We've had a number of plumbing issues in our old house -- from a simple snake job to a longer water heater /piping install. He brings a high quality to everything he does, and has a book of prices (which are all very reasonable) so you can trust he's not making up quotes on the spot. He is fast to respond, and oftentimes has been able to swing by the same-day to at least take a look and make a game plan.

This is the second time Ahndre has come to our house to fix things up. This time he brought his colleague Tyler. They were friendly, informative and efficient in descaling our tankless Water Heater and Ahndre fulfilled his promise to find and check our water shut-off valve which we never found when we potentially needed it a year ago. Overall, we are very pleased with the work that has been done and both Ahndre and Tyler were professionals taking good care and thought during this service call.

James and Jarad are awesome, I have a slab leak in my rental house, they came and inspect the problem, the leak believe was from one of the hot water pipes, they suggested re-route through the wall and attics instead of tunnel in from the foundation, that can avoid same problems in the future (easily to fix). Also the costs is 1/3 compared to other two quotes I received.
Very happy with the service, they're on time and efficient.

I had an excellent experience with Rescue Air from the moment I called to the moment my technician, Chase left.  I called at noon and Rescue was there by 1pm.  The communication leading up to arrival was top notch, with a confirmation text and a profile of Chase.  Chase arrived early and greeted me upon arrival.  His customer service was excellent.  He inspected all of my systems, crawled under two crawl spaces, and called his supervisor at one point to get a second opinion.  In the end, he recommended that I wait on any repairs and that I consider the monthly maintenance program.  His approach felt very consultative with zero pressure.  I felt confident that he was recommending to me what he would do for his own home.  I highly recommend Rescue Air.

Just got off the phone with matt and I was so impressed with his kindness and professionalism that I had to hop on here and leave him a review. We have a leak in front of our house and although he is totally booked for an entire week, Matt took the time to chat with me in depth and discuss our problem in detail. Even though he was unable to come out and assist, he walked me through what it would probably take to repair it ourselves. He even recommended a place to shop for parts and if that's not enough he offered to help us over the phone if we got in a jam. That my friends is what I call outstanding customer service! Did I mention his estimate was like half of what the other plumbers wanted to charge me? I will absolutely give Matt a call in the future for all of our plumbing needs! My bathroom sink was all backed up and I called Pure Plumbing! They were so efficient and were able to come out later in the day! They explained everything and were so neat with all their work! Their price was very fair ! They also checked a concern I had before they left!  Be sure to ask for Chase and Uriel!

I live in 35 year old home and had a leaking shower that was damaging my sheet rock.  This guy has been doing plumbing for years and it didn't take him long to isolate the problem.  He was very courteous and charged a very reasonable fee.  

Honestly, I can't give this man any higher recommendation for residential plumbing.  He went to get a specialized part and came back to finish the installation.  You should seriously consider using this man as your go to guy... he's honest.

When I turned on my dishwasher this afternoon my tub on the other side of the wall filled with sewage and the water from my toilet leaked completely out from around the bottom of it and filled my bathroom floor, running into my hallway. The smell was atrocious and being there are four adults in our home all day long either working or schooling we needed help quickly.
I found Staggs Plumbing online and was so grateful April was able to work us into their schedule within the hour...thank you April!

We were having problems with our upstairs bathtub draining properly and called Professor Plumb due to their great reviews here on Yelp.  Amanda took my call and scheduled a technician to arrive the next morning between 10 and 12.  Blue arrived during the scheduled time and examined the drain valve and pipes.  He removed a hair clog and was done in 15 minutes.  He was kind enough to show us how to clear this type of clog in the future and some preventative maintenance tips.  The kicker?  He refused to take any type of payment for his time.  It's so nice to see a service company with integrity and class.  Wow.  I will recommend them to all my friends and family and they are the only plumbing business I will use in the future.

I woke up to my water heater finally giving out.  I got several quotes that I thought were too high.  Luckily, Jason at HC Edwards called me with a price that was a few hundred cheaper than the other guys, and he was at my house within an hour of speaking with him.

We are experienced DIYers, and have built several bathrooms from the ground up, but this time we were trying to retrofit a new shower valve and had a leak we couldn't resolve. Dean's was very responsive, came out the same day, fixed it on the first visit, and the charges were very reasonable. I would knock off a half-star for a little bit of unnecessary attitude regarding DIYers in general, but mostly, a very good experience.

we had a sewer line back up that previous  plumber couldn't figure out the cause until I called The Leak Whisperers. Although it was Sunday, but still we received a very quick response. Jason (the owner) temporarily fixed the problem in till to come back during the week. 2 days later they started the major job and finished it within the time period as promised.
Jason and his team are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He never takes short cuts and works with you step by step to make sure you understand what was needed and what was done. He is honest and trustworthy.
Megan (office administrator) is totally responsive to your needs and treats the customers with respect.

Posted earlier I was unable to reach the Company.  The effort to reach me has been appropriately aggressive and I appreciate what appears to be a sincere desire to move this along.  Being in sales, I know things can happen, however how the problem is rectified speaks volumes.  Still pending service, but the response has been good.
