cancellation (chalking that one up to good luck).

2. They took off their shoes before stepping on the carpet (I'm Asian, and definitely appreciated). My dog, Buddy, immediately took to them, which again, I'll chalk to good luck

3. What I'd spent the weekend trying to fix, they were able to fix in 10 minutes. Yes, I felt like an idiot, but didn't want to give up my man card unless I at least tried and started flooding the wall behind the shower.

Very reasonably priced by plumbing standards. Best money I've spent in a while...definitively recommended.

I had an appointment with Jose scheduled for an issue with my sink. When I spoke to him on the phone before the appointment, he was able to talk me through what the issue might be and explain to me how to test/fix it. His instructions ended up allowing me to fix what was a relatively simple issue, when he justifiably could've just waited until the appointment and charged me the service call fee. The fact that he prioritized helping me over his own financial gain speaks to his integrity and the fact that he can be trusted to have the best interests of the customer in mind--something that is rare. I would highly recommend Cuellar Plumbing, and would be happy to use the company again if I have future plumbing needs.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.  After changing plumbers from another local plumber we had been with for decades.  I simply cannot imagine ever using another plumber.  We have in recent months had a bevy of plumbing issues.  One of which was to fix the original fix by our former plumber and it was a fraction of the price for twice as much work,

And now, as I write this we are having our hot water heater replaced.  They worked us into their already busy schedule.  Our plumber actually came with a new hot water heater.  

Their prices are competitive and still better work and less expensive.  They are worth every penny and take great pride in their work.  

You won't be disappointed.

I want to express my overwhelming gratitude for the services that Xtreme Air Services provided me & my husband.  Our technician,  Jason, was professional,  informative & fully explained why our unit was not working properly.  Another company had done shotty work,  which literally put my home at risk for a fire. Jason had photographs of what was wrong,  explained in detail the cost & needed repairs & offered us a maintenance warranty that will ensure our home is safe & our unit works properly.  I cannot thank Xtreme Air enough for having such professional staff & being so prompt in our time of need!

The team came out for an emergency repair on a complicated lift station connected to our commercial grease trap. Troy could not have been more helpful and clear with what went wrong, how it could be fixed, and a good plan going forward. We have had many companies service this part of our grease trap in the past. None were as efficient, effective, and clear as Public Service Plumbers.
