I called Legacy Plumbing for a second opinion after being told by another company that my kitchen drain line was unclear-able. The techs, Sean and Ramone, were both courteous and professional. After some hard work and effort, they were able to get the line cleared which saved me having to have the pipes replaced. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them first for all our plumbing needs in the future.

The technicians just left my home and I wanted to provide feedback on their service.
I preface my remarks with the fact that I am a claims manager for a large carrier and I deal with contractors, vendors, and plumbers on a day-to-day basis.
The technician (and trainee) were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They listened as I explained my situation and gave their opinion and options available. It felt like they made me a part of the process, which I appreciated. After they fixed the problem they provided their expertise once again by giving me information about a preventative measure I could take to keep the issue from reoccurring.

Rescue Air Heating and Cooling came through in the clutch for us. Our AC went out 2 nights before our baby was due. They showed up that night and fixed the issue keeping us cool! James Mitchell was very professional and courteous. We will continue to use their services!

Matt is helping us work through a plumbing problem. He's great--he's not up-selling us and is moving at our pace.

This is the 2nd time I use Pure. They are my new and favorite plumbing. As a single female, I trust them.

The serviceman Tuck was on time and was very professional in every way. Made sure that he did not leave any mess when finished.  Would definitely recommend this company.

They had to replace a 35 foot sewer line buried 4 feet deep.  Trenched the 1st day, laid pipe down the 2nd, and completed the 3rd day.  Work was excellent.  The diggers brought covering for the grass where the dirt from the trench was placed so when the trench was filled, the yard looked great with no excess dirt in the yard. i have used Accurate Leak & Line for over 12 years and have always used them when doing this kind of work or lining work.  I am a real estate investor and I like things to be done correctly the first time and done only once.  I have found that here.

Full disclosure: I didn't actually use Staggs to do any plumbing work

I called Staggs for a quote to fix a leak on the main water line to the house (the leak was created by a different company). I called at 8:30am and they were able to schedule some one to get to my house by around 3pm to look at it and provide a quote. However another contractor I've used before was able to come by 11am and gave me a quote I liked. So I called Staggs to cancel (so as to not waste their time). The owner / manager called an hour later to check into why I cancelled and to make ensure they were not the reason I cancelled.

This is not something you see often. To me that showed commitment to their business and their customer. If I need a plumber in the future I will have Staggs on my list.

They were totally honest, best priced, professional, informative, and always on time. You simply cannot get a better plumber.

Ask for Jet Thompson. He's experienced, thorough, and very personable. My house flooded due to a busted pipe in the attic from the winter snow/Ice storm. He came within days when it was hard for me to get scheduled with any other plumbing company. Dean's Plumbing has a good rating on Yelp and my experience with the company certainly reflects that.

We've used Absolute to fix a leak, replace hot water heater and diagnose a leak.
Being a female, knowing nothing about plumbing except to recognize where water shouldn't be, any company could have told me I need to do some expensive test and I would have said yes. They did not take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge.

Great job at the best value! Had a supply valve issue and it was solved within the hour. Service provided was fast and of great quality
