This was my first experience with Bee Prestigious and I was well satisfied. I needed a slow drain cleared and tub control leaks fixed. Pablo took the time to explain all the options available and benefits of refurbish vs. replacement. He also explained how much improvement I could expect in the drain, as well as the risks of replacing some very old hardware that could break during the work. In the end, Pablo was not 100% satisfied with the refurbish work and charged me Nothing for that portion! What a decent guy. You can't go wrong. I think plumbers of this caliber are few and far between.

Fantastic service. Sam did a great job, was on time, fair, honest, and efficient.  He went above an beyond to find our hidden water meter. I highly recommend this company and will 100% use them again!

Had several jobs that needed to be done, flushing tankless water heater, installed new faucets and replaced some of the hoses and valves on the toilets. Kevin did a great job and finished quickly and efficiently.

I called this plumber on a Sunday as I had a broken pipe leaking in my home on my wood floors. Worse, the water shut to my home wouldn't close all the way so I couldn't stop all the way. Their answering service assured me I'd get a call right back but never heard from them. Lucky my neighbor was able to shut the water to the house from the street. I'll find another plumber to handle the repairs.

Justin and Gary were lifesavers! Within a few hours they had us back up and running. They explained everything well and did not try to take advantage of the situation. We will absolutely give Rescue Air our business in the future!

Here are the good things about Matthews Plumbing:
1). Matt assured me that he would take care of me.  This was comforting since I was home alone, and I discovered my water heater problem on the weekend.
2).  Everyone at Matthews Plumbing was kind and courteous.
3). It appears they did a quality job.
4).  We did agree on a price.  It seemed really expensive to me, but since that time, I've done research on the cost of replacing a water heater, and they are in the going rate ballpark.  

Peace of mind is with a lot, and I got that plus a new hot water heater.  Not too shabby!

I have used Schrader Plumbing twice with positive results both times. The most recent was 9/23/2021. Both of my outside faucets were leaking, one very significantly. Austin Potts responded on a timely basis. After inspecting the faucets he provided me with what I considered a reasonable amount. The task turned out to be more involved after Austin got started due to previous questionable installation methods. Austin replaced both faucets with high quality faucets. The process took much longer than Austin had projected, but I was billed based on Austin's initial quote because Schrader Plumbing charges based on the job, not the time taken. I definitely recommend Schrader for your plumbing needs. Austin Potts was very professional as well as being a very nice person. I will definitely use Schrader Plumbing in the future.

Slab leak in a 1979 old house. They got the job done in a timely fashion. Gave a rough quote prior to starting the job. Overall good experience. Would recommend

A late review but one I need to give due to the great service provided by Staggs Plumbing.

Last year after purchasing my house I had them come to look into issues with the shower controls not turning well. In the process of this, they found that my hot water heater had sprung a leak. They gave me a quote for the replacement as well as the work to replace the shower controls which were 30+ years old.

After researching a bit further I went with Stagg's and I am grateful I did so. The replacement for the hot water heater was pretty standard, but the shower controls turned into another ordeal. The hot and cold lines were plumbed opposite of what they should have been. In the end, it took multiple hours of work to get the shower controls installed with the correct plumbing, and they didn't charge me a penny more despite quoting me based on a much simpler job. I can't imagine many other companies would have stuck to their original quote even though they had to spend significantly more labor for the task than anticipated.

The hot water heater replacement was also handled excellently including additional safety installations and getting the permit handled. Over 6 months later and all of it has been working perfectly.

Very satisfied with the work, and even more satisfied with their fair business practices to not upcharge when faced with a more daunting task. Highly recommend, and I certainly plan to use them again.

We had a leaky shower head which another plumbing company was unable to fix after spending several hours on it. I decided to call Professor Plumb based on the online reviews and from the minute Blue came over I knew I made the right decision. He was professional, reasonably priced and all around a nice person! Between Blue and his partner Brian, they were able to get everything fixed and it didn't take hours or cost me $$$. I highly recommend Professor Plumb for any plumbing issues you may have!

These guys are awesome! When I called Leak Whisperers when I was desperate to figure out the source of a major water leak coming from my house and flooding our neighbor's yard and sidewalk. Jason and his team came out and within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem gave me a fair and honest assessment and provided a solution. Told me they would get me help with my hot water heater and never responded when I asked for a status. This was on a Friday. I suppose they're used to leaving folks hanging with no hot water over the weekend. I guess another plumbing company will get my business and my recommendation on YELP.
